Can't even get passed login screen. Columbia does not have a functioning evening shuttle service. No shuttles are accessible and it results in poor campus safety.

Bad. Made me miss my via and had to walk home :(

Won’t pick you up. Tried to order a ride to carlton from campus for my friend and they wouldn’t take him. won’t take someone who didn’t order the cab, even if you ordered it for them and they’re a columbia student. if someone is unable to order a ride just to their DORM I feel like this eliminates another level of safety on campus.

Embarrassing for the quality of service they should be offering. If possible I would put 0 stars

0 stars. The app hasn’t worked for since Columbia has transferred over. It tells me ether I have connection issue or the app is having a technical issue. Regardless, please fix this before the school year. This is so unsafe.

Bring Via Back. The ride is 2 minutes away before you book it, the next minute it shows it’s 18 minutes away after you have booked. That’s not very safe when you are standing on the street at night. Defeats the whole purpose of the app!!

Impossible to use. Wait times always increase by 10+ minutes out of the blue, so you never actually get picked up. Waste of time :/ do better Columbia

Cant login again. I logged out and they dont even have a login page only for new user sign up. This is so stupid
