Fantastic App. This is an excellent app to locate the majority of famcamps.

Go to App for a Trip. First thing I open to see what is along the way for support and recreation. Always up to date and accurate in finding both the RV grounds and the method of address and reservations.

Great Tool. I gave 4 stars, only because I’d like more info. Example. I was looking for an address to punch into the GPS. But, there was none to be found. Had to go to the actual Base website to get an address. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Thanks for putting the site together.

Very nice seems well put together. Haven't had a chance to go very far yet. But seems pretty accurate so far.

Our “Go To” App. We travel cross country often, we are frugal campers, and we enjoy staying with other military families. This App has never let us down; accurate contact info, directions, and reviews make sure we know what to expect before we get there. Rock Steady, Be Ready, and stay safe out there.

GPS function better than Garmin!. We drove from McGuire-Dix in NJ to NWS Earle, NJ, about an hour drive with our Airstream. The Garmin RV GPS actually took us the wrong way once we got within about a mile of the campground. We activated the Google Maps GPS function in the app and it LITERALLY brought us to within 200 feet of our actual space for the night!!! Great app!

Fantastic. I travel in a Class A from Florida to Northern Washington state. I criss cross the country in these adventures. I plan my trips using this app allowing me the opportunity to communicate and reminisce with a form of Camaraderie not seen in the civilian parks. This app gives me all the information about making these trips - informatively.

So many dead links. I know it is the fault of the individual bases/rec departments not keeping links updated but using the program has gotten ERY frustrating in the last 3 years with outdated and broken links. Prior to that I would rate 4.7…now…2.5

LUV MILITARY CAMPGROUNDS. My wife and I have been using Military Campgrounds for numerous years. We love this web site for all sorts of reasons but number one would the ease and convenience you have provided for us. Being both of us are veterans, we mention to all vets we meet. Keep up the good work!

Love this app!. We are RV newbies but veterans. Introduced to this app by another veteran as we were making our cross country trip from Va to Las Vegas and back. Dipped down into Florida on our return and booked a stay at one of the military MWR camps listed on the site. $35 per night vs $135 just 2miles away in Destin Fl. SO EXCITED!

Great app to find the campgrounds. Enjoyed staying at Eglin AFB. I used the app for the first time and found the campground. I will be checking the app on each trip from now on.

Great Resource for the Military traveler.. When we travel as a family we enjoy the use of the military’s most exclusive camping facilities. Always friendly and accommodating. (As long as you have reservations). I appreciate the full hookups and spacious sites. The price is right too. They are always secure and within a location near shopping. Not to mention the Exchange. Easy to use. Planning our first trip south for the winter and this app is making it very easy to get information on all the military RV campgrounds along the way. The general information, photos, and links to the individual websites is very helpful. Excellent app.

Useful app for military RVers. So far it looks very helpful. Once I am on the road and able to see the reliability of the information I will update this. However even if the info is not reliable it still gives the ability to call ahead and ask questions easily.

Updates To Site. Need t periodically review info. Info not correct about Dover...they are now requiring reservations since the beginning of the year the sites at NAS Newport, RI the sites are not pull through. Thanks

Nice app!. I’m glad that you’ve included those campgrounds that are not just the FamCamps. It’s nice to know which sites have military accessibility where other sites don’t.

Great Concept. The application has great concepts and I appreciate the efforts. Some of the features don’t work super well, like: the review search function and nearly every website link posted is a 404 error “bad gateway”. Im sure it would be a pain to monitor ever website and continually update the link to the park. Just annoying.

Very helpful and accurate. I've only been using it about 2 months. It's been really helpful and accurate. So easy to use. I can easily find the military campground near me or across the country when I'm planning a route. Highly recommend.

New Full Timer. Awesome resource to travel the country with, as I make every mistake that new full timers make!

Veterans Get a Good Deal. I have been using this app to plan my rv travel for the last 2 years and find it very useful in identifying military family camps on our route. The camps are usually a better bargain than private ones and access to military facilities is a big plus.

Need to HOST images. Actually, quite aggravating using Google search for your images instead of hosting them inside the app.

Go to App for FamCamps. We use this app a bunch and have found it to be accurate a mostly up to date.

Great tool for RV travel. This is my first ‘go to’ app when traveling. The sites we’ve visited are always about half the price of nearby parks and just as nice if not better. Nothing to do with this app, but some military parks won’t take reservations which makes them useless for planning purposes. An indication of poor, lazy leadership at those military sites.

Great. My wife and I travel a lot and famcamp save up a lot of camp fees we like only paying any were from 50% off of locale camp ground to as much as 75%. When we went to are first granddaughters birth last August in Jacksonville FLORIDA we only paid $22 a night and it was a wonderful camp ground, all camp grounds off base were any where from $45 to $65 a night.

Great with one key flaw. This app is amazing to find some of those lesser known military FamCamps. The speed of military change means the info is pretty accurate. The drawback, it seems individual site reviews are no longer working. I find recent comments to be the best source of info, but I’ve been submitting reviews for many months and none show in the listing. In fact, the most recent listing I saw for any location was 2021. (It’s 2025 now). Hopefully if there is a person in the middle needing to review and publish they get caught up soon.

Awesome for Retired Military. I am retired Army and my lady and I had known of the military camp grounds through our years of service and had decided it would be a great way to travel the country (not that we hadn’t traveled already), kids gone a nice camper and this app! Wow it’s been worth the time and planning! Make sure you contact each campground ahead of time to make sure of availability of each campsite!

changed app. This app was very good and now it is terrible. They destroyed it with the last supposed update.

Use of Fam Camps. When we are out with our Camper and any where near a military facilities we check the Military Allstays app for pertinent information and find that it is an excellent resource with phone numbers of the camps . We have stayed in many military camp grounds and always felt honored to be there.

Very cool app. Soon be retiring from the Air Force and plan on traveling the lower 48 and Alaska. I’ve used various military RV parks in then past and ready to put this app through the ringer

Great Tool. When traveling in our RV we use 2 different apps to find civilian camps only AFTER using this excellent tool to find military camping site. The military sites seem to always not only be cheaper, but have nicer sites w/sites spread out and lots of trees. Most civilian RV parks (privately owned) seem to be interested in packing as many RV’s as possible in as little space as possible. jw

My go-to campground app. We’ve been full-timing for over a year mow. We use this app all the time if even just to route our way back to the campground after a day of sightseeing. Love all that this app offers!

Very Helpful. As a retired member I use this app a lot. The only drawback is many times information is not up to date. I view this as more of a user caused problem because people don’t take the time to write their reviews. It’s only as good as WE make it.

Fantastic. To whom it may concern, this is an awesome app, but most of the non fam camps do not offer military discounts that you still post. I wish you would take them down, and jut keep it primarily for just military fam camps. Could you please add if they accept mail ups, fedex, usps, would be great to know s well, and laundry facilities, dog friendly. Other than that, great app🤘🇺🇸

Campgrounds. I have access to military campgrounds. I use this app for info on nearby RV locations. The app has all the info I need to make a decision on which parks I want to stay at. If u have access to military installations this is a great tool.

Go Army. Very good, so far I have found no glitches.

Essential to all military (active or retired). The app finds all RV sites that are run by the DOD. There are a few that I didn't even know existed! My family is planning a vacation that involved staying at 2 campgrounds; can't wait!

Full Timers love this app. We have been full timing for close to 2 years and we really love the app. We plan our travel in a state or area and then search Allstays to find our site.

Very Helpful. Very handy when traveling. There are quite a few campgrounds that I had no idea existed. Pretty good reviews that would be more reliable with more use.

The app works great. The actual ratings for various sites is bogus. We stayed at San Angelo rec area and it was nothing as advertised. Can not believe this is all the base has to offer its active duty and retirees.

Military camping. Excellent ap for finding and getting info on famcamps. Links to mapping and campground website is great. Just be careful as mapping sw will often try to take you to closed gate. Contact famcamp for best directions at base.

Great app. I just got back from a 6 month travel accross the U.S. I camped the whole way. I used this app on a daily basis. If you are an RV traveler or tenter and have military benefits, this is a must have app. I salute the developers. Nice job. 2 years later and as I travel anywhere in this country, my first stop is still this application.

Holbrook Pond Campgrounds. We loved this park; it was beautiful, the site accommodated our big rig with a perfectly level spot. The camp host was the best we've ever met. It has everything, except sewer, but for short stays there is a dump station. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back.
