Still having major issues. I have contacted King Customer service 3 times!!!! Seriously what do I have to do to get accurate help!!??? The unhelpful suggestions just aren’t working ( and have been a complete waste of my time ) The game was working fine then all of a sudden my friends given lives I had disappeared, I can NOT make purchases, and annoying ads come on 2 times more then they ever did l… some ads come on right after I have waited for the 1st one to finish.. then you hear & see the ad when the game comes back. Omg!! Soooo frustrating King games get harder and harder as you climb the ranks of levels… but not having the option to make purchases or get lives to help is really really really annoying. I’m 1 nerve left if deleting all King games..& letting all know to watch out for this. If there is a real human in customer service that actually wants to help a 10+ year player get to the solution then please HELP. I work in customer service myself… never would I go several contacts without giving a final and HELPFUL solution But then I guess we care about our customers.. they aren’t taken for granted!! I have spent considerable amount of money throughout my years playing … but honestly when anything ever happens to my KING games I cringe.. knowing.. oh well time to delete and start from 0…. But not this time.. there has seriously delayed helping communicating And now I wait … yet again!!

My app won’t open. For the past two days, I have not been able to open and play this game. It automatically closes. All other apps on my phone have been working properly. Also, just a thought - why can’t jokers be carried over to your joker bank if they are not used during a level? I would rather have one in the bank than given 2000 points at the end of a round. Had to delete the app and then download it again. Lost all of my previous purchases, boosters and rewards. This is completely unacceptable. I demand either an increase in boosters and rewards bank or refunds for “emptying” my piggy bank at least twice over the past few weeks. I see that others have voiced this complaint. My email address is incorrect on my login because I am tired of constant spam sent to the old email. My profile name is Vidalia and am currently on level 3050. Please restore all previous rewards or credit my account. Thanks!

Too much money. I love this game, but I’m giving it a three because of all the in-app purchases. There should be some kind of reward after playing so much, and not just one that if you when the level at the time it presents bonus cards. It would be cool if when you win a level with a bunch of wild cards left over, you get to keep them. Also, opening your gold stacks should be cheaper for how little they do in the app. $2.00 for every time you buy them adds up quickly. Just some suggestions because I’d love to keep playing, but I won’t if I start to become more frustrated than having fun.

What happened to my power ups. I’ve been playing this game for a long long time I truly enjoy it, as frustrating as it can be at times. Today when I went to play. I noticed all my power ups had disappeared. I had a collection to help on the difficult levels. While I don’t always use them it was nice to know they were there. Sadly now that they are gone the enjoyment has faded . Can you tell me how or why my power ups have vanished

Love the game when it worked.... First, to all the people complaining about paying - don’t do it!!! Just change the time on your phone temporarily ahead two hours and you can get five more lives each time. Why anyone would choose to buy more instead of doing this a few times is crazy to me!!! That said, I officially done with this app! After finishing 4000+ levels, I am deleting this today. It stopped working AGAIN - crashing every time I tried to use my earned free gameplay from other users, etc. I tried every recommended fix including finally having to reinstall the game. Lost EVERYTHING. All the years of progress, earned rewards, etc. I’ve asked multiple times for the developer to fix the issues because I loved the game so much and yet here we are. I’m done. It’s really a shame they don’t care about even there longest, strongest supporters. That’s why I want everyone to know how you can play without paying money for lives. They don’t deserve a dime. Good news is - there are thousands of other apps that are owned by developers willing to put the time in. I’m off to download a new one. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache.

Could be better. I love playing this game. Keeps my brain thinking. However, there is a great lack of rewards and game boosts…. Developer is very, very stingy…compared to another game I play on King that is generous in rewarding boosts, fun rewards for progress. I buy my piggy banks to support the developer. I can’t figure out how to add friends. The lives my few friends send to me are no longer available for me to use. The game play has little to no interaction from the developer and other players, and a rather stagnant, dull, disappointing game playing experience.

Stinks. I have been playing this game for years and I accidentally deleted my account thinking I was going to be able to just start where I left off well think again I’m having to start from the very beginning. I’ve probably lost all my friends and if that is the case, I will just quit and never play again, trust me I have been playing for and this is the second time this has happened to me

Love the game but keep losing power ups. I have been playing this game since it was created - and I have just lost all my power ups for the THIRD time. Every time the games asks me to log in… I lose my power ups. Some I paid for in the beginning (you used to buy a bunch of in-game money for a $2.99 piggy bank). At some point - a bunch of that in game money disappeared. Then I lost years of stored up power ups the next year. Restarted from scratch… then it happened two more times over the course of several years. All around having to log in again. Oddly - they never lost my rank (I am currently on level 1770). LOVE the game itself… but I have stopped playing for now because it’s so frustrating to save so much and then just lose it all. **Edited to add lost my power ups AGAIN. For the FOURTH time. Done. Love this game but I refuse to ever spend a dime on this app since I was logged in, didn’t log out, didn’t update. They are just all gone again!

Good game but..... I love this game. But it has issues. I am now on level 416 and the degree of difficulty is getting irritating. 😠 You only get five lives and it takes forever for them to fill back up. You can ask for lives, but I have yet to see where you ever get them from anyone. They should have free weekends with unlimited lives. Nothing worse than only getting five games and having to wait so long for the next one. I may have to find another game. Update: The newest update took all of my accumulated “extra cards and other items” away. I earned those, but now have to start over again to accumulate any of them. Clearly, I am NOT happy. I have now reached level 1000.

Unable to restore boosters after crash. This is a great game and I’ve been playing for years. Recently my game crashed which has happened before but this time it deleted all of my boosters. I kept playing and earned a few more boosters only to have the game crash again and remove all of my boosters. After reaching out to customer service they are only able to go back to the most recent crash and couldn’t restore everything without a screenshot. Why would I have taken a screenshot prior to the crash that I didn’t know would happen in order to prove that it happened? After several emails back and forth it was clear I was dealing with an automated system and not a real person. Deleted the app.

Ridiculous at higher levels. The game has gotten a little ridiculous. Even using every booster in my arsenal, it hasn’t helped defeat what should be an easy level. Hundreds of tries, no luck, and it’s simply because the cards refuse to cooperate and at this point, it’s hard to say it’s a coincidence. It’s a level that requires you to clear a single card to even start the game, and to clear that card, you need have to turn over either the card one step higher or lower, and I’ve gone through the entire stack of cards without those necessary cards appearing, and when they do appear, it’s at the end if the deck so one or two moves later, the game is over in less than 60 seconds. It takes time to regenerate lives - unless you pay for more - and the same goes for boosters that can clear a particular card. You can win those, but they are rare. It’s simply not fun anymore, and that’s a shame, because this was my favorite pyramid solitaire. I only come back every few days now, and it’s getting further between, because being stuck on one level for months due to simple game mechanics, isn’t challenging. It’s annoying, especially when you get pop-ups after every defeat encouraging you to buy extra lives and moves.

What happened to my bonuses?. Glad you got shut down issue fixed but all my bonuses are gone! 😡 Update: I forgive you for stealing my bonuses. I’m too hooked on this game to stay mad. I’ve played it for at least five years. I got to the point I was constantly waiting for new levels. I even went back and replayed every level trying to win each game the three different ways. Deleted it one day because I was tired of waiting on new levels. Couldn’t stand it and after a few months I came back. Now I have ten new levels! I love this game!

Loved the game, no real money needed. Update: Loved this game, never thought I would stop playing it, but I can’t do it with the new highlighting what cards you should play. It takes all the challenge out of it and took away all the fun. Until there is a way to turn that off I probably won’t play anymore. I can’t begin to understand people complaining about spending actual money to play this game. I am on level 1176 and I have never spent a dime. I just don’t get it. The game is fun. It’s great any time of the day. A few levels have taken me a couple days to pass but I enjoy that part. The only complaint I have is that I lost all of my boosters a couple updates ago and even though I sent an email, I never got them back. No biggie. I play anyway because I enjoy the challenge and slowly earn them back. I love the game. People who are new to this, no money is needed. Just play it as it is.

Fun game - Though some changes would be nice. I really enjoy this game. There are a couple things I wish were different. When you get the gold bars, you win them during the game. I think it’s stupid that you have to buy them with cash. If you win them, you win them you shouldn’t have to purchase them also. And you should be able to access all of the bonus things such as I don’t know what it’s called but when you can use the sound to wipe off all the obstacles you should be able to access that from the screen of the game, Not just from before the game starts. But I really enjoyed the game the whole concept it’s a fun game.

Awesome game. So I have played this game for years. This is my go to game and one game I’m ok with spending the 2.99 regularly for the extra coins. It’s fun never gets old, and with the extra lives you get from other ppl I can play all day and get lost in the game. The only thing that I don’t like is I’m on level 9411 and for the last few months I’ve had to wait a week for the next level to drop for me it’s a Tues morning. I used to go back and play the old levels and win the level with using the other 2 boosters but I have to scroll so far back that it takes me a long time to get back to the last old one I was playing. I know you guys work diligently to get that new level out and I know I probably work fast on the level bcz it is my favorite game and I have even not bought extra coins to make it less likely to win so quickly. Please drop some more games all at once or a couple times a week.

Don’t count on their help NO customer service. I’ve been playing this game for over six years. Unfortunately a few months back and requested that I login with an email Apple account google account or Facebook. When I did finally login all I’m getting now is a circle that is endless it does not allow me to sign in with my email account in which I did sign up for. until today I am unable to get any lives or send any lives or do anything else. Customer service is nonexistent so the only thing you can do is go through their blog for help which is very unfortunate because they are no help because they are complaining about the same thing everyone of us is grumbling about at this current time. This game has now become a big joke. If I was anyone I would not play this game anymore it’s ridiculous and uncalled for in the way they do business. Going to a blog is not the answer.

Issue with last update awhile ago.. First I give one star and gets put on someone else’s review. Second, the last update I did for this game about a 4-5 years ago rendered the game useless. I tap the icon on my phone to play and the orange screen with the king logo comes up then it closes. I haven’t been able to get the game to load since the last update. I’m sure there have been more but I don’t even get notices to update. It happened one time before but after a while it loaded and I could play. I eventually deleted the game and about 3-4 months ago decided download it and start over. It’s been a few months now and it is doing the same thing. The orange King screen comes up and then closes and the game will not load. I give up and recommend no else waste their time with it.

Lost all lives and power ups, keeps crashing. I couldn’t find a way to give feedback within the game so here I am. The app crashed a month ago(?) and I lost all my power ups even though I was “backed up” on Facebook. At the time I just moved on - it’s just a game. I earned a few power ups back, all was fine, then the game crashes and when I pull it back up, all my power ups are gone. With the most recent crash, I also lost all the lives other players sent to me. Again, it’s just a game but this used to NEVER happen. Why is it happening now and can’t it be remedied? It’s extremely annoying to lose everything because the app crashes. (Yes, I have plenty of storage space on my device)

Waiting for new content. 4 years ago I gave this game 2 stars because of the constant crashes. The crashes don't happen so often anymore so the game is more enjoyable to play. Probably one of my absolute favorites. Now I happily give it 4 stars. But I am maxed out and I have to wait, sometimes weeks for new content. The new path feature is nice, but almost useless if you don't have new content to play for it. Sometimes I go back to completed areas, trying to collect the 2nd or 3rd star, but what's the point? Sometimes I wonder if I should start over but I have put too much time and effort into this and I can't do it all over again.

Love this game, but……. I love this game but I’m unable to connect to send friends requests for lives or send them lives. When I did have lives every time I clicked on it the app would close and I would lose everything, lives from friends and any extra boosts that I had earned I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice now and I’m having the same issue. This has been going on for months. Please help

Love the game. I understand adding advertisement to generate more money to keep an excellent game going. I like that you don’t have to watch ads unless you want to. However, ads like”Shapermint” have figured out how to keep me from turning sound off and at least before I could click info buttons at bottom of screen to say ad is not functional because I can not turn off sound. And it keeps going to Shapermint webpage when I try to click the info button. This only pisses me off. I would say to anyone reading- don’t buy Shapermint- it’s bull. They look like cheap bras and I’m sick of seeing their ads. Thanks for the fantastic game!

Lost it all. For about two weeks I could not fully open the app. I would see the Kings logo and then it would crap out. I didn't want to delete the app because last year I deleted it for the same reason and when I logged back in, i lost all earned power-ups. Since then there have been so many changes to the game and how you earn the power up. I thought maybe I won’t lose it this time and whatever caused the glitch last year had to be fixed. So I deleted the app, logged back in through Facebook, I was at the correct level where I left off but for the second time this year, I lost all powers up. I am pretty sure I had about a dozen or so of each. Fun game especially when you are bored or can’t sleep but you will be set up for disappointment.

Fun..but.... It’s a very fun game, keeps me entertained plenty. What I don’t understand is why there’s only 5 lives available, when there’s not a chance to win every round. To win some of the harder rounds it is 100% about the cards you’re dealt, not necessarily how well you play the cards you’re dealt. Just frustrating when you get as little as 5 cards/round, then none of the 5 cards even come close, then you lose a life. Seems that either figure out a way to have helpful cards in your hand, or go away with the 5 lives thing altogether. Just doesn’t make sense to me that you only get 5 tries, yet sometimes you don’t even have a chance to win 5 times in a row.

Disappointed. This used to be my favorite solitaire game. But now I can barely get past a couple levels unless I want to spend way more money than i want or budget, allows. I’d rather watch tons of ads to earn coins or such than be stuck for days hoping I’ll finally win. Didn’t start off like this - as levels get higher, ability to win was much lower percentage -unless you spend a lot. Curious-why does the piggy bank change levels with successful play but it’s always still same amount of coins at same price you earn? Should have more coins or less cost as reward for so many levels completed. Now the app won’t open- after years of playing, I’m ready to delete.

List all power-ups. I have played Pyramid Solitaire for many years, I lost all progress on the game about a year ago and had to start over. While playing level 1,428, I passed the level and the screen went black, reopened it and it started me at level one. I Closed the app and reopened, it brought me back to level 1,428 but I lost all my power-ups that I had been storing up, and I had so many! So frustrating!! They need to fix their glitches, I am very disappointed with this app!

More Life’s and it cheats. This game is addictive but it needs to have the life’s increase to just more than five. By the time you start playing you’re done in a matter of minutes. So more life’s than five would be nice or at least give the players to earn more life’s during playing a game. Earn on for each time you win, earn for logging in and playing something. Or watch a short video to earn more play. The other thing is that you can finish the game and win but it’ll tell you that you have to retry because you still have cards left to play and that part I don’t like. To me that cheating me out of a game and this has happened to me several times. I don’t think that’s fair. 😡

Love the game. I love playing this game, BUT, it takes entirely to long to win the game, you have to play it over, and over, to many times to count, I’m not going to buy anything, I understand your trying to sell stuff, but come on a few times of playing the same game is ok for the ones who cant afford to buy the stuff, I deleted the game for this exact reason, awhile back. But come across it and started playing again, I’m about ready to delete again, playing over and over really gets on my nerves. So please stop doing that I really enjoy the game....

Review. This game gives you puzzles that are unable to be solved unless you have or BUY extra boosts to win!! Each time I have bought them you still are not able to win until they are ALL Gone!! Rip off!! They do not give you enough cards to pass some levels and it is very frustrating!!!I have been playing it for years and it has gotten to the point that I’M DONE!!!!! Dunedelacrem

1600 level. Our community group and I enjoy the game, but starting to get boring it’s like seeing the same movie over and over. Is there going to be any change soon? Should we start looking for another game. Also it has quite a few things they have to work with. Also, I don’t have them linked to my phone number since this is my work not personal number so that’s properly why I don’t see them on it, but I do see a friend from another country and when I try sending her a life it’s an error.

Pyramid solitaire app does not open. For some reason lately when I want to open the app, it does not. I have turn the phone off but still does not open. I like the game and I been playing for awhile, I do not want to delete the app and install it again because I do not want to lose the worlds I already have passed and the position I am now. Any help? I have an IPhone 8 Plus with the latest updates version. Thanks After I made my previous comment, I uninstalled the game and installed it back again. Now , I am on level 301 and I have won 5 times and it says I did nit accomplished the game. Bought tokens and used them and still does not let me pass. I collected 4 cards and the last blue card does not let me collect. It does not matter the order, does not let me do it.

Disappointed. I would have given this game 5 stars. I have been playing it for years and enjoyed it very much as it is addicting. Over the last couple years or so they have made some changes that gave players more opportunity to win free boosters. I saved my boosters for hard levels or reward rounds. BUT also in the last couple of years I noticed that suddenly I would not be able to open the app which forced me to delete it and reinstall. When I logged back in, the game remembered what level I was on and how much gold I had but for some reason wiped out my boosters. Frustrated, I continued to play knowing I’d have the opportunity to stock up again. This happened a few more times and the most recent one, a week or 2 ago, they’ve changed the game and aside from reward rounds there are no longer opportunities to win boosters anymore and again wiped out my inventory. I don’t usually write reviews on games but this is really frustrating for me since I’ve been playing this game for years and am well past level 1000 with none of the boosters I’ve saved unless I pay more $ to this game. I will be looking for a different game to play now.

Motivational & Challenging. Love to sit down after a stressful day of work and play this game! It is a fun & challenging puzzle using numbers to match. I love the positive motivation you hear when you find consistent matches. It is very satisfying to complete the puzzle and move to the next step. I run a business in a very high demanding environment. I must make quick decisions that give me the best results that is best for my end user and my clientele. This game is fun & challenging while continuing to fine tune my thinking skills even in relaxation from a tough day. It is relaxing & works my brain...in a different way than my what my job demands. Love it!!!!

Room for improvement. I have been playing this game for a couple years now and on level 743. It is an addictive game but really disappointing how there are no chances to earn gold instead of buying gold. It makes the difficult levels super frustrating . As well as the special bonus when you check in three days, that’s a joke. When it finally does work, 9 times out of ten it’s a poor power up instead of something that can help you. I am in high hopes that the creator reads this review and considers adding ways to earn gold. Even with downloading your sponsors games would be efficient. Wonder if I will even get a reply to this review.

Decently fun but becomes literally impossible to win. It’s a nice take on Pyramid/Tri Peak solitaire, with various power ups and whatnot, but they nickel and dime a million times harder on this one than on Candy Crush (same developer). Around level 60, you’ll waste all 5 lives without making a single play....it literally sets the board up so not only can you not win, you can’t even play a card. I understand they want you to make micro transactions, an unfortunate symptom of mobile gaming, but they could make it less obvious by not blatantly cheating. I had fun for a week with it, but am uninstalling it now. Fix the unwinable boards and I’ll be back.

I liked the old version better. I’ve been playing this game for years. I’m on level 2996. I’m not happy after the latest update. It is almost impossible to win jokers, or hammers or extra cards. That can only be bought. I am also finding the levels extremely hard to pass on the first few attempts. In the past there might be a few “impossible “ levels but I feel like every level is taking days to complete. I hope on the next update, they go back to better rewards.

Lost everything. Update on below. They did get back to me. They were not able to restore any of my power ups collected but did give me enough bars to cover the purchase. They should mention or give people a heads up that if something goes wrong and you have to reload the app. ( even if your backed up on Facebook) you will lose all of your extra power sources. They told me it is wise not to keep too many power ups or you could lose them. Which in my opinion, still is unfair if you have earned them along the way. Then you have to use them even if you don’t need to and is a way for you to have to purchase bars to get more... Have been playing this game for years and loved it. All of a sudden the game didn’t work and I lost everything I purchased. Was backed up on Facebook and with email. All my power ups and everything just gone. Emailed them to restore and haven’t heard a word. Will never play one of their games again!

60xy. Agree with previous reviewer. All these games requires you to pay money to beat the level that you have worked so deligently and strategically for and boy you just need a couple more chips to finish. On the other hand it’s extremely challenging n you need strategy. I paid for 3 jokers and it automatically put one of the 3 next to the deck. I lost it cuz the card I played was a winner!!! I didn’t need it cuz I ALREADY HAD A JOKER IN PLACE AT THE DECK AREA. I didn’t Like that it took that one joker n I never used it. Put the stuff I buy in the Joker, Sphinx or 7 card at the bottom area. BABY YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THE RIDE!!!

Conflicted. I love all the king games I'm almost to a thousand in two candy crush games(not saying much for my life 😏) and I've spent maybe a couple bucks on each game, however I did have to take long breaks in between just from getting so frustrated. I love the challenge and ways I have to use my brain. On this game like that other person spoke of with piggy bank and the using of the joker key always flying away it's somewhat very annoying. That being said I do love the games and really appreciate you for allowing me to play it free as a stay at home mother of two young kids I can't afford things like entertainment for myself 😏😁 but those kids are totally worth it

Lost all my power ups again!. Opened the game this morning and was on level 1. Been playing for about 10 years now and am on level 4045. I shut off my device and turned it back on. It went back to the proper level, but all of my power ups are gone. I don’t know how many I had, but I had a lot of all 6 of them. Last time it happened, I was given gold bars to purchase more. It didn’t cover what I had, but it helped. Please, can you help again as this is my favorite game. Thanks!

Pyramid Solitary. It has been at least a week now that I can not play your game. I sure miss playing. This game is my favorite and I miss playing. Please get it fixed as fast as possible. It’s been at least three weeks now that you game can not be played. Is it just my iPad or are others having the same problem. Please let me know what is happening I miss you game. Been playing a long time. Thank you.i can still not play your good game . WHY?

List All My Rewards. I’ve been playing this game for years. I’m on level 5,000 and something. While playing the game today, the game just blanked out. When I got back on, all my rewards were gone. I logged out, then back on, I was put on the same game in the five thousands, but all my rewards were gone. This is the third time over the years this has happened. It’s SOOOOO ANNOYING!!! Not fair, when I earned hundreds of rewards in every area and have to start on these high levels with no rewards to use. One round can take me several days to win without these rewards. Please fix this problem and get me my rewards back. I’ll be quite surprised if I hear back from anyone concerning this serious flaw with this game. Kathy V

Redundant and impossible at high levels. Haven’t spent any money but it is clearly designed to entice players to spend money. The higher the level the more and more difficult they become to the point of impossible. Then you have to spend days or weeks on one level just to pass it. It is almost ridiculous the levels they put out there and expect you to get past. I hate the games that require or expect people to drop money for more moves, but the is game is shameless in their pursuit of the all mighty .99 cent reload. Don’t invest your time only to end up frustrated at level 800 something and not be able to advance for weeks at a time. This company should be ashamed.

Game is great, but………... Why have they disabled sending and receiving lives? Because they want you to buy them. Thats bad enough but now, just today, my team won the tournament but were only rewarded with one spin for prizes instead of the usual three. Why did they change it? They want you to buy the prizes. As soon and I paid real money for the gold bars to get some lives, the receiving and sending button was greyed out. They think the sucked me in but they haven’t. I purchased the gold bars a couple times but no more. Despicable but believable. It’s all about the money. Come on, no giving or receiving lives, prizes reduced to just one and the levels getting very hard, almost impossible to beat without a booster. Since I can’t get boosters or lives without paying real money for them, I’m done with this game. Time to move on to something else.

Love the game! But....... Have to say that this is a very good game. It seems that people start winning their levels around the same time since being stuck on one for 50 plus games. That’s ok, because I love a challenge! Just have a question about the most current update which is 102. I’m on level 1573. This level before you even start takes your lives away. I had 5 to begin with. It’ll take 2 away, you play one then it’ll take your last 2. Can you please fix this glitch otherwise I’ll be stuck indefinitely? P.S. keep the levels coming!!!:)

Enjoyable for the most part. I really do enjoy this game! I’ve been playing for years. It’s challenging but not too challenging that you get frustrated and give up. My biggest pet peeve/annoyance is that you can’t use your boosters at the end of the round. I had one card left in the stack and just one gold card left to get. Worried that my last card wouldn’t be one I needed, I selected a Joker booster. As luck would have it, my last card would have worked but now I’ve wasted a booster. Y’all gotta change that!!! Please!!!

Don’t spend you will win. I have been playing this game since the beginning. Currently 4070- but was reading reviews and wanted to give tips. Don’t spend- there are boards the are basically impossible to pass without spending like the one I am on now. Lvl 4070 is a 30 card straight, very little cards in your hand and majority is chained; wrapped etc- don’t let it frustrate you. The game will eventually make it stupid easy for you to pass after so many attempts bc they know you won’t spend or you will give up and quit. Just play it through and keep playing. I love this game it’s mindless fun, but gave it 4 stars due to glitches and what I stated above. One of the few games that the developers keep adding updates and more levels regularly which I appreciate The one thing I wish I had control of it when I play the double pile, I have control on which pile my card can go or which pile my card goes when I use a joker or the scepter. But sadly you don’t.

Game won’t open. I can’t get the game to open. When I go to open it it just shuts back down. This Happened a couple of months ago and I had to start all over again. I don’t want to start all over again on this game.I don’t wanna start over from scratch when I’ve already started over from scratch once before. Is there a problem with this game? This is ridiculous. I really enjoy this game but I went to play this morning and it started all over from the beginning. I’m not playing this game anymore. I have played this game for probably five years and this is the fourth time that I have had to start all over again.

Love it now.. I gave up playing this game quite some time ago because I felt like it was way too hard to ever get anywhere. Just for kicks I recently opened it up again to play a hand or two and saw all the changes the game has and I have to say I love this game. It’s challenging but it’s rewarding where you get bonuses without having to spend money. I still spend money but not as much as I would have if they didn’t have the bonus rounds that they do. Keep up the good work I love the game.

Theme, please!!. I love this game. I replay levels to get three stars; no complaints about enjoyment. Here’s what: when you begin a new level, you have to choose which of the the ‘methods’ you’re going to use, to best beat that board. (ooh) Trouble is, you don’t know the theme of that level, until you click start! It’s frustrating when I start a level, and it’s clearly best to use the scarab booster, but I have to quit, lose a life, and begin again. PS if there’s already some indication about the theme of that level and I just haven’t seen it? I’ll be ok with that, just tell me where it is!! Thanks. ☺️

My favorite!. This game is a fun form of solitaire. I think anyone can play, and it goes on and on for a long while. I have only had one problem with the playing in that it would not let you pick up the next card, but I could click on another choice in the game and it would let me play my choice. And I think they fixed that because it hasn’t happened in a long time. I have this game on all my devices and I play most days. Get this game, you will love it!

Last 2 updates causing crashes!!. When I saw the new update today I was excited thinking finally they’ve fixed the crashing….but nope they continue! You can’t access the envelope to use your free lives anymore nor can you send free lives. Seems intentional and shady!!! I’ve been playing for many many years and have never had these issues. I’m in the high 2000’s so seems a shame to delete the game but seeing I can’t play it anyway why keep it? The makers won’t fix it despite many reviews complaining

Full of bugs. This game would be great if not so full of bugs. When you buy boosters to help you through a level, the boosters don’t appear until after you close the existing game. Also, a couple of times now I’ve had to reload the app, losing all my boosters. Every time I want to give a life or accept a life now, it takes me to Facebook.

My favourite game. Waiting on new levels to be made so I can play again. I have an idea for you. Useless support, game crashes and won’t open. I have submitted feedback about this app constantly and have received no contact. I haven’t been able to open the app for month it’s crashes immediately, prior to that certain features in the game would also crash. Disappointing and frustrating. Please fix asap.

Ehhh….. Ok game. Rewards are heavily weighted towards the devs though. Any reward round won will normally mean turn over and/or see through card, which are pretty much pointless. Game glitches take way too long to be fixed. Way too long since any new features were introduced.

Attention KING. What’s going on?! Have you got so much on your plate that you’ve decided not to check on how Pyramid Solitaire Saga is travelling?! The app doesn’t even open anymore. Played this for years and you have let a really great card game fall on the wayside. Great game but crashes continue. I have been playing this game for years now . First time I stopped cause it kept crashing in the middle of a game and losing all my lives , then I re download it and I end up starting from beginning so I stopped . Recently I went back to playing it and hoped that with updates it gets better but after reaching high levels and accumulating lots of powers it crashed again and the next time I log in to play I lost all my powers . Thank god I am still at the same level or I would have deleted it permanently !! It's a frustrating game and it raises your stress level when these things happen !!!

Pyramid Solitaire. Good game, keeps the interest. My favourite game, but what is wrong - tried to play for two days but game won’t load - keeps going back to home page !! What’s happening ?

Beware of purchases. Beware of you get to the end of a level without succeeding and want to buy a joker or package to finish the level. Your money will be taken for nothing. If your lucky you get to do a 'survey' for the developer, but you won't get the extra cards/moves you've paid for.

Annoyed. Been playing for years and have enjoyed it, but several times now there have been resets/system changes and I have lost all the additional lives I had saved up, extremely frustrating.

Great, except.... I love this game, it’s fun and challenging but you are able to get past the difficult levels (sometimes it’s just pure luck). Everything was going great UNTIL I got to a difficult level where I needed to use a power up. For some reason every time I would use my power up (wild card) the level would end before I get to use it, meaning that I lost a power up. This has now happened THREE times and I’m very annoyed. Power ups are not cheap and I can’t afford to keep losing them. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

I. I was up to 900 or so then the app closed down I don’t want to go back to square one what do I do to maintain what I have achieved as I have paid a reasonably amount of money to get to this level?

Constant changes are frustrating. Good game that I’ve been playing a long time. However you introduced the feature of being able to save excess cards to use in future rounds using gold bars, then without warning just got rid of it. So I’ve wasted gold bars on saving cards I can no longer access but you didn’t bother to refund the bars spent.

All gone!!!. I have played this game for a couple of years. Was up to level around 900 Today my App was not opening. I turned my phone off and then back on. I deleted it from my phone (as others advised) and as it's on my iCloud, I just redownloaded from the cloud. Like I have down with other apps that I had to remove from my phone temporarily. Except it has completely removed it and now I am back at game 1! This is what I play to reduce and manage my anxiety and stress. It keeps my sane. And now it's all gone and I don't know what to do!!! Is there a way to get my games back?

Keeps crashing. I used to love this game but recently it keeps crashing when it loads up or when trying to access certain features within the game (such as the extra lives received). Recently it also deleted all my boosters that I had accumulated and if I watch an ad to get a booster it tells me I received two but only one is credited.

Review and sceptre issue. I love this game. Great way to occupy the mind with challenging puzzles. I've been playing for over a year, and am still entertainer A little annoyed that I lost a sceptre of power after I had failed a level. Can this be returned?

New update. For quite a while I’m being force to play part of a team and no matter what I do I can’t get out of it it never gives the option to opt out only once it did give me the option to opt out but even though I opted out of the team it still continued forcing to play as a team and I’ve lost all my booster 3 -4 times now so I just avoid playing it

Keeps crashing. I love this game I play it all the time and I'm even happy to spend money for the gems but lately the iPad version had been crashing on my iPad I've deleted and re downloaded but still it keeps crashing mid way through a level or at the start, please fix!

Addictive, fun but it’s too expensive and pushy with marketing.. This game is addictive and fun and also produces a kind of zen feeling. It’s become much more potentially expensive. Having to pay to retrieve coins and rewards was always a feature of this but it’s become ridiculous. They’d have you paying hand over fist for things you used to acquire by progress in the game which is very annoying. Though all games do it, the pressure to use Facebook messages and invitations to get friends to play is equally annoying.

Money and frustrating. I enjoy the game but sometimes you require assistance to pass levels, instead of them being a challenge or a reward you have to pay and pay. Which turned you off the game completely what’s the point of bashing your head against the wall repeatedly or fishing out money after money. I have yourself money and frustration find a different card game.

Changed settings. The iPad settings have changed for this and candy crush. The games are now much smaller on the page - displayed in landscape but as portrait mode and so only half the size of the screen. It's possibly a change initiated by IOS but would be good if King could adjust the settings.

Ridiculous. I can’t deal with not having 3 stars and I have it in every level except 109 I purchased every booster and then purchased multiple of the extra cards and jokers once in the level and even with everything I still can’t get more than 1 star I don’t understand but it has to be a glitch as every other hard level I have 3 without all of those fix your errors!

NO STARS. Fed up! ‘The game’ keeps stealing lives sent by other players whenever I try to use them from my list. If I opt to use 1 life from my list, I likely get zero to play but and that 1 life comes off my list total anyway! If I select to use 3 lives, I’m lucky if I get maybe 1 or 2 to use, but the remainder just disappear from my list! If I select to use 5 lives, I maybe get 3 and the rest are just gone! This is a simple fix for you guys, but of course you would prefer we buy lives instead right? No thanks! I refuse to add my hard-earned ($) to fill your shareholders wallets! Fix this issue - it’s just plain dodgy gaming ethics imo.

Not happy 😡. This game frustrates me as I have reached the end of the level and on opening today I have reverted back a few levels to where I was yesterday.. this has happened before.. I have used my lives to help get where I was at the end, the last game 2150, and now has reverted back a few levels to 2141. This is not fair .. This needs to be fixed as it’s happened before!!!!!! Is at least a month to long to wait for new levels. I love this game and play it many times daily but i complete the levels before you’ve got new levels ready to be played so annoying very frustrating . Absolute ripoff. Do not download this game you end up losing all your boosters and rewards for no reason and now after playing this game for years and on a high level the game is now gone back to the first level through no fault of mine. There is definitely something going wrong with this app over the last few weeks I’ve lost everything.

Game seems to crash and delete my winnings. Lately it seems to crash a lot after every update. My gifts that I have won have disappeared again. The extra life gifts have also vanished and now wants me to send gifts to friends from Facebook page and not the app. Where I had a chest full of extra lives, from friends, I now have nothing. Will probably delete if this keeps happening, waste my time winning if my rewards just disappear when ever you guys change a couple of things.

Used to be a good game . . .. Really enjoy this game, like the challenge of having to search for the next cards in the pattern - until yesterday. Suddenly there’s a new feature - the possible matching cards are illuminated, which removes all the challenge. Now there’s nothing to think about or analyse, it’s so uncomplicated a 3 year old could do it. For me, this feature appeared at level 503, I’m hoping it might disappear later, as there’s no way to disable this feature. Very disappointed, this will stop me playing the game altogether.

Problem with this game. I love playing the game itself but unfortunately when I have accumulated several boosters they disappearAnd I can’t get them back so it’s just I haven’t been playing much anymore because I don’t have any help with the boosters…Third time it’s happened ……not impressed 🙁I just changed to a new device which brought me back to the same level I was playing but again, All my boosters disappeared 😩

Solitaire Spun. Total new spin on solitaire. Kinda meets Mahjong. It has some great challenging plays, really makes you use your mind and strategize. I’ve spent more than I care to share on this game, it’s super addicting. Highly suggest a try if you like solitaire games.

New terms and conditions. I lost my level 774 and back to level 1 when the new terms and conditions popped up on my screen and the only way to remove it was to click agree. This is so not fair. It took me over 6 years to get that far.

Updated app and lost all my progress.. Stay away from this app. I’ve played this game off and on for a few years. Today I was forced to update the app, and once done I was back at zero. I lost 600+ levels and countless cards that help with hard levels. I have a couple of different games from King that I play. I’m now deleting them all. Shame on your King!

Needs better bonuses. The game within itself is fun. It’s disappointing though when bonus rounds award 5 free lives. Lives are replenished w/ time, given by friends or purchased. I won by completing the level, I still have a life… giving a refill on lives isn’t needed. For the “teams” winning 1st, 2nd or 3rd place should win spins based on their finishing place. (i.e. 1st wins 3 spins, 2nd winds 2 spins and 3rd wins 1 spin) Instead of no matter your place you win one spin. Make the winning place be worth it… not symmetric.

Pyramid solitaire. I like this game a lot except for sometimes when you get a card and you want it to go to a certain side it doesn’t it covers the other side which then takes away the other play you could have played. Or you clear enough to make the blocks go away but then you have to choose from the deck and the all come back and there’s no way to clear it so you just have to start over.

Not fun. This game would be much more enjoyable if you made it more like candy crush saga. That game can be extremely frustrating but at least when you do win they give you bonuses and continue as you win. You are able to pass 5, 10, fifteen levels or more without losing a heart. Makes the frustration worth it. In this game if you can pass two levels back to back without losing hearts it’s a miracle. Usually stuck on one level for days or weeks before getting past it, then it’s the same thing all over again. It’s a good game but make it fun. Yes it should be frustrating at times but not ALL the time!!!

Love this game!!!. This is my favorite game to just relax and buzz out. I just got to the last level for now, level 1280. I haven’t spent a single dollar the entire time. I will admit there were times I spent a couple weeks stuck on one level but that’s the fun of it. This is a great game, with awesome graphics and diversity in the different levels while also making you think about each move.

Hard vs Easy Levels. Who determines level of difficulty? Typically, after 3 or 4 turns, I can complete a “Hard” level but the game spits out some normal levels that I have to play for days/weeks even before winning! Even when I use some of extra cards to help me beat the level, I lose. I’ve been playing this game for years….but when I come across a level like this (been playing level 2335 for 2 weeks) I get frustrated and abandon the game for months at a time.

Challenging. I really enjoy this game because it’s very very challenging for me sometimes I get so mad I won’t play for a while and then I’ll come back and all of a sudden things start to move around but I’ve always like this game my tablet says I have too many apps on it but this is what I have I refuse to give up enjoy people it’s a great thing it makes you use your mind

What happened??. I was way past level 3020, and when I recently upgraded the app, it now has me capped out at level 3020 and there’s no more maps available. What happened? We’re levels removed in the last release? When will new levels be released?

Why why why. Recently the game glitched on me all day. So after I could not get the game to allow me play after and thinking of everything to do to fix the problem I had to delete app and reinstall. It saved my progress as of levels but not all my aids that I had, which was very upsetting now I have to start from scratch. Please fix this.

Increased Time to Replenish Lives. I love this game, and I’ve been playing for years. I was happy to see the quicker lives replenishment over the last few days and assumed it was in response to idle time with COVID restrictions. That was a great move by the team! I was disappointed when that ended to see that the lives now take twice as long to replenish than they used to. It used to be about 8 minutes (I think) and now it has increased to 15 per life. Thanks for the bait and switch....

Boosters. I got a new phone 2 weeks ago. When I logged in to the game through Facebook I was at the correct level but all my boosters were gone. I wrote to customer service and sent pics of the old phone showing the boosters and pics of the new phone showing no boosters. Never heard back from anyone. This game cheats, don’t bother. This game cheats. Don’t bother playing it. I got 6 lives from other players, went to collect them (level 50), but the credits disappeared. Yesterday I had to delete this game app and reinstall it to start all over again. Once you arrive at level 1,200 and above the games are too tough, too many chains, and there are not enough boosts to help. It is impossible to continue and the boosts rewarded are not the right ones. Such a disappointment! The cost for a batch of boosts is over $50! This game is geared for getting money from addicts who cannot resist playing. It is shameful. I hope some vulnerable person doesn’t lose their rent or food money.

The tournaments every week though, deter me from playing except for the time from Thursday to Sunday. It would be nice if there was some sort of bonus or mini tournament from Monday through Wednesday because I see no benefit in playing Monday through Wednesday unless I am completely bored. Just a thought.

Game is not loading. For some reason out of the blue my game is not loading. This is the only game that I play and I have been playing for a number of years and now it won’t load. Any thoughts about what could have happened. I tried to reload the game but it says it’s already installed. Please help!!!

Great game, but stopped working. I’ve been playing this game for years, and I’ve gotten really far; but the game has stopped working. When I open the game the loading screen pops up briefly, then disappears. It shows up on my recent apps, but if I tap to open it, the same thing happens. It pops up with the loading screen, then disappears. This has been happening for 2 days now. The game has been updated to it’s newest version.

Keeps crashing and boosters keep disappearing. I have bee playing this games for years. In fact I’m in the over 3000 level. A few weeks ago all my boosters disappeared. When I contacted you, your response was to go to the community for answers. What a joke!! It happened again a few days later and again today. It would be nice if you could fix the bugs and also have a real person respond instead of pick a category. Very disappointed and would not recommend this game until it was fixed!!!

Change. I have noticed in the past months a steep reduction in power up and game enhancers to the game. I have been playing for many many years and receiving game enhancers has really dwindled. I always use to receive an ample supply after winning and now I feel this app has become very stingy with the power ups and game enhancers. I do spend some money here and would figure there is an algorithm that would reward players like me who have invested their time and money for some better rewards.

Frustrated. Ok I really like this game but I am getting sick and tired of losing my friends and extra lives . I complained about when this happened to me the second time only to get friends and lives back for a very short time . NOW THEY ARE GONE AGAIN !!! This game is turning out to be a piece of CRAP! I do not recommend this game to anyone at all 😡😡🙁

Pyramid solitaire. Great game very much a mind game. Love playing it I have been playing this for years and my husband is playing candy crush. We have 1 issue with both games lately. They all the sudden drop you and you lose all your progress. Please fix this it is really frustrating and makes you not want to play.

Crashes!. 5 stars for a fun spin on pyramid solitaire. 3 stars because some of the regular puzzles should be classified difficult. 1 star bc it is still very connected to Facebook which I don't have. 2nd- 1 star... 1 star overrules all, because it crashes too often in the time in the middle of my game. I've triple checked my internet connection in multiple ways, and it's not that. I've lost 50+ lives and boosters, and at crucial times in the game (when I'm about to get a chest or the other bonus). I am deleting the game. Today, it's crashed 90% of my games. I'm patient, but not this patient.

What Happened. I used to love this game, it’s transferred with me over countless phones but now it’s just terrible. It closes in the middle of me playing a game, it sometimes restarts me at level 1, it crashes as I open, takes lives without me even playing a game when I switch to any other app. It’s sad how this game has fallen, was always one of my go tos. Thanks for all the good years but can’t deal with this nonsense now.

Love this game but.... There seems to be a glitch or other issue when playing this game on my current phone. I had it on my previous phone and then took it off. I recently put it on my current phone, which is one of the newer iPhones, and now, when I’m on the main board where you see all the levels to play, the game “blinks” like it has trouble loading that part.

Fun but costly. I really do enjoy playing this game but $2.99 to access the gold I’ve earned is really ridiculous as is the overall costs for power ups/continue playing. I’m going to play until I run out of gold then delete app because of these costs...I really wish all games were set up like Angry Birds Friends because that game allows me to earn coins when I win & I can use those coins to buy power ups... I don’t believe you shouldn’t make money but why run off your patrons with excessive fees? I’d rather pay $15-20 to get the game & earn bonuses like I do in Angry Birds Friends...I guess that’s the reason why I continue to try then delete other games but always keep that one...

Pyramid Solitaire. I love this game, but it seems inconsistent in giving help along the way. They ask if you want to send lives to friends, but I’m not receiving any back, so I am assuming mine are floating in the ethers… also they ask if you want to request lives from friends, but I never receive requests, so again I am assuming it means nothing… otherwise, I like the game.

Game not loading. I have been playing this game for several years now. Last year the game refused to update so I had to reinstall it. I lost everything. Now the game is Locked up again. Won’t load as of last night. Is this game not being updated? I don’t want to loose what little I have regained.

Great. I’ve played this game for a long time and love it. Only issue is when I want to use a booster card from the bottom as the last move but the round will end as I click and lose that board and my booster. There is quite a bit of time before new worlds are created which is a bit annoying. But this game is fun and entertaining.

Freezing app causes power-up loss. On the latest iPadOS there is an issue with the game freezing when wilds are used. This is particularly troublesome because I actually purchase bars (and therefore am purchasing power-ups). When this happens you have to quit the app which causes loss of the round and power up feature. Not cool, especially since I’m reading many other reviews about the same issue. No more purchases for me, I’ll pay for extended game play but it doesn’t feel good to lose the items that I purchased.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS KING. New update is horrible, annoying, and a cash grab. I’m at max levels, and now they ask me to “bet” every single time—this is super annoying and there should be a way to turn it off. Also not hilarious that they nerfed the piggy bank system so you can only bank 100 bars before you have to cash in, to “level up” your bank. As someone who saved up 1000+ bars before cashing in, that was the only money I ever spent on this game. Never again unless they go back to old piggy bank system.

Very hard to win without spending money. This is a fun game… but the higher you get, they make it really hard to win unless you use boosters… and therefore spend a lot of money. I expect it to be challenging, but it’s ridiculous. It's very frustrating to spend time strategizing and clearing a lot of cards, only to get to the end & have to spend money on a booster. If you don’t, all your hard work is down the drain. I’ve been playing this game for a long time – but I will no longer play.

Great but.... Great game, but what’s the deal with the thumbs up when you fail a level??? It makes no sense whatsoever and it irritates me that the game does that every time because it’s sending the message that they are expecting us to lose a level so we can and are expected to use their so called “power up”.... and please make a way so we can use a boost that we already have when we run out of cards instead of buying one. That would be a lot more appreciated

Game frozen. I down know what is the point to have a game that when you are in the highest level get froze. What is the purpose? It is very frustrating even when you trying to load the game it didn’t even coming up. Then I have to deleted it and install it again and bring you to the first levels... this is a chame with a good game like this. The developer who designed it should check that. I need these type of games to give exercise to my brain not to brake it... hello can someone check that... this is happening to me already two times and I am tired. I really like this game... can someone fix it? Thanks. I like the hard levels make me think a lot. 🙂

Never has connected to Internet. I’m on level 783 been playing for years & love it. The wheel keeps spinning in the lower right corner & doesn’t connect to my internet. In the beginning it did but not for years now. Also now on this level it kicks me out of the game when I’m not finished completing it. How do I update with no internet connection on it & not losing my level? This is the only game that won’t Connect. What’s the problem? I love this game but getting frustrated now. Help!

I love this game but Purchased coins never received. Contacted but no response. Irritating. I love this game but so many times I lose all my bonus items that I’ve earned. Or have bought. And then I have to go and ask them to see if I can get them back. I just lost all of them again and I just purchased coins and everything is gone again. it’s aggravating

Love this game BUT.... I have enjoyed this game for many years. I’m on level 1277. However, all of a sudden yesterday, when I start to play I no longer get a wild card. For years it would start a game on the “reserve” setting with x # of cards and 1 wild card. Now there are always 0 wild cards. I started this level with the assigned 6 cards and not a one of them could be used to clear one of the 4 open cards. Needed that wild card just to start but it wasn’t there. What happened?

Lost gold bars and power ups. I have completed level 920 multiple times clearing all the cards off the board and still having cards in my deck. I am to clear 5 golden cards. The issue is their is only 4 golden cards so I keep failing the level. I have spent money in the game used power ups and gold bars to assist with completing the level and I am still being told I failed the level. I contacted support and they advise that their is nothing that they can do and that levels can be tricky. They do not help you in any way. I am finding a different game now.

I cannot sincronizar my games progress. I am disappointed because in both my table and my phone i have this game app and whatever progress i do on my phone, i cannot see it in my table. Both are log in on fb for keep my progress even i tried log in in your website but not either my devises don't synchronize my game progress... it is very frustrated. Thanks Maggy

End of my game. I have thoroughly loved playing this gameand prided myself in-not having to buy anything. But level 1344 will not let you win the game without as I see it. Unless you have a way to erase blockers ( whichI dont as I am out) you can only pay your way out. There is no way to unblock the yellow cards because the one you need is under the blocked yellow cards! So diappointed. Will have to say goodbye.

Used to love it, now not so much. You used to be able to save cards you didn’t use for boosters but they took that away. When you get to the higher levels, it’s SO hard to get through them without boosters but you can’t get boosters anymore unless you win a reward round or get a chest. And since they’re so hard to win, I end up running out of lives before I get a chest or not being able to beat a reward round. Also, ALL of my extra lives I was gifted have disappeared. It seems they’ve gone the way of many game apps, and have made it impossible to enjoy without spending real money...

Pyramid Solitaire. One of my favorite games, BUT it always shuts down when playing on my iPad... ALWAYS. Whether playing one time or after five turns, it will inevitably shut down and continue to do so to where I just give up. I even deleted the app. and reopened it two times. It also has taken away things that I earned during the course of playing. I don't have issues like this on my iPhone, but I always play games on my iPad. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the shut down irritation.

Please Help!. This is my FAVORITE app! I’ve played it for years. But for about a week or so, I haven’t been able to open it up. When I click on the icon, it processes for a few seconds, and then just goes back to the screen as if I had not clicked on anything. I don’t want to delete it and start over because I will lose all my progress through hundreds of levels. What else can I try? Anyone have ideas?

Fun and frustrating game. I just finished level 1385. Need an update for it. I really enjoy this game but it does get very frustrating at times. I have never paid out any money for it. When my games run out I just wait until they are full again. Diligence pays off and you do get through. Sometimes you may play 15-20 times or even more on some but eventually through the frustration you win and move on.

Meetoosh. Love this game! Each level is challenging in its own way. It's a great game for passing the time. I am in level 301 and when I get to the last card in the deck ( the blue one I am supposed to collect) with a joker left, it cuts out and won't let me play it to capture the blue card. I could have beaten this level many times but it won't let me. Very frustrated right now.

Lost all power ups. Been playing this game for years and love it. However, every time there is an update I lose all my power ups I have saved up and purchased with bars. Also, after game up dates it takes me back to level one and keeps crashing every now and again, have to keep closing app and restarting to get back to my level. Getting frustrated with the game.

Great Game!. Just reached Level 1100, with three stars per level throughout the game, without ever having to spend any money, so I'm editing my previous review (written about two years and a few hundred levels ago) in which I expressed doubt that anyone would be able to get very far for free. I'm very happy that it is indeed possible and that I didn't stop playing, because this game has provided me with many hours of enjoyment.

Better helps. My favorite game to play! But a couple of requests for changes. One would be to eliminate the help that lets you see what the next card is in the deck that will turn over next. Not very useful. As a matter of fact I’ve accumulated 341! I don’t use them. It’d be great to be able to exchange them for ones I do use. Also for other ways to get lives and NOT buy them! Five is not enough and you shouldn’t have to wait for more.

Why am I even still trying?. I don’t know why I even bother with this game still. I guess because it’s King, I’m convinced they’ll fix it eventually. They never do. I wrote a review About 2 years ago or so and maybe more recently. They never ever fix the freezing up issue that happens constantly when I try to open the game, then start the game, then even while playing. It happens a ton when trying to even open or start. Like maybe 3/4 times. It may be just an IPhone 6S+ issue, I don’t know. I’ve asked a ton of times. I hear nothing back.

Lost ALL boosters/rewards. Ie been playing this game for a couple years now and love it but today I’m very upset. I had almost all the special card designs unlocked and tons of boosters saved up and while playing it all of a sudden deleted all of that! All the drains are now locked again and all the boosters I worked hard to get are gone. I look online at your FAQ (apparently this happens to others as well) and you say all of these things are non refundable, sometimes this happens and there’s nothing you can do. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Issue with this app. There is a problem everything I use one of the power options like extra cards or joker card or the wand option my app stops working and I have to then reload and lose the extras that I purchased this has happened several time over the last week

WTheck is going on??. Game just stopped working. When I open it, it closes. When I try to write to support “no page is found” I’ve been playing for years and what at the highest levels. Tried to uninstall then reinstall, when I even try to”open” anything it goes blank and goes back to whatever I was doing before I tried to open it.
