App updates require re-login. I have to re-login every time app is updated. Typing in my corporate account credentials is the last thing I want to do when I want to view the outage notification.

Great app for website monitoring !!!. Nice to know the status of the service on the move !! Expecting more configuration from the App.

Great app, just needs a dark theme. We use this app tremendously and love Site24x7’s capabilities. We just need a dark theme! Would be much easier on the eyes at 3am when checking status of your systems!

It's a pain. Doesn't stay logged in. Contact support doesn't work. Very poor app; has poor UI and doesn't work .

Push still broken.. No push received, red dot showing while there are no alarms. Everything else is very good.

Great monitoring service and app!. We have used Site 24x7 for years and the iOS app is a very helpful addition and is designed for very easy review of important details without added cruft. Their plan pricing is very clear and competitive in the monitoring industry.

Its a great viewer for your site, BUT. BUT without configurable push alerts, useless to an admin. Text message isn't going to wake me up at 4am if theres an outage.

Must have paid website account. Apparently no free option. App stays on log in with no account. No pointer in app how to even sign up

Great product. This could be a great product there are some bugs and the lack of suspend a alarm from the app. Its a must for beginners not for pros

Caveat Emptor. I downloaded the app and didn't open it right away. There were several apps on my iPad that had updates, this included. It only did a partial download and so now it's stuck. I can't update it, and I can't delete it!!! It's slowing my iPad down considerably too.

Forget This. Won't even allow a login. Total waste.

Last update broke login. The last update broke the login, and now you have to log back in even when switching apps.

Doesn’t open. I signed up and verified app won’t open clicking login does nothing haven’t even got to use yet

Crashing immediately after last update. Previously pretty useful, great option for alerting on monitor outages. Unfortunately, as of the last update in Nov 2022, it crashes immediately upon opening. Background alerts still work, but the app crashes as soon as it takes the foreground.

Not staying logged in. New update is not staying logged in.

Unreliable. Not detecting actual outages. Developers taking too long to find cause and solution to problem. NOC view not updating.

Great app for great service. Like having the opportunity to view the network remotely. Good app.

Hangs all the time. I have to close and reopen it 100% of the time. I replaced my phone a few weeks ago.... same thing, hangs. Right now, I’m getting the alerts, but the page will not load to read them. Same on WiFi or 4G.

Good monitoring, horrible alerting. There is too little flexibility on the alerts. With the mobile app, the push notifications are either on or off. You can’t set thresholds/rules. If a server goes down for a minute at 2am and then fixes itself… the push alert will be immediate and will wake me up for nothing. I’d be waken up multiple times nightly if I left the push notifications enabled on the phones.

Great product, great support and just what we needed!. We use Site24x7 in our office to monitor both our external websites and our internal web applications. We love it. It is exactly what we needed, it met our requirements and our users can't live without. The technical support is incredible. Being able to use this app to see the status of all our sites remotely is perfect. Thank you.

Lasted release blows up. My iPhone is on 15.7 OS and just got latest release of Site24x7 app last night and now as soon as you launch app it blows up.

Login error. The last update from the app force me to login everytime I open the app. This is frustrating. Please fix. I never had an issue before, but saw today that you updated the app 6 daus ago. I have the issue since a few days. Must be related to the update.

Great app. Reliable enough

This is not a Zoho service. Logging in with Zoho automatically signs you up fr paid service. Trying to figure out how cancel this third party service. Do not try.

IOS widget no longer works. The iOS home screen widget no longer works. Continually says “authorization failed”. Please address this as it was a very nice feature.

Re-login. Since the last major update the app make me enter my credentials every time I use the app. Is very annoying and useless like this. Is a shame cause I have more than 200 monitors and now is useless, hopefully in the next update will fix this issue.

Sites keep disappearing. And the support page in app doesn't even work!

Does not work for free users. I don't have a problem with a company restricting access to paid users, but they should at least say so in the iTunes store or website.
