Not WORKING!. I’m subscribed with premium service until June of 2023 but the app will not let me record more than 5 walks. I have tried everything to reset it but to no avail. This is extremely frustrating!

Love VIMA. VIMA walk is so easy. No complications- just records my walks Tried a couple of other apps before finding this one - all kinds of BS. just to get started. This one is excellent

App turns off. I turned the app on, put my iPhone in my pocket and start walking. At some point along the way the app stoped working. When I got home I looked at my phone and saw that only part of the trip was recorded. This has happened on the six or so trips when I have used it.

I love the app. I love the app because it keep track of my walk and that helps me to focus on walking and the recording is done for me

Won't give me premium features I paid for.. It was a great app but it won't let me use premium features even though I renewed. When will this be fixed?

It turns itself off during the run. 50% of the time I use the app it pauses or ends well before I’m finished. Very frustrating.

Paid for in renewal and won’t save past five walks. Tried deleting and starting over but when I save it, acts like it’s not a paid one, encourages me to purchase, I click on it and it verifies that I am paid until next year. Like the simplicity but will likely look for a better functioning product.

What happened?. I have been using this app for over a year and it was pretty accurate on distance. Just upgraded from a iPhone 7to 11. Now the exact same circuit registers from .25 to .33 miles from day to day. Very depressing when you are struggling to be consistent in your health efforts. May just stop using if I can’t get better accuracy

Coma walk. I’ve used this app for four years and it’s a great motivator for this 86 year old. Thanks but I have not been able to renew my up-grade except to pay the $9.99 without the device adding the upgrade.

Great App until iPhone 11. I have used this App for 3years and paid for the premium subscription. App worked great with no problems and I loved it and the data provided was accurate. Was using iPhone SE and just upgraded to iPhone 11 Pro. Now the data is extremely inaccurate. The distance/mileage and pace readings are WAY OFF !! Badly need UPDATE to App to fix this problem and make compatible with iPhone 11 Pro. Please fix this because this was a great App and I don’t want to lose it.

Buggy HELP!. Have used the app for three years and just downloaded a new replacement. Says premium is active but not so. Yet today an interval started on its own and wiped out my first three miles recoding only the last miles. I had no way to stop it. HELP!

Won’t let me record. I’ve paid for this app for three years I think, but didn’t use it for several months. When I recently tried to use it, I got a message to pay for premium, which I did in February. I messaged the developer and received no response. Don’t pay for premium.

Junk. Used occasionally for about six months on Iphone 13 pro. It always was inaccurate by at least plus 30%. When looking closely at the path it mapped, it was obvious why in that the entire mapped path was squiggly, not how anyone would normally walk. Any updates from manufacturer made no difference. I will be deleting this app.

Did not track. We walked at least a mile and half. Did not track more than .4 miles. What it tracked was incorrect. GPS was at max.

Stoppage. Vima stops running when I try to use say the camera, or messaging. Very aggravating.

What a great free app!. So grateful to have the use of this once & while to track time & distance of various walks I need to do, God bless all of you for your work & time behind this nice app available to us all!

Not all features unlock with premium. There are screens that say premium only and take me to payment page, but I already paid.

Very inconsistent. I can walk exactly the same amount and get sharply different readings. The other day a walking partner started hers and I started mine at the same time. We got different results by 1/2 mile.

FIX REQUEST FOR VIMA WALK APPLICATION. I paid for yearly a year ago. App does not recognize subscription. App needs to upgrade to annual premium. Need app for major health issues. Please send upgrade trigger so I can track exercises for doctors. Thanks

GPS. I just downloaded this app, hit record, stuck it in my jacket pocket, and went for a mile walk. it recorded my time, but not my distance or tracked where I walked. Deleting.

Troubleshooting. The app would not work for several days. I had no one or website to trouble shoot. After a few days the app worked as normal🤷‍♀️

I have paid for renewal. Won’t let me record even though I paid for renewal. Help!

No support. I bought this app and paid the annual subscription. I changed phones and could not get this app to restore. My subscription is still active but the support is non existent. Otherwise, good app.

Paid but don’t have premium. I paid for premium but no matter how many times I reinstalled the app, I have none of the premium features - just a prompt to purchase premium again.

Can't even use. Went fine until I upgraded to premium. Now I can't get anything going. Tells me I need to eliminate five of my previous walks. I eliminated 20 and I still get the same notification. Not able to open and use after I paid. now it's worthless!

Good til made to pay. Loved it til I had to pay to use it. Not cool. Then the screen changes and only shows a map. Don't like that at all.

Worked Great at First. I have used this app many years and it worked great at first. About a year ago the voice prompts quit working and recently it will not allow me to access the features in the premium version. It acknowledges that I have the premium version to renew Oct. 2020 but still does not let me access them. I have emailed a few times with no response. It is time to look for a new app and cancel this one.

Perfect! But a problem. I was looking for a simple gps app just to track mileage. This is really easy to use. Hit record, walk, hit pause, then decide to stop or save or keep going. Shows mileage, time, pace, and a map. Just right, exactly what I was looking for. Edit- I cannot find ANYWHERE how to delete history. I was prompted to delete history or upgrade with no way to delete, nothing in settings, no faq or help anywhere I could find, I did figure out that uninstalling and reinstalling works as a workaround. This is going from a 5 to a 1 until there is an answer

Premium upgrade??. I too paid for the premium upgrade but cannot use any of the features. It won’t let me record any more tracks. I had really enjoyed using this app for recording hikes, dates, times, locations but now it’s useless. Over a years worth of hiking data and I can’t use it anymore. I wish I could get an answer on how to fix this.

these speeds and locations are not accurate at all. Just to test this theory i put the phone down and let the app run its corse , The results showed not only speeds with movements but very distant locations from the actual location of the device itself . I would say it's not a big deal if we would be dealing with a couple of yds as a factoring error . How ever, with substantial errors of speed when there was non for starters . Indicating big errors on the analytic side .

Paid for premium but won’t let me access features. Thought is was a good app but not real happy i paid the annual fee for premium but it doesn’t want to seem to recognize that.

I pay and it says I don’t. I have paid annually for this for years. Today I’m told I can’t track because I’m not premium. Checked again and sure enough I did pay. Boo hiss. Not happy!!

Subscription charge. My subscriptions say I have paid $4.99 fir a year which ends in November and it’s not letting me log any more walks. It’s say I can only do 5 for the free

Great app. I really do like the app and use it often but although I paid for a years subscription it will still only let me use 5 walks at a time.

Paid for premium but no way to activate. I subscribed to premium but the app won’t acknowledge it. I verified the subscription and payment. If I try to restore purchase, nothing happens. No way to get support.

Stops when you’re still walking.. I’m giving this app one star because you don’t have to login to start it. That’s easy and appreciated. However, as you’re running or walking it will just stop. I’ve tried having it in my pocket, carrying in my hand, doesn’t matter it just occasionally stops and then stops tracking. Also, the big numbers on the screen are how many calories you’re burning. To me that’s not important. What’s important is how far I’ve gone.

Not useful for me. Started the app then went for a walk in the woods. Half hour later I opened the phone to see if it was working. No. Looking at the map, It just draws a straight line from the starting point to current location. No useful, since I cannot see the path I took. I presume the app stops tracking if you put the app in the background.

Great app but issues with premium. This app works well for tracking walk and run times and distances. It is easy to use. However, I paid for the premium version with a yearly $4.99 subscription, and after a year or two I no longer have access to the premium features even though the app recognizes that my subscription is still current. I have sought help multiple times on the Vima website but have never gotten a response. Canceling subscription now.

Bad support. Had to restore my wife’s phone to eliminate persistent pop-up ads in Safari. The restore was at a point BEFORE she upgraded to the annual subscription. Now the app doesn’t recognize the annual subscription. Reloading it doesn’t help. Resubscribing doesn’t help. Emails to support for help get ignored. Works great until you have an issue then watch out.

Long time user. Lots of the time the distance is inaccurate and too often the voice doesn’t work.

Vima. Great app but I paid for premium and only get five saves on my walks! Have tried to get help but no one gets back to me! Looking something else when my subscription is done! And I shouldn’t have to swipe to remove saved things! I paid for premium I should get premium!

Save your money. The first point I have to make is that the app can not work in the background. It stops working if you open another app or just go to your home screen. Secondly it can not maintain a good enough gps signal.

Vima Walk App. Sometimes during a walk the app loses the GPS signal a stops recording

Does not work. I am so frustrated with this app. I can’t get it to work. It tells me to upgrade and after I did so, still I get the notification that I cannot record but five walks and no way to delete history. I contacted the help desk. I was told well it should work. Guess what? It does nothing. I can’t delete and reload. Nothing! Ok if this is my error I should at least have help understanding what the error is.

The app sucks. Haven’t been able to use mine properly for a month it won’t register account check anything or erase anything from walking running times. None of it’s working at all.

Tracks well. Easy to use. I hit the record button and go on my way. I can track the distance if every walk and it shows my monthly and cumulative totals. Plus, a great price.

Horribly inaccurate.. On average, displays a walking or cycling distance 30% higher as compared to a map or bicycle odometer. Otherwise a nice ap. Any idea how to rectify this problem?

Desapointed. First day went well,second time did not record anything, and the third record only half of the trajectory.

I love this app. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for; extremely accurate, friendly user interface, history, maps. Worth every penny. I would subscribe for a perpetual license if it was an option. Told my brother about it, but unfortunately it’s not available for Android. Hopefully it will be. Dan

Simple and consistent. This app is simple to use. A distance measurements are consistent within a hundredth of a mile when I walk the same route. Other apps I have used have been very inconsistent in the distances.

Can’t run this. I have a 5S with the latest IOS 8.1.3 This app will not work, It crashes right after launch every time. I’ve hard booted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no luck. Time to move on

Not good for Apple Watch. Dear Developer, Apple Watch 2 has gps so we can leave our iphone at home BUT your app will NOT allow us to do that. Fix this or update it and it will become very attractive for Apple Watch series 2!!!!!!!

Simplicity. I love this app! I was looking for an app that calculated distance so that I could walk/jog my mile or two. This app did that and more. It gives your speed and the time it takes for you to complete your walk/jog/run. It also shows a map of your route. So simple to use!!! I love it!!!

Keeps track of my walks. Great app for tracking your walks on iPhone. At $4.99 a year you get verbal cues and it maps your walk. I would like to see it link to apple health.

Simple to use. I was looking for an app to use for walks on the beach. From experience with comparable apps, this one is easy and not cluttered. Very happy with its simplicity.

Very pleasantly surprised. Installed the app to kind of keep track of my walking. I recently had my knees replaced this is exactly what I was looking for. I like how it maps by course regardless if I’m walking on road sidewalks or out in the country.One feature that I have seen, but have somehow lost is the number of steps taken. Looking forward to considerably more use. Thank you
