Need help. Need help but can't just send a simple email to get it. Had this game on my Samsung & was really far but it quit working. Now I have an iPhone. Have no idea if or how to get that old game that $ was put into. I've downloaded the game to my new phone & ur game logged me in under "rock you" instead of the user name I made & now idk how to fix that, can't add neighbors b/c of it & $ been put into the game. If I don't get some help w/this I'm about to just be done w/all of ur games

Brightwood. I have played this game on three different occasions, every time I get to the ax generator, Wally is messing with the internet. This game is a lot of fun to play but frustrating when you can no longer play it. If anyone is having the same issues, I would appreciate feed back. Thanks

Abandoned game?. Used to play a lot. Went back to it after a year or so and it won’t even go past the loading screen

Another cash grab. Interesting game but you hit the pay wall early on.

Glitching. The game is glitching really bad. I tried to build a lean to and that wasn’t working. Then I tried to build a watch tower and the game wouldn’t let me. Please fix

Has Potential. This game started out great and I loved playing however, by the time I reached level 3, I noticed several glitches in the game. For one, there r wooded areas that require axes to cut down. (I have a wooded patch right in the middle of my clearing). If I have an axe, it will not let me select certain areas. If I do not have an axe, I am able to select the area and a screen pops up asking if I want to buy more axes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no effect. Also, I would like to agree with a lot of the other customers that you can not excel in the game without using axes and once u have run out, u r lucky if u get one once a week. I am at level 10 and the only thing I can do is collect from the bldgs and trees I have grown and wait to level up that way in order to gain one axe. All of the quests I have require axes. Needless to say, I have become very bored with the game and do not intend on continuing to play. It seems axes r the biggest complaint from everyone who plays this game. Whether they can't get enough, or can only cut certain wooded areas when u do have them, it all revolves around the axes. If the company would fix this, I am sure the reviews and customer satisfaction would improve drastically.

Unsatisfying. This game is frustrating. You need beyond patience to play. You’ll need 30 dye or 30 shields to open a building, but visiting the buildings that “provide” these things rarely produces them. I liked it at first, but I can rarely complete the quests anymore.

ADD UPDATES. Needs updates glitches and errors in game i love this game

Brightwood adventures. I absolutely love this game... The only problem is that every day you're supposed to get a prize for returning. For the last two weeks of play it has said you get such and such but then the prize is never given. You Must spend money to get anywhere in the game at a decent pace. And now for the last four plus hours its been saying Wally must be playing with the Internet connection again and you can't even enter the game... I'm sad bc I really enjoy brightwood. I'm going to give it two stars for the last couple of weeks of mishaps. If these things are corrected, them five stars will be rewarded and I will change my review... I also mean by that the two weeks of rewards I should've obtained should be returned to me. Thanks! It'd be my favorite game otherwise...

Bugs need fixed. Game keeps says that they are making updates. It shouldn’t take a week to get this completed. Please fix because I enjoy this game! Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.

Can’t play game on tablet why?. I love this game I can play it on my phone but not my apple tablet I’m not happy if I can’t find a way to play it on my tablet I wont play it again I will just delete the game

Unfortunate disappointment. The game starts off wonderfully with delightful art and imagery. But quickly gets mired in bugs and glitches. And it's still having issues after all these years. This game does not appear to have anyone working to repair bugs. Which is a shame. This game looked to be a lot of fun and had great potential. The team behind this game let a great things die.

Scammers.. I played this game a while ago, spent about $300 on it over the years. They won’t respond to my emails to get my game back. I’ve been waiting for a couple days now. While playing it newly installed there was a deal for $0.99, I clicked purchase (so did my boyfriend on his game) and they both shot up to $2.99. I asked Facebook support and they said it’s TAXES!! That didn’t even exist before, what you saw was what you paid. This is ridiculous and they are trying to trick people into spending more money. READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

Can’t believe.... This is a game I love to my heart but cannot believe I have to start over on my blu phone (level 42), iOS 13.3.1. (not much of levels) and Samsung tablet (level 44) and funny I have a vast amount of animals on my Samsung tablet...I have tried previously in asking to join all of them along with the mommies and crystals joining together as I have worked so hard to reach these levels daily sometimes twice daily and it’s to no avail...no one has even responded..thus it’s one star...whenever I can have the three together as one with all of my animals, moneys & christals then it will be a pleasure to rate this a 5 star....

Frustrating bugs in game play. I collect a lot of items like chisels and when it comes time to use them it only shows I have like 3. When I know I should have close to 50. Requests for me to locate the bee hive in the forest and I find it, only to never be able to build it, because the orange blossom bush never became a quest. I used all my axes randomly searching for the orange blossom, but to not avail. Therefore I could not finish building the cafe or bakery, as they required honey from the bee hive. I would select on items that I knew would take a while to complete and then close out of the game and come back a few hours later, only to see that the objects reset and the characters are not working on them. I sent an email requesting help, but I haven't heard back. This is getting beyond unrewarding and frustrating to play. I'm uninstalling! Fix this game!

Game issues. I like the game but getting the things you need to build your town you have to buy. It use to be that you could get them as rewards for building, why did you change It?

Sad decline. This game was great at one point. Then the creators started a money grab to try to get people spending more on micro transactions. Gave a lot of reasons to spend axes but with very little payoff. I think over time they backed off a bit but eventually they gave up on fixing and developing much more for the game. Too bad :(

Have been loving this game, BUT...... I’ve been playing this game for a few years and have never had a problem with loading. I noticed these past two days, the game will not load, therefore I cannot play this game. Thought the developers would like to know. Also, there’s buildings that I cannot complete, as there’s no access to items. An example: I need “frog potion” and I am unable to aguire it. I’m also unable to buy the building materials with Gold Bars. Please let me/us players know, as I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing same, how we may obtain these special items in the game. Thank you!

Fun. Love this game but you have to purchase to many add ones to move on. Why not give each item away when signing.

Game Problems!. Hello,Developers I have downloaded your game app before. When I have the game downloaded. The assignment I have says to buy the “ Smithy”. But when I go to buy the building. I can’t buy it. I instead get the “ Watch Tower. So please fix the bugs that are in your game app. Because it clearly isn’t working how it is suppose to.

Horrible disappointment. Don't bother wasting your time. This game is impossible. Unless you watch videos or level up, you cant earn axes which are required to advance in the game. This is the 3rd game by Rockyou I have tried and I wouldn't recommend any of them.

Error. When the game tries to load it keeps saying “Wally must be playing again with the servers. Please give us a few minutes and try again.” I’m having a similar issue with Westbound.

FUN,. I love this game, but I was very disappointed when the game started over and I lost all the progress I had made in playing for over a year. That was a very rotten thing to do.

More quest. I've been playing for awhile and I'm at level 60, have run out of quest to do. Can you do a update and add more. Thank you.

Meh.... The game starts off wonderfully — with lots of things to do to keep you amused. However, without any updates (I see the last one was done about a year ago), I seem to have reached the point where there is literally nothing more to do with the game. I realize that the developers have probably moved on to pursue the development of other games, but it is still a pity that nothing more seems to be being done with this one. Update: I really wish that there was a way to respond directly to the developer, as I find their response dubious. They state that they are “constantly” working on new developments, but as stated above, the last update was a year ago. Constant work should mean constant updates, shouldn’t it? All I can say is, at this point I will believe it when I see it, and I will change my review above depending on the improvements (if I don’t end up getting so bored of waiting for updates that I remove the game from my cloud first)...

Is game still being updated?. I played this game awhile back. Last time I played it, I think, was about a year ago. Back then it was fun. Lots to do and cute characters. I finished everything there was to do, all of the quests. Sometimes they would have special quests for holidays, which were fun. After finishing all of them though, I kept waiting for updates, for both the kindle and IPad versions. Periodically, I still get on the game to check to see if there are any new adventures because I loved this game so much and would love to keep playing. BUT...I since I finished all of the quests on both the IPad and kindle, I haven’t seen any new updates in about a year. Is this game still being updated? Should I just throw in the towel and say goodbye to another cute, fun game I came to love? The only thing I didn’t like about it is it forced social interaction. You had to rely on friends to send you some items, so if they didn’t, you couldn’t progress with a certain quest.

Later I will reevaluate thank you 😊. Fun game...you need patience I don’t spend money ever on a game so I’m finding I have to be very patient in waiting for completion of buildings and such I wish there was a way of playing this non stop when I’m in the mood to game ...Not possible.... I will hope that in the future the game will provide more game play by adding things to kill time while waiting for building and such to be completed.... Adorable graphics and fun personalities in the game characters..... I always like to say THANK YOU for creating a game. Soooo THANK YOU

Bad bad bad. I have contacted Brightwood through email. I have bought axes and starter pack and once I purchase them the app won’t open still getting charged but I don’t get to use the things I purchase then I uninstalled it to reinstall it everything I have done in the village the coins, cheers, gold I previously had and that I have accumulated is there except for what I purchased

Once enjoyed the game. Omg not again!! I update my version and now can't open the game. This happened with the last update and it took days for the game to work again, which means you lose out on all the daily rewards and must start over again. I hope this company can do something right and can get the servers working! This game stopped working right months ago!! Total waste of space! After the last update, It took days for the game to be up and running again and it still wasnt working right. Everything collected didnt show up in your inventory if you closed and reopened the game. The game also stopped registering completion of quests. The company is impossible to reach to receive help! It takes weeks to receive a reply and their suggestions don't even work! I wouldn't give this game any stars if I could, one star is way too many!

Basically a replacement for rave wood fair. Since that's never comming to iOS I don't think

Ripped me off too. Every time I try to buy axes Wally decides to play with the server it's been 2days now I can't get into the game because of Wally it takes my money each time but no axes for me the other thing is it tells you 2.99 for 15 axes and charges 3.79 when you order them

A lot of bugs and lack of coins. This game has a lot of bugs in it. 1. At the edge of the screen,the villagers are walking incredibly fast. 2.The paths do not connect to each other. 3.Some disappearing textures (black colour). P.S: I have also noticed that there is a lack of coins. 2/5 - Disappointing. Uninstalling.

Not bad. I just started playing this game. Most games I've played are pretty productive in the beginning. They give you lots to do in the first few levels. This game is really really slow going. I run out of axes and I haven't been able to get any more. I hope things pick up soon or ill get bored of this game quickly. I have too many other games that keep me busier longer.

Sooooo Frustrating!!!!. I really like this game but it is becoming increasingly frustrating to play. There have been attempts made to correct the bugs causing the problems but still more fixes need to be made. Brightwood is not really iOS compatible. It should be called iOS friendly or almost iOS neighbourly.

Axes.... I really like the game but there are very few opportunities to get axes besides the various offers like downloading and playing other games or purchasing things. Extremely frustrating. I play Shipwrecked too and you get axes by cleaning up stuff around the town, which makes completing challenges much easier and the game more fun. I don’t understand why this can’t be the case for Brightwood considering every other aspect of the game is essentially identical.

No longer worth playing, do not start!. Game was fun to play but lately none of your collected items are saving. I have lost 2 one of a kind items that I can not get again. Do not download. This game has been unavailable for three days, the updates are horrendous. big black squares where graphics should be. no customer support, they don't even update their website as to a time frame. i think they have gone out of business.

Boring and Frustrated. This game seemed great to start with, but to be fair has been plagued with issues. Can't finish buildings cause they had issues where you lost items that we're found. Then there was a time where there were next to no quests and now they've added it to game centre and after just purchasing some axes I have to start all over and they've taken the axes so on the end I've paid for nothing.

Really annoyed and gonna delete soon. I really enjoy playing this game i would really like for it to be a little faster and I would like to have the app actually work again since the update i haven't been able to open the game. I would like it to actually be able to play the game or I am going to delete it if its not fixed soon.

Clear and light. Easy to follow and a little different with good light colors and bright ideas.

A Fun Way to Spend Your Time. I love the bright colors in this game, and the detailed graphics really lend an air of realism that totally engaging. This game is tons of fun to play, and the prefect thing to bring along when out with the kids while waiting in line. Additionally, the music is really good. It's something one can listen to over and over again and not get sick of.

No quests. I initially enjoyed this game. however, I ended up deleting it because there was no further quests provided and did not appear there was going to be any in the near future. As building were still unfinished due to missing item (to be obtained through quests), I hung on for over a month. Finally, out of sheer boredom and frustration, I deleted the game.

Help. I have random patches of grass growing on areas I've already cleared and I can't remove them help !!!!! Also is there any way to link the game I had on my e reader to be used on my I pod I've lost all progress and have to start I over so sad I spent a lot of money on the game and it's all lost . Game Broken. Usually I find this game cute end enjoyable. Usually game support is reasonable and they work with you to sign love the problem. Lately they have been recycling old Limited Edition Quests. That means if you partially completed the quest before, it should automatically finish the quest for you. I have been playing for years and have completed all the regular quests, am at level 160 and just hoping for new quests. Recently, what I thought was a new quest(because I didn’t yet have the asset that was to be found/built) came up. But soon after starting this new quest, it became apparent that at some point in my history of playing this game, I had already started this quest. Unfortunately, that particular asset was no longer in my Village or inventory. I emailed customer support for a solution. I have been through this particular problem before and in the past tech support just placed the finished asset in my inventory for me to place in my village. It has now been well over two months of back and forth emails with what seems like an incompetent tech person. They are either not even reading my emails, ignoring them, or purposely not answering them for weeks at a time hoping I will just go away and forget that they have a glitchy quest that needs fixing. This is very poor customer service.

Frustrating. Constantly losing hard to get objects to finish quests! Axes waaaay to hard to get as well as gold. Always glitching out makes it impossible to complete anything. Like the game but ready to walk away too many issues.

Not happy with server error. Used to love playing the game. But now when trying to complete limited time adventures the game will not load properly as the character keeps playing with the server. So to complete adventure you have to use your gold to complete. Also some buildings require items that seem like they are holiday specific items like thanksgiving items to complete grand feast table. If fixed the game night be fun again!

No response from kiwi support. No new quests in over a month. I'm at level 79 and can not complete several buildings as I must be missing an early dependency quest. Have sent repeated requests to kiwi support for help and no reply. Was fun, no point without any goals to achieve.

Still waiting... This was my daughters favourite game, she would beg me to come home so she could play on my phone. She is now sulking because the game hasn't opened for 2 days! One more day, and I'll be deleting it if its not fixed. Before that though she was having a great time.

Frustrating. I play this game a few times a day. It's getting more and more frustrating as I cannot open the game more often than not lately. Yesterday it wouldn't open at all no matter how often I tried. When I finally got it to open today I was back to day 1 on the daily sign in bonus. Takes too long to get items needed. Froze. This game is fun & addicting...except now..all of a sudden it just froze..wat is going on? Good Game..... I thought the game was cute but after I had spent countless hours building up my city the game started acting up, actually it started acting up after the December update. Specialty items stopped showing as being collected, items you hav to search the forest for never showed up no matter what part of the forest I looked. It became upsetting and I deleted the game. I would not recommend this game to others. Once it starts acting up, all the fun is lost because you can't advance.

Pretty Good. Aside from the repeated "Wally's fixing the servers" message that was going on for about a week, the game is pretty cool. Definitely passes the time. Small problem though. I have found both the keystone and the hole digger through quests and forest searches and both have been removed from my game. Not too happy about that being that I actually paid for the axes to do those quests. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. All in all, the game is a good time passer and the kiwi screen makes me happy! <(^_^)>.

Brightwood. Hi like the game, been playing for years, but now, my quests lists on left side of screen has disappeared ! So I can not play, only collect from houses and clean the ground... Probably will delete game... It's has been going on a month now.... Support has done nothing...

Good but.... Honestly it's a great game but every time I try to get free cheer it always exits out and I have to reclick the app and go back. It's been happening lately. Can u make an update or something PLEASE! Also when will the expansions end. Not that I'm complaining but every time I knock 1 piece of land out 4-5 more pop up behind it.

Annoying. Typically this category of game has one type of purchasable currency and you can typically play most of the game without it, but this game is fortunate enough to have tons of mats you run out of and have to by to try and get through levels. Also, constantly telling me I am out and here is the market so spend money had me delete this quick.

Brightwood Adventures. Very good game but very poorly managed. Either the support team does not know to fix problems or they refuse to fix the problems. I would not have given any stars if it would take it but I do not think it would. You guys could make sooo much money if you would just help people manage the game properly. I will give you a month to fix the game or I will delete and move on.

I like it, but could be much better!. The game has great potential; but now that I have put up all buildings and cleared level 61, it is as if there are no more missions, axes are a pain in the tush to get, and they are needed lot! This at times almost making it not worth playing.

Great game now that it is fixed!. Now that the bugs have been fixed, it is once again a great game!!! Still a little peeved about the time it took to fix the app an the lack of communication from kiwi about the bugs, but seems as if they have all been fixed now and so far, so good. Giving it 4 stars, if it continues to work without glitches and bugs, will bump it up to a 5.

Able to make me lose hours playing!. Since I've downloaded the game, I spent like 5 hours playing non stop! Nice, cute, with great graphics! Already one of my favorites! :)

Needs fixing. Glad they finally got around to fixing the bugs and gameplay has become somewhat more enjoyable. But totally annoyed with their limited edition quests. Had one expire on me and used gold bars in hopes of finishing it off. Problem is it asked me to build another round of stuff. Used more gold bars--no choice since the quests to get required items had expired. Guess what? I had to build ANOTHER round of stuff. This time costing 98 gold bars. Really??? Now I have this unfinished building in my village I can't finish because its once again asking for items only gained through an expired quest and I can't delete it because the game won't let me. Good job being transparent about pushing people to buy gold bars!!!

Problem. Everytime I try to go to the market now it freezes the game & I have to turn my phone off/on in order to play again.

Good game. I like to play the game. I play it often. But it's a little slow pace for me. You spend a lot of time waiting. Lately you can't even get into the game. I've been playing for quite a while but got disgusted and just deleted it which is too bad because it was fun to play.

If fixed, solid game. As many have said below, the game is a lot of fun, I've been hooked for weeks now! However, since about a week ago, quest items and building materials are no longer accruing. You collect them, but they disappear from your inventory. I would not suggest downloading this app until this issue has been addressed. Once they fix that - I will highly recommend!

Could be better.... It's a somewhat decent game, it's irritating you cannot start a new game and it takes very long to harvest some stuff and Ax's are not easy to get unless you pay real money or sign up with other applications. I do like the idea behind the game but waiting anywhere between 1-12hrs to harvest stuff is a mood killer. I don't recommend this game unless you like very long real time action played games.

Might be ok, if it still worked. This was a fairly typical collect things and build stuff game, where build times keep getting higher, and was okay for at the start. With the latest update, it seems to always forget that you've collected materials vital for completing buildings. You can still do some quests, but for the most part this has brought the game to a complete halt since you can't do one of the vital steps in the collect things and build stuff formula. This makes me sad, since it was cute, and not a terrible example of the genre earlier, but none of that makes up for it being completely broken now. This disappointment was not helped at all by having their servers down for several days in a row too recently. Overall, it seems that running this is well is not a priority for them.

TheSSHead. A lot of server issues. The game is fun, although it requires a lot of force closing. Gathering from the cave causes the issues. You click on it and the screen appears in the bottom left of my screen, it freezes and will not load. Has happened on numerous accounts. I like the game, so I continue to force close it.

Room for improvement. I like this game but most of the time it doesn't work correctly. I get errors when trying to start it, lost items and materials such as stones from the quarry. This is particularly frustrating bc it takes so long to get them. I've tried to get "free axes" by signing up for God knows what and after the whole thing I didn't get a single axe. I tried this THREE different times with the same result. I've just about given up on this game, if only I didn't like it so much. :-)

Ok. Every time you turn around it gets you somehow and not in a good way. A lot of waiting for your workers to be available and the cost to speed it up is way too high -for example. It seems like a fun game but I bore quickly if I am waiting a long time to do anything. I play a lot of games like this and I am not sure I am that excited by this one. Just started out and if I am waiting this long to do anything I will be bored quickly.

Doesn't save item and can't complete builds. Don't get this game and definitely don't buy any supplies. This game is a scam. Nothing you collect is saved. I can't finish building stuff since I have to start over collecting things. Now special items like the magic mushrooms and beans no longer show as being found. There is no way to actually complete the builds that require them without paying real money to "buy" gold to finish the build. This was such a cute game until they screwed it up.

Bright wood adventures. I love this game, have spend a lot of time playing this,but I haven't been able to get this to open up for a while, the only reason I haven't taken this off my iPad is because I love to receive iTune cards and have spent a lot of it on axes! Do not know how to fix this problem? Tried everything ! Thanks

.. It's a great game just when I tried to get the pig helper and the monkey helper out of the woods I had to wait for the whole time while they were being cleared only to have them not appear and part of the forest glitch and reappear, with no way of clearing it. Nothing I've done gets rid of it. Pleeeease sort this out!

Opinion Changed. I was fine with this game until I began running out of resources. I guess I'm not familiar with Facebook games (that's right); in other words, paying to play a game. I'm not a gambler, so I don't get it. It's cute, and I gave it three stars for the excitement, graphics, and adventure. Uninstalling after this review.

Brightwood adventures bugs. I don't know what happened, but somehow I got locked out of this game. It will not finish loading. It is quite frustrating. I have a lot of time and energy into this game and I would like this fixed. I have a lot of fun with this game. I should not have to reload it and lose everything I have invested in it. So I will only rate it 1 star until I can get back into it.

Abandoned. Game abandoned players! I played since the launch having endured nothing but problem after problem. I had similar issues as other players not having a quest list, not being able to connect to any social media ...therefore I couldn't save my game in case of a problem/crash...which is what ended up happening...I went unable to open my game having it immediately crash ...finally I tried deleting/reinstall ...nope it took me back to day one....so my fully established village that took years is GONE!! I haven't had quests in a longggg time so I was just hoping for an update but still...this is Beyond ridiculous ...you sure will take our money via IAP but won't offer an ounce of support or updated content:(

Very fun. Everything is cute and there are a lot of quests. Only thing I would change is make gold a little easier to get, the Halloween event was impossible without buying gold. Some things could be more exclusive that others but don't do an event only purchasers can play.

Plenty to do. A little slow, but not as boring as some of the other games like this one can be. There are plenty of quests to keep you moving and it doesn't take ridiculously long periods of time to wait for things to get done. You can definitely play this game and have fun without spending additional money.

Love it but one problem. It is a great app. But there is problem, when you clear the forest it reappears and makes this L figure where you did not even clear it. If possible can you guys fix it as soon as possible.

Love the game but. Bugs need to be fixed. I have done quests to get items to complete other things and the items just disappear. I now just got a round table and can't even pay gold to finish my building because I have to get the item through the quest. Fix the bugs and give me my items back!

Love this app!. I love this game. It's a lot of fun. I don't mind the time I have to wait for things. I love how you don't ever have to pay for anything if you don't want to. I like everything about. I hope you do an update soon because I keep losing the things I collect to finish the tasks. But that aside I really love this app! Just please fix it guys! Please!

Good. They actually listened to us about no axes obviously since I have a good amount now. Which is great! The thing that is a little annoying is I have no idea what buildings I have. I can't figure out their names therefore keep building two which wastes time and $. The pictures wayyy too small and have to act like I'm selling the building to even figure out what the hell it is. Frustrating

SOO excited!. I was so excited to find this on my iPad, I had it on my phone but it got to just be too slow and ate battery. Looking forward to playing again!!!!

Used to love this game. Awful bugs though, DON'T UPDATE. I loved this game. I got all the way to level 21 and I spent almost 20 bucks on axes and gold...once I updated the game it stopped saving all my items and now I have half finished quests that I will never be able to finish as I got an item through special quests and now the item is gone! I refuse to play the game and spend another dime until they fix this. Please fix this problem and please find a way to let people finish the quests they may not have been able to finish because of this bug. Thanks.

Fix the game already!!!. Love the game but can't get into it since the last update. It seems that others are having the same issue after reading the reviews.

Could be better.. The game is cute, but it quickly loses its appeal. You only have 4 "helpers" who oversee farming, cleanup, building construction, etc. This very much limits how much you can do, and you have to keep track of the helpers, because instead of queuing actions, you constantly get a pop-up asking if you would like to purchase another helper. The game is glitchy when you try to place/move items. Also, you need materials for constructing buildings, but the game doesn't tell you what you need until you have purchased/placed the building, so you can end up with half-finished properties for weeks. There are better free games of this type out there.

Keeps resetting me to the beginning of the day. This game worked perfectly fine up until it started resetting my progress to the beginning of the day. I don't even have to quit the app for it to reset, if I just switch apps (while it's running in the background) it resets me! Please help, my review will change to 5 stars (which is what it deserves) once my issue is fixed!

Interesting story. So the brightwood story is a good story because it's about a lost abandon little town. Also there is a change that I would make don't let people start out with only 8 axes. So there fore this is a great game!

Only game of theirs that you can go anywhere with.. This game is actually kind of enjoyable. It is the only one by this group that you can earn enough gold and axes to keep up with the quests. Sometimes you have to have patience to finish something but better that than spend a lot of money.

Brightwood. I love this game! I have been playing it for awhile. Some supplies are harder to get, but it keeps you coming back to play. Kiwi has excellent customer support, they were able to get my game back when I thought it was gone after an update. Thank You!!

Don't spend a dime on it. Good game graphics. Good game concept. But VERY buggy. Even after patches. The system is set up with lots of quests and resource gathering but you loose your resources when not looking. They just vanish. Which makes advancing difficult and even impossible. Do not waste your money. They are too focused on selling resources and not fixing the bugs. Which is a genuine shame as it's quite a nice concept and art.

Changes. Kiwi has made some changes, so I thought I'd give it another try! They did fix the bugs that were very frustrating in the past! They also added an axe maker, but you need gold to get axes made. I guess you can't have everything!! The game is fun, but bring your patience with you or be prepared to buy what you need to progress quickly!

Bad bad update. I don't know what you did in that update but I lost all of my progress in this game and it is starting me over at the beginning. I loved this game but if you cannot give me back the place where I was in the game. I will delete it. I have no desire to start from the beginning again. I am also going to post in app support. I just went to your supposed app support and that stinks too. A chat room is NOT the way to provide app support. If you are any kind of programmers at all then you back up the data on your servers. You should send out an update that fixes all the games. Plus you need to now fix your rating in the app and Game Center to what it is now or I will report you to Apple.

It would be a great game if you'd get the bugs out!. Quests are almost impossible to complete and many tasks can't be finishes without spending money. I keep collecting stones at the quarry and they disappear. Same with some of the other collectible items. A lot of the limited edition items can't be completed in the time frame they are in unless I spend money on diamonds. Also axes are next to impossible to get unless you buy them. It seems to me the developers are more interested in making money than they are in fixing a great game. Please fix this. I don't want to remove it...but I might have to.

Fun when it works. This game is great fun for me (adult) and I appreciate that it is not scary, so my little kids can play too. However, storage of items does not work correctly, making it impossible to complete buildings. Also, there are times, sometimes days long, when the game is unavailable. You can get gold for free, it's just a slow process.

Waste of time. The game was fun until all the glitches. Don't even bother since all your time and effort will go back to 0. Then you won't be able to finish the quests and have to spend gold to reopen the quests and not complete it again. Oh and to get gold you mainly have to buy it with real money including axes. I've played this game for three months every day and to no avail I'm deleting it. Don't trust these 5 star reviews. They are more than likely a fake trying to boost their ratings. If you do down load it, your loss.

Fun game, but.... I'm glad to have a game where harassing friends is not necessary to progress. However, after playing it for a few months I am deleting it. I have gotten to the point where it is impossible to build things -- for one building I need 20 of a resource that, if I'm lucky, drops once every couple of days. Of course I can BUY the resource, if I shell out cash to buy the game currency...

SCAM!. Don't download, don't play! There are 3 kiwi games, after you PAY money, the game won't load, says working on the server...for months! Then the link they provide for support doesn't even have support for these games and it's absolutely impossible to submit a request for support....always get an error message when I try to submit. Forget trying to find a phone number to actually SPEAK to someone for help. Disgusting, they can take your money,but not provide a sound app.
