Great app. Simple to use. Easy to adjust difficulty depending on each user's fitness level. Wish there was audio so I wouldn't have to keep straining to see the screen is my only critical feedback. Definitely worth using if you want to get a workout from your exercise ball and aren't sure where to start or have been using it for a while and want something to help with routine or adding new challenges.

Great app!. I've recently purchased this app and it's really injected my home workouts with some extra oomph. I like that there are a variety of upper and lower body exercises on this app, some with dumbells & some without. It can be challenging to create workouts at home and keep them interesting and fresh. I like the clear demos by the models and that the models are real humans instead of super skinny or super buff folks.

Good for at home workouts. The app is simple to use. I can put together routines to do at home or the gym. I would like to see more exercises listed, but overall it's a good app.

App does not open. I purchased this app after I updated to iOS 7. It will not run.

Great Exercise Ball App. If you are a no nonsense and get it done type of workout buddy this is a good app. I've got scoliosis and the exercises in here are core strengthening, balance training, and positive stretching to keep curvature of the spine in a strong posture working against gravity. Yay!

Dynamic Resource. This has everything I need to workout wholebody or targeted. Very informative, good demo videos, hasn't crashed. I can construct my own routine! Thank you!

Simple, which is what I wanted.. This shows how to do some exercises. It lets you pick as many as you want and build you own set. Simple and easy to use. No frills. I gave 4 stars only because I'd like a little more info on which muscles I've worked.

First chance. I have just purchased this app. I like that it has such a nice variety of activities! including some with dumbbells. I like being able to focus exercises by the muscle region. I would like to see if there are more exercise options for the upper back area.

More routines and instructions. I enjoy the way you can set up your routines based on muscle groups. However it is sorely lacking in routines for lower legs, upper chest and upper back. Also, while doing the exercises it would nice to have either music in the background or coaching instructions on how to focus what muscle group, how place your feet, how to place your hands etc.

Excellent graphics!. I love all of the apps from Virtual Trainer! I wish they had a few more exercises, but it's still a great tool for training my clients, and finding new ideas for exercises.

Sunnygym. App is good clean exercise. Straight to the point, good video demonstration. One thing I would ask is add some "lats" exercises.. Also exercises that will help woman with their hips and waist.

Detailed, subscription-free app. Good complement to Stark Fitness. I find these apps to be effective no-frills apps for planning your own workouts. Contrary to what some other reviewers say, the exercises in the app are not freely available in the Stark Fitness app. However, buying this app will also unlock those exercises in Stark Fitness as well, which means you can create programs in Stark using multiple pieces of equipment if you’ve bought more than one of the VT apps.
