Much room for improvement. A much needed app for the terrible Sydney traffic. Lots of room to improve. Will be good if users can report incident to keep this as accurate as possible. Traveling time estimated based on time of the day will also be useful. Looking forward for the next update.

A good start. Not a bad starting point Smarter cities will need this sort of app but it's still a baby in its capabilities If your visiting Sydney grab it as it will give a good feel for the greater metro area but it's not google or apple maps grade !

Worthless. Title says it all. Makers need to learn the difference between "features" and "tutorial." "Tutorial" ought to tell one how to use the product! Can't program and save route because it does not tell me how. Otherwise it's loaded with the usual Google maps blunders.

STOP EMAILING ME!!!!!!!. There is no wayTo unsubscribe from your emails and I cannot log into my account even after resetting the password it still won’t work. Stop sending me Live Traffic emails!!! I’ll keep emailing to every day to complain until it ends!

Very good info updates. Majority of traffic alerts are updated rapidly. I check traffic reports before work commuting and trips, keep up the great work.

Absolutely useless. Looks good but can’t get no updated info for any road closures all the updates are nearly 3 to months old definitely wouldn’t recommend waste of storage waste of time using they really need to do a complete overhaul on this app looks good but not good app at all especially if you live in rural New South Wales or any or other rural community

Don’t like it. This new update horrible! Theres no blue update bar and a list of when ever is happening on the roads closest to you and so on, you have to actually click on the stupid map and the little icons to see whats happening

A very needed app. Easy to use, great to have, can’t do without

Good app but cameras don’t refresh every 60 seconds. As mentioned in the app the camera feed should refresh every 60s, but it’s not 5 minutes later it still hasn’t updated, even with a closing and reopening of the app. It refreshes eventually, but not 60s. Third party apps actually refresh every 60s so not sure why the official app can’t

Many doesn’t know about this very useful mobile application!!!. Keeps you updated. Shows blocked roads, has many cameras where you can see the Live Photos

Trip. Easy to access

Live Traffic not updating info. According to some shire councils they have been advising Live Traffic of road closures but Live Traffic are not updating them. I travelled approximately 3.5 hours heading to work only to get to about an hour away & find out the shire had closed the road. When checking on the Live Traffic App the road was shown as open. After finding an alternative route & heading off only to find that & other routes were closed as well. Instead of taking me 4.5 hours to get my accommodation for work, it took 10 hours.

Incidents are not removed. There are dozens of incidents, hazards and roadworks long since completed but still showing on the map months and years later. Makes it hard to depend on the info.

Outstanding app!. Set a up a radius and get notified of any traffic incidents in that area. Can’t praise highly enough. All accidents and road hazards quickly show up.

Not adequate. App did not show all roads affected by severe local flooding and suggested a route that took me to a bridge that was 6 metres under water. I was aware of at least 5 roads that were closed due to flooding that were not shown in the app. The app is next to useless unless it shows ALL roads affected by flooding and other hazards.

Please fix trip options. I love that I can save a trip, but the mapping options are clunky. # If I want to modify a route so add a stop I have to enter an exact address? Please allow stops to be added from the map. # Please also allow routes to be edited? Once routes are in you can’t change them & you have to start from scratch just to tweak them?

Notifications are a win. The notifications for a saved trip and saved area are great. Also good to be able to follow incidents and get notified of updates!

Great App. Fantastic trip planning app. Provides alternate routes with distance/time. Also provides roadwork locations with plain English descriptions along with date and time of roadworks.

Useless. iPhone 7. iOS 14 Totally useless! Constantly freezing, switching from NSW to full map of Australia, switching to full screen map of NSW from local area, unable to do anything without turning phone off and opening App. iPad also useless constant freezing, when typing routes delay of several seconds after pressing keys. Deleted using Waze much better. Like every Government App problem they give to primary school kids has a project.

Fed up out dated info. Who is responsible for the updates? Emergency road works. Last checked September 2021. It’s now November 2021 people. Whats the update with the emergency road work. Get with the program

Traffic news. Really helpful! Great idea

Not kept current to be of any use. Lucky for local radio as this app would not help you avoid a major incident. Radio advised of closed major road in my area due to an overturned car, nothing on the app. What’s the point?

Is good BUT often not updated…... Today there was a major crash on the Hume Highway, four people died, northbound traffic will be totally blocked for hours but no mention of any accident in the app…only shows road works. To be of any value it needs to reflect the reality of what’s happening.

Ok but not good. Not as good or easy to see or use since you updated it. Especially when outside of Sydney as the updates for accidents, closures, detours etc seem to take a lot longer to come through

Fire and flood. This app ,doesn’t have the capacity to update its road closures. We went through the devastating fires On the south coast nsw and this app let us down. For days on end ,it was behind on information. For days I just wanted to know if I could get to my house,to see if it was burnt to the ground. Now it is lagging again,as I am in northern nsw floods,and I need to know if I can get to family and friends!!!!!

Is it the app or the operators feeding it?. Generally pretty good but scheduled road closures such as the one on Heathcote Road routinely show the road as open when closed and will route traffic via it despite markers for the incident with text in it saying closed between these times

Hopeless. Unlike Drusilla85, I find this app useless. Only seem to find out where roadworks are. At present there are floodwater warnings out but this app is ignorant of them. Map of north coast shows no issues whatsoever. Where is the refresh button? Like my wife has done, this app is to be deleted

Not intuitive at all. Incidents tell me they are cleared, but the road in question still comes up with red lines and “no entry” type of signs. Am I missing something or is this thing barely working?

Avoided 3 hour road block. Just avoided a 3 hour road block on Princess Hwy at Coffs Harbour, This is the best travel software tool l have! Gregory 2017

Pretty useless. Once I deleted this up from my phone because of the bugs and the unreliable information, but after a year I thought I’ll give it another chance. I am using it on the latest Iphone and it is still as bad as it was... I can get used to the hard to navigate pages and the unexpected jumps when viewing maps, I can also manage the very frequent crashes, but the traffic information is really unreliable.. some things get updated and some don’t.. not very useful when planning a few hundred kms trip. I am back using google maps.

Buggy. Works well in terms of info, but now is basically unusable for me. For some reason the incident list page runs at about 5 frames per second and is incredibly slow and jittery. This happened about a month ago and has not been fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling, and didn’t happen immediately after any phone update. Please fix this if this is a more widespread issue.

Good app, but data is ….. An app is only as good as its data, and unfortunately the info doesn’t seem to be available yet….which is very frustrating when it adds 3 hrs to your trip. If you want Live App to be the go to for flood related closures (rather than going to the local police station like we used to in the old days), then we have to be able to trust that the information presented is accurate and up to date. Please get your act together

Live Traffic Info.. An excellent app I have found it very handy for trip planning. Had saved me heaps.

Lost features break usefulness. I used to use this app a lot for trip planning. CANT do that now as the feature has been removed. Unfortunately that now makes the app very limited in its usefulness. If they brought back the trip planner that would be great, otherwise Maps app gives you nearly the same information.

Put what the VMB signs up live to the app. It would be extremely helpful if you put what the VMB are saying on the site countless times I’ve been on the M7 with slow traffic in the VMB I would take wallgrove instead if I knew ahead

Works perfectly on Mac OS 11.1 Big Sur. Initially the camera window didn't open, but after reopening the App it displayed OK

Much improved. Much improved over the version from a year ago. Easy to use and the notification feature is useful in the mornings.

Good for light vehicles. It works really well for light vehicles, but need to include the heavy vehicle drivers. I had to go 3hrs the long way when I could have gone a slight detour around a closed road. Bit annoying.

Update. Since the update on this app it is hopeless. It does not show what’s happening in my town. At present there are roads closed due to flooding. It does not show them. It use to show them straight away. It really doesn’t show much at all. Not impressed with this app at all anymore.

Trips and Areas joke!. The last checked time stamp ALWAYS shows 1 JAN 1970 Perhaps some user testing might help! And showing incidents on the saved trip is as pathetic as you could make it! If your view is set to show traffic cams I get alerts of 5 incidents which in fact are the traffic cameras!!! Note: it has NOTHING to do with how much traffic is in those locations!!! Work it out Developers!

Unreliable information. The information supplied on this app is unreliable with the updates for the rural inland road closures. It only that I kind of knew the area otherwise the app was sending me straight into a flood affected road closed.

First time user. So far I really like this. As an 81 year old almost computer illiterate I am finding it quite helpful.

Notifications every 5 minutes. I downloaded the app this morning and set the route I’m planning to take to regional NSW next week, said Yes to notifications (which I very rarely do, but figured it’s important given the current flooding across much of NSW & VIC). My route has 4 flood related incidents marked so it’s good to see that - although the tiny blue dot for water isn’t easy to see & didn’t initially register as a priority, someone unfamiliar with the area might think it’s to indicate a small township. I received my first alert shortly after: “Trip Update - There are 3 new incidents on your saved trip” Since then I’ve been getting the same alert EVERY 5 MINUTES. Nothing has changed at all, I keep going in & checking then re-checking & closing alerts & then more of the exact same come in. I got another alert whilst writing this 🙄 Not ideal, because now I’m going to have to turn the alerts & notifications off.

App is slow since adding council hazards. The app is quite slow since adding the council hazards. Please have an option to turn them off instead of all General Hazards.

Unheard. We have been in flood for at least 3 days now with the local council blocking off flooded roads, yet live traffic shows nothing. There is now a severe flood warning on FB. This app would be great if it did update conditions as it suggests using information from the resources it lists. Please look at improving flooded road warnings please

Map options. Hating the new update. Seems you have to select/deselect your map options every time you open the app now instead of being able to permanently set them to what I want

Nice looking app, but no saved trips. Used to use this for checking congestion and incidents for commuting. I find without having a “saved trip” it’s not useful to me anymore. Easier to use Waze or Maps. Hopefully that feature returns as I find no need to have an app when you have to go to the website for saved trip feature.
