Horrible. This app is very annoying and moody! One day it works another day it decides not to work. Not reliable for work scheduling at all. Fix it!

Can't connect to the server!. This app had been working perfect up until last week. Each time I try logging in it tells me it can't connect to the server! Help!

Only way to get my schedule. It keeps asking for the advanced settings and idk what it is. This is the only way to check my schedule ( I don't have a computer and my phone is sensitive about the website- so I can access it but it's too small to see)

Account locks for no reason or network can’t connect. I never had a problem logging in until recently. Please fix this problem it has been going on for a few weeks now. This should be fixed already!!!😤 very frustrating!!!!

Confusing app. Things are really not explained well for this application. You have a login page but it gives you error messages when you enter in the account information, then it asks for an account name and configuration URL which is not explained where you can get either. Nothing is explained making this app confusing and pointless.

Cannot connect to server.. App is wonderful to check you schedule. As of yesterday it will not connect to server. Please fix!!!

Neglected App. This app needs an update so bad! Have the developers forgotten that people actually use this to view schedules and to request time off?!? Ugh!

Unable to communicate to server. My team has used this app for years with no issues. Has been a very reliable app with a simple interface, never any problems. However, after a recent update, no one can log in anymore. The error message: “network error: Unable to communicate to the server.” Please fix!

Crap crap crap. Yea this is crap. I can’t even sign into it anymore and haven’t been able to in a couple of months. It’s a complete waste of space in the App Store. And there haven’t been any updates on it in a year?? Absolutely useless..

UPDATE! PLEASE!. This app needs to be updated or else it won't be compatible with the upcoming version of iOS. I (unfortunately) use it for work and don't want to lose ease of checking my schedule and submitting time requests. Plus the app design still looks like it was made for iOS 3 or older. Surely the developers should know that users have concerns about this! Please make an update!!

CANNOT CONNECT!!!. PLEASE FIX THE CONNECTION ISSUE! I've been using this app for a long time, but recently a pop up message would come up as "Network Error Unable to connect to server." PLEASE FIX THIS! I loved this app, but this recent error is annoying. I've tried connecting to my mobile data, And several different wifi connections. After reading another review about the same issue, I know that the problem is clearly from the app's side.

Useful app but... Okay, I had absolutely no issues logging in when I followed the instructions my employer gave me. It's a great app because it makes things a lot more convenient. If I forget to check my schedule before I leave work, I can just whip out my phone and check it there. Super awesome. I also like that you can submit requests for time off. I use this app all the time. So naturally I have a few complaints. I don't like having to enter my user and password every time I open it. They should take note from the NFCU app and use a four digit pin. Much faster. I also don't like that I can't look ahead to next week, even if it's a Saturday and I need to verify when I'm working on Sunday. Or that you can't look back to last week. As a broke college kid, it'd be nice to be able to calculate how much money I made. The app does tell you how many hours you worked THAT week but since I get paid on Fridays, that's of little to no use to me. Overall decent app, it just needs a good bit of tweaking.

Cannot connect to server!. I've had this app for a few months and it worked fine. Now it won't let me log on. Keeps saying Network Error. Cannot connect to server. I've tried removing this app twice. I've use cellular data and wifi and it will not load. All my other apps work perfectly fine, just not this app. Please fix!!!

Terrible app. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. The app is always crashing and the past few days I haven’t been able to log on no matter what I do. I see a lot of other people have been writing the same things as me for years now but obviously the developers don’t care enough to fix anything. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Just do everything with your employer in person it’ll be easier than using this waste of time

NoGo. Followed the instructions from my employer to download the application as well as log in with the company name... The application will. It let me log in and closes out when I try. I have deleted and reinstalled the application twice now. This needs to be fixed!
