Terrible. The application loads slow, requires passwords every login even though it is running in the background of an encrypted device. Bad. It is the slowest application I own

Stopped working weeks ago. App worked for months. About 1 month ago stopped working now says “error unable to initialize due to missing profiles”. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times.

Great way to get inform on the go. I love it ....it helps me stays current and relevant to the business... Thank you

Doesn’t Work. I have an iPhone 6S Plus and this app doesn’t even upload to my phone. Everything is installed properly, because it worked before. But I stopped being able to connect months ago. I only receive an Error message that says “A server with the specified host name cannot be found.” Please look into this

Store MGR. Very easy to navigate and full of good information

Like, but. I like the app, just wish the way certain things look on the mobile was easier to navigate.

Frozen screen. At times when taking a picture of receipt - screen freezes.

Only good for some sites. Many of our corporate applications require Chrome. Web is not compatible with those links.

PTO Tracker and Wire. Being able to access this on our BYOD Helps immensely. Time Management at work doesn’t always work out so BYOD IS OUR Savior.!! Thank You Technology

Useless. I can’t get into the wire from this app. Everytime I try it says error not connected to WiFi. The problem is that I am. I’m using Walmart WiFi at this very moment. As long as this app doesn’t work then it is completely useless to us & Walmart needs to fix it.

Web browser. I am so frustrated with this app! It had an update and For the past 2 months I have not been able to get into it! I have re installed it several times and still will not work!

Frustrating. Not easy to navigate and acts like updates are still happening. Some programs aren’t working through BYOD and others won’t work from the store hub. It’s a little frustrating trying to plan my day for cap 2.

PDF crash. Crashes when trying to open multi page pdf documents.

Would be great if it worked. I have this app installed with my work apps for Walmart and it doesn’t work! I always get a proxy error, I would use this more than the computer at my work if it worked like it was supposed to. I’d prefer to send emails using a keyboard that I’m used to versus the ones at work. This issue needs to be fixed!!

Does not work. All the time. Has many failed log in attempts. Too many error messages. Or the server is not responding messages.

Crashes. Ever since the last update this app crashes all the time. Usually if not used for a bit I launch it, starts to load the content and crashes. Will do this again and then usually the third time it will open the webpage.

Great Browser. Gives me seamless access to my company resources from anywhere without requiring any additional authentication.

App. It has a fast response. Lot better than the older one.

Crashes every 1-2 minutes. This is the slowest and most unreliable app I have. I tried to watch a 25 minute webinar and this app crashes TWELVE times. Each time I had to resign in. Ridiculous

Not working in iPhone post upgrade to iOS 14.5. Hi, Recently I upgraded my iPhone with iOS 14.5 and tried to open web app, but it splashed for seconds and then goes off from the screen. I even re-installed this app 4-5 times, bot no use. Not sure from this app was not working earlier.

Connection error.. I am having connection issue with this app. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. It works for about a day then the same problem. I have no connection issues with any other app

Missing Profile and failed to initialize. It works properly in version 7.6, and the problem occurs when i upgrade to version 7.8

Can’t copy and paste. I can’t copy and paste in or can I save my passwords I reinstall several times followed instructions with no work somehow someway the system managed to save one password however it incorrect. Furthermore I don’t know how to delete it.

Not worth the effort. If anyone has used this app before you know that this is not worth the effort to explain how terrible it is. It may be used because of the high level of admin controls but for users it is like using an app that came out 15 years ago, in terms of usability.

DOESNOTWORKFORWORK😤. You cannot check your schedule when off the clock or on. Just spins and spins no matter what kind of internet connection you have when trying to use this. If it’s not working, don’t release it until it’s 100%!

Unable to initialize due to missing profiles. I’m not sure exactly when this started happening but thus app is 100% useless now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it always gives me the following message: Error Unable to initialize due to missing profiles There is an option in that pop up to Email logs but that doesn’t work either.

Garbage. Does not reliably work. Running latest iOS version and crashes before loading intranet. Every 10th time or so it may work. Not useful at all and it used to work like a champ.

Great website. This site is so much faster and easier to travel than previous site. Thank you IT team!

Need to be able to change/update information. When access agency platforms, scheduler, problems present each time attempting to make changes.

Very slow and times out. The app was working great till about 3-4 weeks ago. I’m not sure what happened behind the scenes but it is nearly useless now. This is affecting six coworkers as well. We all reloaded it did the latest update and it still won’t finish the connection or times out.

Too many crashes. Too often, it requires browser to be closed and sign back in.

Web favorite. Great tool for my everyday process and routines👍

Multiple errors. The app was updated two weeks ago and I have been unable to utilize since the update.

Not a Fan. I’m not a fan of this web browser. Many pages don’t render correctly on varying devices, like iPads or iPhones, including cloud-based services. If I was not forced to use it by my company’s IT department, I’d be using Chrome, Safari, or Edge…

Great resource. This is one of the greatest tools. You don’t have to find a computer all you do is scan and learn.

Sign On. It would be preferred to have Touch ID as an option for signing in to the WIRE. Often I have to sign in 3 different times to get to where I want to be. Also some of the apps on my home screen take me back to the sign on screen and after signing in it takes me back to my home screen so I have to find other paths to get where I need to be.

Much faster performance!. Like the new interface and it feels much faster to start the app and load intranet pages. Best part is I don’t need to use RSA.

Needs dark mode!. There’s nothing worse than having an alert go off at 3 am, reaching for my iPad and launching the Web app to check on my work servers and being blinded by a bright white screen. For the love of god add dark mode support.

Good but...... The whole idea of my company using this is so that we can check our schedules while not at work. Now I have to be clocked in in order to check if I’m on the schedule. SMH...

Web browser. Since the update I have not been able to access my mobile wire. It shows a error cannot connect to server. I have deleted it multiple times. It worked fine before the update.

How NOT to write a browser implementation. This is, hands down, the worst browser implementation I’ve ever seen, on a mobile platform. It does not display the full page, page scrolling does not work 95% of the time, there is no option to force request desktop or mobile sites. Perhaps it would work for a 1995 HTML1.0 text page. Anything slightly newer, stay away from it.

App crashes and extremely slow. This is the application that we are required to use to check our witch schedules. It is extremely frustrating that each time I attempt to use the app it either crashes, freezes on one page, or runs so slow that the app loads a ‘session timeout’ page. Extremely frustrating.

UPDATE NEEDED for iPadOS 13.4. With the update, scrolling with a Bluetooth mouse does not work. Page does not update, simply a blank screen. If I use my finger on screen to scroll, the page displays correctly. We use several of these apps including Content and it has problems with menus.

Won’t open after latest update. I have to have this app for work and after the latest update it crashes every time I try to use it. I’m unable to open any of the links I need from my work email and can no longer effectively use my phone for work. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Need immediate Improvements. The app is complete garbage. To access any website I have to click on a link from my work email. It runs very slowly and always times out. This is very frustrating when I need to look up something work related on my phone not in the office.

Default Browser. Are there plans to support the default browser extension or n iOS 14?

Stopped working for kiosk iPads. This latest update broke all our kiosk iPads, which is set up using single default user staging, with no authentication and no user affinity. The Web app has been displaying our website fine but once updated to 21.02, it just stopped working. It won’t display anything, and keeps saying the device is currently checked in, and please go to hub app to check out. I have logged a case with VMWare for over a week and still haven’t resolved yet.

Why?!. Program limits access to work related or required websites to the extent of team using personal devices to access work information or work related tools. What a waste!

Browser does not work. Browser does not work. Even before update browser was unreliable as majority of the time could not access my company's intranet. Airwatch is terrible for users/employees.

Completely useless..... Good for Enterprise was better than this garbage. The inbox isn't optimized for iPhone 6 and up. Font size is ridiculous. You can't adjust the font size and the sender is always in bold font despite already reading an email. Get this fixed!!

Terrible rendering and compatability. What I find very disappointing is that other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Dolphin and even Mercury) all work fine with the site that I am used to. But AirWatch won't render many of them properly, or crashes, or won't put the cursor in text boxes during editing. Very disappointing. Also, what's with the no cookies thing? Every time I open the browser I have to re-login to every site I was logged into and also it won't even remember my username despite me checking the "remember me" box. It's a good thing the people who buy AirWatch don't actually have to use it ... that's for the rest of us hostages. Disappointing product from a usually decent company like VMware.

Not recognizing MDM profile. Installed MDM profile, not recognizing the profile being installed. Now intelligent hub is stuck on a boot loop. Greattttttt

More bugs than before. Since update. App keeps asking to put my username and psw. When i do , it doesn't log me in and asks again my credentials. Not impressed

Decent. Better than Good app. Decent. Weird interface though.lots-of pages come up with errors. This sure isn't Google Chrome. Only use it cause the company installed it.

Really bad app. At the time of writing there are 11 reviews for this app and every single one is 1 star. Even horrible apps can manage to get one or two people to give it 2 stars. The back button doesn't work. It can't bookmark complex URLs and it also doesn't let you directly edit bookmarks (tried to get around the broken bookmarks by creating a short link with an URL shortener but it won't let me create a bookmark to that).

App crashes on iPhone 12 max. Will not open or work on 12 max even after reinstalling

Slowest app I’ve ever used. I can’t even make it past the sign in because it won’t load and when it finally does it won’t load the paystub screen either. It’s super slow

Keeps crashing!. When viewing webcast during Town Hall meetings, this app keeps crashing after 10-30 secs.

Pharmacy manager. When I try to pull up on my phone at home it denies my access. Not sure why.

Logging in and using app. The program stalls or won’t work when logging in. Takes to much time to log in and if it logs in then it freezes or crashes.

Onerous. Went from an easy one step log in to a three step process which I have to redo multiple times a day. My iPhone already has a passcode. They should streamline the log in process.
