Almost what you'd expect.. So I got this app to arrange and annotate pdfs and forms etc. and for the most part I really do like it - this app does almost exactly what I want but there are a few odd things about it which I have been unable to resolve or even discuss with their support - cause they haven't answered me, just sent a survey asking how my xp with support was. (I downloaded the latest version today 9-9-17) 1. In the provided 'how to' doc, it shows check-boxes next to the names of each file in your window. Presumably so one could check multiple files and then be able to move them as a group. That does not exist in the app as of now, so managing files has to be done one at a time. And given that tapping on your desired file once, doesn't immediately open your file but instead opens a side window with other options (including open), this makes moving files one at a time a real pain. This is my main issue with it. 2. This is more a suggestion of how to make this app just a bit more useful... in the annotations window you can select draw mode, where by default the opacity is %100 - I would love to be able to control the opacity of the lines drawn. It wouldn't even have to be opacity - 'draw behind' would suffice. So I do think this app has great potential but without these two options, I can't give a five star rating.

Great: but just a suggestion. The app is great so far, but i would like to make a suggestion on the editing of the documents we scan..It would be great if we were able to take a picture and be able to take the document or picture and be able to edit the writing on the pictures. For example delete a word on the picture and add another if that makes sense

Horrible payment process and billing. The app worked decently I suppose... however, the subscription costs were listed in monthly amounts, but they were billed up front for the whole year. So imagine my surprise when I get smacked with a big up front charge! Yes, it’s said what the annual cost is under the monthly cost, however, please show me where it says you’ll be billed up front the full annual amount! When I went through customer service, they gave me some generic robotic response they probably copy and paste or have automatically go out to everyone. It instructed me to “update my subscription” through iTunes... best part? I tried exactly what they told me, but I’m locked in the whole year. I’m given the option to switch to the monthly plan IN A YEAR, after my current subscription ends... so essentially I’m stuck paying for the entire year when I only need this app for a month or two on my phone until I replace my laptop.... what a scam. I’ll try my luck through American Express to get my money back.

Rip off. I needed to fill out a w-9 form for a job and downloaded this app. I had to start the free trial in order to have access to the functions I needed. I chose the basic plan which stated no obligations cancel anytime blah blah blah then after free trial you will charged yearly 93$. So I started the trial using my apple account and the application did not work. It kept bringing up the options for the trials every time I tried to continue do anything with my form. I went to see my subscriptions in my apple account and it was clearly active. I decided to cancel the subscription and I was charged 103$ instantly to my account. Ridiculous paying for a service I didn’t even get to use!!! Never again please be careful with these apps.

It work ok for what I need it for. This app works pretty good for what I use it for. Takes a while to get used to. It can be hard when you first getting to learn how to use it. I think the Mobile app isn’t as good as the desktop version but I’m not complaining about that I would like the price to be a little bit less expensive.

Excellent app saves changes as your working. This app is excellent!! Although, when I just now read the reviews it looks like I might be incurring charges without knowing? if I'm getting charged, I feel it's deceptive not to disclose prices in a pop up maybe? There was one snafu that scared me. I didn't click save prior to "signing" the doc. The app hung up while opening the signature pad. I had to close the app eventually. I thought I'd have to start over but much to my delight, the changes I made were automatically saved, phew! I give it a high rating.

Pdf. This PDF app has been a great tool for me. It’s user-friendly and makes it easy to open, read, and annotate documents. I especially like how smoothly it runs and how organized everything feels — I can highlight text, add notes, and even sign forms right from my device. It’s made managing my PDFs much more efficient, whether I’m studying, reviewing files, or handling paperwork. I definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a reliable and easy-to-use PDF program.

Loved this app for about a day.. I don’t own a computer so any kind of documents that I need to sign or fill out I use my phone for. Had a few documents I needed to sign so I downloaded the app and it was great for the most part, a few annoyances here and there but no biggie. Now that one issue I could not get past and which eventual caused me to delete the app was any time I had a document with multiple pages it was impossible to get text/signatures in the correct lines. Example, if you have to enter text on page two of a document it will save it to page one. This is due to when you start a text box it snaps the screen to that text box. If the text box is at the top of the page it will register as page 1 of 3 instead of 2 of 3 (represented by the small grey box that shows which page you are on when you scroll to a new page.) So while you are filling your document out it will appear on the correct spot but when you save the PDF and reopen it, it will save the text to the first page and not the second. This makes it nearly impossible to fill documents out that contain more than one page.

Works okay, but needs some updates.. - Once clicked off, does not allow you to re-click on areas you’ve erased to remove or move accidents. - Autosaves even if you don’t want it to, so if you make a mistake you can’t fix (like the eraser), you can’t just go back. You have to completely start over. - No undo button at all. This combination of issues almost screwed me over on a page I was editing. Thankfully I had a backup that was mostly-finished before the mistake, but still made me waste a lot of time. Also: - There’s no way to erase a large section, and you can’t edit the width/length of photos or erased squares. It has dots on the corners that you would think would let you do so, but they don’t work. - The calibration is whacky, and sometimes clicking in one area results in you clicking somewhere else. - Can’t edit the background color of words. - Really needs some adjusting on clicking to move around the page versus clicking on text/photos. -Hopefully lastly (I’m sorry 😂), it always goes back to the “Text” tab instead of staying on whatever you’re using, which is a bit annoying.

Not what I selected. I signed up for this a month ago and quite frankly was pretty dissatisfied with how many hoops I had to jump through just to get a digital print out of my resume. Took me like 3 hours to figure out. With that being said I do need this program from time to time. Which is why I selected MONTHLY. I’ve been so strapped for money that they have apparently been trying to pull from my account for a whole month since the 7 day trial ended and they pulled $96. I SELECTED $8 MONTHLY. There goes $100 of my hard earned money that I never consented to and had no idea that some digital loan shark would be constantly pulling from my empty account until it got the money I need. Now I have 365 days of a program that I’ll only end up using 3 or 4 times out of the year. I will be fighting this. This is absurd.

Very disappointed. My son used the free trail of this pdf filler for a economics project a while back and forgot to remind me to cancel the subscription. To my dismay I was charged $132 for a yearly subscription for an application neither he or I have any knowledge on how to navigate. After speaking to Apple and requesting I was denied even though I caught it the same hour I was charged. I am very livid and unfortunately $139 poorer because Apple stated PDF filler won’t refund me my money therefore they can’t refund me either I’d be sure to let the other parents know not to access this particular application because it’s a rip off and a theft.

Great customer service/support. This isn’t fully related to the app itself, more so for the actual website and company. In most cases for me, when I try to do “chat” support to ask a question via message chat, I never get a response or it’s automated and can not answer me. This was not the case with pdf filler, I am beyond satisfied with how quickly and responsive they are in their chat support. I had a stressful situation arise with my exam, I used pdf filler for, sending a blank to my professor rather than the filled out answers. I contacted them just to see if there was any way to view my time stamps in order to show my professor what had happened. I was hesitant using the chat support at first because of previous websites but who I spoke with responded within seconds and was able to help in any way they could. This made my situation 100 times less stressful and I am now interested in using pdf filler in the future. Highly recommend (:

Best App for Filling PDF documents. Tried 3 other apps on my phone including adobe and this is the only one that would let me fill out the application. No fee, no hassle, no ads. Just created an account in less than a minute, added the document from DMV via Safari and was immediately about to fill it out.

Unusable!! Crappy glitchy app. Dont waste your efforts! If you have a PDF open and need to reference a different screen such as a webpage to fill in info from, expect all your typed to be shifted an moved. No problem right jus Move the shifted text boxes back to where they go. Well the movement controls are so finicky it is literally impossible to control and get the text where it needs to be. No way to turn off pressing spacebar twice adds a period so spacing is made even more tedious just forget this crappy app that was obviously never beta tested and go with a more useable app there are waaaay to many simple oversights

A pain for recipients. I received a link for a one-page form from someone using this software. It won’t open on my Mac or phone, even after I downloaded the app. Maybe it will work if I register for an account, but I’m not creating an account on yet another software platform just to open one form from one person one time. My guess is there’s a way to make it work, but it will take less time just to get a copy emailed to me as an attachment or even to remake the form from scratch.

Great app! Simple! Good customer service!. I have to have pretty simple self explanatory programs or I lose interest, and this was pretty damned easy to figure out. And I only needed it for one document, so when I messed up and didn’t cancel in time, and asked for a refund, they saw I right away and saw that l literally only used it once, and even though it was really my own fault for not being thorough they actually refunded me the money without all kinds of hassle or grief. Excellent app and I great customer service. I will gladly use this again when needed!

Poor support, extremely poor.. Having issues with the the program fir several days. Unable to obtain any necessary support. Only contact information listed on their sight is for billing. Left several messages and developer is completely unresponsive. Attempted to contact and resolve by text and interaction was poor at best.?it is obvious they had your money and service and support were nor part of their mission statement. Developer responded and apologized. Indicated i should contact the same email address i had vern contacting and they would fix everything. Guess they didn't want to fix it before. So now they go and insult you be not even making an effort to make things right. The condescending, cavalier attitude is disgraceful. Basically they are saying we didn't care to help you before, give us another chance to ignore you again, maybe try making it right for real and display some customer concern.

Scammers. Never try this app. They are bunch of scammers. I think a developer responded and asked to send an email to their customer service support which a joke. They hired bunch of bots to respond without no sense at all. They have been responding with the same answer to the same chain. I’m not using this service ever. I got charged and they refused ti return my money back and without using the service. I will make sure this review remain available. Do not use this app ever and use Adobe aa its the best and the most reliable. You pay extra but quality is guaranteed.

It's NOT free- BEWARE. There was no disclaimer anywhere that this would incur a subscription fee. I had to search all over their website and finally had to request a chat. But BEWARE!! The website pops up as high risk for malicious content/spyware through McAfee. ** Update - while it says 'free' you can't use the listed features like emailing a PDF without a paid subscription, which is not listed & why I had to use chat to get an answer. To clarify; it's the PC website you have to access once you try to submit a help ticket when a feature doesn't work (duh, the hook to make you pay) that pops with malware.

Great support. I purchased a free trial a few days ago, and today I had an issue logging in that I couldn't get resolved by myself. . I got a hold of support they took about 20 seconds to. Get on the live chat with me and they had my issue resolved within two minutes. I will be purchasing a full subscription

Amazing App and Customer Service. I thoroughly enjoyed the app which helped to easily organize, identify, and edit certain documents. However I ultimately decided that there services were no longer necessary and their excellent customer service team cancelled my subscription and gave me a refund on the same day. There was no hassle and the whole ordeal took around five minutes!

Zero Transparency scam. This Company Is a Complete Scam ,Stay Away. I was being charged $20/month since September of last year by pdfFiller for a subscription I didn’t even know existed. It started with what I thought was a harmless free trial, and then turned into a hidden recurring charge I had no way of seeing, managing, or canceling. The charges were linked to a random, encrypted Apple relay email I never recognized or authorized. Because of this, the subscription never appeared in my Apple account, even though I paid through Apple Pay. So every time I tried to cancel, the app just redirected me to Apple subscriptions — where nothing showed up. I had no control, no visibility, and no way out. After wasting my time trying to piece this together, I finally managed to log in using that ghost email, only to find out I was on the Basic plan. The kicker? The Premium plan is listed as $15/month, but somehow I was being charged $20/month for Basic — a plan I never signed up for, and that shouldn’t cost more than Premium. How does that make any sense? When I asked support, they danced around the issue and admitted nothing. They eventually canceled the subscription only because I pressed hard for it, not because their system made it easy or transparent. And of course, they never refunded the months they took my money without consent. This isn’t just a glitch — this is predatory billing disguised as a legitimate service. pdfFiller exploits technical loopholes like private Apple relay emails to trap users in unmanageable, invisible subscriptions, overcharges them for low-tier plans, and offers no accountability. Avoid pdfFiller at all costs. This company is running a scam behind a paywall.

Great Support. I was having some billing issues, including being charged $96 that I didn’t know what was for. I got a chat with support, received a reply within five minutes, and had the whole issue figured out within 20, less than 20. Apparently it was under a email I didn’t remember using. Jerome was very helpful and the support was very fast.

Most frustrating application I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never rated an application, but this one defies all logic and sound business protocol. I spent several hours filling out a four page employment application that required continual back tracking to fill in lost data. Once I finally completed the application, I went on to save, send or print, which required a “premium” account. I would have paid for the premium service since I had already committed so much time with this app. However, upon reopening the document, once again information was missing and worse yet, sprawled across the first page in a totally incomprehensible fashion. Parts and pieces from pages 2 - 4 were randomly floating across the first page. The developers of this app have s long way to go. This has been a huge waste of my valuable time.

Wow... Let's you fill out your file and save it but as soon as you finish you have to get the free trial. Otherwise your file is held ransom. Cowars, the have keep the D cause that’s what they are. - Response to dev – The problem is some people don’t have a card to access the free trial. The app tricks the user into the trial by allowing the user to fill the document before being blindsided by the trial. Not to mention the privacy concerns with the massive amount of “data leaks” in today’s world… some people don’t feel comfortable leaving their personal information in the hands of sketchy companies. Sketchy companies that will do things like blindside trials to their customers and possibly sell our information, or better yet for you hope a user forgets to cancel the trial and pay an outrageous amount for a simple program.

Quite Literally the Worst PDF app. This was easily the most garbage pdf app ever. It constantly was not working for highlighting and the text boxes were nearly unmanageable to type in. I spent 30 minutes filling out a pdf, and by the time I went to export, the basic option wants $96/year, which they try to trick you by saying $8/month without the fine print. Not only this, but after I started the trial I have no idea where the flipping file exported to, and I actually believe it didn’t export whatsoever because I can’t find it anywhere. This app is hot garbage and you outta be ashamed peddling $100 out of this trash heap.

ITS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR. I don’t usually give apps the time a day to give them a review wheather i I like em or not ,Unless the app is extremely good and then I can give my time a day. This out is exactly what you’re looking for I download it a document off of Google saved it to my files from my files put it on the app and it automatically had every spot I need to fill out highlighted and easy to fill out and send literally a printer on the Internet without printing hands-down the best out for business PDF wise

Website is fine, but the app is almost unusable. I downloaded this app after filling out a portion of my pdf on safari. I assumed the app would be user friendly and streamlined, but when I went to open documents the app would either freeze or spend 2-3 minutes loading my document before it finally let me edit them. Once I was able to edit my docs I clicked okay and done in the top right of the screen assuming that it saved my edits because there is no “save” button. After hitting done it left the doc and I printed it, after reading it I realized that the spelling mistakes I had just corrected had not been saved. I went through this process four times before going to the website to make my edits which then saved successfully.

Liars!!!!. They claim to have a free trial, but that free trial cost $102. How pathetic I wasted my time filling out this important document that now I have to redo elsewhere they do not even give you the option to preview before print or whatever. I’m so frustrated because of my time wasted. l am a single mom of three due to ages I had to wait till they went to bed to work on this legal document of 18 pages that took me 2 hours and cus your free trial is a lie and because I can’t even preview to print without paying I now have to find a new way to do this all over again. It’s 2:14am and I have to be up in 3 hours but my infant will be ready to feed again anytime so I will be interrupted and won’t probably get it turned in by deadline and then I loose my Childrens survived benefits from SSI and that hurts them more then anyone. So thanks dudes.

Horrible experience. This app scammed me out of $55. Subscribed because I wanted to get my document out of the app and it kept telling me that I needed a subscription. It then would charge me and still tell me I had no subscription. I logged out and in again a few times and no update. I figured maybe it was because I didn’t have the highest level of subscription. Subscribed to that and got charge and still did not fix the problem. Absolute garbage app. Please refund me my $55. Went to docusign and got everything filled out and exported for free and in minutes.

Should be more intuitive. So many apps out there are great examples of intuitive app design but in the ‘PDF’ space I find many lacking in this respect. For example the most common of tasks is to ‘fill’ in a form but I can not find a simple app that does this well in a smooth way. The app developer may be satisfied but the app developer is not your ‘user’ or ‘customer’. Another point; while filling in a form may be the most common user task on PDF files, it may not be the most frequently used task. So for this type of ‘one-off’ task the app for a form fill must be simple and easy. I see many apps don’t recognize the form fields which is not good. The placing of the text on the form should not depend on the size of the user’s thumb. The default size of the text should be set automatically to match the standard of the form. These points are just the basic points. Other points could include using the user’s default data such as name and phone; home and email addresses… but simplicity is a must have.

Rip off!!. If you intended to use this on your mobile phone, save your money!!! Worst app ever!! They refuse to refund my $100 after 2 days of trying to use it!! About half of the features are available for mobile use as compared to the desktop version. The desktop version is not much better. Terrible customer service. I was talking to “harmhon” with customer service, and they were zero help!!! I expect this type of product and service out of a free app, but when I spend $100, I expect something that somewhat works....save your money!!!

Great concept, but frustrating app.. This app offers a lot of great features that a lot of these other document editors don't offer, but when it comes down to sending your document out. I wouldn't. Every time I send out a document and edit it, it has errors that I can clearly see that weren't there before I sent it out and I've checked this multiple times by sending it out to myself. Very frustrating bug. It happens with the "erase" it will erase things that I did not want erased and I'll edit it back to the way it was and then when I send out, the document is still has the parts I didn't want erased.

Won’t open now!. I’ve used this app for a long time now. And it’s not reliable. Sometimes it does what you want sometimes it won’t. Documents are “busy” when you are in a rush. You have to sign in again every time you transition to another app. Total pain in the neck. Not sure what’s up, but all of a sudden this app won’t load now. I tried to access my files online and they are there in my account but I can no longer print or send them anymore for free. No warning. I thought it was a free app, but they want to charge me now. Bummer. Off to find another way.

Makes mobile work life easier. I do about 99% of my work from my phone. This is just another tool to make that easier. No need to stop at the office and print forms and fill out or sign to return. It can all be done on this device. And you email right from the app. For sure 5 stars for making my life easier and more mobile

I wanted to love it..... I recently got rid of Adobe Acrobat DC and needed a way to edit some PDFs. At first, I thought the application was adequate, until I saw that they were asking for $20 a month (for monthly) to even print the document. I found that you can close the document, save as, and eventually get it exported to a place like Drop Box or Google Drive, but the price for basic features is beyond a reasonable price, especially if you haven’t seen the entire application in a full trial. If the application worked without serious bugs, then I’d be more willing to pay money for it. However, when I closed a document, any text I added on the second or third page went up to the top of the first page. I had to try 9 times to finally get it to stick. It looks like I had to take a few actions with additional edits for it to save the text I entered. As a software developer myself, I consider that to be a serious issue, and should never get to production while a bug like that is not fixed. This especially is important when charging $20 a month for the product.

Awful customer support.. I downloaded this app to sign ONE document. Of course they don’t let you use it for free with basic permissions but you have to set up at 7 day trial. The app itself says I have one day left in my trial. But of course I got charged the almost $100 anyway. And when I took the issue to support they did not help at all. They sent me one message and did not manage to get anything else in, in the whole 10 minutes I had the chat open. Not to mention the chat box itself hardly works. I was able to send one message because the send button stopped working. Glad you can have an emoji button in your chat box and not a send button. Pathetic. I’m not Happy that I got charged $100 for something I’m not going to use. Ever.

Headache. Do not go with these guys find a different way. This app is FILLED with bugs. It is a headache and a terrible experience. Customer support is no help. For technical support the only option is live chat and the responses are in broken English. The first battle is convening them that you are actually experiencing a problem. Once you’ve done that all they have to say is sorry our app isn’t perfect maybe we will sort it out one day. Don’t put your business on hold waiting on these guys to bumble around and maybe someday make a decent app. You’re better off going with a different company on this one.

This app did work great, not sure what happened. This app was great when I downloaded it 6 months ago, I started a new program in school and just needed as easy to use for taking notes in class on the I-pad I bought for school. Like I said at first (the first 5 months or so) it worked great exactly what I needed. Then a few weeks ago some of the notes I would take on lectures started getting erased where I put them and getting moved to the first slide of the presentation. This was not a big deal and I thought it was just a small glitch until this week. I had a presentation with 100 slides and took notes on most slides. Then I open the app today and all the notes are covering the first slide not a single note was left anywhere else in the entire presentation and I have no way to make sense of any of the notes or know what they meant. I might fail my exam now because of this. Very disappointed in app that did work very very well when I downloaded it! Not sure what kind of “updates” were made but it really ruined my studying.

Could be…. This could be an excellent app but it is full of bugs and very quirky. The wideout tool is nice but trying to move the little white square around to where you need it will drive you insane! Files don’t save correctly as PDFs in dropbox instead they’re saved us just generic file. And if that isn’t enough you won’t be able to do any of this cause you can’t login on the iPhone. The keyboard box blocks the Facebook login. All these things seem very obvious but I guess they don’t really check their work before putting the app out. Especially if a keyboard blocks a login feature

Aweful. Just aweful. Grabbed this app to edit a pdf off my phone for a home purchase. Waste of time. The app wouldn’t email the document out. Then, in trying to uninstall it, I cannot get it off my phone. I’m told I need a desktop to remove it. It’s a phone app and they want me stuck with this p.o.s. App so they can charge me for it. Of course, I’m on the road without a desktop. Contacted customer service. Also worthless in getting me results. When you follow links to remove app from phone it loops you back to where you started. I never write bad reviews. Until now. Waste of my time

Loved this app - But the developer pulled a Shkreli. Update Update - They lied to me. They turned off the features again 30 days later. They claimed they had no record of my conversation and would not be grandfathering me in. It is a serious bait and switch. I’m an occasional user and if their pricing structure made any sense, I might even subscribe, but it’s ridiculously expensive and the updates are usually downgrades. They took a great app and completely screwed it up. Update - after speaking with their responsive support staff, they agreed to let me keep the features without the need of a subscription. I appreciate that they honored the original agreement and grandfathered me in. As I said in the original review, this is a great tool. One more step towards paperless! Original Review - This is a very comprehensive and integrated pdf editing tool. I have used it for over a year and it was my go-to for anything pdf related. I paid a flat fee when I purchased the app and thought it was a good value. With the last update the developer implemented a tiered subscription format ranging from $72/yr to $180/yr. WAY OVERPRICED...imo. In addition, I no longer had access to any of my features. I’ll just write off the flat fee I paid and move on to other, more reasonably priced apps. It’s really too bad, because I loved this platform.

Disappointed. I made the mistake of paying $77. for this service that I find awkward and user unfriendly. I’ve been unable to email the completed document. While trying to correct one of my misaligned check marks I erased part of the form and find no way to reproduce it. I purchased this yesterday and have spent many hours trying to successfully use it. I’ve asked for a refund through the support email and was denied for not meeting the refund criteria. Then on this page I find two revelations previously unseen. One is a “Try it before you buy it” offer and the other is a “Guaranteed no cost, no questions if not 100% satisfied. I am dissatisfied and would greatly appreciate a refund of my purchase of order id MK9FY1WHBS. Thank you.

It’s not free. It’s useful and if you need it-you pay. It’s not free. It’s useful and if you need it-you pay for it. - made it harder to use. You can’t save anything without paying for it. You can’t print anything without paying for it they don’t really have an ad option. I wish they did because that would be awesome. I would watch a Videos our ad revenue whatever to build up my portfolio you have to actually pay because they don’t offer anything like that. Are used to be way easier to actually utilize the free stuff now that made its interface pay pay pay

Came through for me in a big way. Was out of town visiting family for Christmas and was told a critical contract I sent before I left had errors and needed editing. Was able to make the corrections using the app, although did have to get creative using the tools provided. Came through in a pinch. Recommend for quick but dirty edits.

Error to Login !!!. I have tried to do what support has told me to do, with No luck. I at my end, I do not want to cancel my account. You would think that they would get me into my account site page, I fill that way, If anyone can HELP, get back with me. My next step is to ask for a complete refund and my file’s. Thank you, John 🦮

Trash. I needed this to sign a few documents that I did not want to wait for in the mail. I downloaded the app and started the free trial however it did not work for the documents that I needed. I searched the entire site on how to cancel the free trial subscription even went on my desktop computer to try to find out how to cancel the trial subscription as well with no such luck. A few weeks later I received an email notifying me that a payment would come out of my account for the yearly subscription, at that time I attempted to contact them via the online live chat. No one ever came to the live chat even though it specifically says “Just a moment! Our support team member will join the chat within 30 seconds.” I work from home so I left the chat open for the eight hour shift that I worked on that day and no one ever came to the chat. Once I got off work I sent an email and advised them that I would like to cancel my subscription. I received a response back requesting that I verify my account information and once I sent that information in I received a second email back informing me that the subscription had been canceled. Here we are a week later and my account was charged the yearly subscription. I have made several attempts to contact this company however no one has responded so therefore I have gone to my financial institution to dispute the charges and block any further payments coming from my account. Good luck I hope you have better success with this app than I did. The developer did contact me and after several messages back and was able to provide me a refund for the amount that came out of my account. Somehow I got signed up under two different emails.

Great idea BUT soooo many bugs. PDF is unlike any other product without paying for a custom software application. HOWEVER, sooo many bugs which is so frustrating. I also have experienced support saying they will address the issue but having used it almost a year...I don’t ever believe them. Update: received the standard response like everyone else. Been there. This app is a Godsend for my business.. I have used Adobe Acrobat DC for years, and this app beats it in every single way! The features available on the Premium plan are many, too many to list here. Try it for yourself! Adobe crashes constantly and their help is virtually non-existent when something is not working. Highly recommend this program. Far superior and a major time saver and productivity maker. Way to go!!

$100 for absolutely nothing!. Quite honestly I didn’t even know about the app until I saw a $103 charge in my bank account taken through PayPal. Obviously I went through my subscriptions and apps. When it didn’t appear in any of those I searched for the app and apparently have never downloaded it; more questions; went ahead and downloaded it to see if I even had an account through them, sure enough I did through my email. After going through the app a bit and seeing that there was not one iota of information input or stored in it, apart from the fact that it had been created, I reviewed their terms of service for cancellation. Long story short they state that absolutely no refund will be made and explicitly stated even if you only used the program seldom or not at all. For that reason I’d don’t attempt wasting time trying to get a refund and immediately deleted the app and account. All this to say, how does an app I’ve never heard of or downloaded have an account set up for me and charge me unknowingly $100, if it’s through some third party affiliate that uses your program then this company needs to address that issue so as not to scam anyone else in this way!

Quite a nice app, time zones a bit flaky. I like this app to fill in PDFs files, but the emailing bit does sometimes stuff up. It also uses US time zone although I have it set correctly. Otherwise easier than the Adobe offering.

Good. I’ve been using the app for about 4-5 months and very happy and strongly recommend it.

It's a scam!. 1. You have to have an account to operate it. 2. The text writer (on the browser) can't be placed accurately. It jumps back to the top while you are in the document. Don't choose any of the options (check, tick etc.) otherwise it swings back to the top again. Then you choose whatever you were doing again and puts these in random places in your document (remember I'm using my finger on an iPad-well it is an app isn't it) 3. You have to take up a subscription to use. Yes, it is free to download but no indication that you can't use it ie. save the document until you take out the subscription 4. Now I have filled out a personal form, with my bank details on it and can't delete it!

cancelling free trial is a nightmare. If you want to download this app and use the free trial to gauge app value/money please take note this company has a confusing free trial cancellation process and you will be charged annual fee. Definitely not worth the money. Some free apps do the same job.

Not working in Ipad air. Though it(PDF Filler) works very well on the desktop, but my experience with their app is not good. As a admin user, the app takes unlimited time to load the document. It doesn’t even work on Kiosk mode as well. Really frustrated and on the verge of cancelling my subscription. The app embarrass us in front of group of people when we tried to get everyone to fill our form.

You have to pay. This isn’t something worth paying for it’s literally just textboxes, if you do your work and try and save it it’ll tell you to pay for it.

Difficult to use. For some reason there is no undo button and the highlight feature is very hard to use. After placing a highlight in the wrong spot (which is very easy to do) I can’t select it and delete it. This app does not work well with my Apple Pencil.

LOVE THIS APP! Only 1 qualm though.... I love this app! It's easy to use, actually fun to fill out forms! Just a few little tidbits and it could be an amazing app, including but not limited to:- the text custom options.. On some forms it doesn't recognise the forms text box borders so will write outside these lines, and there's so option for a left, right or centred position? This can be annoying when you have to go back and enter the text down onto the next line so as to not go outside these borders. Also the signature option- not enough room on screen on mobile for a longer signature so I need to landscape my phone but this results in the signature displaying sideways and can't seem to turn it around? Maybe a more resourceful help section too? Other than that I would give it the possibility of 10 stars in future!

Subscription. I needed to subscribe this for few of works . But mistakenly, my free trail was renewed and the whole subscription amount for 1 year was deducted. They kindly refunded all of money within 30 seconds after the issue was raised to the support team . Thank you guys. Terrible app, clunky and have to pay to save or send a doc.. Took way too long to fill a form, missed spots and had to fill manually, date doesn’t work correctly then when the form was finally finished it couldn’t be saved or send without paying a ridiculous fee. Save your money and time, lots of better apps do this for free.

What a waste of time. Downloaded this app to quickly sign a PDF digitally and was prompted with a purchase page when trying to save. Waste of time and cash grab. Your app is worth nothing, I would rather have ads than waste 10 minutes of my time signing a document only to be promoted with a paywall AFTER I am done. Useless.

Website is dysfunctional. Had a nightmare trying to email document on my laptop. Their advertising site says upload a document and get started. What they don’t tell you is that you have to sign up for an account to print or email. In my case the file was only viewable to me as I couldn’t send it or print it off!!! When I called support 4X they kept directing me to a link that restores lost files but it didn’t work. Very frustrating!!!

The App Does what it late set out to do but.... The app is good for editing PDF files but you have to pay even if you want to try out the full features. The app description states 7 days Trial period but that is not true. Regardless if you try it for 1 hour or 6 days you will be charged. To the app developer , change the description as your charging even during the trial period. For those that have been charged during the “7 day Trial period” contact Apple support

Ridiculously over-priced for software that should come with the iOS. It’s criminal that Apple can’t make a user-friendly app to do such a simple task. The ios 17 options are pathetic, I need to use a PDF editor twice a year, and companies like this think it’s work more than $50/use. Print, and fill out with a .49 cent pen seems much more of an idea, though a 20th century solution.

Nope. This app works well, but the customer service is very disappointing. There is no clear or easy way to cancel the subscription. I contacted them to cancel because I already have an employee handling all the paperwork and no longer need the app. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive proper assistance. I ended up canceling the card I used for payment just to prevent the monthly subscription from auto-renewing — even though I did not select auto-renew when I purchased the app. Very frustrating experience. I would be cautious before subscribing.

Can’t Export or Send Files Without Paying. This app works okay to edit pdf files. Kind of clunky and hard to use, but I managed to finally get a file finished. However, what they don’t mention before you start is that in order to export a pdf or any other file, you have to subscribe to their membership. Save your money and edit your files on a free online editor. They usually work better and don’t hide any info from you. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this app for anyone.

Subscription rates are not clear. I signed up for the app thinking I was only going to have to pay for the services monthly. I was slapped with a yearly charge after the free trial ended which I did not sign up for seeing as I would not use the app often. So I was lied to about paying a monthly rate. Now I’m stuck with the app for an entire year. I do not recommend paying for this app. It is not worth them stealing your money.

Doesn’t work, Do not purchase.. App states you can add photos directly from your phone which is why I purchased it. Except for when you do and attempt to print or email the doc, the formatting is wrong. Their tech people were unhelpful as well. Classic example of an app that gets you to purchase to use extra features and then doesn’t work.

Perfectly Helpful. I have PDF paperwork for school and had been STRUGGLING to find an app that would edit and perform various tasks such as sign, fill in, and convert to PDF. This WONDERFUL app does it all. I was stressed to the max, but since I found and used this app, EVERYTHING is A OK. I LOVE IT!!

Waste of time. I just filled in an entire document and hit the draw button and I made a mistake. There’s no undo button and I tried to Erase it and it just drew more lines. And if I wanted to save the document I have to make an account. It doesn’t prompt you to make an account until you’re done editing and want to save. Such a huge waste of my time.

Was working great until. I’ve been able to fill out the pdf forms perfectly fine. However, problems arise when I open the saved PDFs that have been filled out. All of the the information have gone to the first page and some of the placement of the text boxes that I put are completely wrong. Now I’ve lost all of my notes for the class.

Is this app a scam?. I downloaded this app to complete a form and since completing the form my app is stuck on requiring an update and won’t open. I need to cancel the service as it is not even working as it should and I can’t open the app. Also when I try to ask for customer service it bring me to a page saying the site is unsafe and could cause harm to my device. I need the owner of the app to contact me immediately to resolve this issue.

Doc unable to be opened. After spending 45 min editing a doc then emailing thru the app, I breathed a sigh of relief. Two hours later, recipient called me stating she was unable to open doc on her end. I was unable to email the doc via my own email. We had to go thru the doc verbally, line by line. Time consuming and frustrating. NOT recommended.

Never use this app. This is the absolute worst app ever never use to edit anything I started using it Sunday to edit a form completed it then next day half was gone. I tried to save and print the other half and when I pressed done it just sent me to the account screen without the document. I redid the entire thing and then as I was going to print it sent me to the home screen and the document was gone from my my documents page

Almost perfect. This app is almost perfect, the only issue I had was when I needed to moving something on my document, it did not immediately let me touch and move. I would recommend it!

Difficult to delete. The developer has made deleting this app extremely annoying and difficult. You have to send an email link from the app and then find a desktop to use to actually be able to delete it. I also got 14 notifications within 30 minutes telling me that my free trial was about to expire, and that was very annoying as well.

Unreachable. I use a different software and meant to cancel. I’ve attempted to reach out on their website but after I submit it just says site not found and that I can’t submit another for an entire day. I want to get a refund as I can’t see myself paying $120 for an app I’m not using. Since their contact page isn’t available I’m turning to the review page.

After filling very long form I couldn’t save or email it. Due to the hidden fact that it’s paid app I filled two long forms and when I was going to mail them the app ask for the premium update to be able to do this, and it’s huge money for a monthly subscription (20$) or (75$) for annual subscription. This is way too much, I wouldn’t fill that form if I know the pricing from the beginning.

Do not purchase!. I paid for a year subscription through the app store and PDFfiller refuses to to recognize my payment. After fighting with PDFfiller for a while, I tried to get Apple to refund my purchase and they would not even research the issue. Goodbye $128! Furthermore, it looks like the app is only really functional if you buy their most expensive package! I do not typically review products, but this is robbery!

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. This app would be 5 Star, as it has a lot of excellent feature; however trying to fill in a formatted document is next to impossible. The text box move all over the page and the keyboard consistently pops up, getting in the way of positioning the box you’re trying to maneuver. It took me over an hour to fill out a one page document that would have taken ten minutes to fill out by hand.

One of the most frustrating app experiences. Endless loading screens for local file transfers, you have to sign up for a utility app ?! The app had access to my photo library without even asking for access which something i need to investigate, the editing is awful; i tried adding a photo to my pdf ended up deleting parts of my pdf and there isn’t even a back button visible to the user ?!

Good. I never knew about an application that could help to me to edit 1099-MISC and file it right from my smartphone. Now I can save my time with this form filler, it’s highlighted tillable fields, and automatic sending via e-mail function. 💪 A cool app for filing form while on the go!

Nice app but I don’t think I’m going to pay subscription.. The app worked for me, I was extremely satisfied but the idea of paying $10/mo for something that I’ll only use every now and then just doesn’t sit well with me.

Annoying customer service. This app gets the jobs done, but having a subscription with them is a no go. While trying to cancel my subscription I had to go back and forth multiple times. They try to force u to keep it and you have to give them 1000 reasons as to why u want to cancel it. Not worth the time.

Missing features. Unfortunately you do not have all the features of the desktop version in the app or mobile version. For instance you can’t delete a page and rearrange. It’s very unfortunate as the description states you can.

iPhone 7+ doesn’t work. I filled out my document, everything worked easily. Upon finishing and exporting my file (in pdf format) to my cloud of choice, it said it completed, however I cannot open the file to look at. I tried saving to several different ones, drop box, OneDrive, etc but it never showed the file available. Just the “new folder” it created. Ended up deleting the folders and the app as well. Looking for a better solution for easy filling of a doc.

A bit glitchy. It is much better use web version of editor because us in mobile app looks extremely complicated. But so far I can say that it is fine thing to organize my docs and contracts

Worked on bugs. I am glad that they are paying attention to fixing bugs and improving service. I wanted make bad review but have seen update where it works like a charm!

Great app but…. Hey does anyone know how to get rid of the black boxes that appear on a document? They don’t seem to be text boxes and there isn’t any obvious way to get rid of them, and they’re everywhere all over the page. Otherwise it would be a great app, the UI is pretty straightforward otherwise.

Offline must be improved. I am using this service for years and it always fine. But poor performance without connection to internet pisses me off

Charged me after I cancelled subscription.. They charged me for a year’s service after I cancelled the subscription. They also make cancelling extremely difficult, I had to directly contact them in order to cancel, they confirmed it was cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged, and the very next day $80 was taken from my account. Shady business practices. Avoid at all costs. They are thieves.

Absolute Clickbait. This company puts commonly needed PDF files on their website. They do not own that content. They let you fill out the form completely but if you try to print it or save it, you get hit with a paywall. This is a predatory and shameful practice. Anyway, I paid for the app (because I spent an hour filling out a form) and discovered that it is also a bad app. It is slow and doesn’t format well on devices. Shady business with a poorly coded app. Not a great combination.

Payment scam. I tried to do the free trial and couldn’t cancel trough the app. I followed the directions it gave me on faq. I looked everywhere to cancel it. I couldn’t find it. I said oh well one time payment that’s fine. But then just got unauthorized change from them renewing my subscription after I set up a one time payment. There is nowhere to edit and cancel you subscription or delete your cc details anywhere on the app. Had to talk to customer support. Don’t give them your cc number

Pay to use. This app would be so great! Especially for people like me who use it a few times a year. I hate that you have to pay monthly after your trial ends. Money hungry developers don’t understand. I’d rather pay a dollar or two every time I use it (which is only a few times a year). Honestly it’s annoying. Don’t recommend it.

Makes you pay to export your edited document.. This app will let you edit PDFs, but will require you to pay before you can export (email/save) the document. This app does allow you to screenshot the document, but that’s just extra hassle. 2-stars because it does what it says, but doesn’t let you export and doesn’t tell you that in any obvious way.

Very misleading. Do not download this app whatsoever. They get you by letting you upload your docs then make you pay an outrageous price to fax or share with clientele. It tried to charge me 72 bucks a month when the price displayed was 7 dollars. This is very very misleading and you guys should be ashamed for trying to gyp people out of their money. Only goes to show how desperate some developers are to get money from people that don’t see it coming! Don’t waste your time. Download the pdf app from Adobe. It’s much better!!

No longer a happy user. I have used this app for years without problems. Now with this latest update all the notes are jumbled up and on different pages. I no longer can cut and paste to correct the errors UNLESS I pay a premium. In the many years I have used I have never had these problems and I did not have to pay a PREMIUM to have access to documents.

Thanks for wasting my time!. This app let me start editing my document right away. It was an extremely painful process, took 15 minutes to do what would’ve taken 2 on my laptop if it weren’t out of commission, finally go to save it and… I have to PAY to save the document I just made? Thanks for telling me after I spent all that time editing a document I had every confidence I’d be able to use!

Amazing customer service. Contacted customer service about a charging problem and they were amazing giving me almost a full refund

Five Stars. One of THEE best apps on the market. I’ve signed my daughters students loan docs with this app and so much more - I’ve saved recipes and can fax and print from it too. If you’re looking for an productivity app, this is the one you want. I’ve been using it for 3-4 years and it hasn’t failed me yet.

Works great for filling in PDF forms. I have been planning our wedding and a few vendors emailed forms in PDF format. Instead of printing, filling in, scanning the email back I downloaded this app. It works great to fill in the forms and attach to email. Made life easier.

Waste of time. There’s nothing you can do on this app until you pay an outrageous price for a subscription. If this is what you do every day then it might be worth it although there’s better apps that do more less. To the average person that does this probably 2 times a month it is not worth it.

Fantastic to use to fill and sign forms. This app is fantastic to fill and sign apps. I have many forms for my company that I do not have turned in to actual digital or so. This makes it so easy to fill and sign. So intuitive.

What about infrequent users. As far as the program goes, it worked for what I needed to use it for. Unfortunately they want you to pay a fortune for access after 7days, when it’s something most people may only need a couple times a year. It would be nice to have something for occasional use

Elegant. This app (and others from this developer) is straightforward, elegant, and functional. Great to use with other related apps or apps already on my phone. It just works.

Not working. Wasn’t able to add a Pdf from storage on my phone and tried emailing to the email address multiple times and nothing came through. What a waste of time. After multiple failed attempts with this app I deleted and downloaded Adobe Sign & Fill and it worked first try easily. 3 days later I received an email from this app saying me my Pdf had arrived in my email finally. Might be better off printing out your pdf, filling it out and actually mailing it at that speed.

WORST APP OUT THERE. You need to pay basically to use anything. They give a ‘free trial’ but it has no record of starting it within the app. Spent 3hrs annotating and reading an essay on the app only for it to not allow me to share or covert into a pdf. My time is wasted and this app is horrid. So, if you’d like to use this app to get something done, you must drop cash in order to use it as the trial does not work. Disappointed and a waste of time. Will be deleting.

basically scammers. I deleted the app after a one time use and tried to cancel my subscription. I was still being charged for four months after the initial use and deletion. Very upset. Contacted apple and they were only able to refund the latest charge and not the last three months. This has happened to others and they were able to get up to 6 months refunded. I’m actually disgusted. If I could give this app a 0 stars, I would.

Glitchy. List of issues 1.Hey how come on my iPad or iPhone I cannot edit my documents. I have a difficult time trying to erase just the text that I want to erase. 2. Let’s say you have a document stored on PDF filler. You open it up and want to re-edit it. However the erase feature tries to eraseMore than just the text around what you want to erase. 3. You finally give up, and decide to send the document anyway with a note attached saying what is screwed up. You hit done, and then it ask you what you wanted to do. So you hit email document, and it goes to the email page. However it does not allow you to email it. It just freezes up. At this point you chat with customer service. They say to re-download the application. Whereby you lose all your store documents. Nice job PDF filler!

Don’t even try this app. It’s a straight scam! Airslate deserves to be reported to the BBB and audited, because the whole platform is built on people not remembering to change a setting. You pay 10$ to start and then they charge you 100$ because you didn’t change your settings to monthly charge..... even though there is no option for it when initially buying the app. THEY JUST WANT TO SCREW YOU OVER! This is the definition of poor business and is full of unfair practices. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP OR ANY APP MADE BY AIRSLATE!!!!

Wasted my time. After more than an hour of filling in a form on my iPhone, I tried to print the form and received a pop up message that printing is only available with premium subscription. In all of the text in the description of the app this is not mentioned once, I read it three times just to be sure. What is the point of this app having a trial period of you can’t print a form after filling it in. Really wasted over an hour and I will have to do it again. Furthermore, your cheapest subscription offer is six bucks a month. I need this app one time and one time only, why would I pay six bucks even once when I can go home later and do the same form on my computer for free? Very misleading ad on the App Store. Deleted

Mobile app. I’ve been using this program on my Mac and it worked just fine, however I can not open my docs which are requesting signatures on the mobile app. If there’s a way to to it, it’s clearly not user friendly. I thought the “waiting for signature “ would show up but alas, no such luck. Wish it worked since being mobile is extremely today.
