Iteacher. This app is terrific. Is there any way to bring back the whole month view? Miss that, now only see one week at a time.

PLEASE iStudiez Team.... ... please make an iRetina Display iPad version of this app. As a teacher, it would be a saving grace and an INVALUABLE tool of which to work with. I fully support your work and greatly appreciate what you do. I will update my review to 5 stars and spread the word on this app if you release an iPad version... it's more practical in an academic setting, thank you!!

Needs updating!. I loved this app when it was new. Please give it an update and I’ll go back to using this exclusively!

Needs a major update. To use all the features there is just too much clicking and trying to find just where to put the information. You are suppose to be able to use it like a grade book but you have to click multiple times on each student just to put grades for one assignment. It like maybe the should just remove this app since it seems to be forgotten anyway. Their other app seems to have all their attention. I understand that there are more students than teachers but teachers need good apps too

No updates since 2015. It's a shame they stopped updating and adding features. Teachers are just as important as students.

First Impressions. I love the app so far. I've never used iStudiez, so this is my first go with iStudiez Team. The design and layout is beautiful and they seem to have put alot of thought into it. For example when you set up a semester for classes, it remembers the start and end dates, etc. It also gives you the option to choose colors for each class so when viewing in month view, at a glance you can see what classes are on different days. My biggest requests would be to add a universal iPhone/iPad app (I'm sure everyone will want/need that) AND more importantly, cloud storage and access. Dropbox and iCloud integration. It should store the data in the cloud so I can access up-to-date data on all my devices. Also the ability to access my class files (.doc and .pdf) and link them to the appropriate class or assignment. Once those features are implemented, it would be a 5-star app that trumps all the other similar apps. Keep up the good work iStudiez Team.

Upgrade Required. No Mac or true iPad versions unlike iStudiez Pro undermines value as an instructor resource. The lack of the Mac version is serious omission. And, there is no cross-platform integration.

Need to be able to grade. I hope to get a refund for this app if I'm not able to enter grades for each assignment and at the end of semester get an average figured out. Please advise immediately please.

Inexplicable changes in last update. Despite having some peculiarities in the UI, this has been my go-to app for handling my classes. Once you got used to it, it was pretty efficient. However, this last update includes some really odd decisions from the developers. For example, I have always though it odd that they wanted me to specify each student in my class who had received an assignment. I can't think of the last time I didn't give an assignment to the entire class. Still, no big deal because you could just choose 'Select All' and quickly move past that step. Apparently, the minor annoyance wasn't good enough, because in this update they have removed the 'Select All' option on assignments. Now, for every single assignment, I must individually tap that I have given it to each student. Thor one class alone, that is 31 extra taps, times the number of assignments in the semester. That is not the only issue, but it's the one that most stands out day after day. Really, if I could go back to the previous version, I would.

classes have disappeared. This app was great until the new year hit. My school has a rotating schedule so being able to customize the daily class schedule from day to day was great. It is no longer showing! The as useful as this app was before, I can now no longer see the value.

Don't use. A lot of potential, but many flaws. A big one: Look at the first picture, the part of the screen on the right disappears when your teaching day is done. It gives you some meaningless phrase. If you had written any "class notes" they are gone. There's no way in the program to retrieve them.

No update. I'm at a total standstill since the iOS 7 update.

Great App! Must have for teachers!. Finally there is an app designed for us teachers. You can add your courses, students, and grades. My favorite is that I can take attendance much faster than using the regular paper and pen method. I can't choose a best feature because they are all helpful and increase our productivity while reducing time, especially the assignment organizer. An important feature is the export which transfers your data to your email, and you can also back up all your data. You'll be spending some time only at the beginning of each semester to organize the schedule and students names but then all it takes are a few clicks and texts. Thank you for a great teachers app! 👍👍

Life: organized. Very useful application but need some web companion to have possibility use it with class

No update?. I just updated to iOS 7. No update? I can't view my calendar. It keeps on exiting me out once I try to view the calendar.

Crash when I select calendar. I won't give you 5 stars until you fix this bug.sorry

Great app.... This app has really helped to keep my workday schedule organized. I like that I can take notes. As a para I use the assignment section to keep track of the work I do with my groups. I have just one request. When entering a new semester it sure would be nice to have the option to choose from existing classes and plans from the previous semester in addition to making new ones. It is a pain to have to type in everything all over again for the next semester.

Happy teacher!. This app does everything the creators claim. I could not be more pleased. After looking at software for my laptop, paying $4.99 was a deal I could not pass up. It can be a little confusing at first, but once you start to remember your way around you will love it!

New iPad version needed!. This has been an excellent resource this semester. I'm teaching five classes and it is creat to check attendance and review assignments using this app instead of sign-in sheets and pulling out the syllabus before each class. It helps with planning lectures when I'm away from campus. Now, why 4/5? I use my new iPad quite a bit in class and would love to have iTeacherBook on it. Please help make my life easier!

Good.. Application runs quite well. The thing I think it lacks is a better way to grade the homework you create, and also it would be better if there were lists for each homework with individual grades. It's just a personal thought. Still, the app is good.

Good so far. I downloaded this app a couple days ago and was setting it up today. One annoying thing for me is the inability to set up two different class times for the same class. I teach a college class that meets on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. The app wouldn't let me set up two different times for the same class. I would have to set up two different classes to make it work this way. Other than that, I am happy with it so far. I am looking forward to using it this quarter. Oh, and a version for iPad would be great.

Disconnected. This is great app and I think there is none like this app out there. But The main problem I think with this app is that there is no iTeacherBook for mac like how iStudies Pro has. This makes it very disconnected. I enjoy the new UI of the the app but i feel like whoever develops this app is way focused on iStudiez pro app that they have basically abandoned this app. I want to see this app in mac.

Crashes. Repeatedly crashes when trying to enter classes. No fun.

Was Almost Perfect. Syncing between devices does not work with this app since the last iOS update. I have brought this to the attention to the developers two times without remedy. This app is worthless to me if I cannot sync my grades and attendance between home and school. In every other way this is an amazing app

Non-intuitive. Still hard to find what information you are looking for, and doesn't let me grade the way I want to.

Super Improvements!. I downloaded this app (after waisting money on another app) because the interface was so much more intuitive, not to mention nicely designed. There were a few bugs but the updates were fast coming and left me glad that I purchased this app. Love what I can do with it!

Still needs some work to be perfect.. The app is an excellent assignment planner, for general, not individual student work. I use a PC program for keeping track of student grades since it is customizable to my needs. This app has a beautiful appeal, though, and would be top-notch if a better grade book component was integrated.

Needs some updates. I needed something to send assignments to students, so they could enter it into their own calendars. I believe this only sends an email instead of sharing or messaging. The app is a good concept but involves to much clicking here and there to make everything work... Should be more simple. I'm very disappointed I spent 4.99 on this app and within one hour realizing it was a bad mistake. There should be a lite version of this app before wasting money.

Great app - highly recommended. Superior time tabling functions, calendar and day at a glance make this a great app. Ability to take attendance, make notes on lessons + students, set, track & record assignments means I use it every lesson. Screen on iPad is a bit fuzzy on x2 since it is an iPhone app but promised iPad version coming soon. 5 stars then. Can't wait! Not sure what other reviewer was talking about. No problems for me.

won’t backup?. I’ve used this before, then a year ago I didn’t need it. I dropped it. Needed to use it again but now it won’t update and crashes every time. Facebook for the development team says its an iOS 7 issue. But it is now almost time for iOS 8 to come out and it still have the same bug. Not impressed. can only use it on 1 device now W/ no cloud backup. Dissappointing. Otherwise, I am appreciative of the design. I use iStudiez all the time as a student and iTeacherbook is similar in interface. Takes some time to setup but works and I can track subjects, attendance, programs and assignments.

One thing to add.... the capacity to sync the data to an mac apps at home by iCloud service like the istudiez. With that it would be perfectly functional.

More flexibility needed for student info. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Inputting information such as attendance is quick and easy. Some suggestions: - allowing for selections other than father and mother: many children live with grandparents and aunts/uncles, too - option of creating custom fields for student info - option of inputting time of arrival if student is late (maybe when a student is marked late, the time is stamped) If these options are added, definitely a 5-star app.

Calendar blast!. This is an amazing app for teachers! The schedule is very flexible and is input into calendar form for monthly, weekly and daily views! You can also input students to your groups and track their attendance and work! I have not found a better app for my teaching needs... And the support team is awesome too!

Gets the job done!. Not a bad little app!

Scheduling dream. iTeacherbook and iStudiez are the only apps I have found that can handle a five day rotation schedule with holidays. Who every thought of having customizable holidays was brilliant. Being able to input our Professional Activity Days in as holidays makes the world of difference for simplifying the input of my schedule. Looking forward to some similar features to iStudiez in an iPad version.

Needs features!. Three features that are missing: 1. Assigning grade weights in the iPad version of the app is nowhere near as easy as it is on iPhone, I'm still not sure it's possible... This needs to be fixed. 2. Grade weights need to be given flexibility, for example if a teacher is taking the best 2 quizzes out of three, there needs to be some allowance for that option. 3. More export options! Currently you have to copy-paste into email, and there's no option to export as Numbers or Excel document via email.

very useful app. I spent a lot of time reviewing the current teacher apps out there and this is by far the most flexible and intuitive one going yet. Absolutely thrilled with it and it has really helped me with maintaining class marks. Don't use it at all for planning. Would appreciate it if the app was a little more responsive in the Calendar view but that is minor. Some more functionality with attendance keeping would also be great. Deservedly 5 stars as it is far and above better than what's out there and I've looked at most of them.

Sync Issue. When I create a new class schedule in this app, it does not show up in my iPad calendar. I need to see my class schedule with my other schedules in one place in my iOS device. If I do reverse and create my class schedule in my iOS device, I would see them in this app. However, I cannot use app features with them.
