The recent update fixed it!. I plugged in the dongle since I noticed the latest update to the app. Instantly a firmware update was installed onto the dongle and instantly I could start scanning for channels! I run iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.3. Even though the included antennas can be a bit sketchy when it comes to tv reception, the app works and with a bit of patience, watching tv is now finally possible again. Thanks for the fix!

Eyetv and ios8. My eyetv mobile stopped working since I upgraded to ios8 is there a fix.

works great but needs more features. This app works really well. Please add more features (such as scheduling) and the ability to import recorded content into apps (such as iMovie or LaCie media or dropbox) and then the app will be perrrfect !

Still it’s not working with iOS 11. Why keep updating when it still is not working with iOS 11.

App will not work. Apple are just as bad as Geniatech if you can still get this app on the apple store

TV app and Eye TV mobile. While the app may be ok (haven't had a chance to test it fully before giving up), the hardware is simply not up to the task. Unless you were prepared to carry a house antenna everywhere you go the antenna's provided will simply not take you anywhere. I am located in what is defined as high signal strength area, but I got next to nothing as an output. My EyeTv is going back tomorrow. I might try some network streaming tuners instead I can locate that kind of tuner in some sort of location where I have access to peer and antenna signal. My suggestion is don't buy the hardware unless you have easy access to your home antenna and you are prepared to have nice heavy coax from the wall to your device when watching the TV.

Don't buy it. I downloaded this app for my ipad4 and it doesn't work! Don' buy it!

:(. I got 2 the point where it said connect 2 dock I did that it won't work DON'T get it it don't work!!?

Needs HD update. A great and versatile tuner, however the lack of HD channel capabilities is unfortunate. Please update the iOS elgato to support HD channel reception to get a 5 star rating. Customers will be appreciative.

Not working in iOS 11. Doesn’t work at all in 2018 even with the required hardware.

prrrrrrretty ordinary.. Don't expect the mini aerial to pick up many channels, and if it does, the reception is pretty bad. in fact, unwatchable.

Doesn’t recognize dongle. Despite still being on the market, it won’t recognize the single since iOS 11. This seems to be wide spread and all the company will say is they’re working on it.
