You should be able to put the tickets into your wallet. This app just keeps saying order history is unavailable at this time so I cannot even access any tickets I’ve already purchased.
I tried repeatedly to sell some tickets through the app and it kept telling me “Sorry. Something went wrong. Try again later.” and I’ve tried several times now. I believe translated that means “We have your money but the show isn’t sold out yet. Good luck with that.” Either way...NOT happy. 😡
There’s no way around using this company, but they claim to make ticket buying fair and free from bots via their lame “waiting room”, but the bots still exist and they still have the power to resell tickets for double the $, but AXS doesn’t really care or want to stop this since they make extra money on the fees generated from the transfer or tickets (higher the price, the higher the fee they get.) The app also has a resell market where they advertise “tickets may be sold for more than face value”... ok how is this keeping things fair? If they really wanted to they could easily keep the ticket purchases within their own app and make a price cap for all ticket sales... but they don’t bc their interest is not keeping it fair for the fans, it’s monopolizing the fees generated from scalpers upping the price. Garbage.
I bought tickets to a concert. They sent me the tickets on the Axs app but days later they disappeared and weren’t any where to be found. The concert is in a few days and still haven’t got my tickets to the concert even though they sent me an email saying I bought them.
I was buying 2 tickets to a concert that were listed at about $27 each, but the ‘online convenience fee’ ended up being an extra $22, almost as much as buying a third ticket. It wasn’t made clear that this charge would be applied at first, and they didn’t explain its exact purpose that I could see. If you’re going to charge extra, I’d much rather you be clear about it from the beginning and explain what my money is going towards. Does it really cost an extra $11/ticket to run the site? That’s not me being salty, I just literally don’t know and it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I was also charged $15 for ‘ticket security’ (not sure if that’s the exact name used?), and I’m almost positive that there was nothing to explicitly indicate that it required an extra fee until the actual bill. That, plus some pretty aggressive attempts to get me to buy blue apron or subscribe to Groupon-which, again, tried to pass themselves off as being included when really they were separate purchases-made the whole experience feel kinda sleazy, like the owners of the app were willing to do whatever it took to get a bit more cash out of me. I get that it’s a business, but this definitely didn’t make for a very pleasant shopping experience. It has to be pretty bad to make buying dodie tickets less exciting for me! I can picture the website being improved with more transparency-the design is pretty good, and you gotta love being able to buy tickets from home-but in the meantime there are other apps/sites that perform similar services without stressing me out so much. I would have switched to Ticketmaster, it’s just that this was the site Spotify offered presale on. Honestly though, if it’s going to make a $57 difference, I might just take my chances with regular releases next time.
Just use the website, it uses it within the app anyways. Errors with login, errors with navigation, errors with purchase. Not worth it at all! Use the website.
I can’t purchase my tickets on the app I always have to call in to order my tickets...
Don’t make me download an app to get my tickets
Tried to send tickets to my sister and didn’t get to her email so I tried to revoke them on the app. Got a weird error message in which I emailed about and it’s been few business days that i haven’t received a reply. Won’t use this app again
Downloaded the app because we bought tickets through Stubhub. When trying to transfer tickets from one account to another, they never arrived. Tried multiple times, and checked email addresses, too. Tried logging in multiple times. Tried to contact help through online support and Twitter, but no response. No link in email to tickets is ridiculous, as is the idea that I need to download an app that could be solved by using existing Wallet. Step 3 “and the tickets are yours” is not at all accurate and very frustrating. I now have to swap phones with someone so that I can go to the event.
So I pasted an email address that had “mail to:” in the receiving email field and the app accepts it. No error, ticket was gone from my account, and no recovery possible. I had to contact customer service to find this out. Bad programming practices. Fix your bugs!
Terrible but have no choice but to use it.
To contact me
Took over 24 hours for the tickets that were transferred to me to show up. Only after calling AXS did they finally get released. No email stating they were held up or why. This caused a lot of stress.
Using the AXS app is simple and reliable. So awesome.
I purchased three tickets for friends to go to the Joyner Lucas concert. Two of the ticket were bought together and the other was bought separately. I tried to shared all three tickets through the app and neither party was able to revive them. The email sharing the tickets never went through. Then I had to send the PDF tickets to my friends. The first two friend got in no problem with the PDFs, but my third friend was denied at the door because they said the ticket barcode was expired. I got on the phone with AXS customer service, per the venues recommendation, and had them send a new barcode directly to my friend at the venue. He never received the email. I finally had to send him a picture of my ID so they could look up the ticket to print for him. It seems like nothing on this app worked! I buy tickets on other companies and never have problems like this. This is my friend time buying through AXS for other people and I’m not sure I would use them again.
This app is not user friendly and is hard to tell which seats are available and at which price.
Does exactly what I hoped for... helped me find a cool event and got me my tickets!
