photo widget ?. This is the best photo widget app because it doesn’t cost any money and it works perfectly I recommend.

Buggy and full of ads. The premise is good, but the app is buggy. You assign each widget to an album of photos that it will rotate through and set a refresh interval that determines how often it should display a new photo. However, it doesn’t seem to work, and will stay stuck on the same photo for days. When I open the app to try to trigger a manual refresh, I’m barraged with full-screen ads that don’t always want to close. And even then, flipping through the photos in the app doesn’t reliably change the photo displayed in the widget. I’d recommend this only if you want each widget to display a single photo permanently and never change.

It’s not working for me. I just got this app because I’m getting a character themed phone and when I go to get the photo widget it doesn’t show the app exists and when I go to my settings to see if that’s the problem it doesn’t show the app there either I don’t know what’s going on but if others have had the same problem and you have an answer can you tell me how to fix this

One of the best apps on my iPhone. This app brings me joy on a daily basis without me having to interact with it very often. Every 3 to 6 months or so I go back through all my photos and add to the collection on this app. Then, throughout the day, I’m blessed with snapshots from throughout my life. Brilliantly simple

Fantastic. I have had this widget for several years now. It is the very best widget I have ever used. People complain about an ad, you only see an ad if you open the app to add a photo or make another album. The ad is only a few seconds. You create as many albums as you like and add as many pictures as you want. This is a free widget app where as all others charge a fee. It is easy to set up and add photos to an album which can be done all at once. When my widget was all created and done , I showed my adult daughter and she said ,”ok, how much?” I sad it’s free ! She immediately downloaded the widget app and set it up on her devises. We both love this widget and recommend everyone having it on their devices. Neither myself nor my daughter have ever had a problem with widget. Adding an album or photo or deleting photos is easy. This is the best widget I have!!!! Absolutely love it!!!

Please read. I gave this app four stars, you guys must be wondering why well it’s a great app and all I love my wigets and wallpapers that match but.. each time when I change my wigets in the morning like I don’t know what time maybe seven but anyways when there’s an add this one and says I’m watching you and there was like this cat that had blood on the screen so I got fricken scared and the other add said don’t worry stay calm and it still had the same cat but this time it was walking down the stairs. Then the last one said we’re watching you every move and it still had the cat. The add is a little disturbing for little ones who might have the app so maybe you can change the add because I got so scared man. Anyways I hope all of you guys stay safe.

Nice and easy but…. It’s a decent app. It’s East’s to use and set up but I would like to see 2 changes: 1. No cropping of photos. I have a pic where it’s cut off 3/4 of the face. 2. Allow quicker intervals. I’m thinking 13s,30s,45s,1,2,4…I like to see a collection of images scrolling through memory lane. Work on those and I’ll bump u PM another star 🤓⭐️

Refresh interval. It’s a great app has ads but what app wouldn’t but one thing that’s just a little upsetting is the refresh interval I set it to one minute and it takes like 5 minutes to refresh

One problem. It’s cool just don’t like that it has the date at the bottom of the photo. Other then that everything seems good

Great app but there are some issues!. I love this app because you are able to choose what photos you would like to display and you can edit the intervals in which the photos change. The one issue I have is that some of the pictures are not HD and they are really pixelated even if the photo itself is HD. I am not sure why this happens and it’s very frustrating because the photo comes out so blurry I can’t enjoy seeing my pictures.

Not a fan of changes. I loved this app so much because they had hundreds of awesome photos to chose from and now it looks like they got rid of that feature and I can only upload the photos from my photo gallery :( if they had that feature back I would love!!!

Correct me if I’m wrong but I guess I like it. One thing is that when I make an album and add like 3 pictures then add the widget, it only shows the first one. The problem is that I have to make the picture I want to be first in that album which means if I accidentally delete the image from my camera roll then I can’t put it on the widget. I would hope this problem gets updated and fixed so in the near future I can just chose the photo I want instead of HAVING to always make it first in the album. Overall, it is good!

Great App...But. I do like the app, especially compared to Apple’s because you can choose the photos to add, but I wish the interval in which the photos change could be less than a minute. Maybe go as low as 30 seconds?

Good App but improvements would make better. Please, please add ability to choose separate file system folder for source images. Restricting to only photo album images means images are always backed up to iCloud. Sources from file system directory means images won’t be backed up to iCloud, thus not occupying valuable iCloud storage space. Also please add shorter image update intervals like 15 & 30 seconds. Over all good app, thank you!

Great app but one small thing. Love this app a lot but if there was one thing I would add, it would be the ability to randomize the photo albums. If the pictures would appear at random instead of in the order their added then the app would be 👌

Doesn’t Really Do Anything. The only thing this app allows the user to do is actually select the photos I want for the widget. That’s it, nothing else to add. I thought I’d at least be able to separate my widgets into different categories and chose which one I want per widget. This is sadly not the case, just a mediocre app that there are 10 others just like and have the same problems. Also it’s so lovely for your consumer to see that there have been 58 reviews submitted for the app, but only have two reviews that praise how good the app accessible for viewing.

I Normally Don’t Write Reviews. I have had this app for awhile and it was working just fine, for a couple of months. Now all of a suddenly it is glitchy and not working and instead of the photos it is the app photo. I don’t know what is going on. I am confused.

I like that I don’t have to pay but there’s a problem. I have been looking for a long time for a widget app that I don’t have to pay and I was really excited to put photos on my Home Screen but when I got to the second step I didn’t have the plus sign on the top left or right. I updated my IPad but even after that I still didn’t have it so I think that your instructions are outdated and this got me very frustrated. If there is a way to avoid this then please tell me but if not please fix this problem.

Real review - too good/simple to be true. This app is simple and straight to the point. I love it. I was looking for the premium version with addition options that I most likely would have paid for (given perks/reasonability) but I don’t see one. Looking to see how this widget evolves.

Only one kind of Widget. I thought maybe this would be an app that would let you add photos to different types of widgets. A widget is actually supposed to be a little mini app that sits on your screen that has very specific independent functionality. This is just like putting stickers of your photos on your screen, and that’s about it. Doesn’t seem to do anything else. But if that’s what you wanna do, it seems fine. I didn’t get a view of what the pricing structure was when I realized this app is so limited.

Please let us remove the widget title from screen. For a cleaner look it would be nice to be able to rename the widget or allow us to hide the widget name from the screen. We don’t need to see “Photo Widget” below its obvious what it is.

I really like the app, but there’s some stuff that’s not my favorite. I really like this app, if anyone were to want to make customized widgets, I would recommend this app, but there are some problems with it. First off, in the latest update, they said they fixed a thing where you would se some sort of white line on the side of the photo, but it’s still there for me on some of my pictures. Also, I really hate the ads. I mean, who doesn’t hate ads? They’re kind of annoying, especially the ones where the ad goes into a full screen ad. Now I know why there are ads and why they might not want to get rid of them (Money), but I think that if they could do some premium thing or maybe they could make the ads, I don’t know, less obnoxious (I’m not sure what word I’m looking for but I think that’s sort of what I’m trying to portray) so that they would still get money. Other than that, I really like this app!! Thanks for your time :D

Great widget app with only a couple drawbacks. Love this app — simple to use. Would love to see the ability to create different albums, and a shuffle/randomize photos option. As other reviews mentioned, even when interval is set to 1 minute, photo takes ages to change. Other than that, love the app and ease of use.

Glitches and bugs 😕. I was trying to put a widget of A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie because he’s a good rapper.I previously add one photo on a album at a time because whenever I try to put 2 or 3 or more because the app wont let me choose when I try to put the second or third picture in. And today when I tried to make my widgets I only did one picture at a time like I just explained. The widget did allow me to make albums and I made 2 albums and put one picture in each one of them like I just explained. And when I tried to make a third album and when I tried to put the picture in it didn’t work. But I was wondering because I’ve made a third album before but I’ve deleted it so I can make new ones. But I knew something was wrong with it. So I thought it was just my iPad glitches. So I update and exited back out the app, turned on and off my iPad, then I powered off. I turned my ipad back on and I went back in and tried to put a photo in and it didn’t work. I don’t understand why it happened to be like that but I just need a update

App works sometimes. I really like this app, though sometimes my second widget won’t show pictures. If I press on the widget, the group of pictures are gone and a blank box shows. Several hours later, everything is back. I have a widget on my first page on my iPhone and a bigger widget on the second page. I never have problems with the first widget. Haven’t tried to delete the app yet. Maybe I should.

So far I love it!. I just installed this app & I’m currently in the configuration stage. Everything is really simple so far. It’s just hard to believe this app is free. I’m super thankful to the developer! I’ll update later after I’ve had time to use it a bit

Awesome. I love this!!! Even though I’m ten I have great taste. This was the only widget app i could find where you wouldn’t have to pay! Everyone should pick this because you can search on the web of a pic you want and save it to photos so you can have it as a widget. I recommend this definitely! Not that great.... It doesn’t let me add another widget without it having the same picture. I would click the plus button to add another photo but when I add another widget with the intention of using the second photo, the first widget I already have changes as well. We can change the pictures within the edit button but the changes applies to al widgets.? Please fix this

I feel like my hopes were too high😕. I saw that it was completely free because most apps like this are not but when I hold down on my home screen a + does not show up if anyone understands I don’t know if you can like comment on this but if anyone does understand please tell me how to use it because I was super excited to use this app . I give this 3 1/2

Great app but.... This app is pretty awesome. You can select a ton of photos from your camera roll and select the frequency of how often the photos rotate in the widget. Only reason I’m giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 is because you can’t create different folders/albums to have multiple widgets with different photos at one time. Bummer.

One extra feature. The app is perfect, the only thing I would like for you guys to add is a rearrange photos option & and a option to shuffle the photos instead of it going in an exact order, thanks

Awesome for iPad now. Great to have the photos you want to see. Have different cities from vacations, in different parts. Specially great for iPad, to being life and memories, without worries of seeing a inappropriate photo

Great App! - One request :). Already enjoyed this app much more than the default apple widget and other photo widgets. I like how you can choose which photos you’d like to display and at what intervals, very nice!! I was hoping to be able to manually flip thru the pictures on my Home Screen, in a way similar to Smart Stack if that’s possible. Overall, thank you for this! This is great!!

It’s not the best. I’m saying this because when i tried to add a different photo to my photo widget it didn’t work and it kept on putting the same photo i deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still had the same problem i would give it 5 stars but i can’t add any different photo widgets please fix this.

Some bugs, but overall a great app. I think it’s really good overall, it’s super easy and you can add so many photos. It’s really fun. Still, it has some problems. Whenever I set the interval to 1 minutes, it never changes during that 60 seconds, it takes a while for the photos to change when I set the interval to 1 minute. But other than that, this is the best photo widget app to use. I recommend you add a setting where the photos shuffle after it goes through all the photos because I’m starting to memorize which pictures come next and I never see some of the pictures I have during the day.

I love this app, just one tiny thing.. I love everything about this app, its easy, simple, and doesnt require premium for the widgets. The only thing i would recommend changing is the time between picture switches. This would make it so you didnt have to wait a whole minute (at least) to see a new picture. But beside this, i love the app. Keep up the great work!

All ads. Way too many ads. Update: after developer feedback: yes I understand how a business works and ads can be necessary but to the degree they are in this app is by far worst than any other mobile app I have encountered. I can’t even use the app to decide if it’s worth purchasing without the ad interruptions. This was my experience.

Better than Apple’s built in photo widget. You get to choose your photos, as well as how often they change. This makes it better than the built in photo widget, especially if you have a lot of lame photos you don’t really want to see.

Impressive. I literally tried to add 400 photos into a single album. It froze up for a bit, but then it worked!!?? I’m incredibly impressed.

Haven’t used it yet. But I’m going to, hopefully it’s good and u don’t have to pay for it unlike the other apps I’ve tried

Need to remove date. The date of the photo shows up prominently on the photo. I like to use photos of objects to add to the aesthetic layout of my screen and this really takes away from it. Dates for pictures of fun events might not be bothersome but this really is. Other photo widgets don’t require the date. Perhaps make it a premium feature with the ability to toggle off and on? I would pay a nominal fee for that.

So Amazing but….. This app is so good! 😜 But i’m on iPad and when I looked at it I was like “Wow! Good but doesn't work. This app is good, and i was really happy to finally FINALLY find such an app. But the problem is that you said that we should long press on the app in the widgets so the albums will appear but it didn’t work. I long pressed and nothing happened. And when I try to add a widget from the photos that I added to the album, they select for me a photo from them, and I can’t choose one so this is really annoying. However, I am not really sure if this was a problem from the app, or from my ipad. Anyways I really like the app but please try to fix this issue if it was from the app. Thank you for your time 😊

Not able to use widget. I like that the app allows me to add multiple photos to an album. However, I can’t even put the widget on my Home Screen. The app doesn’t show up as an option to make a widget to put on my Home Screen. I’ve tried redownloading the app and restarting my phone but nothing works. I won’t be using this app until it actually lets me put a widget on my phone like it’s supposed to.

Best Instructions!!!. Tried many similar apps. This one is the easiest to use. Directions are simple to follow and you can select multiple pictures at once. Beautiful job!

Great app. I think this is a great app that expands on the Apple photo widget. It allows you to create custom photo folders and add to multiple photo widgets. I would love to see this app expanded to allow different photo widgets to be created for backgrounds for clocks, calendars etc. even an ability to setup a transparent widgets as an app launcher.

Worked perfectly!. This app worked perfectly! I see in the reviews that after an iOS update there were difficulties but they must have been fixed. After total frustration with the Apple photo widget (Apple won’t let you choose photos) this was a joy to use!

Photo Widget. I love this app when I first downloaded this app I thought it wouldn’t work for me but it did. It was a little bit tricky to work at the start but then I knew how to do it and this all definitely fixed up my Home Screen and made it look so much better 👍🏻

Wish it could randomize photos. Love the app, but it always starts with the same photo and shows all the photos I’ve selected in the same order. It would be great if there was an option to display photos in random order.

Worked beautifully but now a black box. Worked so well initially and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it then was stuck on the same photo. I tried to remove it and add the widget back now it’s a black box.

Stuck on one.. Good start. Easy enough to navigate but the intervals don’t seem to cycle. The widget is showing the same photo. The medium widget also isn’t great at framing. Hopefully updates will resolve these issues in time.

Meh. The amount of data this app collects and gives to the advertisers is really unreasonable. So clearly they make cash not just from ad sales but from data sales. Quite inappropriate. The ads are incorporated as both banners within the app and full screen ads interrupting the set up. No paid option means I will be looking elsewhere. // Otherwise it is a fine app and easy enough to set up. If you don't care about your privacy and love ads, get it.

I have some difficulty. I have some difficulties when I try to put a widget on my Home Screen .I have an iPad . When I press on the screen trying to see the + ,i can’t I can only see done. To see the + I have to swipe to the right and when it’s done I can put a widget but I can’t move it to my Home Screen.

Not able to choose the picture for my widget. What good is this if we’re not able to choose the picture we want to appear in our widget!!!! I have added several albums to add a different picture and it’s the same one!!! We should be able to choose the one we want!!

Bug. Now what i think you guys should change on this is the fact that there are glitches that only allow me to put in 2-3 photos.

Blurry. I liked that I could personalize what photos were on my widget, then I realized once I set it up that the pictures were blurry, and the original photos were clear photos. It bugged and annoyed me that the photos I used were not in the best quality as the originals I had selected.

you can't add an album. It doesn't let you add an entire album. you have to choose the photos one by one. And there is no SELECT ALL. and to delete the photos from widget you have to do it one by one. why there is no SELECT ALL anywhere in this app?

Wiget review. I personally think it’s a good app to put the pictures on the wiget for your Home Screen and to remind you all the fun memories when you took the pictures!

Buggy. I enjoy the idea of having certain photos show on my home screen. The issue is that I will select photos to add to the album and it will either not add any that I selected or a small portion of them. I want to enjoy this app but it’s just not working.

Doesn’t work............ I got this app because I wanted a fun widget app. Well, I got it and it doesn’t even work! It won’t let you even put pictures in the albums! Really disappointed...... please update soon! Thanks so much! I recommend color widget! :) that one actually works! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Not working for me?. I believe I have followed the instructions correctly, but when I try to add the widget, it is not available in the list. Please let me know if there is a solution to this!

Photos not rotating. When you open up the widget the photos do in fact go through a rotation… Two things. I wish a shorter rotation than one minute was an option and I wish the photos rotated when the widget was closed and on the Home Screen

frustrating. Adding the first photo after downloading the app was fine, but if you try to add a second one only the first photo will be shown. Even if you delete the first picture the second will not appear. Super frustrating.

Photos don’t refresh. I gave this 3 stars because if you make an album for the widget, the pics don’t rotate. There is a refresh rate setting but it doesn’t work. I see in the faqs that this is a known issue caused by the new iOS 14. I hope it can be corrected soon.

I love it but.... The ads annoy me very much. Is there an option to remove ads that I’m missing?

Super glitchy. So many glitches. It’s a simple concept, yet it can’t do its job. I can’t update photos in album. If I try to delete, they reappear as empty albums. It can’t detect new albums. And now there are a ton of ads. Deleting now.
