Great app. This is a great app for when you are really stuck. I like this and use it only when I'm really stuck. It makes the game fun if you use it just once in a while. Otherwise it kills the real fun of the games. It had a bug in the update but they fixed it so if you wipe your device it will upgrade to the full version again without having to buy it again. Great app. Thank you.

Charlie. Not only an excellent method of cheating but one learns so much more in the way of new words, and of course one will put together phrases' and then there' stage added attraction of making new friends by winning so many games, if you don't tell then you're considered an extremely intelligient person. Truly worthwhile.

Love it. I paid to upgrade and it is well worth it. Just snap a picture in your gallery and upload it in your scrabble game and get all these options of the highest points to the lowest and where you can put them. Great app.

Really greedy aren't you. Can't believe the a trying to charge us for 50 uses. Never using this app again

Teacher equivalent. Pro: It's as good as the Teacher in finding and displaying the highest point words. Really great. Con: It took a while before I figured out how to make it work for anything besides anagrams. Also, it doesn't rotate horizontally, which is how I use the ipad. Ethics: please contact your opponent to see whether he/she plays with brain only, or with aids. Both are fun and present different challenges. A level playing field is a prerequisite, though.

A+. Great way to have a quick anagram finder or simply screenshot your game board and it will do the thinking for you. Perfect when you're stuck and really competitive with your friends.

Cheats. This app doesn't work anymore since recent update to WWF. Pls fix so I can continue to enjoy this app. It looks like some ppl have email concerning the problem & so have reported the problem & so have I.

Helpful. My husband and I use this when we get stuck and need a good word- especially when we are losing by a large margin.

Finally, an app that works. I don't feel too guilty about using an app like this as I'm sure there are countless our people that do. As for a words cheater app, this one is on the top! I tried one other for words app and was flawed with no support. I would not recognise the letter H. H would always be changed to a P. Hardly worth the effort. So far this app is flawless!

It's the most fun. I love this game! It's something everyone can do and because of that I can keep I touch with friends and family in different states! I like I said I love it!

Do ethics count with regard to success?. Really? The point is ONLY to win, even with this app that was developed for cheating and unethical (immoral? maybe too harsh a word when discussing a WORD GAME?) behavior? And that does exactly WHAT for your intellect? If it raises your feeling of self worth, you've (and WE'VE) got a serious problem in this world (yeah—no news there...). I feel sad, bad, and embarrassed. And I don't have this app (ANYMORE—I had to install it in order to submit this review).

Long awaited Scrabble cheat. It was obvious that these guys must get their OCR technology applied for this major words game and finally they did it and as usual the product is solid and decent app to have if you play this. Thanks!

Great app. This is the only cheat that really works!, I have tried them all!...But words with friends has updated there app and now this app does not recognize the program as word anymore. Please update your app to make it work again

Shhh!. I hate the thought that I "cheat", but like other reviewers note, it avails you to so many new words and ways to maximize words you do know, and where to place them for the most points. I most enjoy the fact that I try to find the words I do know and then check to see if I've come close to the cheat words. Also I try not to use words that are just "foreign" to me. I always try to figure out on my own where to place the tiles that equal the points offered by the "cheat words". If I can't I often won't use the cheat word. And I'll use my word if I need to use more tiles, rather than score more points. The glitches that I have found are that the app thinks "de" is an acceptable 2-letter word; it is not! And it scans the letter. "c" as a "g", thus offering false words. Also on rare occasions, the teacher comes up with a better word that the app didn't offer-but as a "cheater" your loss. I've seen and understand that another app gives you only a few of the letters to a word and you either guess the letters to get the advantaged points or you can "buy/pay" for the missing letters; not my favorite option by far. This app keeps me interested and challenged, while I'm still learning. Not for those who have overly righteous consciences...

Descrambler. It would be better if the app showed your words without having to hit the OK button, and after a short while, it has to restart itself, kind of annoying.

Bug problem. Every time I scan a scrabble board the letters on the board change so the cheat words do not work. This started about 2 weeks ago. I reinstalled the program but still won't scan the board without the letter changes. Why? Also noted that scrabble can only be played in landscape and not in portrait mode. The game seems to move slightly when rebooting . Just a infinitesimal amount but I wonder if it is a way to block E Z Cheat?

Useful app. This is a very easy to use app. When you are stuck with all vowels, etc. it help you sort it out. Could use this on every play but then where is the fun and the challenge of Words With Friends!

Can't stand cheaters?. Then cheat yourself. This works just fine for words with friends. But I mean seriously... If you have to cheat to play a spelling game, you shouldn't be allowed to be a part of humanity.

Horrible DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!. This app rarely works correctly, scans letters wrong therefore not giving any usable words and doesn't show the best words regardless even when it does occasionally work which is about 2% of the time. Does not keep up to date with the latest updates to the game. Would rate zero stars if possible due to frustration levels.

It no longer works. This app doesn't work anymore. There have been 2 recent updates to Words With Friends. After the first, Descrambler would only work using their very slow and not very accurate online engine. After the latest, it will not recognize a screenshot no matter what you try. This used to be a 5 star app and now it is lower than 1 since it does not function at all. I am (was) using it on a 1G iPad.

Best one out there. This is probably the best descrambler out there, give it a try! The price is very reasonable, and the staff are very prompt with their bug fixes. There's always room for improvement as far as the interface is concerned (idk why they don't display your letters) also different themes would be nice and perhaps landscape view too. However this app does get the job done, is very fast on the ipad and it does it more than excellent :) I still give it 5 stars.

RIP OFF!!!. This app is a rip off! I downloaded the free version and found you get only low score answers unless you buy the $1.99 version. I bought it and it was a waste of $1.99. The scan function changes the letters on your game board, so you get ridiculous answers that don't work on your game board. On top you get no response to your request for help! My advice is don't bother!

Doesn't work for Scrabble. When it is able to read an imported screen shot you take or it takes (which is less than 50% of the time), it doesn't "see" the board/your tiles correctly and therefore many of the solutions offered aren't even options. I also came up with several solutions better than it did. Terrible disappointment. Don't bother- it doesn't work.

Gets words wrong. It will suggest words that are not accepted by words with friends.

Perfect reference. It's super handy for the iPad because I can just do a quick screenshot of the puzzle on which I'm just sure I have no decent move, and with two "clicks" I have all my options to choose from. I don't consider it cheating, as it's most often used for learning purposes and mainly when I'm far enough behind that coming up with a play will not make me the winner. A friend and I agreed we would both "cheat" for one day's games, and we felt we learned a lot, especially as to visualizing&placement, not to mention new words!

Cheats. Good ap to use when you know your friends are cheating. Just wish you didn't have to pay for top tier words. Oh well.

Scrabble. The game is challenging and I enjoy playing with my friends. The commercials are annoying but understand why they are there. I would recommend this others.

Great!!!. I love it! But you have to pay for the really good words but other than that its very quick, easy, and most definitely worth the time and effort.

Buggy. Current version needs a lot of fixing. Doesn't recognize words/ letters correctly. I waited to write a review because I've been in contact with tech support but no update yet. Sent them multiple screen shots of discrepancies but nothing resolved as of yet. I would not upgrade and pay for this at the moment.

INVALID SCREEN SHOT. WWF has changed screen format once again and EZ Cheats won’t recognize it. I guess users find this out before the developers. What is the turn around for an update?

This App Doesn't Work. Be Warned. Do Not Pay for it!!. I actually paid for this app and was very sorry I did so. What a waste. When scanning the word game board, it does not recognize the letters correctly, so you get a bunch of suggested words based on an incorrectly read game board. Words that obviously cannot be used. I would rate this less than one star, if possible. I sent an error report to the EZ Cheats website and they said they were working on a "fix". I followed up twice. That was 3 months ago. No fixes to date. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Great app. At last I can be on equal footing with my opponents. I am sure they are using it too! How else are they getting all those 7 letter words so often. My turn now and so easy to use. Thanks.

Love it!. Yep...I'm a cheater. So what? This app really helps me out. I'm not a genius and frankly don't have the time to sit and stare at the board looking for words to play. This way, I can easily play and stay in touch with my brainiac friends and family who are WAY smarter than I am. They'll never know!

Hate updates. Wonder if they read these? I am always afraid of updates, should have read your posts here! Did update now it does not work. Pretty good. This app works fairly well. However, you shouldn't depend on it. Many if it's words are not accepted. And many, many times; it doesn't reveal the larger point words. This is because it's a program. In this game, the human element is better. But, to help a player, this is a good app. It will help you develop word logic in playing.

Works very well!. I use this app every day and find it very useful. Helps with "Word with friends" and "Scrabble". I've learned any new words as well as brought to top of mind word I rarely use. I highly recommend using this tool.

Disclosure. Frequently the "teacher" and most experienced players will come up with higher scoring words. I think it would be appropriate for the sake of honesty to make clear that this program is by no means complete and is there to assist with suggestions and should not be totally relied on.

Works great, cheat words not complete for Scrabble. I imported a screenshot - worked great! 5stars. Can't use the app without upgrade. 4stars. I use the app without an upgrade because I don't want cheat that much. I use the list of words that only show the first and last letter of each word. Incomplete list of words, 3 stars. The top score word I got from the app was 22 points - Scrabble high score word was 37 points and it not on the app list of words the app provided. Delete.

Great turns Horrible. I bought the paid version also. Worked flawlessly with Words With Friends and Scrabble for a while. Still works with Words, but not with Scrabble. It reads screenshot as if I have wild cards when I don't. Therefore it suggests words that can not be formed. Developers need to get it fixed. I have contacted them, they reply, but no results. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNTIL/UNLESS IT GETS FIXED!!

I think I'm smarter Now. Not only does this give me an edge, it teaches me how to be a better player by watching the options and words it comes up with

EZ Cheats. Works nice on iPad except have to remember spelling and starting point when returning to game. Unfortunately does not work with Scrabble on iPhone. Stopped working fully after I upgraded to OS8 and then worked for awhile and now, again, not working.

EZ Cheats. Works OK when it works. Won't work with WWF updates, especially on my iPad. If you're going to charge for the app makes ensure it works consistently. Right now"can't recognize screenshot" so waste of my money. Keeps telling me to enable location services. I DID. Still won't work. Updated, still won't open. Numerous emails to "help". No response.

Don't buy. If you charge 1.99 for this app, you should have unlimited usage, just not 50 uses. This app is a rip off

Easy to use.. I love that you can also get a definition for each of the words that show on the list.

Complete failure. I paid for this crappy app and it doesn’t work. Nobody will ever respond to the complaints, and nobody seems to have a fix in process. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.

Usage. Quick and simple when you can't find any words

Excellent. Out of the ones I have utilized, this helper app is the most excellent. Works every time and really shows me words I would never have even thought of, much less discovered. My only issue is once I have sent a screen shot over to the app, my IPad locks up and I have to totally shut down and restart. Not sure, but this may be a Words with Friends issue as it happened with another cheater app, too.

descrambler EZ cheats. Could be good if it could recognise screen shots, can when their is a score on the last letter, takes R as P B as P, L as I, just a few. Also, often does not tally score correctly.

Does not work. All instruction checked and followed, but it does not recognise the screenshot, even using the alternative engine or whatever it is. Quite simply a waste of time

Ez descrambler cheats. Yeah it's not bad surprised with some of the words and now I know where lots of friends get words fun. Just be great if you could import game board from words with friends as well and just not scrabble

Wrong words. Often, I've unlocked some words, then when I play, it says it's not an acceptable word. This happens all the time, and it's quite frustrating

Not Recommended. I purchased this app but if you have problems later, be warned you can't restore the purchase and are expected to buy it again. There are better, similar apps.

Good app, poor performance. The app is great for getting a great score but it fails to read the imported screenshots every time.

Dictionary deficient for WWF. More than once I have played a word in WWF and then checked in this app - only to find my successful word not included in the list.

Looks good but not for Words!. Unfortunately, the app doesn't "recognize" the new Words with Friends screenshots in either vertical or horizontal modes. If that's fixed, it should be great.

Okay. Misses some larger words entirely (and therefore the points) and matches up some two letter words that aren't legal plays.

WARNING IT WON'T REMEMBER YOUR PURCHASES. After, I upgraded to iOS 8 and reinstalled EZDescrambler, it didn't recognize that I paid the show all words option when I first bought it. UPDATE: I got the top 5 words unlocked for a day by agreeing to do a review. Oh, goody! I always like to get something for free after I've already purchased it. UPDATE 2: Once again, after an upgrade my purchase of the all words option has disappeared but I can't even buy it back since the option has been disabled.

WOW SAYS IT ALL. Not only does WWF provide invite a "battle of words" but it also makes one choose between point value and board placement. With EZ CHEAT the migraines disappear!

Worthless. This used to be an amazing app. Now it is a waste of money and tome. 98% of the time it doesn't work. When it does work it is often wrong in that it doesn't read your letters accurately. I wish they would either fix it or delete it. A great app gone bad.

Gives false accusations. Every time I have a P, it says it is an R and completely screws up my words. Q's are sometimes mistyped as O's and once an M was displayed as an I. And i and m look nothing alike. Thanks!!

A little help.... This app works pretty well. It does occasionally have trouble recognizing the imported picture. I use it when I'm needing a little help forming a word. Overall, a good pick for the price :-)

No longer working correctly. It used to be perfect but now, with the new scrabble changes, it isn't working right. It gives me low value words or sees letters that are not there. Teacher can beat the words sometimes. I am using the paid version.

What happened?. What the hell is going on with you guys? This at one time used to be a great app. Now it does not even allow the board to scan with the new upgrade from scrabble. It also still does not read the board right! I have been sending messages to support for over a year! Get it fixed! Please!

Infatuating. It is difficult to leave the game along. I play about 10 people at a time and love the challenge.

Good App. I would like to be able to be redirected to Scrabble after a word is found, instead of having to close the app and re-open scrabble.

Doesn't always work. This app has quite a few bugs. It doesn't always scan the scrabble game. Says that it doesn't recognize any text, when clearly their is text on the board.

Pretty good. For the most part the app is pretty good. There are times that with this app (or even without it) we have beat the teacher on the Scrabble app we play. Obnoxious that the best words are Locked but whatever.

Horizontal. Love Words with a friends buy would love it more if it would switch to horizontal.
