Body cam. Can’t stand when headline says body cam footage released and then no body cam footage in the article.

Too many ads as soon as you open it. Used to be my favorite news app. Now I can’t even look at anything until I view an obnoxiously loud video ad.

Wonderful “On-The-Go” App!. When watching the news, I usually watch Channel 19 news. Using this app helps me to keep up with the latest local news. I find this app to be very informational and easy to use. I like this a lot.

New 19 app. Liked the previous app much better. Easier to see the different news stories. If it isn’t broken don’t try to fix it.

Giant Ad. There is an ad that literally takes up half the screen and never goes away whether scrolling news or reading a particular story. There’s plenty of news stations in Cleveland, download somebody else’s app.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work after last update

Like older version better. I like the older format of the Cleveland 19 application better. The one previous to this current version.

Review of website. I like the clean and streamlined and efficient way the news is presented. No time is wasted scrolling down the headlines to stop at a story I wish to read. There is so much clutter and chaos in today’s world that it is a relief to go to 19 and see what news I missed quickly. I have always liked 19 for news. You seem to be Everywhere lol and post more stories than other channels.

Update info very helpful, entertaining sometimes funny tv anchors.. Very good

Stale news. I check the 19 news app in the morning and throughout the day. Why is it never updated the same stories appear all day and sometimes they’re there for multiple days. It would be nice if the 19 news app was updated throughout the day to correspond to their newscast throughout the day.

New app. I’m so glad there’s finally an up date for the news. I love news and it’s availability, but sometimes the waiting for new updates made me yawn. 🤭

Crashes. App won’t open since the update!

Not happy. One of the biggest problems with the app is that the weather is not on there anymore , The need for a second app for that is very inconvenient., I will say that the stories are easy to read and usually pretty accurate with no mistakes ,typos. What’s the biggest problem with the app is it it always seems to be down ,never seems to be working properly

App generates download error. This app generates download errors at least 30% of the time. Both when opening the app and when opening the main news link. A lot of the time I go to the channel 5 app to get my news.

Love the people. I watch this because I love the people. They all are prompt & make everything easy to understand. I was always a fan & always will be. Keep up the good work & God bless. Christine

Sports updates. I really don’t need to know every Browns or Cavs score every five minutes, I’ve got sports notifications turned odd Live reminders are turned off. Sports scores are definitely not breaking news. Why do I continue to get these updates?

Needs larger font option. There’s no way to change the font size. You should add that.

App Freeze. App freezes when switching/watching videos in full screen/landscape mode - iPhone 11.

Always Watch. I watch Channel 19 for all my news and monitor the online news as well! Love the anchors, the alerts, the weather forecasts - love it all!

Harder to Follow.. I do not like the new visual layout of the story list, it doesn’t look as sharp as the old layout.

Crashes daily. I do not like the new layout and it crashes or is super sluggish every time I use it. I deleted before the new look for similar reason. May delete again. Too bad, because it was my go to app.

Coverage. I moved here from Mississippi and this is the most annoying news channel. They interrupt every program for coverage of every funeral like who cares and all the trials of Jan 6th again not necessary!!!! They are also on too much all day!!!!!! All you do is repeat non necessary bull crap.

Somewhat useful. Not bad, as news apps go. However, they abuse the “breaking news” notifications to send dozens of alerts to your phone. Most of which are just click bait.

Weather does not function half the time!. Ever since the new format/update the weather function is not available half the time does not update I just wind up going to another local news site for the weather The app is unbelievably slow!!!! I think they reverted to dial up!!

Update. I have been using the app for many years. Really hate the update.

Don’t like the new format. Why fix what isn’t broken. There was nothing wrong with the other app. This has too many adds and I don’t like it. I will probably delete it and just download channel 5.

Content ok, Ads are annoying. When I go to click on a news alert or open an app, I’m forced to watch an Ad. Not cool. For that reason I most likely will rely on other news sources.

Goodyear Political Contributions. Your report on your 6pm broadcast about Goodyear’ s contributions to candidates running for federal office was so confusing and very poorly produced. IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW for a candidate to accept corporate contributions. This was not even mentioned in the report . Your report stated Goodyear gave x amount of money to Sen. Brown, x amount of money to Sen. Portman , x amount of money to Representative Ryan. If this were true it would be a MAJOR news story. What you reported is simply NOT TRUE. Why would you do this? Then you went to Goodyear’s contributions to Republican and Democrat Party organizations and finally mention Goodyear has a PAC, which is legal for corporations. You never explained what a PAC is and why it’s required by federal law for a corporation to have one. I found your report both misleading and confusing; that’s why I give it ZERO STARS.

Love 19 news. Variety of coverage great! News about Trump over and over! To educate your viewership where is the news about proven facts of Hunter Biden?? Not a word! The mainstream media is only covering one side. A shame for the country to not get a balanced news!!

Pop up ad keeps popping up. First, I LOVE 19 news. I no longer live in Cleveland but I keep 19 Action news on my devices for up to date news. However, every time I open the app on my iPad, it opens a pop up ad that forces me to listen to it. Then, when it’s done, it lets me into the app. But then the ad starts again! Fyi, lose these ads. If you’re not making enough money on your TV ads, charge more. The app should be ad free

Not up to date. Download to get latest on coronavirus. All I could see was a day or two old. Will delete and go to another channel.

Wont open. I updated this app a few days ago and now it will not open at all. I deleted then reinstalled and still not working. Please fix

Fix the app please!!. Since the update. The app keeps crashing. I can’t even get that far. Not sure if that’s why I’m not getting any news or what? I do get weather notifications but when I try to go back to see the news. It crashes.

New format. Don’t like this new format for my iPad and iPhone. Too many ads, doesn’t update. News listed is days old. Why can’t it be updated more often? Won’t be using this app.

Ads. Since when did add overrun the actual news? Open the app, here’s an ad. Want to read a story, we’ll you get a stupid game ad there too. Ridiculous with all the ads.

Unprofessional. It is highly unprofessional to mix in click bait ads that look like news stories with actual new stories. I can tell the difference, but how do you explain these differences to a person who doesn’t know? You can’t just tell them it’s a trusted news app and to believe every article they read on this app. Have some integrity.

19 News WOIO Review. I would like to see the notifications erase one at a time instead of all at once when the notifications start popping up

App update???. I just updated the app and now it won’t open . I restated phone bug the app still won’t work. Okay, now I deleted the app and started over. Now the app is working!!

I love 19. There is absolutely no racists on channel 19 , that makes watching the news informative with out unnecessary anger about the way the news is brought to us .

Review. The only thing missing. Is the pictures and names of the team. So I can keep up with the newest team members

Ads-no response from tech support. There has been a Thankyou ad that pops up in the middle of the articles blocking half of the page. This has been going on since late last year. I messaged the tech support twice with screenshots of what I was talking about with no response. I tried to message on Facebook and no response. So frustrating I finally deleted the app and downloaded a different Cleveland news app to keep up with the local news.

Why do I need to enter a password and credit card info?. Why do I need to enter that information just to receive news? No thanks. I’ll just delete the old one altogether.

19 News is awesome!. When you want your news in Northeast Ohio, it's all here in the app. While there are some accessibility issues with unlabeled buttons, it's still good. I love this app, and as a blind man in Cleveland, it's a way to start and end your day with the day's news stories and weather information. Keep up the good work on the app. As I said before, I use Voiceover. Voiceover is an accessibility feature for the IPhone, Ipad, and Ipod Touch, and mac. There are some unlabelledbuttons like the save news button that is not labeled at all. That could use some improvements. Other than that, the app is very accessible for the blind Community.,

What’s Happening??!?!?. This App use to be great now it is flooded with ads I am forced to watch and sometimes cannot exit out of, if I didn’t want to have a second news app on my phone I would delete this app for sure

Not that good. News is not current, especially on weekends. One or even two days old. Personally I do not like having the video report the news; I'd appreciate the privacy of simply reading the news rather than having it broadcast to everyone in vicinity. Newsnet 5 is much better.

Love 19action news !. Hate this app. Have tried it twice. Fuzzy pictures. Only can be viewed vertically. Not going to try it anymore. I will just watch tv when I can. Would love to have this app for travel, but ....

Channel 19’s news. I hate this format...It keeps showing old stories and very few updated stories. Go back to the former concept.

Useless push notifications. Don't download unless you want tons of useless push notifications! I don't give a crap that your gunna have a dog from the apl on at 5:00 or that I can watch your live stream for free at 4:30! Not when I have the notifications set specifically for only breaking news updates and weather alerts! I'm deleting this app and gunna download a news app that actually delivers news and not useless nonsense!

Me. Born and raised in Cleveland area, big fan of 19 Action News. The app is the WORST news app I've found, however. It seems most of the "stories" are written by 4th graders, between the abbreviated articles, typos, and plain grammatical/punctuation errors. I went to a competitor for my Cleveland-area news.

Awful new app!!!!. This new app is truly the worst!!!!

Good upgrades!. This is a nice update from the old app. Only issue is with video. I don't get any audio on the videos. Also they boast that they are one of the first to offer video when I have had an app from another news station in Philadelphia who has had video for years. Talk to me when you have a live feed. AMENDMENT: The tech guys tell me your phone cannot have vibrate switched on to heat audio FYI.

Ok. The old app was better. I shouldn't have deleted it. The repeat alerts get annoying. A lot of times the alert comes through long before the story is available.

Proofread your postings!. It is difficult to read your stories which are fraught with spelling and glaring grammatical errors! It makes me wonder if the details of the stories are also inaccurate. HIRE A PROOF READER!!!!!

No a good source for news and breaking news. This APP is terrible. Stories are old and half the time the APP won't even come up on my 4G phone. Might as well not have it at all.

Worst news app ever !!. Who is in charge of this garbage app? They seem to think that defensive NFL players of the week (obviously none from Cleveland) belongs in the 'Top Stories' section right along with actual news. Ridiculous!!

Poor update. My favorite news channel, this app used to work great. These last few updates have been horrible. Live news feed doesn't work and app crashes.

A good app for a 15min bathroom trip.... I find myself going to other local news apps to get the full, in depth, story. They never update their articles on weekends. The same articles stay up all weekend. Some of the articles they post aren't even news-worthy. And the ads are annoying.

Horrible Clickbait App. Clickbait headlines. No substantive stories. Lacks informative information and the worst grammatical composition of all services.

Push notifications. Way too many push notifications about breaking news that's not really important. Not worth the download :(

Videos do not play. Good news app but videos do not play. Never have. Commercial plays over and over. Never plays the news video.

Please stop all the useless notifications!. Don’t download this unless you’re ready for an endless barrage of notifications of “breaking news” that isn’t even newsworthy at all. I’ve gotten 15 “breaking news” notifications today already and the day isn’t over yet. It’ll probably be up to 20 by the day’s end. Not an exaggeration either.

19 news.. I don’t belong to Facebook, so I can’t get the weather. Not everyone chooses to have that. Very disappointing.
