Where are the songs??!. My grandbabies love this app, but the songs I purchased don’t stay downloaded!! It’s completely aggravating and annoying! I wish I could get my money back, but it’s been too long. Get the bugs worked, guys!!!!

Sons book isn’t working. I don’t understand why when my son press a book that’s there yet it sending him to another book instead .

Amazing app. This app was super easy way to let my little sister dance and have some fun however I didn't like that you gotta pay to get more but it still an awesome app and my little sister love this app very much and I love about this app is that when you download any song or story you open it when your out without wifi for your kid stop crying and enjoy.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍

App is a waste. The only free songs you get are the ones on a daily basis. The rest you have to pay to get in the music or book store. Most of the songs there I like but they are in bundles that are too overpriced. Can’t I get any songs for free in the music or book store?

Amazing & worth the money. Great app. I love the quality and non stop videos. Not sure what the others reviews are speaking off. This app plays videos back to back so when my son is in his car seat he can watch without me hitting the next button every2 minutes. The videos are also educational and well made. I don’t mind speaking money when I get what I pay for.

Not child friendly!. Still no ability to delete (or at least hide) songs. I find not all of them are appropriate. It's crazy that even after I paid, there is no way to customize what my child has access to!

Passed on from kid to kid. We bought a bunch of songs and books packs with my son when he was 2. He loved the 3 Little Pigs most! He’s now 8 and he’s not into these anymore. But my daughter does! She’s 4. It helps that the App Store lets us download from device to device with family sharing.

The adds make it horrible. I love this app. My daughter loves is. A huge BUT... the adds are constant and the developers don’t know what they are doing. I cannot even click out of the app. I’ve turned the app off, restarted my phone, but I cannot get rid of the add to make it to the songs I have paid money for.

Money Lost. Just bought my son a new ipad and the app won’t restore the songs I have already purchased. How do you get help??? The page to submit a request on the website is all in Korean!?

Rip off. When the app stopped working, I had to delete and reinstall. When I tried to restore my multiple purchases, it said they would be downloaded but when I clicked ok, It then said I had none. Where are all my purchases? If you can’t restore them, I want my money back

These songs used to be free. I downloaded this app because I worked with children, I had switched jobs and didn’t use it for awhile. Just opened it up again and now they are charging for all the songs. They used to offer over 10+ songs for free.

Doesn’t work properly. Cute app, but I bought a pack of sing along songs that don’t show up in the download. When I click on them to listen it shows up as the classical songs. My gal is too young for those and they chat too much. We just wanted some songs. Oh well?!

Freezes on ad!!!!!!!. I am about to delete this app. Always freezes on an ad. I’ve paid for a few different downloads and can only use the app half the time because we are locked out because of your stupid ad! Fix it or refund me!!!!!

Money hungry. Just a money app. You download it and only baby shark available. Wasted a space in my phone storage. You would think it would be lil games for child to play to earn songs something. Maybe do that then asked to pay for everything. I don’t care if it’s bundle packages.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very fun for young kids!. I have 2 four-year-old cousins and a new baby stepbrother. I also take care of the young kids in the nursery school at church sometimes. No matter the age, from newborn to 6years old, this app never fails to entertain! The kids love it, and they love ALL of the other pink fong games as well! The songs and stories are not free, but I think it’s worth the money. Pay $10 once to entertain the small children for a lifetime? Good deal. HOGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Pornographic ads!!. I paid to remove ads but my husband’s phone wasn’t updated and pornographic ads popped up with the ability to swipe to reveal images. So dis guy for a child’s app!!

Pinkfong baby shark. It is a good Chanel for baby’s and makes them stop crying that is the good news and the bad news of baby shark is that they get extinction and they will hold your phone for ever

Language therapist. I use this app with many of my patients to spark interest, learn cause and effect, provide stimuli for auditory process and motor skills. My grand kids love it too! Keep the seasonal songs coming!

Nice at first but got crappy later. I spent so much money for this app so I can play the songs offline for my son on the go. The app now cannot be turned upside down. Like it got stuck. You can only have it one way. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but didnt work.

Don’t appreciate force tactics. My granddaughter loves this app however it often goes to ads with a very large BUY IT button and freezes there. When this is happening, no matter what you do, it won’t move past it. As if the hope is that you will just BUY IT so your child can get on with it. EXTREMELY annoying when I have already purchased the areas that she plays with now. Will likely delete this and let my daughters know to let their friends know. Feels like intentional force tactics to me.

Freezes on Ad. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Not sure why people are still giving this anything more than 2 stars. It freezes on ads even after purchasing song sets and won’t let you back to the main app even after forced restarts. It gets at least 2 stars because it was nice until the massive Ad attacks took over and shut down the ability to use the app.

Unstable app expensive purchases. Not what I expected. Won’t open without wanting you to purchase additional songs and games and they are overpriced for the quality you get. When it opens it goes directly to the purchase screen where it freezes. Then it won’t let you exit the screen when you hit X and won’t even open the purchase screen if you hit the Buy button. It is ually takes 3-5 try’s at closing and reopening the app to finally get to the play menu. Very disappointing to pay for something that you can’t hardly use. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they have a super patient toddler (if there is such a thing). My hope is that the creators will fix and improve the quality of their app instead trying to get people purchase more.

Could be great 5 star but needs bug updates.. This would be great but has issues that are simple fixes. Right now the app keeps advertising add ones to buy but you can’t exit out of them so you can’t play anything. Also if you want me to buy other content like books don’t make me exit the app to download another one just let me download it in this one.

Didn’t last. I bought the baby shark collection and everything was running smoothly until one day my kids opened the app and pressed baby shark but it only played the abc song, it shows but won’t play.

Great app but the adds kill it.. Update: two of my fairy tales have disappeared and there doesn’t seem to be anyway to get them back. I would even be willing to repurchase but pink font isn’t selling them anymore. It’s a bummer my kids loved them. Original: My almost two year old loves this app. I especially like the fairy tale stories because they are the same stories I loved as a child. The app is also fairly easy for a small child to use. What I don't like about the app are the constant interruptive advertisements to buy more songs and books. My child can't click off of them on her own and she becomes very frustrated. I don't mind the advertisements when I first turn on the app but after that it seems way to much especially considering I've already bought a few packages from them.

This app really helps. This app is so helpful when you have 2 3 year old cousins and a 1 year old step sister when every they are mad just start the songs and they love it

Issues with network connection. I would have rated this app higher if it wasn’t for the fact that I started having issues with it less than a week after I downloaded it. I started having error messages saying it could not get proper network connection. I finally had to uninstall and reinstall it just to get it working again. After that it deleted all the free songs you get on a daily basis. So now I have to start all over and hope that it doesn’t mess up again. I paid for several of the add ins as well and had to reinstall all of those too.

Obsessed with baby shark... BUT!!!. This WAS a great app FOR A WEEK. it’s been stuck on an ADVERTISEMENT to buy something more within the app and it won’t let me exit out of that to decline the offer to buy!! My child who is two years of age navigates through the songs and videos easy. Thankfully they have parental controls so kiddos don’t accidentally click and buy tons of stuff unbeknownst to the adult! However This is a huge setback! Im not sure it’s worth downloading to your smartphone or tablet until they fix these forced ads and stop the animation from freezing! I will delete it. I don’t have confidence the developers are going to do anything to fix these issues. And that’s a shame. Our LO is obsessed with Baby Shark

No family purchase sharing. My kid loves pinkfong and loves this app on a family member’s phone. Family member purchased many of the songs for my child to watch. I tried to download the app with family sharing, only to find out the app does not allow family sharing for purchases in the app. Sad choice, not all families can afford to purchase the expensive songs on this app more than once. Please consider allowing purchase sharing, it would make this app much better.

It was a good app...lately we are having issues.. Now the pop up pages offering packages does not close and my son can play his songs anymore.

Great songs. The app has great songs. They are educational and the graphics are well made. You can purchase bundles of songs in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. They are not free (developing these takes time, people deserve to get paid...even if “these as for children,” as other users have suggested). The only thing I dislike is the amount of pop ups when navigating between screens and when the app is first starting.

Between the ads and the bugs I want my money back. I was trapped with my kids at the hospital for 3+ hours and needed to keep them entertained. Ended up purchasing several of the bundles in an attempt to keep them occupied. However between the constant ads that pop up between songs, and the frequent lock ups/crashes, I’m absolutely irate that I wasted money on this app. I’ve written the developers twice now looking for help, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing helps. I’m now fighting with Apple bc I want my money back on this giant waste of an app. Don’t bother unless you want to just sit and babysit the phone so you can help your kids clear the ads between songs, and being a paying customer means more songs to shoehorn ads for more songs into.

Best entertainment any occasion. My girl chooses to watch this rather than the cartoon every time. She wants it on during her meal time too. It always works a charm whenever she's grumpy in a long car trip.

Mixes Christmas songs with ordinary ones. I bought the ordinary songs and the baby loves them. very good so I thought I would be the Christmas ones as well. That has screwed it because it jumbles all the songs together :( this is a very good app only do not buy the christmas songs unless they figure about a way to separate the songs in the auto play.

Good songs but irritating SPAM. This app has some good songs, but lately it has started SPAMMING us with regular messages that announce their arrival audibly even when the phone is to silent. Please back off the SPAM and let us enjoy the Gingerbread Man!

Great app but pls include "shuffle" option in Play All.. My toddler loves this app but she gets annoyed when the order of "play all" is just the same the whole time! A shuffle option would be very good! Also pls get rid of if in-app advertisements! Overall, the app is really entertaining for kids!

Best app ever for kids!. I have purchased every single story and song pack, and honestly, with the amount of times my daughter has watched each one...I should have been charged $1000's!! Every story is illustrated so well and the songs are catchy too! Thank you for creating such an amazing app that has saved me in numerous cranky situations and even on long flights!!

Ad freezes my iPad.. I paid for the app and when a app advertising more songs it freezes my iPad and I have to turn it of to reset. Every single time. I’ve deleted and re downloaded but still the same.. not happy about this.

Stories don’t work. I paid for the additional download ($25) to have access to all the stories, but the stories don’t work. There are no words on the pages or the pages are blank, or the pages don’t turn. I would like a full refund please.

Too many ads!. I have purchased a number of the Pink Fong apps (for nearly $17 an app) and each time it opens/ goes to the home page, another add pops up for us to purchase other Pink Fong apps. As it is my young son who operates the apps, he often clicks on these and ends up in iTunes. Once the app has been purchased, it would be appropriate for the ads to no longer pop up.

So many issues. Too many ads even tho I’m paying for the ap. Having to close ad pop ups after every song even tho I pay for this ad is annoying and limits use by kids as they don’t understand how to close the windows. Most songs are very short, you can’t queue or playlist songs, so you are constantly having to select songs. The lock only works for one song while playing and doesn’t lock out the home button App has potential but currently very annoying

Great app. I love this app and so does my kids. I've even bought some of the song packs. There's no customer support though and no way to contact anyone. I purchase the packs on my phone and I have the app on my iPad, but it doesn't register on my iPad that I have purchased the packs. I don't really want to buy it again so it would be really good if you can restore your purchase for all devices with the same account.

Excellent babysitter!. By far the best app for my 1 year old baby, she loves it and cries when I try to snatch the phone away to make a phone call. And the only app that could make her lie still for nappy changes. Can't recommend this enough for parents who wants a short break from babysitting. :-)

Very good app but has problem. I bought the alphabet/phonic song pack for $10 but instead of downloading, it just hang there. Other pack and books i bought before and after download just fine. Oh, except the city mouse country mouse book which also has the same problem. I rather not try to restore as it means i have to re-download every titles and i have so many. Please help!!! Good but uneducated. Actually my baby loves to listen the music from phonic songs and also story book, but what i dont like there is a kangaroo kicks koala etc etc, its really bad and uneducated so i have to filter it, and not let my baby watch it.

Amazing app for kids!. My 1 yr old son loves this app. He actually knows how to turn it on. We bought him the ABC phonics package and it's worth every penny. The lyrics of every some is carefully selected to create a song that teaches the sound of the letter. Loved it so much we got the mother goose pack too. Update: My son is 2, he still loves it and knows most of the songs. I've never had a problem of having to restoring my purchases after update, I do have to agree that the stories are not the original and just plain dumb so I will never buy any. MORE FREE songs would be a plus :)

7 year customer. Not many apps I can say I've used as long as this one. You saved a car breakdown , quieted a crying baby in a bank, all 3 of my kids love all the stories. The only con is that it's a little pricey and I used to get free downloads buy I have not in over 1 year....

Can't restore the books!!!. My kids just love this app so I paid about $30 for the books and musics, but my little boy deleted the app by accident. We tried everything to restore the books we bought, won't work!! It just keep saying restoring for hours! I googled online a lot of people had the same issue and never get fixed!

The content is good. Good songs but please do not pop the ad on the first page. My kid is disabled so always click the ad. Thanks for improving this or at least provide options to turn off the first ad.

Not working. App has a bug and freezes in the beginning with a promotion. Please fix. I spend my money buying songs in the app.

Ads prevent app from working. I can get this app to work because the ads make it freeze. We have not been able to access the content. Using a brand new iPhone XS Max. Should be working!!

All songs gone. I purchased many songs $$ 100’s and I did what it said to try and restore and now all are gone-

Rotation. This app doesn’t rotate. It makes it difficult for cases that have a distinct top and bottom. My niece has to hold her case upside and can not use the stand for her case to play this
