Needs other sizes of outputs.. Please Canon, for photo output sizes, add 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10. I can’t keep printing on full size letter paper. It’s too expensive to cut up and throw half away. Also prints photos way too dark. Much darker than they show on screen or print on inkjet.

Will not connect to printer. The Canon PRINT Business app is suggested in the printer docs but cannot find my printer. Everything else is perfect with my ImageCLASS. I'm sad.. The app installed fine & looks useful. :-( App connectivity is the only issue so far. Canon should also make remote printing a thing. I love being able to email docs to my other printers.

This app does not work. Tried to use this app to connect and print from my iPhone to Cannon LBP6030w and unable to access any files from my phone. Searched documents and it finds none of my documents or images. Attempted to print directly from IPhone without going though app and does not work because this is not an airPrinter. What is the purpose of this app if one can not access anything to print?

I wish I could revert to version 7.0. My biggest mistake was updating this app! Ever since the latest version came out my iPhone will not connect to my printer to print things that I need. I am frustrated! I hate the instability that the new versions have caused. I have considered buying a new printer because this is ridiculous. It does print from other devices but macs and iPhones are useless with this printer. Thanks DEVS for this app, you made my printer a useless paperweight!!!!!

17+ Restriction?!!!!. Why do you need to be older than 17 to use an app to print? Can you not reduce the restriction to allow teenagers to print from their mobile device. I can’t use this app on any device for which we have parental controls. Please adjust rating! There is no explicit content here.

A great help!!!. I have been using this app without incident form many years. My MF 8580 is very old and works great. I have had this app as long as I have had the printer at least 8 years. No problems.

Sees printer but won’t print. I got excited when the app immediately found my printer on the network and said it was “ready”, but all it does after that is say “check your printer. My printer is online, ready and printing fine from my Mac, so I say check yourself, app. Hopefully it gets worked out.

Worked great until iPhone X. I’ve been using this app for a while now. Despite some weird user interface issues, it usually worked well. However, when I upgraded to my new iPhone X, it now refuses to run. Even stranger, when I delete the app and reinstall it works, ONCE. Then the next time I need it (I use this app almost daily for work) I need to delete it again and reinstall. This one-time-use app fix is not very practical and canon’s website is so vast and complicated that I can’t find support for this app. Anyone else having this issue?!?! Update coming soon I hope!! This app is pretty much the reason I bought this printer. It may be the reason I buy a different one soon!

Unable to connect to WiFi. The app says I’m not connected to WiFi when I am, so there is no getting through the printer setup, let alone the getting to the ability to print from iPhone. The iPadOS app works perfectly on my iPad so I have no idea why the iOS version is so terrible.

Recently quit connecting. Apple updated software and this print application no longer works. I had to manually reload my printer on my Mac and can no longer use this app for my print from iPhone options.

Absolutely terrible very limited function. This app is absolutely terrible. It’s hard to believe someone at Canon actually approved of the way the app functions with its business class printers. First of all the UI is not intuitive at all. The administrative functions of the printer are primitive at best. You can’t even select page orientation (port. Vs landscp.) before you print. It defaults everything to portrait for my BUSINESS PRINTER mind you. Other than selecting what pages and how many pages you want to print, there are no other print options to pick from. No sizing options. No orientation options. The business printers can’t print from universal drivers in IOS, instead you have to use this embarrassment of an app to send documents or use its “browser” to print. Absolute garbage. I will never buy a Canon business laser again solely because of this app. It’s a frustrating and limiting.

One star because I couldn't do zero. Canon decided one day that they were going to make an app. They decided that they wanted to make it as user unfriendly as possible, with cryptic instructions at every turn, and forcing you to look at the manual which contains zero useful information. This app has exceeded their expectations in creating massive customer frustration, in such delightful ways as not actually connecting to their printers, or when it DOES connect, sitting there for 5 minutes before saying "could not connect to printer", despite having connected.

Wireless communication bug during remote scanning. The printer quality is good but the UI really needs improvement. Most of my use is to remote print and scan from my mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc. The remote print function ok most of time. However, remote scan often bring troubles and unable to finish the job but keep returning error message on communication issue with printer. Truly hope Canon could make some efforts to fix this issue.

2023. Looks like this app has had some work done to it, I use the app to run a multi function cannon printer from my IPad and this is very convenient.

Finally added iCloud Files support. They finally added the support for “Files” app which allows you to print documents from multiple cloud providers already defined in the “files” app including iCloud. Thanks

Works, but didn't solve the problem. I've been struggling to get mobile printing to work with an iPad and a Canon ImageClassmf733c. The problem was that printouts came out unreadably light. Black text came out light gray and colors were either washed out or invisible. Canon support said to use this app instead of AirPrint, but it didn't help. ​ ​I finally found that the problem is due to having Toner Save turned on. Toner Save seems to be incompatible with mobile printing. Turning it off solved the problem, and now both AirPrint and this app work. (If you search for "canon toner save" or look in your manual you'll find instructions to turn it on or off.) It's unfortunate that I can no longer use Toner Save, though.

AMAZING!. This Canon Print Business App took me less than 5 minutes to set up and....Voila! It printed a document out of my Canon LBP6030. Thanks, Apple Store, iPad Pro 12.9, and Canon. Yay!

Yahoo email always prints in landscape orientation. I had no issue with this app until recently. When printing Yahoo email using this Canon Print Business app, the email always prints in landscape orientation. This only happens with the Canon Print Business app, as when printing an email directly to my Canon Color imageCLASS MF644Cdw, the printing comes out in portrait orientation. I have to wonder if the latest Print Business app update is the cause of this issue. Might there be a fix for this?

The LBP8230dw was my best printer ever. WAS.. Please update the drivers to support newer iOS versions!! This is so frustrating! I have an HP that is not nearly as good as this Canon, but I can't use the Canon - because YOU DON'T SUPPORT YOUR PRODUCT. Why make a great printer if you won't support it?? If it works for several years, you should keep it updated. I still have an extra cartridge for it. "The access point could not be found." So now I should dump it in a landfill? It's not even dirty. I will probably never buy or recommend anything Canon ever again. This is unconscionable. Mac products work for ten years or more. Take a lesson from them.

Bad app for such a reputable company. Got this app to use with the Canon LBP6030 from my iPhone but app only works like 50% of the time when it wants to. Other time I can’t find or locate the printer. Also now app doesn’t even open properly, can’t even open the app. Everytime i want to use it i have to delete it and reinstall to be able to find the printer. For such a big reputable company this is terrible

Can Not Change Page Orientation. While the app works, there is no way to change the page orientation in the print setup preferences. EVERYTHING prints in portrait orientation. Even if you PDFs set up for landscape default orientation, printer automatically rotates the page to portrait when printing.

ImageCLASS MF644Cdw NOT supported!. The Canon website specs for the MF644Cdw all-in-one claim that it supports scanning from the Canon PRINT Business app, BUT IT DOES NOT! There is no option on the device scan menu, and the app complains that the device Remote UI settings and/or the firmware need updated. Well, Remote UI has this app support enabled, the firmware is the latest version, and this app still won’t scan over wifi or directly.

May Cause Hopelessness, Self-Pitt, and Anger. The one app that may have worked for me but it’s ‘only available for business printers, sorry! Well in case you thought Canon could make a printer or scanner that worked without spending hours upon hours and frustration after frustration, think again. Canon has really made an idiot of themselves and their customers once again in the printer suicide family of products it appears that Canon, much like every other printer manufacturer since the dawn of humanity, has also failed to create a printer/scanner which offers even a solitary working function. Wait there more. Not only will you waste your time and money purchasing a canon brand printer scanner combo but you can download a dozen or so FREE apps to failing alongside thd corresponding printer scanner. These Canon Failed Products complement themselves quite terribly together. They’ve lowered the bar to even greater heights or should hypes because they sure do promote their nonworking garbage. Now I get to take this pile of trash back to the store for eighty dollars or maybe I’ll just tie it to my ankle and throw it over the nearest bridge; that seems like the only actual solution that Canon has left me with on this amazing Friday night. Thanks a lot for making ten broken apps and a scanner printer which has the sole Unique feature of NON-WORKING. -10 stars all day.

This app is junk. The printer (ImageCLASS MF644C) is solid. The app is so useless as to make me hate the printer. It will never let you scan remotely from an iOS device. It will suggest that the firmware is out of date (it isn’t) or that remote UI is not enabled. It will, naturally, allow me to use the remoteUI that it just told me was not enabled. Seriously Canon? All I want to do is scan something and email it from a remote device from my WIRELESS printer. But no. I must physically tether a windows device to it in order to get a scan. From the same app I can print to the printer it “can’t communicate” with. I can check toner levels on the device it “can’t communicate “ with. C’mon Cannon, is it too much to write a functioning app? All I want is basic functionality.

Working Like a Charm. Downloaded this to print wirelessly from my iPad to an LBP 6030W. Worked as advertised, no issues. Not sure why “_idiot” was having so many problems but I’ve had none so far.

Scan does not come out crisp. This is the only app that I have found that works with our office Canon copier. It makes the scanning process easy. My only downside to this app is that the scan does not come out crisp / clean. It always seems “fuzzy” around the printed words or items on the page.

Impossible to print pdf doc's from phone. Every time I have tried printing a web PDF, the margins are thrown out the window and the pages are skewed and not fit to the page. There seems to be no way to correct the margins or have the app fit the document to the page. This app is near useless when trying to print from your phone.

works... occasionally. I wanted an all-in-one that promised to work with the iPad Pro; Canon advertised this one as such an option. However, it will not scan directly to my ipad, will not work with Google Cloud Print, AirPrint, or Printer Pro. The Canon printing app will work, sometimes. What’s most frustrating is that the app has no reason for being inconsistent. I can engage in a set of behaviors and get a document to print, then go back to the same document, engage in the same set of behaviors, and it won’t print at all.

Constantly have to reload app. Anytime I have not used the scanner function in the app, the printer will scan one page and freeze. Issue seems to solve itself after reloading app and turning on and off the printer.

app glitches. i’m not sure if the problem is with my phone or the app but this is the only app that seems to malfunction every time i use it. after i click on the app and exit, clearing the tab and trying to get back into the app, i suddenly glitch out and it’s unavailable to use. this happened EVERY SINGLE TIME so i’ve had to redownload and use the app numerous times now. everything else works great.

Needs an update. When using an iPhone the app doesn’t print pdf files after filling them out with markup. Actually it prints the original pdf but doesn’t print the markup additions. I dislike this app and I dislike iPhone even more because of their use of AirPrint which limits the type of printer you can use with it.

Printed fast but offers almost no additional functions. It’s a shame you can’t do much more than you can do already with AirPrint. For example, my single reason for trying this app is because I want to reduce the printout size to 90% of the original. This cannot be done in standard AirPrint. I figured, using an app directly from the manufacturer would offer more useful functionality. It does not. From my desktop I can do a hundred+ different modifications and tweaks to the printout from the driver/print dialog. This app offers minimal extra over the standard AirPrint. It works, but it’s a disappointment :(

Error add the printer. I have been using my printer MF8280CW in the last 5 years without a connection problem. Since the last few update putting the printer can't detected on my network. Keep tell me no WiFi network connection. I can print out through my chrome or safari, but I can't able to connect my printer through this app.

Laser printing done easily. Works well with my IPad and Canon laser printer. I love my laser printer because it is very fast, printing multiple page documents in seconds.

Works well. While I don’t use this app on my other phone, it seems to be a must have to be able to print from an iPhone and it does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve been able to print dozens of documents and hundreds of pages. The color, duplex, and other print settings are here to control before each print job ad needed.

Stopped working on iOS 13. Worked fine on iOS 12, but on iOS 13 keeps telling me to connect to a WiFi network even though I already am. Does not connect to the previously set up MF634CDW anymore.

UX lacking. Featureless and Pointless.. We recently purchased a Canon imageClass MF743Cdw printer for home use, and this was the only app (Canon PRINT Business) available by the company that supports it—a laser printer. In terms of the printing options, there are none extra, nothing more than to select, tap, tap, and print like it is in the native iOS print UI. It lacks services (e.g., editing, page layout setting, cropping), or similar that are offered in the other apps by for its inkjet and photo printer product lines. It’s incredibly sad and sort of mind blogging that for a printer that costs several hundreds of dollars more, our only mobile app option is reduced down to this one and literally in every aspect of it.

Has me hitting my head against a wall. Will not let me "scan" from the app. Says "check remote ui settings or update firmware". I have made sure both requirements are met. I have "allow scan from business print" enabled in remote ui and have the latest firmware. Just flat out doesn't work. I've wasted hours on this. I've come to the conclusion that the function is just flat out broken. Between the all camera equipment I have and printers, I've spent thousands on Canon. It's becoming more and more apparent I should just jump this sinking ship for Sony (camera) and HP (printers). Thanks for wasting my time!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CANON PRINTER THAT FORCES YOU TO USE TO APP. This app is garbage from a toilet. It barely works, and when it does, it is INCREDIBLY LIMITED in its functionality. Ive connected this app to my google drive on multiple occasions, and yet every time it fails to locate the google docs file I’m trying to print. Ill literally have the google docs open in another tab and yet it cannot find it. An absolute dealbreaker This is the only app review I have ever left, and I will leave you with this: DO NOT PURCHASE A CANON PRINTER!!!

Worked like a champ 10s setup. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Laser 6230dw. Was printing screenshots of notes within seconds. This should be recommended by canon on the printer literature. I had to hunt for it. Their help site is kinda garbage.

Needs a “fit to page” function and other basic capabilities. Two stars because I can easily print BASIC documents and images from my phone. But, why is it missing basic printing capabilities: - shrink image to fit page - switch between print landscape vs portrait - resize images (only postcard or 8.5”x11”) This app could be really useful but until they add some simple functionality, I’ll be headed to my laptop when I need to print.

My apologies: works after updating printer firmware. After I updated the printer firmware from the printer - not the canon website - the app allowed me to print. Back to loving the app!

Worked great, on my old phone. This app no longer works on my iPhone 13 mini. Any chance of an update or patch to fix this? The new phone cannot find the printer. My old iPhone 8 can still find the printer. I will also approach apple for a patch as well.

I wish this was as good as HP print :(. It scans great, but when I want to save to save the jpeg scan to my photos on the iPad there is no option. I am scanning at 300dpi and the quickest way to get my photos is by emailing them to myself. Why is there not a save to photos option. Why jump through hoops just to get my scans. The two stars are for the printer quality not for the app use.

Works Well for Me. I use it to print class assignments & such. It lacks options to change what you’re printing, like make it black & white or change orientation.

Went from bad to terrible. The app used to sort of work for scanning a picture or document. Now it does not even let a peson do that. It keeps on saying to register the printer. I can not believe that Canon would actually make the app worse. Now when I have to scan an image, I will need to use my laptop. Hopefully Canon will get the problem fixed.

Needs More Options. If you need to print booklets, No. 10 envelopes or any custom size pages, that is NOT an option. It also does not let you rotate a pages, or give you any of the options a normal computer would give you. This is a solution for printing directly to the printer without a wireless connection. No need for AirPrint or silex wireless bridge 4600WAN.

Good but!!!. A good application, but very basic , it needs to be developed, such as adding the feature to control the degree of print resolution and choosing multiple ranges for printing pdf files, the ability to print pdf files in horizontal paper form without the occurrence of the papers becoming mirrored, determining the number of pages of the pdf to be added within one page and Control its size

New Update Ruined It. The newest update made it unusable. You can’t email anything you scan now because when you go to email the keyboard pops up to fill it in and it’s only half the keyboard screen so if it’s anything on the right half of the keyboard screen that you need forget it because you can’t use it.

Could not print. Couldn't get the setup working, even after following the troubleshooting guides. Tried on 2 different printers, one was a recent model at 10 months old. Interface is very simple to use though. Would have liked this if I could get it to work!

It should at least work. it used to work fine until today suddenly pops up false errors and just wont work. asks me to closebthe lid of the printer. but all the lids are closed and it can actually print from a computer. just app stops working. i will give it a two even if it works for the really one of the worst UI in human history

Very handy for those quick print jobs. Being mobile much of the time due to cloud storage is fantastic, but it does somewhat restrict your printing options. This app allows you to print pics from your camera roll, web pages using the built-in browser, and many other files such as Acrobat PDF, Word DOC/DOCX, PowerPoint PPT/PPTX and Excel XLS/XLSX by using the IOS "Open in" function from supported apps like DocsToGo (which is what I used for my test). I successfully printed these file types on an Imagerunner Advance C5060 and an iRADVC2020 by connecting my iPhone and iPad to my wifi network. Shame it isn't AirPrint, but it's a great start.

Printer doesn't search. If this app can support my printer MP560 then I would rate it 5 stars!!! Please fix!!!

Canon mobile nothing. Installed this after getting the pizza mx436 wireless printer but canon nedc to up there game ax if spec not support this printer despite them saying it supports pixma printers

Useless - not support my MX430. Useless as not support my CANON air printer MX430.

Needs more features. Would only connect to our C2020 manually then would not print, I suspect, because we have department codes set up on this unit as there was no way to enter these. Not to mention when I was looking at a web page it was difficult just to get out of this view?!? More functionality required from this app to make it of any use.

Limited Functionality. Print from web doesn’t seem to work. Unlike printing from Apple’s even more useless AirPrint app you can print double-sided, which is nice, but you can’t print landscape or change the flip axis.

It does not see a ir-adv c7260. Can you please add the C7260 to the supported list.

No wifi. Since I updated to ios 13 the app does not recognize wifi connection even tho I’ve changed nothing in the settings either in the app or my own wifi so i have to send documents to my email then print from there through my computer quite the hassle as i was always able to print directly from my phone in ios 12.4.1 please update app the make it ios 13 compatible

Only basic print available not all options. It works well, but you have no access to all the options available for the printer, eg. Booklet printing doesn't exist and other sizes,etc Would be 5 star if it could utilise the entire printing options your printer is capable of.

No connection through VPN. I could connect to our previous printer (Kyocera) through a VPN connection. The Canon app does not. I cannot connect to our business wifi with the iPhone for security purposes. This app is absolutely useless.

Not all Printers Supported. Was looking for an app that would allow me to print using my Imageclass MF8050. It does say Imageclass supported but unfortunately mine isn't. Why would they make it so it only supported some printers and not all of them. That's just stupid. They should make it so it supports all printers or make another app that does.

Works as advertised. I downloaded this for my mf8380cdw and it found it on the network with no problems and printed on the first try from my iPhone.

Latest update a problem. Since the last update it won't 'share' scanned documents. It won't share with any of the apps on the top line of the share. It will share with apps on the bottom line. I'm posting this here in the hope that Canon will see it, as it's impossible to get a message to Canon. Why don't these companies take a leaf from Microsoft Onedrive, it's so easy to report a bug.

Pointless app. Quite literally a completely useless app. 95% Doesn’t connect to the printer. Or connects and drops seconds later. Doesn’t tell you why, simply says N/A. Useless

Parfait pour imprimer à mon travail. À mon travail, nous avons un très très grand réseau interne avec plusieurs magasins dans différente villes du Canada. Je peux avec mon iPad imprimer sur n'importe quelle imprimantes CANON laser ressente qui est sur le réseau dans n'importe quel magasins avec mon accès Sécuriser-Wifi j'ai juste à entre le nom de l'imprimante partager et voilà je peux imprimer tout avec DropBox sans avoir un logiciel à installer dans le serveur!! Très bonne application simple a utiliser ci vous avez une nouvelle imprimante Laser CANON partager sur un réseau! Et une belle qualité d'image! ***Juste besoin d'une mise à jour : Ajouter une Options < Ajuster Manuellement > serait parfait !!! Pour pouvoir (bien séparer les pages) dans document Word (Format Légal) laisser de l'espace entre les pages pour pas avoir des mots coupés!! ***

Good app. Downloaded this app and it worked right away. It could be easier to navigate and the settings could be easier to find. I'm not sure why they don't promote it better. It's not well advertised at all. It's a good app and must have if you have a canon printer hooked up to your network.

Print gives constant problems. The app reflects on the printer. With or without oem toner $500 pos

N.F.G.. Couldn't even get it to work. just hung on generating a preview no matter what I tried. They make good printers, but have never made good software. Thought I was trying to print to large a pdf. but AirPrint worked immediately. Tried to print a photo and it crashed. This is why I never install their software on my PC, decent printer manufacturer, horrible software engineers. Don't waste your time.

Mobile scan issue. Mobile scan feature is good, however I tried a couple of times and always got errors (canot communicate to printer) when using 300*300 dpi no matter the document placement is ADF or plater glass, 150*150 seems fine. My printer/scanner model is MF4890dw.

Filled PDFs do not print properly. Filled PDFs do not print with the filled in information. Just the blank form prints out.

Scanning 2-sided. The Auto setting always scan 1-sided. I couldn’t report the problem.

Scan to email doesn’t work. Says “Cannot use this function” Kind of a big feature. Please fix.

Crashes. Can't even get it to try and print before it crashes and closes down

Recto-verso option. I would want the recto-verso option with reverse.

Doesn't detect. Doesn't detect printer so kinda useless .. Other canon app works great !

Messes up every page. This app will only be useful to you if you're desperate to print something (without access to an AirPrint printer), preferably under a page in length. Even when printing a simple PDF file that's formatted for letter-sized paper, it never 'cuts' the pages in the right place. The first page comes out with maybe 1.25 pages printed on it, so every subsequent page gets more and more misaligned. I've checked every setting I can find to ensure the paper size matches the content but it never works properly.

POS CANON PRINTER SOFTWARE. This soft was is a POS… I don’t know any other way to say it! You can find this printer in the middle of the highway…done going back to HP

iPad NO iPhone Yes????. I’ve been using this app to connect to my cannon MF4770N multifunction printer/scanner. Upgraded my ipad and my iphone to iOS 14.0.1 and now my ipad can no longer see the printer while my iphone has no issues... WTH? What changed?

Good and easy to use. I have a color image class mf8080. It's very easy to print from my iPhone to the printer.

Great for me!. My MF4570DN monochrome laser does not support airprint and this allowed me to use it with my IOS devices despite that. Great app if you understand what it's for and how to use it.

Terrible app that WAS useful. The old version would just find my printer on the network. This one wants a bar code ( found it finally and then it just failed ) or a number that doesn't exist on my Imageclass 642CDW. Canon botched this one big time.

Fantastic. Yes, works great with MF8080 once your network is set up ( hint: when trying to enter your wifi password into the 8080- use the * shift key to toggle between caps, lower case, and numbers!!! -days to figure that out!) Anyways, from the app you can can print pictures, scanned images and web pages. To print word type docs, open your document, tap the "send to" arrow and there you will have the option to open with Canon print. Hit print and that's it! Great job!

The worst!!!. By far the worst printer app ive used. Gonna return this printer because of this junkbox app and go back to BROTHERS. Whoever approved this app should be terminated. Nothing works on it.

Not working. Definitely I am returning my canon laser printer to the store for a refund because of this garbage software.

Great app for legacy printers. Installed this app on my iPhone and Began printing to my 4880 DW laser printer immediately.

MF644Cdw not supported. I had bought MF644Cdw this black friday but after I set it up I found out it doesn’t support this app or any other. That was surprisingly mediocre effort by Canon.

Lost the scan feature. App cant scan with my MFb44cdw

No Paper Sizes. AirPrint for imageclass only supports letter paper sizing. The app only supports default sizes not registered custom sizes…

Useless piece of JUNK!!!. Same like a canon multifunctional machine that I own (MF733) all junk! Never works when you need it. Software is the worst I’ve ever used (I’m an IT specialist with many years in industry).

Ok, but needs work.. This is an ok app, in that it prints to my printer easily. However I run into problems when I fill out editable PDFs, the app prints them out blank.

unintuitive and lacks basic functions. wasted so much time trying to print a photo on typical photo paper. everything prints to the paper tray and the printer eats your photo paper inserted into the alternate (manual) paper feed. photo tray options are “auto” and “tray” so there is no way to specify the manual tray.

Please solve problems. It make my network down , and most of the time its cant be ready But work with it is easy👍

Completely useless. Brand new imageclass printer. It’s ridiculous. Doesn’t work at all. The app could not find the printer using Bluetooth. Meanwhile I also use 1. HP 4 in 1 2. Epson 4 in 1 3. Brother 4 in 1. All more or less seamlessly with the iPhone app. The canon itself is ok. The app 😕

Back to the Stone Ages. New ImageCLAAS printer/scanner uses this app. If you plan to do much scanning stay away from this product/app. No option for multiple page scans. Very disappointed in Canon.

Too buggy. Scanning used to work fine on this app from my Canon Mf733cdw. Now nothing after getting new iPhone. Updated firmware etc to no avail. This app is truly worthless.

Worthless. Don’t waste your time with the app. Only thing that kinda works is direct connection. It allows a connection and then does nothing. App will not recognize WiFi so not able to talk with printer. No way to reach support. Just use air print to print and forget this app

Stopped working. This was working fine for our Canon printer but then it stopped and crashes every time you try to use it so now we can’t use the printer for scans.

Prints great with direct connection to my laptop. Canon has terrible customer service and you tube video didn’t work. This print is ok with direct wire connection to your pc. The other features are a joke.

iPad version doesn’t render PDFs. It used to be hit or miss, now with 100% consistency this app will not render or correctly print PDFs on my MF4890. It’s your printer and your app Canon, please fix it!

I-Fax capability. I have a MTF Canon image class printer which supposedly has a feature called I-Fax. But this app does not show email address field etc.

App won’t print. When trying to add printer, app showing no WiFi connection. Doesn’t look for an installed printer in the router. This is a iOS 13 bug because it worked on iOS 12.

Doesn’t ever work. Your app does not work. It is frustrating when that is part of the appeal to buying this printer. I would not get this printer again. A waste of money and my time getting it to work.
