2. Great App for Staying Organized. elay is a very useful and easy-to-use app. It helps me stay organized and makes communication faster and more efficient. The app has a clean design and is simple to navigate, even for beginners. I like how smoothly it works without taking up too much space on my phone. So far, my experience with Relay has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Update. Please read. Update: the support was friendly and tried to give me all kinds of updates. I finally got paid today. $500. Was it worth the wait absolutely. I was able to finish Christmas for my kids today. Will I continue to use it. Yes. But not as much as I intended. When it comes down to it patience is key. But definitely thankful for this. It’s been weeks of back and forth to get this money. Lots of excuses to why it’s happening. Honestly just don’t bother. It’s more of a headache than worth it.

amazing app. i’ve made a lot of money off of this app, >$1000 in just 2 months. i’m gonna address what a lot of reviews say because they aren’t doing this app justice. 1. understand this is FREE money, all you need to invest is a few minutes of your day 2. the waiting period. it is actually pretty long. you will be paid out only once or twice a month, but you will get your money my payout got delayed 2 weeks but i reached out to support, they recognized their mistake, and they corrected it. 3. this app does have errors. it is NOT perfect. however, it’s a new app. it’s only been around for like half a year, and it’s still beta. Relay is an amazing app i think people just always rush into things like this so hastily and with such skepticism. i’ve tried countless online earning apps and methods and this is the only one to make me more than $100.

Great side hustle however…. I’ve made a couple hundred on this app, it’s so easy. Just do what they tell you to do, and nothing else, and it’s smooth sailing. I post between caring for my newborn twins, homeschooling my 7 year old and everything that comes with being a SAHM. It’s an easy way to help financially. HOWEVER. It’s impossible to actually talk to a person to get help. I have two more brands I can post content for, and the warm up steps keep erroring out - it’s been DAYS. The AI chatbot is less than helpful. I’ve lost money because of it. I’d love someone to actually reach out to me!

Scam. The app refuses to cash out anything unless you leave $50 in the app lol after my conversation with the CSR this is the answer I got “That July 1 date is showing because your $60 payout request is still pending, but your verified balance is currently under the $50 minimum, so the system won't release it yet. You do not need to earn another $50 total, you just need to get your verified balance back above $50 so that pending request can be processed in the next Tue to Thu window. Once it processes, Stripe typically deposits to your bank in about 2 to 3 business days.” It’s a waste of time to use this app. It started off at $35 to cash out and then it went to $50 and now it’s demanding to have $50 or more stay in the app in order for your payment to process. It’s not worth the time.

Fraud fraud fraud!!. I created an account with relay 2 weeks ago, and had earned $51 ( the payout minimum). But strangely enough, I logged in today and the system didn’t recognise my information or account. Everything was erased completely. My email, phone number, name, and most disturbing… my $51 !! If they don’t rectify this issue and issue my payout, I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to report fraud. Not a threat, but a promise… All that work for nothing!!

Getting glitchier/ money mess ups. Major glitches, no customer support responses, and creators are expected to just keep posting so we don’t lose our streaks/earning levels. Y’all are literally messing with people’s money at this point. Fix the app or communicate with the people making your platform run.

“Misleading App — Payout Rules Keep Changing & Can’t Link My Account”. Im extremely frusterated with this app. It advertises one thing but the reality is completely different. Everytime i try to get help , Support just sends me on a goose chase instead of actually fixing the issue . I cant even link my bank account through the app itself , whats strange , is that it shows on my bank's app that im connected with their financial service , but inside the app it still dont work , at this point it just feels misleading , unfair , & huge waste of time , i would be very careful before trusting this app with your time or personal information....

Here’s the FACTS. You create a fake account to post premade videos. Super easy. BUT it’s not actually easy beyond that. Your first two videos are going to get hundreds of views. Almost unrealistically quick. Like literally within two minutes of uploading. You’ll earn $10 immediately. Then you post 7 videos after your first. And after the first two, you will see the 3rd video get maybe double digits views if lucky and every video after that will struggle to get 5 views if any at all. You’re never going to get to the payout minimum much less the $200 in 30 days. They cancel your account for low views and very few actually get to the first withdraw amount. One reason is because you obviously have to use the fake account like a real TikTok. You have to stay engaging with other accounts. Beyond the first 10 likes and 5 followed they tell you to do, they essentially tell you just post these videos and that’s it. That’s NOT it. That’s not how you grow views and engagement. They also recycle the overlays and captions. You’ll be posting the same thing just with a different video reaction multiple times. That doesn’t work with any algorithm much less TikTok. If you’ve seen one video with that caption, you aren’t going to keep engaging with it every time it’s reposted. And with so many posting the same exact videos, you aren’t standing out enough to get the views, you are just spamming the app and ruining it. You are quite literally better off building a legit account, working with brands, and earning money the legit way.

SCAM!. This app is such a scam. It had great potential but do not waste your time. I did all of the work I checked in with support to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I put in for my payout. They changed my date to a week later and then told me that they were going to manually pay everybody out by a certain date because they were having issues with PayPal. They still did not pay out manually. I contacted support and I told them that I wasn’t going to post anything else until I had a payment sent to my account they responded. That they understood in the next day when I checked my account, they took away all of the funds that I had earned canceled my payout, and now they will not respond to any of my messages.

so glad I found this. Small team, real effort. The people behind Relay actually want this to work for creators and it shows. The money is real. Post content, get paid on views, no big following required. There are limitations like any new app, but the positives outweigh them. Treat it like a slow burn, stay consistent, and it pays off. Scam App Do not Download. This app is a scam. Do not download. You will not make money, when your account starts getting views the app will say you can’t post on it anymore. They do literally anything and make any excuse to not pay you. It is not regulated so there’s no rules for what views make what amount of money. ALSO TIKTOK WILL PENALIZE YOU FOR MAKING SPAM. IT WILL BASICALLY BAN YOUR IP ADDRESS!! Any account you care about will be affected. Again this is a warning DO NOT USE IT!

Avoid This App. As others have mentioned, they will have you think you are earning a balance that you can eventually cash out but after a number of days (10 for me) they say your account is restricted, you can’t cash out, and you need to start over with a new account. I rarely write reviews but people need to know not to waste their time with this scam. You will put time in every day to make posts only to be left with zero dollars when they restrict you. I am now deleting the Relay account, Relay app, and TikTok posts that I created for this. Sadly you can’t rate 0 stars.

Skeptical at first. I was skeptical at first and then after I kept posting I was seeing my income go up. St first when I got up to the cash out requirement I was unable to cash out. So I reached out to cs … talk about helpful!! Within two weeks I received my payout of $156!! In my bank account! So yes please try. It’s not a scam.

Slow app. This app is slow it made me re add my email about 4-5 times in 30 minutes and wouldn’t let me enter my email for the account that I never even verified and I made a new TikTok account just for them to say it wasn’t new even tho I created it right after I created an email for the account and I just did not have any good experience with this app

Scam. Don't even bother with this. My account was restricted at $26 due to low views. They promise high views and great content but it's all a joke. They won't even pay me my $26 that I earned. Complete waste of time and total joke of a "content" wannabe app.

scam app. they want you to make a new account and scam people with a picture that isn’t you. pretty sure it would’ve turned into one of those annoying ad accounts that you always see on tiktok that just show the product and a random person’s hands. it also won’t let you delete your account immediately. i just got it and im trying to delete it and it just keeps saying deletion failure. it’s only been about 10-15mins at this point, so hopefully i can sometime soon.

They will ban your account. If you have a video pick up they accuse you of “artificially inflating” views. It happened twice and when I got upset they banned my account. Their cash out minimum is $50 and they flagged one of the first videos when I hit $50 to knock me under the cash out amount again. Then not even 30 minutes after they flagged it they banned my account. I will be taking this to TikTok too. People deserve to know when they are being SCAMMED. They have horrible customer service and do not respond within the 24-48 hour period. You also have to leave sad video up until they review it so that it continues to gain traction and get views. If they do not respond to me within 48 hours, I will be escalating this matter wherever possible.

Glitch. It doesnt let me go in the home menu its looping in the form u have to fill (the how old are you the payment info…) and the moment im done it puts me back in the beginning

App is terrible. They want you to connect your socials , and then upload a random bio saying spam account with a random profile picture of some Asian woman , and also create a new email and on top of that they had me post a video of a random woman and in the video the woman is making some confused face and they want you to caption the video “ been dating this guy for 4 weeks should I get him a Christmas present?” As Christmas is already over it’s well past January, app is weird and so lame I would not recommend it save your time it’s not worth it

High hopes for nothing. This app have me high hopes but let me down in the worst way. Been using this app for over a week, every other video I posted got flagged on TikTok. Now it logged me out and won’t even let me log back in even with my right information being put in. Keep saying verification failed.

First you sign up and they tell to follow there prompts ; which there prompts or video guides are of random people with text overlays and captions; after making about maybe 10-15 videos and generating around $30 bucks they ban your account and say your engagement is too low; so in the end you make them money !!!! Please do not download this app and do not give them your banking information either !!! This app should be permanently banned off apple app store !

No real support team — Just AI. I needed assistance with something in app as my videos were all of a sudden reading “ineligible”. I reach out to support for help and just got copy and pasted responses within a few seconds of me giving me details on what I need help with. When i eventually asked for a real person to help me the AI just shut down on me and stopped responding. I open a new ticket after waiting 6hours and once again got ai garbage trying to “help me” but the steps their giving to help is not related at all to what I’m asking for help for. Some people need REAL HELP not just an ai to copy and paste useless information to the situation.

Amazing. This app is amazing a couple things that could be fixed would be the recurring images for the post if we could make them differnt everytime that would be perfect or allow us to make the ai images ourselves other that 5 stars thank you for making Christmas easier

It keeps on saying I will get paid for views. So I’ve been doing this for about three weeks and I’ve made like $114 and people are talking about getting paid for the views in the AI talks about getting paid for views as well I’ve yet been paid for any of my views, and the view count on relay will not update and it’s been three weeks and not a single one has updated so I don’t know what’s going on with that but overall everything else seems good. Oh and because of. The view is not updating relay thinks my accounts videos are not getting any views. My account even though they are getting views.

Yes… and no.. Is the money real? Yeah. Will you get paid on time? No... Will you get accurate and respectful customer service? No. They say they’ll respond within 24 hours but a 1 day issue turns into a 3-4 day issue because it takes them 15+ hours to say a single sentence each time they respond. I know it is a small team but obviously something needs to be addressed with that. Hire some work from home people to handle customer service chats so people at least get a real response and don’t feel cheated by a bot for a week waiting on their money. It feels scammy when you can barely reach a real person. If you can pay people to post for you then you can pay a couple of them to handle customer service 🙏

The best app ever. I am new to this and I’ve been on here almost a month and I got my first payout $104. I took two weeks to get my first payout but weird thing they cancel my cash out and then I re-cashed out and I’m going to see what happened next. Hope I get my second payout. I really love you guys and I will continue using this app. I wish I could do Instagram. But I love doing TikTok. I recommend this app to everyone. It just takes time to get the money.

They have had problems with PayPal here lately which they told everyone. BUTTT my app has logged me out and won’t allow me to use phone or gmail verification to log in. I have a pending payout of $509 that I desperately need to buy my kids Christmas as a single mom and now I can’t even access the app. UPDATE: I was able to get ahold of them, they helped me out! It’s a new app and they’ve been helping everyone so you just have to wait your turn. Definitely try it out, you won’t be sorry! It’s wonderful and I LOVE IT!

Unfortunately scam. 5 stars just to make this visible. So far, I’ve made about 80 posts using Relay. The following is my review to hopefully help someone in the future from wasting time: 1.) for starters, you can only cash out when you hit $50 2.) the prompts they make you post are so silly that no one would ever watch them. This leads to low engagement, and if your posts hover about 100 views per post, they will ban your account from posting due to limited views 3.) they give you a lot of money at first and it seems so easy to earn, but once you begin to hover around that $40-$45 range, suddenly it’s impossible to earn even 1 cent. This is on purpose so you cant cash out. 4.) they don’t teach you how to properly “bake” an account. The proper way to bake an account takes about 3 days of watching and engaging with videos, they just tell you to follow 5 people and when your posts don’t work they act like you’re the problem. In the end, I never made enough to cash out. Save your time and avoid this if possible.

UNINSTALL THIS APP RIGHT NOW. This app keeps restricting accounts without clear explanation. After my first account was restricted, support told me to create a new one. I did exactly what they said, but that account was restricted too. Now all three of my accounts are blocked. I earned $27 from a video and then suddenly lost access. There is no transparency and no proper clarification about what rule was violated. This experience feels unfair and very frustrating. I would not recommend this app until they fix their account restriction system and improve customer support.

Don’t download. This app is a complete waste of time. Don't believe the promises of easy payouts because when it's finally time to cash out, that's when the problems start. I used Relay for over 30 days, consistently posting and building up my balance to around $185. Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw my earnings. Suddenly the app started acting up—my streak disappeared, my account was reset, and all the progress I had worked for was gone. When I contacted support, it was completely useless. Every response felt automated and had nothing to do with the issue I was reporting. There was no real help, no accountability, and no way to speak to an actual person who could fix the problem. To make things worse, a few days later I woke up to find my account had been restricted for no clear reason. No proper explanation. No resolution. Just locked out after spending weeks investing my time into the platform. The app itself is poorly built and constantly glitches. Between the crashes, random resets, useless support, and account restrictions, it feels like the system is designed to prevent people from ever getting paid. Save yourself the frustration. There are far better ways to spend your time than working for weeks on an app that may never let you access the money you've earned.

I’m highly upset at how long they’re making me wait for my second payment. Ok at first I was really enjoying the app and everything about it. My first payment was in my account in less than a week. But after requesting my 2nd payment they’re saying it won’t be processed until over a whole freaking month now and that’s just highly unreasonable and definitely not an acceptable time frame to have to wait for a payment that is just absurd and totally irrational to have to wait so long for a payment. I was rating this 5 stars but after this it barely deserves two stars and I’ll most likely be done using the app after reaching the 30 day streak and get my last 50 dollars. If someone from relay sees this and can adjust the time frame to something way more reasonable than I will change my rating back to a 5 star. Not cool man

not a full time job BUT legit $. In this economy an extra 1k a month makes SO much of a difference for my quality of life and Relay has been such a great addition to my routine. Takes maybe 5 mins a day and I got paid out 950 this month cuz I had a few vids get 10k views but literally u can make 500 bucks for 5 mins a day if u literally just follow their easy instructions. I recommend if u just want a quick buck but not if ur looking for something that is more time intensive
