Bad, very bad.. It is NOT a real App. It’s just an entry point to the web site!

Not there yet. Most of the functionality is just buttons that links to outside websites in a browser. It’s not functional as a true app yet. I’m not sure how I feel about this standalone concept yet. I would rather have seen it integrated into the existing Alaska Airlines app. Other companies are consolidating their apps into a single user experience wherever practical. It would only make sense for a standalone app if this new program is much more expensive in features and interaction than is currently marketed.

Hate it, would give a zero stars if I could. ATMOS created a new second “duplicate” account. The mileage desk is closed Sundays. Their number overrode my AK Air number. It did not merge accounts. Four hours trying to book mileage tickets because ATMOS said I had no miles. My upcoming flight was no longer in the APP either. I had to reload upcoming travel. It’s been a total pain. Multiple AI chats which were worthless. Several phone calls. On hold. Finally found an agent who could book my mileage tickets with my AK Air account number. Why did you mess up an App that was already working?

most useless app. There isn't much you can do in the app, clicking on most features and tools opens up a web browser page. What's the point of the app then?

What is the point?. If you want to do anything with your Atmos Rewards it has to be done in a browser. This gets 2 stars because it at least shows the points balance. Will update if they actually release a more functional app.

Not working. Can’t even get a curser. Unable to login. So what is the point of this app?

Useless. Login button doesn’t even work

Adds no value…. Aside from showing your YTD points, almost everything redirects you to a website. I’m not sure what the point of this app is—seems like something that could just been added to the Alaska app.

What is the point?. Maybe it’s b/c they are continuing with the Hawaiian airlines merge and they are still working on things, but for now, I find it very redundant to have this app if every time I need to view my info. or book a flight, I am then redirected to the online site where I have to login yet again. The AK airlines app is still far more useful for booking etc. and I find that app far more useful, though I admit redirection to the URL is still needed for things. Hopefully this app will improve in function as things settle on this merge.

Lousy excuse for an app. It’s only slightly better than a web wrapper disguised as an app. Everything you click just opens a Safari page to the associated Alaska Airlines webpage. You can’t do anything in the app and might as well use the mobile website.

Excited!. The UI design is sleek and amazing! Every button you click feels like you open up to a new location in the world! Could be a little bit better, every button you click opens up to a website link. It feels rewarding to literally just click a button. 😭🙏 Great job, Alaska!

Go back to Hawaii App. Awful App merge on every level. The app is basically a web link.

Totally dissatisfied with everything. Unable to contact Atmos. Took forever for me to be able to login to their website to book a flight. Tried to book a flight for $700 something from PHX to HNL. Minutes later, trying to book a flight they raise the price $100. What used to take six hours now takes six hours (if you’re willing to pay the price) to more than 14 hours plus with extended delays at Alaska airline hubs in San Francisco, Seattle and elsewhere. Hawaiian is not what it used to be, and never will be. They sold out to the money grubbing Alaskan Airlines. They are no longer Ohana.

Can’t sign in, removed and couldn’t get support. Frustration to get app to work. Downloaded, created password and then knocked out due to unrecognizable password. Called 7 times for support and never connected. Removed app after 3 days of trying.

Registration from Hawaiian to Alaska n Atmos points. Most difficult to just sign in. No communication help!!! Persevered a 2hour Sign in to just register from loyal 50 years Hawai’ian Airlines account. What’s really happening for a smooth transition? SOS

Downloaded then Deleted. Disappointed. As of Oct 4th this “app” is just a portal to Alaska airlines website pages. Everything you click on sends you to the Alaska website with an error page or a request to log into your account in a browser. For the “#1 loyalty rewards program” it sure is a disappointing UX.
