Great for a beginner biker. I'm just getting into mountain biking and I wanted something to help me when I'm on the trail or just wanting to do some work on my bike to try and save some money

Bike Dr.. Great App easy to follow great job guys

Superb and well thought out bike app. This app tells you all you need to know about how to keep your bike in good condition. The photos are large and clear. The instructions (and warnings) are precise and enlightening. Andreas has put together the sort of travelling manual that a newbie can use--also helpful for those more experienced. The section on oiling the bike gave me insights on this that I didn't know before. It's good to learn new things.

Accurate and a good selection of repairs. I mostly use this when I want to check a fine point in the middle of a job, like which way the pedal threads go. For that sort of thing, it's well worth the money to have the answer in my pocket.

Ok, but not worth $4.99. Eh. Needs MUCH more content, pictures, and videos to be a $4.99 app. Also, the GUI is inconsistent. For some content the 'Next' button is on the bottom of the screen and for other content it's on top. This should be a $1.99 app at the very most. The instructions, tips, and advice are good and informative, as you'd expect from Andreas. I hope he keeps improving this. C'mon London Cyclist, you're better than this!

Makes DIY bike maintenance a breeze. I used to have to rely on my bike shop for most all of my bike maintenance. And while there are still times when I’ll take my bike in to the shop, this app has helped me fix some basic issues when I simply couldn’t take it in to the shop. I just completed my first ever gear tune up, and I’m able to easily shift through all of my gears again! The instructions are clear and concise, and the pictures help a lot. A must have for DIY bike maintenance. Plus, by doing my tune up myself, I’ve covered the cost of this app several times over in just one sitting.

Love this app. Love this app some of the things I can do in my own and some I can't do but this app is very helpful. I had to get a new rim/ wheel and I don't know if it is the brake shoes or the rim it is very hard for me to stop ( rear wheel) I found on this app on how to clean the wheel and I have done it that way. But I feel I should go back to the dealership that put my rim/ wheel on and tell them just to change the brake shoes.

Just build a fixie. Yeah the apps alright but not so much if you own a fixie

Waste of Money. Hey Bike Doctor, 1970 called and it wants to review your tips. Everything in here is old and not relevant to current technology.

Coo. Very handy app

Useful!. This app can best be described in 3 words-- Simple, reliable, and thorough. The amount of informational organization and gathering makes this app worth your money.

So-so for 5 bucks. Good start, but still too text heavy, and the vast majority of photos do not clearly illustrate what the text is explaining. Also the vast majority of the first 25-30 photos I looked at were terribly out of focus.

Just ok. Embarrassed I paid for this app. Absolutely nothing special about it. Some videos would've been more helpful in this descriptions are just mediocre. Doesn't do a good job addressing subtle variations between different manufacturers. Don't waste your money.

Good info but app is soooo out of date.. This would be a 4-5 star rating if the devolpers weren't lazy and would update this app. App looks like I'm on an iPhone 4. If you're accepting money for an app then keep it up to date. Partly my fault, I should've seen it hadn't been updated in 4 years.

Very helpful to a beginner.. I just bought my first road bike and had to assemble it. This app gave me guidance in that process as well as maintenance help so I can make the bike last. I love it.

Helpful. Excellent, I'm just getting back on the bike after a few years. This app is great for troubleshooting minor issues that don't really need a mechanic. I'm not handy at all so the pictures are a great help.

Great app, much improved with this update. You can maintain your bike with this app. Would like to see more tips on riding techniques, and more diagrams/line drawings for some of the advanced adjustments/repairs. Well done!

Excellent. A very succinct and useful application which was great for getting me started on performing my own bike maintenance.

Unsophisticated.. This app is simple and straight forward. The categories are ok but there seems to be a section lubrication information missing, this would be beneficial. I got tired really quickly with the nag screen at the end of each item. This is a real irritation.

BD app review. I purchased a new bike recently, my old one was 18 years old. The new bike had disc brakes and other upgraded parts that I had never worked with before. I needed a good reference app to bring me up to speed with what I needed to do to. After going thru another popular bike repair app I found I still needed a better understanding on what the parts looked like and how they went together. This app provided that. The app also gave a heads up on what to look out for by mentioning common mistakes made by people like myself. There is also a safety inspection guide and a guide to doing a yearly overhaul.
