You're paying for a Demo. I first paid $1 expecting to have everything "unlocked" as advertised in the App Store. When I saw that everything else was "locked" I didn't know what to think and I clicked on the buy "pro pack button" and was disgusted that I really didn't buy the entire app or any of the features it brandished in the App Store. Usually, the demo is free but not in this case. I wish my phone was still jailbroken so I could bypass the in app purchase because you really don't deserve my money after making me pay for a demo.. Also not optimized for iPhone 6+. This left me wondering where my $1 dollar went.

How can you take this app seriously?. In what way, is this related to drumming? I bought this app expecting to be able to write and listen to parts like on Musescore, but all it really is, is a finger app for kids! There's nothing to do, other than to sit there tapping stupidly. You can't do diddles, you can't do crossovers on tenors, you can't do tight bass splits without it sounding sloppy, and it's overall pointless and you can't get anywhere with this app. Honestly, how can you expect to be able to replicate real battery technique onto a phone screen?

Ranges and pro version. I really enjoyed this app and I was mostly pleased with everything on it, except... I would love to have the option to be able to change the ranges on the tenors for different sounds, or maybe to change from concert to marching tenors, there are some songs that would sound better with different pitches on the drums. Thank you for your time and please add this feature. I will change to 5 stars once this is done.

Not recommend. Only has a couple options, the playing sounds a little off, and doesn’t really have any space to play different notes, although it does let you change the note dynamic, and has some pretty good options, I don’t recommend

My problem. Hello creators my experience was great until 3 months ago it won’t let me play the actual drums like it’s not doing anything please fix this issue thx

Drum bug. The game is cool and all, but idk if it’s because I have massive thumbs, but it is extremely difficult to play the game with either of the instruments because the touch/hitbox I guess you could call it is horrible. I’ll tap the middle of the drum while playing the tenors for example, and it will act as if I tapped on the outer part of the drum. Like I said, idk if it’s me or the game. If it is the game, please try to fix this devs, we all spent money on this game so the least you could do is fix this issue. Thank you.

Excellent App. Great sounds, and nice graphics. I think I prefer the tenor sounds from before the update but every new feature completely over shadows that. I like the multi touch on different drums but I can't play double stops or fast flam patterns on the same drum (tenor) without skipping. Excellent job guys, keep the updates coming!

iOS 11. I love this app, I’m a perfection section leader in my school, and I really enjoyed this app, but lately I can’t use it because it doesn’t support the new IOS I’m hoping you can make the app be supportable for the IOS soon, because I paid for it and I would like to use it again.

Awesome.. I wish this app could be utilized in other apps through inter audio functionality or that there can be a way to record the audio in the app. But I can always rip the audio using screen recording so I guess it’s not the end of the world.

Terrible Response time. I have a new phone, so handling the app shouldn’t be a problem, but I can barely play anything because of the terrible touch of all the different drums. I hate to say it, but I would barely keep this app if it was free, there’s not much use at all and I bought it hoping I could practice my music on the road. I highly recommend not buying this app.

Could be a lot better. This app has a lot of potential, but the met sounds need to be more accurate. Seems there is a slight gap in the loops. Midi sounds are decent, sensitivity is definitely a must. Not being able to do fast rolls doesn't it as fun. The aesthetics of it though, is sure enough next to amazing. Keep it up friends.

Interactive Devlopers. Y’all are probably the best developers at fixing issues whenever somebody addresses them, like no one else. This app is way better than from when I first got it.

Great App, But Some Improvements Needed for Phones. I love the Drumline app on my iPad—it’s a solid tool for drumming practice. However, using it on a phone is a different story. I often face issues with note registration on the tenors, snare, and bass drums. It’s frustrating when notes don’t register consistently. Additionally, the bass drums are puzzling; having two with the same pitch is confusing. I’d suggest arranging them in a clearer line instead of the current setup. These tweaks would make the app much more user-friendly on phones. Would I recommend you get this app? absolutely if you have an iPad but definitely not if you have a phone. Since the app works fine on iPad 5 stars but please fix the issues that I’m having.

Awesome app. This app is amazing especially with the new update. My only problem is that you can't change the rudiments on the tenors and basses like you could before. Also the rolls are really slow on the snare and you cant speed them up.

Improving playability and customizability. This app is very good and useful, but one downside of using it on a smaller phone is not having enough room to play especially on tenors. A potential fix would be to allow the app to rotate into landscape mode, giving more space to work with. I also think it would be helpful to have more customization, like the ability to toggle rims on and off or create custom playing zones. These feature would make it a more flexible, enjoyable and user friendly app.

Lack of response from the drums makes the app nearly unusable. I think this is a fantastic idea for an app! I would have loved to use it to make up cadences, etc. Not sure if this is a problem with my phone or the app itself. Hitting the drum does not register most of the time, and if it does, it is usually not the correct sound. (Hitting the middle and getting a rim, etc). However, the cymbals function is incredible! I think this app would be worth 5+ stars if these issues were fixed!

It’s pretty amazing 🥁🥁. I love it it is a good app for the cost but it could be a little less but still has the perfect drums but maybe make the tenor drums a bit more smooth sounding if you know what I mean but any ways this is a great app 🥁🥁

Suggestion. Love the app it helped me get in band for percussion but I have one suggestion could y’all please add tutorials for songs like JIG2 or other band songs

Waste of money. Where I tap the drum is not the sound I hear, and this isn’t a little rare problem I seriously can’t do 8th notes on the snare consistently because either I some how hit a rims shot or it just doesn't register, and the tenors are worse, I can’t do triplets descending then ascending consistently because of how bad this apps zones are programmed, cool Idea on paper but very poorly executed.

One issue and it’s a big one. I would like to be able to play along to music such as videos on the app Musi however when I load up a song then switch to this app, the music stops and then when I start it back up the tenors don’t play sound. I want to be able to play sound from the tenors and music from another app simultaneously

Great but with one issue:. Puffies don’t work on the basses. When I use puffies, the basses play the wrong sound. For example, hitting bass 5 makes the sounds of 2 and 3 when using puffies, even though bass 5 sounds normal with normal mallets. Other than that, this app is great!

Great app just one flaw. The only issue is that it is sometimes difficult and frustrating to hit the tenor drums without it hitting one of the rims or shots. So the only thing I have to say is add a landscape mode to the tenors and have on option to turn off rims and all of that to just have the drums

Useful App for Sounds. I love the ability to mess around with drum and cymbal sounds anywhere. It has been relatively reliable and easy to use. The only thing I would recommend that is added is a unison for bass drums and possibly a more “linear” view with the drums being in order. Like the “chops” option with snare, but for Basses and possibly tenors as well

Bugs. Bought this game around September worked great then the new iOS updates came out and now it doesn’t work and kicks me out of the game or when I tap in the center of the drum it either doesn’t register I tapped the screen or says I tapped it but somewhere on the rim where I didn’t tap. Enjoy the game but please fix!!!!

Please update!. I love this app. The sound samples are good, however this app still doesn't work on iPhone X, 11, or Xr. The screen size messes with the hit boxes of the drums to the point where the snare is unplayable. I would love to be able to play all the drums the way this app was intended but for now I can't say it's a good purchase for the newer iPhones.

Please read creators!!!. I would like to say this app is fun, But needs work. The only part of this app I use is the tenors and bass drum, because there the only ones that really work well. I wish they would add a feature to actually tune the drums... ESPECIALLY THE QUINTS. Overall it's fun just add tuning and fix the cymbals

Cash Rules Everything Around Me. You pay $0.99 for this app that makes it seem like you get Tenors, Snare, Bass, AND Cymbals, but instead you get JUST Snare, and then you have to pay $1.99 for the "Pro pack" to play other instruments! Can't believe I fell for this. It's hard to play faster than eighth notes on here, iPhone has trouble reacting or maybe the app does, idk. It's difficult to reasonably use, if you are an actual drummer, keep looking, this app is far from perfect.

2 Main Problems. It’s a useful app for when i need to check what other’s play or check it to see how it lines up with my music. The problems are that where i touch on the drum does not correspond to where it’s being played (for instance i hot the center of the drum but registers as a rim click). The other problem is that it is a bit slow, but that isn’t as much of a big deal as the other one. I also don't exactly know how to do buzzes on the snare or tenors and there seems to be no control of dynamics. Suggestions: The UI also seems out of date and should maybe get a more modern and solid colored background instead of a gradient shadowy background. The app icon I do quite like actually and that should never change.

Awesome! But needs update. I love this app, the instruments sounds great! And very realistic. But It needs an update or two before I give it 5 stars. It should b able to record all the instruments together so the final product sounds like ur own drumline. Also, maybe we could be able to listen to music too while running the app so we can play along. Just a few updates needed! Overall, a good app

Big problem. It seems that there is a big issue with this app. It does not play correct sounds when clicking certain thing. For instance you could be hitting the center of the drum and it says you hit the rim click or it dose t play the sound at all. Also the sound is very strange because often the sound can get really quiet. All around it is not really worth the 3 bucks. At least not until they fix the issue.

Really fun! But…. The sensor system for each drum is kinda bugged and will register a hit in a different area other than where you tapped. The snare is all over the place when registering your finger. Other than that, this app has great potential!

Good but needs work. I bought this app and had access to all the instruments available. I had to delete it for space but once I restored my phone, I used iCloud to get it back. In which now I do not have access to anything except the snare. It would also be nice if I could record what I play; or if you can, it be in a more visible area.

Please fix. When playing with tenors, I noticed that I could not turn on shots nor rim clicks nor dynamics. Also with basses when they are all together they are not set to the right pitches. Other than that the snare is really good to use.

Regret buying. The app would be good if it’s one key feature worked, whenever you click on the drums, it sometimes just doesn’t work, it needs to have a bigger hit box and be less slow then I would rate it 5/5

Great App Overall. When using a single bass drum there are some problems: bass 3's right hand side doesn't play & bass 4 is weird, it's easy to get rim on bass 4 to say the least. But I love the app!

Not the best. I love the idea of this app and how innovative it is. It would get 2 stars if cymbals didn’t work or if it wasn’t innovative. This game tends to have many bugs and is overall unfinished. For the tenor drums, they work decently fine, just a little slow. I’d also advise you turn off rims for the tenors. Snare is kind of all over the place. Sometimes it doesn’t respond to hits and when you do tap it in a certain place it usually picks it up as a different hit. The chops mode does work though, just a bit slow. The basses probably work best apart from cymbals. They again don’t really cooperate and the tuning is kind of out of wack. There is an option to play just one individual bass which works quite well. I again, advise you to turn off rims for basses. Cymbals respond perfectly and are pretty fun if you ask me. Memory game is the worst one though. It’s stupidly funny how any time you tap the drum it either is super delayed or it doesn’t pick it up that you played that spot and plays a different one. It just needs a lot of fixing and needs to be finished. As cheap as I sound, it’s definitely not worth the $2 it costs. It it stays like this it needs to be free. I hope someone reads this and fixes this game cause I’d love it if it wasn’t so bugged out.

Update: much improved. With the new update the tenors most notably are very responsive. I really like the drum line inspired color tones and more modern design of the app. It’s much more usable now. Plus all the new features are really cool, and the tuner is awesome. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I wish that you could play the Tenors in landscape mode as opposed to just portrait mode, so that I can be more specific in my placement and sound better. But other than that an amazing improvement

Marching Parade. I absolutely love this game, this is very amusing, but I wondered if you could put a marching parade mini game option, like a Battle of the Bands styled game, but this is still good, although if you could customize them to ncaa teams, that would be awesome!

Has potential. It has lots of potential but doesn’t respond to touch on newer phones very well. Please fix this. I love Drumline music and play irl. This could be awesome and I’m not deleting this app because I believe that it can be great if the developer fixes it.

I love this!!!!!!. I love this game!! I even bought the other drums and it was worth it!! I just don't like the sound of the snare and you really cant practice with the snare. I think they should make like a practice pad type of thing so you can use the snare. Otherwise i love it and all the other drums! I also like how you can do runs with the basses!

Awesome. I play Tenors at my high school and although this app isn't the best to practice with, it is pretty fun to play with. Also for all of the people complaining about paying extra, its only two dollars, plus it says it in the description, stop complaining!

Please Fix!!!. Love the game but there is a bug where when I’m on tenors or bass it plays twice instead of just playing once.

Great, update 3.1 bass line sound glitch. So I upgraded to iOS 11 when it came out, and it didn’t support Drumline for the longest time. Now it finally does! Though with the 3.1 update, basses 1, 4&5 all sound the same. Please fix!

Sound doesn’t work?. I purchased the app as a percussionist and it doesn’t work, at all. I get on the app and when I tap to play, no sound, no nothing. If others are having issues with this I’m disappointed in the app, if your not please help me on fixing for higher rating. My sound works on every app besides this one...

Pretty good. I give it 4stars cuz the options for rudiments on the snare are sparse and there is not a good function for sweeping on the tenors. Also it would be nice to have the option for quads or quints. Great sound though and still worth 2 bucks for the package deal.

Good potential, major problems. I’ve been looking for an app like this for some time and I’m glad I have finally found one, but it has some major problems. For example, when you tap the drumheads, it does not always register. When it does register however, it will not be the part of the drum you hit. This makes playing almost impossible. Besides this problem, the app has a lot of potential and could be an amazing app.

Not Great. Looks good but the responsiveness is poor. Maybe it's just my phone, but the app misses my inputs a lot, and getting no feedback on strikes is very unsatisfying and makes this pretty much unusable. Also was hoping to be able to record and play back or combine clips from the different drums, but it appears you can only play one. Functionality is not what I expected for an app I paid money for. Only gets two stars because the graphics are nice, otherwise it would've been one.

Good idea. Unpolished and just bad. I got this game with the bundle for a score writer. I was so excited to play this game but many problems occurred. 1. Tenors make you drag you finger to play and a lot of times notes won’t register. 2. Snare only player Left side. Everytime I play the snare no matter where I click it only plays left hand. 3. Basses are just not well done, as a bass player I can verify these basses are not even tuned basses 1-3 are good but 4-5 are the same as 1 and realistically the rim would be broken if it were tuned that high. And the memory game. Impossible to play I hit one thing and it hits another auto failing me. This game is unfinished and a horrible attempt at making a drumline game. I would be fine if I didn’t pay money for it

Fun drum game!. Ok this game is so fun for a person that likes drumming my favorite is the tener drum. but for 2 or 3$ this is a steal you should play this fun game.🥁 and you get to customize your drum different colors tuning the drum and you get pick backgrounds it’s a very fun game. If you’re looking into this, you should buy it.

Pretty Good. I think this is a great app, one problem though is the basses. They don’t all have different pitches, like the biggest one and the smallest bass have the same pitch. If that gets fixed, FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

Have to buy all drums/cymbals!? Except snare.... Maybe I'm missing something, but then maybe that's something else to say about this app? After installing, I can only seem to play the snare drum, which isn't that great, so what would possess me to buy such simple things as cymbals and bass drums when I'm not at all impressed by what they demo?

Re-installing pro pack. This is complete BS! It says that I can re download pro pack for free, but I can't! When I hit "BUY" like it said in the instruction below, then this thing shows up. "Are you sure you want to make this purchase?" From the AppStore. Is this a scam?

App crashes. Like every time I start it it just crashes for no reason and I can’t even play for that long. I can only play for like 30 seconds then it crashes

Alright. As an articulate percussionist I strive for various requests from instruments. I have fully upgraded the app, and it has some cool features, but trigger response isn't what I had dreamed of and there are a few bugs. It makes a cool gift.

Extremely Disappointed. When I saw this app I thought that I would be getting all of the drums so I paid the money and found out that I only get the snare and now I have to pay another 1.99 to get the rest of the drums. So misleading .

I can’t hear sound. There is no sound when I try to play anything I checked my Bluetooth I checked my volume and I still getting no sound from the app

Worth it for the money. Get this app!! It is so good to practice and it sound very similar to a real drum! It is worth it and i love this app

Needs recording feature. Would give five stars to be able to record multiple drum tracks and an export feature.

Great Drum App. This app has wonderful sound, is easy to use and FUN! I really enjoy playing it.

Too many bugs. When I try to play the snare only one side of the drum works but when I try to play the other side it plays shots instead of the drum.

NOT REASONABLE. I play in a drumline, not a high class one, but I play, and this app is nothing like what you think it is, especially for the tenors. The hitboxes are nowhere near where they are supposed to be, where you tap randomizes the rimshots and rim hits, and sometimes my hits don’t even register. NOT WORTH $3.00!!!

Very Good!. This game is awesome but theres one thing thats gets under my skin. My fingers are too big to play the tenors mainly drum 1. I cant play a roll whatsoever.

Faulty drums. The tenors and snares delay when responding, but that isn’t the main issue. the main issue is that the tenor rims are too large and I am unable to hit the center of the drum. Pls fix <3

You want to read this. This app is worthless. I've been a marching percussionist for 8 years performing at the highest level. If you expect you'll get anything consistent more than 8th notes at 130bpms you're sadly mistaken. The sounds aren't that great either. There's no point in this app. Don't waste your money like I did.

got a question. can you buy the rest of it on the computer instead of in the app? Or do i need to buy it in the app?

Glitching and tapping. I love this app but when I tap the drums like it doesn’t work sometimes it doesn’t work and the snare drum is acting up as well

Doesn’t work. I bought the app cause it seemed like it was decent, but I guess the app doesn’t work on a iPhone 11 because the places to tap the drum is all wonky. Like if I want to tap the center of the snare it does a rim shot. It does this for all drums.

Great but.... I used to have this app on my iPod running iOS 10. Worked great and then I got my phone and upgraded to iOS 11 recently so you need to update to make it possible to use it on iOS 11.

Bass Drum - Voice Limitation. Purchased the app based on curiosity, as there wasn’t a video or a demo of the application. While testing the baseline, I learned that there are only 3 bass voices/tones, yet there are 5 bass drums. Why are drums 4 & 5 the same as the top bass? This is a deal breaker if it doesn’t change to their proper tones. Also, the developer should allow the user to tune the drums to their liking.

It doesn’t work. My doesn’t work it doesn’t let me play right and it kicks me out on tenors that’s all really plz fix this!!!!

Fun. I love this app but there are a few bugs like the rims on all the drums are hard to hit and the third drum on the tenor sounds a bit high thank you

Great app. I marched a top 5 world class DCI drumline in 2010 and I used this app to learn the changes to our drum solo when I left my pad under the bus haha. Good stuff.

Ehh. It’s fun when it actually works, you can barely tap the right thing and when it does it barely registers.

Cool. I upgraded and it was good the only thing I recommend is an iPad app because I try todo certain things and there is not enough finger room

Just what I was looking for!. "Holy crap" I exclaimed as I found this app. The snare rudiment feature is awesome but takes some getting used to. 4 stars is because the met doesn't keep a steady beat.

Very very well done!. This is an impressive update with an impressive array of high quality sounds. Plug in some good headphones for a real treat.

not the best. First, the tenors sound like your playing in the dead center and dont resonate at all, maybe upgrading the sounds would be better. For the snare it’s decent basses are fine, cymbals are weird to play but overall I wouldn’t recommend, for now

Doesn’t work.. I used to have this app for my iPhone XR. It worked great. I transferred over to an iPhone 13 Pro Max and now it just doesn’t work one bit. It doesn’t respond to half of my taps and when it does it hits the drum somewhere else.

Glitchy. It seems to be a great app however every time I try and play anything at all, it’s a little disappointing.

I like it.. Great for just drumming in spare time. Impressive sounds and graphics for a phone app. Great for working on new ideas.

Good, but. PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE add the ability to listen to music AND play with it. When I play music, I can't hear the drums and I can't play. Please fix this, and then I will give 5 stars. And fit the iPhone 5 screen

Awesome. This app is great, but you can only do so much. I play tenor and you can't roll or do any thing but single taps. This also applies to bass

Samples on wrong drums. This app is great and all, but for some reason on my iphone the bass drum samples are all messed up. Bass 4 and 5 sound like bass 1. This is very weird. Is there a fix for this?

Terrible. Maybe a third of the time you press the drum it will make a sound. Even if it isn't the right sound. When you hit the middle of the drum, it will make rim sounds, rim shots. Practically what ever you don't want. You'd expect more due to the cost of this app. But it barley has any features at all. Dont waste your money

No bass music. On a iPhone the drums are not responsive and not only that but you pay extra for marching basses and can’t even make music for them. That is very dumb and shoudl be added. Overall bad purchase.

Flaws.. Great game but flaws. One of them is that with tenors I get a buzz kinda noise with a drum, I’m not holding the drum or anything and some sound normal and others have the buzz.

Not registering. Every time I play the drums such as tenors, snare or bass the notes does not register when I tap the phone not consistent at all I love the app but I need this to be fixed pls and ty

Cool app.. This is a great app but you should make it compatible for the iPad in the next update.

Calibration issues. For some reason, I would tap somewhere on the drum but it would register as a hit somewhere else. For example, I would tap the left side of the snare but it would count as a hit on the right. Sometimes it wouldn’t even count as a hit. Is there a fix for this?

Messed up. So I downloaded this app because of the drums and when I first got it worked really well but now it won’t even register a lot of the hits so if y’all can look into this that would be great

Doesn’t work correctly. Nothing makes any sounds, all the functions work fine, but when I hit the drums or cymbals it doesn’t actually produce sound. Makes this app totally worthless.

Idea. I'm not happy with paying extra for the other drums at all. A suggestion though, make the rim taps have a larger touch detection range, and make it so that you can play the drums while listening to your own music

Cool!. The game is amazing but for tenor players like myself I do not like that you have to pay for the other instruments, such as tenor. The sound is great and it would also be much better if it allowed you to play along with your music.

Mild feelings. I miss the way the app used to look and how you were able to change the drums to diddles and that chop menu and it was like I was playing on the actual drum not these colored circle

Google Play. I love the app but since i got a new phone i haven't been using my iphone at all and it would be great if you made the app for google play.

App broke. The app has terrible tracking for the snare drum, tenors are like 50/50 and everything else is meh. (This is from my app, yours may differ)

Come on... You know I've been a user of this app for a VERY long time and I've used it on both my iPhone 4 & 5 and now I have the 5 and it's not really supported I think it's time to update. It's been a pretty long while
