Login success, login again!. Logged in successfully after entering my email pin. Tried managing account literally seconds after, LOGIN AGAIN SIR! went to get my new pin, app resets login process after swapping over to gmail for literally 5 seconds (not closing either app). Also found out there’s limitations in the epic app. Like why even make the app login in the first place if you are just directing everyone to the web browser for re authentication anyway. This is amateur design 101.

How can you download?. I literally see nothing. There’s nothing to download. For me

You need to make it to where you can play games on it. I’ve been playing on your luncher on pc and I was playing but if I want to play it when ever I can’t Please make it to where you can play games I wanna play bloon tower defense 6 without wasting more money

Pointless without library access. Add library access with the ability to buy, remote download and control games. Also, since it’s a mobile app, how about the ability to download mobile games? I know, genius right?!

Won’t let me login. Every time I try to login on epic games I press the login button but every time it won’t load and I’ve tried everything

HORRIBLE. I tried logging in to play with some friends on ready or not but I had to link accounts so I downloaded this app and did everything but it took me back to the start and it was like a endless loop

Not The Store. They advertise on their website that the epic game store is on mobile but this isn’t the store and there’s no free games here. That monument valley game you seen falsely advertised on their website is not a free mobile game but rather just a way to try to lure you into installing the app.

Can’t even view store. The entire point of getting the app on mobile is to look at the games in the store, but all this app lets you do is see your friends and message them. Who the heck is going to be using this app for messages anyway? Totally pointless app.

What is this a password logger?. You can’t sign in through epic or other linked accounts even though the pop out webpage shows the correct domain for both. Do you guys not test anything… how could this have made it to production not to mention people have said this was an issue MONTHS ago in the reviews.

Good. It does what it says it does, you chat with epic games but I have some ideas for the future

Useless. I start by logging into my steam account and it says I’ve never signed that way before SO I sign in using my Xbox account (which yes I mostly use) BUT then as I finish all the info input it tells me that I already have an account. Obviously I have an account!!!!!!that’s why I’m signing in?!?!?

I’ll allow the nicknames from Fortnite to be added to the Epic Games. I’m able to make nicknames for people on Fortnite, but it doesn’t transfer over Epic Games mobile please make an update to where you can add the nicknames or let them sync over over WiFi

No Store? No Games?. You advertise and giveaway games on mobile and this is my first time ever trying this I wasted my time setting everything up downloading the mobile app and my account and linking…. And I see no game library , can’t even see the games I’ve purchased and no way to access the mobile games. Why even have this app??

How do I download the weekly free mobile epic games?. I see on my pc that there is a fee mobile game each week if you use the app. So I downloaded this and all I see is chat messaging stuff. How the heck do you actually get the free epic mobile games on mobile?

This is a joke?. When I download this and went to get start it I can’t even get through welcome to epic games page? It let me to click the button get start, but it didn’t work（iphone13).

Unless app. Completely useless. After going through all the trouble of logging into the app. Once you’re finally in, it’s just a chatting system. NO EPIC STORE. This app DOES NOT connect to the epic game store. I’m away from home at the moment and wanted to take advantage of the free epic game. I can’t purchase it now because this app is USELESS it doesn’t connect to the store AT ALL. Who uses epic chat anyway??? Just message your friend on discord like everyone else, or even steam!!

Triple T. So I bought triple t just to try him out today but then realized I couldn’t return him and I wondered why because it was just a feature in the games, so all I’m asking that I just want to refund triple t for my v-bucks back.

Latest promotion is a sham for Apple users in the US. Ok here me out. They’re promoting their app on the store, by giving you a free game called 911 operator. But for some reason only Iphone and Ipad users in the EU can redeem the free game. There is also a game made by the same devs called 112 operator, which is the number they use the EU. So you can’t get the game for free on IOS in the US, for the game set in the US. What?

Trash. It returns me to the login page every time I log in. It’s been like this for years but Epic never cared enough to fix it. I don’t think anyone has had a genuinely good experience with this app. And there are barely any features, it just redirects you to the web version half the time… then logs you out again.

Requires more chat features. Add delete message and the ability to close messages and leave , the app needs more features

Doesn’t log In. I have an iPhone 12 and every time I put in my password it keeps loading and never logs in. please fix this 😰👏

Adding store front.. Would be nice to see what’s in the store, especially free games etc. I would like to be able to buy a game on phone then download on pc.

App is now completely useless. Every time I open the app it just says “something went wrong” and doesn’t load anything. I tried reinstalling and it still does this. Absolute garbage app. Epic, you might as well just get rid of this app if you’re not going to fix it. Completely useless

Epic Games App is stupid. It’s so dumb that EGS mobile isn’t available in this region like why can’t it be available right now it would make life so much easier and it would make us Americans very happy. When I went into the app on my computer there were games on there so I was like if I go on my phone and go to the epic games app maybe there will be games on there so I went on my phone and I went into the app and THERE WERE NO GAMES!!!!! What is even the point of this app…. This app offers no functionality whatsoever besides the authentication functionality… you cant even see your game library or buy games through this app, only chat or add friends, its basically completely useless

Literally just a stupid decision. Literally don't know what went through your heads when you figured to leave out the EPIC GAMES STORE from the app. Only reason I downloaded it.

Please fix this. Any time I try logging in on mobile and putting in my email it wont let me it keeps loading I just wanna play Fortnite on mobile is there anyway you guys can fix that because I don’t know if it’s not my storage and it’s taking so long or just the app but please respond or find a way to fix it or even give epic games a update but it’s not the bad I just wish it would work better

Another login issue. Also, the fact that when you go to help option it has an AI chat with you and it tells you the same thing over and over again give real people jobs that actually know what they’re doing….

It’s good. It’s a very good app, I can talk to my friends without getting of Fortnite but I wish you you could see the game in the epic games store like steam

What is the point of this app?. Why would I want an app to just use Epic Games social? Why not make it useful and let me manage my games and gain access to the store page while away from the computer? Just copy steam ffs

Lacks a lot. I’d hope this app would at least have more features, access to the store, or similar. It’s such a basic app with minimal functionality.

This app is pretty useful. This app is pretty bare bones at the moment, but with updates I think I can be better! Like adding Item Shops from Fortnite where you can purchase items directly from the app (similar to the Fortnite Web Shop), or make it useful for redeeming Fortnite Gift Cards! Another cool feature would be adding a collection feature showing what cosmetic items in Fortnite.

Can’t log in. Whenever I try to login, it’s completely normal at the beginning I login and then I put in my 2FA but then out of nowhere it says a sign in request and I whenever I copy it I don’t know where to paste it to so I literally cannot get into the app because the instructions are so bad that I don’t even know how to navigate through the dang app

Omg I’m gonna end it. I got logged out my rocket league account and I forgot my email but they have the thing where you can find your email if you type in your ID I spent so long waiting for it to find my account and it never did so I made a whole new account to try to get onto rocket league finally after a hour I went into rocket league put the new email in and it’s still saying please enter the email address Epic Games….. epic I’m going to end it

Fortnight we need to talk. How come we don’t action to the store it’s wold be easier for some people

Mislead me so bad. First of all I had so much trouble logging in and it took be about 2 days to try and log in but then after all that trouble I finnaly logged in and there’s only chatting things insted of games and the worst part is it’s called epic games but there no games bro

Missing one thing. It’s pretty good but it’s missing stuff like being able to purchase a game without having to have a pc on you. If this would have the store it would be top tier, hopefully they add it.

Flummoxed. I expected so much more from this app. At this point in their development cycle, there should be more features accessible but sadly there are none save a texting message feature. The lack of synchronization between the web site and the app is a major problem for me

Feature. The app def can improve a lot. The biggest thing that I found is not being able to view ur library (or the games that u own). Adding this feature can definitely help with the app rating and increases the amount of people to use it.

Embarassing. Won't let you login, leave and come back and all the sudden you're logged in. epic serves are horrendous and need to be fixed. even the email for resetting my password couldn't be downloaded from the server. this app also took 5 minutes to download on my gigabit fiber internet. save your time

this app is awful. if i could give this zero stars i would but i cant so i will put one because it was asking for personal information that they dont need to know also they said my email was not a thing and deleted my rocket league account i have had for over 5 years horrable dont waste your time on this app.

Logging in. After what seems like forever I finally log in just for me to get back on to see if I can see what my password is for you guys to go nope you got to log back in…how dumb is that mobile should be easy how do you mess up something so easy

The app does what it says it does so you can’t complain. You can message your friends from the app like intended, though I think the app should have added features. For example: Picture Sharing - To send images, the app should have more features that aren’t present in the game itself, otherwise, what’s the point of downloading? Voice Chat - through the app so incase you or your friend doesn’t have a microphone you can use the app that connects to Fortnite itself to talk. Like how mobile players talk. (Not really needed but would be nice) Item Shop - Ability to view the item shop that’s the daily one in Fortnite and conduct purchases from it. (Like how you can do on the web store) I feel like this apps missing a lot of features that an app for communication with friends should have

Bare Bones App. It needs more features! The only things you can do are add and chat with friends. How about seeing your game library or accessing additional features? We need to see more!

Problem with the login. The captcha stops me from logging in on an iPhone, trying to play rocket league sideswipe. The login don’t work for rocket league sideswipe because it’s the same problem with this app trying to verify that I am a bot or not stops me from logging in

No library section. I like that this app has a social feature but I want to see my library like I can on Steam and other apps. I want to talk to people about the games in my library but since I can’t see it, it’s difficult to remember all the games I have since I have so many. I would love be able to see my library. Please make that happen.

Completely useless. Epic requires you to install this app before it will let you claim certain giveaways, but even after it’s installed, you still have to try to claim the game via browser, and in my experience, it doesn’t work anyway! I’ve been snubbed several giveaways through this and I feel cheated. The binding arbitration agreement they force you to agree with is draconian too. Do not install!

Very Misleading. I’m not upset about the app being bad, I’m upset that Epic Games themselves have this linked as the only Mobile Install option on their OFFICIAL website. There should be an alternative or at least a message saying that the full store is not available, like what they used to have.

What is the point of this??. I thought I would be able to access the epic games store or something, but this app is just purely for social reasons. If I wanted to talk to my friends I would talk to them ANYWHERE but the epic games app. The epic games website is more useful the this.

So despite being called the epic games - nothing about this app seems to be useful for the site/store which is the principle reason to download Social interactions it seems is the only thing this app is meant for - would’ve been nice to disclose that in the product description outright - and as you can’t buy or browse games on this app, what’s the goddamn point? Avoid like the plague. Just a waste of memory on your device.

Bugged *and* flawed.. Infinite loading bug and a failure conceptually because no one is going to use the fortnite launcher as their social platform lol The downloads it gets will be people thinking it was store related.

No point of a game launcher app. Only has social/player chat, can’t see your games or store if you need it to speak with other players on the go I guess it does that but only that, don’t see the point of it at all there are much better and a lot of their options for chatting outside the app chat. No Store Access Via App. Unlike the steam app, the Epic app does not let you browse games/manage your wish list on the go. I personally like to take a peek on my couch or on my breaks at work. You can use the browser, but the app is ultimately useless unless you use the authenticator function… All this app is good for. Chat is pointless, majority of us are on discord anyways.
