Good UI, just a lot of bugs. Once you spend the time to get past the confusion pairing process, you can use it with the app. Well, my guess is that’s if you were able to. Took me 10 minutes to even get it connected and that was because the app waits to find the signal. I wasn’t planning on giving up because I was interested in the personal EQ and other related features.

I’m annoyed. What is even the point of this app? I had a pair of go air sports that I was able to customize the eq and touch controls using the app. I was even able to turn the controls on/off. This was great! Unfortunately after two months those headphones ended up getting water damaged while biking in the rain and no longer work. So I went and spent another $30 on the same exact model of headphones and am now no longer able to adjust the controls within the app. I cannot turn off touch controls which can be really annoying and there is no longer a “be aware” feature. Why are the same exact products lacking basic consistency? Is the app or manufacturer I don’t know, either way I am annoyed that I’ve now spent $60 to have one dysfunctional pair of headphones. I honestly want a refund.

Loving. I just got a new pair of Jlab go pop+ and boy does the app help with not only controls it tells you the controls and your able to change but you can do so much with just a single app I love it and I will definitely continue using the app with the earbuds

App does not work well. The headphones did not connect to the app. Yes, I tried several variations on the setup process to make it work. In researching this issue, I learned that the app may need to connect to a remote server to function. This implies the app may cease to function when that server goes down. I discovered the headphones introduce significant lag into the audio. There is a temporary mode to reduce (not eliminate) this lag, but it is impossible to set this mode as the default. You may have more success connecting the app to the headphones. You may also appreciate the extended range that the higher lag audio mode enables. The audio quality was good for the price. The in-app EQ feature should let you make the audio even better (as long as the app continues to work). For me, the drawbacks are table-stakes dealbreakers and this is what my rating is meant to reflect.

Works great!. Not sure what people are complaining about. Got some JLab GO Pop+ earbuds. Paired instantly and respond to the settings and commands on the app. For $25 the buds are pretty good themselves but the customization with the apps makes them even better. My only complaint is that they need to pair each time you want to change something in the app but considering it’s just settings I don’t mind this. Pairs quickly anyways.

Helped me work them. At first when I bought them there was no instructions so I did not touch them until today when I found the app. So I put the kind that I had and it gave me super easy instructions

Noise cancellation/ be aware buggy. So I notice there’s no way to just turn off noise cancellation which causes extreme discomfort with prolonged use. Ontop of it when trying to supplement said issue by turning on be aware albeit annoying whenever I try to turn it on it automatically turns itself off and won’t stay on? The slider is constantly graying itself out when trying to adjust it and it’s impossible to use.

App refuses to connect to iPhone!. I could honestly say after using these for well over a year I can tell you these are the worst headphones I’ve ever used (go work 2) they claim to provide ENC or NC in general but they definitely don’t! The app has a firmware update available and absolutely refuses to connect to my phone no matter how many times I’ve tried! Absolutely junk software and Technology. The headphones will also get stuck essentially on mute forcing you to have to manually disconnect them to get them to unmute! Do not waste your money or time on this garbage.

Works great. For those having trouble with the Jlab POP pairing, delete the device, then pair it first using the app. Then pair it using bluetooth, it should be connected to the BLE and the earbuds at the same time. Otherwise this app works great!

Some of the controls aren’t labeled or don’t work with voiceover.. Have the Lux with ANC. With the EQ, there are 10 things that have percentages by them but it doesn’t say what the percentages are for. Base mid treble and whatever the other seven are. And when you click to change the music mode, it stays on movie mode. It was on 3-D mode once. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve thought maybe the Lux with ANC only supports that mode.

Won't connect to earbuds. I wish I could use this app, but it won't connect to my JLab earbuds I just purchased. I can't control them & set up my sound, I'm just going to return them. I even deleted the app & re-downloaded... the app detects them, but never completes the connection. Very frustrating cause I like jlab earbuds for years, but it's time to look for another maker cause these new ones won't connect to app so I can customize.

I can control volume!. This app worked great and finally allowed me to control the volume on my iphone SE. even on the lowest level my phone was too loud for any non-Apple Bluetooth headsets. This app with max sound level adjustment was just what I needed.

HOW!?. I have Jlab Jbuds mini which I LOVE. And I just got new Jlab studio pro headphones, they won’t connect to the app. I have no problem, connecting my earbuds and even disconnected and reconnected them no matter what I try! 5 stars because I love Jlab and I want people to see this because there are like no reviews that have my problem

Make a tracking chip for your earbuds, please. I love your products JLab but could you please add a tracking feature for the JLab app on iPhone because we cannot track the missing earbuds if we lose them. maybe in your next update, please.

Great app!. This app works great! Was able to easily base boost my Jlab Mini’s! If you think you did something wrong because it isn’t connecting right, follow the directions in the box or go online and look up what you’re supposed to do. I bet most of these reviews are fake reviews, this app is super easy to navigate and understand.

Barely any model options. I get this app and I'm super excited because I can finally customize my earbuds that finally started working again and I find out the model I have is not there. I don't even think it is coming out cause there is only two news ones coming out. (My model is GO air) Also my earbuds randomly stopped working one day and just started working again (for about a month now) but are more choppy. I don't really have hope in this. :(

Unable to connect to server. I have new JBuds Lux ANC headphones and found out that spatial audio is included in the new firmware update that must be done through the app. Unfortunately, every time I go to “Check for Updates,” it doesn’t work. I just continually get an error popup that says, “Unable to connect to server.” I even had to go to the website to report this because the support in the app also results in the error message after you go through the trouble of typing in your question. Disappointing.

Love it!!. The app is really good I honestly love it and I don’t understand all the negative feedback I am currently using the Jlab Sport+ it’s really good the only thing I don’t understand is why I hear a kind of static - like noise whenever I use the Be Aware mode but overall it is great.

👍. I really enjoy using these headphones, but there’s one major downside: the inability to reliably track them when they’re lost. I’ve tried several apps, including the one recommended, but none of them seem to work effectively. The inability to track my headphones is a significant issue for me, especially since I tend to misplace them often. While I’d consider buying another pair because I love the sound quality and comfort, the lack of a dependable tracking feature might eventually push me towards Apple products, which offer better tracking options. Improving the tracking capability would make these headphones almost perfect.

It’s an okay app. I love the ambient sounds I just wish the wave sound was a little more soothing. It could be ALOT slower. It’s jolting. I like waves but this one isn’t relaxing. Love the rain sound though. It’s the most natural sounding artificial rain I’ve ever heard. Others can be overstimulating but not this one. I like the bird sounds as well. Overall a pretty good app, the sounds are my favorite feature but the waves could be improved for sure.

Settings.. I wish I had known that not all of this products from JL go sport, headphones, or earbuds didn’t have the noise canceling feature. I specifically looked for noise canceling earbuds over the ear feature and was very disappointed. Also, I can’t get the equalizer mode to pop up on the app nor when I tap three times does it let me change it? It’s only beware on or beware off which I don’t really care. It doesn’t cancel ambient noise anyway so why would you need that and the volume can’t be turned up I can’t vacuum and listen to my book at the same time it’s awful.

Solvable frustration. I got a new pair of Go Pop ANC headphones which I was able to pair with my iPhone 17 (on iOS 26), but I could not get the app to recognize, until I downloaded the app on my iPad (which is still on iOS 18) and it connected immediately. I was able to update the firmware on the earbuds, and when I tried again on my iPhone, it connected automatically and all the settings I changed in the JLab app on the iPad also transferred over to iPhone. The connectivity problem seems to be an issue with iOS 26.x.

Works after adjusting phone settings. Wish the developers would include instructions stating to check your app settings in the phones settings (not in app settings). I was having trouble pairing the headphones to the app after an update, so I went to the JLab app setting in the OS settings and found the app didn’t have access to my Bluetooth. Turned it on Bluetooth access and lo and behold they connected in the app. Everything works and can be customized now.

Still getting used to it.. Although, I'm still getting used to it, I find it's not as seamless as implied. There's a delay before it introduces itself every single time I pull an earbud. Once is fine when I first paired it but every single bloody time is rather annoying. Oh and even the smallest ear piece adapter is uncomfortable after 10 minutes on the phone. Additionally, it changes sound back the phone unexpectedly and I have to find the phone and reconnect. That’s pretty annoying too. Like I said I'm not quite used to it. I truly hope I'll amend my review in a few weeks of use. In spite of everything the clarity seems good. Lastly, the app keeps trying to connect with device and always times out.

Read the directions. I see these reviews and I think how people like to fly by the seat of their pants these days. They can’t be bothered to read. Many people say they can’t connect with their phone. If you can’t pair your earbuds/earphones, you need to reset the Bluetooth and try again. Read the help section at the website if you can’t randomly tap your way to a solution.

No OTC Hear. Unfortunately, this app provides zero support for my new OTC hearing aids. Also, it took some real sleuthing when I started picking up strange JLab device names into my Bluetooth dropdown roster of recognized devices on my phone. Eventually, I discovered that THIS app, not the Hear app, this app was searching the area around my house for devices. The app told me there are 50+ devices in my vicinity. It asked if I would like to list them. Even though I said NO, it still persisted to show and link to one of those vicinity devices. When it did so it FUBAR’ed the connection to my devices which I DID want. I had to delete this app to prevent the strays from appearing and interfering with the devices which I DO want to appear & connect to.

The App needs to be fixed. I read the reviews about it but I figured it couldn’t be too bad. The reviews are not as truthful as they should be. The app won’t recognize the device but will still allow me to do the burn in feature. Not sure how that works but okay. Just use the headphones if you get them and learn the controls because the app is useless since it won’t connect to it.

Go Air Sport not supported?. I really want to be able to check the battery level of the case as well as the ear buds, but I can’t access that info on the app- nothing happens when I click on my earbuds on the app. The earbuds are great- but I wish I had access to the other features that look possible. Is that for other devices, just not mine? Or have I missed some instructions?

Functional, but lack essential features. I’ve had my JLab Go Air Pop for about a year now, but only just now found out there’s an app. I decided to go ahead and get it despite the 2.3 rating on the App Store and wasn’t expecting much. I got exactly what I expected. It works fine, and I do like certain features such as the ambient noise, a way to try on products through AR, and burn-in, that’s about all the notable features. It is perfectly functional and what it is advertised and I had no overall issues but will not be keeping this app until there are updates to it.

No update?. Hey! I have bought from this company a few times to buy the Go Air Pop earbuds. They are my favorite earbuds from JLab. I have owned the first pair for quite some time and the packaging included a brochure that advertises this specific app for additional customizations. There was NOTHING available for my earbuds. Time skip to after the first pair finally gives out and I buy another pair, packaged the same, and is advertising the same app in the same brochure. How is it that you can create new models, create support updates for those models, and not focus on updating all of your other models (maybe even INCLUDE what SHOULD be there)? Shouldn't you just discontinue the model production if nothing has been or ever will be done with the models?

Chatty much..?. I just want to start off by saying - I got the Jbuds ANC 3 and they are great so far. People usually come to the review sections to complain but the device themselves is fantastic. However, that said, when I change the noise cancelling/"aware" mods setting in the app, is there a reason why the buds need to announce that and pause my music to do so? I want to be able to turn on noise cancelling while listening to a song and not have it talk over my music. If this isn't possible can we release a firmware update that makes this possible? This is my only gripe but it's kind of a big one. Thanks!

Please dont even waste your time or money. Just save up the money for airpods i swear they will be 10x better the active noise cancellation does nothing if the sound is loud or even 10 feet away from you does nothing and cheap quality obviously that’s expected at the price point but it wont let you reconnect to bluetooth after they fully die you have to forget the device to repair it to you phone please i beg you dont waste you money

Terrible UI and no device settings. There’s simply no way to adjust settings on my devices. This has caused me a ton of stress, because my touch controls kept activating and FaceTime calling people (including one abusive person- thanks.) The product help page itself states that “custom controls” are a feature of my exact earbuds. But it is nowhere to be found. You’ve got to allow a way to toggle touch controls on and off. Seriously. I’m about to give up on this brand.

So far so good!. I haven’t had any issues with the app yet, I’ve only had it for a day so I can’t say too much for that. Everything works as it should and is very useful, the equalizer is good, and be aware mode is a great feature! This app is definitely worth downloading for the earbuds!

Not again. When my JBL earbuds stopped working, I bought these JLab earbuds at the Love's truck stop. They have the best battery life of any earbud I've ever used (Apple & JBL included). Would I buy them again? NO!!! They will randomly connect to my phone while they are in the storage case then when I disconnect them through settings > Bluetooth, They lose connection to each other. Only one will work. I then have to put them in their case, "Forget device" in settings and while they are still in the case, tap each one seven times quickly to reset them. Then I have to go back to settings (putting them both in my ears first) and wait for them to connect. Does that happen first try? NO!!! Sometimes I have to reparar this two or three times before they connect and BOTH earbuds work. Won't be long I'll be making a TikTok showing them be used as target practice with my 300 win mag.

My favorite headphones could use some work. I've used Jlab for three years now I had a set I got from Walmart for two of those years and then I found a brand new pair still in the box at the thrift store and I swapped to that pair and loved the upgrade. The new set was so much better they had more features and higher quality. There are a few problems I would love to be fixed first is the part that wraps around you ear with the jlab air sport. I love it but the first few weeks you have the headphones you can only wear the for a short period of time due to it hurting your ear. I wish they had a bendy wire in them or something so that they can fit to the users ear rather than it pushing against their ear. I also struggle with both earbuds having the same charge I hate to only have one headphone in and they don't always both get charged because one doesn't click into place and I don't notice until I use them and one is dead and the other is fully charge. My last problem is I just downloaded the app because I couldn't get a earbud to pair with the other, I realized after that was due to it being dead, and it keeps crashing and disconnecting my headphones I looked all over the website and jlabs tik tok but couldn't find any kind of qna to find answers to commonly asked problems and i deleted and redownload the app but it still didn't fix it. I struggle with the app because there is no way to know what headphones you have unless you have the packaging with it or you headphones don't look similar to any of the other products.

Something is wrong and I don’t know if it’s me. I can’t connect my JLab headphones to the app. Every time I open it I make sure I turn on the headphones and make sure it’s connected….when I open the app I press connect device and it automatically shows the picture of my headphones and I press “connect device” and it saids it’s “connecting” but it stays there and nothing happens. And it’s happening all the time and I JUST bought these JLab headphones from eBay. I literally exit the app while it still saids connecting! The headphones are great. I have no problems the headphones itself. I have a problem the mobile app! Please help me fix this or whatever problem it is!

Good. Ok, so I got a pair of J lab GO pop+s and the instruction manual told me to get this app. I expected it to be that type of app that does not do much, but, as I started using the app more, my love for it grew more. It may not seem like much but it’s a good app and if you have a J lab GO pop+ I recommend that you get this app!

Bad touch controls. Everything worked so well u could choose to have the touch controls on or off after the new update they completely changed that now u don’t have the option to turn off touch controls they will be on without choice wich if u are trying to workout or run or even do something that involves any type of sweat the touch controls will mess ur whole workout by changing tracks constantly or just not playing at all would not recommend wasting space on this app since it’s main purpose of being installed is most likely to turn off touch controls wich u can’t even do anymore

Not sure what all the hates for?. I bought these at walmart yesterday and without the app, they worked perfectly. With the app they work the same but louder (the way I like it) because of the customization in the app it connected instantly didn’t have to do anything very good for $30! Never had a product from here before but I will be getting more from them if these hold up.

What i was looking for. The app is a little buggy sure but it is exactly what i was looking for. I needed to change the tap assignments, particularly the voice control activation. Not gonna try the burn in tool (already had them for a while scared it might mess them up). The ambient sounds are a nice touch.

App works for me. Being able to customize controls is very easy and intuitive. It’s also a feature I didn’t have with my 350$ pair of buds. I paid 20$ for this set just to use temporarily, if they can hold up for 6 months I’ll consider this a win. Im new to Jlab but im loving the value so far.

Awesome Customisation. Granted I've only had these headphones for a day but I freakin love them. They fit perfectly in your ear and they sound great. The app is awesome. It let's you customize your buds in many ways. Well work the price. I'm very happy with them.

Touch controls. I just genuinely hate that I had to download this app just to turn those off. I got sick of accidentally calling everyone cause my earbud would fall out tho. Headphones are great sound wise but once these fail I’m not buying another. Idk if it’s impossible to find but I’m only going to buy ones without the touch controls.

Issues connecting AIR ANC and no response from customer support. Tried connecting my earbuds and I didn't remember when I bought them but I didn't think it mattered and then had issues connecting my Air ANC gen 3 earbuds and had even emailed customer support with no response, I was so disappointed once I waited over a week with no response from customer support to where it's been a couple months before I decided to write this review just to say how disappointing and useless the app is

Pretty easy to use. Honestly don’t get the other reviews. I had a easy connection and was able to control my equalizer with little to no problems at all.

literally the easiest thing ever.. ik why the reviews are so bad, there is a small which doesn’t connect the earbuds to the app but ik how to get it work so let me tell you! for reference, i have the go tones+. before you even press the connect a device button, make sure your headphones are charged and connected to your phone. place them near the phone and it should automatically pop up saying your devices name and “connect” just press it. it may pop up before you select the device type so just tap the screen again to make it go down, then select your device type (for me it’s earbuds) and it’ll pop up again and you press connect and boom.

Interesting reviews. You’d think Jlab’s competitors are the ones leaving bad reviews lol. I’m more than satisfied with the app and my earbuds. The ability to create a custom serene atmosphere in your earbuds with their ‘ambient sound’ feature is quite impressive!

Go make a more worthless app. I will probably never buy another pair of JLab headphones because of the worthless, trash-can, dumpster-fire app it uses, and the default touch-sense buttons are as worthless as the app. Did you two-left-hand-having programmers use 7th-grade kids or something? What’s wrong with y’all to think this is even close to acceptable? I would say much ruder things on here, but I know you smooth brains won’t see it or will flag it. Y’all are trash for letting this app exist—just know this fact. I actually hope it’s destroying your sales because you treat your customers like idiots by passing this app off as functional.

Fantastic app for epic air sport!. Being able to control the EQ EXACTLY, change which gestures do which actions, and I no wires with these is great! One bug has to do with some disconnects from the app while adjusting, but for an overall great product? I am positive they will fix it. Great job fixing the older bugs!!

Only supports limited range. no wonder this app doesn’t have downlods, it doesn’t support the product I have, Jlab go air pop, and the settings/registration page are the same.

Jlab pop+ not working on app. Earbuds are great but the app will not find the ear buds not matter what. My husband has the exact same but pairs it on his Google pixel and it works without a problem. Can customise his sound ect and change the input selection however I cannot even get the app to find my earbuds. Please help. Or fix the app!!

Works as intended but.... I've been using these with my JLab minis and the app has been good with tap reconfigurations etc and custom eq presents. One day my earbuds recognised each bud as a separate device and after 2 hours trying to figure out what's wrong I tried deleting the app thinking maybe that was the problem since the earbuds would always say JLab on. As it turns out they were the problem. I've reinstalled the app because I do prefer the presets I made on the app but this is an issue that I hope doesn't come up again.

Control guide. Let us change or remove the controls by tapping the headphone. I personally hate them. Adjusting the headphones as they don’t sit well in my ears and it’ll suddenly change songs. Let me remove the controls completely.

Mini cant be found. The mini is connected via bluetooth but the app cant find it…pretty useless app…

How do I get this to work?!. Okay so I need this app to check the audio balance of the earbuds because suddenly the right bud is significantly quieter than the left one, but the thing is, the app will not work!! I open it, give it my email, it then recognises my earbuds and so I press connect, but it never loads. It just keeps me on a screen with the model of buds I have and says ‘connecting’, but it never does! Please fix this im so tired of having one earbud louder than the other! And ps, I’ve cleaned them, so it’s not that.

Misrepresentation of app and product compatibility.. This app and product are misleading purchasers. Don’t buy Jlab products if you want to be able to change EQ settings. App eq doesn’t work for half their products and they don’t seem to be working on it as many reviews state this from over a year ago. Faulty app, misleading company.

The app doesn’t recognize the earphones. The app can’t recognize the Go pop anc that are connected to my phone’s Bluetooth

Jlab anc 3. Honestly it's kinda confusing but if you connect the earbuds with the app first then it works. But I hate how the noise cancelling makes a weird annoying noise so I think it's useless to get this one's and is better to invest in something way better. I like the air pop ones tho. Very dissapointed

Does Not Work At All. I purchased the JLab Pop Party Bluetooth Speaker that has lights on it. Not only will the JLab app NOT pair with the speaker, but when attempting to pair it the app shuts off the speaker. It really doesn’t want to pair. Unfortunately I’ll be returning the speaker, which actually seems to be pretty good. It’s not good though if half the functionality can’t be controlled by this absolutely abysmal app. Do way better JLab if you want to compete.

False Advertising. Don’t promote your product to have app support if it isn’t supported. I think it’s ridiculous that there’s reviews dating back to October 2023 complaining about this same problem and it still hasn’t been resolved. At this point your company is just blatantly lying to customers about a selling point of your product.

Useless it tells me to connect to it when it is already connected. It sucks

No support for Jbuds Pro Wireless. I just bought JLab Pro Wireless at Staples and the app doesn’t even support it?? How am I supposed to eq my product, among other things…?

Horrible. I know it is my fault but I lost my right earbud at work one day and now I can’t talk to people with one in, I can’t do anything like put awareness mode on or anything. Like why do you have to have 2?

Pretty awesome. I have the Go Party Bluetooth speaker. The EQ settings system is amazing. Great speakers

it’s good!. the rainbow lighting is so cute and adorable! the colour of my jlab i chose was pink and it’s an amazing combo. the app is okay! it’s very simple and there is no unnecessary functions there

Found it. U have to actually connect ur headphones to the app to access the EQ. If ur jlab air pop go’s have EQ then click the air pop+ because that’s the right one gang

Didn’t have my jlab device. The whole app is meant to make you believe every jlab device is here but I have an older jlab air buds executive and it wasent an option so 2 stars at best

False advertising. It said on the box when I purchased that I could pair my Jlab GO Air Pop to the app but they are not even a option in the app. The earbuds are good but can we get the claims correct.

Another review. So my ear buds the go air pop don’t exist on the pairing selection so y’all need to get to it and add all your ear buds in because I did not waste money on these things without an eq that’s all I care about please update your app thanks

BS earbuds. My earbuds worked great for the first couple of months then a few weeks ago my right earbud started dying and you could barely hear any sound coming out of it. Now both earbuds are dead making this weird high pitched ringing. I want my money back for this BS.

Am I doing this right??. Aside from a link to the Jlab store, the App seems to do nothing. I’m not even sure why they bothered to allow reviews, but here I am/we are)! I was hoping that-after downloading it-I would at least have instructions on how to use the hardware, even if I didn’t have if not having access to some sort of equalizer software. Instead, I’m reduced to combing YouTube for answers anyway. Just for a user friendly experience, you should be funnelled straight into an instructional page with an option to opt out, rather than searching through more endless pages in hopes of finding help (which eventually just directs you right back to some kind of web of YouTube content.

not many options. there are not many options of earbuds i think you guys should add all of your headphones/earbuds because you make all of them.

This is misleading please fix it. I can’t find Jlab studio pro in the app all I can find is the J lab studio Pro+ why does the manual show that the app supports it?

F this ppl. This people giving this negative reviews are pissy cuz these aren’t beats or have the beats software. There is nothing wrong this you pay for what you get. The app works fine the eq software isn’t the best but if you want “professional” stuff buy higher end headphones and stop the “female dogging”

Not for all JLab buds. I can’t do much on this app. I’d like to customize my sounds as well as be able to find a missing earbud. It doesn’t do anything for me. I would have thought having an app for a product would mean all products are compatible. Waste of time

Go Sport+ not connecting. The app says it found them, claims to be connecting for. _long_ time, then . . . the connection screen/pop-up disappears and nothing is connected in the app (the ear buds, themselves, work fine. This app just doesn’t do anything)

EQ glitch. For some reason the EQ sliders keep snapping back to its original position whether I go up or down. This is after an update which is ridiculous if an update is supposed to make something better. Fix this please or I will have to find new headphones. The default sound settings are not great.

What’s the point?. Absolutely no equalizer controls for my new earbuds thru this app, despite the constant prompting to download and use it. No customer support offered either, so I don’t see what the point of this app is. I have a ‘custom’ setting on my earbuds that I have no control of….

A few problems. Only thing that I don’t like is that my go air sports are not supported

No ability to customize controls. Be aware mode is no longer supported. Dumb. My Go Air Sports are no longer useful for running outside because my hearing is blocked. My earbuds support be aware mode, but the app has changed the functionality….useless app.

Doesn’t work. Disconnects your headset and doesn’t reconnect until you forget device in phone settings and go through connection all over again.

I don’t see the issue. This app is great :) I’m really enjoying it. And my device got its firmware update which is cool.

Makes their products worse. This app actually made my JLab Flex earbuds worse, the Bluetooth connection would go in and out between the two ears constantly. Deleted the app and back to normal. Thankfully it doesn’t have very worthwhile features, seems to be about getting them more user data.

Garbage App!!!!!!. Why can I download this app to my dusty old iPhone7 but not have my headphones be compatible? I’m certainly not buying Jlabs again, if they can tease you with an app you can never use unless you fork over cash for compatible products. What a greedy company No thanks.

No point to the app with no controls. Wish I could change or turn off the touch settings. Can see why else I’d want this app. What does it even do?

EQ Support for GO Air Pop?. I noticed that once I was able to add my GO Air Pop earbuds, there wasn’t an option to adjust the EQ settings. Will there be an option any time soon?

Suggestions. * Dark mode * More equalizer presets * Controls menus should be bigger and options easier to choose from (too small and close together) * Control guide for Epic Lux Lab Edition should not be missing

Equalizer control issues. The app works great, however it is very difficult to move the equalizer sliders. Either it just moves the page or i can’t get the sliders to move at all. Needs work.

Just got them but. I have loved them so far but the app isn’t the same from what it says it has I have the Lilac GoAIRpop and the only options it gives me are ambient sounds burn in tool and control guife

Unable to connect. I let the “connecting” popup sit for 10+ minutes and still unable to connect either of my devices. I guess I get what I pay for. If these last as long as the earbuds of another brand, I’ll be looking, yet again for one that lasts longer than 6-10 months.

Needs fixing. Something needs to be done about the app, it doesn’t connect to the headphones and when it does decide to work it will lag and crash on you.

Underrated!. Headphones work great and are a very great budget friendly company with wonderful mids lows and highs! Love the new Jbudlux and would recommend picking up a pair!

An app to do nothing. You can’t do anything on this app?? I can’t change the EQ, there’s no option despite it being advertised. I can look at the website and look at things about the headphones but you can’t actually do anything with the headphones.???

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. If you leave be aware on really close to a motion sensor you will hear a high pitched noise not perceived by the human ears but this will damage the microphone inside your earbuds so that you can’t use be aware

JLab GO Air Pop. They don’t have the jlab go air pop model:( it doesn’t say they will be adding it anytime soon either so these headphones are not compatible with the app.

Doesn’t works. worst app I ever tried my mom got me a pair and every time I tried to connect them it would say connecting and never connect and the product is bad too bc it would make this annoying soun when trying to hear something I’ll probably ask my mom to make a refund

App doesn’t support its own models. I bought the go air pop and in the packaging it says to download the app for more customization, but when I did it says the air pop is not supported. Why advertise the app if it doesn’t support the product?

Good but not what I expected.. This app is great in quality, however for the go air pop it doesn’t seem to support anything this app has to offer, which is a big disappointment.

Earbuds aren’t even supported. Went to the app to see if I can customize these newly Go Air Pops to tune the sound but of course it isn’t supported and hasn’t been for quite some time now after some research i’ve done. It’s like this company doesn’t even care about the consumers who spends their money on this product. Truly sad to see.

Won’t work. I can’t even get my go pop to connect it just takes me to the Home Screen and refuse to let me connect a new pair of them

Air Jlab Earbuds. Can you guys please put the jlab air wireless ones because I literally cannot even control the volume at all the eq doesn’t even make it louder through the app it’s like why do you have to have the pro and not just the reglular

Fake app. I recently bought a pair of mini earbuds and 30 mins on the app it still wouldn’t connect it just still said connecting and the app wouldn’t recognize the air pop+

Stupid dont work for multiple models. Buy a pair of headphones thinking I could use this app. Mine look just the ones on the app… except mine are the studio pro not the studio pro “plus”. Manual says I can customize my setting and download the app…. Janky

Useless App. App is useless. Connecting without the app is easy. Trying to connect via app doesn’t work. The App can’t even connect to the earbuds when they are right next to the phone. So now stuck with mediocre sound from the 3 preset eq choices, and not able to customize

Absolutely annoyed. I just got back from buying these headphones and jee! They don’t even connect! I bought the lightning wired EARBUDS and I CANT EVEN CONNECT THEM TO MY PHONE! I want my 30 dollars back!

Doesn’t support older devices. Devices still being sold in stores, but considered out of date by JLab are not supported. Latest update even removed the static text touch instructions for older models (go air sport). I would return these bugs, but store won’t accept returns for purchase 4 months ago.

My favorite headphones could use some work. I've used Jlab for three years now I had a set I got from Walmart for two of those years and then I found a brand new pair still in the box at the thrift store and I swapped to that pair and loved the upgrade. The new set was so much better they had more features and higher quality. There are a few problems I would love to be fixed first is the part that wraps around you ear with the jlab air sport. I love it but the first few weeks you have the headphones you can only wear the for a short period of time due to it hurting your ear. I wish they had a bendy wire in them or something so that they can fit to the users ear rather than it pushing against their ear. I also struggle with both earbuds having the same charge I hate to only have one headphone in and they don't always both get charged because one doesn't click into place and I don't notice until I use them and one is dead and the other is fully charge. My last problem is I just downloaded the app because I couldn't get a earbud to pair with the other, I realized after that was due to it being dead, and it keeps crashing and disconnecting my headphones I looked all over the website and jlabs tik tok but couldn't find any kind of qna to find answers to commonly asked problems and i deleted and redownload the app but it still didn't fix it. I struggle with the app because there is no way to know what headphones you have unless you have the packaging with it or you headphones don't look similar to any of the other products.

Doesn’t work. I have tried to connect my new headphone like 10 times today and they will not connect. I tried an old pair that I have had for years and it automatically popped up.

Has none of the features. Downloaded the app and it has none of the features it supposed to have, such as the sound controls. It only shows a control guide, which is not very helpful. The to me is pointless if I’m not able to control the sound on the earbuds or do nothing else.

Hire better programmers. Love the design and sound at their price point. Wanted to take advantage of the stated setting for my Go Sport+ buds. App appears to see them, but never “connects”, so I can’t use any of the features. Disappointed.

It won’t connect. So I got the lux anc headphones for Christmas and ever since then I have been trying to connect them to this app but they won’t connect and my phone won’t let me delete this app but my headphones connect fine with my iPhone just the app.

Jlab Epic Edition Wont connect to the app. I recently purchased a pair of Jlab Epic Edition and when i try the connection process in the app they just wont work. They work great but i am disappointed about this problem.

App not helpful for headphones. I love the noise canceling headphones! But this app does next to nothing for the headphones. You can see the images promoting this app are all about the earbuds. The control screen doesn’t exist for the headphones. Please update it to mirror what you provide for the earbuds!

Can’t connect jbudlux. I just bought these headphones and no matter what I try they will not connect to the app! This is so infuriating that I’m just ready to return these and get something else.
