Forgot my wallet. Super helpful when I forgot my wallet at the doctors office. I remembered I had the app downloaded and was able to to use that instead. Sometimes claims can be a little slow to load, but it is nice to not have to call customer service for every little thing and to have everything all in one place. Worth it if you have this insurance

Terrible app. Quite likely the worst app that I use, sadly no choice but to. It is incredibly slow submitting a claim, it is inefficient, it crashes frequently which means re-inputting data when trying to submit a claim. Given how good Aetna International’s insurance is I’m surprised that they let themselves down with such a terrible app.

It doesn't work. Not able to log in

Frustrating!!!!. This app is crap! Try and try again I can't log in to my account, despite the fact that I have absolutely no trouble on the actual website.

Nonfunctional. Crashes whenever you try to find care.

In need of an update but does the job. Could do with some additional fractures and an update, but it does the job of submitting a claim easily enough!

App collapses. Can be a useful app if when submitting a claim, the app does not close when trying to include the type of currency of claim.

Awful app. Terrible app. Very NON-intuitive, crashes often, takes a long time to submit claim. If iPhone is in dark mode, can’t read some of the text in the app. It was made without any concern for user experience.

Useless. What's the use of the App if it doesn't accept the same username/password that I use on the website?

An app from 1990? Please improve.. How come you can make an app like this? The UI and experience probably the worst ones I have had. However, this app is so critical for using the service. Please seriously consider improving it! Thanks.

Features don’t work. Cannot submit claim using app as a feature doesn’t work. Submitted case to look into and response from IT team was to use online website instead. Obviously, I am doing that but the reason for using apps is ease of of use so am not impressed that the solution is not to use the app instead of fixing the app.

Submit claim NEVER works. Submitting claims never works on the app or the website for that matter. I’ve called tech support and they have no clue. In the end, they always direct me back to a downloadable PDF claim form. Pathetic. I’m astonished that in the year 2017 I have to fill out a claim form by hand and submit it by email.

Needs a Complete Redesign. This app is slow and the UI honestly feels like it was made by college students. My phone is in dark mode and some of the buttons are showing up black and very difficult to read. Submitting a claim takes almost a full minute after clicking the final Submit button.

worthless. The app collapses before any information is provided. And these comments are worthless as well, since the developer doesn’t do anything about it!!!

Lacking a MAJOR function. This app has some good features in that it will allow you to submit a claim from your iPhone. But it is missing one major feature!!! You cannot check the status of your claim from this app. You either have to download another app or go to the main website. Doesn't make sense. If you added this one feature it would be a GREAT app.

Mrs. Unable to get past the log on page and the help option doesn't work either. Disappointing. If there is a fix for this, please advise.

Been using it for several years and it’s full of glitches. I’ve had Aetna International for about 5 years and the app is full of glitches: 1) when you go to send your ID in pdf format the app closes down; 2) now I can’t submit claims as it always has an error message. It’s 2022 time for Aetna International to update the app to work better and have Face Id!

Useless App. Can’t submit claims, view plan documents, or look up nearly any information. Useless.

needs work. the foto part of the app produces many images which aetna claims to be unreadable. this forces the user to rescan with a different app. the app sometimes rejects PDFs. if you enjoy filling claims multiple times, this just what you are looking for.

Useless app for new claims. App crashes when attempting to add details for claims. Has had several updates, none resolved this issue. I can only submit claims through a browser based website using a tablet or laptop. Apps never work right.

Can’t even enter a claim because of crashes. And it hasn’t even been updated for the iPhone X screen size

Barely functional terrible app. App is an view into Aetna, but the interface is terrible and app barely works. Doesn’t know what it is for password keepers like 1Password. App crashes every time I try to submit a claim, which is the main purpose of the app. Can't view status of claims from the app. Very disappointing.

Not useful. Cannot login if not on a WiFi connection, even though I have a good cell connection. No option to save a form or open in another app after downloading. Can only email form, and app crashes when you select to email. Old email address prefills to claim form even though account email address has been updated.

Worst app ever. It’s like the developer hates the customer. Horrible connection/timeouts no matter where I am (not a 4G signal problem). Also, you can’t upload a picture from your phone, only take a picture and upload it...if you’re submitting a claim a week later, you can’t upload the picture you took, you must take a new one. The user experience is unfriendly and if I could give a zero stars, I would. Worst continual experience of my life.
