Truly Healing Tool. This app, Solfeggio Frequencies, and Glenn Harold, is capable of incredible helping us in healing and positive transformational impact to our lives. I’ve been using the Solfeggio Frequencies for healing with great results but Glenn Harold’s guided meditations are a wonderful addition and guide to them. I HIGHLY recommend!!

So powerful, absolutely love!. I've been listening to Glenn's meditations for years and they are just as much, if not more powerful and incredible as when I first started. I hope he continues to churn out these meditations, I've had powerful shifts and releases listening to them - don't just listen once, they're more powerful the more you listen, it's as if your frequency calibrates to those of the meditations and it doesn't necessarily happen just from one session (though I've had very powerful single sessions with these)! Thank you Glenn, you have a true gift and I absolutely love these meditations!

One request please: when you open an app/selection from the Library, you have a heart at the bottom to add to Favorites (awesome) could you add a + so we can add it to the Playlist directly from there instead of just having the long, no picture list to select from in Playlist? Annoying voice. If the dude would shut up and let me relax to the sounds it might be a great app. I could not stand his voice, every time I thought I was relaxed and about to drift off the annoying voice starts speaking.

Amazing. I’ve tried many different meditation apps and this one is the only one that has truly touched my soul. I listen to at least one a day but I have a daily goal of three meditation sessions daily and they are all Solfeggio meditations.

Tacos and silence…for some.. This app would be better if there was an option to mute the voice over. It’s not that the guy’s voice is annoying, but his voice is just not for everyone and it’s actually annoying. Also, I love tacos in the summer time.

This is pretty awesome. I wasn’t sure about this app when I got it but I did find some really good meditations on here. I do wish the prices were cheaper because there are so many I want to try. I’ve really enjoyed the ones I have purchased so far. The music ones are great!

Exactly what I'd been looking for!. I had been searching high and low for the perfect relaxation/meditation to fall asleep to; as I find it very difficult to work meditation into my busy morning routine. This series is flexible and has had positive impacts on my emotional health, my ability to sleep well, concentration...overall I just feel some relief from the stressors of my life. My only regret is not discovering it sooner. I have enthusiastically recommended it to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future. Many, many blessings to all the people that brought this production into the world. The music is subtle but fully present, interweaving neatly into the words and affirmations within. I have always been skeptical of affirmations; but the words chosen in these seemed to be just the right medicine for my soul. So much gratitude for discovering these sequences. Sleeping well. I was in a car wreck in 1999. Haven’t slept well at all since. A lady friend told me about this app. Well tried the free one for about a week every night. So nice to get a good nights rest. I got the deep sleep one & tried it last night. It was wonderful. Even got up about 4 am & went right back to sleep. Thank You.

Zzzzz. The best meditation app especially to end in sleeping. The lucid dreams meditation is amazing and really leads to lucid dreaming. The different meditations are well worth the few bucks. Glenn Harrolds voice is so calming, never annoying. My teenage boys love these meditations also.

Love this! I can finally sleep. I have chronic insomnia. I have tried many medications, supplements etc, to help me sleep. All have been ineffective or had side-effects. I am thrilled to find a something that helps me sleep and I feel great in the morning. Don't expect instant success. Listen to the meditation several nights in a row as it could take a week or two for your mind and body to focus and relax. I prefer the Solfeggio Relax and Sleep. I relax more with the background sounds. Thank you Glenn Harold for giving me full meditations to try for free. You have been a difference-maker. I will be a repeat customer!

Great Long Term App. The stress of being a working parent with littles during the pandemic really caught up with me in 2021. I have been using this app for a year and a half and it has really help shift my mindset and helped me better manage what’s in my control. I highly recommend.

Either Stop Talking or have a button which turns off Glenn’s guidance. Seriously, I want the tones and music without hearing and guided voice. How about offering to have both guided versions and non guided no voice versions. Next release.

Amazing! No...seriously...AMAZING!. I did it. I'll admit it. I downloaded this app because of its price (FREE! As one of my dear friends says "Free is for ME!"). Boy, am I glad I did. First of all, I needed something to help me relax and sleep. Done...within five minutes, snoozeville. Second, because I'm really starting to get into the power centered within our chakras, I decided to download some of the individual Chakra Meditations. Result: life-changing. I kid you not. Glenn is able to tap into my subconscious like no one's business. The negativity and ill feelings I was harboring towards my ex-husband have almost completely withered away into a void of non-feeling. That peace of mind, alone, is worth far more than I could ever pay Glenn. Finally, he is one cool guy! I became a fan of his Facebook page and sent him a message asking a question about the subconscious...he responded back to me within the hour. I was impressed! So enjoy this free app, but do yourself a favor and explore further the other chakras. I think you'll be glad you did. Namaste...Rebeccah

Healing. I downloaded this app for the self healing portion. I really love the guided visualization. It’s hypnotic and feel as if it’s very effective. I’ve been deeply meditating for 3 years and I enjoy hearing his voice. I do feel it’s helping lower my body’s physical stress responses. Only critique is that sometimes my purchases have to be re-downloaded so they fall back into the purchases list.. which is no big deal but does became a hassle once you have many. My solution was to favorite all my purchases so they appear on the favorites list. Can you do more visual guidances like the stairs in self healing audio!? I really felt that in my body and it’s awesome! Thank you!

Absolute positive impact on my personal well being. I feel that everyone can benefit from this meditation app. No matter what your situation is in life, you will find something here that will improve the quality of your well being and health. I can’t say enough positive things about the quality and quantity you’ll find all in one place. The in app purchases are inexpensive and even the free sample is wonderfully helpful. I do have a suggestion for the authors- words like “undoing” in the title of meditation 417 MHz - “undoing situations” is kind of a negative word. Perhaps another more positive sounding word could replace it. Improving, correcting, promoting etc would keep the positivity that you teach us to concentrate on during the meditations. I know that it’s hard to replace words like “lose” weight or “stop“ smoking but even those words could be replaced with “overcome” as in “overcome weight issues” and “overcome” smoking habits. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for these wonderful meditations!

A wonderful experience!. Whether you are skeptical about chakras or not, this recording is truly amazing! I felt sublimely relaxed at the end and the whole experience was trippy. The background sounds were not irritating...unlike some. I think I will probably buy two. It took me a while to work out that one was the wake up version. DUH!

So helpful!. I’ve purchased several of the Sleep Meditations and I can’t believe how much they’ve helped me. I’m perimenopausal and a busy, busy person with a lot of stress. I don’t usually fall asleep easily and I don’t usually stay asleep. Since I’ve started listening to the sleep meditations, I settle into a deep sleep each night and wake up feeling rested. I find Glen Harolds voice so soothing and my mind just goes quiet and absorbs the messages. I’m a believer!

Money 1st. I downloaded this free version for trial and feel compelled to parrot the 1-star reviewer: the focus on monetary reward is distractingly evident. This app put out in haste as there are glitches that should've been fixed before making available, ie, 4 copies of each track instead of 1; same sales pitch on separate tracks. STOP SELLING if your work is non-pretentious and helpful, it will sell itself. I'm looking elsewhere. Try living with less so you are not so concerned with building ego and worldly goods that you are asking us to sponsor.

Changed my life. I love this app. I use it all the time. I have trouble sleeping and have started use this to help get me to sleep. Great App.. I will definitely be purchasing more. I wasn't able to sleep last night, so I looked up a meditation app. I was asleep very fast. I woke up this morning feeling better than I have in a long time. I also noticed that I can breathe better and deeper.

Being a mom to six kids, 4 of which are under the age of 5, I am alway in need of techniques of relaxation. I have alway had a very hard time falling asleep. Feel like jello. Glenn has a great voice for this...soothing,calming,helpful...Ali's music playing in background is a great complementary component. I felt like jello near the end then drifted off to a pretty peaceful sleep, which has been quite the struggle lately. Has me eager to try the full version of 639 hz. Absolutely soulful!!. I love the guided meditation . Glen Harold's voice has a very calming quality. I've tried other paid apps and the sound quality and the content of this is by far the best. I use it every night .

Solfeggio meditations. I give all 6 of them a 5 star, all of them are very healing and Glenn puts his heart into all of them. All of his hypnosis and meditations regarding healing and self esteem all have been wonderfully done. There are ones I haven't listened to like the weight loss, golf, public speaking with do not apply to my life so I can not speak for those but the ones that I have and do listen to are very good.

Calming. Great app. Wow, there are so many internal hypnosis recordings! I like the background effects - Very relaxing. Glenn Harrold is One of the best I have heard.

I love Glenn!. I started out with the free versions and quickly paid for this app. I've used almost all of Glenn's apps. They are all spectacular. You won't be disappointed. I suggest listening 4-5 times if you aren't initially "getting" anything. You just might be surprise when it "clicks".

Trance. I've never been in a trance but I swear I was in one last night and I actually felt all the negative energy leave my body. It was scary for a second until I realized how good I felt afterwards and also how my sinus infection is actually starting to clear up! AMAZING!!
