What Happened?!. I bought the license for product in 2018 then about 9 months later they changed to a subscription model. At first, this was fine and I was open to pay a yearly subscription for an ongoing active project providing new features and bug fixes. After the initial launch of the new subscription model, all development efforts stopped. There aren’t even maintenance releases fixing the preexisting bugs. The task system crashes the application all the time, which is a paid feature. The UI isn’t optimized for the newest version of MacOS. I ended up canceling my subscription because I felt like I was taking it from the rear end by the developer. Thank you for taking my money with no return, no updates and no communications.

Too good. This app is too good. I am in middle school and have very unorganized classes that switch around all the time. I use this to help me keep track of my assignments and classes I have next. I can tell this is meant for college, But it is useful for all grade levels (as long as they have a class switch). Thank you so much for this app! My only problem is I can’t seem to figure out how to use the average calculator. When ever I try to use it, it says “Non-graded course.” And that the grade calculator is disabled. How do I turn this back on? Anyways, this overall a great app!

This is app is mandatory I can't live without it. I wrote a review a couple of times but it seems like that with every update the previous reviews are lost, so I'll say it again, this app is so mandatory that I literally can't survive college without it, being on time, not forgetting an assignment, keeping track of exams and grades, basically everything a person needs, and all these small details, everything, the app is just perfect. BIG LOVE Devs, I love you for this app, you are helping me every single day to survive college the right way, you are the greatest heroes.

The Perfect app from 10th grade through college. This app helped me from 10th grade through my associates degree and then all the way through my bachelors. It handled any school schedule I had (like block schedules in high school and random class schedules in college) It’s got reminders for classes and a robust grade system that helped me personally keep up with my GPA and my class grades even when teachers didn’t regularly update grades online. It was PERFECT for my entire academic career and I would recommend it to ANYONE going through school.

Grade school through University. I have been using iStudiez Pro since my time in middle school, and I just finished up my undergraduate degree. I believe it’s been 10 years using this app on Mac and iOS, so It only feels right to leave a review for an app that has done so much for me. Great interface, syncs flawlessly between devices (they offered this feature before it was common with iCloud), and simple to use. If you put in the time to update your assignments and projects, than this is a wonderful tool. Potential suggestions: when I got to college, nearly classes come with a course syllabus that gives every assignment due date, description and weight. If there was a way to “import” these syllabi and the app automatically adds them as assignments for a course. Definitely worth the cost, great developers and support system. Thank you!

Notifications need work. The app is nice, clean, simple UI. However, the notifications aren’t there for me. When setting a notification for an assignment, you can only set one. It would be so much more effective if you can set multiple notifications for each assignment. I find it too easy to pass by a notification and if I don’t remember to reset it, will forget about it. I have been trained by other apps to set multiple reminders and use snooze features to which has countered my use of this system correctly, or usefully. I also find it strange that when marking an assignment done it immediately asks for a grade which is impossible to log if you JUST handed in an assignment. I haven’t found a way to go back and enter grades once I have them. I also find that I can’t integrate this calendar into my Google calendar so I have to toggle between two calendars when looking up assignments and events. This is not streamlining. I have paid for the pro version but really it has only been useful to me I terms of telling me class locations and times. I could just rely on my Notes and Google calendar apps for that and they are free.

Dead in the Water. I have been using this app for years, and it does do some things well. However, the more you use it, the more you start to notice missing features, awkward processes that require way too many steps, and glitches that need to be corrected. For instance, there is no way to create a recurring assignment. You have to cut/paste over and over and over. Moving assignments is also cumbersome and clumsy. There are also times where the text is illegible or when selecting or marking off an assignment does nothing (an obvious bug!). Despite their subscription model for “Pro” access, this developer does NOTHING to fix or enhance the app in any way. (Don’t believe me? Just look at the date on the latest app update. Even that was for some minor fix and did not address the real problems with the app.) All I’m saying is consider this before you commit to spending money on this app. The subscription model is designed so that developers can sustain and profit from CONTINUED work on the product—not just so they can collect money indefinitely for doing nothing. If the developer is collecting a monthly subscription fee, they should also be working monthly to improve and care for the app. As you can clearly see, this developer is no longer invested in their product, so maybe you should not be either. I suggest going with another app with a more responsible and engaged team behind it.

IPad Pro. Absolutely love the app! One thing is that I wish the iPad app would remember my view choice when I launch the app. I tend to like to see the “weekly” view and have the hours in the day scrunched together so I can view more of my schedule at once (hopefully that makes sense). But it tends to launch and automatically show the “day” view. Other than that it’s a great app, I’ve been using it for years on my iPhone :)

It’s Good but only for Mobile Use. I used this app for 3.5 years of undergraduate, and it functioned nicely for my needs, and reminders were helpful. It can really only be used on one device because sharing is a false option. When I wanted to expand my use to the desktop or web, I opted for the paid “pro” subscription. BUT I NEVER GOT DESKTOP ACCESS. It wouldn’t let me sync my data, so I could only use the app in my mobile device. I wrote to them asking about the connection, because I could never connect my account and access it on web, and my card had been charged, and they said they were “working on it”, and I asked to be updated when it was fixed or progress made. I never heard from them. Canceled my subscription, didn’t really chase reimbursement because it was like $2, but I’m irritated that they didn’t at least prevent payment if connection was a known issue. To my knowledge, others have had the issue, and I’m not sure the developer has done anything about it. It was a good app. Dear developer, at the very least please save some people the money by being honest and don’t allow them to purchase “pro” subscription if syncing between devices isn’t presently possible.

Great and easy to use. A senior recommended this app to me as I was starting college and I’m forever grateful to her. This is super easy to use and efficient. It has everything you need to keep track of your schedule, assignments, exams and instructors. Also something that was super amazing is that when I switched devices I didn’t have to worry about losing all of my data, a simple backup sent to my email solved that problem. And it’s FREE!!

I like this app!. I’m starting grad school this month and downloaded this app in preparation. I really like it so far! I won’t know until classes start up to know how useful it really is but it looks promising! That said, I was disappointed to see the lecturer avatars were not editable and required a real picture if I wanted to include it. I’d much prefer being able to throw together a basic avatar from a couple basic feature selections than the hassle of getting a pic of them. 🥲

Used for Years. Still the best!. I’ve been using this app since I was a freshmen in high school (2014) and it has been the one tool that I’ve consistently used throughout my academic career. I don’t leave reviews much but since this app has been a part of my life for so long, I thought I should at least give it a review. I use the app for all things academic from tests and homework to holiday and random to dos (this is a great to do app as well). A feature I would love to see implemented in the future is a way to spread a big assignment into smaller sub “to do’s” that will build up to the due date, like a milestone type thing so that I can keep track of what I have done for the project and what I still need to do before that date.

Very helpful. I’ve been using this app for 3 years and half and I purchased it on iOS, MacOS and Windows 10. It’s really helpful and has a lot of features that I can’t go one day without using. I just wish if there was a way to calculate my GPA in a semester without having to wait for the end date of the semester because sometimes I want to check how my GPA and total GPA would be during the current semester.

still no tasks in mobile app.... i’ve used this app since 2013 and i’m back in school again. i instantly filled up my schedule and input everything for the semester— only to discover you can’t see or access your tasks in mobile. it’s been 6 years of using this app and that’s still not an option. even just SEEING the tasks that are created on desktop would be nice. there’s no where to submit feedback on the website so i’m writing this review. GIVE US TASKS IN MOBILE APP NOT JUST DESKTOP. literally my only complaint (that’s still not resolved), otherwise this app is 5 stars.

Must-have. I’ve been using this app since the beginning of high school, and I’m a junior in college now - it’s definitely saved me multiple times when assignments get busy. And it’s been maintained really well over the years, so well worth buying in the long term. Some suggestions would be to allow us to set multiple alerts for assignments, and also to have a quicker way to add in assignments - the current way isn’t bad but it has a lot of steps. Siri support or a smart text box (like the Mac calendar app) would be exceptionally useful for this. Keep up the great work!

Great app! Just a few fixes.... I love this app!! It helps me track everything and I love being able to sync between all my devices. A few fixes, however: add a section for “tasks” on iOS. I can only get to it on my computer. Also I wish I could tap out of an assignment and have it close instead of always having to click “save”. If I click outside of the details box, it should close automatically, and if I click on another assignment, that assignment box should replace the current box I have open. Would love to see these updates! And maybe even a section for general tasks or to-do’s because I have nowhere to put general things I need to do that aren’t assignments and it would be great to keep them all in one place.

Do I have to subscribe to continue to use even though I bought this app 2 years ago?. I really enjoy using iStudiez, both on my iPhone and Macbook. One of the reasons why I love it is because I don’t like subscription, even at a small rate. I’d rather pay one time. I bought iStudiez for iPhone and Macbook about a year ago. But with the new update, does that mean I have to pay subscription to continue to use its full features like before the update?

The answer to my academic prayers. This app makes my nerd heart sing. I’m a senior in university and I’ve been using my iPad Pro for most of my school work for three semesters at this point, and this app is the first planning app that I have really enjoyed using. Flipping through four separate twelve page syllabi three times a day? Not anymore, suckers! This app functions as my “master syllabus” and my planner all in one. I also work part-time in addition to my full class load, and I have both my personal and work calendars synced up to this app. I honestly don’t know why this app doesn’t have more reviews. Color me obsessed.

Great app! But.... I love this app! It’s so helpful when planning my class schedule and I really enjoy the quick view widget feature. The color coordination and course logos are amazing! I also love you can go as simple or as detailed as you want when customizing courses. There are a couple of issues I would like to point out. I have issues with the assignments portion of app. The way my classes are set up I sometimes have the same kind of assignments every week (ex: weekly math problems). May I suggest adding a repeat option when creating an assignment kind of like how it is in the Apple calendar when creating an event? I don’t want to take forever adding separate assignments each week of the school year when it’s just the same assignment. Let me know if that makes sense or not, I’m not the best at explaining things in written word. Also, the grading scale section is confusing to me. Is there a video I can watch or something that shows me how to do it? My school’s grading system is kind of complicated. Other than those two things, I love this app so much! Great work! 😁

Awesome App!. The rating is a 4.8/5 stars. I have used the app for almost 2 years now and it has been a life saver on many occasions! Being a college student, it has been incredibly helpful for keeping track of all my classes and even work schedule. The only reason I did not give a full 5 starts was because I have a couple suggestions that would be awesome if they could be implemented: - Reoccurring tasks/assignments (I have things I need to do everyday or once a week and it would be nice to not have to manually put it in all the time) - be able to use multiple lines to describe an “assignment” instead of only one long line. I totally recommend this app to any college student who needs a great way to keep track of their classes!

Good but annoying to input tasks. I like to input all tasks for the semester but because the input menu is long enough to require scrolling, it’s very difficult to reliably swipe to change the month. When tapping to pass to the next month, there is also latency meaning you can’t easily tap through. To make this easier, scroll like Apple does or having some sort of natural language processing would make dare inputting less cumbersome. Or maybe having the option of different input methods. The tomorrow button is a nice touch but it seems that the input favors more on-the-go planning as opposed to more methodical planning. The layout and calandre visualization is really nice and overall it’s a very useful app

Love this app! Except for one thing!. This app is actually the best I can find among all these school schedule app. All the features built in are versatile and helpful, mostly importantly, it can be synced between all platforms! However, there’s one thing I can’t bear with is that every time you reboot or open the app on iOS device, you would get few seconds lag and stuck in the screen without being able to do anything, cuz the app is syncing, sometimes you wanna check out something immediately, but you have to wait until the sync is done!! So I badly request that the sync can be done MANUALLY by option, so I don’t have to be stuck in the app and can’t do anything for seconds! But needless to say, it’s utterly amazing app!

I used this app all throughout college— just reinstalled for grad school!. Title says it all. In my junior year of HS, I noticed a tech-savvy classmate using this app and he told me about it. At the time, I thought it was overkill for a high schooler (even as a high schooler who was taking a few AP classes), but it seemed like the perfect tool to use in college. I installed it before my freshman year at university and never looked back. Honestly, it was kind of heartbreaking to delete this app after graduation. But today, I just realized that since I’m starting grad school in the fall, I’m going to need a way to track my classes and assignments. We’re back, baby.

8 YEARS of Greatness, Thank You iStudiez. I have been using this app for 8 years and it always had my back. Every teacher, assignment, and class imputes and used for 13 distinct semesters. You can’t trust your brain to remember every class time but iStudiez sending me notifications and syncing with my calendars made it easy. Every assignment or test inputed on my phone at the end of class easily synced to all my devices. I would pull up the app on my computer to ensure I never forgot an assignment. This only happened maybe 7 times total in 8 years because of this app. I could easily contact teachers by inputting their email at the start of the semester too. My biggest fear was the app would stop being updated but the team at iStudiez instead always strived to add more features and make the app better. They continue to do so and I am now sad to leave the app because I have officially graduated college. This is my first review ever. I’m writing it because I want to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart. You all got me through school just as much as my teachers, friends, and family. Keep changing students lives for the better. Thank you ❤️

Fully featured but less than worth the money. Great application, all the necessary features are included: grade weights, scheduling, assignments, exams, partner invites, etc. I do wish there was an option for recurring assignments without having to link it to a scheduled class instance. Assuming this is designed for high school/college/university students, it’s a well created app. However, I do not think the price point for the mobile/desktop apps are fair. In past versions, the developer allowed for synchronizing iStudiez to Dropbox (possibly other cloud storage providers but I can’t recall, but Dropbox definitely was used) so you only had to purchase three mobile version. Which I did... Now, returning to finish my degree, I find that Dropbox compatibility/sync is entirely removed. Forced to login to their credentials, and if you want to sync, you must pay for a subscription. So I can no longer can use the functionality I paid for only a few years ago. And since I’m stubborn and want to use this app to organize my degree efforts, I sucked it up and got one. But for students in a country where the price of higher education is so expensive. It’s kind of hard to understand why this would be the pivot. Just my two cents.

DOWNLOAD NOW!!!. Update: so I had trouble with adding grades and this awesome guy Nick from the istudiez pro team took time to help me figure out the percentages for one of my classes!! Now that is true customer service!! I am so grateful that there is actually an app with employees that care!!! I love this app it is amazing!! The only thing I would love to see is a grading option for individual classes. Some of my classes use points and others use percents. I would like to be able to set the total points for each individual class. Other than that I absolutely love it!!

Great app. Bought this app years ago and have found it useful all throughout university. Reached out to support and they helped set a work-around for PC calendar integration. However the lack of updates is concerning, and I would like to support the developers with in-app purchases like cosmetics to decorate icons for classes, activities, etc. Other suggestions are to integrate a general to-do checklist independent of classes and include an option to toggle recurring assignment similar to classes.

I’ve been using this for years!. I’m a long time iStudiez user. It’s really the only app thatthat lets you track your course progress, assignments, grades (yes and even GPA). It’s super customizable too. The only thing that could be improved upon is the fact that it can take a minute to set everything up. But I remedy that situation by dedicating a couple hours at the beginning of each semester to input my assignments, grade weights, due dates, instructor contact info, etc. in and then the rest of the semester is as simple as checking a box once it’s been submitted and entering your score.

Love the app! One little suggestion. Really love the app and have been using it since freshman year. There’s one suggestion: for exams and grades part, say, I have 10 quizzes and they weigh in total 15%, if it’s possible that I can enter the total weight then have an option like “not for one test” and can choose amount of the quiz. In the example it would be 10, so the system automatically divides the weight for each one is 1.5%. Then I don’t have to enter every quiz and it’s weight repeatedly. Thank you!

Amazing app, possibly the best for homework flow but missing vital features. Here’s hoping the devs hear this; this is THE BEST app I’ve found for managing homework. There’s just one major holdup preventing me from committing to the pro plan... if there were a way to integrate this app with the existing apps on iOS, I’d gladly pay out for pro. Like, I need my assignments from iStudiez to show up as reminders in iOS, and it’s really dumb I need to have two separate calendars if i want the class integration here but also have my schedule show up in Calendar or Timepage. Basically I need to be able to see my assignments from here on my main calendar app, otherwise it doesn’t work for me. I really want to use this though so I hope it improves in the future!

Great except for one thing.... The app itself is great, but do not spend the extra money to sync it across all your devices. If I check an assignment off on my computer, it still shows it as I completed on my phone. So on my phone it will say I have several overdo assignments, when in reality they were all completed days ago. If I could go back, I would have the app on the one device I use the most for school. Besides the syncing problem, I really love the app! It is set up in a very user friendly way and it looks nice and clean. For someone who has never really been a huge fan of physical paper planners, I LOVE this!

Almost perfect. I just started using this as an app for my phone, iPad, and MacBook. This is a super nice and easy to use tool that really comes in handy and I 100% recommend it. However, I do have a few things I would like to see added. 1. Please have a spot to show overdue tasks. This seems like a no brained, because if I missed a task, unless I happen to I go back a few days, I’ll never notice 2. Please add a spot for links in assignments. As schools get more and more online, it would be great to be able to put a link to an assignment on Google Classroom or Canvas 3. Let us add attachments to assignments. Kind of the same thing as before, but being able to add attachments would make find instructions and information for assignments so much easier. 3. I would love to be able to add notes for a course as a whole, and not just individual classes. I do really like this app, and I hope my recommendations get thought about. Sadly, seeing as this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years, I don’t have much hope for any new changes.

Recommendations. Great app. Need more updates.. I been using this app for over 2 years and it’s really useful to add my university courses and schedules. I mainly use it to remind me the class time , professor, and classroom of each course. However, I would like to make some recommendations. * The grading sister for each semester doesn’t work with college and university grading systems. Y’all need to add a way to add final grades to each course where the letter grading system is applied. A, B, C, D, F * the notes on the classes need a new update. When I write down notes on a class for Monday and I try to access those notes on the future, it makes me go to the calendar, click on the date, and then it lets me access the notes. Y’all need to make the notes carryover class after class. So I don’t have to go look for a certain date. * for online classes, there need to be an update where we can add a field specification to add the zoom links for each class. Currently I found a way around and I add the link on the professors information as a website but I think this could be more simple. I used to pay for the premium version so I could access this on my computer aswell. however, since this app hasn’t been updated since 2019 I stopped paying cause it wasn’t worth it. Maybe if y’all update the app more often I’ll start paying for premium again. Regards, Arturo

Great app. This is one of my essential apps - it keeps me straight and makes sure I don’t miss any appointments or events. There are a few things I would suggest though, one being that there should be a way to make times for a regular online class. When I changed a class from regular to regular online, the times disappeared…just because a class is online, doesn’t mean it’s not at specific times! Overall a great app!!

Best App for School. I’m well-qualified to review iStudiez by now; I’ve been using the app for 7 years now. Yes, SEVEN! I have also gotten plenty of hands-on experience with all of the organization apps that this competes with - I looked for better alternatives, but this remains the best. I use on Mac / iPhone, and the syncing is perfectly executed, the support team has been very helpful when I had issues once with a weird data glitch, and for 7 years I’ve continued to recommend this to fellow students. I paid for the Mac and iPhone app years ago, and it was one of the few app purchases that I would wholeheartedly pay for again / even pay more for.

Made me a better student. I rarely do reviews, but this app was/is a true game changer for me. The only thing I regret is not having it sooner in my college career! Keeps me super organized providing a VISUAL representation of what lies ahead. Yes it takes time out of your life to input all assignments and every detail from your syllabi, but it’s totally worth it. Calculating my grades through this app allowed me to see my progress and gave me a piece of mind that I’d never had before. I’m now in grad school and WISH there was an app like this years ago for me in college. Being this organized literally motivates me to get more done and helps with procrastination. Also, the check mark feature for completed assignments is addictive and brings so much satisfaction. 😌 Just one very small suggestion. If we could have a designated place for attachments or links, that would be amazing. Maybe a specific place to upload our syllabi? Just for the OCD people like myself.

Great so far. I love the detail features and how I can organize everything quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes a non class schedule or assignment event might not show up on the monthly calendar and when I use my iPad it’s on there. It’s strange but since I’ll be using it on my phone, iPad, and MacBook I guess it’s not that big of a deal. I wish though that there was a section on the monthly calendar where you can put notes. Like for instance a festival that’s happening that month but you don’t want it taking space on the actual days. I think it would be a good idea

Fall from grace. The app is really well designed and has a bunch of useful features a student needs. As much as I would love to pay for the app, there are some dealbreakers. First of all, there is no permanent premium option. Given that my App Store balance comes from inconsistent birthday gift cards, a paid subscription is unsustainable for me. What if one year I run out of funds? I don’t care if a permanent option costs 20 or 30 bucks, but at least GIVE THE OPTION. Also, it literally charges you for platform sync. This has been the latest trend in these organization apps that I just don’t seem to understand. They just don’t work and aren’t flexible as they would be without the subscription. I prefer paying donations or subscriptions for extra features I want, the “bells and whistles.” But the app should still be usable without a subscription. This feels like the app is shoving the subscription down your throat and it’s really annoying! Finally, there hasn’t been updates for two years. And I am not willing to put my academic organization on an app that can, at any moment, crash or be incompatible with any future software updates, with no team working to fix it. From the other reviews, it seemed that the app used to be an ideal for students to keep track of their work. But since then, I think the team behind the app, or lack thereof, has taken a bunch of steps that just made the experience worse. Look elsewhere.

Wonderful. I’ve been using this app since Spring 2014. This has taken me through 2 bachelors degrees and now into my first two semesters of graduate coursework. For the last few years, there haven’t been very many updates and sometimes I think about how fun it would be if I could customize some colors to this app, but it doesn’t really matter because this app is wonderful. I’m able to calculate my cumulative GPA, I’m able to turn off grades in certain classes so I can calculate my science GPA and my nursing GPA! This app holds information from every syllabus and course calendar I’ve had since 2014! When my friends ask how an exam went for a class that I took years ago, I go back into this app and actually tell them what my grade was for a specific exam! I can’t believe I’ve never written a review for this but here it is. If you’re a student and you take classes, download this app. If you want to keep track of a class schedule of any kind, download this app. 5 years later, I’m at the finals period of my Spring 2019 semester and I still love this app. I refer more to this app than the actually iOS calendar app.

Not Just For School!!!. I had forgotten about your app after graduating from collage. When I changed phones, I rediscovered your app! I remembered how it helped me in college & realized that I can use it as a general planner! I knit & crochet & this greats as a way to keep track of the progress of a project. “Classes” becomes the project, the “assignments” becomes the steps in the project, & I use the “description” for notes! I was just diagnosed as ADHD & I was given a list of apps that I could use but I found, believe it or not, found yours to be a perfect fit! I use “My semester” for classifications of tasks, “Classes” for tasks, & “Courses”, as steps in the task. What puts this over top is the ability to use scheduling & alarms. I will recommend your app to others. (I have a few suggestions but I will send an email with them.)

Time for Me to Go. I’ve been using this app almost continuously since I started undergrad in 2011. We’ve been through a lot of adventures and academic programs together, but iStudiez hasn’t changed much over the years. I took a year off from grad school, and when I came back to enter my courses for my new grad program, I noticed that there’s now a $10/year multi-device subscription plan with no new features. I can’t justify paying that much for what this app does when there are so many free alternatives which don’t charge any purchase or subscription fees and offer more and better features. I wish there was a planner app with features for studying for comprehensive/content exams for grad students; the features of regular planner apps don’t quite cut it when it isn’t structured like a class. Thank you for your help through all of these years - sometimes critical help - but this where our journey ends together.

Love this app but.... I absolutely love this app, it is probably one of the most used apps on my phone during the school year. I love the notifications it sends and how I can put all my yearly assignments in one place. I feel like it helps to keep me organized by having all my classes and due dates in one place. But some things that I don’t like about this app are the fact that you cant mark an assignment as complete, you either have to delete that assignment or it gets marked as ‘Overdue’. Another thing I don’t like is the fact that your schedule on the app doesn’t give you an option to connect to a Google calendar only your Calendar Events can connect to your IOS calendar without even asking.

Amazing ! Great for College. I just started using this app for my last semester and I tell you it is very helpful. I wish I had known about this application when I first started college. Everything is nice but the only downfall is when I typed down my notes in one of my courses, the app didn’t save my notes; and I was already halfway done with my chapter 😭 I don’t know if it’s me or the app, but I wasted my time typing in my notes and it didn’t get saved. I guess it’s not meant to be saved 🤷🏽‍♀️ but overall great app. 4 stars cause I’m mad that all my hard work typing my notes went down the drain 😂

The Best Tool for Assignment Organization!. This app is absolutely wonderful and is an amazing, simple tool to keep track of the abundance of assignments, papers, and readings I have for school. I’ve tried so many, but this one, in its simplicity and ease of use, is always the one I end up using, from when I was an undergrad to now, a graduate student. Highly recommend paying for the sync function - very useful to sync between your phone, iPad, and laptop! That said, I do have one suggestion. I’d love to be able to change the date of when I complete an assignment. I’ve found that if I forget to check off an assignment or if I accidentally uncheck an assignment, I have no way to adjust the date that the assignment was set as “complete”. I find it pretty helpful to keep track of how efficient I am on different days, and it’s helpful for me to keep an eye out on when I’ve slacked off a bit too much ;) All in all, this is a GREAT app. Honestly, it should be more popular than it is, but I have a feeling the name “iStudiez” is no longer ✨aesthetic✨ enough in 2021. 😜 Thanks, developers and team! ❤️

Great but... I really loved this app. I had it on my MacBook Pro and my iPad. I use it all the time and I’ve been using it for years. Now I’m disappointed because I paid for the app on my iPad then I paid for it again on my laptop and now they’re asking for a subscription to be able to sync the app. I have it on both devices because some classes I use my iPad and others I use my laptop. I already put money on this app and, because I am an undergraduate, I don’t want to put more money in it. Other than this, the app is wonderful and keeps me organized.

Excellent!. I would not have made it through college with out this app. I started using it years ago when I first attempted college before having to pause for a couple years. I’m now finally graduating and truly believe this app is a big part of that success. I only with it was still getting updates and I do not want the app to die. With all that is possible with the new iOS updates in recent years I think this app could be even more amazing but I also love how simple and straight forward it is. Thanks for all the help these years and I will continue using this app as long as it’s around. Please don’t stop!

great app just 1 recommendation. I love everything about this app, it keeps me organized plus calculating my grade is just a great feature to have and its also accurate. Though one thing I would like to recommend, for the assignments to add an option were we can disposition an assignment under “pending” or “waiting for grade” just cause having the alerts give me anxiety, even though I’ve done all my homework on time it makes me feel like I’m forgetting something.... Though that’s just my recommendation beside that like I said I love this app, and I even have the app downloaded on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and watch)

Great app and keeps you organized.. I have this for the the Mac, iPad and my iPhone. I have been working on my degree for a year and a half now. All of which has been online classes. While taking online classes you need to be super organized and keep yourself motivated since you don’t have anyone but yourself moving. Some classes I had no due dates for any of my work until the last day of the quarter. With this app I can make a weekly schedule of all my assignments, exams, quiz’s and due dates. And the great part is it will let you know when you work is due. So in the beginning of the quarter I will copy all the work and due dates from my syllabus and let iStudiez keep me on track. Also iStudiez lets you know all the work you have left to complete. Sometimes it can be 120+ assignments which can be pretty over whelming at times. But it is a constant reminder on what all I have left to do. IStudiez is a great app and I recommend it for everyone. It has helped me tremulously in my journey to getting my degree. It is a must have app for any college student with a heavy work load.

Best Student Planner App. This has to be the best student planner app out there. I’ve tried countless others, but none of them had all the features I needed - except this one. Every detail was also very thought out and smooth. Great job! Something that I would like to see in the future would be better support for todos outside of school: such as extracurriculars, appointments, etc. Currently, I have to create a new course for it, but perhaps in the future you could have a tab for “Life”, that doesn’t include grades, assignments? Again, good job on creating this great app!

THE APP to get for school!. No apps beats iStudiez Pro. I’ve been using it since high school and now I’m in grad school it’s still my daily. However, I’ve noticed that the app hasn’t been updated in a long time (not that it needs to be). NEED A SCHEDULE!. I like this app, it would really help me if it had more features and especially if it would allow me to put in a two week schedule that changes. (for example we have week a and week b, week a has my class schedule and the week after that I follow my week b schedule and then it goes back to week a and so on.) for my school every student got an iPad, so a lot of us are looking for an app like this I know that there was a highly requested review for a similar app to this called ihomework, but as soon as I read that it didn't have the schedule I wanted I didn't but it. Important. The app itself is good but it's really tedious to set up my classes right now. You can choose to repeat the classes for days of the week. The problem is: my classes are held at different times every day. Please give us the option to change the time for each day we repeat it when adding a class. I want to use iStudiez yet I'd rather stick to a timetable without this important function. Been waiting since I first bought the app more than a year ago.

Great!. I've been using this app for a very long time. I mainly use it to just check what class I have. I just open the app during class and it tells me how long is left and what I have next. I was also extremely happy when I found out they turned it into a hybrid app for the iPad aswell. Well worth the buy!

Great so far!. Loving this app so far, best one out there! Just a few things though; It would be great to add in a feature that would allow people to see all assignments and exams (and the amount of days/ weeks until due) for a semester in both the today section of the app as well as the widget as I know that university certainly requires you to look months rather than a single week in advance in order to complete the work required. Additionally, it would be great to see a week view of classes on both the today section as well as the widget, just for those who need to look ahead and see what they've got each week! Love it!!. I absolutely love this app, it's been so much more helpful than any other schedule app I've used. There are a few things that you could add to make it even better though: 1. Week A and B rotating system 2. An option for homework or other tasks that need to be completed 3. A notes section, either in general or specific to a class 4. Being able to change the time a subject is on each day 5. More specific information when you click on an assignment - maybe a to do section/ checklist, a description to put in more detailed information about the assignment, and a notes section? Great app, but these updates would make it perfect! Thanks!

Decent app with room to improve. I have being using this app on my iPhone and iMac, and so far I am pleased with the interface and and general usability. It would be great if exams could be given a percentage and weighting towards the semester mark, instead of having to list exams as assignments, as this kind of defeats the purpose. Differentiations between assignments and homework, as well as exams and tests, would also be much appreciated by high school users. I hope some of these changes can be incorporated into the next release.

Great, but still needs work. This is a fantastic app for keeping track of classes and assessment tasks. But I think it could be improved by incorporating a "homework" section where you can add all the small subject specific tasks to be completed without having to create a new assignment. Almost like a checklist, I suppose. Also, the timetabling function should attempt to replicate those from most universities ie a weekly system. Students mostly think of things being due or classes they have in a certain week (eg week 7), not on specific dates

Crashing alot.. Though still great app before last update. This app has been a very important tool of mine for around six mths at uni and I use it almost everyday. Since the latest update, it has been crashing an awful lot.. Please fix this asap. It crashes when flipping to see calender and adding new courses. NEWCOMERS.. Still purchase app it's really well organised and once you get used to it's format, it's the best tool to have on the iPhone. I still recommend this app, however until they fix the bugs, it's 4/5 stars.

Fast becoming my favourite app!. This is a fantastic app for uni students. It lets you put all kinds of information in! I love being able to add instructors to each class but it would be great if you could add separate teachers to the same class: in one of my classes I have different lecturers each week so it would be great to link the right teacher to the right class. I find it a bit annoying having to count the weeks myself so being able to number them would be great. Also having an option to set the first day of the week as Monday would be ideal. I'm also having problems setting up one of my classes that occurs every second week as it doesn't work this way after a holiday, however, I'm aware you're working on fixing this so I look forward to the update. It's great to be able to view iCal events in iStudiez, but this app would be phenomenal if it could work the other way around. I've only recently started using this app on my iPhone, iPad, and iMac but already I love it. I couldn't rate it highly enough. There are a few things that could be changed to make this app perfect but it's worth every cent. iStudiez is going places!

Great App but could do with some improvements. I love this app but when I first downloaded it there was the option to add in grades for assignments and your GPA, etc - when I downloaded the latest update this disappeared. I was really disappointed as I found this useful in tracking my grades to see if I was on the right track. Would be great if you could add it back in! Would also be really useful if you could provide the option to add revision and exam periods. If you fixed those things I think the app would be close to perfect!

Very helpful. I'm so in love with this app. It keeps me up with my marks and remind me with all the assessments that required during the semester. However, there's only one problem I faced, which is the assignments. Let me explain: if I have one assignment which worth %50 but this assignment 1 has 3 parts like assignment 1-A, assignment 1-B etc... And each part has its own mark under assignment 1. So the idea is that i can divide one assignment to multiple parts. Other than this the app is so perfect.

laggy. I love this app, I think its really useful and the interface is really great. The only concern I have is that its laggy on the ipod touch 2G, with almost 4-5 second lag on app launch as well as a lag when switching to planner/assignments/calendar. The update did not solve the problem. Other than that, super app! Please do something about it! :(

Great app, but.... Used the app for 2 years now. The Apple Watch app needs updating to support Apple Watch Series 4 complications and screen size. As of now the app is shrunk on the screen when open, and you cannot use the iStudiez complication on the infographic watch faces

It's great but can be greater. I rate it four stars partly because I think this great app can be made even better. It would be great if after an assignment is over, you can not show it as both current and completed assignment. For example I had four assignments and two of it expired. But the alert still show me having 4? Also it be great to have beside assignments to be able to include tutorial tasks/ homework. and a reminder for example what to being for a specific class? I have on few occasions need to bring certain readings and materials to class and I would like to just use one this app instead of another to remind me. Either that or I have to use the assignment task to remind me to bring a reading to class...

Update loads fine. Notifications stoppped working.. The update at least loads fine. If it doesn't load for you, try rebooting your iDevice (hold Power and Home buttons). The notifications stopped working... in Settings->Notifications menu, the iStudiez entry is blank??!??? I have notifications enabled in iStudiez Settings too, it doesn't work anymore. For the previous version which worked, I noticed that it would be great if the Notification sound repeats itself until turned off; until it does, I will still need to use the default Clock app alarms.

Overall a great app. iStudiez is overall a great app. It's easy to use and the user interface is great for navigating through assignments. One problem I do have with it, however, is with the cloud sync. In order to manually sync, you need to shake the iPod or iPhone. I often find the iStudiez not responding to me shaking it. I would much rather prefer a button, like the iPad version has, so that it is much easier to sync. This is my only gripe with the app, apart from that it's perfect.

Needs work. Works on iPad alright but I wish it had a better note writing tab and weekly notes as well. But it get worse. The pc version (of which I paid $15 for btw) decided that my 2 week old license key was expired. Buuut it gets worse. Then I tried to install their other windows app from the store and it refused to open. This also eliminated some save data I had on my subjects. It’s hard to trust an app with my due dates when I can’t trust it to open or even keep my license key. If it hadn’t been for all of these bugs, I would have given it a 4/5

Amazing App from High School to Uni. I have used this app for years and I LOVE it! It integrates so well between all my apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and MacBook Pro) so no matter what I’m doing or where I can have a look at assignments coming up, schedule etc. I particularly love on my watch the room number is displayed so when I’m rushing between classes with stuff in my hands, I can just glance at my watch to remind me where the next class is. My main feedback would be: 1. I would love a feature to put in what time an assignment is due. I always put in the reminder at the time its due so that i have an indication, but it would be better to put it as the due time as some are due at midnight so it’s annoying when the reminder is set for midnight ☺️ 2. I would love an addition of a task list that can link with classes and assignments. I always need to use another app to prioritise my study and tasks, and when they need to be done by - if this was included in iStudies then it would be an all rounder (except maybe actually doing the assignments for me 😜)

great app, here are the suggestions. - schedule sharing - calendar event: would love to see an option to show selective events, eg assignment only, when i'm sharing them on other calendar apps. really don't see the point of showing my regular classes, considering I would've known them by heart once uni starts for a few weeks - week: week a and b don't work for me as i'm an uni student. so I would love to see an option to manually enter (since each uni has different start dates and breaks) and show week numbers for each semester

Perfect for uni students, extremely well designed. If you need some help keeping your school work organised, this has to be the app for you. I'm a student at the ANU, and from what I've seen of this app, it's really going to help me keep track of my classes and assignments so that I nevet forget one. It is well integrated with Apple's API's (contacts especially), and feels very professional and extremely well thought out. I should add that I haven't had a chance to use this app at uni yet, but I can already tell that it is going to help me a huge amount. I would strongly recommend this to any uni student, whether you feel you're well organised or not. It is just the perfect app for the job.

Great app but if only the Mac app price was cheaper. Brilliant app which has never let me down in the last two years of using it. Very responsive and helps me to keep track with all the work associated with the classes. Cloud sync is really useful to ensure the timetable is backed up, same with the calendar integration. It is a bit on the expensive side for the full version but it's pretty worth. It would be nice if the Mac app would be bundled with the full version of the iOS app instead of making it an additional purchase.

Great app. I think this app is great, it helps me keep my uni life under control. however i do think there is two things this app could really do with. Like how you can put in holidays i think it would be great if you could put in exams and one off holidays to like public holidays. another thing it really needs is a way that you can add notes and one off things to a particular day in the calendar like meetings and such, i have many meetings at uni and have to use the iphones normal calendar to organise this and it gets confusing other than these i love the app

Outstanding app, almost flawless. This app is fantastic, the timetables from my uni are all numbers and codes which made them a pain to read everytime I needed to check where I had to be, now I've saved it all in istudiez I can just look at the easy-to-read interface and I'm good to go! Only suggestions I have are to number the weeks by the week number in the semester, not by year, and to have a more accessible way to save homework according to classes, all I can save are assignments while I sometimes have readings and stuff for some subjects which I have to save as notes which isn't really helpful. I trust that the creators of this app are will provide updates in the future but even in it's current state it's a definite must-have

Great for college. This is a great app but I really wish there was a way to put homework in separately to assignments, because I don't need to put grades on my homework I just need to write it down and cross it off when it's done and I don't want my actual assignments to get lost amongst the homework. Or even just a place to write notes for things that need to be brought to class next week. Also, a way to put in the weight of an assignment on the overall mark would be great. Like "this assignment is work 20% of the overall class mark"

Good app, couple of suggestions. Overall the app is pretty great. Have had an issue once or twice with calendar events appearing on my mac but not syncing across to my iphone when everything else does? Also, the option needs to be added for a criteria based assessment system. I don't know about how the USA do it but in colleges in Australia, each subject has X number of criteria, and the overall marks on each criteria at the end of the year are combined to give you the award (how well you went). If this can't be implemented, people should at least be able to just grade individual assignments with A/B/C etc. without having to input any percentages or points. Good app overall but a few minor niggles.

Support don't reply after 3 months of contacting them. I had purchased this app years ago and used it for many purposes. When they added extra feature such as tasks I asked them why is it asking me to purchase premium membership because my initial purchase was "Lifetime Membership" of the Istudiez app, meaning anything inside this app forever no matter what is upgraded should be for free. I contacted them via email numerous times and received no reply. The lack of support is horrible too. Not recommended. I switched to another app.

What the *$%£"%£&$&)&&$£"^*¬????. Up until this morning, would have said this was one of the best apps ever and so worth what you pay for. Then installed the latest update...and promptly lost everything - all my data, everything I had BACKED UP, all of it. Am going to have to go through and add everything all agan simply because even if I bought another app for the same purpose, I'd still have to input all the data into that. Needless to say, will not be installing any updates for this for a very long time. Hugely unhappy now.

Great App. This is a great app, and it helps me greatly in planning my study. I love how I can organise my classes and organise my assignments with the grade results. I would however like to see a function that when organising my classes, I can actually put the name of the degree I’m doing first and then when clicked on, I can organise the semesters with the classes I need to study. Overall through it has been great support for me during my times of study.

Excellent app. As someone who's working full time and studying independently this is an excellent app to schedule study sessions when I need to and can fit in and to make sure I don't forget any important deadlines. The only way it could better is if I could add the textbooks I needed for each class to the list.

Very Slow & Frustrating. At first this app looked great. Almost everything I was looking for, until I started entering in my study lectures, exams, assignments. As you enter more details the slower it gets. I got to about 35 entries (3 out of 4 subjects) and I am at the point where I want to throw it out the window. It also crashed on me twice. It would also be useful for another field where you could note the readings for each weekly class. Nb: I have an iPhone 3G still on iOS 3.1.3

A life saver but.... I love this app it is amazing and has help me organize my life around high school and I will definitely use it in university However one thing that annoys me is that u have to input a grade when u complete the assignment but I don't get my grades back until 2 weeks after completion at least I know university students will likely have this problem too because I have completed a university course while in school It would be awesome if this slight issue were to be addressed

Great App but could be better. This app is very helpful for high school but would be even better if it had a option to scan a timetable this would make inputting times for classes even faster thank you for making this app!

Great uni tool. This app combines everything that my old (separate) timetable and assignment managing apps could do. It's fully compatible with iPad - the layout in iPad is gorgeous - though I would like to see the assignments on the calendar like they are on the iPhone - with the little paperclips and an assessment-view of the calendar. If you could include a to-do list that is not a graded assessment, like a homework list that you can make for each day that would make this app the perfect uni/school companion. Definitely get the pro version of this app, it's really well designed.

Literally my only uni essential app. This app is everything. It has alternate weeks (back when I was in high school, this was super dooper helpful) and now that I'm at uni, I can still say the same thing. It shows all my classes, lectures, tutorials etc. as well as the events in my calendar and it's really handy for organising and scheduling appointments because you'd know if you have any classes on whereas it wouldn't show your classes in the default Apple calendar app. The only things I'd like to hangs would be the constant popups of asking me to enter my password on sync with the Mac app, and when cancelling a class or changing a class time for a single subject (as a one off thing), it would ONLY do it for that class on that specific date and not for all classes scheduled for that subject. Other than that, I'm very happy with this app and was definitely well worth the purchase.

Fantastic but could improve... This app is so much better than the others and is in such a great format that is easy to use and looks good. It has so many great functions when other apps only have one or two. It would be great if you could permanently set times for periods as it takes a long time to set up timetables which for me changes several times per year. Also I would love for there to be a separate part for events to timetable and homework. This would be helpful for excursions or swimming carnivals for example so you can record the date but not have to put it as homework which add a number to the notifications

Fantastic App but needs an update. Have used this app for years and I love it. Its hard to find anything comparable, even now, that tracks your timetable, assignments, and grades. It could do with a visual update but what I’d request more are updated widgets especially one that counts down till your next due date.

Handy app. I have found this to be a easy to use app for keeping track of my classes and assessments. A few features that I wish the app had are: Countdown to exams/assignments as well as a to do list/task list. I use on my phone and Mac and overall a handy little app.

Nice need more function. Is it available to convert back to my calendar? Such as set up a mailbox and combine with my current iPhone calendar. Got couple different app to manage daily stuff, but they cannot read each others'. It would be more convenient if a sync with current existing mailbox calendar available. Another thing is please let us to add proportion of our assignment to the planner prior to the result. It is really annoying when result shown but not remembering the score proportion of that assessment. Thank you:)

Perfect App For School or Uni. amazing UI, and is very easy to use. Lags a little after long-term use while setting up classes. the reason for my 3 star rating is that i run on a 2 week cycle, meaning i have different classes every day for week one, entirely different classes for week two and then the next week returns to week 1. so i can only use this app for one out of every 2 weeks. If an update fixes this issue then 5/5 stars for me!

Great App esp for Uni Student. Super handy when trying to create timetables that don't clash by using the landscape timetable. Let's me now what classes I have so I can be organized. Great layout & the colour coding of subjects really helps. Useful GPA calculation but having a few problems. Converted it to the aus system of 7.0 however I end up with a lower GPA which is odd. If there was a way to select which country's GPA you need & have the correct GPA appear id give it 5 stars.

Excellent but could be improved. Great app for school/uni and keeping up to date on assignments/timetable. It would be even better if on the menu bar you could scroll across and have notes/to do list. It would make a great all-rounder app if those few features where to be added. All in all, it's a great app and definitely worth it, love the layout and stacks of options!!!

Loveeeee this app. First and foremost, I LOVE your app. It helps me a lot with uni and it's amazing. I have a couple of suggestions got the app to make it that much more amazing if you'd like to see 1. Add a task system, so in conjunction to assignments, users can add items to the task menu (much like the reminders app) so that the reminders app and istudies can talk to one another much like the calendar and istudies calendar do. This would be ideal as assigning an "assignment" to a small task seems silly and not as intuitive as a supplementary task system. 2. The ability to change the colour scheme while trivial may encourage users to use the app more 3. Dropbox, google drive and sky drive integration for documents to use with the app would be a nice feature however that seems like a bit of a "too many cooks spoil the soup" in the making but I am sure you will make something awesome 4. Add Siri integration for iOS 6 to allow tasks to be set up for istudies, would be awesome for new iPhone 5 users and others. 5. I noticed you have a Mac app but no windows app it would be really cool if you could get that to happen , the implementation of a windows application would be amazing and open up more users for you

Suicide. The multipe interface user friendly controls make this game easy to control. Though this game is too easy more levels will need to be added please!! This app is good I guess, sometimes my teacher shouts and me and threatens to shove my iPod device down a sheeps throat if I don't stop using this app. He hates me now. My brother Harry who is home-schooled really finds this app usefull though as he is able to tell what time he needs to eat and take his tablets... This app is overall completiously satisfying and maybe a recomendation would be to add a scream sound notifier, so the iPod would make a loud screaming sound before I have math. I rate this application 5/5 stars =====

Love it - well worth the investment. I'm loving this app so far - tried out the Lite version but don't bother with that - just buy the paid version and start using all the awesome features! Could use some more tweaks and added functions but it is definitely on the right track and definitely worth the money! :D

Excellent. This is a great app, almost exactly what I was looking for to get myself organised for uni. A couple of things I would love to see added: 1. Ability to record what grade you got for each assignment and exam, and the grade you got for the overall course 2. Colour coding for assignment due dates - e.g. if an assignment is due today or tomorrow, show the block or text in red, due in a week, make it orange etc. This would make it easier to see what you need to prioritise 3. Save custom class types. At my uni we have tutorials for pretty much every class, so each time I add in a tut for one of my courses, I have to re-type the custom class type instead of just selecting it from the list. 4. Sub-tasks for assignments. I find it a lot easier to break down my assignments into steps so I know where I'm up to, exactly what I need to do next etc. Some of those probably sound greedy but if you implemented any or all of those you'd definitely get five stars from me :D

Very nice application!. This app definitely helps in organization for uni students. It's not really made for school student because most school use a 2 week timetable. I'm going to use this on the iPad, and looks very promising, especially assignment dates. What would make this app something perfect is integration with gmail with calDAV. So gmail as well knows what assignments are due and the other way around. As well for the iPad a week timetable would be pretty nice. Something like what I see on the iPhone. Very neat app and recommended to an devoted uni student!!

Must get!. I am a high school student and this application is a must get! I depend on it. If I did not have it my laziness would have corrupted my studies. This app will help you with lesson times and more importantly the assignments and homework you need to do! The fast update from the broken version of 1.3 was fast and I screamed when it was back online for me to enjoy. If you do not have this app. You need it. Period!

Paid but can’t log in. I got iStudiez two years ago and used it all throughout school, but this semester the app took my money and when I try to sign in it wants me to buy the subscription again even though I already did... very disappointed that I’ve paid and can’t even use the features unless I pay again.

J’adore.. Pour le suivi de mes cours universitaires l’application est parfaite… Tellement que j’aurais aimé que ma fille a l’école secondaire puisse l’utiliser. Mais il n’est malheureusement pas possible d’entrer un horaire sur une base de 9 jours cycle.

Apple pencil support. This is a great app! I would love to be able to use my Apple Pencil in iStudiez Pro however. Attaching a handwritten note to classes, assignments or exams with make it much better. For example, in the note section of every class, there could be a pen icon allowing people to write details or even required readings for this day.

Length of semester. It won’t show my courses past December 3 even when I changed my semester length to December 18th.

Help. Where do I find the grade scale to calculate my grades?

Great but I wish I could change the first day of the week. I really like this app but I can’t find a way to change the first day of the week from Sunday to Monday. It’s unfortunate and frustrating I can’t change it to line up with my work and school schedules. Other than that it’s a great app

Most recent review. Pay attention!. Your ghost notification was NEVER FIXED!!!! Your update changed NOTHING!!! I don't have ANY data entered to this app and WTH?? what biology assignment do I have to submit?? My notification options were all turned off in settings and I did not even have any semesters registered with your app. The problem continues. I even DELETED THIS APP and I think it somehow screwed my calendar or something and it STILL sends me notification after DELETING this app entirely. I first recommended this app to my friend as well, now experiencing the same problem at SAME TIME!! Haha like last night at 11:45 we both had alerts from this app saying our biology assignments are due in 15 minutes at Midnight. And you know wt? That happened after we completely deleted this app from both of our phone. Today, I am RESTORING my phone so that my calendar can reset, and there is no freaking way that I'm going to install this application to screw my phone until the developer takes this issue SERIOUSLY and DEAL WITH IT. People please DO NOT BUY THIS APP for your own safety, until this developer fully address the problem and put a note on the app store GUARANTEEING that all the problems with notifications are GONE. Don't restore your phone like me just because of an app like this.

COMPLETE SCAM. Don’t waste your time with this bs, they scammed me out of $30 after charging my card multiple times and customer support completely ignored me.

Syncing. I have this on my ipad and phone. But when you do the cloud sync it doesn't sync everything. All the just calendar events don't transfer over. Very annoying. Other than that its great.

Great App, But.... This is the best school app on the app store or anywhere else. My only problem with it is that the sync feature is not working, so I have to manually enter everything onto multiple devices. However, other than that the app is great, and as soon as they fix the syncing issue my rating will be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best app of my life. If you are a university student, this app is a must-have. You can keep up with your grades and let the app do all the annoying calculations for you. It’s intuitive, beautiful, sooo convenient and it synchronizes across all your devices. It’s worth the money. One the best apps I’ve bought honestly.

5 star. First app I ever downloaded. We had to get iPads in high school and it was the first app we learned to use 7 years ago. Still using this app for college and work. Easy to use Create profiles on professors so we know their office, email etc Enter classes Enter exams Rarely/never crashed or bugged Customize everything

Great app but subscription makes no sense. The app works nicely but requiring a weekly or monthly subscription for data sync when it can be done free with iCloud is terrible. I don’t need to register an account with a third party just to sync kilobytes of data where other apps do it just fine with iCloud and especially when a premium is paid for app features.

Can be modified. App is great in itself. I haven't had any problems with it yet, hopefully I won't. I know the app has its own calendar, however I only wish you can sync the app calendar to your default calendar in the iPhone so it's easier to schedule school with work and personal time. If you are able to do that, and I have not figured it out I apologize but I've tried to do so with no success lol. There's a sync in the app which is great, but it can only sync between ios4 systems (iPad or iPhone). It would be nice if I can sync my information to my PC (please don't judge).

Problems?. As a regular user, I have not noticed these problems wrt crashing.

Amazing App. Amazing app for navigating university in covid-online school and beyond. Don’t know how else I would stay organized. Cloud sync is cheap and definitely worth it to sync with my laptop and iPhone. Can connect another calendar to it as well so I use this as my main calendar with all my classes, assignments, work shifts, etc... My main feedback would be, in the grading section, the app calculates your grade as you enter assignment feedback based on the weighting information you provide. As I enter assignment values please have it show me how much of the total weight in assignments/tests ive entered over the course of the year! Other than that this app is perfect and totally worth the cheap cloud syncing price!

Does not have all the settings of the macOS version.. My main problem at the moment is that there is no setting for day boundaries, which is present in the macOS version of this app. Consequently, when you press the calendar view for the week, by default it shows your schedule from 12AM.

Watch notifications. Hello I’m really enjoying this app and would like to enjoy it on my watch as well! for some reasons the notifications for the schedules that pop up on my phone, laptop, and ipad don’t pop up on my watch. If my watch can alert me 15 minutes before my classes that would be incredibly helpful. Thanks for developing such an amazing app!

Awesome!. Love this app! It keeps me organized, and aware throughout the day. Love that I can also add the class number (where it's located) because I Always seem to confuse which classroom I'm supposes to be in :-). Thanks guys!

Change the name again. Great app, but seriously: what a ridiculous name. It's for use in schools and it's name isn't even spelled properly. The app isn't for pros, it's for students. Just name it iStudent or iStudy or something. My rating will go up when the name changes again.

iOS version. I paid for the premium on my desktop only to realize that the iOS version does have the “tasks” version.

Absolutely unusable. Completely destroys your calendar and notifications with ghost courses. Even after you delete the app. Do not buy until they fix this problem.

Great app! Couldn’t ask for any more!. I’m so in love with this app! I’ve never found an actual planner that I’ll actually use. The best, comes with features that go beyond expectations. There is this one bug though that is like to see get fixed. Whenever I try to go as a new calendar event or something, it’d say that this app does not have access to my other calendars. But, you see, I checked my settings and it said that this app isn’t really asking for permission. And now, I don’t know how to make it ask permission just so that I can access the calendar feature.

Great app but.... It's a really useful and comprehensive app if you're attending university but there should be an option to repeat classes on certain days like m w f/m w r since some university classes have inconsistent schedules. Other than that great app!

I bought this app years ago and lost all premium features. Okay so it’s really sad because Ive been using this app for years and it has been my life savior since then, I had literally no complaints at all and I bought the one time purchase app for my PC so that I could access all features and sync between ipad / phone / pc. Yet years later until today they tell me my 15$ premium version isn’t worth anything anymore because I now have to pay monthly to access all the features I used to have. I can’t sync anything through all my devices and even the grading system is off, telling me my gpa is 19 out of 4.3 (yeah i’m not that good). This is just sad, I’m done with apps that want monthly paiements and I’m now looking for another app that offers similar features for a one time payment. I’d literally pay a one time 25$ for the premium features but monthly payments is just a deal breaker for me.

Great! All college students must have!. This app will keep u on track with all courses and assignment schedule! Love it and thank you! Better than the Schedule Planner HD($9.99), so this app is of great value and better tool!

Widget option needed!. I absolutely love how the app integrates tasks and assignments into your calendar! It really takes away so much extra effort, which is always awesome! The only thing that would make it better would be if there was a widget option! There’s other calendar apps that do that, but iStudiez has so much going for it that adding in a widget feature would make it pretty much perfect!!

Best app for school. Seriously this is THE app that you need. Stop your research and use that app. It’s wonderful, i’m currently using it with my Iphone and my mac. This is the best combination to be organize and have some excellent grade. I’m in love with the checklist, it helps me with the task that i need to do. Finally, the app keep track for your grade and automaticaly calculate our GPA!!!! I wish I had use this app before!

Well-designed and Maintained!. Honestly this app exceeded my expectations. The options it offers in customizing my ever-changing schedule is really convenient. It’s beautiful and super easy to use. On top of all that, it’s continuously updated with neat features which makes me keep coming back to it.

GREAT. i love this app it is a great way to track and monitor any assignments and grades. the only downside that i have is that this app does not sync with the original calander. it will import any data on your existing calander, but will not export to the existing calander. great app tho. love it. worth every cent i paid and more

Needs an Update. This app is great I’ve been using it for years but it could really use an update. Mainly a widget for iOS 14 would be awesome. The devs used to be so good with regular updates would be great to see them come back! I know they are active in replying to suggests but would be great to see an update!

New Update ruins it. Its a good app use it a lot but ever since the new update the assignments page after some time will go blank until I restart the app (on iPhone 4)

Calendar doesn’t show hours between 12-5AM. I love the colour options and layout of this app. The downside is makes you subscribe and pay to sync calendars on your phone and laptop. My main question is why the calendar doesn’t show anything between 12-5 AM? I like to use the calendar to plan tasks and study time as well, and not being able to see all the hours is very inconvenient 😠

Best App I've Ever Had. I have been a long time student and I am upset this app has not been in my life longer. So clean and simple yet incredibly powerful to use. Very happy with their support and design. Amazing!

Fantastic and simple!. The only thing I don't really like about it is the awful use of a "z" in the title. I think, for an educational program, the grammatically defiant slang is oddly ironic. ;o) Really though - this little application is wonderful. Some of the features include being able to add assignments (and due dates), asking your iDevice to notify you up to a week in advance on when it's due. You can customize professor information such as by adding phone information or email information, so you no longer have to constantly revert to the syllabus or online to check how to contact them, and you can even add candid pictures of your professors (creepy) and office hours (way less creepy). You can sort classes into specific semesters, so you can keep them tidy within the application themselves (e.g - I have my fall semester, and upcoming winter semester both already added). A big, often overlooked oversight by developers is the ability to add room information on your classes in other educational programs, but you're covered here as well. No longer do you have to stare at "EDPY @ 2:00 p.m.", but instead be privy to "EDPY 200 - 6 - 212 @ 2:00 p.m." You can add calendar events from within the application itself, and calendar events automatically integrate from the native iOS calendar. If you're on the fence about this one, don't be. It's handy, and it'll pay for itself the second you open the app to figure out where you're supposed to be at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. My only complaint is maybe after adding an assignment, and after the date due is passed in the real world - I have yet to figure out if you can flag the assignment as completed (as it'll otherwise show up as OVERDUE every time you subsequently check assignments), and it would be nice if completed assignments can be catalogued somewhere within the application. I think the developers just assumed most students would delete their assignments, but a catalogue of completed assignments is of relevant information (to me, anyway) - knowing when I handed in something just in case a professor asks or has lost it. If I delete the assignment information from the application because I handed it in, I obviously no longer have that digital finger print telling me exactly when I handed it in. Perhaps also, a field under completed assignments (if ever implemented) where you can enter in obtained grades, and a specific professor-related notes section so you can enter in any notes so you can remember what you did wrong (if anything) on the go - and not have to have the assignment right in front of your face. Recommended!

Essential for keeping up your gpa!. This app has helped me so much in keeping track of my hectic school schedule! It helps me keep track of teacher office hours, class types (lectures), assignments, and course grades (contrary to one of the reviews, you CAN assign % weight to each assignment). The grading scale is configurable, which is useful when your school's gpa scale varies slightly from the typical model (I've found that the percentage setting follows the custom grading scale much better than the A-F setting). Definitely the best school-specific organizer

Amazing free scheduling app. Ive been using this app for a few weeks and I really like it. There are many features that most apps make you pay for which I really appreciate. The only thing I wish it would have is the ability to see all your assignments in calendar form

Great app!. I just have one critique. For classes where there are repetitive assignments like readings or quizzes, I wish I could input those all at once as due before every class rather than having to make every individual assignment. Have an option for “every class, every other class, every Sunday, etc.” for assignments rather than always a single assignment

Stylistic Improvements. Hello! I have been using this app to stay on top of school. However, I think there should be more options for colors - maybe more color palettes? Other than that, I’ve really enjoyed it so far.

Almost perfect. Super user friendly and effective planner. I only wish that assignments had the ability to assign subtasks with due dates (ex. Research papers - breaking it up by what all goes into that one assignment and assign “due dates” for each part as you go to help better organize bigger assignments like this)

Not quite ready for Apple Watch. This app is good when used on my phone. I however, wanted this app to use primarily with my Apple Watch. I add all of my classes on the phone since this feature is not available on the watch (not a deal breaker), but would be nice if I could talk to add an assignment on the watch. The thing I really don’t like, is the fact that I cannot check off homework assignments on my watch, once completed.

It’s good for the most part, missing important feature. Most classes have assignments that repeat every week, and it becomes a pain in the but to re add them every week. If there was a feature that automatically repeated an assignment weekly, like there is on the iCalendar app, then it would be perfect.

Love the app!. I love the app and it’s functionality. It allows me to easily organize my school schedule and assignments and it notifies me to get to class everyday fifteen minutes before my class starts. To the developers: if you could possibly make an option for repeating assignments(daily quizzes/homework...etc) that would be great! Only reason I didn’t give five stars.

Incredibly Useful. Used this app for the past 4.5 years at college, and it always worked extremely well and was a great way of organizing all my assignments. The sync across devices was also very useful. Highly recommend.

Best homework app I've used. I used to use pocket scheduler but decided to try this app this semester, and I've been convinced to fully make the switch after two days. This app offers the same features, but I feel like it is much more intuitive and the free version offers more than pocket scheduler. The grade tracking is a great feature, and it looks great on my iPhone and iPad.

Really close to being perfect.. This app is really good and almost perfect. I would recommend adding being able to set a specific time and date to when an Assignment is due. On iOS, it only allows a date to be set. I have assignments due at like 5pm sometimes and I wish I could build that into the app.

Amazing for students. I am currently in undergrad, and while the semester hasn’t begun yet, I can already tell that this is a fantastic app for keeping track of day to day schedules and assignments. I love the feature that calculates grades for you as well. I do wish there was an option for daily to-do lists, as I feel like that would truly elevate this app even more. I hope this can be an option in the future.

Great App. I really love this app. It’s great to be able to see my calendar and class schedule on top of each other in the app. I just wish there was a way to put in a repeated assignment that is due every week.

Seems good but quite disappointed.. As I purchased it yesterday and used for a day, I found something that need to be updated. 1. Sync does not work correctly. I created two assignments and deleted one using iPhone. But the assignments in iPad do not change. 2. There is no way to make the assignment completed in iPad app. (iPhone: yes)

Overall great but missing some features. I have been using this app for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The UI is clean and there are no features that are “extra” as in I don’t use them and wonder why they are even in the app at all. I would love to see support for Siri shortcuts at some point. That would definitely improve my current workflow when it comes to inputting assignments.

One feature missing. This app has been incredibly helpful, but could y’all please add tasks to the iOS version so they transfer from my PC? They’re not very helpful at reminding me to complete my work if I look at my phone and it looks like I’ve completed all my assignments and am missing, say, a repeating task I need to do before each class.

WatchOS 5???. Hi! I LOVE this app and it is detrimental in my studies. I just got the Apple Watch Series 4 and see that there’s no option to add the iStudiez Pro complication to the watch face. Any word on when I’ll be able to add that back?? It’s not the same without it!

Great app but wish had one small thing. The app has been the perfect solution to everything that’s been thrown at me except for one slightly annoying thing. I wish there was a way to add links that correspond with specific assignments instead of just a description of the assignment

The Absolute Best. I LOVE this app. I’ve been using it since I started undergrad in 2011 and am picking it up to make it through law school now. It was soo helpful because it saved all of my grades and professors names so applying for grad school was incredibly easy. One of the few things that has really lived up to quality over the past 10 years!!! I tell everyone about it!

Amazing!. Incredibly user friendly and worth the price! It is easy to use and navigate as well. My only suggestion is for the PC version to have a dark theme, as it can be very bright at times.

Stellar. I have been using this application for four years running and it has just been able to support me through touch scheduling. I would not switch for any other platform. The app itself takes advantage of the entire screen which is what I like the most.

Date Assignment Completion. I just purchased this app and went back to enter all of my assignments. Unfortunately, the app does not allow you to tell it when you completed the assignment. It just assumes that they were completed whenever you marked it. So, it thinks I completed all of those assignments today. Makes my grades graph look kinda messed up. Otherwise, the app is decent.

Love the app one suggestion. This app has given me a wonderful experience all throughout my school year. I mainly use the Apple Watch app, as my school does not allow phone usage. I would like to suggest the addition of assignments on the watch app. It does not have to be as complicated as the assignment feature of the phone app but can give the same features of the reminders app.

BEST for organization and course/grade tracking. My fav things: • organize by each semester (keeping track of what courses you’ve taken and the grade received and your GPA) • Add your class schedule and its assignments/exams (with due dates and reminders, and grades)

Amazing. I got this a week ago and I can already see that it’s going to help tons this semester!! As long as you take time to schedule out your assignments (maybe at the start of each week), the only reason you don’t turn something in is because you didn’t want to do it, not because you forgot.

Needs a completed button. I do not write reviews at all But this app could be a little better since I’m in college things don’t get graded unless it’s an online quiz or homework right away so it would be nice if there was a complete button so that I know I did it but it has to be graded still if that’s makes sense

Sync Options Not working. I have used this app for my first semester in college and it went well. Now that my second semester has started I am having trouble syncing my schedule on different devices and I paid for the subscription. It is not showing my class schedule and assignments on my devices, only the device I load the information onto. This is really upsetting because I am paying for the syncing feature.

Too bad the app is no longer receiving updates. This used to be a great app, constantly getting software updates as Apple added new features to iOS… But 2 years ago, they added a subscription, and since then stopped updating the app. Home Screen widgets? No. Improvements to online classes? No. It’s hard to justify paying for a subscription when it appears the developers no longer support the app. Good thing I just graduated and won’t be needing it anymore.

Great but one thing. This would be a nice to have but be able to add an assignment through Apple Watch because some students use the app but can’t have phones in school but have an Apple Watch, like me, but I want to add my assignments on Apple Watch so that I don’t forget it.

Must have app for college. I was using google calendar to store my schedule. But this does a much better job than Google Calendar. The Grades option with weightage was so thoughtful feature.

Update review. I have been using this app for years now and it’s still my favorite, reliable app. I’m out of college but I still use it to organize my work schedule and personal schedule. It syncs with every other calendar and most importantly it’s clean, easy to use, and never has bug issues. Thanks!!!! Keep it up :)

Great app. Just a suggestion, if you could make it where you can do repeating assignments, so I can just input that I have to read a chapter every Monday or every other week or something, just like you have an option to input repeating events, that would be awesome, everything else about the app is AMAZING!

Amazing app but… update. I found this app when I was studying earlier in the university and it helped me to organize my calendar, tasks, evaluations until I graduated from the university. Now I am studying again and I would like to use it again as I used to do before and I think it could be very potentially to use iOS 14 widgets from this app if you would update the app, I hope not to be the only one who wants to continue using this app for now and after.

BIG Feature Missing. The things this app does, it does well. But it doesn’t allow you to create a recurring assignment. For me, I have a weekly assignment of submitting my thoughts on the week’s lectures. For me to set this up in the app, I have to make a separate entry for each week of the semester. EVERY scheduling app I’ve ever seen has something, usually a simple check box, that allows me to make it a recurring event: daily, weekly, etc. For this massive lack of a feature I’m deducting three full stars. To have that missing in a scheduling app is unforgivable.

Needs updates. This app is excellent and it has been with me thru my bachelors, masters and now my PhD. The only problem is that I see there haven’t been any updates for a couple years, and the app could make use of the new widgets for easier access and more options. Especially with the new iOS coming out soon that will use widgets in the Lock Screen.

Great App. I installed the app recently and I found it very useful. I would like that, when adding an exam, you could select the class schedule without entering the date and time manually.

Please let me give online classes a time slot. You can add an online class to your schedule and add a url. It’s really helpful, but it only lets me schedule the day and not the time. It shows up as an all day event on my calendar. I’d also like to be able to add recurring assignments instead of manually adding the same thing for each week. Otherwise the app is great

Features. It would be great if we could have our assignments sync with our calendar. Also, the ability to mark assignments as late would be beneficial.

Been with iStudiez for the past three years.. Almost graduating college now after using this app for three years. Reliable and easy to use! One question: is the developer still working on this app?

Great app plz don’t abandon it. I love this app and even when I’m not in school anymore I keep using it to organize my time. Love love love it. If you haven’t abandon it, any chance you could add an option to start week on Monday instead of weekend - Sunday? It’s such a crazy American thing I just can’t ever get used to.

Random Virus???. I’ve used this app for years now, and have never encountered these problems before. Today when I opened IStudiez, it showed a bunch of random tabs saying there was an intruder or attacker. I’m honestly not sure what to do about that. Maybe my phone actually had a virus.

One Small Feature. Super cool app, been using for a few weeks now. One thing I noticed was that I was unable to edit or remove holidays I entered. Right now, holidays appear as grayed-out text when I look at the Calendar tab. It’d be great if there were a function that allowed going back and editing the holidays. Otherwise, great work. Amazing user interface, look forward to using it in the future.

Suggestion for an Update. Really great & practical for me to use but I wish there was an option to factor to in co-curricular activities. For now I will add them to my computer & sync them, but hopefully this can be included in an update moving forward :)

Take your money. This app was fantastic until they scammed me. I had this app on my Mac and downloaded it on my phone and I paid for the premium which allows you to transfer data from iCloud and it was $3 then I go to transfer the data from my computer and I have to pay another $8 to buy premium on my computer?!! If that’s how it is they should tell you that you need to purchase premium on separate devices.
