It's Fan-tastical. Oh no! I have to install something on my computer in addition to my phone in order to use my phone as a remote because I'm lazy?! What is the world coming to when you have to install stuff in two places?! I jest! To boot, 4 stars for the lack of support. When i installed the app on my phone and PC, it worked for a maximum of 20 seconds, then the connection had to be reestablished - click ( i ) then done. However, after a reboot of my ip4 5.1 os, I could then start the app on my laptop and open it on my phone and presto! It didn't work... Psych! It works like a charm now. No timeout! Yay!... Whats that you? I can put the netflix controller in my "startup folder" <-- (search) on my computer and it will automatically load when I login to my computer? Well that's the bees knees!

Great app! Worth the price!. The app works as advertised and is a very handy tool for people that watch a lot of Netflix. I also love the customer support. I had a small problem getting it to work properly with my dual monitor setup and the developer was VERY helpful!

Such a cool app!!. Once you figure out to download the IP address connection from your laptop it's a breeze!! Easy to use and the trackpad on the app is a pretty neat feature. Definitely worth my $2.

Doesn't work lol. Followed all instructions. Tried several times. There is a post on the feedback a services option on the app with 57 people asking for their money back... Don't purchase.

Perfect remote!. This remote works perfectly for Netflix, but also works like a mouse for any program on your computer. Seriously this was the best 1.99 I ever spent!

Just What I Needed. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I have my macbook pro connected through hdmi to my tv and I hate getting up to pause or play my netflix....Awesome app

Awesome!!. More than just a remote. Has a mouse track pad so you can navigate between windows, and browse through Netflix selection. Love it!

The App Worked After Some Troubleshooting. Instructions are easy once you install the program on your computer, make sure to check firewall exceptions if the app won't read your IP address. Once I cleared the firewall rule, it worked fine.

does nothing. does nothing. instructions only show on half of screen and wont scroll. when I press play, I got a message on my PC that says the device will be paired. then, no matter what I press, nothing happens.

Inconvenient to get working, but great app!. The app requires you to download a software to your computer. It's extremely inconvenient, but there is no other way to make this work. Once I managed to get the remote to work, it made the lazy kid in me EXTREMELY happy! Wonderful app!

I've followed the directions. I have followed the directions time and time again and it just won't work. I wasted two dollars on this stupid app and for the people who say you need to follow directions, I did. It does not work.

Don't waste your time or effort. Started working and then stopped. The "help" pages tell you to verify whether the IP address has changed but does provide instructions on how to check for that or what to do next if it has somehow changed. Very disappointing.

Needs a keyboard!!. This app really is very cool and super easy to instal! So far I'm loving it! But there is one major problem and is the reason I gave the app 3 stars & not 5. A keyboard is a MUST with this app. Then it would be perfect! (Or voice command! Wow) Also, can anyone tell me how to access the settings. I want to change it to where the phone light goes off when I set the phone down. Waists way to much battery with the light continuously on. Thanks

👍😃. I was super excited to find a way to access my pc wirelessly! It was easy to install and takes up like no room and it has been working flawlessly since i got it! Worth the $2 except if your looking for a keyboard... If it had one of those it would of been 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 !

Works great. Thing works just fine if you follow the instructions. These idiots below obviously didn't do it. Great app and I love being able to control my volume most of all from across the room. Living with roommates you have to keep it in check. Great work guys. Thanks!

Easy 2 Use & I ❤️It. Anyone who says this app doesn't work probably hasn't done 1 or 2 things. Either you need to downloaded the computer application which enables your phone to connect to the computer OR if you have already downloaded the application you need to reset it on your computer because you can't switch devices without resetting the computer application. In order to download the application on your computer go to settings of the app and type into your computers web browser the web address provided and it will prompt you from there.

Great app don't be deceived!. So it took about 5 mins total to set it up and after that it was a breeze!! Make sure you go to the app support page on your computer and download the remote file for your computer(super small file) and then your done !! If its not working most likely you need to just click on the running video to control it!! Any other FAQs just go to the support page!!!!! Just don't let the negative reviews deter you!! I used this on my crappy church computer so chances are it will work for you!!!! All I would say for the editors is to make it a little bit simpler and more features but ya AWSOME!!

Bad news. This program took over my computer, made it real slow and no way too remove it. I recommend not downloading to your pc. :/

Shame... smh would of been cool had it worked. Only works phone, to apple computer. does not work apple watch to phone...

Remote. Really worthless, there should be a 24 hour tryout period on all apps so we don't keep throwing away money on useless apps like this one.

It won't work for me. What do I need to do in order for it to work does it need to be a tv or can it be a pc I've restarted my phone as my pc but it still doesn't work

Maybe someday. If it works.. So this app can change the volume, enter/exit fullscreen, ff/rev in ten-second increments, pause and un-pause, and . . . that's it. Text field accepts exactly one letter at a time, and entering that letter makes the cursor hop randomly around the Netflix browse page. So basically, just get the (free!) Rowmote. It doesn't work with Netflix but hey, neither does this.

This is amazing!. I was tired of having to get up and pausing or playing Netflix on my computer from the bed, I know I'm lazy, but this helps so much it does what you need it to do and so much more

Needs a keyboard. As a ir remote it works great...even wakes the computer (mac in my case) from sleep, BUT...the app REALLY needs a keyboard. Since this was developed expressly to access netflix, it would be nice to be able to search for programs/movies (being able to type the title in the search box) with this app. Thats the only reason i gave it 4 stars. OH....its FREE, which is greatly appreciated :)

Not great. The track pad works but it's difficult to point and click to get the next episode to play. Also, the volume controls do NOT work. I hope they fix that soon. Please!!!

Beyond expectations. I really just wanted a way to pause Netflix while my computer was across the room but I can do much more than that with this app. It has a mouse pad I can use for clicking anywhere on my computer. I even use d it to go into my system preferences to change the brightness. Just make sure to read the download instructions since you have to put the remote on your computer too.

Easy and useful. This app definitely works as advertised and does not require a lot of extra work. It is easy to set up!

Dang it. I regret buying this. It took a while to figure out how to get the darn thing running. There needs to be more info about window firewall. Also, no simple up and down buttons. I want a remote, not another trackpad. Poor UI

doesn't work. App doesn't work followed all the instructions tried multiple time and support is useless don't even bother trying it

Works great if you read the support page. Ignore the bad reviews, the app works great, you just need to read the setup instructions on the support stage and follow them step by step. Netflix did not make it easy to be remotely controlled, but the developer made it possible. I wish the app had keyboard as well, but this is a minor inconvenience, as I can always use on-screen keyboard app on my PC with the Netlix Remote’s trackpad.

I had previously given a 4 star review saying the only thing that could be improved are the rewind and fast forward functions, and just a week later the make the recommended change to improve it! Amazing! Will definitely recommend to friends, extremely useful and worth the money. Thanks!

Works fine. App was easy to setup with minimal knowledge of networking. Can't get the fast forward rewind or volume controls to work but that's about it.

Easy to set up. Just bought it and am playing with it. The track pad on iPhone app works. Sure would be nice to have a keyboard to do searches while in Netflix. I really don't want to get off the couch.

Disappointing remote. Totally useless! Buying a nice cup of coffee would have been more satisfying. Save your $$$; complicated process involving downloads that do not work; not even worth 1 star!!!

Works exactly as advertised!. Please people, you need to go to the developer website and download some free software for everything to work properly. I'm using an iPhone 4S and it works 100% Take note that it does not work on iPad among other devices such as an Xbox. The app from the store is just a client and it needs this other free software. All instructions and trouble shooting are on the developer site.

Failed and corrupt. I just paid the apps downloaded on my iPhone but it won’t connect to my ps4 where I have my neflix account. What is the use of paying for it if I’m not able to use it let alone connecting to anything. This is a failed app and should not be out here. I want my money back. Waste of money!. I was unaware that you had to use your computer in order to use this app. My laptop is broken so therefor this app is useless to me. I have the same app for Hulu and it doesn’t require to go online & do anything. You simply download the app..& boom you’re connected. With Netflix it’s a bit too much. I canceled the subscription and they’re still charging me monthly. I’d love to know why..
