Love the game!. I do love this game, but the latest IOS Update to my iPad was done last night and now I cannot get on the game. No option for me to update the gAme. Help!

Worst customer service ever. I am rating this a one Star even though it is my favorite game and I have played it forever. Why? Because ever since the latest iOS update it will not load and play on my iPhone. I have contacted “support” over and over again with no response, and no improvement. I have deleted it and reinstalled it many times. No change. It will not open, load or play. Just the ROCK YOU LOGO page flashes up and closes. I really wish they would fix this because I miss playing the game.

Facebook Glitch. This is one of my favorite games, but it will no longer log in tonFacebook on my iPad or iPhone. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck in correcting the issue. I searched the FAQ for help, but no answers. Without FB, my games aren’t linked between devices to update progress. Any suggestions?

Hate the ads!. This used to be my favorite game. I had to drive me crazy and there is no way to turn them off. If they don’t take the ads away or give me the option to opt out I’m not going to play anymore I will remove it totally.

Ads and bugs. You must watch an ad before every single game and sometimes after the ad plays the game greys out/freezes and must be closed/reopened and of course, another ad plays. I really love playing the game, but I hate the ads and the grey out glitch/bug.

Stop the ads!. Are used to love this game and all of a sudden there’s lengthy ads you have to suffer through! At least offer a paid version that gives you an option - ready to delete the app!

APP doesn’t open up!. I just downloaded the update IOS 12 on my IPad. I am unable to open up “Words of Wonder” on any of my APPLE devices. Has anyone out there encountered the same situation? We really want this game up and running again! Thank you!

Fun until it stopped working. I was loving this app but all of a sudden it took forever to load and then I kept getting a message to turn off airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi. Airplane mode was never on and Wi-Fi was. The only option I have now is to not sign in and start all over again 😡.

Need to have a way to earn boosters. This is one of my favorite games. I especially like the fact that it has no ads. However, if there was a way to earn boosters I would give it 5 stars. I don’t make in-game purchases, so when my boosters are gone and the level is too frustrating, I merely delete the app, re-install it and start over. The ability to earn boosters would be awesome.

App will not open anymore on any device. Fix the game already. And, Rest assured we know you are sorry, but not enough to have a person read and answer ratings. It doesn’t open, just blinks to screen and off. After update that is it.

Unusable -- Ads Now Cover Too Much. Ads now cover a swath through the middle of the game board and cannot be removed. You can't see or even get to the letters behind. This app has become increasingly frustrating over time, and is now of no value.

Stop with they timed levels!. This game is great and the ads don’t even bother me but I play for leisure, not to be put under pressure. Change this so I can play all levels at my own pace and I will reconsider. Until then, I have no interest.

The ads are awful!. Now you are forced to sit through 30 second advertisements! Please make the ads go away-they will never inspire me to purchase anything...they are more of an annoyance than anything! I enjoy playing this game because it's somewhat challenging to make words, but I will not pay real money to play. The other option is to join Facebook which I also refuse to do! I don't understand why Facebook has to get their grubby hands into every possible facet of life--it's just disgusting!

Words of Wonder. I had to find a new game after I finished Alphabetty and this one seemed to do it. But, the game structure needs tweaking. Why is there not a free word scramble? Very annoying.

Frozen. I downloaded the game & after playing a few levels my game is frozen. Will not load. Yes I closed out of the game & reopened it & it’s frozen. Tried the next day& still frozen. I liked this game before when Disney owned it. Ever since Rock You started buying up the games I used to play, it’s been nothing but problems. Uninstalling & will never play any games from Rock You.

Glitches!. I love this game but sometimes it won’t open on my phone and it just crashes or it will open to the screen where I get messages and I can’t get out of it without restarting the game. Please fix these issues!

Words of wonder vs new apple update. My IPad Pro would play words great the app was connected to my Facebook account the new update made my game so it dose not even load I tried to delete and reinstall it reinstalled via the cloud is there a fix

Love this game. I was a Facebook player for a long time before I got this app. I love the game, graphics and gameplay, but on the app you cannot see the doors that close the letters off every other move. It makes it very difficult to complete a those levels.

It’s okay if you want to pay to play!!. They have created a level that will make you buy boosters IF you want to get past it!! Wait till you get to Level 349. There is only one way to beat this level. You HAVE to have “Defuse bomb” and “Untie ribbon” boosters.

Annoying Ads Are Gone . Fun Again!. Thank you! I played this for years and it was my favorite word game. Until, that is, it became inundated with ads and I sadly deleted it as it was no longer fun with needless constant interruptions. BUT after 4-6 years hiatus I decided to see if it was better. And it is. I got through Chapter 1 without a single ad. Yeah! I might change my review if the ads come back further in the game but so far so good and I’m very happy to be playing it again. UPDATE I spoke too soon. Ads appearing in Chapter 2 after each game. Fun factor declining

App Won’t open on my IPhone. I downloaded this game on my phone and it downloaded okay but when I go to open it it shows rock you and then immediately goes back to the words of wonder icon. I thought it was just me but my sister can’t open hers either. Does it not work on iPhones?

Too many freezes. The game is plagued with bugs. When you think you are winning, the game freezes. This has occurred in the past and it occurred three times today. The company needs to address the problems or pull the game off the download list. Persons who purchase extra items run the risk of not being able to use them when they need the extra turns or whatever.

Love the game.... but. It only lets me get so far and then the app locks up and will not open. I have gotten to level 59 and that’s it, the app won’t open. This happens on my Kindle and iPhone. Started over many many times.

Annoying flying wings, fuse bombs and boulders. Why all three in one game? It’s hard and frustrating trying to beat a level. I play games for the enjoyment and relaxation, not to get frustrated on one level for weeks because I’m being challenged by objects in a game so I can’t move on.

Terrible. I have been trying to play on an iPad. Riddled with adds, crashes frequently, takes forever to load... can't connect to my Facebook. Need tokens to proceed but doesn't allow me to connect with friends. The mail feature and requests just don't work. When I played on PC it riddled my timeline with posts even though I made settings to disallow that. The gameplay when it works is actually great, but it's too buggy to bother. Don't bother...

Great game but. I'm sick of spending gold to get through level gates!!!!!!!! I send and receive energy with friends but not one response do I get to my request for help to get into a new level! They MUST be receiving requests I send as they respond to my energy requests so why don't they get those help requests? Is it because Disney want me to keep spending gold????? I copped this playing at Playdom. I'd get stuck, even with 100 regular playing friends. Why? Because they want you to spend your money. How else do we explain why all my other requests are answered?

(Except on the computer) this has happened twice already!!! Sorry am I playing faster than you can keep up? Don't think so... Can't play if Facebook doesn't sync user profile. Love the game!!! Just started playing the other day. Although am very disappointed as I can't play it today. Was fun while it lasted.. First I couldn't progress Into chapter 3 cause I don't have any Facebook friends who play this game so I had nobody to send things in game requests (I am not paying to progress...) And now I can't even load the game. So much for faster loading times!

FB issue. Game refuses to let me connect to my Facebook account. Constantly says there is an error whenever I attempt it which makes it extremely hard to get to the next section when I need people to send me things and I refuse to pay for it.

Disney sells out to Microsoft????. I used to love this game until I updated to a new release and started seeing the advertisement for Microsoft Windows 8.1 after EVERY level!!! Okay, I watched the advert once and thought it's over and done with...but no, it keeps coming back, over and over and over again. How incredibly infuriating. Really Disney? Placing an advertisement in a PURCHASED app? How low does Disney want to stoop?

Too long to load :(. The game takes ages to load and too long between levels. And it is so annoying that it keeps asking me to sign into Facebook every time I open it.

Addictive, but.... Love the game. Can get challenging. However you have to pay to be able to move on to the later chapters and then they still make you sit through ads even though I've now essentially paid for the app. Great money spinner for them. Redoing past levels rather than paying to open a new chapter in protest.

Ads preventing play. With the recent addition of the small add strip at the bottom of the screen when selecting which chapter/level to play, due to its position you can no longer access any other chapters other than the one it opens in... I understand that you need to have the ads, but when it prevents access to parts of the game it is very frustrating, particularly when ads are already brought up before and after starting each level!!

Love the game, dislike the ad placement. Ok so this game is great to fill in time on the train ride home from work, but, some of us have small data limits and you start putting in video ads as I'm trying to load, without an option to close straight away. Thereby chewing up my data. If I wanted get other games I'd go looking myself. Please give an option to close the vids straight away. Otherwise, I really like the game.

I love the game BUT.... 1. It's expensive to progress through the levels 2. It's too easy to accidentally use your gold on boosts you don't actually want. 3. The video ads are impossible. Loud. Painful. And ineffective. I could not tell you what it is advertising. If you have to have ads please restrict it to the one page ones rather than videos that interfere with the other things that might be happening on the device. Fix these and it's a definite 5 star game

Not loading. I love this game but since the last upgrade it won't open. Have tried reloading etc, it is very frustrating when all you get is a black screen. This has been happening since you changed to the bigger ads( not the strip type ones)

Good game, too many bugs. Really good game and quite addictive but serious bug problems - really slow to load and sometime gets stuck on the loading screen until you either give up or the app crashes. Please fix!

Grrrrr!. In a nutshell - the game play is fun and challenging, the platform is woeful. Of the hundred or so apps I've used, it rates NUMBER 1 for battery burning ability (roughly 1% per minute of playing over the wireless network). NUMBER 1 for annoying adverts at the beginning and end of every level. I paid for the game, I don't want your advertising material. Thanks. NUMBER 1 for laggy game play - everything I do sets the annoying owl a-flapping. NUMBER 1 for frustrating in-app purchases. No friendly updates, just pay up if you want to continue. One hundred and fifty levels in, I'm deleting the app - the commercialism has steam-rolled the little bit of fun it offered.

Problem.... I upgraded this app on 27/11 &. 28/11 but both times it wouldn't stay open, it would just close by itself and go back to my home screen. I have enjoyed playing this game for a long time.

Great. This is great! Really gets the brain working. I have learnt new words, too. Only problem is having to connect to Facebook or purchase something to move up in higher levels.

An average word game that gets expensive.. This game offers a few hours of fun but progress becomes heavily reliant on cheat-like "boosts" to get past harder levels. Trying and beating a level again without using them will get you so far but at level 30 you MUST buy some token items to progress. Of course once you've used the boost samples you must pay for more. You could be illiterate and finish this game if you were willing to spend the money.

From bad to worse. It seems they finally resolved the connection to Facebook issue and yay! I was able to play again. However, after about 2 days of being able to play again I go to log in (which you now have to request every time you open the app) and now there's a new issue - it says I'm on airplane mode or not connected to wifi - which I am not (in plane mode) and which I am (connected to wifi). I am now limited to playing on my laptop which is annoying as I have gold on my iPad (for some reason that is not the same across both platforms). They really need to get it together - and fast - before they lose all their players.

Not connecting to FB lost everything. It wouldn't let me connect to FB so I had to use all my gold advancing. Unfortunately my phone had a moment and I had to restore it and reload everything. As the game has never let me connect to FB or log in some other way ALLLL my progress was lost and I was three levels from finishing. So I'm totally unimpressed I had loved the game before that but such a simple problem has now stopped me playing as there is no way I want to start level one again

Finally. Woohoo, finally I can play this great game on my iPad. Way to go but alas I can't get to the level I'm on on Facebook which is about 73. It won't let me past level 15. What's going on?

Buying Gold. I’ve been charged for buying more gold, but it’s not showing up in my account. I’ve tried buying it again and get a message that the purchase has already been made and there will be no charge for reposting it. What gives? Very frustrating. If this had not happened, I would give the game a much better rating.

Problem. Level 683 does not work——you do the combinations and the counter only works about one in ten times. It’s nice to have a place to report your problems, but nobody does anything for a solution.

Words of Wonder. I wrote a review last week and could not send it as I was blocked or something . Maybe that's why there are none as you are only interested in positive reviews maybe ? I am back a wheel later with the same complaint level 193 . I have been there seems like forever . There is not enough time to get the game as there is too much going on with ink , count downs and the list goes on . I have cleared the board many times with 48/49 and you are timed out ; so unfair as there are 2-3 bomb blasts going off at the same time . I like a challenge but this is just crazy . Won't be at it much longer as there are other games that keep it interesting and let you progress forward instead of being stagnant for weeks at a time . Let's see if I can move on ???

Completely frozen since update yesterday. Forced update yesterday has caused words of wonder not to load at all. Ridiculous!!! Please fix your "update" and in future stop forcing us to load enhancements.

Stuck. I cannot receive gifts from friends to get to chapter 8. Friends are sending , but I do not receive them. also, started getting pop ups. I receive requests from friends. I tried deleting app and upload again, but it still doesn't work. So, I cannot play anymore as I need those gifts to keep playing.

Disgruntled. I used to love playing this game but I don't have it on my list anymore. I have lost gold twice; once when the developer changed, and once for no reason known to man. I believe that a free game should be free with the "option" to buy once you are inside the game. I tried to use the tap out feature but that would only work sporadically. When the pop up ads came, that was even more frustrating. Some of them would even cover the bottom of the game. I have deleted this app.

Moving to the next level.... I am given the option to ask friends to open the next level but this is not working, they do not receive the request. This means I have NO option to move to the next level without paying with gold. I have already been knocked back to the first level when the 'new owners' took over. This used to be a great app. I now fear it is bogus. And that one star rating is only to send this review!

Connect to WiFi problem. Update: For those of you who are being asksed to connect to WiFi: The developer website said to tap the settings button in the upper left hand corner of the game, tap the wrench, and tap to connect to facebook. This did enable me to accept and send pending gifts, and I do seem to be connected to the game, but I am still repeatedly getting the "connect to wifi" popup, so I still can't play the game. They said they are working on the issue. ------------------- Giving it one star because, while I enjoy this game, ever since RockYou took over I have had difficulties connecting. First it wouldn't connect to Facebook for several days, and now it's asking me to turn on WiFi and turn off Airplane Mode - well neither of those were actually a problem. Tried restarting device and reinstalling app but it's still not working.

Loading issues. Finally this game has an app for my Ipad. I was so excited to download iit. It lived up to my expectations. I played a few levels and took a break to catch up on some things that I had to do. As soon as I was finished I got on the ipad to play some more. That's when it broke my heart. It wouldn't load. So I rebooted my device thinking that would fix the issue. But sadly it didn't. Next I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. It worked.....or so I thought. I played a few levels, turned it off, got back on a little while later and it won't load. How disappointing! I will be deleting this app permanently until the developers fix it.

Fun but expensive!. Really fun game until you get to level 16. You either have to bother and hound your Facebook friends (3 of them) or use gold (a premium item) to unlock the next set of levels. Seeing as how it gets you so early in the game to either spend money or annoy Facebook friends it may not be worth it. Addicting, fun, challenging, but definitely not a free game that you can play past level 15. Then there are the extras you can buy. Pretty standard in games nowadays, but this one is pretty expensive. The Cross Clear Enchantment will cost a player almost $30. Nope you read that right. $30. Way too expensive for a game item. They give you 3 of other boosters to try, but you have to use one of those 3 on what they tell you to, to show how it's used. Other games allow you to use them in your own only giving an explanation instead of wasting one of them. Some of their boosters like the shuffle booster will cost just about $6 for 3. $2 each? Wow! I would much rather see them charge for the game then to hold you hostage to either paying to play every so many levels or running the risk of alienating your Facebook friends. So many games are getting away from the whole "ask your Facebook friends to help" way of playing and just putting in random people who are actually playing the game to aid in the game, that it's making the ones that stick to that method not worth the effort

ROCKYOU- LISTEN UP: This was a fav game of mine until it started adding extra ads (2 video ads JUST to sign in!) .. & then crashing soon after - even AFTER this new update. Apparently now we can't even go to the next chapter w/o recruiting "friends" or spending money?? ... Lame. How about based on achievement?? ... not every aspect of a game needs to be a money maker - reward the player & you'll prob see more money spent I refuse to connect to FB bc, to me, friends are ppl I *don't* harass with game requests & posts.. I play word games bc I enjoy them .. or, in this case, I used to. You remind me of big banks that force their tellers to harass every customer & their friends open new accounts.. Tellers hate it, & so do the customers. This is my 3rd review abt these issues.. Honestly, if you were like other apps & gave us a heads up in your update post about what was done, what else will be done to fix this completely in future updates ... & maybe even apologize for the time it's taken & the issues that keep arising... We all may have felt like you viewed us as humans & not just dollar signs & hung in there. Sadly looks like that's definitely not the case ... & I'm so ready to replace you. FYI. - It may be just a game to us, but it's a business to you - & it's a bad reflection of this, & any other app you put out. All we think now is: RockYou = LameApps.

Why Pay to Play ??. This is an excellent game - beautiful done and excellent for mind challenging word games. BUT -- you get to Level 40 and you can't continue past that unless you pay or contact Facebook. There are people out here who want to play and NOT pay and definitely NOT contact Facebook to continue. Disappointed, very disappointed. Otherwise, this would be MY favorite game. I will not recommend this to other folks until I can get past Level 40 without paying or going to Facebook. Come on, Disney, fix or improve this game -- keep us playing and seeing DISNEY name on our screens ... Thank You.

This was my favorite game-please update!!!. This app doesn’t work with the new update iOS 12.0.1. It is my FAVORITE game but the last app update was a year ago so I guess it’s not compatible with the new software. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP SO I CAN PLAY AGAIN!

Needs a pause function to save your game and stop lagging!!!. I like playing this game a lot but the iPad app needs to stop lagging!! Also there really needs to be a pause button so if I get a text I need to answer or something it doesn't start me all over again in the game and not save my progress. I also need to use more energy each time this hope and that's kinda not cool... Would love to rate this game higher as it's fun and there's cool challenges and not as much time pressure but the app needs to be fixed. Also the boosts need better identifies...maybe if I hover over it will tell me what it does. Or there should be an easy cheat sheet telling me what how many letter words form in terms of power ups. The boosts are not that intuitive and I often never use them so it's kind pointless.

Great Game, wish it wouldn't crash so much... I'll start off by saying that I love this game. It's challenging and keeps you wanting to beat the next level and the next...very enjoyable. However the reason I have it a 4/5 stars is it crashes and has a few bugs that need to be fixed. Also I agree with others that it should just let us play without having to send game requests...that's really time consuming and aggravating to me having to wait on my friends so I can move on in the game. It's really not necessary for this game it's pretty much a solo effort.

Constant Issues. I actually like the game but I'm ready to delete it and remove it from my Facebook settings. 1st about 6 months ago I was up to level 15 but I had major issues and I was advice by Rock to delete it and reinstall it. Well, I did what they told me and I was started at the beginning and Rock would answer any emails to help. Now, I'm on level 14 and I'm supposed to drop 8 quills. Hard to do when I do to moves and the game shuts down and sends me to my home screen. Now if that's not bad enough. It's eating up the boosters I've earned and the gold I've earned. Oh I emailed Rock but they do nothing. I think I should be paid for my boosters and gold. Rock Company has become extremely greedy, and useless. Let's talk about all the ads. What your not making enough money with people buying gold and boosters. PURE FREAKING GREED. I'M SO SICK OF ALL THESE GREEDY COMPANIES.

Loads of problems!. Just downloaded this to my iPod touch 4th gen. First time I opened to an oops screen saying "problems connecting to fb" (yet it had my profile pic) cleared 1st level over again ( didn't sync with fb) move on to 2nd level to find that I'm out of energy (??? After only 1 level? ) so I try to purchase more energy since I have 25 gold bars. Second oops screen saying energy tops out at 50 and if I proceed with purchase some may be lost. Ok I'm only trying to buy 10 so should be fine- nope. It will not complete purchase because I don't have enough gold (??? Only says I need 3 and I had 25) so I close app completely and reopen. Return to oops can't connect screen but wait here are the messages from my fb friends (energy they sent me-the only reason I downloaded to begin with) all right! Should be able to play level 2 now. Not! Energy still empty and now so is gold. Really?

Equivalent of a first effort.... Love word games. WWF, Scramble, Boggle.... My sister asked me to try this with her. I'm blowing through worlds when all of a sudden level 3 won't open without paying cash for more gold. I think maybe it's because I haven't gotten the full compliment of stars for each world. It takes time but finally I finish all the stages of both worlds. The map shows three stars for each stage but the level page shows only 45 of 48 stars. No way to move on and no explanation of why. Support is not up to standards and there doesn't seem to be a way to email/contact the creators. For the few days I was able to play this game it was fun. Didn't even last a week though.

Developers short sighted?. I think I would like this game, but so far I get no energy recharge. The only way I see to get some is to ask fb friends, and if you have none that play or want to play you are out of luck. Or you buy it with gold, which of course you buy with real money. I hope this is a fluke thing because otherwise the developers are a little short sighted. I have to be able to play the game to know if I like it and get "hooked" on it to want to pay for extra energy or try to convert all my friends to play. That takes effort or money I don't want to use if I don't end up liking the game. Not to mention that my friends would get frustrated for suggesting a game that doesn't work very efficiently.

Great game, wonky permissions. I first started playing this game on my Kindle and loved it, so downloaded it for my iPad. It gets more challenging at higher levels but then some levels are easier than the previous level. I love word games and this is the one I play most. You can play this game without spending money but you may replay levels for days until you get through. I am currently on level 212. Even though I love this game it will totally drain your battery if you do not physically log out of it. This is because the developers have made it so that the app prevents your device from sleeping when you're not using it. On the Kindle it also prevents the screen from dimming but I don't know if it does that on the iPad, I can't find that information. Because of that I give this game three stars. If they would remove all these permissions they don't need and stop the app from sucking up my battery life, this would be a five star game.

Nice but it doesn't help me!. I was so excited to see an update! Only to find u still have to get three friends to send u thru to the next chapter! I only have 2 that play on a reg basis and a few that come in every once and a while so it can take me up to a week to get let thru! I don't mind sending requests to others that play buti have so few that do regularly! But I won't spend it knowing in a few levels I'll just 100% need to do it again! I have several friends that play farm heros and I like it bc you can ask your friends or wait 3 days. Nice concept but... Initially I liked the game until I finished the first chapter and attempted to unlock the second. I rated this app one star because in order to open a new chapter, the game almost forces you to use in-game currency or spend cash. In order to unlock a chapter, there are three unlocks (similar to Candy Crush) that require a Facebook friend or in-game currency to complete. They lead you to believe that 'friends on Facebook' will allow you to completely unlock the chapter quest. The game seems to be engineered so that the first two unlocks are able to be filled by friends but the third will remain unstaffed despite how many times your friends accept that last staff request -- thus forcing you to spend in-game currency. To me, that kind of shady business practice puts me off this game entirely. Deleted.

Tries to make you buy. I used to like this game but it is frustrating because it isn't consistent. Sometimes when you make a word the letters go away, sometimes they don't. Sometimes 6 letter words get line clearing tiles, sometimes not. There is no way to earn gold. It MUST BE bought.... I am on level 128 (without connecting to Facebook) but this level is impossible to beat. There are too many Qs, Zs, and Vs, not enough vowels. There are only 2 tiles at the bottom and they are frequently blocked and you cannot get past it. You have to drop 8 quills in 48 moves but there are tied ribbons and the aforementioned problems. I even connected with Facebook to see if I could get a gold or something.... This is where I quit and delete the app...

Frustration!. I love this game! HOWEVER.... On several of the levels that you have to drop quills to pass, I have dropped the correct amount of quills, and then, at the end it's says I didn't drop enough, and won't progress to the next level. This causes me to repeat the level AND waste extra energy!! I looked up how to contact support, and you have to know all these different codes and stuff!! So I couldn't even email tech support! It has happened on several levels and multiple times on each level!! If it weren't for this problem, I would give this game five start, and will once the problem is fixed. However, until then, 3 stars it is! Awesome game, has bugs!

Need to fix multiple problems since takeover. I've been with Words w/Friends since it's beginning and LOVE it!! However, since your take-over new buy-in whatever just happened, and your last update I can no longer sign-in through FaceBook. It also takes an extremely LONG time to load. Also sometimes it runs so slowly that the game messes me up bc I've changed my mind, or gotten impatient bc it hasn't selected what I've selected and won't move on to the next one -- and highlights something else and messes it up!!! Very, very, frustrating! I am not willing to give up bc this is one of my favorite games. Please fix these issues: Lag time, logging on to FaceBook, and just overall slowness of the app! Thank you.

Great game, but can't go far. The overall concept of the game is great! There are many different types of levels, with new challenges added, keeping the game fresh. The screen art is beautiful as well! I have not played long, but it is already addicting! It's a great new concept for a word game! I have enjoyed the game play but am very disappointed that the only way to advance is to invite Facebook friends or buy gold bars. I always suggest games to friends that I think would enjoy it, but I don't think forcing one to do so is a good game plan. I have a feeling that a lot of people will delete the app out of frustration. Is losing players worth the chance of getting new users through Facebook? Disney markets to children, most of whom do not have Facebook or the money to buy bars. After about level 15, there are a lot of crazy letters always added, which doesn't just make it a challenge, makes it frustrating. It would also be nice to be able to earn the boosts in game... Maybe for completing with a certain number of moves left, or having a timed level where points earned can buy boosts???! Thanks for taking the time to fix these!

Great game with a little investment. I thought there was a problem with the game when I stopped hearing sound on my iPhone 4s. When I checked Apple support I realized somehow my mute button on my phone had gotten switched on and that is why I was only hearing game sounds through my headphones. This game is a lot of fun if you don't mind that you have to invest wisely on certain boosts as the higher levels are impossible to win without them. It also works best the bigger the words you spell-seven and eight letter words clear the board faster as does combining the x3 tiles you get with five letter words. If at first you don't succeed try try again! When I was first learning the game I accidentally wasted some of my gold trying to learn what the boosts meant when I accidentally tapped on the wrong place on the screen and the tech-support (after I emailed them with my user ID in the proper way) sent me a refund of 50 gold! I was really happy they responded this way! Love the attention to detail of the graphics. Just noticed the option to play and several languages- French, German, Spanish, etc. This fun educational game would be a great learning tool for students in foreign language classes. I can't wait for more levels to be released. Until then I am going back to try and get three stars on all my earlier levels. what a challenge!

The new update won't even let me into my puzzle, it freezes every time.. Update review: The commercials are the only thing that works in the update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it forces the update then freezes each time I try to play the puzzle I'm on. Please fix the game. I'm just about finished with a game that would be good if the developers spent half the time trying to fix the problems instead of all their time trying to get more money for a game that is slow and often doesn't work. Old review: It does work on iPad, but it is quirky. To get past the blinking owl you need to close the other open programs on your iPad (double click the home button and close them) and try again. It's a good game, but pretty disappointing that it doesn't have all the chapters. Not really ready for prime time.

No iOS 12 support. Update to original review: App is dead on iOS 12. Immediately crashes on startup on iPhone 8+ and older iPad Air 2. Prior review comments: I used to enjoy this game a lot but now get ads in splash screen, ads between games, and even ads in-game. Most apps will let you pay to get out of advertising purgatory but this doesn't appear to be an option. Time to find a replacement.

Have to spam Facebook friends or spend real money. Really beautiful word game. Might have given it 5 stars if not for the fact there is not a way to unlock chapter two unless you want to spam your Facebook friends or buy gold bars or buy something from a third party site. That pretty much killed the game for me and will be deleted shortly from my phone. I think they should have at least put time grinder quests like candy crush does so you have the option of going forward. Not quite engrossed in the game that I would subject my friends to spam posts just in hopes of leveling up to chapter 2 let alone spend my wages. Change it so your not forcing me to pay money or spam post and I'd keep playing. Better yet make it a paid for app and remove the "gold bars" and Facebook friends and I could possibly see me forking over some of my paycheck because the game itself is fun and visually appealing. Until then it's wasting space on my cloud drive.

Great game but way too many ads. I wrote a review already complaining about the ads but somehow my review was removed or buried so here I go again complaining about the ads! They cover the score on the bottom of the screen, you have to click log in (or log in later), watch an ad, click log in a second time, and wait for yet another ad before being able to play. Way too much! If we are forced to view ads how about one, not two! And while playing, seemingly for nothing that I've clicked on, I get taken to that stupid ad for Argentina several times a game! I'm just trying to play your game, get rid of all the annoying ads! Total bummer too because this is a great game aside from the ads but it takes way too much away from the game so I have stopped playing that much. Way too many other games to play that aren't so annoying!
