Waste of money. Worked great for one day. Took lots of time entering my clients all in only to be able to send out reminders and the app freezes up when I go to send the text. Wish I could get my $9.99 back. Don't waste your money. Support doesn't bother to email you back either.

Wouldn’t recommend. I’ve used this app for years. One 2 separate occasions I have lost ALL of my information. No one to help. I don’t know why I didn’t learn my lesson the first time…

This app shuts down all the time!!. It doesn't back up to iCloud!! When update my iOS it lost all my 4 months of appointment. I gave it another try and it happened AGAIN!! I absolutely loved this app but unfortunately I have to find another one which totally blows. I wish they would have fixed these glitches but they never do. Don't even try it, you'll fall inlove just to be let down.

Great app and great support!. I love this app! I had a problem getting my iPhone and iPad apps to sync but the support team was super fast in helping me get it all worked out!

Don't purchase!!!!. I purchased this app over a year ago and just love it. Now... I have lost ALL my data including all the client contacts and records. I have emailed tech support more that 5 times and to date, have not had a response. It's frustrating!!!! I have gone to Apple and they can't help because it's not an Apple app. I guess I'm just screwed. Even though it has lost data I would not be so frustrated if costumer service would respond back and help me retrieve it. The data IS showing up on the phone but I use the iPad at work. Well, not any more. It's been over a week since I have tried to contact them. Don't purchase this!!! If u do keep paper files also.

$10 of Horribleness.. This app has so many problems. It looks like it was thrown together, and based on the list of app that this developer has it probably was. Its missing some of my contacts after importing. I have tried a few other app, and this one requires me to type a lot. I have to manually do a lot of stuff I simply don’t have the time to do as a busy stylist. Especially for $10 you would think they would at least help you a little more than just import your contact list for you. You can’t even select which ones you want to import. I find the calendar is horrible, I’m constantly trying to figure out how to add an apt. There is no support for double booking? Has this developer ever talked to a real stylist or just his barber? The email apt reminders is very dumb, it doesn’t include the time, How is that useful ?? Anyone who thinks this app is awesome has not tried some of the other options out there. The support is a joke? Really I’m getting a refund.

Disappointed. I'm disappointed ...just as with all the other apps I've tried, this one is not working as promised. I can't import my contacts as it claimed you can. None of these salon booking apps are reliable or work how they say they will.

Great!. As far as syncing goes, I've had no issues across devices which is really nice! The app creator has been open to new suggestions but so far, I've had a great time using the app!

Don't waste your time. I loved this app! I have had it for a while now but have suddenly lost everything! I have it backed up on iCloud so I went to Apple but they can't retrieve my data because for some reason the app won't release it ! I have messaged support numerous times & no response! So frustrated !!!!!

Awful. Not reliable at all!! Upload contacts and it uploads multiple times, so then you need to go through n delete the extra. Then it deletes everything!! When you have an appt based business you can not have a service that deletes everything!! Contacted support and they gave me crazy instructions to refresh my client profile. Plain n simple I can not use anything that is this unreliable. Again AWFUL!!! I asked for my money back! I had to rate it a 1 but really it should be -5!

Aweful - Refund Please. App missing a lot of necessary features and doesn’t operate as advertised. Would like a refund. Deleted after 30 min.

Great APP. Love the app and where it's going. I wish it would update total cost of appt when you add services to appt to determine total cost. Also, wish you could print a receipt or email receipts after service completed. Keep up the great work & please keep updating app!!

Great app. I love this app, there's been so many great updates since I downloaded it a few months ago! My hubby is a busy barber/eyebrow threading specialist, he has his own studio. I make all of his appointments from home and I love that this app syncs to both of our phones so he can see exactly what's going on with his schedule all day. The creator is a super nice guy and got back to me very quickly with any issues and questions I had!

Good App. Good App! Two things I wish this app had. One processing time for a color to book a men's haircut in the processing time. Two when you select more then one service it would show the different colors not just one thinking the client is only getting one service done when looking quickly.

Its ok. This app works ok...nothing special. The shortcomings: -Does not sync properly between devices. This actually makes the app worthless for me. Hope they enjoy my $10 for an app that doesn't do what they said it would. -You can't save a reminder/confirmation message. It now allows you to customize the text in your appt reminders, but you have to change it for every single message you send out. PAIN IN THE BOOTY. There should be a way to change the default message. -When looking at the daily appts for the week, it doesn't show you the time of each appt in the text (only color coded so you have to click on the appt to open it)...in other words, it is difficult to schedule other appts at a glance.

Loss of data. After many years of using this app. I lost all my data even after backing up to the cloud. The new version of iOS doesn’t support the app. apple tells me to contact the developer. It takes you to a u-tube site There’s no way of even reaching this developer yet apple continues to sell it. I have lost 200 appointments customer data, the list goes on. If I could give Apple and this App a zero I would.

Crashing issue. This app has potential. However, it crashes every time I try to delete an appointment. Plus appointments less than 30 min cannot be seen in the calendar overview

Decent. I have had this app for almost ten years I worry that eventually it won’t work along with updates on my phone. But aside from that I have been happy with it. I have to put my own appointments in and I am fine with that because I don’t want people to do their own

Ok but needs some improvements. I like the clean simple interface. Would like to see more options in reports for custom ranges and booth rent commission. Reports for clients such as when their last visit was etc to be able to send an email to just a certain group of people. Would also like to have time included in text reminders for appts. Syncing seems to be fine for me so far.

Needs updating. I use to love this app, until it finally stopped working, I can’t get my monthly financial reports anymore and it’s tax season which makes it even worse! I finally started using my gloss genius account since this happened and I’m adapting pretty well. They really need to fix the glitches with this app and do some updating! Lost me as a customer..

decent. I like the organization of the app and how I can put in my own services and prices but every other time I go to use the app my info isn't there. I have to turn off my ipad and then turn it back on. Kind of disappointed for $10.

It's ok!. It's ok I guess but I think it should be free. I've found similar apps that do almost the same thing thing for free. Not impressed but not disappointed. Just wish I hadn't paid.

Cindy in NC. OMG I Love this App! It is awesome and so easy to use! I have to send out high fives to my fellow Canadians for working so hard to create such a wonderful app for us Cosmetologists! Worth every penny, if you do not believe me take a chance and purchase it, you will not be sorry you did. It is such a great way to stay organized and on top of your client base. The automatic texting and email option is the bomb and works like a charm! Did I mention how much I love this app! Way to go Canada!

My salon. I really love this app. so far! I just wish 3 things was a little different. I'd really like to be able to send out individual reminders to clients and I'd like to add their time as well. Also I'd like to be able to email receipts to clients. Otherwise I love it, keep up the good work, thank you for giving me a virtual Secertary.

Keeps shutting down and doesn't sync btwn more than one device. Bought this app originally on my iPhone. Worked fine when you added your contacts. Then when you add your services it was fine. I bought a iPad a couple months after I bought the app, and the two don't sync together. I emailed the support staff a couple times and kept getting the same email saying to make sure they are both under the same account and then to restart both devices. I did that a numerous amount of times and it still doesn't work. So then I tried just putting it in manually on the iPad and every time I added a service the app just shut down so I would have to go back into the app and do what I did all over again or just left off from where I was. Really annoying. It happened EVERY TIME I added a service. Oh and when I tried taking my contacts out that were not my clients the next day all my contacts were back in there. Disappointed that I spent $10 on this crap that doesn't work when it clearly says that it syncs with numerous devices and that it kept shutting down on me. So I wouldn't buy this app again or suggest it to anyone.

Lots of glitches. This has potential to be a wonderful app.. But it constantly shuts down, when you first load it sometimes your client list and calendar are empty until you reload it. If you add a new client, that will be the only one showing in the list until you reload it as well. I've emailed app support and got a reply once but never enough to solve the problem..

Lost everything!. I specifically asked if I updated to the new iOS if the app would keep all my info, appointments, and clients and was told it would be fine as long as it was backed up in the cloud. Well, I just updated and the entire app is blank.

It's a great app. But I wish that I had the option to see just a simple list with times for upcoming appointments. When you double book on the ca lander it looks messy and hard to read. You can't see times.

Barber/hairstylist. I love this app. I have had no problems. I would love some updates on it. Simple easy to use. Direct and to the point.

Satisfied but caucious. So far it's easy to use and very efficient but I am keeping hard copies of appointments and client data just to be safe. Wish there was an option to print directly from calendar and client info pages to keep hard copies as back up.

Missing features. This app claims a lot and delivered very little. We see no weekly view. We see no ability to schedule reoccurring appointments, this is the game changer. What junk.

Big fan of this app. I really love this app. I keep all my appointments on it. I keep my client info current. It's easy to make changes to appointments.

Deleted all my clients and history. Every time I open that I have to close it and reopen it for my clients and information to come up. Now when I open it nothing comes up,absolutely everything is gone! This app is dangerous not reliable if you use this app make sure you write everything down also

Shear Madness. It's going pretty well however, there are some really annoying things....... Getting kicked out, wrapping appt. around each other can get completely covered(have to delete & remake), having to delete zeros to put in amount, & not having a separate product line which makes the totals pretty much useless to me!

Loving this!. I was happily surprised with this app. After working with it for the last week and getting very quick replies from email support, I'm excited that this app is doing what I was hoping it would.

Lost Time & $$$. This is a wast of time & money. Months worth of clients data & scheduled appointments were lost after backing up on ICloud the app was blank afterwards I spent Hours in an Apple Store where I had several geniuses working on retrieving my information. Apple said the info was there but couldn't be retrieved problem with the app. Not the cloud or my iPad. I trusted that this app could handle a busy schedule however it failed. Don't wast your time or money on this

The best !!. I love this app. For the price it's so worth it. I've checked out a few others. Every app has different things. Some more some less. The biggest thing this app has above all the ones I tried is the support !!! It's the best!! The most helpful and they get back to you very fast. Love love love the support Thank you Mary

Not good at all.. I bought it hoping it use but it keeps shutting down! The app freezes up and I can not put any info in at all. Fortunately I had not started using it full time and was still using the old fashion pencil and paper so I am only out the money I spent. Do not buy this app.... You will be waiting your money.

Need help from developer. I have used this app for years and loved it. It was easy and it tallied up everything at the end of the year. When I bought the iPhone 14 pro max and did an update I lost everything. Now it won’t even let me open the app without immediately closing. I’m upset that there is no way to contact the developer to resolve this issue.

Worst mistake ever!. I loved this app at first. Loved that it synced to my phone and iPad. BUT when the time change occurred it pushed all my standing appointments that I had booked for a whole year, back an hour. I didn't realize it until the week following the time change when I had 2 clients showing up at the same time. Not professional looking at all when trying to build clientele and keep the ones you have. I am going out to buy a book today and DELETING this app!!

Do not buy this.. Waste of money. This app is terrible. I just bought it and I imported my contacts (which was very easy) then I put a few services and appointments that I had scheduled for the next day in and left the app. When I went back into it everything was gone. I imported my contacts again and left the app and it did it again. Very frustrated.

GREAT NEW APP!. This appointment book app is CLEAN and EASY to use! After using another VERY BAD app (MyChair), this app is HEAVEN!! The programmer is ON TOP of any suggestions and issues! I've used it for a week now and I definitely recommend buying this app. It's well worth the $$!

Could be better. I have this ap on both my iPhone and mini iPad, it seems to work fine on my phone however crashes a lot on my mini. I wish it would sync between devices so I don't have to enter appointments on both devices.

Buggy today. Somethings going on, not sure what. A few of my appointments disappeared, and that's never happened before. It's a good thing I knew who was coming in, but if future ones disappear... Then I'll have a problem. Up until now I've never had any trouble with this app. Please fix ASAP.

Ok. This app is fine, but it has minor things that are frustrating. For example if you were clicking on 9am to make an appointment, it will suggest 9:15am or 9:30am when you specificity clicked on 9am. It makes you want to throw your phone out the window after you have saved the appointment and realise it has put it in as the wrong time. Also it doesn't have half our lines, that would make it visibly clearer.

Appointment book. I think this is a great app for a small salon I love it and use it everyday! The only thing I would upgrade if I was them would Be to... Take away the time of 12am til 7am it confuses me a little! and add the times .30 so you can see it better (eg 8am 8.30am and so on!)

Does Not Sync. Very disappointed as this app does not sync all my contacts or appointments from one device (iPhone) to my (iPad) - so Now I'm going to have to do it all manually with over 200 clients - not happy !!!!

Not as good as it look :( Crashes & won't open. Can not import clients from contact list , have to individually add all contact info into the client list of this app! Very frustrating ! Please put in the option to import my clients, as I have hundreds and do not have to time to enter each on! For me personally this app is a waste of money as I won't be using it for my business because of lack of being able to importing contacts ! Please fix ASAP also within 5 mins of buying this app, it now crashes and closes !

Clever but needs a few improvements. Needs improvement when only putting in half hour and 15 min appointments. You can't see the service written as the next appointment covers it. Or the name of the previous one covers the following appointment. Need to clearly see what each appointment entails. Perhaps being able to set your zone for when school holidays are on for your area, highlighting the dates I'm a different colour would be useful.

Doesn't sinc contacts. Very frustrating that it won't sinc contacts from iPad

Pretty good app. When I got this app I was really surprised at actually how much it does for my business . I'm a home salon so it works really well for me . There are a few changes I would make like being able to book time put for my daily activities rather than swapping between my regular calendar an the salon app . Also being able to see what is booked in the smaller time increments (30mins) you can only see the clients name an not the whole appointment . I love the text msg feature an find it works really well would also be an added feature if clients could reply with a yes or no and it be confirmed on the app itself . Other than that I defiantly rate this app :-)

Fantastic salon app. I use my Salon App for business everyday & absolutely love it! I have a nail and beauty business and it makes booking clients so easy. Really easy to navigate and does exactly what you want it to do. So if your looking for an app to use within the beauty or hairdressing industry you MUST get this one!!! Highly recommend

Dissapointed. Very disappointed, read the reviews and thought would be ok, but very wrong, NO backup support when emailing for help! Half of it doesn't work, does NOT synch between devices, a big waste of money :(

Good App. I am a home base slain, which I was using a different program, but I am able to see past appointments. I would like to be able to import ONLY one client contact or select client contacts as I had import all contacts and then delete each person I didn't want. I would also like it to link with my normal calendar aswell otherwise I have to switch:( Otherwise I look forward in using it :)

Not worth the price. Every time I added a service the app would close. When I want to change the services or client of an appointment that's already booked, the duration and price does not change. If I exit the app and reopen it, my services and appointments don't show - I have to completely shut down the app for it to work. I have added tax to my prices but doesn't show up in reports. I haven't tested the announcements part of the app yet but I liked the idea. Should I suggest that the app should have a program to enable discounts of a percentage and a $ amount. It is very easy to use but I was expecting a lot more for the price. Not very happy.

M. Love this app! Makes my life so much easier. Would be good if you could create your own txt/email template rather then editing every time. Would also be good if it notified you each day before of what was happening the next day.

Pls fix appointment duration, should be auto filled when selecting service. Good app but need to improve when u make an appointment with a "service", when u select a service or services, it should automatically add up the duration time in the appointment log rather than having to input it manually. When I created the "service" it asked for duration. So when I make an appointment with that service it should show duration automatically. It will be a perfect app if u could fix this. And also allow to add photos

Waste of money. Don't believe the description. Not even worthy if you have a one staff member salon.

Sms reminders are useless due to no notification!. This app needs a sms reminder popup to send to clients, say 24 hours prior to the appointment. Without this, the reminder function is practically useless. The app would otherwise be perfect. Although basic, a sms reminder feature is the one feature it is missing. Waste of money otherwise

It's a great app but...... It is a great app for my small beauty salon but I would like to be able to run the monthly birthday reports.

Review. For the amount that you pay for this app it freezes, erases and doesn't even sync to your normal calendar. You would think that you would get a great product when you pay for it but this needs a lot of fixing. I cant even use it because it freezes up on me then deletes all contacts that i stored and I have to start all over again. Not very impressed with it at all. Improvements are definitely needed.

Great app for your business. I love this app. I have a small beauty salon that runs so smoothly because of this app. I love how easy it is to use, creating client profiles and treatment listings. I love the announce feature for telling my clients the night before about their appt. I love that you can see past appts for each client. Needs some tweaks like when an appt is edited, the duration and price don't change. Also I'd like to be able to add opening hours so I can easily see when not to book ppl in the appt book. Otherwise it is fantastic!!

Extremely disappointing. I just down loaded this app and it's the worst mistake I've made today. It looks and operates like it's really old, the app add in the App Store is very deceiving. My contacts will not upload I can't even copy and past. I'd really like to get my $13.99 back! Note to the developers, if you're not gonna update this app then please delete it.

It doesn't even support your calendar. This app could of been really good, but it does not support your calendar and I can't synchronize with my iPhone , u can't customize the time for the apt , small details but over all I don't like to use it spend money for nothing

Lost everything, do not recommend!. It all started off really well and I was very impressed......then it started losing information put in earlier that day and duplicating other appointments on the same day as a null appointment. If I needed to change what the clients services were, it wouldn't change the price, I'd have to do it manually or delete and try again. I'm annoyed as I paid for this and it has messed up everything! I've now had to go back to a diary and pencil as this is more reliable and a lot less stressful!

Not worth the money. Bought this app for booking my clients. Doesn't allow for breakup of application, processing time, and then finish. Should be standard in salon software..

Loved to hate. When I first got this app I loved it Had all my clients entered in on phone and Ipad now they have put multiple entries on both devices When I book appointments now all the names are changed and the timings changed too Please fix

Great App!. This App is Fantastic! It allows you to book clients, keep track of sales/profits and even allows you to txt/email clients appointment reminders. Support is great if you have any questions, they are quick to reply. I used to use a big complicated Spa system but this is way easier!

So far so good. I just started using this on my iPad. Seems ok so far. I like how the app keeps track of all sales, tips and tax. A suggestion I would have is to be able to block off holidays and days off on the calendar so I can be sure not to book clients on those upcoming days. I also think when trying to book a client it might be easier to start typing their name instead of scrolling through all clients. O

Contacted 3 times and no support. I have attempted to contact support 3 times and no one has responded. I had to replace my iPhone and when I restored from backup, my data was not there. Help!!

Not bad. I like the program but wish it had a spot for retail commission and was able to put in skips between chemical services since I book back to back. I also wish there was a help option. It's fine for now but wish there was a program like SAM or any other hairstyling program that owners use in salons with lots of staff.

Not sure about this. My girlfriend bought this app and loved it! Works perfectly fine for her. We have the same exact iPad mini's.She had great results. I downloaded it,entered all my info and it all disappeared. That was annoying but the calendar only had six "day"columns instead of seven but had seven days of the week at the top.Can't book clients with seven days and six columns.It throws off the entire months numbering system. I wish it would work because it's the only salon app I can find that will record transactions.would make it easy for tax purposes. The support team was pretty quick with responding to my email but the issue will still be unresolved until the next update...I really need a fix now.

Terrible. I'm just an independent chair renter just trying to make a living so I depended in this app to keep me organized.Lost ALL my data when I had to get a new iPad. It was devastating and heard nothing back from support when I contacted them. Doesn’t sync with phone. Would rate it lower if I could.

Really!!!! Get with the program. After adding my clients, prices and all their info when I go to make an appointment the list won't let me add anyone or back click out so it's stuck a waste of money this app seems to be.

Don't buy. Woke up this morning to find that all of my appointments and clients information was deleted. Absolutely the worst.

What a waste. I just downloaded this app onto my iPhone 5s. I then went in imported my contacts and set up my services. Tried to make a appt. for today and it keeps kicking me out of the app! This app is completely useless!

Very disappointed. I expected more. Trying to go tech. I'd much rather the old fashion an actual appointment book. Actually my iPad would work better.

It deleted everything. I loved it until the new update and it deleted everything!!! Appointments, contacts, everything. Gone.
