Poor experience. the app stupidly makes you log in every single time you open it. I swap to another app to look up something and swap back, even just a second, it makes me Log in again, and it doesn’t save where I was so I have to find and search back from the start. I really wish there was a better option because this is a joke in 2026, respectfully, please do better.

Needs work. I know it’s a new app but I like the old one better this one keeps lagging and it’s restarted my course over 10 times…. I nice big update would be great to fix everything

Your work will make you get this. It is a horrible app, these people legitimately don’t know what they’re doing. I used to be involved with making apps, and this is someone biting off more that they can chew with a good sales department in order to get a good contract. They just can’t deliver on the product.

MF27. Unable to even sign in. “Tap to sign in” screen flashes so furiously I cannot tap, cancel or do anything except eliminate the app. So frustrating

Clunky, not all features work. I’ve been using this as an alternative for mobile viewing of CE (continuing education). It is slow and clunky at times with loading from lecture, to test taking. I have to restart the entire app after test taking because it won’t automatically bring me back to the main enrolled courses page as there is no option that allows you to exit the test page. There are times where I input an answer for a test question, but it says I did not, and will not allow changes to that answer. I have no choice but to have to restart the entire test again. Closed captioning feature does not work when toggled.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I wasn't able to complete a single assignment on here because it did everything but work.

URL links. The URL links never seem to work, regardless of how they’re shared. Sharing via email behaves differently than sharing through Microsoft Teams

Complete TRASH update from “Schoox Academy”. I literally can’t even login to this app anymore with my (triple-checked, definitely correct) information… It doesn’t even recognize the academy name for my workplace/courses.. I can login through other places, such as my internet browser, but this app doesn’t work whatsoever & I honestly wonder — who frikin’ “ok’d” this update to go live? You had one job & failed, just fyi.
