Don't do it.. I can't even start the app because it won't let me give access to the camera via the instructions that PPP up. I got the app free and then when I could not get it to work, I purchased the Pro version and still nothing. More than frustrated.

Don’t buy this!!!. One of the features of the Pro (paid) version is the ability to import photos from your camera roll into a time lapse. It has not been upgraded since iOS 12 and does not have access to the camera roll. Don’t waste your money buying the paid version!!!

Another useless app. I really wish we could preview apps Before we buy them. I was thinking I would be able to access my camera roll from the app, so I could create stop motion videos from still photos. Nope. No such feature/capability. You can Only create stop motions from taking photos within the app. Useless to me, and now I'm out $3.99. I want to create stop motion videos from my existing photos.

I like this app, but their are better apps. I think this app works fine, but their are much better stop motion apps.

Problem. Ok everything was working fine and then now when it takes pictures it takes a lot correctly and then when u watch u see during the middle of the animation it restarts again for like 4 seconds and then comes back please help

تطبيق سيء جداً. من فتره طويله محمل النسخه المجانيه ومعليها لكن قلت ابشوف الي بفلوس صار سيء جداً اذا صورت وانتهيت يكبر الفديو مايطلع واضح واذا حطيت ثواني الي تبغاها مايجي يحط كل ثانية او اقل صورة مانصح احد يشتري 👎👎👎👎

Bring back the manual focus!. This app was pretty good until in the update you got rid of manual focus! Now this app is literally the worst app ever! If you don't bring it back I'm using a different stop app!

Resume feature gone!. I have had this app awhile and since upgrading my iPad 2 to the latest Apple OS a week or so ago I am now missing tools as well, like the resume option as well as music. This is so frustrating because this app worked great and I teach many students and had it planned for many lessons. Fingerlabs doesn't seem anymore interested to fixing this than Apple does with the potential that their OS upgrade may be linked to this suddenly not working. I would like a refund if it no longer works.

I love it! but.... I love this app so much. It is the best app ever for doing stop motion. I haven’t found any other app that has the ability to lock the focus and ISO while still capturing excellent quality pictures. However, the way the app functions drains my battery at the rate of 1 picture to 1 battery percent. So I am forced to keep it plugged in to an outlet. While this is unfortunate it is not so bad. However with the constant charging and use of the app, my phone overheats in the middle of filming and it interrupts my projects. This app also does not have the ability to zoom. So I am forced to bring my phone closer to my work in order to get close up shots. If the battery situation was better and the zoom was added my review would be five stars. I use the IPhone 7 for my filming so maybe the problem is my phone. I have spent years looking for a good app and this one has come the closest.

Excellent App!. Works beautifully, and is perfect for anyone interested in dabbling with stop motion animation or time lapse! It's worth double what they're asking for the full version.

DO NOT GET!!!. If you MUST get this app, get the free version. The free one works perfectly, but the pro version is crap! It keeps doing a closeup and taking pictures WAY off to the right, so all I get is a closeup rightside picture of my set. The free one works great though. Waste of $3.99

So much fun!. I just got this app and so far am pretty impressed! I've had a ton of fun making little stop motion videos of the bears I make. I think I'll be addicted to using it once I get the technique down and less choppy movements.

Imotion pro- is not pro. I would strongly advise you to not get this app. It blurs your camera and zooms it in too. It is a waste of money and a piece of garbage.

Not even worth a penny. This is a complete waste of time. App doesn't recognize camera or even show up in app list yet is on home screen. Can't start a project because won't recognize the camera. Use StopMotion video instead.

App has a bug on the first frame. Love this app but after the recent update when you set up your frame and take the first the shot…it is reinterpreted and throws off your frame and the onion skin stays on your first frame.

Doesn't have tools in description!. I bought the pro version of this app because in the last update they removed all the tools like manual focus from the free version. Upon downloading it I discovered the tools are removed from this version as well. I'll be getting a refund from Apple as well as reporting this app for false claims because it does NOT have the features advertised

Great but update won't work.. Worked great UNTIL last update (ver 2.2.3) and now won't work at all. After buying the pro version and having the update make it useless, I feel ripped off. Pay close attention to reviews before buying any app and beware of updates without re-reading latest reviews first. Had a 5 star rating but now worthless. Hope it is fixed soon. Wish programmer would test better before releasing updates.

Truly an Amazing App. All I wanted was an app to convert high-res images into a seamless video. I didn’t want a low-quality GIF. I didn’t want a slow and tedious sideshow with captions, transitions and effects in a 16:9 format. I just wanted a high-quality, 1:1 video! It took me 4 hours, scouring Google and trying all kinds of apps. I was about to give up. How could something so simple, in theory, be impossible?! But lo, here it is: the exact app I needed. High quality, gorgeous interface, fast and easy. I can take all my 1080p images and create a perfect 1080p video. Seamless. Easy!! And render time was so very fast. Thank you so much for this app. For anyone who wants to utilize the new video profile picture feature on Facebook, this app is a MUST! The only way I have found to create your own video form high-res images. No ugly GIF. No compromises. SOOO happy. Thanks again.

No resume. After working on a video, when you come back to it, you can't resume. It only gives the option to delete a frame or export it. In the help, it says you can resume any video capture by going into my movies and hitting resume. There is no resume button. Please fix.

Product does not match description. My biggest complaint is that in the help section it says that you can resume a video and after following these instructions exactly the "resume" button it specifies is NOT present. I had several people check just to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Better Than Any Other of Its Kind. I don't know why everyone else is having problems... The resume button just looks like a camera and appears after you press tools when you are editing. It has many cool, useful features, and is not very restrictive at all. It's something I feel a real pro(using an iPhone) would use. Haven't had any problems. Once it froze while I was trying to upload a video, and though I had to turn off the app my video was still saved.

please fix!!!. with all the troubles from the ios8 update, i thought buying the pro version would make it work. sadly same problem. controls missing. wrong decision. you guys have to fix this issue soon. i love using this this to teach but now how do i use it if it doesn't work?

Great App. Can you expand the limit of importing 100 photos? I bought the Pro version thinking that “Unlimited movie length.” Meant that the 100 photo limit of the free version would be gone. Check out how I use your app @gpsartanimations on Instagram

No control buttons. Neither the free or pro versions work right. Capture button never shows. Should get a refund.

Useless: perhaps outdated. Could not transfer/save time lapse sequences to my photos file or any other destination. Definitely would like my money back. Using an iPhone11 pro.

Use to be good. I’m a YouTuber animator and this app worked wonders for about 2 years but recently it’s been crashing all the time, I couldn’t export any footage because every time I would hit my movies it would crazy, and now the newest update, the picture quality looks bad no matter what I select because the camera is weirdly zoomed in and it also makes it way more sensitive to slight movements so now no matter how careful I am, every video comes out shaky and unprofessional looking. And weirdly fuzzy thanks to the weird zoom

Sound input is crippled. Compared to prior versions of this once-useful app, it now requires one to use Enhance AudioCopy, which seems to be a disfunctional app that's all about showing you a library to purchase licenses. iMotion's screen shows you a place where you can download the AudioCopy app, and a non-working gear icon that doesn't do anything. Crippled in the name of squeezing more $ out of us.

Not worth the money.... I was using the free version for a few weeks, and decided to buy the pro version I order to import more photos and have unlimited frames. After paying and downloading the pro app, I can only import 100 photos. I’ve emailed customer support for help and have yet received a reply back. Look elsewhere for time lapse apps. Not worth the money. Poor customer support.

Dark Mode. There system already have Dark Mode automatic. I ask you to do work on support Dark Mode everything without miss because of photo too bright light mode background. I hate too bright light mode hurt my eyes because I have low vision. I am sorry I am not good English to explain but would you like to work support dark mode through system iPadOS with iPad Pro Generation 3

Super fun stop motion app. I’m a semi-professional animator. This app is absolutely my favorite animation app for spontaneous stop motion animations. I’ve been using it for many years and still enjoy it. The UI and features hit a nice sweet spot for me. The handful of features give just the main ones that I need. Side note: I see some old reviews that are negative, but they almost look fake to me... I’ve never had any of the problems that some of those people mentioned.

Yay, works in landscape again!. This app is a blast to use. Especially with the remote and onion-skin effect.

Not all controls are visible. Downloaded the app but when running it the start , camera and other controls do not show. hence difficult to actually operate it to start recording and even save the recordings.

Best app. The camera is perfect and it has great graphics .i got an a in school.

Disfunctional. This app is totally absurd, I made several movies on it for a project at school and every time I exported a movie it would totally screw up the audio and it would show much faster than the sound would play. Also every time I would be in the middle of filming it would kick me off the app and and it was super hard for me to find out how to resume filming. Where is the microphone? Where are my previous movies from iMotion?. Version: 5.0.4 No microphone? The screenshots show a microphone option. Instead, this iMotionPro shows “Import.” Also, why can I not see the movies I made with iMotion when using iMotionPro?

Refund please!. App crashes every time I open it...

oh, great.... iMotion Pro now has a "Gallery," where users can submit their videos, with the chance to (fingers crossed) get their videos seen by thousands!!! ... oh, but don't submit anything less than perfect... You will get a LONG and wordy "Rejection" e-mail.😕 AND, STILL can't use selfie camera with this app.

Doesn’t appear to work at all. I downloaded this based on a review and tried to use it on my phone and iPad. On both I had the same experience - when I tried to import photos (which is the way I’d need to make my video), it let me select and import them, and then all of the photos appeared as a black screen. There is also no way to save the video in progress to come back and keep working on it, which is a little crazy for a video-making app.

Not enough attention. The companion iMotion Remote app no longer working - it seems that the developer is losing interest in this app.

Cool app app. All it needs is masking everything else is fine.

No diffrent. This app is no different to the free version so I suggest you get that instead of this version.

Does not work?. This app does not work what so ever. I wanted to timelapse a video i imported. & the edit menu does not work whatsoever. I cant playback the video or anything. I guess i should have red the review before impulsively paying for this app

Not happy. I paid money for this no music adds tried everything. It doesn't export your videos from the light version.

Works Well With Minor Issues. I’ve been using this app for several years and really enjoy it for small projects when I don’t have my professional camera equipment with me. I would however like to see a zoom feature with the camera. If it has this option, I cant find it. Also, I wish we could set the exposure manually. During light changes the exposure changes with it and it would be nice to keep it constant so we can see the changes in our finished time lapse. I would recommend this app and hope the updates keep coming.

Keeps crashing every few hours or so. Would be a 5 star app if only it didn't crash every 4 hours or so. I've no idea why but it's ruining my project! The iPhone is in plane mode with no calendar or other alerts on and plugged into power. Please fix the bug guys.

Few updates, a must for this app. Hi, I like this app, although i think there could be some minor changes like keep the app taking pictures whilst the low battery notification pops up. And the other thing is to have an option with the auto focus, meaning auto-exposure/auto-focus lock. I hope this helps, thanks Tom

1080p is not supported on iPad mini Retina display. Promised 1080p is only promise. Nice and clear interface, very comfortable but useless for me.
