The o p and q question keeps changing the answers.. The test keeps changing the correct answers for some questions so idk what is right or wrong

Terrible. This app is terrible. Being a government app to assist new drivers you would thing it would work. Third party apps work much better. Pick up you Le game Service NSW. The app won’t even load one question.

Bug fix required. I have been practicing the rigid test, and for the last 12-14 hours I have been trying to practice the test again, however I keep getting the same error message, stating that test may be unavailable. It’s very inconvenient and annoying frustrating as I want to reassure myself before sitting the actual test however this app issue is delaying that process. Please fix asap so I can resume practicing.

Everyone get this best practice you can have. I just got my L’s today and everyone get this app and keep re sitting practice test and you will definitely make it

Slow. Been waiting for the application to load seems yesterday fix it

Broken. Worked good enough for a while but the last 6-12mths questions have been incredibly slow to load, crashes randomly, wont load etc. now when I try to use the app or even the website it just says an error has occurred and doesn’t even let me report it. Very frustrating

App doesn’t work. “An unhandled client-side error has occurred. Refresh.” I’ve been trying for days in different apple devices. The app doesn’t work

Slow. Pretty poor App. Very slow to start up, several times and gave up

Absolute rubbish. After battling the websites’ server for an hour I downloaded the app, it took forever to open and load up the test. Then once it eventually opened it completely froze on the first question, not allowing me to do anything. Standard govt product 👎

Arabic language. All other languages are perfectly working but the Arabic. Is it something on purpose or just a technical issue as usual. ?

Painful. Start practicing 6 months before your test because it takes a week to load a practice test

broken. Definitely going to rate it a 1 did have it a few weeks ago was to slow to load, had to wait 10 minuets for answers to pop up and another 5 minutes to see if it was right or wrong. I want to go for my Ls on Tuesday the 8th of feb but the application for the test won’t load what so ever keeps on telling me to refresh the page but it happens over n over again it’s definitely broken and the app doesn’t need updating

An unhandled client side error has occurred. I’ve been facing this problem from last few days

Buggy. I found an answer of a question is wrong! :( The test should give the correct and accurate answer.

Doesn’t load. Doesn’t load at all, it’s a horrible app considering the amount we pay in fines

Broken app. Very dissapointing, attempting to answer questions but the app will decide you cannot select any of the answers so you have to cancel the test and start again and hope it doesn’t happen the next time.

Embarrassing.. Doesn’t work. Embarrassingly slow. Could never advance past the first question. There is a message informing you that preparing the quiz might take up to a minute. For what reason? It’s multiple choice! As a software developer I would be laughed at by my peers if delivered that as a solution.

45/45 DKT. Do 20-30 of these tests, you’re basically guaranteed to pass the overlap with the actual exam is insane

Embarrassingly appallingly Unusable. Too buggy to have been released. Problems loading. Won’t work. Backend servers appear underpowered as loading delays reek of overloaded servers, similar to the web based version of the same app. Embarrassingly appallingly lame effort from our NSW State Government.

Buggy app and not working. At first it was fine, the questions took a long time to come up and it takes a while to find out if you got the answer right, and then proceed to the next question, but overall it was doing what it was meant to. The app wouldn’t always work when I was on the bus. For the last two days it’s not working, and coming up with an unhandled client side error has occurred. I keep hitting refresh but nothing changes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the same thing happens.

Shuts down, freezes. Terrible. I've had this app on my phone for two hours and have attempted to use the learners test several times now to no success. The app freezes on certain questions, you can't exit the test or go back. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. My phone is up to date, this is an app issue. Will be deleting and installing a different Learners practice test app.

Not useful. Used this app half a time, froze up half way and I haven’t been able to run the app since. Shut down restart hasn’t worked. Not worth spending time on a test if it won’t tell you have your tracking. Remove app is safer for everyone.

Is this a NSW government application?. What the hell is this ? Need like 1 year to load and register your answers. Who is responsible to fix the government IT system?

NSW licence test. Great to be able to practice the test as it is when you go for your driver licence.

Crashing. App keeps crashing. Been like this for a week. Multiple reinstalls and restarts.

Needs a update for bugs. Definitely needs a fresh update for bugs takes forever to load or answering questions are delayed there the only 2 major bugs that need fixing after they’re fixed the app will be perfect

Very Temperamental. App is very temperamental, it will work sometimes and then sometimes it won’t work at all which is annoying if you just want to have a quick practice

Doesn’t load. I’ve tried loading this app over the course of a day and it still hasn’t wanted to work. Tried closing and reopening, no difference.

To pass the test in first Go!. I believe doing about 20 - 30 practice tests after a quick read through the road users handbook will guarantee passing the test on your first attempt itself. That is exactly what I did and this app really helped. All the question along with exact same answer choices were from the practice questions. Do the practice test for a whole day and do the test next day, you will pass. Good luck This app is free and there are no ads! The best part.

If only it would load. When loading the test it never finish. So the app is totally useless.

Good if worked.. Crashes bug’s & problems with loading. Gov shouldn’t release something that’s this unstable.

I’m annoyed 😑. I’ve been doing the Practice DKT Test for a while and I am almost ready to go and do the actual test, but lately whenever I’m about to start the test, it keeps saying that “my test is locked to another computer or devise, please speak to your test administrator”. So I don’t know what to do now 😒

Don’t download this get another app. Absolutely too slow, takes too long to load, doesn’t respond to touch properly. Abysmal, 1/10

Where is the HPT. Why don’t they have a hazard perception test on the app I just don’t make sense it would be good to have all of the test in one app

Exact same questions as HPT. I got every question right in my HPT because I used this app leading up to my test. It uses the exact same questions and pictures as they do in the exam and I experienced no problems with the app. Highly recommended!!

Doesn’t work. It takes 5 minutes to load a new question on 4 bars of reception this needs to be fixed this is a horrible app
