Queensland withdrawal. Having moved to Qld some 12 years ago you become starved of AFL News so having the Hawks app keeps me in touch with my beloved Hawks

Rubbish. Doesn’t work properly on my iPad. When opening an article, I have to rotate the screen to portrait to be able to see any text below the feature image, and even then I can’t read/ see all the text (even when scrolling). Photo galleries often won’t work too, along with many other glitches. It’s made the app almost pointless to have.

Needs work. Love the hawks but the app always crashes. Difficult to navigate in member section and impossible interaction between ticket provider and Hawks app itself

Compatibility Problem. My iPad is updated to iOS 9.3.5 and the Hawthorn app won't open because it says it now requires iOS 10. Apple says my iPad is up to date at version 9.3.5. Is a compatible version of the app still available?

AFL player list. Every year it is never updated seems to take all year to update player list

Review of Hawks for iPad. Hi There are several features of the Hawks website that do not work correctly on I-pads. 1. When you select “view photo gallery “ only 1 photo will come up and then it locks up. 2. After viewing a video, that video will not return to start, this means that if you want to see it a second time or show it to another person, it won’t work. 3. When viewing players biographies you need a way of moving directly onto another player’s bio. Go Hawks Robert

I have always been frustrated that Players Biographies are over 12 months out of date. Why?. Streaming is very intermittent

Bad app. Open Hawthorn app, tells me there is an update, click on that and app comes up already open, click on that and its back to the Hawthorn App which won't open but will take you back to the app site. Removed and reinstalled Hawthorn app twice. In the loop.

Go Hawks. It is a great app for all the player stats, but you need Kayo to watch the games

Inadequately tested. The reviews for this app may have been written by staff at the club or friends of the developer. Try testing the Forgotten password process. Perhaps the integration with Ticketmaster is part of the problem because the messages seem to suggest they manage password security. Anyway after several attempts to resolve my sign-on issue, I uninstalled the app. I may have another look at it in 12 months after it’s been through some quality assurance.

Why I support the Hawks. My father was raised in a boys home on Phillip Island before the 2nd World War, during this period Hawthorn visited the home pre-Xmas leading to my fathers support. As a result my whole family supported the Hawks and now my own children do. I named my boys Dermott and Jason which tells you of my devotion to our team, I was born in the 60’s so the names which I will always recall go back to the days of Hudson, Knights and Don Scott. I hope this information is correct as through a car accident when I was young I am now living with a carer as I have an ABI and am now epileptic. My carer and I are now Kennedy Club members. Through a knee injury I have not been able to come to many games this season but intend to get to more next season, the epilepsy makes night games a little hard to attend but I will attempt again. Anyway this note was just sent as a reminder to myself of what a great club you are. Regards James Williams

Im a senior female in cairns and we dont always get the games on normal tv I dont have foxtel so i follow on the app and its great to have plus i get all the latest news about whats going on with the team first hand and check out all things for sale in hawks shop never have any problems using the app either am a very happy hawthorn fan!

Love our website. I think it’s really well designed and easy to navigate. The articles are usually well written and very informative. Love the way the squad is announced line by line

Honest feedback. I have found it a lot harder to find the stories about the players etc since the format has changed - whilst it looks slick it doesn't seem user friendly.

Ticketmaster doesn’t give access. Tried linking my membership to electronic version. Redirect page to Ticketmaster doesn’t let you get pass email and password. Very frustrated….maybe I should give up the club membership if I’m going to be stuffed around by a third party. I support the Hawks with a club, AFL & MCC memberships. Not happy…🤬

Hawks app. I love the Hawthorn app unfortunately I can’t go to many matches so this keeps me up to date on the club I love

Awesome app. This is my go to app for all relevant Hawthorn info, that comes directly from the club. It's always up to date and presented in an easy to consume format. Thanks for the widget. My only issue is that it does not seem optimised for the iPhone 10, as the layout occasionally goes letter box style in horizontal position.

The app is very very good but not excellent because you should have all the history of the club that is easy to access i.e All ex and current players stats that have ever played for hawthorn Stats and scores for all game that have ever been played Pictures of players and games and memorabilia like, different playing jumps ever worn and trophies and much much more to some it up you have everything in hawthorns history.

Not happy. I’m a very sad supporter, that is in dismay about how the board and president have handled the way Alister Clarkson has been ousted as our senior coach. My heart hurts and I have tears in my eyes writing this review and will find it hard to get over the pain it has caused me and my young son.
