List Items Keep Disappearing. I like the way this app visually organizes my lists. However, just as I’m transferring my 70+ list items I noticed items are disappearing. I was also unable to access and click on the email backup button (I can see it when I scroll up but cannot keep it on the screen to click on it.) I don’t recommend this app.

No support. No seems to be supporting this app.

Best To-Do App Available - Hands Down!. This is a great app and I have found it extremely useful. You can sort your to-dos by (H)igh (M)edium and (L)ow priority which is very beneficial. The app also provides a second screen so that your At Work and At Home to-dos are kept separate - the way they should be! This is by far the easiest to use "To-do" app I've come across and definitely the most stunning! Beautiful user interface and step-by-step tutorial included. All around amazing app that should be on everyone's iOS device!

I like the app but.... I've had the app for about a week and I like the concept, the simplicity, the layout BUT I can't have a reminder that says "you have 2 To Do's today". Which 2? I have to go into the app and determine which ones are due. Is there any way, at a glance, you could incorporate the title of the To Do in the title of the reminder? "You have 2 To Do's in Groceries today" for example. I am defaulting to the native Reminders app on my phone for critical to do's and I would rather use this sticky note approach. Love the layout and the concept. Keep improving!

Easy as 123. Just downloaded it, and it is very simple to set up your categories of To Do List. You can separate home and work To do list so you can get things done at both places. I also like how you can change the fonts and color settings, though I wish there was more colors to choose from. You can also set it up to remind you daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This app will help me be on top of my To Do Lists, quick and with ease. Great app!

Enough ads! And Needs an update. I love this is app, have been using it for years. But come on, enough with pushing your subscription! Every single time I open the app?! After years of using it, I feel like not using it or even deleting it bc the subscription is being pushed onto me instead of notifying me once & letting me decide! And I just want quick access to my lists..! Also some bugs remain...: However I am STILL unable to view all of my lists if I put more than 3 in a row..one list will go missing! I am aware of the side swipe feature, but one list will be unable to be viewed unless moved to another row..! & also, previously the order of the lists in a row could be changed, now you have to drag them to a different row & manipulate them that way which takes forever. Please fix these glitches!! Thanks for your time. (Will update review if results are seen)

Reverse last update PLEASE. This app was so much better before the last update. Now there is no way to move items up and down except for deleting them all together. And if I check off all the items on one list the whole list disappears and I have to start all over again. Please put it back the way it was

Makes me appreciate Apple Reminders. This app looked cool and has some decent design features, but it crashes all the time (latest iPhone/iOS as of the writing of this review) and takes what you’ve typed with it to the netherworld. The location based reminder didn’t work the way I expected it either. What this app did do was make me take a new look at Apple’s Reminders app, which I dismissed in the past, and realize that it now does everything I want and more.

on its way. this app is really on its way to being the best combination of visual/ lists. I got it on a whim-- I already have other list-apps, complete with priority, etc, but for this app helps one visualize as well as add easy-to-note details as well as prioritizing. Multiple folders. I esp use it for goals and exploring trip possibilities, tho' I see endless options.

Very good please add more cloud options. This app is well made, and I am an avid user of note taking apps. If you had multiple integrations for cloud solutions, and synced on all devices it would be award winning. Also the sms idea is very good but it doesn't work with ipad. If there was a sync I could send a note to a family member from my phone. Overall I'm impressed with the design and the way the tasks are set up. It makes a lot of sense especially for a task oriented person such as myself, so it's obvious the design and concept was well thought out. Add those features and it's definitely got my 5 stars. I'll even recommend it to friends. Thanks for your hard work.

It's OK, but..... As other users have said, it is a very pretty app. Ease of use is ... not. There is no user manual - that I could find - so things like adding due dates to items within a list - ????: Seems to have limitations in length of list and length of Titles of Lists. Also acted "wonky" when creating a list with more than 8 items. Only able to see the bottom items and would not allow me to scroll to top to see the first items. Also would not allow mw to edit or add to the list. Afraid this is not going to make the cut.

Disappointed. Didn’t let me know when I got to the location. Maybe I didn’t know how to program it but I tried more than once and normally don’t have problems with apps.

Too confusing. With all kits bells and whistles I can’t see how to simply add an item after 10 minutes. Junk pile.

Don't care for it...going back to standard Reminders app. Don't like the way your lists move around between priority levels on their own. Don't like that reminders, whether by location or due date, apply to a whole list only and can't be applied to just specific items on a list. This forces you to have several similar lists just so each can have its own alerts. I'm deleting and going back to the reminders app that came standard on my phone. Sorry Orderly, but not worth the money. Too bad you can't get a refund when you don't like an app you paid for.

I like it, but.... It could really use the ability to assign due dates to individual items instead of just a list. I'd like to do a bill pay list, for example, like I currently do in Reminders. But the bills are due at different times during the month, and this app can't support that; it's either one date for the whole list of bills (inaccurate) or a separate list for each bill (cluttered and annoying). For right now, it won't replace Reminders for me.

Why force the backup when I don’t want it?. I’ve been using this app for years, to create a to do list. It’s simple and does its job. But the latest update makes me want to delete it - it pushes for its backup services every time I open the app and forces you to go through 3 steps to say NO. Every time. I don’t need it and should be able to say it once and for all. Orderly has turned desperate and shameless.

I want to give it more stars. I like this interface. It’s really helpful to have sticky notes compartmentalized in categories of high to low importance. I only wish I can sync it with my IPhone X. I have this both on my iphone and IPad Pro. I have contacted customer service but have not heard back to see how to sync them. I have no problems syncing other apps. Also, I wish I could duplicate a category with those sticky notes because I’m using this as a weekly weekly reminder for the month.

Basic yet intuitive. Neat app. Doesn't take anytime to get set up and familiar. Yet has the ability to set recurring tasks, email to family and peers. Definitely heads above many more 'sophisticated' apps that take an engineering degree to begin using. Wish list: 1. sync post its to desk top; 2. have the option to move a task from personal list to business list and vice versa. 3. Quick return to home screen from settings

Works but. 4**** now! Lists are great but adding location to a list from map - works only if you long press on pin to move it. (From support, bec I asked.) Font choices lacking. Colour choices misses purple for Text but AWESOME for background. Can't scroll up while creating list to see what you've missed entering. Changed rating because support helped me with location issue quickly! Still worth buying!!!

Like it but...... Overall this is very good. Easy to use. I like the color layout. Love that you can see your lists in Notifications. My complaint is that the notes don't stay in their categories. Only ones marked high priority are supposed to show up in notifications. Every time I open notifications I have low & medium priorities showing up. So I have to click to get back to app & move list. Fix that & give ability to open keyboard in notifications (the app "Neato" does that) instead of having to go back to app & I will give you 5 stars!!

Not for me. Unintuitive & manual disorganized!

Very impressive!. One of the best application. Easy to use, nice clean layout, highly recommend- try it and you will love it!!!

App not convenient or easy to use. It seems to be just me but I've had multiple problems with this app. The due dates do not save and when I come back into my list my due dates are reset to be the time that I am entering the list. If I have multiple items on the list I can cross them off but nothing resets and if I have something that recurs it does not reset to the next occurrence. The priority level also resets every time I go into a list. If I have items marked as medium or high priority when I go into a list and leave without resetting the priority level it automatically sets it to low and saves it.

Excellent List Synching Between 2 or More!. Perfect for keeping lists between 2 or more people. All 3 of us in the household have this app installed. We keep a grocery list going all the time. Any one of us can add an item to the list and it immediately updates everyone's list. As long as all devices use the same Dropbox account the lists will stay synched. The interface is simple and does only what it's supposed to do, which is fine by me. You can set deadlines and receive PUSH alerts. Also supports location alerts via GPS. Create as many lists as you want. This little jewel is a keeper!

Wonderful!. Orderly has been a joy to use and has helped me learn to manage my household after retirement. Thanks!

subscription slavery. i downloaded it because i heard there was a sale. but then i deleted it because i found out there's a subscription.

Potential for improvement. Like the list app, but it doesn’t keep your order, you can’t sort or create subcategories which I would prefer as an organized shopper. And I can’t search the list for an item so I have duplicates because you can’t sort the list.

Love it!. I love how this app looks and is designed. You can make a page for work and home, and it is sectioned into high, medium, and low priorities. You can change the color of each list as well. You can set a date you want to be reminded, but it doesn't allow you to set an exact time. But for what I use it for, it works great!! So happy I discovered this app, it helps me so much to stay organized with my to-do lists!

User friendly and easy to use. This app is the equivalent of digital post it notes. Lists are easy to create, easy to order, and easy to change priority. The ability to switch between work and personal tasks is very handy as well. I have used this app to make grocery lists, and as you walk through the store, you can mark individual items as complete. This keeps me on task and ensures I don't leave the store missing one key item. I can only think of one thing that would improve this app and that is push notifications. The ability to set a date and time for a task to be completed would make this a must have app. If I need to complete something at 3:00 on Thursday, it would be nice to be able to input that information and have it pop up automatically. As digital post its go, it's a nice app, but I think it would be a lot better with just one small change.

Truly original and highly practical. I've downloaded over a thousand apps. This one stands out from the typical crowd of non-original or "poorly conceived" programs. If you need an application that will allow you to slide sticky notes around (ones that hold a surprising amount of detail - should you need it), on the fly, as you juggle task priority levels -- this app is worth a look. You'll be impressed.

Used to love it. Since the update 2 weeks ago, all this does is crash. Completely unstable. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Please fix!!!

Great app!. Was using a previous and popular to-do list app, but switched to Orderly because I like the organizational capabilities that it offers (e.g. creating folder categories, color coding folders and/or notes, maintaining archives of completed lists). Orderly is efficient to use in that it’s not over-baked with features, but there’s enough there to do a bit more with compared to other simple to-do list apps. Using it on both my iPad and iPhone. I have found that it can be a bit buggy when swiping multiple collections of notes in the same prioritization bin, but I’m hopeful that will be addressed in an upcoming update. Thanks for the great app!

Just okay. It works well, no immediate problems. I would say abit above average. For me, would be nice to have a per line delete option. Also, would be nice to print an individual To Do list.

Good but could be great. Please add support for photos in notes!!!!!

Organize Your Post-It's !!. Orderly is a great way to track your to do list. If your mind works in the forms of sticky notes, then I would suggest in downloading this app. It keeps all of your sticky notes in one place, and organized by priority. The drag and drop features along with the zoom in and out for a quick glance makes it easy to manage your tasks. I would highly recommend app for anyone who wants to get organized.

Great app!. As others have said I really like your usage of the Apple cabinet or whatever you call it. Interface, that's right. Anyway this has been a great app for my personal use at home. I like the way it prioritizes my lists automatically based on what day I remembered to write down something I had been forgetting to do. Now I am trying to make the lists in advance and this app is helping me to remember everything because if you don't complete some of the tasks it throws up a number to shame me into getting stuff done. I hate it when apps do that so it gets my attention pretty fast. So, all that glowing report but it would be great if you could write in choice of font colors, and it's probably just me but I seem to have one heck of a hard time keeping all the completed icons to stay on at once. Now perhaps you might say your fingers or hands are to big or something like that but I am not a big person and if anything you would call me too skinny so don't know if its just me or is anyone else having an issue with that? Other than those things I really do have a love/hate relationship going on with your app but it really is a great app! Oh, and one thing I forgot... ;O)

Simple.... This is an extremely simple application to use. However, the “premium” services are useless and ineffective. No true dark theme and the optional “automatic” theming doesn’t work.

Was a good app UNTIL the last update. Prior to the update, swiping right was an intuitive way to mark a task as completed, while preserving the user-created order of tasks. This was very useful for repetitive tasks like grocery shopping, as items could be marked complete according to store layout, for example. A recent update now uses a check mark method, moving completed tasks to the bottom of the list and therefore changing the order of the list. This creates jumbled list items which hardly useful, if at all. After several years of using this as my preferred app for creating shopping and to-do lists, I’ve basically stopped using it due to the recent update which changes the preferred order of items on my lists.

A must-have organization app!. I knew the moment I started using this app that it would be on that would remain on my phone for the foreseeable future. The clean, easy to use interface, and general feel of the app makes it a must have for those looking for an effective organization tool. The tutorial succinctly shows the user how to use the app and leaves very few if any questions. My favorite part of the app is the pinch to quick view to-dos. It is a simple function but it makes the app that much better for me. I highly recommend this app to anyone, especially those lovers of organization.

Just Right for Me. With this app I don't procrastinate to create a note due to the quick input set up for doing so. Neither do I hesitate to view my notes because the straightforward layout provides me with a quick and easy access for what I need to do and when I need to do it. I believe someone had to be smart to create something so simple and straightforward. And, I commend the creator of this app for such a design.

Best list maker so far. I really just need to make, keep, and update multiple lists on a daily basis, and not all the other project management stuff, and this app helps me do that. Took me months to find an app that didn't overkill with all the other features. I use this app multiple times a day. I recommended it, the only reason I didn't give five stars is because it can be a little glitchy but I'm hoping they'll work that out with updates.

Not that impressed. I've played around with this for the last two weeks. I've used Ikiru for the last couple of years. I'm mostly happy with it, but always looking for something better. Pro: I like the looks of this one. I like how it looks like sticky notes and I have so many color options. I like that I can move them into high, med, and, low priority. Aesthetics are about all I was happy with. Cons: I can't set a priority level AND a due date. Maybe this is an option with the paid version, but reading what you get with the paid version didn't make me inclined to pay the $1. I didn't care about day and night views. So if I want a due date, it has to go into my default priority. Makes no sense. Irritating. I opened it one time and my tasks had reprioritized themselves. I had to move everything back. Why is that? The "sticky notes" are situated right to left going off screen. I can shift right to left to see them but trying to move them to rearrange is a lesson in patience. They move places seemingly on their own and when I try to move them back where I want them, it's maddening. I still haven't gotten them to move back where I want. I'm done. Pretty isn't efficient. I'm going back to Ikiru. It may not be aesthetically pleasing and it's more expensive but it's organization is a whiz and I can email lists, move them around, set reminders, etc. and they stay put.

Worth a Dollar!. This app is basically the iPhone "Reminders" app and "Notes." The difference between those two apps and this one (besides the obvious) is that it combines both of those apps in one. The interfaces is absolutely beautiful and runs very smoothly. I definitely will be introducing this app to my mom because it works great with grocery lists and other items. I love how organized the app is and how you can sort the tasks by importants. I'll definitely be recommending and using this app a lot. Keep up the good work.

Not enough recurrence options. There are some good things about this app, but the deal-breaker for me is the recurrence settings. I need more powerful choices with recurrence: first Monday of every month, every 5 weeks, every other week (fortnightly might do this, I'm not sure because I thought a fortnight was 20 days). I can live with some other limitations, but if I can't control recurrence it's useless. So, until that changes I won't be using it. I may leave it installed on my iPad to watch the updates. Unlike other users, I prefer Dropbox sync to iCloud, so kudos for that. Dropbox sync works better and more reliably, and the syncing can be done between devices with different iCloud logins: with my husband, for example.

Great App!. I love this app which has a unique interface, and also has a folder like structure, which, along with the ability to sort my to-dos by High Medium and Low priority is extremely useful. Because I always have a habit to take note of everything by organising in folders or categorizing them I find this App helps me a lot. It also pops up with an alert and reminds me when I go near my car care that I need to take care of something nearby. It's unique and intuitive and I like how simple it is. I recommend this to everyone who wants to keep them organized.

Sweet. I like this to-do app. I like that it comes up with your lists and you do not have go through a menu or bucket screen. It works well and looks good to my mind. I like using it. Would rather it didn't automatically bump up my list in priority if I don't get to it soon enough, but I'm giving it 5 (it could explain about the archives better though)

Absolutely splendid simple VERY appealing look. Really helps simplify organizing a few notes and priority reminders I want to keep top of mind. Killer app for a daily changing reminder fact - like WHERE in garage did I park each morning. Steps: create lie priority notes for all floor possibilities. Then each morning just copy up to high priority the correct floor note. Done. On leaving office just check which floor noted in high priority row. Simple intuitive splendid. THANKS to the developer.

Perfect!. I love how I'm able to classify and group items by importance while also making individual lists and having the satisfaction of marking items off those lists. It's nice to not have to worry about losing pieces of paper or post-its because I had a long-term task with multiple parts and didn't finish before the paper(s) were misplaced. Thos works the way my mind works, so that helps, too! Thanks for a simple to use app!

Orderly. Nice and simple, but does not appear to sync with iPad

Good ... 'til now. I've used this app for years and like it. It does what it's intended to, keep lists. Lately, though, it's slowed down and sometimes made unusable by a persistent to upgrade to the premium backup. Deleting the app and reinstalling it are too chancy, so I'm looking for an alternative list app.

Awesome. It's great for school and at home because I have no time to do what I want but now I can get heaps of things done that I want to do

Great App but....,. This is a great App but sadly their website is not secure and I keep getting a warning as such when I want to log on via a browser which is every day a a clients computer as I contract. I did send support a message a few weeks ago asking if it would be resolved but sadly no response. My work will not allow an unsecured site. Pity.

Excellent and useful app. This is a great app to organise ideas and it's now on my front screen.

Location reminders needs.... ...option to set the day they go off. For example it should be able to beep at me every Thursday when I arrive home to put the bins out and not beep at me every day when i arrive home.

Love it. Use it to keep track of all my uni homework and assignments that I have to do :)

The best. This app does the best job at organizing my life. I have tried many 'to do' apps and this is the BEST so far.

Neither particularly good or bad.. It's not completely useless, but there are apps with better functionality, cross-device and cross-platform support. Slightly dated look, no iPad version. PS reading through the reviews, I'm pretty sure, at least as of writing this review today, mine is the only GENUINE review. ;)

Not bad. Overall a pretty good list app but lacks a few features. You can't tick off an item and keep it, for example. It offers sync via Dropbox but it is unreliable in my experience. I wish I knew of something like this but better, I like lists in folders and the visual style but it falls short.

Excellent. Very easy to use and would really be impressed if lists could be copied to start a new list.

Really use app. Wonderful tool that helps me organize my life.

Dose not work well. I use an IPhone 6 and the map does not work. I am unable to select a location and sometimes the map crashes the app. I am also unable to select a priority and a due date on the same reminder

Great App 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Works well, easy to keep track of things to do at work & home & tick them off as the job gets done.

Great. Easy to use. Plenty of useful features. User friendly. Helpful

Simple elegant easy. Easy to just brainstorm and throw to dos and ideas down. Pleasure to use.

Elegant useful and nothing Special. Nice and well written, well designed screens, easy to use. But it does nothing special, but I do recommend it if you do not have one yet.

It's a good idea but doesn't work all that well.. Would be a good app if it work better. Doesn't respond very quickly. Stalls out. Please fix these problems.

Good app. Easy @important app...take this spp

It’s not so good. It’s not as simple and easy They need to add a tutorial on how to use it

Where's that note?. An easy checklist to use. I liked it until notes would randomly not update or even be there when I came back for them.

Due date and priority rank. Can't put due date on a task and priority rank at the same time! The task is reassigned to a lower priority by itself when due date is not immediate!!! A longer due date should not mean the priority is lower. It should be the user who determines the priority, not the app!

Easy. Super easy to use. Thanks

Ahmed. Vert good app w'll help us to organise the time ,it Will be better of it was on frensh too Thank

New update. Every since the recent update, the app will not open anymore. Every time I click on the app and the loading screen will appear and then it'll crash.

Wow...just Wow!. Stumbled upon this app in my attempt to find the white unicorn of task management apps: it is amazing! Kudos to the app developer for making such an intuitive, aesthetically pleasing task app: it is a visual treat and absolutely BRILLIANT to use! Much better than the top ten big name apps- love the list layout, the reminders, the plethora of options you can use to rate the importance and/or urgency of your tasks! Please, please, please make a web or Mac counterpart for this app - that would make Orderly a complete replacement for anyone wanting a solid and fresh task app system.

Absolutely GREAT !!!. He way it moves and the logic of all the steps. Rating 4, only (and maybe it does it) not linking with notes of Apple or Calendar. But we great.

Pretty Good. So far, so good. Easy to use; clear visuals. Like it!

Mavm. Really good app. I feel so much more organized because of these individual little notes organized in one place.

Excellent. Excellent - simple and works!

Perfection. I love how this app looks. It’s so easy to use and just tack notes on. It’s like a fridge on my phone. It’s great for my daily work tasks too. It’s all in the same spot, which I love. Amazing app and I have tried countless organizer apps.

Great for organisation. The minimalist style works great to cue you to your next task. Love the presentation of your list prioritisation - simple yet effective.

Cannot save violet theme. ...otherwise good app with awesome summary view

Keeps crashing. Worked great until latest update. After less than 2 seconds after launching, it crashes! Repeatedly! Hope it can be fixed, or it will become a deleted app.

Front page. Got this app a couple weeks ago and it seem to have found a place on first page of my apps so..... Evidently doing the job. Thanks!!

Amazing app. This is exactly what I've been looking for, does just what I need, loving this app! I've been telling people for ages I'll add this movie/tv show/etc. to the "list" and now I can say I actually have a list of lists; it's perfect and keeps me organized for many things!

Pretty Handy App. I like that I can see everything on one page. Any suggestions on improvement would be minor.

Not as drscribed. I am trying, even watched the Youtube videos, but I can’t get this app to do what they describe. It does not look the same or do what they show. Has it fallen behind in the iOs chase? Or only really works with a subscription? Feeling cheated, but willing to try again if I just missed some vital clue. Instructions beyond the single static page would be helpful.

Lists management. I like the lists but could you not add the ability to cross of tasks as they are done in each note. That's part of the satisfaction of having lists is to cross items off. It is such a basic part of lists that I never considered this app wouldn't have that feature or I never would have bought it. Edit: My apologies. After I wrote the above, I went back into the App Store and saw right away that you could cross off. I went back into the app and sure enough it worked. So then my only suggestion would be to include that nifty trick in the app "How to" section. And if that instructions is there but I missed it then make it easier to find like right out front for those of us who are referred to the app from somewhere else and don't read the info in the App Store 🤔. Some of us are still old enough to need step by step directions even if the app is intuitive 😅. So I changed my rating to 4. Still need the step by step instructions for a 5 😁.

Location based to-do's flawed. Prior to downloading this app I had added all the retail location that I shop at into my contacts. Reminders uses these contacts for location based to-do's. Not this app. It only has a couple of choices, your current location and add from map. If you choose add from map you can only add an address. I wasn't able to move the pin. When I entered a local retails address I ended up with a pin mid Atlantic Ocean. Maybe I'm missing something. Tried several retail locations, same problem. Have to give this app a pass for now!

Mr. Very good, like how it syncs

CW. Great app. Easy to use with good visuals.

Unable to restore my purchases. I originally got the full version of this. I now have a new cellphone but does not allow me to restore my purchases. Yes, I am using the same account that was used at the time I got the full version. The Restore button is either unresponsive or my purchases got lost for no reason. Argh!

Great App. Easy to use, very intuitive, I love that it syncs across all my devices.

It's easy and makes you more organized. Before all my sticky note were found around the house . While This app is the best way to be green and neat at work or home , and at the same time remember all I want to do.

Can't add address. Location based but you cannot input an address to get the location. You need to either there or pick a point close to the place. Meh

Latest update = WOW. Orderly's latest update is fantastic, so good in fact it just became my fav list app after a year of using it less and less in favor of other list apps. The flexible folders capabilities add 100% more utility and I think it's easier to use too.

Good so far. I just downloaded this app and so far I like the customization of priorities, colors and fonts. The one thing that it doesn't have which may have go back to apples native reminders app is the lack of customization under recurring tasks. It only has basic options like weekly, monthly, and yearly. I can't set something to remind me ever 18 days for example.

I think I like it. Only been using it a few days but I think I'm going to like it. Seems to display tasks in a way that seems intuitive. Feature request: A PC tool that will let me add/edit tasks quickly. When setting up larger lists, the iOS interface is too slooooooow. I've found that I can edit the .JSON files with a text editor but that's a bit clunky too.

Just what I needed!. This is one of the top To Do List apps I have used for my iPhone. I love how easy it is to use and it helps me stay organized with all of my tasks so I don't forget anything ! There are many useful features to this app that just enhance the whole user functionality. I would highly recommend this app !

God concept, bad performance. My notes keep changing priorities on their own. Tried to use the dual task for home and work, but the work tasks keep disappearing when I change the priority or it kicks me out if the app and when I go back in all my tasks disappeared. Very frustrating! Also I cannot choose due by date. It just seems very glitchy on my iPhone 6

Keeps crashing.. This use to be my favorite app to use. But now it keeps crashing. I have the I paid for the pro. And it worked on my iPhone 6plus. But when I upload the pro version to my iPhone X it crashes. And then I have to start all over again. By adding all my info again.

Could not use locations. It doesn't find any location I search for. I can't manually drop a pin on a location. It only found a location if I was right there and chose 'current location' from the drop-down menu. Location reminders are critical for me so any app that doesn't do it well won't be on my iPhone. I gave it 2 stars for nice design and simple flow between screens.

Fine List App. This has some very practical list functions for visual minded list organization. The backgrounds are slightly 1990's web, they seem dated for iOS. Baseline functionality needed is sync to Dropbox or iCloud or both. Also it would be nice to simply swipe a list item on and off instead of having to tap an extra confirmation. Great first pass though. One of the better organized list apps among the multitudes available.

Apple Watch?. Just started using the app and love everything about except for the fact that it isn’t compatible with Apple Watch. This needs to happen ASAP and preferably we should be able to quick add from our Watch because you can’t currently do that with the Apple reminders app. It would be a huge bonus!

Style, little substance. Looks interesting, cute 'animation' when a task moves priority levels, some interesting other design cues but that's as far as it gets. Sorry, but I need a task app that grasps the fact that task management is serious stuff and this app ain't it. If the developers put as much effort into functionality as they did looks then it could be a good little contender. As it is, it's just another also-ran.

Simple and to the point. This app is great for list makers especially if you categorize your lists as I do..home/work/family/gifts etc. so simple and to the point. No fuss. Just wish i can set up reminders for an item on a list seperately.

Easy to use and organize. I love the toggle between two groups of tasks (default Work/Home), and would like the option to add more groupings. (I changed work to Entertainment to list movies/tv options)

Original & Helpful. The 5th star is missing because it cuts my music off and has lost some of my lists occasionally. That being said, I like the way it's set up and how it works. I use it for grocery lists too because I can swipe off all my items as I shop. This is one of the best productivity listing apps out there.

Take control of your tasks. I am a big fan of orderly, it is easy to review and organize my tasks depending on how important they are to me at any given moment. I love how you can customize the backgrounds, assign due dates, have them reoccur and also share them with your contacts. You should check it out.

Good to list to-dos bad locate. Good to order to-do lists, but bad to locate where I plan to do. Though I turn on the location in the setting of my phone and type the address I will go, but in vain. It still shows the current location. That means the locating function of the app is useless and I delete the app.

Please, Oh, Please. Beautiful UI. Nice features. But for my circumstances, the options for recurring items is far too limiting. I had my hopes up with the last update, but still, the app remains virtually unusable for me unless I want to schedule certain things individually (say, every three days) rather than once and make it repeat. PLEASE add custom recurrence options!

Easy Listing. This is honestly the best to do and tracking app I have seen so far. You can make a number list, customize the background color of the note, and even prioritize how important it is. The layout is simple and you can categorize the notes for either work or personal. This app will save you time and money. 5 Stars.

The best list app...finally!. I can't say enough good things about this app! I love sticky notes, but it can be difficult to keep them all in one place, and it can be cumbersome to keep so many. With Orderly, I can easily see everything and organize it in a nice way. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Orderly for life!

Great App! Support for X?. I’m using this app full speed ahead to help organize my busy life. Only problem is the app is not yet optimized for iPhone X. I do really enjoy that the app doesn’t have a subscription model to use, too many apps have that now and it’s getting crazy.

Best app ever for high school students. Hi I started using this app and I love it. Take with it my school notes k stuff. When go back home look in the app and do the stuff due for school and helps me finish faster. The way the app works is great and perfect. Also lovely design and thanks this app saved me

Cool App!!. The interface just reflects the way I think about my tasks. Alerts me everyday. Keeps my schedule more simple. Likes the way it reorders the tasks according to the follow up days. Can able to send SMS to remind my friend. Drop box sync is a great benefit that I could sync between my iPad and iPhone. I highly recommend this app!

Keeps me Organized. This is a pretty cool application and I like how it offers different background and has a easy-to-use user interface. However, one thing that peeves me is the necessity to have a title on the memo in order for it to save. Many a reminder I have written out only to not appear simply because I forgot a title.

Great little app!. Perfect! One thing I would like though, is to be able to move the pages on the same priority level. Maybe I can but just don't know how to do it. Otherwise I really love the app and use it every day. Great going.

Great app. Quite simple & useful. Uncomplicated with little to no learning curve. Love the ability to easily change priority, add items, complete items &/or delete them, set recurring items, and have automatic back-up. Might suggest an option to set passcode.

Easy to use. I love this app. I went on a cruise and had tons of things to do before I left and also things to do when I got back. This kept me organized and was do easy to use. Would definitely recommend it.

Very basic but effective. The app works well for simple to do lists. It's not as complicated as other apps. I wish that completed tasks could be hidden. And that they provided lists within lists for shopping at specific stores or tasks that require multiple steps. Still very pleased with the simplicity and user friendly interface.

Interest officially piqued..... I saw this app scrolling through the app store and thought, " This looks really cool. I'm going to try it." I opened it up and made a list and it was great. I'd never seen so many options on a list making app before, so this was a whole new experience for me. I have a couple suggestions: 1) Make an option to change the color of the font 2) Have a drawing option so we can draw arrows to linked tasks or make notes on the side (this one would especially help me because I have to put extra info down or else I will have no idea what I'm talking about). A text box would also be great for this. Overall, this was a great app and I definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a list-making app.

I've found the perfect task app!. The latest update fixed the glitches that caused me to give this a couple stars. It works perfectly now. If you're as OCD as I am and have been looking for the ultimate task app with a pleasing interface, then look no further! I've tried them all and this one is perfect.

Very Useful. It is a very easy app to use with no confusing features or actions to learn how to use a productivity app! It's a very simple way to make simple lists & reminders. I highly recommend this, especially if you have trouble with memory-retention in how to do certain actions on an app & need a simple way to create lists & reminders. :D

Can we add a user to our list?. My hubby is making me go back to Wunderlist since we can't share our to do lists and cross them off together. Can you allow him to sync from our Dropbox? I love your interface. HELP don't make me go back to Wunderlist 😫

Cardiologist. Just great ,, but collapsing with the new version . You need to deleted and downloaded again. At that point you may loose your notes which where previously saved

Keep track. This is a very cool app you can use it fast nobody needs to tell you how to use it because it's easy to use, it's so easy to keep track of things you need to buy like food or keep track which tv show your going to see the next day it's way better than using sticky notes, plus it only cost 1$ all your reminders in order from your todo list

Simple.. That’s what I wanted, a simple APP that allowed me to use it daily and sync without thinking twice about it. I’m sure it does more as I have seen the pictures and have not totally checked out each option yet. But so far, I’m using this one as opposed to any other.

Finally found "the one!". Awesome app easy to use yet visually appealing. I finally found a To Do app for my multiple categories of things to do. It will neatly keep you organized and not frustrated trying to figure it out 😊

Overall great app. I use this all daily for multiple things and it keeps me way more organized than my notes. Only thing I would change is the different background colors. Something brighter than blues and greens.

Try It, You'll Love It!. Works like my mind works, sticky notes, with optional reminders, that you can easily reorder. Would like landscape view for iPad or iPhone 6. Thank you for helping me keep track of all my To-Dos.

Easy to use. Easy to use app. My favorite feature is the ability to sync between iPad and phone. No more misplaced lists, they are always with me on any of my devices.

Disappointed By Colors Inside. I didn't use the app yet seems nice BUT as much as it attracts me by the colors used in the icon that are really nice and once i downloaded it i was disappointed by the Totally Different Colors used inside the app, Are they different graphic designers who designed "the app pages" and the "app icon" ? :|

I use it daily!. I have really enjoyed how well Orderly keeps me organized. A great visual aid with multiple lists visible at one glance, keeping business and home separate. Only one glitch... Lost it all one day, don't know what happened! I have continued to use it and it will still drop pages. I am waiting for a fix.

Ok but some flaws. I just started using this app today. Some initial observations: On my home screen the app indicates I have 2 tasks due, but when I enter the app it doesn't list the tasks that are due. You have to look at each one to see what is due. When I changed the priority on a task, it lost the task altogether. This happened twice. I guess I'll try it for a while and see how it goes.

Very easy to use. I have been looking for a task app that works like a paper list where you can quickly enter a task on the go without worrying about sorting, tagging etc. I like how I can split home tasks from work and the sub lists are intuitive. So far I am really liking this simple app.

Nice App. Love all the different ways you can use this app. App seems to get stuck at times & won't let me move down/up a list easily. I'd also like to see the page move up the screen on longer list so the keyboard is not in the way. Love that you can name your file lists & organize them under different titles. Improvements are needed but overall a good app .

Better than Reminders app. This is better than the Reminders app because you can set multiple lists in one category and prioritize them. It's hard to make long lists (can't scroll down beyond the ones at the bottom - have to use the cursor to "enter" to get to the next line. Also, it keeps telling me I have something to do today but I don't remember setting any deadlines. But it's an improvement from what I was using!

Best task organizer I've found. A rely on my todo lists for all aspects of my daily life, so I've tried several of them. This app threads a needle that other apps haven't managed: it is very versatile and functional, all while maintaining a clean, uncluttered, beautiful interface. Very well done.

Very Useful.. Have tried several of these productivity Apps, and while I wish that Orderly had a few more features, I have been forced to dump some feature filled Apps that "Updated" themselves into frustrating uselessness. This is a usable, useful tool. Please don't screw it up.

I Love It!. I have tried every app I could find to make tracking lists on. I also use it to put things down I need to remember and ideas I have that I'll will expound on later in the week. This is the best app I have found to date.

Finally. Finally found an app that does all the things needed in 1 reminder app. On top of what others have said, I like how you can see the sub notes underneath the main note on the first screen. It did crash on my iphone5 so I turned off the location reminders, sounds, etc and it's fine now. (I still like it that much). Please fix.

Best Task App out there!!. This is very easy to use and has helped me priorities my tasks. Thus helping to get the needed items faster and allowing me time to finish all the other tasks as well. Keep up the good work and the VERY functional updates.

Good App. It seems like a good todo app. My only suggestion is when trying to mark a item as closed, it seems to take a few extra steps to do so. For me had to select the item, edit button, if keyboard was present then hide it, and then press complete

Love This App. Great visual app for high productivity! Love the paper/color, location, and priority options. This will be great for learners with special needs (visual learners). Excellent app! For update, Would love to see option to add some picture icons for people with reading difficulties.
