To many duplicate warnings. In the last few minutes I have received 9 flood warnings! 5 are for the county I actually live in and the rest are for counties I do not live in. Why??? Why blow up my phone with 5 warnings for the same thing? And why bother me with warnings for areas I do not live in or ever even go to for that matter! This is not a one time thing my phone gets multiple alerts for flood warnings every time it rains! 🤦🏼‍♀️ why ?

A+ Development!. This app is absolutely beautiful and amazing! Very well laid out and interactive! My only request would be to enable family sharing please, my wife and I both shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription. Thank you for such a well thought out and beautiful app!

Awesome!. Hi, I’m a 10 year old child and love the weather. This is the best weather app I’ve ever downloaded! I recommend this app to other people that like weather. It gives you warnings around areas around the US. And one thing, can you add alerts around other places too, thank you if you do. Cause I wanna see what’s happening around the world. Thank you for this app, anyway! Love it!

Good appbut. The printing on the forecast page is very light. This makes it difficult for us seniors to read, I’m 84 visually impaired. This doesn’t seem any where to enlarge the fronts, or darken them. If the printing was as dark as this page I would not have a problem. When I tried to email you, I get a message that this device cannot send emails. This is a apple 5 with the latest software update. If this coukd be fixed I would rate it a fuve.

Wilsonia Village is not Fresno, CA. The app mistakenly posts weather advisories and forecasts from Wilsonia Village, CA identical to that of Fresno, CA. Wilsonia is located inside Kings Canyon National Park in the high Serria Mountains, above 6,000 feet elevation. Fresno is only 300 feet above sea level. This is a Huge issue during the winter when weather forecast on this app declares sunny weather in the low to mid 50’s (accurate for Fresno) when in reality whiteout conditions with two to three feet of snow in falling in Wilsonia.

Chester Vermont Weather. The weather can shift in a moments notice here. It's nice to have a system that shares updates, dangers, and potential disasters on the fly. The Vermont mountains are typically horrible for receiving and transmitting sometimes life and death messages. Your weather app seems to be an ambitious app that reliably delivers the meteorologic data in a timely fashion. That is not the accepted way of most of your competitors.

Used to be good, what happened?. This used to be really good, then something happened and now you’d be better off not having this. I couldn’t tell you how many times we had severe weather and my weather map showed nothing. My wife would call and say hail and tornadoes were coming, I’d open my app and the radar didn’t show storms, I’d turn the TV on and sure enough we were under a storm warning. This app is actually a liability, someone, someday will be killed by a storm they didn’t know was coming. Can’t believe the NOAA would write off on this.

Very good forecasts.. I am surprised by the accuracy of your forecasts. I like having the charts and the radar picture. The only drawback that I find is just one nit to pick. On your charts, the numbers along the left side, and along the bottom of the charts are so faint as to be unreadable. (WHY? Thumbs down here!). The days along the top are dark, and EASILY readable. Being Ready. This great app keeps me up to speed as to what to expect in the near future. Almost 40yrs in the U.S. Virgin Islands teaches you to trust the experts for updates that gives me, very clear and concise information as to what to expected. Better than MyRadar lately. MyRadar used to be my go-to for weather, but lately not so much. It’s become very confusing as to the precipitation, showing big light green blobs instead of indicating snow or rain and where it actually is. The NOAA app is much much better, including forecasts, which seem to be more accurate than the TV weather forecasts. And it also shows the weather outside the US. It’s become my go-to.

Great consistency. It’s so nice to have something both important & reliable in one’s own crazy schedules these days. The Weather Channel maps and updates are one of the few truly impressive & reliable sites days after day, hour after hour. Always current!. I have family in several different parts of the country, including tornado alley… It is reassuring to be able to check up on them at a moments notice when I hear something alarming on the news.

Nice app but widget refuses to work. I got the app and after playing around with the features decided to buy the annual membership. The widget worked great initially for about a week. The app did a update and now the widget won’t work. Now it’s just grayed out. I’ve reset the locations, uninstalled and reinstalled, refreshed purchases, checked location permissions, hard closed the app, removed the widget and put it back… nothing makes the widget work. One of the main reasons I purchased was to be able to use the widget on my home screen to see temperatures and a small map. The app is useless to me.

Keep on top of storms and dangerous weather.. It is generally pretty helpful. I wish I could input an address or general neighborhood name. I don’t really want to turn on location tracking. I would like to be able to drag to change the order of places that I track weather for. I had trouble finding who/how to contact the developer to ask a few functional questions.

Very disappointed with subscription. This app used to be amazingly accurate. Now, not so much -- when it's warm and sunny outside, it says it's overcast and 50 degrees in my location, etc. To make matters worse, it continuously stops recognizing my paid subscription status with every update. This time, it won't even restore my purchase AND they're showing ads when I paid for a full year without ads back in January. When I looked at the ad-free options, my subscription no longer covered an ad-free experience. So I opted to "go premium" but it still wouldn't take away the ads until my subscription renews in January. B.S.! I have done all the reporting bugs and dealing with payment issues I can handle with this app. I don't have these issues with other apps that I pay for, and when I pay for an app, I expect to get what I pay for. The price on this keeps going up while the quality of the app's function continues to decline. Not worth it, in my opinion.

Mother Nature and weather. ⛅️☀️⛈️🌧️🌨️❄️🌪️🌬️💨. This weather App. is update and as long as it doesn’t give me any problems I will keep using it. Like now it’s good at letting me know that severe storms are coming my way even though I don’t like severe storms. So thank you for this weather app and keep me updated on the weather.

NOAA weather app. Was forced to change/update my NOAA weather app because the one I had been using stopped updating on the radar selection, was stuck on March 3rd-basically useless. I am not going to pay for any weather service, but in the process to get noaa updated it repeatedly takes me to the “you have to pay for radar” page. I’m finally past that but now I’m not able to get any radar to come up…but the “pay for it” option continues to cover the bottom of my screen 😡 The updated version is full of useless/unnecessary charts and graphs, just give the forecast each day: high-low, wind & percentages for precipitation. Should’ve stayed with what I had, expect to delete noaa and try something else.

Poorly designed. First of all, the name of my town is not Kitts Corner. Where did you get that? But that is what it comes up as. Second, why would you design the label so it covers the area around where you want to observe where the cloud cover is? Why not just place a red dot for the location and put the placard off to the side somewhere? Third, I don’t think that I could blow the map up to reduce the size of the placard enough to make the radar useful to look at. What is worse, when I take the size of the map down enough to see what the patterns of the Northeast US are, that silly label covers nearly the entire state of Rhode Island. NOAA I think you could do better.

I saw the 2019 tornado on ur app before it happened. I feel like this app saved my life. I saw the hook on the storm on the radar just before the Oct 2019 tornado in Dallas touched down. It was 10:30 pm. I got out of my bed and went to the front porch. The tornado was pushing on the wall of my house. I ran to safety with my daughter and dog inside the house. After the storm was gone, I looked at my bed. It was covered with huge shards of glass and a large jagged piece of metal was stabbed into my bed exactly where I was lying!

Best weather app and its FREE. I’ve tried at least five other weather apps at some expense $$$ that all had user glitches, poor reliability and bad design. Weather underground is by far the most accurate where micro climates exist and more predictable locations. The web design is friendly and easy and makes more data available. I’m sold and it’s FREE!!!

Working on the road here there and everywhere. Working on electric transmission power lines is a job that can have you working all over the USA. Although we have many options to use for weather forecasting this is by far the fastest and most accurate. Which is extremely important to the power industry. I have not found one place that you cannot view weather patterns and possible inclement weather.

Not working. Just paid for one year subscription, stupid me. I should’ve tested the basic functions first. Apparently, the search city function does not do anything. Therefore I cannot access any forecasts or charts. Not happy Edit: the problem I was having apparently was a bug that has been resolved. The functions of the app are useful and I expect to use it regularly

NOT A TORNADO WARNING. I would love to rate this higher IF they would fix the warning system. Every time there is a watch put out for my area, they alert me that it’s a warning instead. So, my area was just put in a tornado watch until 9pm but my phone alerted me that it was a tornado warning. I then have to check other sites to make sure it’s a tornado. Imagine waking up at 3am to an alarm saying tornado warning when it’s only a watch. Very upsetting! I think I’ll just delete the app since it’s not accurate.

Too many Ads and radar not real time. I don’t mind some ads, but there were too many and they were ads that don’t allow you to close them down. I just needed to quickly check the radar on a storm that came out of nowhere (I live in the mountains where storms don’t always roll in and can just fire up), but then an ad popped up. So, I closed it,...then went into settings to adjust the radar loop speed and another ad popped up which I couldn’t close down. So, I just deleted the App altogether. You can’t even get real time radar anyway, so not real useful for me.

Truly Disappointed. I wrote a previous review but it does not display which leads me to believe they bury poor reviews. First of all there are several versions of this app, apparently. I paid $9.99 a year for what I thought was a premium version. And now I have ads all over my screen and notices to “upgrade” to premium. And I can’t cancel because I paid up to the end of the year. My only option is to delete it entirely which I’ll probably end up doing because paying 10 bucks for an app and having pop up ads and ads sandwiched between weather information is not cool.

Excellent free app. I use this app every day. It has a quite accurate forecasts for 7 days, hour by hour, and includes charts for pressure trends, etc. It also tracks air quality parameters. The data comes from NOAA which is the proverbial horses mouth that all other weather apps use. The only thing it lacks is a good short term forecast, for which I use Dark Skies. It could also have a more understandable way of expressing the amount of rainfall.

Weather Map Quality. Too many distractions with constant moving icons across screen is unnecessary. The advertising at bottom of screen can not be removed and blocks important data on weather map. This also takes away from the quality of the app.

Great app but will find another.... This app functions well having used it for years now. But for the last several months almost every ad is a political one for the tin-pot wannabe dictator in the US and it makes me nauseous. I have to question the relationship Impala has with the campaign. For non-US users this may not appear like a big deal. For me it is and I will move on unless this changes soon or until I find a better alternative. Are they intentionally choosing to be on the wrong side of history with the almost constant promotion of this sick, failed leader who most right-minded people want to see long gone? There are other advertisers I am sure. Too bad.

Very versatile, easy-to-use weather app. ... but I still do not understand why, say, a rain icon can sometimes be displayed for the day when none of the hour-by-hour slots has rain in the forecast. By the same token, if 23 of the 24 hour-by-hour icons for a given day display bright sun and only one is sun/rain, then the icon for the entire day, in my opinion, should not be sun/rain but rather sun. In any event, it is a great app and use it all the time. You just have to overlay your own judgment when you read the forecast.

Good choice of graphs. Of all the weather apps available that I have tried I like this the best. The representation of weather prediction over time as a bar chart is my favorite. Also the representation of the amount of precipitation or sunshine is useful. Many people focus on the percentage probability of precipitation but few look at a prediction of how much precipitation. My only minor complaint is that the weather map could be a little higher resolution.

Radar isn’t working. Used this for years, for the last couple of weeks radar just stopped working. It has started working again, so don’t know what the issue was. Weather Radar did reach out to me about the issue but it seems to have resolved itself.

Accuracy. I love this program because the accuracy in forecasting. It delivers what I need 24 hours a day. As an engineer, I enjoy the graphs with a constant outline of the day and week as shown. The long term forecast thing is very good, but, one has to understand that conditions will change

Not bad. It’s not bad but the weather app I had followed me anywhere I went with out having to put in the location. When traveling and you drive into an area that has a warning or watch was nice to be automatically notified of bad weather.

New update killed the app. The update killed the app when they transitioned from local to world. The app is no longer current and does not provide accurate information any more. I used the app primarily for the rain radar as it was alway the most accurate, but not any more. It’s so far from what the app used to be its not even worth it any more. Very disappointed. I used to use this app daily. Now its not even worth looking at for the time it takes to load. If you go to view a rain storm you could have a huge storm over the top of you poiring rain and the radar shows zip. What a huge disappoint. Please bring gack the old orginal version.

Clark. It would be a great weather app if it was free and ad free!!! We use such apps for a step away from ads and cut off because we don’t want you to know where we live!! It is none of your business where we live or work!!! Just produce a good product and let that be it!! We use this because we need a great radar due to the scary weather we are having and it could cost us our lives!! You guys have no loss of life if we don’t give you our place of business or where we live!! Just think about that for a moment and don’t get mad!!

I know what’s brewing. With this app I can make better judgements regarding the weather.. With this app I can make better judgements regarding my activities in relationship to the weather. As a sailor I’ve used it to make critical decisions to keep my boat, crew and myself safe. Great for a critical look before I leave the comfort of my home to determine a go or no go for a day sail, or on my small boat to augment what I can see and feel. As a driver, I occasionally encountering pop up storms. I can see the development, track and adjust my speed to help avoid severe spots. I love this app.

Full of bugs and very unprofessional set of developers. I have used the app now for few weeks, it is full of bugs like listed below. The developers point the issue at iOS 14.3. I know they are lying, I wish Apple could through them out of the App Store and give my money back. 1: The icon in the widget does not reflect time of day, it shows bright sun in the middle of the night 2: The high and low temperature does not change even when the actual temperature falls outside the projected range. A few defects that should get fixed

Amateur Kansas Meteorologist. At 84 years of age I have lots of experience with weather forecasting. I trust my own judgement and with the help of your radar I don’t even have to go outside to do it. As a child, my father and I would go outside and watch the sky and judge if we needed to go to the storm cellar or back in the house. A couple of time it was a quick trip! Kansas is known for its unpredictable weather. Cliches like: “If you don’t like the weather, just wait a few minutes, it will change.” And my favorite, which is always right, “it is going to be light today and dark tonight.”

You took a great app and made it worse!. This use to be so nice when you could see the entire day hour by hour all at once in a nice clean way. On the forecast tab, you have to scroll and scroll and scroll or swipe and swipe. Why would you take a great simple layout with minimal touches and make it so you have to swipe a bunch of times to see the hour by hour. Also, thank you for updating the precipitation from mm to inch. I search and search for it but not could find it anywhere.

Reliable. This app gives a good overall picture of local and world weather, and has been reliable and remarkably accurate (even for someone living close to some mountains and big lake which normatively create some unpredictability).

Bad business model. DON’T PAY FOR THIS! I had a paid subscription for NOAA Radar Pro, which I loved until it stopped functioning. The app store sent me to this. As soon as you download, before you see the app, it immediately hounds you to pay and offers a “discount” if you do it immediately. Thinking this was the same as my old app, I paid $9.99 for a year. Once I opened it, I found out that it’s not even close. The user interface is clunky and confusing. The weather map is very imprecise. The “forecast” provides less information than Alexa does. The supposed storm tracking tells you there are storms “somewhere in the world”, but you can’t click an icon and see them. So, absolutely useless for tracking developing storms and hurricanes. No options as to what you want alerts for. It’s all or nothing. I tried their other “Free Radar Live” app, which is really much nicer and includes useful information like dew points and “feels like” temperatures with a much nicer interface and more customizable options. Of course, I’d have to pay ANOTHER subscription fee to keep premium features. This developer is ripping people off. Why not do as in the past and make a decent free and a great premium app that does everything? Also, the widget is ugly and doesn’t seem to update. DON’T BUY THIS APP! If you’re going to buy one from this developer, get the much nicer one. If you want free with ads, look somewhere else completely.

Great for wind speed, temp & rain more than just by hour. LOVE & USE DAILY! Continuous line graphs of wind speed (mainly what I bought it for) plus rain & temperatures too also continuously displayed shows at a glance how conditions will be all day much faster than reconstructing from hourly blocks in a chart! Drag finger over lines shows you exactly the temp/ windowed/ precipitation / pressure or air quality. The trends are really clear! I love being able to tell from the diagram without having read more than a few numbers on a chart - saves me time as I am busy. I chose it from almost 10 I tried before. I highly recommend!

Check on Friends. This app helps me check in on friends around the country. I have family and friends in Oregon, Washington State, Texas, Maine, North Carolina and Rhode Island. I live in Massachusetts. When the weather turns potentially dangerous I give them a text or a call to make certain all is well.

Time Tracking and Weather Icons. It is difficult to see the icons in the legend and the precipitation colors in inches are difficult to see. The radar time is OFF and I have no idea how to correct it as it is showing me time in the past which I don’t care about. The time should be going forward like a forecast. Instead the time shows me an hour and thirty minutes behind the current time even after I inputted my City into the Location selector.

Billing. When you download this be warned!! It is NOT FREE! It will start billing you EVEN if you think you have deleted it! It will start billing you as a subscription unbeknownst to you!! In response to you’re email and lengthy explanation, I was given a refund which I appreciate. In order to download any app one must use their Apple ID and it stays in the memory for a few minutes so there’s that. I did not authorize anything. Your app is not worth paying for when I can go to windy and track what I want or go to the actual National Government page and be better informed. Your condescension is inappropriate. As I said, it was DURING a HURRICANE, AN EMERGENT situation that I even searched for an app. I have deleted your app and am finished with this situation.

I can no longer read this as a five star app. This used to be an excellent weather app. I am a subscriber and that says something because I do not believe in app subscriptions. I will happily pay for an app, but an ongoing subscription is just a way to bleed customers out of more cash. Since the last update the weather radar is at minimum an hour behind all other weather apps on both my new iPad and iPhone 12 Pro. I have reached out to the developers and have received the cursory “thank you for letting us know we are looking into it“ response, but a week later still no fix. For now this is going to the back page of my shortcuts. I will check it periodically but I’m not holding out much hope and I will not be letting my subscription renew.

Annoyed. The app is TERRIBLE and ANNOYING. They offer the option to report Bugs yet it continues to give inaccurate and bothersome Alerts. Wrong Alerts for areas I monitor for family members and myself. EXAMPLE: I receive Alerts for Heat Advisory of 110+ degrees for a location that is on the Coast and a Hi Temp of 76 simply because a hotter desert location 96 miles inland is in the same County!! High wave Alert for landlocked location 17 miles inland yet reporting because it’s within same County. Not only unnecessary and inaccurate but constantly annoying to receive “urgent” notifications. Reporting the problem for months but no change or reply without concern for their integrity as a NOAA representative. NOT WORTH IT even if FREE.

Upgrade offers on every other tap. I tried using this app for a while but it was not the best experience - cluttered with stuff you do not need, slow and is like an “upgrade minefield” with constant pop-ups offering to upgrade on every other tap. Also, sends notifications about stuff i did not need - i turned that off in settings and it still kept sending them. I would simplify and improve the UX and speed of this app removing all the clutter (it even slowed down my phone..)

Concerned. Today it wasn’t possible to remove an ad to “Go Premium” for this app. Realizing that possibly the only way to get rid of it was to comply and buy the upgrade, this was done. In the past, the app had been accessed only when rough weather suggested it should be. Now the intent seems to be to make this app the “go to” place for all weather information. While this may be reasonable, The Weather Channel (by Watson) has become my favorite. My preference MAY change.

Uninstalled due to relentless advertising. I understand this is a free app, and ad revenue is how they make money. Recently the app started bombarding with one sided political ads, which I tried to accept due to it being free. Then deafening casino app ads, which I found no way to silence or mute, even when my phone was in silent mode. And now forced to decline premium subscription every time I open the app. I thought this was one of the best most accurate weather apps, and I used almost daily, but it has become relentless in it’s advertising. Thank you for the years of low key bottom scroll ads and occasional requests to upgrade but the new advertising model is more than I can bear.

Fabulous App. Great app. Can check out the weather in just seconds across the world, select your favourite places to check regularly, great forecasts and can plan your week according to the weather. Highly recommend this app.

No support. Received a 2nd response to this review from the developers using the excuse that they can’t get the data from some regions. But they used to have it from my region (Australia), and they don’t now. Why? And if they had it before, but don’t now, why do they still say in their app info that they ‘support’ my region (Australia). Weasel words, very poor form, and misleading. This should be disclosed before we pay the money. Now, original review… Used Weather Radar for years and it was ok. Recently, I lost the radar. Map would scroll through, but there was nothing on it. Frustrating. So I reinstalled, and I paid for Premium. Still nothing. So I’ve now emailed support twice, and they don’t respond. Nothing…. Further in this (from earlier renew), I finally received a response from their support and they said they have problems sometimes with data sources. I see now that I have radar coverage for some other countries, but not where I am in Australia, despite the app info saying it supported Australia. This really is a mother US-focused app that’s not worth the time or the money. Pity is, it used to work, then just stopped. Something of a rip-off really. Also, on the AppStore, they offer Premium at a special price. But when you click through to pay, price is higher, and there’s no way of correcting it. Overall, very poor form. Then I discover the BOM app does all I need for free! Weather Radar is not worth the effort or the expense, and their support is non-existent. I give it 1 star only because I can’t give it 0…

Weather Firecast. Not accurate

Well worth the money.. Every summer I use it to plan my activities. An excellent tool in the tool kit.

Great for quick information.. I use it to pick an area to fly in on my Flight Simulator.

Why call this an upgrade?. As often as not, one regrets doing upgrades that are offered, and this app fulfils the regret. Now crowded with distracting and intrusive ads, which can only be removed by an upgrade to "Premium", and doesn't seem to do anything new or better. Sorry, but will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Up to date satellite weather feeds. I have to fly an aircraft from Sydney to the Solomon Islands via New Guinea in a few weeks. I found this app searching for tools to assist my planning. This app is perfect for me in supplementing all the other info I need. It will greatly help my decision making. Very impressed.

No radar in Western Australia - that I can see!!. I am clocking home it torrential rain yet not a cloud in the sky on weather radar. I am disappointed I didn’t go with the 3 day trial first. I am in Australia, so may be in Aus. the radar feature is not supported.

No radar. I paid for the full package, and since then I have had no radar for rain and cloud. I emailed the site to ask why I cannot get radar. The explanation was that they are dependent on other sources for radar. That was two months ago and still no radar. I have been able to get radar on all the other weather apps. Very disappointing.

Great app. I love this app it gives a very accurate forecast and changes by the hour so if something changes you know about it.

Weather!. If it’s about the weather, why are there adverts related to gambling!!! This app is great and would be better if you didn’t have to pay for the removal of advertising ? Keep at it you’ve nearly got it right🤙

A bit hit and miss. Good for the radar but terrible for the forecast. It's stuck in the local forecast from 2 weeks ago and a foreign forecast from December. It won't refresh of give current details for over 2 weeks. Disappointing.

Best ever.. Just love this app. It is so accurate. Love the fact that I can check the radar as well as the forecast.

Weather app. Is a great program not inundated with ads as some described and is great travel companion as you can program in multiple destinations and keep track of potential issues both here in Au and overseas.

No radar. I've had this app only a few days to follow major storms over the last few days in Queensland. But zip shows on this app. Had to go to BOM radar so I deleted this app.

This app was better before. This app used to be great, the radar worked well. Now there’s no radar over Australia of the current rain conditions. Very disappointed. Deleting app and getting a different one unless this is resolved soon

Pop ups. One star because of annoying pop up ads Would not recommend

World Radar. This is even better than Weather+. It uses less bit n bytes. I paid Weather+. It was all drama and colour, bells and whistles, heavy on memory usage and drinks power at a rate that makes my eyes pop. Have decided to remove Weather+ in favour of this app. Uses much much less memory and power!

I look every day. This radar app gives me a very good idea of what weather I'm going to face when I get to my destination. This is especially important with my next destination as it is in the Canadian Arctic and it is difficult to get an idea of what kind of sea and weather conditions I will be encountering.

Great!. The radar is great but there is one problem... The radar has to load for awhile and makes people wait forever! Pls fix it. 👍

App not working properly. For a long time that app has worked well, but for months now the rain radar part has not been working, it’s very anointing paying for something that doesn’t work properly

Intensely annoying ads. The update has made this app so intensely annoying with the ads dominating the screen. The obvious reason is to render the app unusable unless you agree to the extortion. Bye bye!

World radar. Great tool to use in keeping watch on time and weather in other countries , especially if friends overseas can check time when to call and keep in contact also if traveling overseas to check weather

No rain indicators. Even after purchasing the app I am still unable to receive any rain notifications.

App crashes after update.. Even the paid version crashes on iPad 4 seconds after opening after the latest update. Yet another company that simply can't afford to test on all platforms. Also, way too slow! The slowest weather app I've seen(and I've seen more than a few). It Considering getting rid of it all together. And I don't know where you get the data from, as it's rarely accurate at all. I'm sticking with Willy Weather.

Costs money. You need to setup an account to do the trial.

Garbage. Totally unreliable and inaccurate. Lack of features and full of ads. Used to be a good App. Now it is just annoying and useless. Deleted and looking for one that actually works.

Good but with some gaps in coverage. NOAA of course has a stellar reputation for natural science and that's why I chose the app. Not five stars only because of its lack of coverage farther north. Other than that it's a good app and I have yet to experience any ads annoyment.

Save your money. Not accurate for where I live.. This app is overly complicated and not at all accurate for where I live (lower mainland, BC). Just use the many free weather apps that are at least as accurate.

Dosent work when travelling internationally. I was travelling to Himalayas and got stuck in a 48 hour downpour so decided to buy this app and see weather conditions on radar. There was nothing to see. Get AccuWeather- even though glitchy it had some coverage

In app purchase not allowed. Trying to buy the yearly subscription and it giving me an error that says in-app purchase is not allowed

Used to be favorite. This seems to be my go to Weather app for years until I just discovered that they switched my billing for subscription to $4 per week… Unbelievable.

Not worth the money. I even have a paid subscription. This a joke I'm unable to post a screenshot, but they show no data on Troropical Depression Nine 26 August 2021 in Caribbean. While Weather Network free app shows the depression and projected path to developing in a Cat 1 Hurricane to hit the Gulf Cost. Stay away from this app.

Home Screen widget.. What’s the reason why the Home Screen widget is not working?

Mapping issues. Radar imaging excellent but weather graphic cuts off just below city of Edmonton Alberta and north as if there is no data available. There is a straight data end horizontally.

Totally Useless In Canada. No Canadian radar info whatsoever.

Drains the battery fast. And makes the iPhone hot.

Its pretty good. The UI has dramatically improved over the last couple months. But the radar itself, you have to pay to see future radar predictions, which sucks.

Truckers. Need separate websites for Interstates weather for Truckers.

Ads. The ads that pop up every time I open it make me want to delete it

The “Weather Vein”. Perfect to see the weather in real time, to predict your own weather rather than wait on the meteorologist to give you the “computer version” wrong prediction. THUMBS UP!!

Used to be so accurate. This app used to be the go-to for tracking rain storms. Lately it cuts off in Saskatchewan and there’s no data to track. Tried buying premium to see if that would work but it didn’t. Used to be so damn accurate I don’t know what happened lately, you’d think the satellites still pick up the same data.

Annoying Loud Ads. Used to be a fan but now load ads with sound? I was fine with full ads and moving the close out X but blasting music is so wrong, no one does this anymore. I can’t use this weather app anymore, found a better one.

Just use the government’s weather website. Very disappointed to have paid for this app. The satellite images are below basic and they’re taking the information from the government website. Even the wind direction info they provide is weird and often inconsistent with what we’re seeing In Canada at least I would not bother with this app and def don’t spend money on it For all that they also sell all your data to their many third parties as this company just builds apps. They’re not a weather company at all

Not bad. It’s not bad but the weather app I had followed me anywhere I went with out having to put in the location. When traveling and you drive into an area that has a warning or watch was nice to be automatically notified of bad weather.

Periodic GIGO data entries. About once every 2-3 months, the precip. data is so high it is not credible. Normally, the app offers pretty reliable data. I have to drop my rating due to the bad data for previous. for my area this coming Sunday. I can’t find any source that makes your info even close to credible.

This app doesn’t distinguish between warning and watch (at least for tornadoes). Things I like: accuracy Things I don’t: I live in tornado prone area and this app puts a banner on a location as “tornado warning” when it’s really a tornado watch and that’s not okay for me. And considering there’s nothing to really distinguish it from other weather apps in a positive way, I’m deleting it.

Doesn’t Work. I downloaded this app to supplement other weather-related apps and even paid for the 1 year subscription. The only problem is it doesn’t work. Right now there’s a large thunderstorm within 10 miles of my location & this app shows a clear radar. All my other weather apps accurately show this storm bearing down but this app would have me believe it’s clear skies despite the rolling thunder and looming clouds. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Worthless app. This is a terrible weather app. Just deleted it. It sends me a excess heat alert, says it’s now 106 F… it’s actually 84 F, it says zero chance of rain… it’s pouring with rain right now. I wanted a live radar app as we get pretty ferocious monsoons this time of year, I have been using AccuWeather for several years but it’s accuracy has been getting worse over the years, so I decided to try this one..big mistake, live radar is like a cartoon and accuracy I have already stated. No thanks.

Takes a bit longer than other apps to begin functioning. I haven't been using this app for very long, so my comments may be premature. It seems to take quite awhile after opening the app before the radar map begins to function. I'm still trying to decide if I should go back to my WeatherBug app, which seems to come up much quicker.

Hearing Impaired & Deaf. The NOAA App would be 100% better if Hearing Impaired & Deaf people could hear and See the Alerts by having the ability to add Red Lights Flashing & a Siren from Ringtones. There are Many of Us needing this Enhancement sooner than later. Thank You!

Informative and easy to use. I live in the desert where the weather is very wild from 120 degrees with pelting sand - 50mph winds - amazing thunderstorms and at times the best weather anywhere! The weather app is always up to date with alerts! Great app!

The best App for the accuracy. NOAA is the best app ever. When I was working construction, I would use NOAA web site to look at my weekly forecast and plan my work. Now with phone apps I can see by the hour an accurate weather forecast.

It wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing. The most recent “improvement” is anything but. Makes the application very hard to use and won’t work at all on my phone. I am possibly among but a few who don’t want the very large overwhelming temperature block to one side with a massive amount of empty below it. What a massive amount of wasted space.

Finally fixed the ads. Very useful and well made app. The pop-up ads were an issue to close, but it seems like they finally fixed that problem. Otherwise, I would’ve given it 5 stars off the bat.

Well designed. Easy to navigate. Very good maps.. I’ve found that most apps with weather maps animated so you can see what’s coming to your location stutter, sometimes quit. The animation on this app works flawlessly. Good work!

Bad Update. I’ve used this app for years and had a subscription. After the update, I’m cancelling it. It’s a terrible update. Text that should be medium sized is giant, so I have to scroll through a lot to see basic information. The graphs that were the best part of the app are suddenly tiny and hard to read. They ruined a great product.

Obnoxious UI, and useless to show hardly any future radar. Pop-ups don’t go away if you accidentally click a region. Unpaid version will show you what the radar was like an hour ago, but only gives 15 minutes into the future. Not extremely helpful if I’m trying to figure out if a storm will hit my house or not.

Paid $15 for the year and is a total scam. The radar that tells you if you’re expecting a storm is totally wrong. It can be raining outside and the radar show nothing. Then when it shows there should be a storm the skies are clear and sunny. I can do better forecasting by looking out the window than using this useless app. It gives NOAA a bad name for having a useless app. I want my money back!

Short Weather Radar Review.. Using Weather Radar is a quick, and accurate way to plan your daily outside activities.

New subscriber. This weather app was highly recommended by my local Fish Head store & I am very impressed so far with the graphics, ease of navigating and, hopefully, accuracy in weather conditions prediction. It is also worth the yearly subscription rate to be ad free!

Great app until recent update. Been using this app for years, very reliable! Latest upgrade has been a major format change: smaller type is harder to read, charts appear radically different. I’ve been looking for another app that presents information in the way this one used to, but I can’t find it. Very frustrating, I used to love this one.

Paid once for pro now app removed. A few years back, I paid a one time fee for the NOAA weather app. They did not offer any kind of upgrade or anything just said app was gone now go pay a yearly subscription. While they are allowed to do whatever they should have offered something for the people who paid to begin with.

Social philanthropy. Those of you giants of technology, still engaged in sharing basic versions of your services freely to free born humans are providing such overall benefit to all of society, if you don’t collectively know this we are all doomed ultimately. As it is we are all duly blessed ;)

Weather radar is better than the Doppler radar. This app is awesome. You can get daily notifications and you can schedule them but it’s only in the pro version but I still really like this app.

A must have!!. Indispensable planning and at the golf course. Is that dark cloud moving in from the west full of rain. How wide is it. When will it hit here. What's coming in behind. All in the tap of a button. And in live time color. Love it. Cancel your tee time. Let's give a look and see if the drizzle will last.

Long Time Amateur. Have searched for the best & most accurate free app out there but the paid subscription is the way to go in my opinion. Keep on watching my amateur weather forecasters

This app. I really like this weather app so far very accurate has everything I need. The one thing I have problems with is the widget every morning it is blank takes a while for it to warm up and start working.

Highly inaccurate in my area. I was looking for a up to the minute radar as we have some crazy weather. Not only was it not up to the minute, but it seemed like it was showing a different day. It was storming and lightning outside and it showed nothing in our area. The difference between this app and the one I normally use was astounding. I’m better off looking out the window and guessing what’s coming.

CHARTS!. The charts function is pretty much indispensable, it's a great way to display forecast details. The app has a smaller footprint and loads a bit faster than other weather apps I also like. This one is my go to app for speed of telling me what I want to know.

Radar is poor update even slow. Raining outside but radar shows clear area over us. Went to another free apt and it showed the whole area was getting lite rain and more coming in. NOAA’s Losing my trust in our weather zone. We have hurricanes, tropical storms and daily rain. Missing 2 days of weather in hurricane season can really surprise you.

Quick and accurate. A quick look is all it takes to predict the next few hours of weather

Contractor. This app has been more accurate than our local news has many times I’m a roofing contractor and we need accurate on the weather all the time

Weather radar. Very useful for understanding rain and humidity. Radar shows important weather effects of heights in clouds. Such radar produces pictures of altitude of storm and rain, making it decipherable in predicting intensity of rain and lightning storms. It’s direction, speed and spinning activity identifies developing weather, even as much as tropical storms.

Regular Guy. As a resident of Interior Alaska, many outdoor tasks depend on the weather conditions. This app is very helpful with planning upcoming outdoor activities/tasks. The forecasts are reasonably accurate and the hourly forecasts are especially useful for planning specific times of the day. Icons are helpful for at a glance depiction of upcoming weather conditions.

Use this APP every day.. NOAA is our taxes at work. We get the best information given to us from the government’s finest scientists. If you want to upgrade to the pro-NOAA it cost very little to do. I use this app everyday. It sends you updates & warnings as needed. Get it because it’s useable & a great app.

Loving it. I love this app. It keeps me knowledgeable for any weather alerts in my area or in areas I choose to see other areas myFamily and Friends live at. The radar shows me the intensity of radar in my area and what is approaching where I love. This is a must for weather buffs.

The Weather Report Is Usually Wrong. The weather forecast summary is usually wrong, especially concerning the temperature for my area. I usually have to refer to the radar and look somewhere else to refer to the temps. I don’t recommend this app if you hate seeing advertisements all the time first thing when you open this app...

Operations manager. I like the daily lay out and forecast of how much rain. All the others are just a percentage this one tells .02 hundredths as an example better numbers to plan from than 20%

Great app needs to ensure location titles. I like this app however I am not amused that it says I live in Summer lake when have not heard of that location. I live in Aurora and back up to Centennial so I hate it says Summer lake which I have not heard of in 20 years.

Radar. As much as I try, I can not seem to get the hang of reading it accurately. It can be raining in my area and it shows virtually nothing. Then when it's a bluebird day, sometimes it shows major precipitation and there is none.... The rest of the forecast features and such are second to none

Images Not Detailed. Not worth the money to have this app. Hard to figure out instructions for personal location. Radar images look generalized and not detailed. Product is junk. Don not purchase.

Switched from STORM. The STORM app had been my go to radar info source, but when they disabled the app I liked and forced you to switch to a new product with poor reviews, I went shopping. I found this app and so far it is meeting my needs and the ads are not intrusive.

Better than others. This is a good application and offers some predictive views if only for a half hour. All sites used to have a few hours of predictive radar. Now, they don't. It's the best for free site now.

Beware, only 1 week free, then $2.99 weekly afterwards. It might be a decent app, but nowhere in the description did it say that you’d only be given one week free, then charged $2.99/week after that. To me, “in app purchase” means if I want more detailed radar, for example, I can pay more. It doesn’t mean that in order to use the app, I’ll be charged a weekly subscription. Add it to your description and I’ll raise my rating.

Precipitation radar appears to be inaccurate. I bought this app because it does a little more than the built-in weather app. Apple bought an application that I was using and incorporated its technology into their weather app. Your weather app is not showing the precipitation passing overhead correctly. It seems to be behind by 15 minutes or so.

Love this app!. I live on my boat and work on boats. With the forecast charting I can easily plan for days in advance. I love it and use it all the time on my IPad. With the radar, I can find clear spots in the rain to run errands or know when I just need to hunker down and wait it out. Great app!

Unhappy with this app. I have a journeyman lineman we work on powerlines I had my radar for years they used to cost me five dollars one time fee are used to get hurricanes everything that was my living it saddens me that somebody Gotten greedy now they want nine dollars a month and I don’t need it for nine dollars a month

Great Weather Radar. I like it because it’s a feature laden accurate weather radar. It’s a must for those of you who travel a lot and want to know what’s really happening with the weather.

Crashing again. Update 2/1/21: After updating yesterday, the app is immediately crashing upon opening again. I downloaded the new update yesterday & now every time I try to open it, the app crashes. It remains on the logo screen in the background until I manually close it. On iPhone SE. It’s been a long time since the air pollution levels were reported accurately, but right now the app is just a waste of memory. I hope you can get these problems resolved soon, being underfunded & understaffed.
