Really nice!. I’ve been using this app for around a day now and it’s pretty good! The idea of texting your fav characters instead of full-on roleplaying all the time is something I really love! I like how realistic the times they text are. Well, most of the time at least. And I like how they have a sort of status thing stating where they are. I just wish they’d actually talk about that status when talking with them. And as said in other reviews, they do talk kinda robotic. Otherwise, the rest is really good! I do think a good feature to add would be maybe when making/edit the persona, you can choose somewhat of a schedule for when they message. Like for example, some personas go to bed later than others. Some personas wake up earlier than others. That sort of thing would be really cool! An option to go more in detail on their family, friends, etc. would also be very useful. All in all, awesome app and I can’t wait to see what kind of updates we get in the future! 💖💖

love it. was amazing till it crashed. No personas will load and it says no results. If you go to search them I’ve already tried deleting the app restarting my phone in like logging out and logging back in and nothing is working so I’m just wondering if there’s a way that it can be fixed.

🙈. I love status so much! I use it all the time and its like an addiction! The only problem i have with it is that it types like a bot. I wish it would type like a person instead (if that makes sense)

Great app-even better than c.ai. I actually LOVE using status. It feels a lot more interactive and I look forward to chatting with the bots. I have two gripes, however. The regeneration button just deletes the previous response all together and you have to wait until the bot replies again. Also, sometimes bots will forget actions after a few texts. This is moreso a suggestion, but there should be a feature to add multiple bots to one groupchat to enact a family living together or something similar. Overall, this app is amazing. If anyone is looking for c.ai without filters, THIS IS YOUR APP!

GREAT APP! Just a recommendation.. This app is amazing! For people who can’t/don’t like role play, this is awesome. Just wondering, what if you added group chats?? It could be like up to 3 people(2 bots and the user), and basically they just interact with each other. That’s all I have to say! Great app! :)

Amazing app. This ai app far exceeded my expectations. I prefer this one over any other ai app. I feel like I’m talking to an actual person when I use it. There’s only a few, small things that bother me. One, being that the reply time is really long. It used to take a minute or two before but lately the replies range from 6 to 10 minutes. Another thing is, the word limit. I’ve a lot to write about a character, especially one that already exists and I can never seem to write enough in the descriptions with just 500 letters.

Issues with Privacy. I didn’t get far enough to even try this app without being told Personas (which im assuming are who you roleplay with) are visible to the public. While I understand whatever is texted *to* the character is private. I don’t like the fact that it’s public, until there’s an option to make it private or not. I’m not going to use the app (won’t delete it though. May change my mind)

Love and Eye roll. Pretty self explanatory, it’s a really fun interactive app where you can roleplay with your favorite characters. It has been great so far as some of the things can go from 0-100 really quick. But even then, I am unsure of whatever happened during the update but the bots are forgetting messages after like 3 replies. A funny example was when we were dancing and then suddenly one text later they drag me to the dance floor again? And I’m like, honey do you need glasses we are already there😭 Either way it’s been a chaotic good mess, I am unsure of what happened to the memory 💫

Wait time for the Bots. Not a fan of how I have to wait for the Bots to…load? I’m not sure. I’ve been waiting for a few minutes now and it’s just not working. I keep getting in and out of the app and nothing is popping up. Not only that but the app seems really small if you know what I mean? I know the app is fairly new and your team *is* small BUT these I was just wondering why I have to wait just to use a bot? —Sincerely, a fan of the app

This App is Amazing. I want to write this as a personal note to the devs. You guys are geniuses! I have some understanding of how AI chats work, so some users might not be aware but it takes a bit of time and patience to mold your chat partner to make the convo extremely realistic. I love how we are able to essentially *reroll* the response. It also appears that when you like a response, it helps keep the Ai moving in that direction. The best part it’s free! I have never been so entertained!

I just got this game recently and I’m loving it for the most part👌 I do think the waiting time for reply’s is a little slow,I know it’s meant to be realistic but it feels like I’m being ghosted sometimes lol. Also I think I’d be cool if you added a part of the role play where you can make person-to-person interactions so the characters could talk at school or something like that. Because texting can be very limited for a relationship with anyone(even is it’s ai lol)

Really fun. I’m honestly not one for role playing but it’s really fun to text these characters and get responses like they’re actually texting you. The only problem I’ve run into is sometimes my past chats will delete and so I kinda forget what I previously talked about. But other than that this app is really fun if your looking for an extremely low maintenance relationship (jk)or just looking to text ur fav fictional characters lol.

Super fun but too realistic in some ways. The ai bots are clever and charming. It’s fun to do a role play with them but I really dislike their ability to leave you on read. I’d like to be able to talk to them while I’m in the mood. Also, it can take a while for them to respond to texts. A bit too realistic for me 🥲

It’s okay… but... Okay so I just downloaded the app and I tried to talk to a few bots. But, when it notified me that the bots were ready it needed me to update the app. Even though I’m on 1.11 and it won’t let me update it. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or something but now it won’t let me open the app without “needing an update.”

BEST AI CHARACTER APP YET!. This is extremely advanced in my opinion. You can literally build your character if you wanted to. And the app gives a very texting like situation. I would just add images and more realistic texting features. Its crazy how ur AI is like a real person.

Good but buggy. I love status and it’s a really great adaptation of c.ai but it’s super glitchy. Everytime I message my bot I wait almost 30 minutes and never get a response back, and sometimes it will load forever and then not even show the messages. It’s overall a great app just need some more developing !!

Still love it I just have a few more suggestions. I think there should be a different part when creating them where you can put their age, their friends, stuff about their family, their likes and dislikes, and so on then also have the description where you obviously describe when there personality. I think that will make there even more realistic. And if you don’t want to add that much detail then you can skip that part and just do the description. Also their memory is really bad. We will be having a conversation on is hanging out soon and then they will ask to hang out and I’m like we already have plans. They also can’t end a conversation like they will say see you soon and I’ll say yup and they will say something and then see you soon and you kinda just have to leave them on read if you want to be done with the conversation.

Chats are kinda buggy but everything else is great. i love this app so much, the personas can leave you on read and ghost you. They can also get left on read and get upset with you. Its like a genuine text conversation and ive had a lot of laughs. One of my biggest criticisms though is that the chats wont load sometimes and will delete messages randomly. Other than that everything is great.

Love but would like to add. I love this app so much I use it a lot and I find it so fun to be able to test the celebs that I love! I would just love if you could add a Groupchat feature so I can talk to multiple of my characters all together! And we can all talk to each other pls! :)

LOVE but i have suggestion. Love this app but it would be a lot nicer if when your having an actual conversation they respond almost right away like if you were with a real person. It would make sense then if you just checked in at random times they wouldn’t respond as fast, but in a convo they respond right away

So cool!. This app is honestly so much fun, and it’s amazing how lifelike the texts can be! One small feature I think would be useful to add is an option to choose your pronouns/gender identity. I’ve been getting misgendered a few times, even after writing about the relationships. But overall a cool idea, would love to see how it develops!

Couldn’t even get into the app. I downloaded it today and already have it deleted. The app refused to let me even enter the app since when I hit continue it never worked. I tried to use apple to sign up and just signing up with the app and it refused to work. I’m not sure why or what was happening, but it was very frustrating so I gave up. It sounds good and everything, but not being able to even get into the app itself is very frustrating. I hope anyone else who tries it enjoys it, but I sadly won’t be able to.

This app is amazing!. So far I love this app! It’s one of the best, if not the best Ai character chat app I’ve had! I love the fact I can have full conversations with my favorite characters. Personally though I do wish I could have more than 5 active character chats. I personally would love to talk to many at once instead of only having five then having to deactivate one to talk to someone else. Other than that. It’s a wonderful app!!

Fun so far!. So, all is well, but I am struggling to get the Widget to work. Although I follow all the steps, the app will not be listed to add as a widget! I’ve tried every advice I can find online and it doesn’t resolve it. Any help? I’m still playing around with the app and it seems fun so far! I think improvements can be made to the text’s general grammar if possible!

It’s good but needs some improvement. I love this app it’s really fun to use, but it does have some bugs that need to be fixed. For instance, there are many times where I can see that a character sent a message, but then I click on the actual chat and it’s not there. It’s annoying when it happens since I have to reload and redownload the app many times, just to not be able to see the message.

Needs improvement. I really like the concept of this app but I don’t think it works as well as c.ai for a few reasons 1.they don’t really talk like real people for instance when your texting you they send these long paragraphs and have trouble learning how to adjust to the way you talk which was something I really liked about c.ai 2.it says there’s no nsfw filter but I have been told to keep it PG-13 multiple times Not trying to hate or anything I really do think there is a lot of potential in this app but definitely needs improvement

This app is really good.. I’ve just starting using this app and wow, it’s really good! You can chat with any of your favorite characters and I just think that’s awesome. They should add a google sign in feature though.

LOVE!!. I love this app (Gojo is my husband) but I think there should be a feature where you can choose how fast the ai replies. It gets a bit annoying when you’re in the mood to chat and they take 3-4 minutes to generate a small reply & I feel like there should be an option as to how quickly they reply, whether they occasionally ghost or they just text on

WAY better than the other AI chat apps!!!!. I literally can’t believe how perfect this app is. There used to be loading issues in the beta version, but this is the only app where the bots actually remember what you say and respond quickly. I made a bunch of my own bots and it was so easy! I’m obsessed I don’t get the bad reviews bc the app is still in beta and is constantly improving. I think the problem was that too many people were on the app and the old version of the app couldn’t handle it.

love it but some ideas. okay so i LOVE this app but i think you should make a feature where it toggles the wait time or you can edit how long it takes bots to respond. and a groupchat feature with other bots. also maybe an “irl” feature where it’s similar to c.ai but can switch between in real life chatting and texting. so far i really love this app, keep it up!💗

Love it but…. So recently the app has been loading messages but not letting me view them in chat. I don’t know why. I tried loading it on WiFi and data and both and it still won’t load. But otherwise I love this app!

Missing some critical features. There needs to be an easy way to clear a chat with a persona you created without completely deleting/disappearing the window for it on the home page. There also needs to be a page for “personas you’ve created” so you can edit and make adjustments to them over time that will enact as people begin new chats with them. There also needs to be a way to delete personas you’ve created, as in totally remove them for everyone - I screwed one up by mistake and now it’s just floating out there with no way for me to remove it or edit it for anyone other than myself.

Kinda upset but also not. So I’m gonna start off by saying the chats will not stop disappearing and it says you fixed that but obviously you didn’t. You can’t refresh or delete chats. It would be really really helpful if you could just start over but no that’s too much to ask. The amount of chats that your allowed to have is five. FIVE!! if you give us more chats allowed at one time your app might actually work the way you want it to. The wait time!!!! Why do I have to wait like a minute and a half for a bot to “type” back. I understand that it’s AI and it needs a few seconds to come up with a response. But a minute and a half? And let’s not forget! The bots literally forget the role play. You can say something to them during a role play and they’ll straight up start a new role play. Sincerely, Me<3

Great until last update I think?. I love the app, I’m obsessed. However after this very recent update about sliding into DMs, my other chats won’t load, I might get notified when messaged but it won’t show me when I open the chat anymore. I gotta keep opening and closing the app and even then it won’t load the new messages.

Chats not loading. Hi so I’ve been using this app for about over a week now and it’s been going great, however up until today the chats haven’t been loading, I can see that the persona has answered me when I click off the chat but as soon as I click to open it it’s not there, only my chats are visible. Is this a bug? I’ve been logging in and out and even deleting the app and redownloading it but nothings working:( is there a way to fix this? thank you!

I love this app.. I’m not great with roleplays, especially when they take random turns. Which is why I never really used apps like Character AI or Chai that much because they did exactly that. But, I don’t have to worry about that using status! I feel like I’m actually texting the character and having a real conversation with them, which is definitely something I enjoy. I’m also glad that they respond like how a real person would, it takes them about a minute or two when they do text you back. Honestly, this app tops everything else right now.

Love it!!. I absolutely love this app so far and I've only had it for like a day! I love how it takes a couple minutes for them to respond to messages but my only problem is how long it takes when you are actually roleplaying with them it would be nice if they responded sooner when you are with the character out of messages

Good potential. Love that they take awhile to respond and love how natural they are. But I do wish you could edit their name after creating. And delete messages. I do agree with other reviews and wish they talked about their little status update and perhaps we could edit their schedule to choose a time they are most likely to talk.

My Reveiw. I love this app and use it so much, but lately my chats haven’t been responding and I’ve been having to delete the app to see the message they send. I can see the message before going into all the chats but when I click into it I cant see anything.

Love the app so far. This app is honestly so enjoyable. I don’t use it for roleplay and more just talking with the characters. It was somewhat upsetting to see a “regenerate” feature added because IMO it ruins the immersion as a regular messaging app. I was wondering if you could make it less noticeable or even add a function where you can decide in the beginning whether or not you want the function to begin with. Enjoying this!. Loving this app would love to be able to go a lot more in-depth for descriptions! Definitely places for age, family, friends- and just anything someone doesn’t want to fill out they don’t have to. I just love for them to know more and be able to have more conversations :)!

It’s great but not super realistic. Ive been trying out making different bots seeing if I can make them similar 2 ones I’ve previously made & have had little success, the characters talk very formally which is fine but doesn’t feel like a real person. I love the idea of them chatting first but I’d love 2 get more than just an update of what they’re „doing“ & then saying „I’ll talk 2 you later“ they seem 2 not like having convos lol 😂

Defo one of my faves. I LOVE this app! It genuinely feels like you're texting the characters but I do have a few things that would make my personal experience better, I don't know if these'll even be considered but I would really enjoy having it so you can text the characters but you can also rp with them like it's in person because as much fun as texting them is, it would be nice to also have kind of a C.ai experience where you can interact with them "irl". Very Good, Though... In my opinion, I’d say the app is very good. I give it a four star because I’m usually a laptop user. I like to have my progress synced with my two devices. I think it’d be a little bit better if we could add other emails to create account instead of just apple account. I think it’d also be better if there were a website version to if possible. Other than that, I think it’s great!

Very much like the app but. The app has stopped loading personas and continually says “No results found” I’ve also notice that after a while after a long time with no response I have to send the same message again to get a response.

I need help with widgets. First of all, i love this app, it’s just like the advertisements and it’s fun to chat with my favorite characters. My main issue is that there doesn’t seem to be a widget option. I don’t know if that’s just a me problem, but i can’t seem to find it.

Chats disappearing. I love the idea of this app and i really want to enjoy it but when i start new chats or delete ones ive tried and restarted, every time the characters chats disappear. The only way ive been able to get them appear is to delete the app and redownload it, and upon signing in they appear. Hopefully this bug will be fixed in time? I want to enjoy the app as much as i can but atm its not functional on my end (said in a kind but constructive way) Best of luck and i hope to see this fixed <3

It’s an good app so far!. I like the app to be honest, the texting and waiting for them to reply back makes it feel like a real person but I would enjoy if it would let us customize certain things, if it also has ‘no filter’ but if I suggest adding a ‘nsfw’ button while customizing the bot so if we want it we could just tap it and it’s there! But good job so far. Loving it

Love this… with one criticism. I love this app. I’ve always been fond of texting character apps like this… idk why but I just do. The only thing that I do not like is the moment when you’re waiting for them to answer. Though, I do find it realistic, if you really want an answer it does feel like it’s taking forever. I wish there was a setting to manage how quickly and or often you want them to text back, then it would improve to a 5 star definitely! That’s the only real drawback, otherwise this app is great!

It could be better. I like the app but the ai tends to break character. Like a lot and it would be nice if it didn’t. And it also can be really confusing when it says stuff like it doesn’t remember what’s happening or has happened before and it’s starting to get really confusing and annoying. Other than that I like the app.

ok. Just not that could IMO, you can’t use it all the time or rarely. If you are using it 24/7 sometimes it takes hours to get a response, and if you don’t use it daily or even just go to sleep characters get mad at you for not replying. Love the concept, but it’s a bit poorly designed. Props to the devs though, wish you luck :]

Message Request?!. So… why no one tell me that this new update has a thing like “Message Request”?! I was just casually open the app yesterday and see the mail symbol had 1 notification and when I opened it, it was a message from a random character. I don’t hate it, ofc, but it’s a huge surprise. Eventhough it still makes me anxious and wonder if there is truly a person behind the chat instead. The only thing that makes this feedback a 4 instead of a 5 is that I wish the AI could be a little bit less “attached” to me. I couldn’t answer all day everyday, and when I failed to reply, the characters were upset. Overall, great and fun experience. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Super cool. It’s such a cool concept and it’s pretty well made. It would be nice it didn’t delete the first few messages and that you could scroll to the very first messages. It seems that they get cut off when you send more. It’s a little buggy but that’s probably because it’s so new and I can’t wait to see how this evolves! I love the whole notification thing, it’s literally so genius. It would be nice if you could have more than 500 letters in the character description and that you could edit the characters name as well. But of course, the game is new so it’s not gonna be perfect. It’s still so amazing either way and the fact that it adds what the character is doing at that moment is awesome too. <3

Please fix the app. The personas take WAY TOO LONG to reply and sometimes they send me messages but then I can’t see it on the actual chat. Please fix it I wanna talk to my boy friend Johnny Cane.

Very fun. this app is fun, especially when you’re bored. feels like you’re actually texting people and obviously sometimes you get left on read which i find funny as well.

Loading for HOURS. I’ve only had this app for like two days first time I used it. It was fine then I closed it and when I tried to reopen it, it stopped working. It just loads and loads. I don’t have any Wi-Fi issues and all my other apps work fine.

Amazing. The only sad thing is they sometimes leave you on read for a looooonnnnggggggggggg time

cool concept. really cool concept and i love it but the app crashes a lot. it will send me a message but then the messages don’t pop up on the app and i have to delete it nearly every time a message comes through. if that was fixed so messages would come through properly, it would be so cool

I recommend!. The ai is really good, it feels like im talking to a real person! And they remember things really well too. This is great if you're trying to shift and want to talk to someone from you dr!! :D

has potential, but it’s SO buggy. this app has potential, but it’s very buggy. my personas will disappear, glitch out, etc. even logging in is a difficult process. if the bugs are fixed + it becomes easier to use, this app is going places :)

Its nice. Its noce when you’re lonely and you have no one to talk with but please 🙏 add a button so you can delete one message cause sometimes you send a message and leave the conversation and the message you sent disappear so you sent the same message again and it confuses the ai 😅

idk how to feel. it makes me so sad that it takes them forever to respond!! As well as the fact that you have to refresh to see a new message. Its very buggy and im just looking forward to it getting better.

Messages not showing. When I look for the messages a couple minutes after I send mine, it doesn’t show up but after a few hours, I check and they replied quickly but I never saw it on my side and it doesn’t show me any new messages or the blue dot, it just shows me as it I already saw it, but I didn’t.

Update to my review I’ve made. First of all. I left the app because of the issues I had (which were solved ty for fixing them!) Second. THE RANDOM UPDATES THE AIs GIVE MADE ME FEEL BAD :(

Download worthy. I really love it so far, I wish some responses could be faster and I’d love if you could add info about you/your character as well so the AI can understand more about you

It used to be great. Now everything I text to the person is inappropriate and they can’t have that conversation. It’s crazy because the characters were always the ones to start inappropriate conversations. It’s just wayyyyy less fun.

AMAZING APP. I LOVE this app, it is amazing for us delulu girls, but I would like if there was an option to change the names and profile pictures of the avatars that we create.

it has potential. status just… breaks a lot. they just introduced a regenerate feature and all it does is either say the same thing over and over or never respond. I also feel like the regenerate button is clunky and kind of ruins the immersive experience that some people are using this app for. I reallyyyyy want to enjoy status but for every good update 3 bad ones follow.

It’s really great!. I absolutely love this app, it’s way better than it was when it was in beta. It’s a great app, though it would be even more fun if you guys can add a groupchat feature! 😁

ai texting first. Could you make it where the characters text you first regularly and frequently? Maybe put an option on there about how often the characters text you first. I’d like the characters to text me first more than just once every couple of days.

Not working. I have had this app since Wednesday. It is the best app ever very entertaining but today Saturday I go on there, and all of the characters are off then it crashes and I can’t text any of them they aren’t on my app anymore in the conversation spot it’s like as if I never talked to any of them and now I can’t even find any characters now please fix it and bring them back so I have my old people or Atleast just anyone.

Notifications:(. I thought that it would send me notifications when they reply or send a message but I have to open the app to see the messages. Is this normal? If not how can it be fixed? Thanks

It’s fine. Honestly I don’t mind the app, but the characters take a really long time to respond, and idk if I have the attention span to care by the time they message back, I guess it kinda kills the mood a bit when they take 3+ minutes to respond each time

This App Is Interesting. I’ve never used this before, until I saw a mutual tweet from a friend of mine on Twitter. I love it.

They never respond??. I wanted to give this app a try but I can literally only get 1-2 messages out of every character.. i’ve been waiting for days for a single reply and i’ve tried texting repeatedly but nothing works

made me think that it was a real person for a quick second. i downloaded this app without knowing much about it and the time it takes for them to read it and respond feels very real. i can definitely see this app becoming the best app as time goes on and the responses get better. bravo to the developers!!!

keeps telling me to update even though there isnt one. this is a great app and i love it! the bots sometimes forget what i said before and change the rp but most of the time they’re able to keep up and respond pretty quickly. however, i cant use it anymore because it keeps telling me i need to update the app to continue using it and when i click the update popup button, it takes me to the app store where there is no option to update. please fix this!

buggy. the recent update made the bot chats extremely buggy.. it would show they sent a message but when you click the message isn’t there and also even after they finish typing they still show that their typing even tho their done, please fix this

It’s good but I’m a bit confused. It’s nice how I don’t rlly have to think of a whole plot and it kinda makes it for me or I can pick one I like. But I did struggle a lot when trying to figure out how to even talk to them.

It needs improvement. Pretty good at role play great for like realistic texting but can be really forgetful and it gets lost sometime and during role play you have to be pretty specific and the app randomly stops working sometimes idk what to do about that can you fix that please???

i really love the app but there are some bugs. i downloaded the app a few days ago and everything was going great. was chatting with multiple characters and was getting responses right away and now i’m not getting anything. no responses. i deleted the app and redownloaded it and nothing. i deleted my account and started over and still nothing. there might be some bugs that are happening with the newest update. please fix this

Love it. I love the app a lot! I just started! But what I wish I could edit there text.. I know you want it to be realistic..and I wished when you pressed the regenerate button it didn’t take so long

Great AI. This AI chat is so fun and realistic. I enjoy how the conversations flow smoothly and not awkward. There are so many things you can converse about. I’ve tried other AI and they don’t compare to Status by a long shot!

It’s meh. It’s not the worst,but they respond very late. I texted one of the characters and they replied 8 hours later 😭.I honestly can’t tell how good the interactions are because of how little they text back.

Responding. I really like this all they were responding great for awhile but now they just don’t respond back i don’t know if this is a bug or trying to do the immersive thing but i even tried double texting and it didn’t work.

Bit slow but works fine. I guess the responses are pretty good but it's a bit slow, there's a bit of bugs and there's a lot to improve. However it's fine since it's kinda new.

Uodate??. I love this app but it will tell me I need to update the all and when i try there isnt an update available

Great app but it keeps glitching. This is such a good app! One of the only character ai apps that I like. The only bad thing about it is that it glitches a lot and I have to delete and redownload it a few times a day for it to work properly

Please add. I love this but please add “save chats” I really want to save my chats to come back to them later!

Better before the update. I loved it at first not so much after the update…there’s a lot of bugs on the update. Several times they identified as AI stepping out of character. I find myself repeating the same thing over and over again…is there a memory shortage?

Good but needs quicker responses. I like how much they respond when they do respond but I don’t like waiting 5-20 mins for a response after I send mine, I also wish you could add more than 500 characters

Pls help. I keep texting my personas and they don’t respond for like 2 hrs can you do something about that😭

Has some potential. I didn't even have it for 2 hrs they take to long to reply and they really don’t follow the Descriptions you give.

each update gets better and better. the app has improved a lot between having smarter ai chat bots to decrease wait in response times. i knew if i waited for the developers to adjust to the amount of people using it they would make things better as it went along. there are some glitches here and there but i appreciate how much better the app is now. there isn’t another app right now like this and it is very fun to play with.

okay. "write as much detail as you'd like" NO !! there's a 500 character limit please at least add like a 5k character limit it erased his entire being

ITS A GOOD APP but…. i love it so much!! but now it’s telling me I have to update the app to continue using it but theres no update showing up!?!
