This app is NOT a Disney experience. The cruise was outstanding - every detail anticipated and handled flawlessly. Unfortunately, it appears Disney's IT department is not up to the same standards as the rest of the Disney Cruise. The app's functionality is very limited. The only meaningful functions are as an onboard text messaging app and a daily calendar. You cannot do anything else - you cannot schedule appointments, you cannot confirm your reservations, you cannot even view your bookings, excursions, dinner times and restaurants. It's not integrated with the photographers, guest services, your account, or the spa, or the cruise tickets, or castaway cay, or anything for that matter. You also could not use the app in advance of the cruise. You cannot order room service on it, you cannot communicate with your host, you cannot order gifts or a bottle of champagne from the bar. You cannot see your purchases. So, good for texting and to see the daily schedule. Not good for anything else. Advice to Disney Cruise Management - get funding focused on getting your IT infrastructure and resources devoted to fixing the technology side of the Disney equation.

Best Vacation. I am 75 yrs old and my first cruise and to be on The Disney Dream was my dream come true. On the 24th when our bus carried us to meet the ship I was in oh of the size and the number of people getting on. From the welcome the crew gave us to the farewell they gave us I felt like the most important person there. Our stateroom was for me being being disable, what a room. So much room, two port wholes. Large bathrooms. I had a pink scooter and everyone loved my scooter. We were treated so special at our meals . Lenox and Zolton were the best. We were treated like family. They made us feel special every time. Then Pong was our hostess and we were given a surprise welcome each night when we came back to our rooms to sleep, he was our family also. Coming back to real life was hard to come back to. Our dream on the Dream was the best vacation this 75 yr old Meme ever had. Thank you Disney Cruise. From Brenda Solmon

Phenomenal, must have App. Once you’re aboard ship and connected to the ship WiFi, this App becomes active. It gives you access to the daily Navigator, with all of the daily activity schedules aboard ship. It also gives you access to the dining menus, hours for onboard locations and so on. It’s great to be able to find out the current happenings wherever you are aboard ship. You may also forget where something is taking place or want to know what’s next at the venue you’re in. It also is nice to sneak a peak at your dining options for that day. I’d love to see this App more integrated with Web site content. Being able to handle your Port Adventures through it would help. Also being able to access the Navigator while ashore would be a huge help. These are small issues. It’d be nice to see your running bill as well. Yes, it’s supposed to be the Navigator, but seeing this more closely connected with the entire ship experience would make this a 6 Star ... above and beyond Disney service.

Useful but limited. It works well onboard but no connection as you exit the ship. There is no search feature for people, activities, and crew. No way to send an emergency message and no emergency contact numbers for the port master or guest services. It has most information from the Daily newsletter of activities but does not always match the printed version. Don't know which one was right. Information is incomplete--such as where to get a mid-day snack which are often available in Cove, keys, the pub, and promenade. It would also be useful if your shore excursions and spa/Palo reservation reminders appeared on the app or allowed you to add them. Would also have liked to see the names of my servers, host, etc. so I could remember them faster. Yet it does have activities categorized by interest or restriction (e.g.,adults only) which is quite useful, you can save items as favorites--for which you receive 15 min reminders, and you can see all the upcoming activates and dining dress for the entire cruise . It's a huge advance from having to use walk abouts like we did 15 years ago, but it still has some maturing to do before I would call it a great tool.

Magical!. We just finished our first cruise. The Disney Wish is amazing! The ship is beautiful. The food in the dining rooms is beautifully presented and delicious. Marcelina Market buffet breakfast and lunch has so many wonderful choices. The food court was surprisingly good also. Pizza, burgers, barbecue, Mexican, and ice cream. My granddaughter ate so much ice cream on this trip. The entertainment is top notch. We went to two shows, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin were amazing. Getting pictures taken with all the characters was easy and do much fun. Our granddaughter had a princess makeover and was thrilled with it. The pools were warm and the pirate party was a great time. I thought it would be just kids songs, but they played a terrific selection of 80’s and 90’s songs. All of the adults were singing along. Fireworks were spectacular end up the pirate evening. Lastly, the crew. Every crew member that we dealt with was polite and kind and understanding with all of our questions. The Disney cruise app is also a great help. You have the schedule for everyday at your fingertips. This was our first cruise and we are already looking forward to the next one!

Fabulous cruise.. Horrible excursion. I love Disney cruises this is our 4th one and I’ve never been disappointed however we went to Cabo San Lucas this time and I was very disappointed. We chose the Lands End excursion and the boat tour was great. I was very disappointed with the beach club it was advertised that the beach chairs and umbrellas would be provided but that was only in the restaurant where we had lunch not on the actual beach. But the worst part was the peddlers I completely expect this at the cruise port but at the beach where we are trying to relax it was very overwhelming we were constantly being bugged to buy things to the point that is was every 30 seconds someone was asking us to buy things. They also kept touching us and grabbing at my bag to give them money. I expected more of private beach area like we’ve had on all our past cruises. We didn’t not enjoy Cabo at all because of this and only stayed at the beach for 15 minutes and we left and went back to the ship. The excursion wasn’t cheap so I would expect a little better from Disney I wouldn’t not recommend this excursion to anyone.

Re app and ways to improve. The app was a little tricky to navigate especially hard to figure out when you don’t have access until on board for all of the navigator. Would have been easier to plan out events if I could have had an idea of what to expect and tried using the app at home first. Also on the daily activities there Should be away to not only see your favorites but also to show things you want to do as a must do. For ex maybe have an additional option to place a star on all the events you want to do and use the heart for the ones you must do. Bc I chose a lot of option for my favorites but it was hard to remember which ones were the ones that I didn’t want to miss. Also room service items should list more clearly what is available to get episode mentioned getting cheese platters and stuff it would be nice to know what all the options were and if any breakfast items were available And those items that cost additional should list the price. Lastly in case of an emergency there should be a way on phone that directs u to the muster area we went all over our ship on day 1 lost trying to find F. Very confusing if I needed to get there I would never be able to find my way. Just my thoughts.

Good app, still has room for improvement.. Over the years this application has continued to improve. The first I had loaded the app, many years ago, I did not like or use it. Before our next cruise the updates had improved to the point it was a useful app (and now very useful) that I would use. There are two (2) items that cause me to drop it from 5 stars to 4. The first is it is only written for the iPhone. It loads and runs on the iPad, but you can tell it is designed for the iPhone so the resolution poorer. The second annoyance is if you have more than one cruise booked. (I have one for this year and one for next year currently) While it will initially allow you to see all scheduled cruises (I only have two, I am assuming you can see more if you have them), once you select one, you cannot easily shift to another. You need to go out of the app, the close the app, the reopen the app to select a different cruise.

I love it but doesn’t work on iOS13. I do thoroughly enjoy this app and everything it has, but it says that it is compatible with iOS13 when it is in fact not. It makes my app crash and does not offer and older version that does function on an older operating system. I cannot update my phone because like with most technology it will destroy the battery that was not made for the features of iOS14 and above. I would prefer if it could work on my current operating system and not have to make me sacrifice my phone to use it. Please do fix soon, I love this app. Update: I feel like the developers don’t really read these things. I was saying how I can’t get into my app at all because it keeps crashing, and they tell me to go into the app to report the issue in the future...IF I COULD DO THAT I WOULD. With the new update you can download an older version pre-iOS 14.1 BUTTTT it’s the a version that still does not work on iOS 13.5.1 and previous! Soooo what’s the point? The last app update to function properly was the 4.11.0, please bring that one back!

Good, but an overhaul with new features is overdue. We first sailed in April 2015 and found the app very useful, but hoped to find new features by our next cruise. I am disappointed to say that after completing our second cruise in August 2017, nothing has changed in the app. 1. No alert tone when new chat message is received while out of app. Vibrate only. I miss messages constantly because of this. 2. Ability to call or text a wave phone from the app and vice versa would be tremendously helpful. 3. Ability to view folio balance and ship purchases in the app should exist by now. 4. Ability to communicate with guest services via a chat would be nice for when they are crowded. 5. Let us link the reservation in the app prior to the sailing date. We want to get everyone's phones setup prior to sailing, and would like to see the calendar of events before we sail to make plans. 6. Ability to obtain/purchase tickets to special events (character appearances, alcohol tastings, etc) and pick up tickets from the front desk, or present the app at time of event would be great. 7. Kids club has RFID and wristband system to track kids in the club. It would be nice to install RFID throughout the ship, so I can see where my kids are from the app. 8. App does not communicate with the ship while off the DCL-Guest network (i.e. at port of call). Chat messages and notifications from onboard staff (nursery/kids club) do not come through when on land.

Unreliable. App stopped working on the 3rd day of my cruise. It was crashing every time I tried to open it. The rest of my review is for the days it worked. App was not consistently providing notifications. It was nice to have visibility to all available activities and times in the app. Selecting favorite activities and the ability to list them helped with getting a quick glance at the schedule for the day, although I would have preferred for it to actually have an agenda or schedule feature. Connecting with guests in other staterooms for text messaging seemed more difficult than it should, as it required passing a long ID number associated with each other accounts to connect. You could be included in a group conversation but not be able to contact individual members of the group without first getting their long ID number. I understand it is a safety feature, but it would be nice if the app allowed the person in charge of the room to set the available contacts for everybody in the room. We had 4 staterooms and we desisted on trying to set this up for everyone as it felt very time consuming. Overall, it has potential, but we had to go back to the clumsy wave phones for now.

Great DCL App!. I discovered this app one year ago and I made my entire family download it for the next Disney Cruise. The best use for this app is when you are on the cruise, you can communicate through the app with your stateroom mates. DCL provides 2 “wave phones” per stateroom for your family to communicate with each other. The wave phones are out-of-date, a very short battery, and if you lose it, there is ~$150 replacement fee. The app also gives you notifications about events that are going on in the ship. Those are great if there is a BINGO game that you do not want to miss. The 2nd use that this app is good for are the deck maps. If you are not familiar with the Disney Cruise ships, you can go on this app to see each deck map. My first cruise I did not have this app and I was disoriented most of the time. The 3rd reason is when you book a cruise, you can enter the date of you cruise and you are able to see a countdown to your next cruise. I cannot recommend this app enough. If you are a 1st Time DCL cruiser or if this is your 10th, this app will help you relax a little bit more during your vacation.

Member Services feedback. My daughter had emergency surgery at home while I was cruising. I relied on the “Contact at Sea” instructions for those at home. While texting and calling was intermittent, my family did get through to member services (they had to give credit card number and were charged a fee for calling) . When returning from Port I was instructed to see Member Services even though I had already communicated with my family. Member services kindly offered to connect me to my family member. Also on Stateroom door was a message to contact Member Services. Overall I was impressed with the follow through that I received my message. I am confident in this process and gave me piece of mind. My only regret was upon a hasty departure, I neglected to pack my mini shampoo, lotion, etc. that I wanted to bring my daughter for her hospital stay. I beared no gifts😥 but my motherly love. Aside from my personal worries, I highly recommend a Disney Cruise and feel the “contact at Sea” process is efficient. Thanks

Fantastic for all ages. As someone who belongs to the 18-20 society now this app was incredibly useful for the 15+ of us to keep connected! We all were able to exchange numbers and create group chats to talk in! The only request we may have is that you can add people to group chats after one is created, or else you must gather everyone's numbers again and start a new one. The group chat also made it easy for me to keep in contact with my parents. With a map of the ship and specific show times they can send a quick text to have me meet them at the disney theater at a specific time. If i did not know where the theater was located a few quick taps on my phone showed me the way and I was set! It's also fantastic that you can find activities to do on the ship based on your age group, so if you have kids in edge or vibe you can see what activities they can take part in at specific times! The app also has blogs and information about the ports you enter each day as well as other useful things and even a shoutout to the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink of the day! As someone is who is a long time member of the disney vacation club and goes on maybe of these trips, it was fantastic to be able to use the app instead of the sort of phones they used to provide. There is always room for improvement, but all in all it made the trip a lot easier!

So good.. This is our second sailing in our first sailing we did concierge’s. I am telling you there’s no need for concierge’s unless it is something that you just want to do to isolate yourself a little bit from the ship. You cannot book the cabanas unless you’re sailing concierge’s which we did do the first time, but not this time and Castaway Cay was just fine without the cabana. We did do the new dinner on the Wish and Enchante’ was better in our option then La pergola in Rome (although comparing at this level is silly as they are obviously both as good as anything you will ever have). The dinners, food and service were so terrific. The new Aqua mouse is worth the 30-40min wait as it will remind you of Mickey’s runaway railroad from Hollywood Studios a little. Shows were like being on broadway, and there is something for everyone. Our 11 year old did Edge and loves it, our 7 year old liked oceaneere’s club but since she did not have her big sister with her this time she asked to get picked up after only 20min which was just fine with us :-)! The obstacle course, by Incredibles, was also definitely worth trying (30min wait) but make sure your swimsuit is on TIGHT (no joke lol). So happy we went on another Disney cruise and can’t wait for our next one!

Outstanding!. Wow people ^^^, I mean the app provides you with all the information you need while on the ship such as dining info, menus, times of character appearances, movies, activities, kids club itineraries, island info and ports of call info etc. The ship gives you an option to add SeaCast (wifi) to your cell phone carrier plan if you want to talk or FaceTime while aboard for an additional fee. I'm sure this isn't your first rodeo, Royal Caribbean didn't even have an app the last time I cruised. There are wave phones available (a mini cell phone) that you can carry around to talk with other members of your party. Also the app does let you text anyone in your room or another party. Let's not get carried away with wants here and realize that the ship provides a way to stay in touch with your immediate and other parties and doesn't have to do any more or any less than that. This was such a great cruise, and I plan on booking again next year. Great job Disney!

Great idea but a few suggestions..... My son came from Japan to meet us and never got it to work until we hit the first port and he could reinstall. Great to have guests communicate with their group members as we had eleven so came in handy. Guests excursions should drop into their individual app as well as shows and events they want attend so a daily calendar is organized and instantly available Couldn't add a person to an existing group, you had to leave the group and start a new one and the entire process was not intuitive Undoubtedly it will be more robust when completed. Felt sorry for those that didn't bring a cell phone or carry it at all times which we had hoped not to have to do on vacation. For heaven sakes give people wifi rather than charging for it....limit data and streaming, but give folks basic email july 2023 Not much improvement since last review. Difficult to go from group chat to activities. Disney is forcing vacationers totally depend on their phones and carry at all time which is not the point of a vacation. Still no free text or wifi even just limited to check in with home or pets. Rather stingy. Miss the printed daily page with updates and numbers one might need. Had to resort to the what’s app group for great information. Not a fan of carrying my phone all the time, even to dinner for a menu, to use a crippled app

Disney dream 2022. My family of 5 just finished our 4 night cruise to the Bahamas. It was our first cruise and we definitely intend on cruising again soon with Disney! The service was exceptional throughout the entire vacation. The staff was very attentive and made our food allergy top priority. Thank you to Budi, our server and esmarelda! Rooms were very immaculate despite our tornado children messing them each day. Shout out to Eric for keeping them so clean for us! We did take part in the spa services. I booked a deep tissue massage for a member of our party which was only rated maybe a 6 out of 10. Sorry Disney, but we have had better massages for half the price. And as much as I loved the options and presentation of all the food, I was not impressed. There was only one day at enchanted garden, pirate night, when every appetizer, entree and dessert was to die for!! Absolutely fantastic food. All other nights, I felt the food lacked flavor and sadly, just wasn’t that good. However, I loved our vacation with DCL! I reserved a place holder for another in the future and cannot wait to return! Thank you Disney for making mine and my family’s trip so memorable!

Cruise experience. I wanted to thank Disney and their staff for allowing me and my family to experience such a magical journey! I sail on many top rate and we’ll known cruise lines. I have now abandoned ship with these other cruise ships! And officially now onboard the Disney team! You have gone over and beyond to release my COVID19 fear to travel again! For the app pre-checkin count down app which was super cool and easy to navigate! To the stress free and we’ll organise check in process at the port! No lines and stress free check in process! It took us less than an hour from our Covid testing to embark to for our fun to begin! It was so awesome to know everyone on the ship was required to test and know the entire ship was COVID19 FREE! The personal touch and attention to detail does not go unnoticed as if we have been cruising with Disney for years! The staff and shows was amazing it brought my family to tears every time we would discuss out evening events the next day! Disney has raise the bar so high that the other cruise lines has no latter to reach! I have begun my planning process for a cruise this upcoming fall! I am beyond excited to visit my next destination and ship with Disney! I can write a book on my experience but I will just have to wait until my next Disney cruise experience review! Thank you Disney for not giving up on Walt Vision you made him proud!

Excursions. Hello, I just returned from the Wonder feb. 11-16th and am very disappointed in the excursions and hope that something could be done in the future. Both our excursions, blowhole in Ensenada and beach break in cabo would have been enjoyable except for the vendors being so pushy and not leaving us alone. It was terrible to not be able to relax because they come up to you every 30 seconds or so even after saying no thank you many times. Our beach view of the wonder was blocked by them. Then going to the blowhole they keep putting samples in front of you and would get right in your way every step you took. It was awful and I put that on the survey I took from the tour guide. The intensity was not appropriate and more people would buy from them if they just set up a display away from us that we could go to if we chose to instead. I took several pictures if you would like to see them . My party of 3 just wanted to go back to the ship and it was not a good representation of an excursion that Disney would approve of. Also the buffet closed rather early every night so if you were hungry it took over an hour for room service. Thank you.

Easy to use and great communication tool onboard. Several years ago we used this app on our first Disney cruise but it is greatly improved. No need to use the onboard 'cell phones' provided to each stateroom. You can create your own groups and stay in touch with all the family on the ship. It also keeps activity schedules up to date but you need to get out of the app completely and then open it again. The last night of our cruise they got the okay to show the new Beauty and the Beast movie the night before it was to open in theaters. When I checked the app, there it was. Thanks for this useful tool. Two suggestions for possible improvements are 1) have the app actual give some kind of sound indication if you receive a text message. 2) have an additional financial part to be able to see what extras you have added to your trip and the financial responsibility for those additions. It would be far easier than having to go to Member Services to check what was on their final bill. Would be handy and could help Member Services cast members cut down on the volume of calls and visits to their area for information. The app worked great but there are always ways to improve. Thanks for helping make our cruise more magical.

Wonder Cruise. Chef Marsden in Palo, his food simply divine and sublime, in my opinion better than Remi on Fantasy (February sailing). From the first bite you can tell the greatness of flavor. I never had a Chef make us special item for dinner and brunch. He was certainly the shining star of our cruise experience when it comes to Disney Cast Members. We will be talking of him for many cruises to come! Our server Nikhil worked extra hard on the very first day as he was without his usual assistant and we could tangibly see how efficiently he hustled to satisfy us and everyone he was assigned. He was also attentive to us during non-dinner times at breakfast, remembering our names and likes/dislikes as well as making us feel special. He would make a great addition to Palo (which we dined in four times on this cruise)! Rosetta made towel art to a whole new level and the room was immaculate and felt clean. She even made signature towel art for our anniversary and special celebrations and had attention to detail when cleaning the room to what areas we used more frequently. She was a lovely room host! Alcohol class was fantastic with Craig, Kareem, and Pen.

Absolutely MAGICAL. This app is great! It tells you all about the dinner menus, when the restaurants are open, deck plans, activities and so much more! I loved using this app to check what I wanted to eat for dinner because i usually take forever to pick out my food. I was able to favorite the activities that I wanted to go to later in the day and I would, about 15 minutes before the event, receive a notification telling me that I need to get to the location of the event. The communication part of the app was a bit off as I didn't receive any of the messages my family was sending me when I wasn't on the app, so they got angry when I didn't respond or show up to a meeting place onboard. I also expected to have a way to call others, but there was none of that! :( I loved the little disney emojis they allowed you to use! They were absolutely adorable! (: Besides communication, the app was extremely helpful on this trip! I can't wait to go again soon! (:

An info must on a Disney cruise. Good app I give it a 3.5 to 4 star rating. It's great in that it gives you all the information about everything onboard the ship. You get daily port info, spa info, movie info, ship maps, dinning menus, activities info, and info on everything/anything you could need. It's good (not great) for communicating with others on the ship via text. Unfortunately, the texting capability is not nearly as good as it could be. You cannot edit text groups once you have created the group. In order to add a new person to the group you have to start a new group. Editing groups at this point is a basic and this app should have it. To get text notifications, you have to keep the app open/running. If the app is closed you will not get a notification that you have a message and the person texting you will receive a message saying that you are "away". This app would be a 5+++ if the items mentioned above were fixed and if you could do the following. 1. Some kind of calling/talking like a skype or FaceTime type of call. 2. send pictures and your location on the ship. It's a good app but could easily be a GREAT app.

Dream.. We were on the dream for four nights. My husband, mom and sister. We had a balcony state room. Our room attendant was amazing. His name was Alvin. Within the first day we felt like friends. He was always so happy to see us. We enjoyed talking to him so much. He went over the top cleaning our room and making sure we had everything we needed. One day he came out of a room as we were walking by and for some reason it scared us so we screamed. Then he screamed because we scared him. It was the funniest thing. We talked about it the whole trip. He told us he will never forget it. He said we made his day. He was just so genuine. When we would be coming down the hall we would say Alvin where are you! Always a smile on his face. Always the happiest. It made us feel like we were friends. We took pictures with him. I hope he gets to see this. We got to say goodbye to him but wanted him to know he made our cruise so enjoyable

Family test cruise. First I want to extend a big Thank you fir this great opportunity to test and vacation at the same time. As always the service from our cast is beyond words. I want to bring up the closest to us during our wonderful 4 day cruise on the Disney Fantasy. Jermaine our stateroom attendant with his warm greetings every time we saw him and his details to bring a smile to our faces every time we enter our stateroom, Senol and Jackson for all their attention during our dinners and breakfast on our last day. They were both outstanding with all of us in the party but most with my niece the princess to ensure she had her diner fast. Lastly Duan, our server at Palo. She patiently explained the menu and gave us great suggestions to ensure our dinner experience was a memorable one. I would like to thank all the characters for their great appearances and also every cast onboard. Sincerely, Alba M Pérez

Everything but TV.. We just finished the 14 day Panama Cruise on the Disney Wonder. Staff was friendly and exceptional. The food and entertainment were excellent and both of a wide variety . Everything was impeccably clean. Overall it was great! Would be 5 Stars EXCEPT: My only complaint was the TV. I can’t understand since Disney owns ESPN, why we were unable to watch the Texas A&M vs Mississippi State football game at 6:00 pm on Saturday October 27th. There were at least 50+ Aggies on board plus some MSU Bulldog fans and we were extremely disappointed to see CRICKET in place of our football game. We had numerous staff at the bars attempt to arrange it for us and they all came back and said they couldn’t do it. I would think that EVERY channel owned by Disney would be available on cabin TVs. No, we were stuck with Caribbean ESPN and a boring Cricket game. There’s no telling how much the bar could have made on drink sales during that 3 1/2 hour football game! It’s a shame the “high” of the Canal crossing was followed by a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

My cruise. I would like to speak on my first Disney cruise. The dates were from November 4-8th on the Magic. This was me and my husband’s first trip without the kids. A week prior we were offered an upgrade to concierge. This level of service was sincerely needed and appreciated as working parents that don’t get or make enough time for ourselves. Unbeknownst to us who have never experienced concierge service before, yet only on a Disney cruise, the experience was priceless! The staff from start to finish was exemplary! The cleanliness was impeccable! The food was indulgent! The staff knew us by name everywhere we traveled throughout the ship. The ship was not crowded at all and didn’t once feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable with the procedures to various functions and services throughout the ship. Needless to say that we have planned another cruise with concierge and will continue to rave to any and everyone about our wonderful experience! We highly recommend Disney cruise line with concierge!

Tips from a gramma on a scooter!. Having just had back surgery before the cruise I had a rented scooter so I could keep up with my kids and grands. It was EXTREMELY difficult to go out on the main decks (to watch the grands swim or eat). I would have to get a fast pace to get over the hump and it bounced me terribly and as I “landed” and on the deck it shook everything on my body and the scooter. Everyone around me looked in horror —I made them feel better as I laughed and said something about Disneys new adventure ride. I have a walker too but I could t keep up so anytime we had to go outside I would have to take the walker and was so uncomfortable. I noticed as we got off the ship there were carpet runners over the “humps” and I could roll right over them. I saw many many people with scooters and they had the same complaints. Just thought I would bring this to your attention.

Disney Cruise Fantasy. This is my 3rd Disney cruise! I couldn’t wait to take my husband, it was going to be his first Disney cruise experience! I had been bragging about the food the ship the activities for months! I always request to sit at a group table for dinner, we love meeting other families and this is always very important to me! Before the ship left port I went to the dining room to check with the head waiter just to make sure we had a shared table and was very disappointed to find out we didn’t! They tried to change it but weren’t able to! In the past the food has been top notch, this time every night my fish was over cooked and bland, all except for one night my husband and kids steaks were very good and Palo was AMAZING! We also really enjoyed the Animators Palette, the animation during dinner was really great! The movies, shows and entertainment were a 8 out of 10 and the ports of call were very nice, especially castaway cay! The value for the money just wasn’t there for me this time but will go again some day I’m sure!

Halloween Cruise. We had a wonderful cruise. It was very clean and everyone was so friendly. However, on the 5th floor where the popcorn is, you need a bigger popcorn mechanic to accommodate your passengers and a waiting area for popcorn. . I observed people sitting on the floor on the corner by the elevator. It was a fifteen minute wait , because the little popcorn machine wouldn’t keep up with demand. A older lady (65) walked around the corner and tripped over the people that were sitting on the floor by the elevators. She fell flat on her face. This was unacceptable!!!!!! I alerted your staff. They did ask the older lady if she was okay, but never asked the people to get off the floor. Disney has everyone on their phones to check places and times. You can’t have obstacles in your way ,if you’re encouraging everyone to use their phones. I encourage you, to look back on your cameras and make sure this doesn’t happen again. This and the buttons on the elevator are the only two negatives, I have. Definitely will be booking again. Thank you

Very disappointed. After paying in full and booking 6 adults and 2 grandchildren under 5, the communication was next to nothing. Never were we asked about scheduling an early dinner seating…we were assigned an 8 pm with a one and a three year old that couldn’t make it through dinner. We attempted to book excursions weeks in advance…the app listed all shore excursions as sold out. We attempted on numerous occasions to call..after literally over an hour wait time each time we attempted we figured we could just schedule once we arrived. We did not ever recall the contract stated we could not take our minor grandchildren ashore unless we booked an excursion. This was so disappointing as we had family that were meeting at the port in Jamaica to show us the island. We then tried to book an excursion…all sold out. 8 day cruise and only able to leave the ship at 2 ports, over crowded beach excursions in Cozumel and Disney's private island with no chairs or seating available The grand cayman stop was canceled, would have preferred to spend the 20k somewhere else.

The DCL app. The DCL app was such a help for friends and family to come together and enjoy their cruise. I have met many people and have been blessed to meet them and because of the Disney cruise line app had me closer together. Entertainment: Edge, vibe, oceaneer club, oceaneer lab, it’s a small world nursery has been such a help to the adults!!!! The adults can have their children have a blast in all youth activities. The children have come up to the cruise director and tell them how much the love the people and the fun they had in the clubs. The app lets you know when daily events are going on and what movies are showing. Character meetings: Character meetings has been such a blast for me and my mom and dad! I am 11 years of age and but that doesn’t stop me from meeting my favorite friends. In conclusion, the DCL app has been such a help to all families who has been on the cruise before and has not at all. I thank you so much for the app. Have a great day!

Appreciating the app. I concur with La-La-LaShay that ones should not get carried away with the "wants" as the Crew Members are knowledgeable about ev-er-y-thing of the cruise, and even will approach you if you have a quizzical look with a question mark inside a floating thought bubble. Having young ones whom were given first rights to roam at will, the application was a cushion of ease. Having the "away" feature is simply something nice to know ahead of time so all concerned are aware. It was great for our family and for - pardon the pun - navigating areas of the ship after receiving and reading the Navigator sheet each day. Something to consider for capturing memories: the application and all information/conversations are inaccessible once your cruise is finished. Along the way, I used my phone to screen-shot certain things so as to print and preserve (e.g., scrapbook); though I did not think of the idea until the third day. All in all, a great feature.

Winter fun. We had a great time. I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old the fireworks were too late at night for them to stay up after an already very busy day. The beauty and the beast performance was amazing!! Wish we would have seen more photographers on the beach/castaway cay. My mom purchased the big photo package and we didn’t get any photos except when we just got off. We did the pirate ship at Nassau. That too was awesome!! They did a great good with the kids!! Thank you for having an option to get off and not have to go into town with the kids. The extra food options coffee/beer/drinks were very reasonably priced and because of that we were able to enjoy some extra goodies. The amount of characters that we saw on the ship was great. I’m dairy free the desserts were amazing but the dinner selections was ok. Some nights I could order off the regular menu but the chicken/salmon/steak got old very fast. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the towel characters are always cute. We had great time. Thank you!

Disney FABULOUS 🚢♥️. This was a truly magical week! I traveled from Texas with my daughter and granddaughter. This cruise was my granddaughter’s 13th birthday gift. I ordered ahead and Disney delivered a happy birthday cupcake, with her name on the plate, to our door!!! We were all three in amazement of how friendly the crew greeted us throughout the ship, the cleanliness was superb, we noted what great shape the ship was in, the dining is to die for and the servers were AMAZING! The onboard live shows were definitely one of the highlights and seeing a new Disney movie that has not been released to the public yet. WHOOP! The navigator app is very user friendly…. everything you want to know is in the app….. even contacted guest services a couple of times…. no need to wait in line. Or you could tune in on channel 1 and cruise director, Darin and Anthony would fill you in on the days adventure. You could be as busy or just relax! We are definitely going back!!!

Still Needs Work. I’ve had the app since the days of the old fashioned suitcase which displayed the number of days left before the cruise. I’ve also been on 5 cruises (Iceland, Alaska, etc.) so I’m not a novice. The ultimate goal is to get rid of the daily paper navigator, which is an admirable goal. Here’s what needs work: still having to go in person to sign up for brunches, tastings, etc. Each time I’ve had to sign up in person, because the app shows no availability only to discover there was lots of slots still to be had. Palo was deserted and we had six people in our bourbon tasting. When the cruise is short, this time trying to book is burning my vacation time. Secondly, the ribbon that shows “Daily activities, character greetings, etc,” does not have a left swipe arrow to indicate that banner moves. I talked to others who didn’t realize this as well. The WiFi signup should coincide with the final setting up the app on board. There should be a prompt that indicates this as a next step. Don’t send me a long sheet of paper about the WiFi when the app could automatically do this and start the clock on the 50 mg of WiFi. Also, get the app to do little drop downs asking you to sign up for your placeholder on the app. Several new folks thought they had to go to the desk to do this. Keep working on this. I have faith in the design group! Put me in the testing group!

Good but room to improve!. This was our 1st cruise and we will sail with Disney again! My family and I downloaded it on our devices prior to leaving home. We frequently used it daily onboard for our entire journey. It was a great way to communicate with each other via text and review the planned activities onboard that were available for us to participate in. Things I'd like to see in the future: 1) an alert once a text is received because many times I didn't see the text until much later 2) DCL staff and guests to have the ability to text/call DCL staff/guests through this app instead of guests carrying a wave phone 3) phone calling capabilities to other guests who were with me and using this app 4) port adventures options with the capability to purchase through the app 5) access to photos taken by Shutters with the capability to purchase pictures through the app 6) ability to make dinner reservations at the optional restaurants onboard. Thanks for a fantastic time on The Fantasy and looking forward to an improved app the next time we sail!

Frustrating. This app was one of the most frustrating aspects of the Disney cruise. It crashes regularly meaning when I’d get a notification and try to launch the app, it would just close. The texting function is just ridiculous. For one, many sent texts are never received by the other person. My husband would show me texts he sent me, and I’d show him my app messages which wouldn’t event show they were there. Secondly, why do you have to know the other guest’s 6-digit number even if they’re in your travel party? Trying to book the Star Wars Hypeforce experience was unacceptable. The user would have to click into each “available” time, click Confirm, only to see that time slot was not available. The most frustrating was that the phone needed to have very specific settings to work: needs to be on DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi, but in airplane mode, with Local Network on for that app. It would make sense to give each stateroom a document walking through it and/or send the instructions along with the port arrival form.

Fantastico. My finance and I are blessed to have had this wonderful adventure aboard the Fantasy Halloween Cruise on the High Seas, October 16-24th. Everything was absolutely perfect, except for disembarking without our coffee flavored tequila, which, the ship did not deliver back to our room. Unfortunately, Disney did not send us a reminder to pick it up before departure. It has now been four days and we have not received notification regarding this. We did attempt to contact Disney. cruise line and the port. It is impossible to reach them by phone. The recording should give a wait time. We waited over 1 hour and never spoke to anyone. I sincerely hope Disney will improve their phone system and improve the communication between the passengers and crew as far as retrieving confiscated alcoholic beverages. Other than that, the cruise and excursions were fabulous. Disney took all precautions to protect us from harm. We look forward to future cruises as we are DVC members Best regards, Anita and George

Very useful - great reference. The app is very beneficial to know what is happening when and where. The location and hours of everything is a definite plus. It is fairly easy to use. However it would be better if it was more adaptable. For example, would be great to be able to message certain areas - spa, guest services, kids club. This would help with questions that don't need an immediate answer. You definitely should be able to add in your scheduled appointments for the spa, princess gathering, sports simulator, etc. It should give you more flexibility with the schedule so you can add in your individual events. Messaging you serving staff would be a nice option too. That case if you were not going to dinner, needed to special order a menu, etc you could message them. I think that would make it easier on guests and staff. The only issue we encountered was lack of signal or connection at times. There is a delay sometimes in receiving the messages too. The app is much better than using the paper navigator. I love the app but would love it even more with the improvements I mentioned.

App on the Wish. Ok, you have to use the app for everything. I don’t love being tied to my phone while on vacation but it worked well. One thing that would be nice is a way to “heart” the things you want to do and then those hearts show up on all the times that event occurs. Also the “wish goodnight” was not listed on the activities list. It would be super cool if the wands lit up. I did not like the Adventure game that you played with the pictures around the ship. My 11 year old does not have a phone and therefore couldn’t play. It would be nice if there were cards like the detective game on the Dream/Fantasy or maybe something that interacts with the magic band plus. The other problem I had with the game was that my daughter and I started a quest then the next day I wanted to do a step without her but couldn’t without restarting. I just quit. I did not have too many connectivity issues except when I was on the 13 deck during the fireworks show. Also, people were constantly on their apps chatting or checking the next event-in the middle of a movie or show, at dinner, all the time. Very distracting. I miss the paper navigators, but the app worked just fine.

Disney Cruise App comments. We sure found this app to be useful and a lifeline to communicate with our party of 6 on the Fantasy ship. The texting function was very good most of the time. The two comments I’d make are that occasionally you are out of range and don’t get the messages right away...understandable on a huge ship. The second comment is more a request for an improvement. It would be helpful to have a time stamp when the messages are sent. Given that communications were intermittent sometimes, you could get a delayed message thinking that it was current. For example, “we are at the pool now.” By the time you got the message, it was after lunch and they were back at the room. We loved the current activities that highlighted all the activities from the current time forward. You could be reminded that you needed to leave soon to participate or see things you hadn’t noticed on the daily navigator. The deck plans were helpful too, to help you get somewhere quickly. The kids had fun with the countdown character clock to see how long it was until Cruise day, too.

Marvel day at sea on Disney Cruise. It is a treat to see the kids and adults alike being excited to see Disney characters in marvel characters. At times the lines can be pretty long. It would be nice to have more intimate encounters along with the characters place throughout the ship. Also, they are not charging stations on the deck. It would be nice to be able to charge your phone for events such as the Hero’s Unite show. After you spent all day, taking pictures, your phone battery may not make it through the whole show. Being able to have some surprises in the state room was such a nice surprise and a treat. The app is pretty helpful. That is a way for you to tap the ‘like’ for events that you might be interested in. Those events are easily add it to your plans. It’s just that he can get confusing when you were looking for an event such as dinner when it comes to the dinner location. Castaway cay was very nice for the family as well.

Very helpful but room for improvement. This is fantastic for providing daily schedules and activities and dining menus as well as deck plans. The chat function is great for keeping in touch but unfortunately it only vibrates and does not have a sound alert and so I missed many messages. Also, for some reason, at times I would get a notification saying that the person is "away" and the message would not be delivered even though they had their phone on. It would be very nice to be able to view future days' menus and activities as only the current day is displayed. As others have said, it would be very helpful to be able to view your room charges and also to make new reservations in it. Although we were told by cruise personnel it would work in the ports (as we left children in day care while we went to shore) it does not work on land in ports. Also, the "Help" section is worthless as it's just a few basic instructions and there's no search function and in order to get help you have to go to the IT desk which only has limited hours. However, I can't imagine functioning on board without this app--our last Disney cruise was years ago on The Big Red Boat before Wi-Fi or cell phones even existed and this provided a tremendous improvement in the cruise experience. This review is from our January, 2018 cruise.

Review of first cruise. This was our first Disney cruise and it was all that we dreamed and more. From the moment we arrived at port to when we disembarked, we were made to fell special. When taking the character meet and greets, the cast members for to know us. The schedule of these were sometimes hectic and we did miss Stitch but was great. Jennifer who is from Marishis (spelling is wrong), even knew our state room number. Carlos our state room host met us the first day and greeted us. He introduced hisself, gave us an overview of the days activities and greet each and every time he saw us. Each morning he gave us a quick update of the activities and made sure we had fun. Neurys (spelling) in Mickey main sail made sure we had the best experience possible. All the cast members answered our questions and made sure we had what we needed. Happiness in guest services was the best. She promptly assisted us with anything we needed. Our servers Rhaul and Fredrick table 102 took excellent care of us when we dined nightly.

Disney Does It Best. First time on the smaller Disney ship and it didn’t disappoint!! I was worried, as other cruise lines older ships (even renovated) are so dated and beds uncomfortable, rooms small, little fixes are seen all around and they just smell old. The Disney Wonder was just that, Wonder-ful! Disney has an impeccable standard and the staff is equally as efficient and friendly! Disney was my first ever cruise and (eight years and many cruises later) so far there is no comparison to room size, comfort of bed and bathroom, entertainment is incredible (although I do wish for nighttime adult comedy), quality of food, theatres, Castaway Cay is awesomeness!! I went with my best friend and it just didn’t matter that we didn’t have kids! This was just a repositioning Cruise but there was always something happening. There is something for literally everyone and places to be that have no kiddos. Disney Simply Does It Best! Thank you Disney Kelle Judah

Good app, can be better. Overall the app provides some good notifications and scheduling capabilities. Need more flexible ways to communicate though in my humble opinion. Chat function is only limited to people in the same room (or we didn’t know how to do it, either way it’s inconvenient design), which in our case with multiple rooms it didn’t work as what we needed. Activity bookings are convenient, but a lot of times they were disabled without any information, for first time cruisers like us, because of this we missed some good and important sessions like royal gathering. And once booked, in my case some paid activities didn’t have easy ways to cancel. The last night on cruise and luggage policies should be explained more clearly. There were like 10 last night activities for cruisers to attend to and we just noticed at dinner through random conversation that the luggage needs to be put out at the hallway before 10:00pm otherwise everything needs to be self carried. What a shock and exercise for ending a vacation.

Lackluster. Compared to the Disney’s park app, the Disney Cruise app is lacking. We just returned from Halloween on the High Seas and found the app to not be as updated as the paper navigator you receive in your stateroom each day. The parks app has so much integration in terms of scheduling dining, fast-passes, viewing photos, etc...this app just feels “empty”. We found that several event times such as fireworks, were not accurate on the app compared to the paper navigator. This is odd since the one bright spot of the app is the alert system. We were alerted that our glass bottom boat tour was cancelled due to weather early in the day which we appreciated since we were able to make other plans. Having said that, another alert popped up right before the scheduled time of the boat tour saying it was still happening. We just so happened to be in the right spot on Castaway Cay to check on the tour only to find out that it was still cancelled. Ironically, the weather was perfect at that point and had been for most of the day even though it was a little breezy and overcast in the morning. Odd. Again, overall, it seems like Disney needs to overhaul this app and my suggestion would be to take the lead of the parks app where applicable. Disney people like to plan. The app should help you do so.

Best vacation ever!. Thank you Disney for a truly magical vacation! Cruising forced my tween and teen boys to disconnect from technology and spend time with Mom and Dad! My husband and I bonded on all different levels with our boys, and we will treasure those memories forever. We absolutely loved your private island Castaway Cay (2 stops). Everything was perfect. From the pristine beaches to the trilling stingray excursion, we couldn’t of asked for a better port experience. The Disney staff gave exceptional customer service! Our hostess Nicole took such good care of us, and we loved our wait staff Jason and Monica who followed us from restaurant to restaurant! Speaking of restaurants, Palo was amazing. And being the clean freak that I am, can I just say your ship is spotless! Everywhere sparkled. This was our first cruise, and well you have spoiled us Disney! I won’t even consider another cruise line. We are all ready to plan our next family cruise vacation with you.

Excellent. It was an amazing navigator as i am first time to cruise in Disney. It was very helpful and guide us where ever we go like an activities, foods and live shows. Indeeed, Bravo! 👌👍👏

Used for everything on the cruise. Generally a good app but needs an optimisation as it drains battery terribly and also is slow for most cases (especially chat) and many features aren’t easy to find (namely the photo albums and menus for restaurants)z it’d also be good to be able to set reminders for specific events (eg. No point in getting a 15 minute reminder for Spider-Man if you need to get there 45 mins beforehand to line up). Popular events should also have a recommendation to get there early. We should be able to rate actions in the app. Should be able to filter activities by age. Checklist for character visits (eg, excludes ones that you’ve already seen). Perhaps suggestions for locations where the line starts.

Disappointed. Disappointed by the cruise, lifts hopeless as everyone pushes in before disabled. Nothing good about the cruise, I had intended to book two more at time of travel, quickly decided never to book again with DCL. 1 out of 10 for quality of cruise, false promises, waste of money.

First timer family cruise. Hi ! We recently went on our first family cruise as a family of 4. I must admit we were a bit skeptic about the whole thing but being a part of Disney brand , I know it will be fine. It was more than fine. It was awesome. From the friendliest staff, waiters and waitresses in the restaurants and room attendants, everyone had a smile on their faces. The food was great , service was excellent and the entertainment is one of the best. A cruise that we will never forget. Robrigado Family Dec 8-11, 2023

So helpful Everything you need in one app. Thank you Disney cruise for making it so easy to have all the information in one space fantastic app everything I needed and the communication between us on board was so easy to find each other

Very helpful. A great app for cruising. Pity I didn't look at in more detail until 1.5 days in.

Used to love it but update looks awful. I actually think this is a great app and would 4 Star it for use on the ship and if it was available before you actually got on I’d go all the way and 5 Star it but when your not on the ship all you get is the cruise countdown clock which used to look awesome but since the last update is a bland countdown clock. Used to check it very day in the lead up to a cruise. Now it just annoys me every time I look at it as the blandness is so un-Disney like.

Disney App.. What a brilliant idea. It reminds you of what’s on your favourites list 15 mins prior. Gives you the location of the activity. You expenses. What’s where on the ship. Just so very easy to navigate the ship. It’s simply brilliant. Well done disney. 10/10. Even for seniors like us.

Messaging app. Awesome way of keeping in touch with your group, works well and doesn’t cost to use

Best Cruise Ever!!!. So easy to book and get information on everything!!!!!

Wonderful App. Having been on 5 RCL cruises the app worked better than expected had all the fictions to be effective and worked extremely well. loved the messaging it was the best I have used on a ship.

Slow app. App is very slow and clunky. Not overly easy to navigate and message service, although a fantastic idea, is very delayed. Unless u are walking around constantly refreshing, messages don’t come through. When adding an activity or event to your plans, they don’t always add to “my plans”. Cruise experience as a whole though, was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations.

Cruisers navigator buddy. This app tells you all the activities and bookings you have made. The chat feasture can be buggy but at least chatting to each other is free

The app. Was great but a suggestion is that when is the nursery kids are in care love that they tell us if sad but a big one I noticed was they didn’t say if they had fallen asleep so I assume my son had settled after the first msg of being unsettled and was playing but he actually was asleep also kids club can the staff tell the parents when they are moving from club or lab (so when pick up happens we are not walking around looking for our children as some staff where unsure upon drop off) I love that you can heart/like something and then the characters or events will come up so if you miss one time you know when the next is. Overall great app once you work it all out ps the Disney emojis really should be apart of normal messaging to they are soo adorable 🫶

Disney cruise. Great for kids under 14 but totally lacking interest for older kids. Not recommended if you have a big family with wide spread of ages.

Great trip. We as a family did a 4 night cruise to Hobart. Food plenty of it, and bars to have a drink. Entertainment exceptional and all the shows couldn’t be better. All cruise staff very polite and there to please all your needs. Will be returning in the new year. Weather a bit cool but that’s out of anybody’s control.

Very handy!. I love being connected to everyone on the cruise, and being able to virtually explore the ship before the holiday starts. Please consider adding dark mode to the app!

Very easy to use. Very easy to use

Best trip ever!!!!. This is one of the most useful apps to have with you. Inside the app there is many activities and events on the Disney cruise for each day it keeps u updated so u do not have to Mimi’s out in new events this app was super useful on the Disney cruise ship!

Magical app. Just like the cruise line experience. The app was also flawless. Easy to use, the favourite and reminder features are brilliant and communications between parties/guests and cast and crew staff were excellent. Thanks you so much for making the app as magical as the cruise.

Very easy to use. I found the app very easy to use. Everything I needed was at my finger tips.

Clear info & easy to use. Love the private text message feature. Would be even nicer to have voice messages, or sharing pictures. But of course, it takes more internal capacity, it might slow down the service But overall!! Well done!!

A wonder for Grandma and two grandsons. The thorough, attention to details ensured fast, fabulous personal schedules to be achieved. Appreciated meal details already in My Plan. Easy access to Explorer, additions to schedules easy. Excellent message reminders for starting times. Easily utilised by children ( 11/10yo).

Easy to use. Great app has all the details and reminders for each event

Good but it locks up from time to time. The app is mostly reasonably good but if you use the favourites feature under activities and list activities by favourites it locks up after a while. It would also be nice to be able to filter by multiple categories such as adult entertainment and all age entertainment. Being able to send photos messages to other parties on the ship would be really nice as well.

Excellent. No cons, all pros

Melbourne Disney Wonder !. Amazing Spectacular! Thankyou Disney Crew ! And we thank Disney Wonder !!

Disney is for everyone. What a wonderful trip it was!!!! Staff are amazing, ship is beautiful!!! Was a lovely trip!!! Definitely will do again!!!!

Must have for the cruise. So handy to have on the cruise for texting family, seeing activity times and locations, etc.

Disney Wonder NEW YEARS EVE CRUISE 2024. Fantastic cruise. Marvel Unite show was amazing. Disney Dreams show was fantastic. Sam Lee the magician was incredible and mind bending. Food was excellent at the themed restaurants, cabanas prawns were very tasty and plentiful, good range of food. Cast members and servers bent over backwards to make your cruise the best ever and deserve the tips. Lots of characters, good photo opportunities between our family of four took 300 photos. Lots of good magic shots. The cruise app worked well without a hitch.

beautiful experience with disney wonder australia. we had an amazing mini holidays with you guys! the food, service, staff, stateroom are outstanding! thank you and we will see you again on future!!!! - hazel, ben and ashton of stateroom 6062

Disney dreaming. We had a great time. The only problem was not enough time to do all that was offered! The shows were spectacular!!! All the staff, from room and restroom attendants to our serving waiters & bar staff, couldn’t be more helpful and informative (I had a habit of going aft instead of forward). I only wish we lived closer so we could cruise more often - Sydney, Australia, is so far away! Thanks, Ann Griffith.

Karen Mullins and Paxton Maguire. Regarding the app 10/10 Once on board, 10/10 Arriving at port and processing was highly disorganised ( our experience ) Can’t wait to cruise Disney again

Disney. My name is Alexandra my favourite part was the entertainment and food and I am 11 years old i think the only bad thing is the American coffee me and my family will be going on the cruise again

Works great!. Great app for before and during your cruise! If you’re cruising with Disney, you definitely need this app!

I’m please add gluten free for dietary options. Seems overkill to fill in the special requirement form when all other option (lactose free etc are just an option in the app). Also said form is not accessible via app… guessing it’s just a pdf

Awesome. Truly amazing and easy to use app. Easy access to all the activities and navigation through the ship and many more features.

Great app especially when on board. Every time it is updates we have to reset the clock again. Can this be fixed? We have had 2 updates this week.

This App is Everything. Without this app, we would’ve been lost on the ship or missed out on so many activities. It showed us which restaurant we were booked in for, what time and our table number. I highly recommend this app when going on board. It will make life much easier.

Really is magic at sea. Most wonderful experience and the app helped keep on track of where/what our plan for the day was.

Essential for Disney cruises. Our family of 5 used this app on a recent cruise and it was great. We could keep track of activites, bookings, scheduled things on board and set reminders. Plus we could all chat and text each other using the onboard wifi out at sea. Must have!

Nifty Little Tool. We used it on our first cruise and it made it a lot easier with the navigational maps, timetables with activities, character meet and greets and most importantly the menu! I loved being able to see what was for dinner first thing in the morning! It also didn't require WIFI to operate which was excellent for us because we are from Australia so we didn't have to use data.

Amazing App!. Very helpful to keep track on daily activities, and has no glitch while on sea.

Essential App. The app is a must have for the Disney cruise! Loved the messenger to keep in contact with family and friends on the cruise. Has the times for activities and character appearances so you can schedule your day!

Fantastic onboard resource. Used this app often every day during the cruise. It was fantastic for seeing what was on, sorted by time and if you wanted, also by type of activity (age group / movies showing etc), and gave reminders 15 mins prior for your selected activities. Also gave the deck plans for the ship which was very helpful. Couple of minor suggestions would be to have a search function for location to save looking through deck plans and TV guide on app.

Mrs C. Overall quite nice experience, but would appreciate that we can communicate in different Languages, as it is a Worldwide welcome guest cruise, not everyone knows English. It would be much efficient if we can leave voice messages or send photos too.

Letsoalo Family. Amazing experience. The app was very helpful and easy to use. Told you everything you needed to know or find about the ship.

Handy, didn't work on some parts of the ship. It was a handy app, main focus for us was communication with my 10 year old while he was in kids club. There were parts of the ship that the app didn't work and we missed messages from our son. Eg he got hurt in kids club and messaged me to say he was going back to the room early. We were having a few drinks in the adult area and didn't get the message as I was checking the app in case. When our planned catch up time came as we got to our room the message beeped and found out. Luckily our son was ok.

The best. I don’t normally write reviews but feel the need to voice my appreciation for the excellent service . The app was very user friendly and I found it easy to manage. Thank you

First time Disney cruise. We’ve just come off our first Disney cruise as a group of 8 and this app made life so much easier. We were able to communicate with each other using the ship wifi without any extra costs, we could plan our days easily and look up the dinner menus amongst other things. This app is a brilliant idea and exceptionally handy. My only complaint is the group chats are limited to 4 people which meant multiple chats to be able to communicate with everyone.

Great!!!. This was our 7th or 8th cruise and we obviously love DCL - however this was the BEST cruise ever. The entire staff was super. Our serving team was by far the best (and we’ve always had great servers). The stateroom host was amazing and even the merchandise teams! We absolutely loved everything about our cruise❤️ and as always the ship was impeccable!!

Disney dream. Awesome

Magical trip. It is our first cruise ever and we choose to go with Disney cruise line. We heard good things about it and it turns everything we heard was so true. We had so much fun. It was a great experience for the whole family. The whole Disney crew staff were so nice and friendly. Special thanks to Kras, Ericson and Nishant who made our dinning experience unforgettable.

Really nice but not the chat. The chat is lagging a bit but everything else is really cool !

Family Fun Time!!. Our cruise with Disney Magic April 28th to May 3rd was very electrifying, enjoyable and catered to the entire family! There was something for everyone and their staff was very helpful, especially in the stateroom and restaurants! We never felt pressured to do anything and their Disney App provided activities and entertainment on an hourly schedule! The arrival and departure was planned professionally and we are giving this cruise a 10 star rating! Stanford family!!

Amazing. This was so very helpful on the cruise. I was able to keep up with characters, menus and other family members. I would highly recommend this app to everyone taking a Disney Cruise.

Disney Dream. Amazing ship and staff! Food was awesome and can’t beat the Castaway Cay experience. Five adults and one teen and all loved it! Fifth Disney cruise and we’ll be taking another!

Unreliable wifi on ship degrades the experience. Messaging is very unreliable on the Disney Wish. It seemed to work better on the Dream. Notifications arrive, but messages are not in the chat. At the beginning of the cruise, lots of “not connected to DCL-Guest” messages despite being on the wifi and have an IP address. Some things that worked sometimes were toggling private wifi address on and off and turning off all SIM cards. The new uncharted game is cool, but can also be slow and unreliable when creating teams, joining teams.

Great. A must download. Great helpful easy to use

Good not great. The messaging feature is very helpful but could us some updating like message forwarding, copy and paste text, and reply to specific messages. The biggest issue we had was no DCL wifi on Castaway Cay so the entire app was pretty much useless while we were on the island.

Amazing. I fond the food good and the pools were amazing and all the service was awesome and all activity’s were all good

Essential - a must. Download this app and when onboard start to plan your itinerary! Character appearances, activities, etc. You can 'favourite' your choices to make it easier to see your choices. It will also bling you to remind you for the upcoming event. Onboard chat was great! Remember to pass the chat code that's generated to your party so they can keep in touch. Very handy (make sure to charge your phone the night before!) Note: activities, movies, etc might have last minute changes and your 'favourited' choice may still bling you with a reminder even though the activity was cancelled. So don't fuss, just go with the flow. So many fun things to do onboard.

Could be so much better.. For giving the basic informations it is good. It could be so much better. Disney please add a voice client for the device it would eliminate the need to have as many wavephones. Add a live data stream for the onboard information on channel 4 or channel 1 for ship wide announcements. Add an on demand option for the TV.

Our first cruise. That was one of the best trips I had ever been on personally and with the whole family. The dining staff was amazing with the kids (6 and 8 year old girls) I couldn’t ask for a better all around experience. The group we travelled with was ten and each and every one of us enjoyed our first cruise....we’ve already discussed plans for another cruise, the problem is just choosing where. Disney has always been great too our family, we have been to the parks for the past five years and now a cruise. Just a big thanks.

Incredible experience. This was my wife’s and my first cruise ever and was truly amazing. From the crew, food and entertainment to the ship itself (Magic) it was all top notch. I expected it be a great experience seeing as it was a Disney cruise but those expectations were blown out of the water and into the sky. We will definitely sail with Disney again.

Great Halloween Celebration cruise! Excellent service. We had a fantastic time!

Star Wars day at sea. My mom had read ,that you can trade the jawas.so we brought some shiny things ex(money).but when my sister was gonna trade the coins they showed her shiny crown that she liked .so she tried to give the jawas ,the coins they refused to trade her and she started crying.other than that our cruise was amazing.

Le Fantasy. Extraordinaire!!!!!

:). It was amazing and super helpful. It felt like a celebration when it was the day to go and I could text someone on the app if I needed to so I recommend getting this if you’re going on the cruise enjoy your cruise!!!!!!!

Amazing. I really really super really like it

Go cups. We loved everything about our cruise. Only one request. Please give everyone a go cup to use and reuse. Instead of all the plastic and styrofoam going into the land fill. Just a suggestion to be more environmentally friendly. Thank you for the amazing adventure. See you next year❤️🌹

Disney Dream. I couldn’t even think of anything bad about this cruise ! I love the music and happy faces all the time. I only wish it was longer !

Beautiful. The staff are amazing. I have a total different outlook fo Disney now. Zoltan, Malinee, Witt and our housekeeper were exceptional. They all work very hard. We will always talk about this cruise for years to come. I wish every person could afford to be apart of this experience. Thank you. Room 2554. LeeAnne and Ian

Disney Magic is magical!. Just wow, best cruise ever! Food was incredible and the service was excellent! We will forever remember our time on the cruise!

Disney Alaska Cruise. Everything was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful first time cruise experience.

Left behnd. Trip was fantastic but left my runners under the bed in our state room and having difficultly trying to retrieve them now that we are home. But fantastic trip 5 stars

Loading issues. It’s a fine app IF IT CAN LOAD! Had to delete the app and download it multiple times over the time leading up to my cruise. Very clumsy and slow.

Disney magic Jan 20-25 2019. Great ship to sail on. Disney does everything right. The food, the service, the people and entertainment were amazing. The ship is spotless. The staff work hard to make everyone’s experience magical. We would definitely recommend Disney cruises to everyone.

Ok , But….. A few glitches in trying to check in using the app. Ok app to see daily activities and which dining room you needed to go to but when messaging family members about meeting places etc , the time between sending message and receiving messages was 3 hours late. Thus, of no use at all and forcing us to buy Disney’s wifi or using our own data.

Disney Fanasty. Fantastic

Great for going on a Disney Cruise. This is a great app. You can message who your traveling with on the boat, and it counts down to the date that your cruise starts. There’s special Disney emoticons for the messaging. Once you’re on the boat, it sends you notifications about activities that you booked.

Perfect. Title says it all

Edge Tween Club. It was my first time on a cruise and we were on the Disney Dream from March 18-22 2019. The Edge Tween Club was perfect and I enjoyed spending my time there. The staff was amazing especially Lucia from Argentina. She was super nice and knew how to make everyone enjoy their time at Edge. Lucia and I could talk for hours and she is definitely one of my favourite memories and friends from the cruise. Thanks for the amazing trip Lucia!

Disney Dream. An incredible experience and the best family vacation we have taken. The service is superb and Rochelle and Andre gave our family impeccable service. We are so happy we chose a Disney cruise rather than a resort vacation. The only hiccup was that the usb pics I ordered were not ready when we had to debark the ship.

Western Caribbean aboard the Fantasy. We had an incredible time aboard the Fantasy in short Disney does it right.

Great first time DCL experience. Very clean boat. Amazing crew. Kids club was way better than we expected and a great adult only section too. The dining experience was on point with the quality and impressive presentation of food at the lunch and dinner restaurants Our wait staff- Parheep and Willys - great job - very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and of the other activities going on during the cruise. The live theatre shows were amazing. My daughter loved Beauty and Beast! All the Disney characters were all approachable. All in all, a great impression left. Can’t wait for the next cruise !

Lillian & Grayson. We enjoy cruising and have cruised numerous times but this was our first time sailing with Disney. We were on “Disney Fantasy” (Dec. 23 -30, 2023.). While we always enjoy our cruises, the Disney Cruise Line was exceptional. The level of service, the friendliness of the crew, the genuine effort to address any requests or needs we may have had was second to none. I have to give a special shout out to SUDI, our dining waiter, Richard, our cabin steward and Dogan, the head waiter, for their ongoing attention. Most other cruise lines could learn from Disney’s approach.

Disney cruise. I had a lot of fun on my cruise the only thing to add would make the app load faster and while on my cruise I got locked on my balcony and we had to yell for someone to help add a way to call or text or both for guest services that would help a lot of poeple

Feedback. Great app! Would love if it was connected to photo like at parks. The photo prices on ship is crazy! Would like to do some on line shopping while on board- delivery to stateroom Time change didn’t register right away Would love to see bill on app Would love to see temp in port of call Live questions to ask Overall love the app and think huge potential

So useful!. I really didn't know what to expect of the app because before you actually board your Disney Cruise, there's really not much there. However, once on board and connected to the DCL wifi, it had everything we needed- menus, hours for shops & restaurants, maps, the ability to 'favourite' activities to make your own schedule for the trip and finally messaging. We used this not only for those in our cabin, but new friends we met while on board. You absolutely want to make sure to have this app for your next Disney Cruise!!

Excellent App. One of the best apps for communicating that I’ve ever used.

DCL App. This app is great. It constantly updates while you are on the ship. It is a must when you are cruising.

Exciting!. Excited about the new updates. Thank you for getting rid of that boring, old suitcase but could you add a little Disney to the countdown? Happy to have my pre-booked items show up in the app now. And my dining rotation.

Internet in cruise. Internet in the cruise Wonder was the worse I couldn’t see sometimes the app and my mom couldn’t even download the app through the entire trip

Loved every minute. We’ve traveled lots and have NEVER experienced service like this. All staff were amazing! Amazing food! Broadway style shows were wonderful. Only downfall- couldn’t get a chair around the adult pool, a lot of chairs occupied by belongings! Really wish that the staff would pay attention, follow policy and remove belongings after 15 minutes. When I complained the worker was very understanding but didn’t do anything. 25 percent of chairs had people in them!!

Fantastic time. Had a Great Time! Can’t wait to go again

Wonderful experience. Loved everything about our trip. Cannot single any one thing out really. Food, people, shows, cleanliness, staterooms...all exceeded expectations! Well done. You have set a new holiday standard!

The must have app for Disney Cruising. Apart from being able to communicate with your fellow travellers, this app lets you view & select activities each day. Reminders are sent for all selected activities. It’s great for knowing what’s going on and staying organized.

Thanks;. We really enjoyed our vacation on the Disney Dream. The stateroom hospitality was excellent. The staff in the dining rooms gave us special care. We cried when it came time to say goodbye. We very blessed with great, friendly service. Our adventures at the Ports were exciting! Thanks for a great vacation!

Disney Halloween Cruise. We LOVE Disney! We brought our 4 year old grandson on this cruise & he told us he wanted to live on the boat & never leave! One of his favorite things was the “Oceanears club” to my surprise. Next was the Finding Dory splash area, & the swimming pool with the big movie screen. He had a wonderful time. (I had 1 major area of concern. We attended the later showing of Beauty & the Beast when a physical altercation broke out over seats. It spilled over into the aisle where we were sitting & there were many small children. I realize that you cannot control when things like that might happen, but there should be security on hand for such large group events! It took quite awhile for anyone “official” to get down there & it was obvious he was not a trained security officer-but kudos to him for coming-it took courage. It took way too long for people who knew how to handle the situation to arrive. ) We had a great time as well-we felt very pampered by your wonderful servers at dinner every night where the food was exquisite! The person who took care of our room was very nice, our room was warm & inviting, & every staff member we encountered was very friendly & helpful. This was our first cruise ever & we hope to come back some day. Thank you for continuing the Disney tradition so well!

A Must Have for Any Disney Cruise. This is not our first Disney Cruise but it was our first with the Navigator app. We found it to be a GREAT way to stay in touch with the whole family regardless of where they are on the ship or when at Castaway Cay. We were also able to avoid carrying the stateroom phones around the ship when we would always be carrying our own mobile phones anyway. Our oldest son was also able chat with new friends he made during the cruise. There are two missing items keeping me from rating the app a full 5 stars. The first missing item is leveraging VOIP technology within the app so that it could be used to call other family staying within our stateroom or others on the ship (with permission just like the chat feature requires already). The second missing item is a GPS/beacon locator feature that could display where you are in the ship when looking at the deck plans. I recognize this would require some hardware to also be installed on the ships but it would make for a wonderful feature to help parents know where their kids are so we can give them more "freedom" and help everyone to find their way to/from one point of the ship to another. Even with the two missing items above, it's a great enhancement to the trip and done in a true Disney fashion and quality.

Best way to keep in touch while on the ship & in port!. If you use this app you can disable all cellular service on your phone when you're outside the continental U.S. & be able to communicate w/ anyone else on the ship, even people you just met! Does a great job of showing you daily activities, and if you mark anything as a "favorite" the app will alert you 15 mins before it starts...great when you forget about that show or musical act that's about to start on the other end of the ship :) You can also pull up dinner menus so you can plan ahead of time what you want to order each night. The only downside is you're dependent on the ship's wi-fi, which drops from time to time, and doesn't work ashore once you get too far away from the ship - but that's to be expected ...it is wi-fi after all!

Disney Fantasy. Just came off a week long cruise with my family on the Disney fantasy, I must say for my first cruise the experience was more than what I expected. We were met at the door of the cruise with welcomes and cheers. The dining crew Panelope, Amar and Tony, please ask for them by name for top notch service. The app was easy to use and easy to navigate. The shows, the entire crew especially in the cabana. The the one person that took our experience to another level was the house keeper Agus, find out where he is gonna be before booking your cruise n you will see what we experience. He was so humble and polite and his service was extra ordinary. Big shoutout to Agus you were really appreciated. Thank you Disney for such an amazing experience. Our son was stuck in vibe all day he love it there.

Our experience Pros and Cons top 3. This was our 9th Disney cruise and our first time on the WISH. Here my pro and cons list we experienced August 5 thru 8. Pros: 1. Getting on the ship was so much quicker then our past cruises. We had our covid docs updated prior to checkin, they scan my reservation #QR, checked IDs, bags and we walked on the ship. (30 minutes) 2. Ship is beautiful and very nicely laid out. Big difference compared to the other Ships. The Hero’s gym area, was one of our favorite! 3. They way they handle pictures was nice how quickly you can download them to your phone save and send to family. Cons: 1. Water slides on ship: Get ready to wait 60 minutes or more to ride it one time. Staff that runs the slides sit and chat to each other and had no sense of urgency. 2. Food or ice cream on the lido deck: They designed this to walk up and get your food or ice cream quickly. However it’s a real mess, long lines, short staffed, no urgency slow moving staff, lines block trying to get around to the pool area. 3. Food quality was okay but not as good as I remembered, smaller portions, hard to get a variety of food after 6 PM. It’s like they close up shop after 6 PM unless you’re late dinner seating or order from room service limited menu. All in all I have to say we liked the WISH and enjoyed our trip but not worth the price we paid comparing our experiences from their other ships.

Needs an Update to Match My Disney Experience. The Positive... Really enjoyed the on board activities list with filters, tabs, and the ability to select favorites automatically adding to your itinerary. The onboard text ability between room guests or friends made along the cruise by adding in everyone’s personal Text ID was especially convenient when cell/data services can be scarce or costly. Needs Improvement... This is not as intuitive or as functional as the My Disney Experience APP. A considerable amount of information still had to be passed through letters and cast crew members. The Frequently asked questions section is severely lacking having only 6-7 options. The Disney Cruise Line website has ample more information and helpful tips that would be beneficial to include throughout the cruise with this app. A simple cut and paste would severely increase the app’s functionality. So why are they not linked? The app could be used for boarding passes on departure day and link the major events and excursions planned ahead of time. Instead we are left with just a countdown prior to arriving. Why not share the same general cruise information tailored to an individual’s paid trip as you would find on the website? Finally, once you are fully dependent on communicating with the text feature, you reach Castaway Cay where it no longer works on Disney’s private island(???). You are forced to use the Wave Phones (another hardware device).

The messaging function made our trip so much better!. Our family cannot imagine the cruise without this app! We travelled with another family and the messaging kept all communications clear and smooth. Thanks for this app! We also loved being able to see the onboard calendars and menus, and to favourite events that interested us. I would have loved a better navigation tool: one spends an amount of time on the ship lost, and the maps were a bit unwieldy. Something more like Google Maps for the ship would have been amazing! On the other hand, there was always a real-life person to ask, and it increased onboard interactions. As well, would have really really loved it if we could 'message' an onboard help desk, instead of always needing to line up at guest relations for every query. Again, it's nice to have in-person interactions, but sometimes the lines were long and some question could be easily answered by message.

Not great. The cruise offers a lot for kids but the long lines were wearisome. I would never subject my small grandchildren to that again. The nightly formal dinners were too much. Disney needs to offer other options. Kids and adults in this day and age eat more casually. I cannot eat fish, do not eat lamb so it was beef, beef and beef and the formal dinners took forever. The biggest concern is the special activity offers. I saved for years to take my granddaughters on this cruise. But because I didn’t buy the most expensive room or have a Disney membership, I was not allowed to sign them up for the desired experience—Princess Tea Party. This was heartbreaking. Why not offer more experiences so the poorer class can have this experience with children they love as much as rich people. In the ads, Disney makes it look like the princesses and Mickey etc are walking all around. The truth is, to see anyone, kids have to stand in lines for over an hour The pool was fun for kids and the stage shows were wonderful. The character shows were only visible to the few kids that had front seats Additionally, we paid for 3 destinations—-but the 3rd was cancelled because of weather. There is no benefit given. You lose the trip and the money AND Disney didn’t offer one other event or opportunity to a ship full of disappointed kids and parents. Kids and adults love Disney. It’s too bad the company doesn’t do a better job awarding that loyalty

The Fantasy. This was our 3rd Disney Cruise first on the Fantasy. The previous 2 were on the Dream and we had a great time even met people we will be friends with for life. We decided to take the entire week on the ship instead of doing the parks a few days after the cruise. We decided after this cruise that wasn’t our best choice. The food was the exact same as the food on the dream and has been the same menu for 5 years now. I think that could definitely be changed up. Let me clarify just the evening dining menu. The other issue I had was that our table had 2 little kids 3&5 years old. They couldn’t see the screens in the animators dining. There were 5 other tables with all adults with zero children that had viewing right in front of the screens. That is unacceptable the tables should had been switched to accommodate the kids. It was same number of people etc. hopefully this was helpful.

Surpised how bad the app has gotten. I am very surprised at how bad the app has gotten. We used to relly on the app to message while onboard and keep in touch with everyone on the cruise. This version lacks the ability to notify you about alerts unless you have the app open and inside the chat feature. Took me a few days to locate the ability to see onboard activities as you have to press the circle on the bottom to switch to navigator mode. The ability to message within the app while in cell mode would be a huge plus as sometimes some people stay onboard while others go ashore. Would be great if we could message non traveling people with out purchasing internet. At least 1 person for emergencies. Other cruise lines even have voice feature on their app so no need for wave phone anymore. C'mon Disney you need to step it up BIG TIME.

Great app!. I love that this App functions as the Navigator at your fingertips. I was able to view every single activity or movie times and save my favorites so I'd remember them for later. I also loved checking out the menu and planning out what I wanted to have for dinner. It came in handy one evening as I was sick and needed to order room service, too. And it was especially convenient to have the availability for chats so my travel companions and I could stay in contact. My only disappointment is that when the Youth Club would send me text messages, I received them just fine on my App, but there is no way to reply to them unless using the Wave phones, which were cumbersome and awkward, to say the least. It was faster just to walk to the Oceaneer Lab and respond in person. Having the capability for the App to text replies to the Youth Clubs or even Guest Services desk would be a nice bonus.

Disney Dream Concierge Cruise. Our first Disney Cruise with two stops at Castaway Cay to include a cabana each day and parasailing. Parasailing wasn’t really worth the $110 per person, for the short time you get to spend in the air. The boat operator put my group of three together and it was about a ten minute ride. For me the money could have been better spent elsewhere, but my girls liked it. Concierge, made to where I had to worry less and think less. The Concierge Team did a great job, and on the Dream the lounge is next to the rooms ( not so much on other ships). You pay for Concierge but it made our family vacation a hundred times better. I never felt rushed and I got peace and quiet. The Dream compared to Royal Caribbean and Carnival, Disney is not a party boat, it’s about relaxing. Even if you have no kids, it is awesome. The adult areas, quiet and relaxing. The family pool and Cabanas can get crazy, lots of people, but if you have some patience, not bad. If I didn’t do Concierge then I might have felt different. To get a beach cabana at Castaway Cay, do Concierge and pay the extra money. It made our family time so quiet we are already pre booked for 2021. Thank you Disney Dream. I will do Concierge again, but the lounge has to be next to the room. So future ships, build them right.

Super helpful!. I just went on a 3 night cruise on the Disney Dream to the Bahamas, and this was a very good source of communication as well as information between/for my family and friends! I loved beind able to check upcoming activities and heart the ones I wanted to do, as well as use Cruise Chat to talk to friends I made (Alyssa, shout out to you, sorry I wasn’t so good at checking lol). The only problem I had with it was that if you disconnected from the DCL-Guest network while in port or something, you had to remember to turn it back on or else you wouldn’t get Cruise Chat updates. However, that’s more of a me problem, considering I kept forgetting to reconnect to the network and then I missed like half the messages I got lol but like I said, a me problem! I totally understand why they use the network! If I was just better at remembering, this would be perfect!

Best Trip Ever. I cannot day enough about this experience. We took our 2 1/2 year old and she absolutely loved every single minute of it. We were worried about having the late dinner seating and the servers went above and beyond to make her happy. Fitzroy and Sunny were our servers and they were amazing. Our stateroom host was Winston and he was so accommodating. We’d come and go at different times of the day and night making it hard for him to come to our room at the same day every time and he was so polite. He’d go to the next room so we could grab swimsuits and such to keep the little one happy. And don’t even get me started on the characters...we are all obsessed even my husband. They loved on hazel and made her feel so special...especially on the last night with a special invitation. Disney knows how to create a magical experience...we’ll definitely be back! Thank you all for an amazing experience

Cruising with Disney. This was my 6th cruise with Disney Cruise lime and we sailed out of Barcelona on the Magic. As always Disney did not disappoint. The service was excellent, food delicious and port adventures amazing. There’s a few crew members I’d like to thank for their exceptional service. Wayon from Indonesia, and Eduardo from Mexico served our dinners each evening and entertained the kids with magic tricks. They were a complete pleasure. Franco from South Africa, Mellroy from India and Suzette from Jamaica at the Cove made us feel like that was our little hideaway. We enjoyed our coffees and nightcaps there. We had many conversations with crew members that only spoke highly of Disney cruise line and wouldn’t work anywhere else. This says a lot about a company and it’s why we keep sailing with them. I’ll make sure to talk about it on my Instagram. Sipandsavory Thanks for the memories!

I'm all seriousness. This app is great for planning activities, talking to anyone that is on the cruise, and well getting rid of your kids👍🏿but in all seriousness the only reason this app didn't get all five stars is because it needs to be updated the pools that i guess used to be there are no longer there and the app shows the old ones and old times that things close and open. Like everyone thought that the ice cream was 24 hours hate to break your heart but it's not the app does not say that it also doesn't give you notifications when you get a message on the app which is very hard especially if you're lost😂it also is great about sending you notifications about the activities you've liked but what about the activities you can't like so you don't get the notifications which make the trip %5 harder than it needs to be. With all these fixes then this app will be the BEST app for you Disney cruise trip

A bit clunky. First off, I want to say that our Disney cruise was great. That had nothing to do with this app though. Our experience was great solely because of the cast members we encountered. I did appreciate that the app kept track of the experiences you have scheduled, and alerts you of when they’re about to happen, or when they’re about to end (like nursery times). What I found super clunky was the fact that I couldn’t search anything on the app. At one point we ran out of diapers for our children, instead of being able to search for where to find diapers on the ship, which you can’t just Google because there is no Wi-Fi without paying $12-48/ day extra, I had to call guest services to prevent us from aimlessly wandering around the ship while our children had full diapers. Overall I enjoyed my cruise, but I just felt this app could’ve been built a little better.

Cruise was great!. 2 minor updates needed: - make a sound when a message or notification comes through instead of vibrate only. I understand why you do that because peoples phones would be dinging during dinners and shows. Isn't there a technology out to make them go into vibrate only mode during their dinners and all major events/productions? So many messages were missed if you put your phone in your handbag or someplace you could not FEEL it notify you. Messages like "come get your kid" are kinda important and you feel awful when you see it 30 mins after it was sent. - send notifications about dinner reservations, if you purchased a spa treatment or any special classes you registered for. We forgot a important and expensive one and without canceling 24hrs prior you pay regardless. Other than those minor adjustments it worked great and we loved the cruise! We will be back Disney!

Superb Experience. My boyfriend and I went on the Dream Disney Ship for my Birthday and it did not disappoint. It was the cruise of a lifetime. Everything is super organized and efficient. The food is not your average cruise ship food. I had low expectations because I’ve cruised many time on other cruise line and the at best has been okay. The food was delicious and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. Everything starters to desserts were great! Palo was exceptional do make a reservation ahead because it books up fast. Absolutely a five star dining experience for a fraction of the cost. The Golden Mickey’s and the Beauty and the Beast shows were both magical. This will definitely one of my most memorable birthday. We will definitely book another cruise and will bring our boys the next. The adults had to check it out to if it measured up. Superb!!!

Double Dip on the Dream. We had an outstanding 2nd experience on the Dream. Plenty of activities and excursions to satisfy a multigenerational group. The live performance shows (Disney’s Believe and Beauty & the Beast) were outstanding. We were also able to see the premiere of The Incredibles 2 on our last night (14th), which was incredible! As always, stateroom and dining staff were very helpful. Breakfast and lunch at Cabanas was amazing and there was a wide variety of offerings. We enjoyed our evening dinners as well, but a couple of the menu offerings were a little fussy and not executed quite as expected. However, the top notch dining staff was quick to bring alternate selections. It was a real treat to stop at Castaway Cay twice to enjoy the beaches and port adventures. The kayaking/nature walk program was a good way to see a remote part of the island. Overall, it was a wonderful 5-night itinerary.

Such an amazing family cruise!. A huge thank you to the Disney cruise workers and performers who made our cruise so relaxing, enjoyable and fun! From our wonderful and attentive waitstaff especially Melwin ,Werberto and Ivo, who were so patient and kind with our large hungry party, to the sweet and always helpful Tina who helped with our rooms and kept everything in perfect order, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer time on the Disney Wish! It was like a dream we never wanted to wake up from😊💕. Thank you all! The shows were like Broadway—so quality, and showcased amazing talent. Our entire family enjoyed The Little Mermaid especially!! The staff and the workers are what keeps us wanting to book another Disney cruise…everyone is so incredibly gracious, appreciative and accommodating…please keep up the great work and know that you made a huge impact on our family! 😍😍❤️❤️Huge thanks!!

Love the app onboard but issues with latest update. This has been a great app while onboard the ship - easy to keep track of flagged activities, get reminders, etc. I’ve used it on the past few cruises, and have also used it before boarding for the countdown feature as well as to check dates for booking activities. When it became available with a recent update, I set it to enable FaceID. However, an annoying issue has popped up recently - the app no longer works when I’m not on my WiFi, whether by FaceID or log in directly by password I can’t log in and I get an error message. When I get back home & am back on my WiFi, it works again fine with all of the same passwords that do not work on other WiFi or on cellular. I am very concerned about whether the app will work on an upcoming cruise where only the ship’s WiFi is available.

Third Disney Cruise first time App user. The app was a great tool to have onboard. Never used the daily guides given in the room. App is easy to use and look up what is going on during the day and preceding days. Can add favorite events and app sends you reminder notifications. The whole family used it. The two negatives I have, wish it told you how much your account balance was. Carnivals app has that ability and it makes it easy to budget how much you are spending. Other negative is when chatting the app doesn't give any alerts to receiving new texts. I checked all of our phones and all notifications were properly turned on. The app itself doesn't send a new text alert. Only way you know you have a new text is periodically looking at the app. Two minor issues that could easily be fixed. The app is well worth the use and was used many times throughout the cruise.

Text messaging issues. The app is very handy. Love how they have added the daily Navigator to the app. Love how we could favorite activities etc. reminders were great as well as our personal itinerary.... that being said.... I’m not sure if all the great new features actually have slowed down the messaging feature. Everyone in our party had issues with not receiving messages, very delayed in receiving them, or not receiving them until we closed out of the app and reopened it. That was a bit annoying. I know it was not just us. I would hear folks in the elevator, or next to us at dinner , or in passing complaining about the messaging. I know when we used the app last cruise it worked great, however it did not have all the new features worked into it. So I am thinking it may have compromised the speed of the text messaging features.

Disney Fantasy - 7 day Eastern Caribbean. What a blast we had celebrating our 1st cruise with Disney Cruise Line. The bar is now set high. Their attention to cleanliness and sanitation is incredible remarkable. I cannot make any comparison yet as we’ve never sailed with any cruise line before. But I will be extremely cognizant with how the other cruise lines maintain their sanitary practices. Being in the medical field I have been a little wary being in a confined space with thousands of people especially with majority being kids, it’s almost a perfect recipe for an outbreak. But because they emphasize hand washing like it’s next to breathing, no wonder there were no reported sickness or outbreak of any sort. I was also a little worried before the cruise going into a buffet line with a lot of kids on board but I was impressed with a hand washing station situated by the entrance of the buffet station. Overall, it was a pleasure celebrating our 1st cruise with Disney. Thank you for the wonderful memories, the friendly staff, wonderful entertainment crew, marvelous broadway and nightly entertainment shows and much much more. This is indeed a wonderful way to start our year long celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary as well as our daughter’s 24th birthday. Again , our heartfelt thank you to the Disney staff and crew.

Great family vacation. This was our first Disney Cruise. It was a a great success! The culture that the employees have created is truly Magical. The size of the Magic was perfect for a first time cruiser. Enough to explore but not to feel lost or overwhelmed. Our servers, Jerson and Rahul, that traveled with us to each meal were a blessing. Kind and fun and remembered us by name. I don’t usually require a lot of ‘fluff’ in my day to day, but I do recognize excellence! These guys are it! Our room host Jojo was top notch also. I felt that he treated our belongings respectfully. In reality it is just a bunch of stuff, clothes and toiletries, but it was always neat and tidy and lined up with care. The shows and entertainment were, of course, the best of the best with Disney. It really was the personal touches that allowed me to let it go and enjoy. Thank you Disney team for the great memories. ‘Til we meet again! ❤️ The Hill’s

Fabulous. Our family enjoyed everything about the Disney Cruise. We had 10 people in our group from age 5-65. So many things to explore and enjoy on the trip. Was fun to see the children enjoy the special character greetings and the adults enjoyed the relaxing opportunities and the delicious food. The dining experience was wonderful from super casual to the fine dining. Even our young grandchildren enjoyed the multiple course meals because they were so entertained by the staff and events going on around them. Castaway Cay was so relaxing and lovely. We were fortunate to get a cabana and loved it. Worth every penny. It felt very safe in this time of Covid and we found your efforts to protect everyone very comforting. Loved that so much as we have been so careful for the last two years. We will certainly consider another Disney Cruise.

Better but still not Disney great. But did people howl when they got rid of the suitcase countdown! But seriously, this app is better onboard compared to the version. Once you log in it has alot of your Cruise info. It shows you your dining rotation. Also your signed activities such as tastings, spa, and Palo or Remy. If you see a show or movie or other entertainment those show up as well. It will give u a reminder 15 min before each activity. The texting feature is better but still won't work well if you don't have the app open. If u are trying to reach someone they won't get the message until they open the app. They say they are working on it. Also, it doesn't always show an activity on everyone's individual phone for a group activity, ie, couples massage, drink tasting, etc. Same thing for grouped reservations between cabins. It should allow you the option to include other members of your party to be notified. All in all it is an improvement but still needs work.

Very handy. First Disney cruise and we found this no-additional-cost app was very useful to coordinate our extended family in two non-adjoining cabins. Scheduling info a great help. Others have noted some possible improvements I agree would be useful and I won't repeat but, overall, it was very useful. I liked the free in-app texting and the deck plans the most. We thought the availability of menus and the hours of operation of the various venues was great. Helped us track timing to attend the all important character photo sessions. Also it did work for us on Castaway Cay. Particularly useful to us since we were never able to get the Disney portable phones to operate properly. May have been operator issues but we all have iPhones so not worth the effort to deal with the Disney phones. If you have a smart phone I think it would be a mistake to fail to take advantage of the many useful and totally free features available in this app.

Ok but needs lots of work.... Has the schedules (which are not always up to date if they make changes) but is lacking in basic functionality to put in your scheduled events (excursions, spa appointments, etc.). Also the reminders for events selected as favorites, pop up exactly as the event is starting. We love all things Disney but we have always found their technology to look pretty but actually be very lacking (see their reservation service online as well as their reservation process for Disney Vacation Club - it doesn't lock your selection in until the last step (no "hold" is placed on your selected room until the last step - so it allows you to go thru the entire process until the very end then tell you your selection is not available - which causes you to lose out on other rooms)). This is indicative of lack of basic functionality that the app suffers from. The app is a must have for the cruise but certainly is missing quite a bit.

Disney Cruise sep2019. This is my second Disney Cruise. We loved it so much the first time, that we convinced my in-laws to come (they are now 65, never been on a cruise and were super apprehensive) Our plan was to take the cruise to see if they could handle it. Get the 10%Then bring the rest of our family(20+ people) summer 2020. We were told that the castaway Cay would be back functional on Thursday(which was the day before we were to sail) after the ship left we went to guest services to talk about more excursions . Were then informed that most things were cancelled on the island. The only reason that my father in law who has 2 knee replacements in the last 2-4 years agreed to go was to be able to snorkel at Cay. And on top no cabana on stink ray. We checked constantly to see if we should change date.. but the info from Disney was everything is fine. We would have Never gone if we knew the conditions were as such. Our servers were EXCELLENT as well as Arnold from house keeping

Chat during the cruise does not work. Yes, you get free wifi for the app only and all the show/activity alerts come through as push alerts. But when you send a message to another person on the cruise, the push alerts do not come through. App support: If you don’t want the alerts to be bothering other cruise guests, limit the alerts to vibrate only. I have tried to keep the app open and allow background refresh... But unless you are looking at the app you will not receive it. Maybe they are trying to fix it because a few came thru. The crew tried to help and said it was possible, but everyone I met on the cruise had the same problem. I have been on multiple cruises on Disney and there has always been an issue with the chat feature. It would also be nice to have a notification to pick up kids at the club. On the positive side, it was useful to look up activities, but some of them my family did not have phones and felt in the dark.

Trip of a lifetime. We feel very blessed to have experienced this Disney Fantasy cruise! We went on the Disney dream back in 2016 and we are so very lucky to be seated with a family that we are dear friends with now. They met another family last year on a cruise over Thanksgiving. All of us were able to celebrate and enjoy this wonderful experience together. Simply put Disney provides an experience that makes people want to be together. On this cruise specifically there were so many fun things to do on board, like bingo and karaoke! Yes, on the Disney Cruise they’re both very very fun to participate in! The servers are without compare! Our server Kat and our assistant server. Chip were very much a part of the joy that we found in this trip. My friends actually requested Kat on this cruise because she was so wonderful on their last cruise. There are so many fun things to do from little ones to adults. One thing that I feel adults might like is that there is a separate place where they can go and be quiet away from the kids. but also, Disney provides age-appropriate environments and activities for kids of all ages! Finally, the port adventures were wonderful because if you come from Disney, you are treated like royalty. it was worth every dollar and every minute🚢

Dreams come true with Disney. My family and I just came back today from the wonderful Dream Disney Cruise Line. Everything was just so spectacular I wouldn’t even know how to start. From the check in our luggages to leaving the ship everything just flowed very easily and smooth. The actives, the food/beverages and restaurants, the service, the rooms, the shows and entertainment....are absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! My family and I had the best time of our lives. We made memories that will stay with us forever. A special thanks to our stateroom guy Rajan from India and our main server that followed us in every single meal Denroy from Jamaica. Tony from Spain is also unforgettable. Such a funny guy! Well it was definitely a wonderful experience and we are already planning our next cruise with them. Maybe The Magic this time.... Thank you Disney to make my dream come true.

Excellent but could be better!. DCL app is very good and packed with lots of information about the cruise activities, meeting characters, dinner times, musical events, and etc. Also a good alternative for the wave phones.. However, my only complain is the onboard chat.. I wish there's more option to it like deleting chats / group chats and able to use the app to call your fam and friends who's cruising with you. Like pre-linked staterooms together or atleast have a contact list once added their cruise ID. We were traveling with 16 people, different ages, and it was very challenging to communicate and meet up with everyone bec some phones weren't connected properly to the DCL and some were not tech-user so they didn't know how to use onboard chat.. if there was somehow a call button once on ship and had the app, it will be much easier than chatting... Other than that, its very very good. 👍🏼

Can’t imagine anything greater!. Every detail was covered for all ages!! The staff was personal and attentive and paid extra attention to the kids. We enjoyed having the same server and room attendant. Towels folded into animals at every room cleaning, new magic tricks for kids at every dinner, germ free environment, staff from all over the world, shows and programs magical, broadway play was AMAZING!! The play rooms for kids at each level were perfect; we just let the kids in for 10 minutes and they never wanted to leave... we didn’t plan on adult time together but it was such a joy to not worry if kids were having a great time while we had some time to relax! So many choices of activities for all .... and each meal was a feast of amazing food.... DISNEY HAS A NEW PLACE IN OUR HEARTS!!! Thanks to all, a gift to everyone in our family.

Stop resetting my clock with each update. It would be great if we could just login to the app with our cruise info and manage our cruise, bookings, message our agent or Disney staff, oh how about keeping the clock accurate through updates? Maybe make taking pictures or capturing memories while on a cruise easy and exportable or printable while on board? Photo books, magnets, etc? There are so many ways this could be a great value proposition for guests and Disney. The app is cute, but pointless until you're on the Cruise and then it's still very limited. The communication via the app can be delayed while on ship, so it doesn't do a great job of replacing the softphones in the room. It's not like I have an old, outdated phone either (iPhone X here). I wish personal messaging between guests was richer and it was easier to communicate with guests you meet on board. Again, so much more could be done. You can do better, Disney. Why be like others when you were born to stand out?

Not easy to navigate. Updated post-cruise: This app is harder to use than it should be. You can’t use it with a password manager, because it won’t allow you to paste in your password. That’s ridiculous for anyone who is concerned about cybersecurity. When you try to log in, there’s a button to use TouchID, but it doesn’t seem to work, and I can’t find anywhere in the app to set it up. It turns out you have to turn off Touch ID, log in, and then turn it on for this to work. Once you’re finally in the app, it’s easy to find ways to spend money, but hard to find info about your reservation, things like special services you’ve requested. On board, the app often (and persistently) complains that it’s not connected to the on-board network—even though the phone’s settings say it is. The only way to fix this seems to be to reboot the phone and reconnect. Linking to the Internet is a three-step process: you have to connect to the on-board network using your phone’s Wi-Fi settings. Then the app will tell you to connect to “Local Network”—but not where to find that (it’s in the Settings under this app). Then you have to open a browser and log onto a website to enable the Internet. Navigating the app is a bit cumbersome; it would be easier to have one or two more direct buttons to change from deep in one branch to another. Some features aren’t obvious; for example, I didn’t discover the deck maps until the last day of the cruise. This app could be a lot better.

Awesome Disney Dream Cruise. Nothing can take away the Magic, of the work and preparation and smiling crew members. This was the family’s first cruise and we felt like royalty, the waiters during dinner treated my family with the fine attention to detail. With fabulous meal every day ,our tastebuds were doing backflips. The shows every night are the most memorable times to be a Disney kid and adult, we loved how clean the rooms and the crew who picked up and cleaned after so many people . The experience was something I myself and my family will cherish forever. Too all the people involved at Disney Cruise Line .Thanks we are already saving ,for our next Disney adventure can’t wait until we meet again. Thanks the Martin family dinner table 62. Oh and yes Christmas on the ship ,with all the seasons decorations was definitely magical. And who could forget the awesome fireworks show !!!!

Fantastic experience. My wife booked the Disney Cruise. Initially, I was not very interested. I thought it was another way of spending money. I wanted to stay home and think about our day to day activities, pay the bills and meditate on other projects. Finally she convinced me to make the long trip from Georgia to Florida by road. I admit that I was wrong. She was right. I thank God I was able to make that cruise. I enjoyed every moment on that boat. The food was abondante and tasty. Activities were amazing. You’ve got to see the Disney island. Room was very clean. The personnel make you feel comfortable and welcome as you embark on this new and good looking boat. Room service excellent. The whole thing was worth the money. I will definitely come back to explore more activities on that cruise, because I was not able to see it all. So chapeau you the team!!!

Amazing vacation. We planned this cruise back in the fall of 2019 - rafter 2 cruises being canceled we are so excited to be making this trip. This was our first family Disney Cruise - we were so delighted from beginning to end . Our serving team of Kendal - Jude & Dani were above excellent - they made us feel so cared for and anticipated our every need. The character meet & greets were so fun ‘ personal - Belle in particulate & her handler Nicole were so fantastic - a couple days after a very sweet session with our granddaughter - they sought us out & remembered all 3 of our grandchildren’s names … Nicole spent some very sweet moments with our Grandson Jack. So to end we were so blessed to create all these treasured family memories - we will hold onto them forever. Thank you you from the bottom of our hearts ~ the Hickey & Perusek families - cabin 9630 & 9658

August 17th sailing on the Fantasy. I enjoyed my cruise very much. The ship is beautiful and the staff was great. My dining staff and room steward were fantastic. Everyone on board always had a kind word and was eager to help. The reason it’s not a 5 star rating is two fold. First my party felt that the adult pool areas could have been planned better. It’s a small pool which could have used more steps in and and out than the ladders that were there.( deck 11 forward) the jacuzzi tubs were spacious and had easy access but the jets were awfully weak. They could have been far more powerful. I’ve spent time on both the Magic and Wonder and I feel that configuration to be better. Secondly while the food was very good with a nice variety, I can’t say it was excellent as I have said about the other ships I’ve mentioned. I will continue to cruise with Disney because it is still better than any other line I’ve been on.

Dream October 5, 2018. Absolutely enjoyed DCL Cruise #4! Our servers, Vladimir and Hugo, did an amazing job in the dining rooms. We even snagged one of the coveted booths in the Enchanted Garden ❤️. Castaway Cay was perfect - weather and service. Got our placeholder ready so we can book #5. Then onto Gold status 👍🏻 Our stateroom was on deck 10 midship and the chairs moving as well as kiddos running around on deck 11 was pretty annoying at times. We had stayed on deck 10 on another cruise but the stateroom was aft and noiseless. Highly recommend avoiding midship deck 10. Also, for future cruisers, PLEASE do not let your children run down the hallways and staircases as a courtesy to everyone on board. Children running amuck was quite excessive on this cruise. I do realize that DCL is for families but it is simply poor taste to allow this behavior. Despite the noise, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Dream!

Disney Review!. We had a blast on the Disney Cruise. My only suggestions: 1) If you offer the photo package, it would be nice for photographers to be throughout the boat and not just in one spot. It is nice to have professional photos but they were the same pictures, with different clothes on and different backgrounds. None out by the pool and only one at dinner. I bought it thinking I would not have to carry around my phone. 2) The restaurants were fantastic and the food was amazing! Unfortunately I was not able to eat two nights in a row. I normally do not get sea sick but, the restaurants are in the back of the boat and they start increasing speed right as dinner starts at 5:45pm. I was not the only one who had this issue and heard many talking about being sick or nauseous. Otherwise, the staff, rooms, and island was just magical! We will be back Disney 🤗

Needs some improvement. ...Such as push messages. I just had my first cruise with Disney and their app was not as good as the app from other cruise lines that I have used. For example, I only received messages from my party if the app was open (even if running in the background of the device). I am used to their being a ship time on the app as well because the time will change as your travel zone does. There was no ship time on the app. They have a queue for debarkation, which is very good when it worked. Sometimes the queue would disappear on the app, other times it was not keeping in real time. It was glitchy, but a great organization function when it worked. It was my first time sailing in a Disney ship so on our last day I was not sure which deck was for disembarkment. The in app disembarkment information included all but the floor which to leave the ship from. The app is not bad, but could use some improvement.

Issues. During this sailing we had some water issues on deck 2. First place was in our cabin. Turned out to be a mechanical issue. Took a fab to get it all dried up. Second leak I found was in the Hall was. Second issue, we paid a LOT of $$$ for internet so I could call and FaceTime my kids. We had several nights with that issue. It was very frustrating for me and the kids. Yes I did report it and was told there wasn’t anything he could. I asked him why was I paying for internet then. So I hope he refunded as he said he was going to do All the staff we had were amazing. Disney Crew pulled off the Magic when they set up table 75! The three couples we were placed with are the same age as we are and all three of them have kids the same age! Every night our servers had to push us out so they could prepare for the next dinner service that is how well our dinner went. We now have 6 more members of our family. Even with hiccups wife with migraines didn’t get enough photos for her photo book (she literally cried the last night when we didn’t have enough). She was very upset because we have gotten one with every cruise. Hiccups or not hands down it was an unforgettable sailing

Great for communication and events. Recently used this app on the Disney Wonder for communicating with all the group members and searching activities. Messaging feature worked well for the most part but periodically messages would not be received unless shutting down the app and/or toggling the phone's Wi-Fi. This would throw off when the messages were actually sent. The intermittent connection appeared to occur more frequently when ship was docked and phone was used for cellular data. Ability to lookup activities via app were very beneficial. Being able to favorite an event generated 15 minute notifications which greatly helped. Would be great if the app supported a voice calling function to other app contacts or even to staterooms. Would also be nice if there was some type of forum function for guests to communicate with each other to share tips.

Young at heart. I don’t wish to be negative, yet I would guess 1/3 of the time was standing in lines for autographs and pictures. I absolutely loved the live stage performances and wished they had them every night! Beauty and the Beast was phenomenal! Other cruise lines have more to do than watch kiosk and movies, others have wave pools, multiple swimming pools, climbing walls, gaming, etc. Yet when you book Disney we should expect Disney! We would have liked to have been able to book Minnie’s Boutique and Breakfast with the characters, but they were all sold out within the first 8 hours the website opened. We were on at midnight and the web kept crashing with all the people on it. They need to give you a list of things to do and have you check and prioritize all you would like to do, then create a schedule for you. They could have multiple Mickeys and other characters at different areas on the boat and the kids wouldn’t know the difference 😃

Disney Dream was a dream!. 2nd Disney cruise for us! The staff and crew were amazing ! Food was so delicious and something for everyone . Grand Cayman was beautiful . Organized cabbies waiting to take you to 7 mile beach and bring you back promptly. Cast Away Cay was our favorite !! Disney thinks of everything !!! We wish we could have stayed there for days!!! The shows were Broadway quality! Loved them all! Disney cruise is great at making sure you get to see them all! The boat was so clean ! Nothing to complain about , Except our dinner at Paulo restaurant our last night. Menu was not good. No veal or pasta options . This was suppose to be Italian. Food we ordered was not good. We were disappointed , however our wait staff was understanding and apologetic . Charges were taken off our bill. Overall, great experience on the cruise ! Can’t wait to go sailing again!!

Another Great Cruise with Disney!. This was our second cruise with Disney and this one also was in board the Wonder. Our first was to Alaska. This one from Galveston to Disney's Castaway Key and Nassau and back. Our second time with a Disney cruise was just as fun as our first and we will definitely do another one in a few years. We took a Princess cruise in between the two Disney ones and it just wasn't the same. Disney does it best. As far as the app goes I highly recommend you download it ... it is a great tool to have on the ship for knowing when different activities occur, when and where the characters will be, and what movies will be showing when. In addition the texting feature means you can text each other on the ship without having to incur international internet charges. Very good once again, Mickey Mouse! We will definitely "Sea You Real Soon!"
