Love the app - wish the odometer didn't reset after each use. If possible, it would be much appreciated if there was an option for the odometer to keep a running tally from each time the app is opened as opposed to automatically resetting each time... Other than that the app is terrific!!!

Great app!. I love this app! My speedometer recently went out and I could not get it fixed before we were going on a trip. We downloaded it and it worked great. I had piece of mind that I wasn't speeding or going to get a ticket.

Love the wood grain. We were riding the train, which has a top speed of 79 miles per hour--JUST what the app showed! It does take a lot of battery life (as the instructions mention)--but for briefly checking speed, it's great. And the display is rather handsome.

It works. Works alright. Free app. Shows the same speed as my Tom Tom. A little slow moving between speed screen displays.

Perfect. When I bought my first car over the 2011 summer its speedometer would "work" but stay at either 95 or 120 mph with this app I get a supper exact reading of how fast I am going in my car Love this app to death

Good app, one silly flaw. Pretty good, it's a pretty interface and quite accurate compared to my car and handheld GPS. The only silly thing is the app always comes up in the "knots" display. Shouldn't the default be MPH? Or be setable? It at least come up with whatever you were last on?

Very Accurate. This app is incredibly accurate at reading my speed. It changes speed a little slow but it is the most accurate app I have seen so far. Worth the money, also has some cool features too with top speed and what not.

Great speedometer. This is just what I was looking for in a speedometer and odometer for boating. It tells exactly how fast I'm going and the distance from one end of the lake to the other. It's also great for pacing and measuring my daily walks.

Great app, works fine on my ipad. Worked great on my ipad 3rd gen. Speed didnt jump all over like other apps, when i slowed a mile or two mph so did the apps speedo, so far so good, i like it.

Great Speedometer.. Had to use this when speedometer on car broke. Driving the tollway, it was essential to make certain my speed was appropriate. Of course the iPad had to be on the cellar data network. It was easy to read and matched perfectly the speed on the navigation program on iPhone.

Great, but.... I need a horizontal mode so it won't tip over. I'd like to be able to set a higher max speed for "closed course" use.

Nice. Since l wanted to see how fast I go in my bike I used this app to see how fast i went on my bike it turns out I went a speed over 30 MPH nice!!!

Works like it should. Worth a dollar as others have said. My brother in law had slightly bigger tires than standard on his truck and we used the app to see how much faster he was really going. Worked great.

We Have Had Great Fun…. We've had great fun with this app, it is beautiful, very functional, and it seems to be spot on for speed. It's fun to tell 'others' the speed of your trip down the interstate… and just how fast that lead foot driver in your family is going. By the same token, with it's top speed indicater I suppose you could also prove you were not speeding? A delight to use. Even walking with it, it seems to work. It well may be more useful than fun, but for now, it is just pure fun!

Awesome!!!. I use this to record the top speeds of my minibike & gokart! Plus, I calibrate my speedometers with it. It's the best app I've ever used for these functions.

Works like a speedometer would in a GPS. Works well, wish the interface was digital though.

Didn't do what I hoped. Appears to be a great app, however it needs to be open to view the sky for GPS. So I couldn't stow it in my bike bag & record speed and distance which is my reason for purchasing. I look forward to trying it in other settings.

Not bad, but not great.. It's about as accurate as any of the free ones I've tried. It would be okay as a temporary fix if you had your speedometer quit working, but it's inaccuracy may land you a speeding ticket if you're not careful. First, I had a full GPS signal the entire time, so I know my issues were not from that. I took a 29 mile trip according to my truck's odometer. The app said it was 29.3 miles. Then, while traveling the speed on this app matched my trucks speed probably about 70% to 80% of the time traveling on state roads with occasional stops for lights and such. Finally, while parked, it added on another .3 miles and the speedometer would say I was doing between 0 and 2 MPH sitting still. Again, the whole time I had my iPhone 4S mounted on the windshield with a full GPS signal, according to the app. So, basically, you would probably get the same out of one or more of the free apps, but if you like the look of this one, maybe it's worth the $1 to you. Believe me, I've bought worse crap in a dollar store, so I'm not upset about the $1. I just expected better for a paid app, that's all. If it improves with future releases, I'll try and come back and change my rating.

Great. This is a very great and unique app I have a 1994 z71 with 35 mudd grapps and it's 5 mph off it put me back on track keep the good work up thanks for an awsome app

Good app.. Helpful in keeping track of expected arrival times when traveling via a bus. Would like a landscape option.

Very good. Wanted to double check the speedometer on a car I just bought, downloaded it, cars speed was off by 10mph... Compared app speed to another car I knew was correct & it was accurate. Took my dog for a long walk today to slim him down & wondered how far we'd be walking, remembered I had this app, fired it up & it recorded my total distance, very cool.

Effective but needs improvements.. Got this because I'm not done wiring my hot rod yet. It works and seems to be pretty accurate, but there's a few issues I've run into. When in landscape mode, where the numbers display largely, it has randomly reoriented itself to portrait which make the numbers small and sideways. Also if I have this run in the background the phone slows to a crawl and other apps will crash. I like this but would like to see some updates to address issues like this.

Really cool. I love the app. One thing I would change is to have GPS set for "only when using". I am very stingy with my battery. 😏😀

Love it!!!!. This app is great. So worth the 99 cents. It's a lot of fun. A little bit laggy though. Other then that it's awesome. Love to race mah friends on bike to c who goes the fastest. GET IT!

Great App!. Simple and accurate. Would be 5 Star if t{ qehe top speed didn't peg at 100. I use this app on many Amtrak trains along NE Corridor whose speeds often exceed this limit.

Works Great; Fun and Useful App. I've used this speedometer on an Amtrak train, in cars, and on an Airbus A319 airplane -- it's worked beautifully with all modes of transportation. It's fun to turn it on at 30,000 feet and see your passenger jet doing 500+ mph. My two suggestions for improvement are to increase the maximum viewable speed on the dial display, and to be able to calculate average speed for a given trip.

Good, but wish it wouldn't lag. The app has a time delay when you're trying to navigate between dials and reset data. If it worked smoother would be a 5 star app

Accurate. Matches the speed displayed by my garmin nuvi. Speed doesn't change quite as fast, but quite accurate.

Accurate. This speedometer is accurate. Like put an apple on your head and let is shoot an arrow accurate. You can always trust that it will have the correct speed displayed. The only thing that could make it better would be a HUD display option!

great app. got this app to see how fast I could get my go cart worked well put it in my pocket and drove and it got good signal in my pocket , used it in car and was very accurate ( when not constantly accelerating or decelarating) it would be nice if it had a line graph showing the increase and decrease in speed over time or distance but otherwise it does simply what it says

10 stars if I could. This app is spot on. I checked the accuracy in my 2010 Terrain and it was exactly the same. As my truck dropped 1 mph so did this app. I just used it to check my Fox body Mustang since I just put a new rear end in it and I found out that the speedometer is reading 20 - 23 mph faster than actual speed. That just saved me a $55 speedo check at the local shop! Outstanding!!!!!!

nice but...... this app is nice it keeps track of how fast I'm going but I wish the digital readout was larger since I use this in my car which already has an analog speedometer.

Hideous background image. Is it leather? Is it lava? Is it melted skin? Let users change that cringeworthy photo please. Also a rotation button would be excellent so we don't need to unlock rotation while driving to see the landscape style.

Great app, but.... Seems a little laggy, even on my 4S. And I wish the top speed was higher.

Great speedometer, even better design. I've tried out a bunch of the other speedometer apps in the store, and this one is the best. All the info you need is on the screen at one time. I wasn't able to find any other app that showed distance, both digital and analog displays, and allowed me to run the app in the background so I could also multi-task. The layout of the info makes the app easy to use and the displays are very readable. Highly recommend this app for your next trip.

Pretty accurate speedometer. The app is accurate but it would be nice if the dial's max reading was more than 100 mph (I check the speed of an Amtrak train and 100 mph is not enough) Also It would be nice if by tapping the Speedometer, it would shrink in size to let say .5"x.5" and I could place it in any corner of the screen of my choice by dragging it. In a mini mode it should also be transparent and have the ability to stay on top of other running applications, so I can use it as a reference while running other applications. By tapping the mini Speedometer, it should switch back to its original full screen size mode. What do you think? Can you do that?

Works well. Downloaded & Calibrated on bus trip from Nashville @ 75mph. Verified @ 55mph with car on cruise control. Slight displayed speeds likely due to GPS signal variation? Can set in landscape view on dash to replace auto speedometer!

Now Broken. Latest version no longer works properly on 4S with ios 7.1.2. Switching to landscape completely messes up the display. Please fix.

Ugly beyond belief. Needless alerts.. The graphics used by this app in vertical mode are ugly beyond belief. It is very annoying that every time you tap a button, a confirmation alert appears and there's no way to disable them. It feels like a badly written Windows 95 app. The one redeeming quality is the simple, clear view offered in landscape mode. But it can't be used for vertical. The two views couldn't be more different, another inexplicable choice made by the developer. Not worth your money.

Works like a charm. After trying several speed programs to test my RC cars top speed, this one was the best with zero ads and excellent accuracy.

One of my favorite apps. Love this app. It's easy to use, accurate and looks great. I've used it against the train window during my commute, in the car, and I can't wait to take it sailing. Sometimes it takes a few seconds right when you start it up to find the correct speed - but I think that has more to do with the iPhone GPS tracking correctly than the app itself. Still, I've been sharing it with friends who would love to know how fast we've gone on some big wind days on the smaller boats we race that don't have a speedometer.

Continual glitch. Don't bother. Every time it goes into landscape mode it's to big to fit the screen properly then gets stuck when you try going back to portrait.

NSW. Seems to work ok and looks great but am still not sure about it's accuracy.

Analog speedo. Works perfect , looks good and is acurate top speed on my vintage motorbike , and shows exactly 60 mph in my speed limited kw truck , good app

Speedometer reveiw. It's good but it could be less choppy

Best speedo!!!!!!!. Best speedo ever. Tried a bunch for my boat. Love the max speed lock! Very accurate and the analog is suprisingly accurate and smooth! Great looking speedo and trip recorder! Love it! Best speedo by far!

Poor Accuracy on my 4s. I wasn't expecting pinpoint accuracy, however was expecting a decent ballpark range. Popped 132mph on the bike the other day and registered my max speed as 54mph. Are you kidding me? I definitely would like a refund!

Energy hog. I wanted this to measure how far I was riding on bike rides but this app consumes so much energy my iPhone was dead before I could finish a 15-mile ride. It needs a plug-in power source, so it's only useful in my car, where I obviously have a speedometer/odometer. Very disappointing.
