Last update makes app not work. After the last update I can only watch the cameras on a live feed. I used to be able to see a picture of any time an incident occurred, but after the last update I can no longer see this. This has been going on for months. Please update your app ASAP!!!!

Not enough app control. I have this app on my iPhone. I’m constantly getting notifications of movement in front of my cameras, but there is no setting to reduce the frequency so I get them every time a car drives by. Also the alerts stay on the app button and don’t disappear when I delete the alert photo.

Waste of time. Open the app and it will tell you that the internet speed is too slow regardless of where you are. I'm at a high-tech school with high-speed internet right now, and I can't access any of my cameras at home. Zmodo is also a load of baloney - it worked on my iPad for 2 days and now crashes every time you open it.

Slight. The site used to be good. Until your last upgrade on my Apple device you took away the reviewing process. Instead of improving the system to make it better you made it worse. Please fix it I need to check the camera system when I am at work ????? I spent good money on the system and you guys screwed it all up by taking things away fix it

Garbage. This is not a good app for years it have done fine but this year is the worst I seen it act up app is freezing up and don’t show live picture on my apple ipad I have delete the app again and again install it back on the iPad I get the same results I’m using the zsight app

Upset business owner. I have been using the cameras on my phone for a long time everyday and now I cannot get them anymore. Someone said they did an update and they work again. Where can I find this update?? Help!! I live too far away from my business to go to the store everyday so I need the cameras!! The recordings work great but I need to monitor the store. Please help me!!! Anyone!! I will be getting a whole new system if I cannot get answers!!!

What? Test and Validate Updates? Why???. Zsight/Zmodo says we don't need to test software or app updates - Let the customer do it and save time and money! What impresses me is how Zsight has redefined "software update" as a backwards move and introduces more bugs instead of less! Can I work for you and produce inferior software without repercussions and still make $150K per year - with a nice bonus package for toxic results? Thank you for hiring me, formally a basket weaver.

Terrible. When I first got the camera it worked perfect. Nearly a year later it won't record, doesn't show the pictures it's taken but shows some were taken. Always says connection error. I've reset the camera and deleted the app to see if it helps. Nothing. Wasn't expensive, only positive thing.

Working Great. The site allows you to look at cameras and check the video. It is easy to use and install. Works better than Meshare. If this site would let you playback at 2x or 4x on the video this site would get five stars...update still little improvements three months later

Remote access is worthless. Since the last update I haven't been able to remotely view anything from my phone. It only works when connected to the same wifi only. Even if I'm connected to high speed wifi away from home, it doesn't work properly. I've also never been able to review notifications for sound or motion via the app, only through a browser window on PC. Luckily this camera was cheap.

Useless. Cameras cannot be removed from accounts except by the original account holder, even though I have the actual cameras in my house. Which means that even though the cameras are in my house, my ex boyfriend has access to them because the cameras were originally on his account. And I can’t remove them from his account and transfer them to my own account even though I HAVE THE CAMERAS. Making them completely useless. What a waste of money.

Worked fine for a while. Then they did some software updates and couldn't see the images captured. Finally got a hold of support and the said to use Zmodo app, but it too is useless because only keeps images less than 24 hours, when it can connect. The cameras were really good but ALL their software (iOS and on my Windows10) were useless. Just replaced both my Zmodo cameras with another brand and deleted all apps and software. Will never buy Zmodo again. Wish there was a way I could reformat their camera because the hardware is really good.

Garbage!!!!!. This app and the cameras are the worst😡. There's always an unknown error ALWAYS...it won't let me turn off motion sensor which means it's constantly giving alert tones. Until I either delete app or unplug the actual unit itself. Why is it so hard to find quality products that actually do as they say? As of today I'm literally tossing this whole unit in the trash. Thanks for a horrible product and app Z-crap. Save your money and buy a quality product. Stay away from this company, the only thing it’s good at is frustrating the customer. They do a better job being fake cameras 👎🏽

AVOID ZMODO AT ALL COST. I had bought their NVR 4 channel system in 2014. Downloaded this app. it was great all these years. I was able to see my cameras live in HD on my iPhone from anywhere as well as get motion alerts with a still picture. Then in 2016 there were a few updates of the program, now I can only see the cameras in low definition from my home wifi nowhere else like before. All the motion captured stills are not viewable. It's now just a junk system. You ask for help and they treat you like crap. DO NOT BY THIS BRAND. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy another brand. It's a competitive marketplace and plenty of good products out there besides Zmodo.

The worst app I have ever had. I have had a Funlux camera for the past 4 years. These cameras are suppose to be supported through the zsight/zmodo/meshare apps and they are all equally awful. At one point the zmodo app was working flawlessly and motion detection worked without a problem. Once these apps update nothing seems to work. I have went back and forth with customer service on all of these apps. Their answer always switch to the other app which will work for a day or two before it craps the bed.

Not a happy Camera - I mean camper. If there were fewer than one star, I'd use that instead of the one star. The help function within the app doesn't even exist. You select it and it takes you nowhere. The app shows many alerts, from the home screen of my phone. however when you open the app, there are no notification- or they are simply unfound. There's no areas to look for it, it's not on display. Can never get support or help to determine what the problem is. The display of what is on the camera shows ok- but what good is that if it captured something and does not transmit to the app- only shows a red light for a notification that's lost in the abyss

Can I give less than one star?. This app is awful. 90% of the time it tells you that there is a poor internet connection and refuses to produce a video feed. I updated my internet service and it STILL won’t work. Save your money. The zmodo cameras are alright, but the interface for their NVR and app are dreadful. There is no value in them whatsoever.

Lagging/slow load to switch camera views. This app is honestly horrible. Switching between cameras takes time especially live and the lagging is ridiculous. It also doesn’t record everything and will have lots of gaps in the storage of no recording when you need it. Deleting as soon as I find a comparable app.

Works great, when it works.. Need to update this app more then once a year! Always “timing out” which is very annoying. Features could be better too. Overall it does the job for the price but you get what you pay for. Please update the app!!

Worthless camera. I can no longer view anything "Live" if my iPhone is not connected to the exact same wifi network as the camera. What is the use of having this camera to view what's going on at home when I'm not home, when it will never connect when I'm on my LTE network?!? I had previously never had any connectivity issues but with the last update(s), I am no longer able to view notifications/picture captures and live feeds, which ultimately led me to buy new cameras from a better brand. What a disappointing product & utter waste of money. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for quality. I will never buy another zmodo product again. The multiple poor reviews are for a reason.

Worse app ever. I bought these cameras so I can remotely check my home. As long as in in the wifi of my home it works. Once I leave it said "internet connection to slow" which is BS because I checked the speed and its at 28 Mbs. I wrote the company of the problem and it been 4,weeks with no reply. Do Not buy these camera system you will only be disappointed!

Strange. The app is crap, and I don’t like how they want you to pay for more time to keep the video on the recorder. I found that you can turn off the recorder and still see live and alerts from the pc or your phone. Why buy a recorder unless you are going to pay for cloud service. They don’t tell you this when you buy it.

Needs to be fixed. No longer can access network. When I open app it just shows red x in each camera frame. Shame because this app in the past was really good at accessing cameras to the point that I had shown other people and they bought your products. I can sit in my house and still not access the cameras. Kind of useless equipment now.

Not Working. Doesn't work right on cellular data. Keeps on saying connection error. But as soon as you get on wifi it works fine. Pointless the whole reason why I bought my system was because I want the ability to view my properties remotely. Not really sure what happen because it use to work on cellular data without issues. Please fix this thank you

Negative "stars" are needed to this app. I NEVER write reviews. This, my frustration and disappointment with the app and system is significant. It is extremely poor planning on the part of Zmodo with the app and system integration (or should I say "non-integration). I will not buy or encourage purchase of Zmodo products due to the app development for their system. 1) No other app options to view camera system 2) No customer service support to troubleshoot issues. 3) App development and usability is beyond poor

What is going on?. I cannot get any device to show views of my cameras. I've been dealing with cameras just going offline for months but now it won't let me log in. When I try, immediately comes a sign stating 'TIMEOUT'. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Did we all buy a series of camera hard wired to our homes and basically have to replace every camera with folks who answer calls, emails, etc. What kind of company just takes the money and runs? I'm beyond steamed at this issue. Try getting back to folks and fix this issue.

HD video does not work, it crashes!. I like the application, but when you click on the camera feed you want to see, you still need to scroll to the proper feed. Also HD feed does not work, the app crashes. Big disappointment. I have the newest phone and newest IOS phone.

Zsight is old app, use Zmodo's new one. I have the same problem as other users- can't view photo on alert and can't view live feed at work, even though we have a very fast connection. So I looked on Zmodo's Knowledge Base website and they said that Zsight is old and to use Zmodo's app. Then why is Zsight still available to download? I downloaded Zmodo's app and I don't have any problems. They need to discontinue use on Zsight.

Crazy app.... I love Zmodo's products but this app not really Zmodo product, because its so crazy sometime work sometimes doesn't. Now because of this bad app I'm returning the wifi camera; sorry Zmodo you did one product so great but the other one not so great. I wish to keep the camera but how can I keep with this crazy app hu? I have 15 days to return the camera, so please fix it the app as soon as possible. Sorry Zmodo this time I can not give you more than one star, but If I see a fix I'll promise to review it again okay. Happy New Year. But you need to fix the app first :)

Worhless app. Over a 3 months since the iphone update and i can no longer see the camera from my iphone, only from the wifi that the camera is connected to, this company needs to fix the software before they lose more customers, but for now stay away from this app/ company (Update) I can now see with the zmodo app not with zsight, if your having problems download that

Worst app I've ever used. This is not security.. Updated my zmodo software. Had to download this garbage instead. Home screen shows 8 boxes of red x's. when you press any it brings you to camera 1. Why show things you can't go to? Why not just a "live" button? it won't show anything until the internet speed picks up. Storing of live clips hasn't worked when I needed it. No video playback controls, it plays on its own, it has a helpful pause button, however it's pointless when you can't increase the speed by fast forward or rewind. You can't even use the slider to look through long clips. I feel ripped off, I payed a lot of money for my camera system, this is bullblank. I have the new crap version on my iPhone, I can't even get that one on my iPad. This company keeps proving that they aren't ready to be a real company when they show ridiculous customer support in text messages that may be answered maybe not, and can't help and never know how to help if they do answer. And most obvious is that they can't even keep a worthwhile app.

Useless. This product is useless. I been having issues since day one. The app is the worst. I can't not view the live camera when I'm away from home and even when I'm home I can't connect from my iPhone. The update to the app only works when I uninstalled and reinstall the app back. I guess after reading everyone else review we all are having the same issue some how. I GIVE UP!!!!! I'm going to buy a different brand

Last update was bad. Since the last update I am not able to view any of the pictures that are taken during the night. Also if I open the app on my iPad it will not allow me to see the pictures normally but instead they are very distorted. That was before this last update at the end of October 2016. Now it won't open any of the pictures it has taken. If I want to watch a live you no problem. Interesting app, Camars are really pretty decent and we're very inexpensive. But not having any options to view the photos that were taken during the night makes it almost useless. I am able to talk to my dogs however when I am not home.

Can't see any alerts now. Customer service is unreachable.. The software gives a lot of errors now after the last update. Common to see unknown error, when trying to look at the camera pictures and will crash. Cameras will also fail to load up from time to time. There is no way to set it up like the software says. You just have to let it set up on its' own. I wish the quality of the camera was better and the sound actually worked on the cameras. The sound has never worked on any of the two cameras i bought. We are looking at another companies product, to replace these two.

Garbage app. Not sure what’s going on but ever since the latest updates, I can’t view my cameras while away from home. I get a poor connection error on a black screen every time. I can view them while at home but that does me no good on keeping an eye on everything while away. I can view them on a web browser fine, but this app won’t let me see anything. I’ve rebooted the system, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it does this on my iPhone and iPad. Neither one works while away from the house.

Access from outside Home Network. Got a Zmodo ZM-SS7009D8-S 8camera with NVR. This app only works in the network since it insists on searching for the device. It needs to let you enter the DNS info from dyndns or similar but there is nowhere to do so. How can they put this app out without checking it works. The hardware is fine but there is no info on how to set it up to access remotely. May need to return the system due to bad app.

Has potential.. My camera works with this, funlux and another app. I like this one because you can adjust the motion sensor sentivitiy, but like others, I can't view the captures. It's really frustrating. I guess I'll download both apps? Maybe? I'm not sure. They don't seem to care about the issue either.

Can't see my live feed at all!😡. This is really Frustrating and a security issue for me since I can't see what's going on while I'm away from my apartment. I want to buy another set of cameras from another company but I've invested like $500 into Zmodo IP cameras and not wanting to shell out more. I don't understand why can't this App be fixed finally for the iPhone!?? For the sake of your bottom line Zmodo!!...Invest in fixing this issue

Worked exactly as expected. I purchased the camera and it told me to use this app. I was quite nervous after seeing the reviews. It took two tries to connect the camera, but then it worked perfectly. I’ve been receiving push notifications when there have been motion on my camera. Not sure why the low reviews. It’s been good!

Internet speed too slow?. Everytime I try to view my camera, I get an error message saying my internet speed is too slow. I run a speed test and I get 30 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up. What is too slow? When I try to view it on the zmodo website, it works fine. This app is 100% useless which makes the camera itself useless.

Needs a lot of improvement. App locks up a lot, can't turn pictures into wide view on alerts, microphone doesn't operate on speaker so you can talk and view at same time, needs to have a option to turn off night vision, when placed in window looking outside night vision reflection causes no view outside

Useless. Do not buy.. I have the newest iOS and other reviewers are absolutely correct. This camera only works if my phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera. So basically, I can only use the camera when I'm in my own house. Absolutely pointless, and extremely frustrating because it used to work great. We used to love it. Now we can't wait to get a different one.

Awful App. This application is worthless. Hard to see the point of having an app to check your cameras away from home when you can't even get the stupid thing to work 90% of the time, due to "slow internet connection"...when you don't have a slow connection, btw. How many people have to write a bad review to get the app fixed?!?! Argh!!!

LTE Streaming NOT Supported. I'm no longer able to stream over LTE. Some are complaining about it happening after the update, but it's even true on non-updated Apple devices. Very unhappy with this app now. Have had it nearly two years and this is the first major issue I've had. It's virtually useless away from home. :-(

Nightmare. I sell these systems and suddenly, I'm getting customers calling me wanting to know how to fix these. I have one myself and have been trying everything I can think of to fix mine! New cables, cameras, Ethernet, router, etc.... Now was trying reinstall the app... Then noticed the reviews.... What tha ? Ridiculous..... Need to step it up fast. I'm going to discontinue sales until this is fixed!!! Wow just .... Wow...SMH

Frustrated. The app doesn't work. It worked at one point but it has not worked for several months now. I have been waiting to see if the problem will be resolved, but unfortunately there has been no resolution for a very long period time. At this point I am going to have to go and purchase a new camera of a different brand. This is very disappointing.

ZSight Observation. I too used to have connection problems with ZSight. After I cleared all the programs running in the background (on my iPhone) connections using this app improved drastically. Hope this helps

System upgrades. I am very unhappy with the new upgrades/apps. Since I don’t want my information stored in the cloud, the Zsight app renders my system useless to me. MeShare worked fine you should’ve left it alone😡 With ZSight I receive no alarm/alert badges or notifications. My husband has already gone round and round with you about this. I have given the ZSight app the lowest rating possible and would not recommend Zmodo to anyone.

Used to be OK, Now is Terrible!. This app is used to connect to my FunLux security cameras I have around my house. While I can still use the app to view the video stream, almost in real time (it plays for a few seconds that becomes a still shot), all of the motion alarm pictures that used to show now show as grey squares and will not load.

Doesn't work right. I just bought this camera for Black Friday, thank goodness it wasn't expensive. I just wanted to see if maybe I wanted to use cameras in my house so this is just a trial, however it's difficult to trial something when it doesn't work right. I use an iPhone and iPad. The camera seems to work live okay with a little bit of a lag time. When it comes to tying to check alarms you can't view anything from my iPhone or tablet. I can get on line in my computer but what's the point of that since I have my phone and tablet with me all the time. I started reading reviews and it seems like it's across the board. I did download another app Zmodo that has been much better. The lag time on camera is almost non existent and I can get everything on my phone, however I can't download that app to my iPad, so again still frustrated. If you are a going to put out a product that requires an app the app is KEY in making sure the product is a success. Please don't release a bad app. I will steer clear of all your product now because you didn't get it right.

Buggy. Thumbnails are not generated, makes the app useless.

Now works on current iOS but. Can add a camera on my iPad now but it is not much use if I can't view from remote location. If I am in same location as camera I can look out the window. Needs ability to view remotely.

Worst app ever, basically useless. Useless apps wastes storage. Can't even connect to camera always says connection too slow, but it has worked with the same connection. Don't even bother buying the camera system, sometimes doesn't even record or save. Not worth a 1 star review

Useless. This needs fixing, or refund my hardware purchase!. This app no longer works as it did. Can't see snapshots when alerted. It's pointless as it is, please fix this ASAP!!!

Great app. Need to fix landscape mode. Need to be able to open the app in landscape. It seems to not go into correct or full landscape. Keep working on it. Thanks for the zoom feature!

App crashes!. Cannot put the wifi password into the app settings, please fix!

Super easy but lacking a featured or two. Really impressed with the camera and the ease at which I was able to get it setup and viewed on my network and mobile device, iphone. Wish I could find how to save alarm images or video files into Photos so they can be emailed, printed etc. Very stable.

Needs improvement. Please make - multi camera view on same screen - delete all motion shots at once instead having to do it individually - make stream in HD constant , instead having to set each time. Still shot in LD are useless note enough definition.

Needs a few things.. Working again. Zoom is handy. Always fast and easy to use. It does, however, need a better way to review footage. On iPhone the little timeline is far too small to watch certain times. Needs a function to pinpoint a time to review footage. Or my fingers are just too fat.

Zsight. Please fix the lags after update!!!

Needs improvement. Anyone on the lan can now register an account do a search, and have access to the nvr bypassing its preset password. I don't want to have to register to use an internal system. I am also not interested in demos of other cameras. Please provide the option to downgrade to the previous version.

App not working. This app worked perfectly a few months ago but no longer. I've tested every hardware component but recently I can only view the office cameras on wifi not from home and recording is no longer working. The camera access also often does not load on wifi either. Please fix or revert to a version that is stable zsight.

Terrible app. After hardly use it for couple months now it suddenly log in error. Everytime I try to login the app , it said time out and does not let me in.

Way out of date. Can't remote view any longer. System is no longer supported by the looks of it.. Obsolete.

Use Meshare App does the trick. This app is useless. So I got on the forums too see what I can find and someone mentioned Meshare app. I downloaded it and it works great :)

Poor. Can't update. App Store update takes me back to app itself. Waiting waiting waiting for update to complete. Frequently cameras appear offline in app. Please recommend an alternative stable app or fix this one please.

Terrible!!. Doesn't ever work out of the house - which is the whole reason I bought camera. They need to update this asap. There are heaps of threads online with people with the same problem.

Disappointed. Just discovered that the app has chewed through my data plan for the month. I believe the app has been downloading even though I am not in the app. I also noticed that for the first month I was able to access my cameras while away from home but after that, I believe because the memory is full, it no longer works. I have to be on my own wireless at home to be able to access the cameras So there is no point in having the app on my phone if I can't use it away. Looking for some improvements because I feel like the money has been wasted on these security cameras.

To slow. Very slow most of the time it just say internet connection slow when other app works fine. Need an over hall.

Worse than useless. Since iOS 10+ it hasn’t worked. Any attempt to reconfigure results in it crashing before completing the identification of the camera

Device is offline using cellular data. I have four cameras and all say that the device is offline when using cellular data. Under wifi at home all connect without issue. This started after the latest update.

PLEASE FIX. You can no longer view the pictures captured when movement has occurred, you get the notification but all pictures blank. This makes the whole system purposeless. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!

Fix this please!!!!. Software requires an urgent update!! The pictures that are taken due to motion detection show up as empty blank tiles on the preview page and even clicking on a preview tile makes no difference. Since I can't see the pictures taken by motion detection, this device is pretty useless. Be wary when buying that software doesn't work and there has not been an update in over a year. I don't think this device is supported anymore by the manufacturer else they would have fixed this problem along time ago as I see many others have also had the same problem. Hope the software is fixed before I toss this in the rubbish. It's just a very expensive paper weight on my desk at the moment. Very disappointed.

App suddenly doesn't open. App won't let me open it. Everything was working fine until it stopped opening. Please fix

App keeps timing out. Was working prior to the update. Now it just displays "time out" when ever you to try to log in. Very frustrating as it was working great before. Can no longer access live footage from the phone.

No support!. The functionality is so limited when out and about. Should have to option to stream from the SD over the mobile network! I have to get home before I am able to check out what happened! And now it's stopped taking photos and sending them to me. Used to be able to check motion photos and that's now stopped!

Useless & frustrating. I bought the system especially because of the app. What a waste of money! Since the last update have to keep restarting the system because there is a fault and now the cameras will not turn the infrared vision on, the system won't have useable video until day time. I am forever deleting and reinstalling the app to get it to work! Don't waste your money for the system and installation if you plan to use the iOS remote app. Even worse on iPad!!! Very very unhappy!

App not working. urgent update NEEDED ASAP

My Cameras Stopped working after update. Everything was working fine on iPhone then automatically updated to latest version now i can not connect them , my other phone has older version software and its working fine

Viewing. Great app but it missing multi screen watching at same time. Most of other brand you can watch 8 cameras or four cameras same time on iPhone screen. Also u can goto what ever Chanel straight rather than go one by one. It takes time to watch 8th channel cause u have to scan from 1 to 8 channel respectively.

Can no longer connect to my camera. Since updating to the latest version of the app, I can't seem to connect to my cameras anymore - it keeps saying my device is offline. Using the previous version of the app still works. Also, it mentions fixing the SD card recording, however where it used to work before (with some quirks and rather slowly), now it tells me that I have to be on the same wifi network as the cameras to work? This is not overly useful as most of the time I'm checking the cameras when I'm not at home?

Latest Zsight update for iPhone. This MESHARE app is the same as the zsight app in most ways, to access a current Zsight account from the MESHARE app, Simply enter your Zsight login credentials into the MESHARE app and login. You will be able to see all devices from the MESHARE app that you've already added to your Zsight account using zsight.

Full of bugs. Always need reset cameras after few weeks. App doesn't work properly, lost connections. If you aren't a professional don't buy this brand.

Don't do update. Since doing the update I can no longer log in to my account.. It won't even recognise my email address as being valid.. Total rubbish

Zsight cannot view recorded video on my iPhone 6plud. Zsight cannot view recorded video on my iPhone 6plus. I was very happy with it until it updated the app. I was able to keep an eye on my grandchildren and furry family. There is now a memory card icon and iPhones do not have slots for memory cards. Now when I’m out and about and want to view what’s and now I cannot! Come on Zmodo get your act together and fix Zsight.

Unreliable. Bad Software. So much for Security!!. Absolutely the worst software I have used in regards to reliability. It doesn’t work most of the time and it times out or can’t login. When it works it’s okay, but that’s on the rare occasion. Not happy at all that I bought a system I can’t use 90% of the time.

Great idea but can't rely on it. Great systems which works well till you check how much data it used. Used up 300GB in less than a week, the video should be compressed!

Used to be better. Like others I can no longer see movement alert photos, update to app is needed in line with IOS updates

Frustrated for too long. Been patient.. No longer works as well as it once sorta did. Not that it ever did work that well to begin with. There have been no app improvements over the last 12 months. The way it integrates with iPad is poor, even an iPad Pro via Wireless N wifi. App always opens in portrait mode, regardless of orientation. Crashes constantly since iOS10 release. Cannot display HD mode without crashing. The fact it displays cameras with gaps between the camera displays is downright frustrating. The fact you can't just click on the camera you want, that you are forced to scroll through camera's one by one until you find the one you need is just poor app design. It impedes your ability to quickly react to an event. Don't even try accessing the storage via the app. Wasting your time. My Funlux is incompatible with MacOS, so am forced to use apps. Looking for an alternative.

Zmodo Rubbish apps, misleading. Deceptively works to receive all my info (obviously to on sell to hackers) because then all 3 of the Zmodo pathetic apps crash. These clowns couldn't run a chook raffle. I suggest to friend & foe FORCESTOP, RESET & DELETE.

Disappointed. Worst product and app out there. Continually crashes, times out, sends multiple false alarms. Do not buy!!!

zsight. app works when it wants to. cant record more than 1 screen at a time on smart phone. bugs way too much. no app updates. keeps logging out. motion sensor does not work properly. verry poor maintenance !!!!

Before when the motion detection was "on" my iPhone AND iPad would alert me with sound that there was motion and now it does not! On top of all that. If you use the app and then try using it again without clearing it from your background/multipurpose screen the app will load but not show video. It says network to slow. The app has to be shut down completely each time and removed from the background in order for it to load up correctly the next time.

Broken. Not working anymore

iPad incompatible. The app won't add a device on the iPad, works on the iPhone though. Seems like it should work on the iPad but no matter how many times you try it fails. As for the iPhone it works well.

Camera not working when not on the same wifi network. The app used to work however with this new update, the app and cameras do NOT work when I am not home. When the app and the camera are on the same wifi connection it works fine however as soon as I leave the house, the app stats that the device is OFFLINE. I purchased the cameras for when I am NOT home. This is useless if I can't use it away from home.

Works great!!!!. Has been working really good but just this last iOS update stop working so hoping they can fix it. But I am very happy still since I can log in on my laptop.

App stopped working. This was working fine on my devices then came the update from hell and the internet speed is to low cannot connect on all the devices and updated all the device that use the camera's. Please fix or it's a quick return of the gear. After looking it over and trying to restart everything I figured out the wifi turned off on the app so I finally was able to get it up works great! I now know who is at my door from anywhere with alerts sent to my phone

Waste of time. This app is completely garbage now after the last update. My camera pretty much never works anymore!! Don't waste your money on any of these products or product that requires use of this app. I have a Zmodo camera I bought off eBay. It is now pretty much useless.

Used to work. Now just sits there with s spinning circle. App says bug fixes but means renders the app useless. Why make a product if you will not going to support it. They get you to buy there product but tech support will not help. Just reset the cameras!!!! That will not work for the app.

Terrible App. This app is terrible. I have to restart my phone to see any cam other than cam 1. Then it only works once or twice. My WiFi speeds are more than enough to run this app. I have a competitive camera and that app works 99% of the time. This one works about 5 %.

Device offline. My system used to work great but now if you try to use the app with it. It just says "connection timed out". Only works on the wifi network that the cameras are on. Used to be reliable app but now is basically useless If you can't watch the cameras when you're away from home. Update the app PLEASE!!!

Doesn't work. Just like everyone else. After the last update, nothing works. Can't see alarms that I used to see. And now I have to be connected to wifi or a hotspot to see live feed. (The speed is not the problem). The worst thing about this app is that the creators don't even look at the reviews posted to see where they need to fix. The app not working was instant. Updated about 7-8 months ago. And the first time using after that, I can't see alerts. Why would it take this long to fix? Because they don't even know it's broken.

Fix the problem. This product used to work great. Now if I am in my home wifi it doesn't work. Keeps saying internet to slow. I got Verizon fastest internet. So I know the internet is not the problem. Went from great to awful. 👎🏼

GET THE NEW APP: Zmodo. I spent a ton of time trying to troubleshoot why this app wouldn't load my cameras when I was off the home network. I finally got ahold of someone via live chat on the zmodo website that told me about the new app. I downloaded it and have access to my system again!

Why don't you fix this junk app. You need to fix this problem. The app is pretty much worthless. I can't believe as many zmodo cameras that are sold there isn't a better way to view them. Does the developer even look at the reviews? Just doesn't care? Total junk.

Absolute joke. Updating to express my absolute disgust with this entire system. Zmodo, this app, everything is garbage. Worst app I have ever seen. I can not see anything because it will not load. At my house and at work my internet is over 90mbps and this app says its to slow. Return the system and get your money back.

Not user friendly. Only one person can connect to the camera and then has to share constantly. Sadly the first to connect in my home wasn’t the person who needs to see the yard the most.

Can't view pics of incidents. This used to be great but now it is junk. I can't see pics of alerts or motion detection like I used to. My neighborhood had car break ins and when I went to check the video and pics there was nothing. FIX THE APP! You failed your customers!

What is your problem?. App just updated and now I can not see my alerts, what is wrong with you? First you take away my ability to use meShare app, which gave a video clip for alerts, now I can not use this app to even see a snapshot of my alerts! Guess you don’t want people using your stuff?

Seriously the worst app ever. This app is supposed to allow you to view your cameras on your phone. The internet connection never seems to be fast enough for the app to run. Even when I'm at home and connected to my own wifi, I still can't view my cameras. Let's see some updates!

Bad App. Do the developers even test their apps before pushing them to the store? I get "connection timed out internet connection too slow". I am on my local network and have a 100 meg up/down to the Internet. Tell me, why on gods green earth would it time out?

App never works correctly. I'm lucky if the app works at all. For the past couple of months the 'capture' pictures don't show up at all. I used to be able to view my cameras from anywhere. Now I can only view them from mine or my parents house. Oh and one of the cameras just went out. Ugh!

What did you do?!. The app used to work, then I updated to the latest version and absolutely will not load while connected to my local network!!! when I’m away or on cell network it’s better, but it’s still nearly unresponsive! Please fix!!!!!!!

This app is really bad.. These guys need to fix this. Landscape mode crashes the app and all the time it says that the connection is too slow to connect to my cameras. 250mbps on my side and the camera side is not too slow. Please fix this app so that I can use the cameras I paid $500 for.

Useless!!!. I can’t even use this app to control my NVR like it says you can!! I have no way of changing cameras or even going back to see what happened earlier in the day or a week ago for that matter!!!! Viewing video. Seeing video while on wifi works but does not work on 4g, i needed to see video while i am out of the house not on wifi while at home, i know what is going on at home

Crap. Snap shots not working not updating. Verizon is part of the problem. No email alerts. Things that can be fixed in software but are not. Can not view live video on computer. But it says coming soon.

Bad all around. This is quite possibly the worst app and security system ever. I can't ever play back the video or access saved pictures. More issues than ever before. Don't know why I bother with this security system anymore, it doesn't do anything.

Horrible!. Unable to view cameras remotely. Continuously receive "Connection timed out. Internet connection speed is too slow." Even when sitting RIGHT NEXT TO my wifi router/modem. My only question is, why do I have to give at least 1 star?

Last update broke the alerts images. Live view is still functional and you still get notified about motion but can no longer see the motion alert images. Was a basic functional app before the last update. Now is garbage. Hope it is fixed soon!

Terrible. Completely unable to view cameras on my phone. Doesn't matter if it is on the same wifi network or not. It has been like this since their last update and they won't fix it. Doesn't even deserve a one star rating.

This is my first time using this app. I love the camera. The app doesn't have vary many options and kinda hard to navigate. Every time I get an alert it shows up blank. The thing that I hate is that you can't turn the blue light off. The app is a little confusing

Not worth it. This app used to work great. I was able to see live feed for anywhere in the world. Then it stop and would only work on my WiFi at home. Now it’s completely stop and can’t view live feed at all.

Try the Funlux app instead!. I was experiencing the same problems with this app as everyone else, but then I downloaded the free Funlux app. My camera was detected automatically, and those troublesome features now seem to be working much better.

Horrible. Can’t monitor anything unless I’m home in WiFi. Can’t view picture alerts. Basically pointless wish I could return it!! None of the features work. Can’t even confirm if it is actually recording anymore. Wish I could give less than 0 for feedback.

Useless. Can't believe this app hasn't been fixed already, unable to watch hd through lte, works maybe 5% of the time, stop selling cheap cameras that nobody will be able to use after due to the lack of a decent app.

Don't bother. It has stopped working in HD mode. I can now only see the live feed in LD. It used to work but no longer does. The HD choice is grayed out. Why bother having an HD camera if you can't use it. BTW, I can see HD on these cameras using other apps so we know it is the app causing it.

Can't view remotely- your device literally has to be connected to the same home wi-fi which defeats the purpose of having an app to review cameras remotely, the app is ancient technology, and it's overall not user friendly at all.

App not working if not on the same wifi. Before last update, this app still works, now this only works fine if my phone is on the same hot spot wifi. Please update the app or return to the last app before update.

Doesn’t work. Set up is a joke. Customer service is through a live chat that doesn’t listen to what you are saying. They just copy and past responses until you get frustrated and leave.

You ruined my camera system. I bought a camera system from Zmodo about three years ago. Since that time they have slowly taken away the features of that system. My system is no longer supported by any of their apps except this one. This app is horrible. Total ripoff company!!!

Worthless. I initially installed the cameras and app, and it worked well. However, as with most other users, the app eventually stopped working at all. Gives an error message "Connection too slow". Worthless app. Don't waste your time on it.

Finally an update. Still doesn't work right. Got my live viewing feed back but only when I'm connected to my home wifi network. Have an 8 camera system. Get it fixed once and for all this is ridiculous !

Worst app ever.. App worked fine with an iPhone 6. Since iphone7 has come out, app has not worked right. Emailed customer service, two fixes came out and has still not worked properly. Cameras are fine but are useless if you can't be alerted when something is happening.

Bad update. 1.3.96 broke my setup. I am no monger to view the cameras on my iPad or iPhone. As soon as you tap the view of the camera, it crashes the app. Meshare isn’t an option for my setup. Zsight v 1.3.9 worked flawless for a entire year. I would love to get the old version back.

Horrible After Update. It was fine before they did an update. Now I can't view any pictures at all, not even when I'm hooked to my wifi. And half the time the live view won't even load.

App works slow. I love my cameras, when I first got it I was able to see the pictures that it took and now I can't... and lately the app has been so slow.. very disappointing when you buy something expensive and it doesn't work properly..

Even with the new update still don't work for iPhones. ISO 10 users still don't work it's been 2 months! I wouldn't buy this cam set, if they payed me! Been waiting and waiting! Don't know when there going to fix this problem smh! If you have an iPhone or Ipad don't buy !
