Why?. This is the wildest thing ever created, it’s already built into Capital One app.

Worst App Experience. The App which is supposed to verify a payment works well and says the tap is verified…but never communicates this with the site to actual confirm the purchase. Use a different card and successfully make your purchase—this app won’t work to let you buy what you want.

Super glitchy, ruining my trip. I’m in a foreign country so I can’t use my cell phone number linked to my cap one account to verify my purchases or login. It should be ok because I can verify by tapping my card to my phone right? Wrong. It simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried 50 times and it worked one time. The one time I got it to work was by restarting my phone, and it didn’t work after that. It just does not recognize any of my three cards. Yes, I’ve done all the troubleshooting. Beyond frustrating. This needs to be fixed or offer another way to verify. I’ve wasted literal hours and countless dollars because of this.

Useless in the UK. I physically have the card, have the app, received the link, said yes to the text that it’s me making the purchase, and STILL refused! I have to now spend more money by going into the location to make this purchase. With the current exchange rate that’s significantly more money. The response from CapOne.. um, sometimes the system works and sometimes it doesn’t. That’s just great. When I’ve done ALL the verification checks, I should be allowed to make my purchase!!!!

Horrible doesnt work. Horrible. Trying to make a purchase online from the US on a foreign website. Making me go through these loops identifying with airkey. And it doesnt work Horrible! I hope they fix this

Not working. Currently overseas and doesn’t work when needing to use it for my card approval. Useless system
