Tickets Disappeared and No help. so i bought tickets for the playboi carti antagonist tour. i’ll admit the way i purchased them was not the best as i bought them through a scalping website and was over charged a lot. however, i did get the tickets and they sat in my account for months. this event sadly was postponed multiple times from october to february, then was postponed without a date till further notice. today i logged back into my account to see my tickets and if there had been an update on the concert date. i log back in and look for my tickets but find nothing. i try logging out and logging back in and reload the page multiple times but still, nothing. on top of that, my order history was completely blank. i then go to start a chat with a representative to get help with the problem. i tell them my problem and ask to get my tickets back in my account. they then proceed to say that i need to contact the website that i used to purchase my tickets and also state i should contact the bank that i used to purchase these tickets as well. i don’t understand why i would need to contact the website or bank that i purchased these tickets through if the tickets were successfully delivered to my account in the first place. i've just come to the conclusion that this app scams people. please take my advice and the advice of many others and don’t purchase tickets through here. use ticketmaster or some other reliable source.

Be careful. On the 4th of July I purchased a ticket for an event. The app told me transaction failed, so I put in another card. That one went through but then 15 minutes later it had showed that 2 tickets were in my account as if that first failed one ended up going through. I called immediately after seeing that (and this was still before the event) to get a refund because I only needed 1 but because it was 4th of July they were closed. Called the next day and talked to a representative and she had put a request for a refund, later come to find out that because I wasn’t able to get in touch with a representative before the event, they couldn’t issue me a refund… but they were closed on the day of the event. So how is it my fault that not only did your system fail then somehow process a transaction, but also were closed on that day so I wasn’t able to speak to them. Also the event stopped and headliner only played a song before a storm came. So not only did I not get my refund but didn’t get to see the artist. As a veteran, thank you for ruining my 4th of July. I have a big social media following on Facebook and Snapchat and will be sure to share my story.

Ticket Service is Flawed. I ordered tickets online to a recent show. I kept being redirected back to the beginning to try again with the prompt saying saying “Something went wrong. Let’s try again.” So I kept trying and the same thing kept happening. Then I received 2 notifications from my bank for 2 separate large transactions. Yet I do not have my tickets or any co formation. I emailed AXS 2 times trying to resolve the problem and find out in in fact I do actually have tickets. I received an auto response on 2 separate emails and have not heard from AXS and still do not have my tickets. It has now been over 9 days and I still haven’t heard from a real person and still do not know if I have my tickets. I am concerned as the show is coming soon. Second hand retailers have them available, but now the cost is through the roof and I don’t know if I need to take a chance that I will actually get my tickets that I have paid for, or if I should try from an outside source. Please help me with my situation. I am going to be extremely upset if I can’t go to the TOOL concert. Cheers!

Unfair company. They trully live up to their name and will ax you and slaughter you. This is the second time I had to deal with AXS and both times I had bad experience. The first time, was for. Joel Osteen event couple years ago when I paid with my credit card and I bought 2 extra tickets for my son and his friend, but they could not attend. AXS could Not reimburse me due to I did Not want to provide them with my bank account routing and checking # which I consider DANGEROUS for my financial security since the bank info can be stolen and my account emptied from all cash. WHY can’t they just refund my credit card and WHY is it they don’t want my cr card #? My account w AXS shows The second time around, my experience was even WORSE - I purchased 2 tickets for Joseph Prince in Dallas for Oct 2019 for a total $42+ dollars and then could Not attend. To sell the tickets on the AXS app (No option for refund or credit) - I was FORCED by the app to set my sale price at $10/each which is the AXS price for their GA ticket. Thus, if anyone wants to buy a ticket - there is No reason they would want to buy my resale ticket when they can get a “brand new” ticket from AXS.

Zero stars, absolutely no help. I’ve been trying to purchase rodeo tickets for four days straight through axs’s app and website and they keep saying there’s a problem with the payment. I’ve used three different credit cards (all which I’ve called and made sure there was nothing wrong with the cards), three different accounts, three different mobile devices, and retried countless times. I’ve been trying to contact anyone to help for four days straight as well and finally got a call back not too long ago this morning from Brenda. Brenda was incredibly rude and said there was nothing they could do, no one else I could talk to, that it was my fault, and there was nothing I could do. HIGHLY unsatisfied, VERY upset, and this is a ridiculously unprofessional and careless company. All I want is the tickets that we’re advertised and it won’t let me purchase any, as I have tried purchasing a couple different tickets. Horrible company.

Worse purchasing app ever. This app wasted a lot of my time trying to buy tickets. It doesn’t even have a cart or some sort like when something goes wrong, like the app goes into blank screen, in purchasing tickets, and you will have to go through the steps again. Even worse is it holds the seat for a certain number of minutes, which means you will have to wait for it to timeout and release the seats before you can choose the seats again. Although it has a edit payment button when it said something is wrong with the payment that it can’t process, it doesn’t go back to the form to let you modify the information. Finally when I successfully selected the seats and checkout again, it skipped the payment info entering screen and went straight to the screen with submit button. Of course payment couldn’t be processed again. Never been this frustrated just trying to buy tickets, but what can I do because this is the exclusive vendor for the events we wanted to go?

Not worth the work to get a ticket. I had a problem with my purchase and tried for a week to get it resolved through their customer service. After 4 phone calls and 5 emails, I sold my tickets to a friend. I bought it for the wrong day and I was trying to move the tickets. The reply I got a week later was their FAQ cut and paste. Which also meant I'm doing the work to resolve it. None of which addressed my problem. I don't believe it should be this hard to get some help. I will not be using AXS again. Too much work to have fun! I got a survey request my reply: Since no one was there to help with moving my tickets I had to spend time writing and calling numbers that didn’t resolve anything. I was very frustrated when if someone answered my call or ticket request this could have been resolved within a few minutes. I managed a box office and work for a ticking software company in my experience I would not use axs again and feel like if I made a purchasing mistake it would be taken care in a timely manner. Since no one read my emails before I have no faith that anyone one cares about this one. Looking forward to another automated email…NOT! Have a nice day! I will now that I’m not using AXS. Thanks for wasting my time again! ✌🏽

Worst (Ticket) App. Second time using the app to purchase tickets, last time was over a year ago, and still riddled with the same bugs and issues. AXS apparently don’t care about their products as long as they still make money. Purchasing tickets was easy and honestly quick. Afterwords however the same issue of being unable to log into the app, even after resetting password and verifying my device. Now though my confirmation email says I purchased tickets I have no way to access them and can’t print them for whatever reason. Can log into the website fine but once again can’t print tickets so it’s useless. I’m betting the same thing as last time will happen where 5 people till they check my ticket in line it will finally work causing me much anxiety. Having problems such as these with a product you use should warrant a suing. It’s gross that companies get away with pushing out apps that a toddler be taught to make better. 10/10 would actively not recommend anything AXS to anyone.

Ticket issues!!. I purchased three tickets for friends to go to the Joyner Lucas concert. Two of the ticket were bought together and the other was bought separately. I tried to shared all three tickets through the app and neither party was able to revive them. The email sharing the tickets never went through. Then I had to send the PDF tickets to my friends. The first two friend got in no problem with the PDFs, but my third friend was denied at the door because they said the ticket barcode was expired. I got on the phone with AXS customer service, per the venues recommendation, and had them send a new barcode directly to my friend at the venue. He never received the email. I finally had to send him a picture of my ID so they could look up the ticket to print for him. It seems like nothing on this app worked! I buy tickets on other companies and never have problems like this. This is my friend time buying through AXS for other people and I’m not sure I would use them again.

DONT BUY TICKETS WITH AXS. I bought tickets in May but the catch was apparently it wouldn’t be processed until the end of July two months after I bought the tickets. So the email said it wouldn’t be in my account until July 22 at 10 am. Here I am July 22 after 10 am and they still haven’t gone in my account and the concert is in a week. I should add I can’t go to the concert anymore. No big deal I can just sell the ticket. Except I can’t because there’s NO TICKET. it says “it will appear here there might be a delay” my guy I’ve literally already waited over 2 months there shouldn’t be a delay. It’s already going to be risky trying to sell it a week before the concert which is whatever— but I still haven’t gotten my ticket. Customer service is nonexistent. It’s a self help thing that just has FAQ but no number to call and it says you can’t ask for help from a real person until you only have 48 hours until the event. What was the big fee they add on for if I don’t have my ticket and I can’t have any customer support? And the fact you have to have this stupid app to even get your ticket is ridiculous. I will NEVER buy a ticket that requires AXS I regret buying this ticket and y’all need to give me my $200+ ticket now.

Problem solved. I purchased tickets recently and was having trouble seeing them in my queue got really nervous because these are out-of-state event tickets and I needed to book flights and hotel. After 24 hours of worrying I called the 800 number which I found online. and someone actually answered the phone a real live person within 60 seconds. I was very impressed and will continue to do business with AXS. The gal that helped me out was very quick and found that it was actually a mistake I made on my email lettering missed one letter, but she found my ticket purchase and was able to correct the problem within less than a few minutes. Happy with the customer service😃

Fix it. For the love of selling me tickets, please FIX your app! Fix it so I can select the number of tickets I want to purchase. Every time I want to buy tickets for my wife and I , I have to scroll all around T-Mobile Arena looking for 2 seats together I can purchase… make it so I can select 2 tickets together before you show me what’s available. Ticket price selection is far less important to me at the beginning of my search than the number of tickets I want to buy…. I’ve been thinking for about 5 years you would improve your app this way, but still no. Also, guess what… I want it to work when I open it on my same device all the time, not have to login on my same device every other time I open the app. You know it’s my phone; I know you do. My phone scans my face and it know it me too. You’re making a fortune off me in fees every time I buy tickets so please make your app better

Never got my money transferred after selling a ticket. I tried multiple times to transfer the amount that I got from a ticket that I sold on this app, but I continuously have to keep transferring it because the stupid system won’t transfer my money. I contacted the support team and they keep repeating theirselves, and when I went back on the app to check the money was back in my sales balance and my bank account was removed. I had to add my bank account AGAIN and transfer and when I tried, it said the first transfer hasn’t cleared but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten the money transferred to my bank and now I have to add my bank info yet again and redo the same stupid routine I have to do with this app, I been trying to transfer my money to my bank after selling a ticket and still haven’t gotten it yet, I’ve waited almost a month and it says 10-14 business days to transfer yet I have to transfer it again. This is horrible, such a terrible app

I would give a 0, here’s why. This app is a hassle to get tickets, first off I had to login multiple times and it made me worried that my tickets will not be there. I constantly had to check everyday because it would log me out everyday. I even had to have the app open all throughout waiting in line for the show because I didn’t want it to log me out. Second, the app doesn’t have a history of the event. I would like to see all tickets I have used in the app and have my pasts orders in the past events tab. I went to a concert and it stated that a freebie will be included with the tickets, I never received the freebie and I thought maybe because i used axs instead of Ticketmaster, but why would axs clearly include that statement? So I emailed their support team and I haven’t revived a response. I will not be using this app again, it’s not worth it. I rather print out my tickets or use primary ticket apps. Mind you I used this back in December of 2019 and I’m still having trouble with it (March 2020).

Needs work. I don’t normally do app reviews, but this one frustrated me. The app communications are confusing. First, after requesting to transfer two tix to the person I bought them for, I got an email saying “[Firstname Lastname] hasn’t accepted the ticket you transferred...” But the name it listed was MY name, not the person to whom the transfer should go. The next day I got the same email twice simultaneously. I did buy two tix, and my friend had not yet accepted the transfer, but why two emails? Does my friend have to accept each ticket separately? When my friend did accept the transfer, I received an email saying my friend had “claimed the 1 ticket you transferred for the following event...” Wait a minute, I transferred TWO tickets. Why does the email say “1 ticket”? Have no fear, there’s a link in the email where I can view the completed transfer. Ugh! After several tries, the link DOES NOT WORK. But wait, there’s a phone number in the email you can call for help. Tried it. On hold forever while I worked in the kitchen. I finally gave up on that. That’s not all! The app currently states that the tix were transferred on March 14, 2019. Not true! That’s the date I requested the transfer. They weren’t actually transferred until my friend accepted the transfer two days later. The tix I purchased were not cheap. I would expect the venue would use an electronic ticketing system that’s not so confusing and confounding. Two thumbs down.

WHY DONT THESE SERVICE FEES GO TOWARDS PROVING GOOD SERVICE. Ive finally had it . This app is so frustrating I am going to do something I almost never do and write a review and hope somebody reads it. I’ve had so many issues with this app over the years. Unfortunately to attend events I frequently have to use it . Pages never load, I’ll try to browse tickets for sale but the pages never load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It doesn’t help . I check for updates all the time and thinking maybe I need one and there’s a bug fix but nope it just doesn’t work . - i just was clicking on a button that says tickets 25-75 . But when you click no tickets for 25. I wonder why that is . Having to pay an outrageously expensive ”service fee”. after getting through the obstacle course of technical deficiencies is absurd. Calling the 1-800 number for customer service and having to hold for an hr or have them be closed is absurd. WHY DONT THESE SERVICE FEES GO TOWARDS PROVING GOOD SERVICE

Not An Easy Switch. I’ve used the Flash Seats app for years with no problems. Recently, after making a purchase I was informed that AXS would be taking the place of the discontinued Flash Seats app effective 8/30. I didn’t have a problem with the transition until I downloaded AXS and attempted to login. It was explained that if you had Flash Seats then you already had an account in AXS waiting for you. Understandably, you’d only have to reset your password and then you’d have access to all your account content. Unfortunately, after I downloaded this horrible app, it wouldn’t allow me to sign in. I requested a password and followed the instructions, but that didn’t resolve the situation. Every time I try to sign in, after creating a new password with my already existing email address on file, I’m told that There is an account error and I need to be redirected to the help page or live chat. At that point I’m told it is “cookie” related and I can’t proceed in Safari without changing my settings. The only problem is, I’m not using Safari so it should make a difference. I’m annoyed with this application and don’t even care to resolve the issue. I’m going to really miss the easy use of Flash Seats. Too bad it makes you give this app at least one star on the review. This app is absolute garbage!!!

Hate this App. If I could give it zero stars I would. I try to stay away from events that use this method to deliver tickets to concerts. I was sold fraudulent tickets to a concert that I flew to Vegas for from Houston only to be told that I had NO tickets in the app. I tried calling customer service and their convenient hours of operation were closed. I had an email from AXS saying that tickets were being transferred but nothing in the app. I had to buy tickets at the box office for an almost sold out concert… nose bleed section cost me over $700. This is my 2nd time and my cousin is transferring tickets to my account and it’s been 2 days and I have nothing in my app. I got the email saying that tickets were transferred but I got nothing in the app. I submitted a ticket to customer service and it has been 3 days and I have no response. The chat is automated so I don’t speak to real people just AI robots. My event is in 2 days. Hopefully I can resolve something soon. I will try their customer service phone number again. Good luck everyone. Did I mention I HATE this app and their service.

Terrible company. I had some friends transfer me 4 tickets for UFC 2 days ago and they still haven’t shown up in my account even though I received an email to say they are in my account and my fiends app is telling him they have sent. The event is in less than 72 hours and I’ve emailed AXS 3 times over the past 48 hours with no response. I tried to use their live chat which is terrible and if your screen happens to go off you lose you place in line, with over 80 people in the line infront of you, I’m not sure who has the patience to be able to hold their phone in their hand for an hour trying not to let the screen go to sleep? Over all very stressful and terrible customer service with no way to contact an actual CS rep. If i don’t receive a response soon I’ll be making sure I write as many 0 star reviews on every platform I use / can find until I get a full refund.

Worst Ticket Sale Company. I’ve purchased tickets for years from multiple ticket sellers, both original and resale and have never had an issue until now. I tried buying tickets on the website, got an error with payment. The tickets I had tried purchasing were gone, but then appeared later so I tried purchasing from the website but on a computer instead of my phone - still received an error. Did the AXS live chat and they suggested to use the app and I tried again - still got an error. Asked again in the AXS live chat and they said to use the app, but not have it connected to wifi or VPN… odd but I tried again and it still didn’t work. The AXS live chat recommended I call customer support, but I gave up after being on hold for an hour. Sent an email about the issues because I ended up with multiple charges going through on my credit card, but no tickets and they were no longer listed. So purchasing through the website and the app doesn’t work - even with all their tips.

Please avoid this garbage dump truck of a company. I bought tickets to my favorite band through this company, and treated myself and a friend to VIP meet and greet tickets. The tickets did not say the time of the meet and greet on them, so I called the ticket service and the venue roughly 10 times a week prior to the event. Sent to voicemail every time, no calls back. I show up to the event very early, just in case, and no one at the venue said anything. I assume the meet and greet is after. Dope concert. After the concert I ask a staff member what's up, and they say the meet and greet was before. So not only did they not respond to voicemails/calls after not posting the time, but their staff didn't notify me where and when to go, despite my ticket saying VIP MEET AND GREET in 100 point font. Apparently only 2 people actually made it to the meet and greet that day. I call and ask nicely for a refund of a service they did not provide, and they refused, lying about every detail. I fought the charge on my credit card, and they finally credited me back a full 9 months later. The end.

Eddie. The transactions of the of computer controlled part of the app seem to work well but don’t dare use customer service for help, I just asked the First Lady, I have never done this before can you just tell me if I did this rite please, and have my tickets. she told me I could not be on Wi-Fi when using the app so she hung up on me. I had to get on my phone. When I tried the second time to just confirm I had not sent the tickets off somewhere, this lady says your not the person listed I said there are two of us one who has money and no email one who has a email my brother same last name of corse and we made sure that everything matched exactly just as stub hub told us to so she proceeded to hang up on me, and remember I was the most polite you can possibly be having been a customer service manager for Chrysler corporation for 33 years this is company so set in its ways of telling people to go eat there hat so much they can’t even be nice for one second to help a customer you know do there job correctly.

FORCED download - Horrible Experience. They FORCE you to download the app to get your tickets, regardless of purchase. You CANNOT view your ticket on desktop or web mobile, and can’t even sign in on desktop/web mobile. Glitchy, redundant and worthless app that doesn’t work if you are WiFi or VPN. While you can purchase a ticket on desktop, you cannot sign into a desktop web/mobile version. You MUST download the app, use the email you used on desktop to sign in to the app, and then go back to your desktop/web version to confirm your email address. At that point, you must then go BACK to the app and sign in to see your tickets. This is a prime example of a product team who was so focused on an app, they failed to connect account across any other platform or device. What a stupid, stupid product decision. The second I go to my event, you better believe I am deleting this poopy app and avoiding events done by this company. My deepest desire is that everyone who had a hand in building this crummy experience steps on a Lego.

No verification email. Ordered tickets online. Got an email saying I had to download this app to access my tickets, which I already hate doing. It seems every event uses a different app (seat geek, AXS, stubhub, along with all of the orgs that host their own apps like insomnia… I’ve got 6 or 7 apps on my phone with accounts passwords and email spam from each one… I just want to purchase tickets and receive a barcode. Anyhow, I download the app and have to verify my email address. Sent the email 3 times.. no email. Checked the help website “make sure to add our email to your contacts so emails don’t go to spam” did that, still no email. So now I have to contact customer service which is not available today (Sunday). Thankfully the event isn’t for several weeks so I can find some time during banking hours to stumble through the text based support system and hopefully get the tickets I paid $80 for. Ridiculous and completely unessecary. But judging by the OVERWHELMINGLY negative reviews in the App Store. No one cares.

Customer Service. I had a simple question today because the confirmation email for the tickets I purchased stated that transfer is not available for this event. The app indicated that transfer would be available a week before the concert. I wanted to make sure since the tickets were a gift for my nieces in another state. I spent 45 minutes on the app’s chat area and kept answering the initial questions but kept getting knocked off to the back of the queu again with all the info I provided erased. I then called the customer support phone number and got a condescending rep who told me that it should have been clear to me that transfer is not available for this event means right now. He talked over me, wouldn’t listen, argued with me and was really rude. Then, when I called again and waited for a half hour, the rep disconnected the call, saying she didn’t hear me before I had a chance to say anything. What is going on with this company?

Forced to download just to access what I already paid for. Just an insulting and obscenely bad customer experience that the folks at AXS should be ashamed of. After already spending hundreds of dollars on tickets (around $150 of which was convenience fees for the awesome and futuristic privilege of using a credit card online!), and obviously selecting mobile ticket delivery justifiably assuming that i would be emailed a ticket I could add to my Apple wallet, I instead find I am forced to download a buggy app with questionable security to access the tickets I just spent $400 on. And not only that: you can't even add the tickets to your Apple wallet after you've downloaded this sick joke of an app. Even Ticketmaster will let you do that - and will even let you access through a browser! If Ticketmaster is doing customer experience better than you, you have a real problem. Deleting this as soon as I'm done being forced to use it to access my own tickets and then never purchasing anything through AXS again. This is a completely out of touch person's idea of CX.

Power Hog. I will admit, I do not write reviews very often, but I was compelled to do one for this app after my experience with it. The overall app is fairly nice, but there is a massive problem with it. I noticed that immediately after installing it, my battery life on a daily basis dropped significantly. I never opened the app after the first day that I used it, yet my phone would die half way through the day, when it would normally be fine until bed time. A couple of weeks went by wondering what was going on and double checking all apps were closed for a full day, yet the phone was dead by mid day. I uninstalled the AXS app because it was the most recent app I had installed. Wouldn’t you know, battery life went back to normal. I had all notifications turned off and ensured it was not running, yet for some reason it was sucking down the battery. I would not recommend using this app until they find a way to reduce its resource drain.

WORST APP EVER! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. I wish that I could give it zero stars and it honestly pains me to give it the one. This review isn’t even going to allow me the amount or words I have to say about this cursed app but here goes, First off it will not verify your email account no matter how many times you try to resend it, so expect to not be attending the show that you paid all your good money for. The main major problem that tipped it off for me was the FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I bought VIP tickets to meet one of my favourite bands and on the tickets it said that I would get to meet them, get a picture, and hang out with them after the show, so after reading that I bought them because I thought it would be worth it if I could get some 101 time with my favourite band but flash forward to the show, AXS used false advertising on their tickets and I only got to take a picture with the band for over $500+ I then filed a lawsuit against the godawful company that is AXS! I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN AS LONG AS I SHALL LIVE!

Terrible purchasing experience. I’ve never had such a terrible purchasing experience. The biggest issue was that I had no ability to toggle between sections to see available seats and had to start the entire process over each time I want to view seats in another area. I could see the option was there to move sections within the seating view but it did not work. Several times I had tickets in my cart to purchase, only to be given an error message that my session had timed out and was taken to the beginning of the process once again. I think I was sent back to the beginning at least 25 times in my endeavor to purchase tickets. I eventually tried to switch to the web browser but it never loaded. Did I eventually get my tickets? Yes, which seems to be more than some people have experienced. But I ended up paying more for them because the ones I wanted were gone by the time I was able to finally purchase. With the amount of terrible reviews on this app for years, you would think something would change but the system seems to be as bad today as it was 4 years ago. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sketchy ticket website. I had bought three concert tickets this morning unbeknownst to me the website had charged me an additional three tickets including the ones I had already purchased the first time around. So I had paid $181 including the $181 for the three tickets I bought the first time (the ones I did not want) When you are on the final page of this website they will ask you if you want something called ticket protection which is basically an insurance if something goes wrong your tickets are protected. Their website did not inform me I would be charged $25 for this service. This charge is per ticket (s) If you are looking to sell your tickets on their app DONT. They will charge you $18 and keep a certain percentage of the sale. Don’t even get me started on their customer service. No contact number just an auto chat which is completely useless. They gave me a # that wasn’t even verifiable. Lastly, when I was on the final page getting ready to complete my purchase, there is a pop up window for ads that promise free things do not click on this. Exit out Of the window immediately. This is how I was tricked into buying more tickets. I was not aware I had already completed my purchase and was charged $181. So naturally I assumed the ad closed my window browser and did not complete my purchase. Nope. Looked on my bank statement sure enough I was charged $181 twice three tickets I did not intend to buy. These tickets are non refundable so I am out $200…. What a waste.

Extremely disappointed first time user. For the past three days I’ve been trying to purchase resale tickets and get the message “Whoops!” when it tries to process my credit card number. I’ve called customer service and they were extremely arrogant and unwilling to REALLY listen to me and what I’ve been experiencing. I tried the AXS app on my Apple iPhone and on my laptop computer. I tried using different credit cards and still couldn’t purchase tickets. I looked at complaints on the internet and MANY customers are experiencing the exact same issues - they can’t purchase tickets. If I weee someone with resale tickets I would be appalled because AXS is not providing a platform that’s dependable and working. People are going to eat their ticket costs because people who want to purchase resale tickets can’t. This is AXS’s business yet it’s totally dis-functional as a ticket platform. I’m trying to purchase $360 tickets and can’t. Unbelievable! Whoever’s running this company should be embarrassed beyond belief. As a retired CFO, I have never seen a more poorly run digital marketing platform.

AXS Customer Service Non Existent. The monopoly that AXS holds in the ticket and entertainment market creates an environment at AXS where customer service is not only an afterthought but non existent. You don’t care about customers or their needs and it shows in all of your actions and words. I am a 58 year old professional male who, on a normal year, spends thousands of dollars on event tickets through AXS. I recently had a knee surgery which will preclude me from attending a few concerts over the next two weeks. I asked AXS for a refund and they said NO go sell your tickets on our aftermarket app. This decision was 1) not customer oriented, 2) self serving as AXS would stand to make more money if I sell on their aftermarket platform, 3) glutinous because they already have made significant fees on my original purchase and now want me to sell with them again to gain even more fees. AXS’s lack of integrity and non existent concern for its customers is appalling and disappointing. I will do everything I can to NOT buy tickets from AXS in the future.

Fails to provide what was paid for. Zero stars !!! In February 2024, I bought tickets to a Bret Michaels Band concert for a Las Vegas show and because it was a special anniversary for my husband and I (our 5th wedding anniversary plus our anniversary is also Bret’s birthday (3/15) and the concert was the day after(3/16)). I also paid for the additional commemorative tickets. Since I am an international customer, the email as well as when I was ordering the tickets online said I would pick them up at the box office. When I got to the box office I was told they don’t have any tickets and never do and that this is an issue with AXS failing continuously to deliver these commemorative tickets. I have emailed AXS, tried to chat message and get no response. I hear the commemorative tickets are really nice from others in the US that had theirs mailed. I’ll continue leaving an honest negative review on AXS everywhere I can until this is rectified. **PLEASE NOTE** this has nothing to do with Bret Michaels nor Bret Michaels band, only AXS for their failure to provide what I paid for. Bret Michaels Band always provides the BEST shows and all the members of the band are so personable and always willing to take pics and chat with you before and after the shows.

No Stars?. I would give this app no stars if i could. do not use this app to sell tickets. The absolute worst and most unprofessional app i have ever used. Their customer service is also by far the worst i have EVER experienced. I was on hold for over an hour and one of their representatives hung up on me so i emailed them and then called back immediately after and was on hold for yet another hour. The email response i got didn’t answer a single question of mine so i sent a response asking for them to actually answer the question that concerned me and they neglected to respond. Save your time, use a different app. They also neglect to send you confirmation emails so you have no idea what is going on with your tickets when you buy them and when you sell them. UPDATE: received a developer response that pretty much blamed me for their negligence. I checked every folder in my email because i assumes that for sure they would be more professional then that, but again, I received no confirmation email and then my intelligence and common sense was questioned by the developer because of their negligence, again, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

#1 worst ticket vendor on the market. I attempted to use the AXS site and app to buy tickets to a highly-sought after concert at a smaller venue. I got in line on time and waited for the ticket release time. When I got to the front of the line, AXS forced me to sign in again (after doing so prior to getting in line less than 30 minutes prior), and after I did so, it threw me to the end of the line. When I finally got an opportunity to buy resale tickets (it sold out, obviously), I used the map to find seats. When I went back to view the list of tickets instead of the map view, it again threw me to the end of the line. Very frustrating to use this app and the UI is awful. Not intuitive at all. Hitting back shouldn’t put you at the end of the line, I should still have the opportunity to purchase tickets. I reached out to their customer support team, no reply, then I followed up and still no reply. So not only is their app terrible, but their customer support is incredibly poor. I will be avoiding using AXS whenever I can.

Shady Ticket Pricing. Our team was in Vegas for a soccer tournament over MLK weekend. I saw a large section of $30 tickets in the mezzanine for a David Blaine show, which was a great price point since every family doesn’t operate on the same budget. We needed 20 tickets. The max ticket purchase was 12 tickets; I completely get it from an anti-scalping perspective. To buy more than 12 tickets, you have to email AXS (no phone number). I had no idea what the turnaround on emails would be given it was the night before the show. So I buy 12 tickets at $30, and I presumed that my wife would be able to buy the other 8 tickets on her phone for the same price. Nope. The moment my purchase completed, the surrounding tickets jumped from $30 to $69! We emailed AXS, and their only response was the “sale” was over. There was no mention of a “sale” on the site. They claimed that it ended at a specific time, but it’s not a coincidence that the “specific time” was immediately after our purchase. Ultimately, a few teammates were priced out, so we had an incomplete team outing. Thanks for being so shady AXS!

Tickets disappeared after transferred. I purchased two tickets a couple weeks ago through a friends app but eventually made my own app so my friend could transfer the tickets too me instead. I got them quick without any complications but just last week to check if I still had them because I decided I wanted to sell them so I could go to another event but they were gone? Of course that was frustrating, I thought maybe they didn’t completely transferred from my friends app but they did because my friend doesn’t have them no more either just proof that they were transferred to me.. I hope I either get my tickets back to sell them or just get my money back.. I’ve already contacted AXS help& support center couple days ago but still haven’t got a response.. I’m probably not gonna purchase e-tickets again, should of chosen the paper tickets through mail.. learning experience, next time I know better

Not able to sell tickets on any other platform. I bought tickets through Vivid Seats and had to download the AXS app and create an account to get my tickets. Later when I decided I wanted to sell a couple of my tickets I listed them for sale on the AXS app. When I went to search for my tickets on the app to see if they were visible, I realized their app made it really difficult to find tickets. You had to select them from the seating chart without any pricing info. This was frustrating because I wanted to lower the price so they would sell. So I decided to try listing them through other apps, Vivid Seats, and Seat Geek, and found out you can’t list them because they are digital, not downloadable as a PDF. So the tickets I purchased from Vivid Seats were locked in the AXS platform and you can’t sell anywhere else. Comes across as shady, trapping people into a platform they never intended to initiate business with in the first place.

I don’t like it. Ok originally I gave this app 1 star and decided to upgrade to 2... I purchased my tickets on the Tick Pick app and then received an email saying I had to download this app to get them. Downloaded the app... no tickets. There was a message saying if I don’t see my tickets to “verify my email”. Clicked the verify button “oops something went wrong”. I tried this for a couple days until I decided to email support. I received an email back immediately letting me know they received my request. Then I heard nothing else from support. Call me impatient but when I pay hundreds of dollars for tickets I expect to receive them with no problems. Something told me to go on the actual website. Went online and I saw that my tickets were available but I still didn’t see an actual ticket. I went back to the app and they were there. I figured this out all on my own no thanks to their “support “ team. I will continue checking the app to make sure my tickets remain and if I have no more problems maybe I’ll upgrade this app to 3 stars.

So many bugs. Login every time???. I had to log in each time I used this app, which was several times within a couple of days. I chose the facebook login option which usually is super easy with other apps, but instead of using my already logged fb account in the facebook app or safari web browser (as every other app does), I instead had to input my fb account info every single time. Since this app doesn’t allow adding the tickets to my Wallet (which would mean sharing would be super easy), I opted to share via the app’s email share option. My recipient never received an email with the shared ticket (definitely input the email address correctly). So instead, I revoked the ticket share back to my app, and decided to show tickets for both of us. The revoked ticket would not scan properly at the venue, so we had to wait while the box office tried to figure out what the issue was...they were able to print a paper ticket somehow (I’m guessing they somehow made a new barcode?), and that did scan, so we were eventually able to get in... I recommend the creators of this app fix the facebook login issue and make sure users don’t need to login each time they need to access their account in the app. Adding tickets to Wallet is a must, and sending/revoking needs major help.

AXS is absolute garbage. Never once, *literally* not one time, in the MANY years of being forced to buy tickets from this company, have I had a smooth ticket buying experience. They are basically the monopoly, so they know they can get away with being trash. The app and website don’t mirror each other when it comes to functionality, for example: an artist sends you a pre-sale email, it’ll take you to the mobile website (no option to “open the app”), yet the mobile website is complete trash because they want you to use the app - but the app doesn’t open the link for the specific pre-sale page. This is just skimming the surface of the problems within this god awful company. The fees are outrageous (and never stop rising), they pretend to be against scalping, yet actively support it with their second hand ticket market, the app and mobile site are both full of bugs that have gone unfixed for years, they won’t remember your password and will make you reset it constantly, even when it was correct to begin with (which is a real fun time when trying to beat the cart-clock).

Can’t log in, can’t pay for tickets. I never write negative reviews but this is the worst app I have ever tried to use. I tried to get tickets for a t was in demand… found a couple of good seats and tried to check out. I needed an account. I used my Facebook account, which needed a re-login, but that’s fine. I then had to log into my Facebook account two more times. Then the app froze, so I killed and restarted it. My tickets were gone and there was no shopping cart I could fish them out of.I waited out the presumed five minute reservation period, searched again, and found the same seats. Hooray! But it forgot who I was and told me to create an account again. I linked and logged into Facebook, and then I got a page to verify my account. I did so and the app froze again. So I relaunched, and now I was blessedly logged in, searched for my seats again, somehow got them, and now I am on a checkout page that has no mechanism to check out, no functional buttons at all, and I’m watching my reservation timer dwindle one more time.

Terrible customer service and crashing app. tl:dr - Crashy app. Save your emailed tickets. Hour long customer service wait with no live person interaction. The app keeps crashing right now every time I tap the menu bar. Have had a variety of other problems in the past, particularly with tickets not displaying. I go to at least 10 shows a year, not necessarily all through axs, but probably a fair split or slight majority. Save the pdf email that comes with tickets attached, as that email bailed me out a couple of times after other encounters with their poorly working app. Speaking of poor service, called the customer service number, took several minutes just to get through the automated prompts, then waited for an “operator”. And waited. And waited. After several more minutes, I thought hmm, I’m just going to put my phone on speaker, do a little work on my laptop, and set a timer to start truly counting the minutes. I got to an HOUR solid, no kidding, without EVER getting a live person on the phone. And that was after the minutes that passed by before I actually set the timer. Boooooo Axs. How you have this market largely cornered is beyond me.

A Comedy of Errors!. Let me first say that the employee we talked with was polite and kind and tried very hard to assist us. Unfortunately, when he merged my two emails he linked the event tickets from last year to this year. I got to the event, having paid for 10 tickets, and the etickets didn’t work. So after waiting in line I had to go to another line for printed tickets. The box office tried to print off my tickets but the only ones they could access to print (we discovered after printing) were from 2021!!! This was after spending quite a bit of time talking on the phone with customer service before we left home! We had to work with the box office manager for an hour, and could only access tickets after I contacted my bank and got the payment information. We did finally access tickets, no thanks to AXS, but because the manager knew how to work around the system. I am seriously unhappy that we missed over an hour of the event, especially when we arrived before the event began, just because an AXS employee linked tickets from the 2021 rodeo to the 2022 rodeo today. I had a handicapped family member who was seriously compromised during the wait time as well, due to heat and having to climb a total of 43 rows of steps to finally get to the correct seats instead of 22, which was almost to much for her to handle. All of this because we were linked to LAST YEAR’S tickets! Really?!!!. I expect much more from AXS!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The use and ease of the app was phenomenal. Buying tickets was easy of course .. but getting a refund is a whole other problem. I understand there’s a pandemic going on, and I’ve tried being patient for weeks now. They won’t honor a refund, but the tickets will be good for whenever the show is postponed for. My husband is in the navy , which I’ve explained countless times, and we aren’t sure we would be able to make it back for a concert , seeing we were only going to be in the area for a wedding, that was also post postponed. I’ve asked to speak to managers , and gotten IGNORED. I was asked to submit a refund request after 01May2020 and STILL HAVE NOT heard anything. Again, I understand everyone has a lot going on, but they are not handling this well and have been pushing me off since way before. Will NEVER use them again. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Customer Service Exceptional, App is subpar. Awhile back, I purchased tickets to a concert but never received a confirmation email. After talking to the live chat agent, we discovered I misspelled my email when I purchased the tickets, and through talking with another agent, we got the tickets to show up in the app. However, despite the much appreciated patience and understanding of the customer service reps, the experience was really frustrating because anytime you are asked to leave the window and either check your email or log in/out of the app, the chat kicks you out and you have to get back in the queue to wait to chat with a rep again. Continuing, I think it’s rather outdated to not have any Apple feature support (paying with Apple Pay, linking tickets to Apple Wallet, etc).

Both app and website stall and never open needed pages. Please get some designers or UX researchers to research how customers utilize this app. I am a UX designer and I’ve had to re-log into the app when I’ve already been logged in multiple times, so I went to the browser on my phone and it never logged me in even though I sat there waiting. When I tried to sell my tickets on the app, the request would constantly time out. My internet connection is fine and I can connect to anything else I need to connect to. The issue is the app and website. There are multiple axs websites which is not made clear by the content of each page, so I tried logging into what I thought was the AXS customer website (assuming the others were for vendors or artists) with no clear indication I was at a different website. The visual hierarchy needs to be improved and so does the messaging and branding. I only use AXS because I am forced to for certain shows that I want to see. Please fix all the bugs and the poor, poor UX. AXS to me feels very unreliable and untrustworthy because of all the reasons I listed above.

Miserable experience with AXS app. Twice this week my family has tried to transfer tickets from one AXS account to another. My daughter ending up unable to transfer her tickets, so lost over $100. I just needed to transfer tickets to my son, but I kept getting the message that something went wrong, but it turns out the transfer worked, kind of. After several attempts, all the tickets were transferred out of my account t but one didn’t end up in my son’s. After 30 minutes waiting to “chat” (ONLY option available for customer support), they couldn’t help. Gave my son a number to call: 45 minute wait. They said he had 6 tickets ( I only had 5!) they couldn’t figure it out and he had to leave for the show. They told him to go to the “resolution desk”, but didn’t have any idea where that was at Red Rocks. Once there, it was another 40 minute wait (missing one band), before they could get in! I’m going to recommend Red Rocks find another ticket vendor!

App does not work; it will not verify my acct. I bought 2 tickets to an event a month ago and downloaded the app immediately to verify my purchase. I had no trouble signing in and viewing my tickets at that time. Flash forward a month later, day of show, and the app tells me upon signing in that I either haven’t used the app recently (I used it exactly a month ago, how often am I really expected to use it??) or that “this is a new device” (it isn’t) and I need to confirm my acct via an email they’ll send me. So they send me the email, I click “Verify Device”, which takes me not to the app but to the website, which greets me with an error message in a red box: “This session has expired. Please log in again.” So I log out of the website, go back to the email that has the link that they say will expire in 6 hours (it’s been minutes, not even 1 hour), and when I click the link, I get the same error message. I tried logging in on the app again, get the same message about needing to verify, but obviously that DID NOT WORK, so I request a new email with a new verification be sent. It never comes. I just hope I can get into the show tonight with my proof of purchase and the order number, which thankfully the WEBSITE does provide when I log in. But there are no viewable tickets with bar codes, which is what the agent at the door will want to scan tonight. Now, tell me why this is happening. And why did I pay such exorbitant surcharge fees for THIS experience?

TRASH. This app is absolute trash and i implore any venue considering to use them as their third party ticketing app (Billy Bobs Texas) to reconsider. I purchased tickets and created an account using my Facebook. I follow all of the prompts and when i am finally signed in it tell me i must “verify my email” and when i click on the link i get a message “oops something went wrong, try again later”. I have been trying to get access to my tickets for 3 days i have chatted with three different “customer support” individuals and after explaining this very issue i received the response “have you downloaded the AXS app and login with your email”. I have created multiple reports and have received only that they have forwarded to their support team and have received nothing since. The concert is in less than 24 hours and their only resolution so far is “you have digital tickets so you can use your card and an ID to enter the venue”...yeah right and have them refuse me at the door. I do not understand where the difficulties lie in this process and am very unhappy with this service. I should have used the print at home option but this was the “recommended” option. I will NEVER try to get tickets thru these frauds again. Extremely disappointed. AWFUL!!

Very hard to unsubscribe. Free trial near ransomware.. I was forced to use this app to go to the Calgary stampede. I don’t want to buy the app but it required my cc info. Now I want to unsubscribe. There is no information in the support section. There is no actual human support available. The literature misleads the user to think unsubscribing from the mailing list will unsubscribe from payment. This is a breach of ethics and a dishonest provider. I simply want to cancel my subscription. Please help.

Horrible Experience DO NOT USE.. This service is horrible. I bought tickets for a same day event. Got an email saying that once I set up my axs account the tickets would be there. No tickets. I went to the venue and waited outside for almost an hour and a half. Tried contacting support and they said I don’t have an account and to make one. I provided screenshots of my account. I was still told to make an account because I don’t have one. How would I make one with the same email attached to the account I did in fact have? Needless to say I missed most of the show I was the most excited to see in recent memory. I will never use this service again and ensure nobody I speak do does either. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This app is the worst ticket app I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been 8 months since I’ve purchased my tickets an they still aren’t available! I’ve had some things come up an need to sell my tickets an they aren’t even available for me to sell so it’s impossible for me to do anything about it! Why an event as large as big valley jamboree doesn’t use stubhub or seat geek for this is a joke! At least those apps are user friendly… this app is next to impossible to figure out

SCAM. I purchased a Superpass through the Calgary Stampede website and received a confirmation email from AXS with a number and receipt as well as an email from the Calgary stampede website confirming my order with directions to head to this app. The night before the event I logged into my account and found my ticket are not there. I contacted support who told me the venue cancelled my ticket. When I asked how that was possible and why I was not contacted, Jermica H said they can’t answer that. They can only send me an email of my receipt and suggested I go to the Calgary Stampede website for support. When I asked them how to deactivate my account they informed me I have to request to do it through their website. The website doesn’t have the request option to deactivate your account just other requests to access different parts of your own account information. The forms (I clicked all 5 which were the same) then required my first name last name, full address, email, and phone number to be able to send the request. I will be telling everyone I know to stay as far away from this app as possible. UPDATE- all 5 of the request forms were denied as I am “not a Californian resident.” When I first called for help, I spoke with Peggy who was condescending, rude, spoke over me and mocked me and then refused to help and left me on the call line for 15 minutes before ending it to allow me access to the survey. I recorded the whole thing, reach out if you’d like to hear it. I then called support again and was connected to Shaun (mind my spelling) who was phenomenal. Night and Day experiences. She personally made a request and respectfully, calmly, and kindly walked me through the whole process. I wish I had Shaun to help me when I first reached out. She alone deserves 5 stars.

Good app. I would give this app five stars if it allowed to add tickets to the phone's wallet. I get it's for security reasons because of the QR dynamic nature, but it would be nice. Maybe apple could also enable dynamic QR codes to live in the wallet.

Selling tickets. Selling tickets has been such a headache. 2 hours on the computer and chat and it’s still messing up. I’m pretty sure they do this on purpose! Won’t use this site again

5 star customer service!. I recently needed to upgrade tickets I had purchased. It was a complicated ask. The AXS rep I dealt with (Zane) was very professional and really seemed to care about the issue. He worked with the venue and his colleagues to make it happen for me. I was very impressed!

It doesn’t work!. I have tried everything. And there is zero customer service. They just keep telling me my tickets are there but the app doesn’t open with my email and password. So frustrating!

Perpetual login problems. Should keep me logged in but every time I open the app I have to change my password to log back in.

Almost never works. This app almost never loads. Tried on mine and my partners phones many times. Almost impossible to browse or buy tickets.

Terrible app. I need the app to receive my tickets for an event in a few hours. It will not allow me to create an account. What a terrible app. Make something that works before pushing it out for use at major sporting events.

Stampede ticket issues. This app stinks. I can’t imagine how/why this app is used for selling stampede tickets - it’s constantly throwing back errors. It says, oops something is wrong on our side. Yes, there is. If I wait 24 hours, I can get back in, but if I look at too many seats, I get the error and you can’t complete the purchase. Stampede needs to sack this app.

Take your money and no tickets. Paid for tickets and didn’t get them. Called a customer service agent and they were unable to help. Have to go through credit card company now. Not helpful.

Did not receive my tickets. App is impossible to get help. Didn’t receive tickets I bought. Lost money. No response. Tickpick and this site are terrible.

Using my credit card. AXS doesn’t accept the name that is on my credit card which is my legal name??? Had to use my husbands card. Very inconvenient and no one to chat with to resolve???

No after sales service. I’ve recently buy tickets for the Calgary Stampede. I have unfortunately put an incorrect email address (one letter was missing). So I open a ticket to change my email adress, I’ve gave all the information and I never get any reply. I’ve try again with another ticket, still no reply. Good app if everything goes well otherwise I don’t recommend.

Scam. RED Flags! My upcoming tickets disappeared thru the app.

This is by far the worse ticket app. Would leave 0 stars if I could. This is by far the least convenient app on my phone. Everything about it is a hassle at all times. Half the time you have to give up and use the desktop browser version to change settings. Crazy bad.

Tickets not showing up. Bought tickets online and followed all instructions to have them appear in the app, but they never did. Contacted customer support and they said they would look into it, and would take a few days to get back to me. I still do not have my tickets as of right now. If my event was 2-3 days after I bought these tickets, I would not have them in time to attend.

Will not allow a purchase. Can not complete a purchase. Tried multiple times and the app always gives an error that something went wrong. The verification email worked when setting up the account but it still asks to complete that step in the app but does not work. My wife tried on her phone and ended up with the same issue.

AXS APP AND TICKET REVIEW. I have attended many concerts over the years and the AXS App and ticket purchase was by far the best. I did not have to worry about printing off the tickets in advance and storing the paperwork. I used my iPhone and the AXS App at WILL CALL without any problems. Thank you and thank you for a great Country Thunder music experience.

Worst user experience ever. I’ve been trying to purchase tickets for the past hour. Every time I click to place the order, it just sends me back to the first page where I add tickets into the cart. No confirmation page, no failed page explaining what went wrong, nothing. So I’m not sure if it went through or failed, and now I’m just hoping my card didn’t get charged multiple times. I can’t even do a simple task like purchasing tickets on this app! It also doesn’t even have a field to put in an email when purchasing tickets! I expect to get a confirmation email and receipts whenever I make an online purchase and they don’t even do that! The most basic thing! Worst user experience ever, I don’t even want to buy tickets anymore.

Vince/Amy Christmas Show. I have been buying sports/music tixs online from the beginning. This will be our 7th year, 9th show coming to see the Vince/Amy Christmas Show at The Ryman. I have NEVER in all my years experienced anything like today. Where did all the tickets go? As much as I detest TM, at least when I select my tickets they give me a time window to complete the purchase. Every time I selected a small block of tickets, when I hit the purchase button, they were gone. How hard can this be? When I tried to buy 3 tixs, then 2 immediately behind those, it wouldn’t let me as they were not in a block! Talk about amateurs. My wife and I finally relented to but 2 aisle seats directly behind one another. Guess what, you don’t allow that neither as they are not a block! I tried so many different options you fine folks finally blocked me out. So, we set an account up through my wife. Then had to go in 3 separate times to buy 7 tickets, in 3 different sections. This is 2023, not 1998. You folks did something I didn’t think possible. You made me long for dealing with TM. How you took something that heretofore was pretty seamless and turned it into a total cluster is beyond me.

Can’t log in to account, customer service won’t help. I’ve had the app for a couple of years because our favorite concert venue uses it. It worked fine at first. Now I can’t log in to my account on my phone. It says they’re trying to save us from Bots, or something. Anyway, the last event I tried to go to, I could not log into my account. They have no phone number to call, so my options were live chat or submit a ticket. Since it was day of the event I had to use chat. I spent two hours trying to chat because I would keep getting disconnected and have to start over! When I finally got a “resolution” it was go to the ticket office, they can help you. Turns out they couldn’t. I guess I’m stuck printing my tickets from now on because their service is a joke.

So frustrated. I purchased tickets to a show that is happening in March. They said the tickets were transferred to me. I log in and get this error message saying, “Are you a real fan?” With a whole bunch of error codes. I log out and back in. Still the same thing. My email is correct. My password is correct. I reach out to customer support and they said the WiFi can’t be on. Ok great, turned that off, logged out, logged back in, and still the same thing. I have uninstalled, restarted my phone, downloaded the app, logged back in and still the same error message. I even got that message on their website. I’m starting to think this is a scam and should have gone with a different service. Can’t they just email me the codes for the tickets or text them to me?

Worst customer service experience ever!. I had tickets to the June 2020 Big Head Todd show in Red Rocks, Colorado. The concert was rescheduled for 2021 due to COVID. I received three email confirmations over the next 12 months confirming my tickets for the June 2021 show. I flew to Colorado to attend the concert and the day before the concert I got an email saying my tickets were now reserved for the show in 2022. There was no way to reach customer service because it was Friday after hours. I was forced to buy new tickets. I immediately sent a customer service request to get a full refund for my original ticket purchase. It’s been three weeks and no one has replied even after I sent to additional follow-up emails. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I’m not sure I’ll ever get my money back (almost $1000k by the way). I’m disgusted with the entire situation and lack of response!

Worst App/Company Ever!. I bought 5 tickets for a UFC event in July and turned around and sold two of them within 12 hours (due to 2 of the guest being dummies) and AXS not only took $60 in a seller fee. Then they tell me my money will be ready in 7-10 days. 13 days later I go to check and now my money is sitting in their app account! I transfer it out to my account, tells me another 7-10 days. 4 days later the money is back in their account and not mine. So I try to transfer again and now 3 days later it is their money again! So I got to talk to someone in live chat and now there is a disclaimer stating that I can’t transfer my money or access it in anyway until after the event which is 3 weeks away and also in Vegas where it would be great to have my $750 back!! This company and app are trash! Avoid at all cost! DO NOT USE!

Poor business model. Ax’s and SeatGeek have the worse customer service and business model I’ve ever dealt with ever in all my years as a consumer. Customer service is essentially non existent. There is zero ways of communicating via phone. Also in order to have a live chat which I’ve attempted multiple times is a joke. As soon as a persons number gets low enough to actually chat the line goes dead. You’ve made it absolutely impossible to get reimbursed for a concert that has now been postponed for greater than 2 years. And the date you’ve given me will be greater than 3 years from My purchase date. No company with an ounce of ethics would do this. And it’s not like these tickets were 20 dollars. I spent 392 dollars in which you will not refund, because of course the concert got postponed not cancelled. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Not ready for the public. Just bought tickets for a show in March and have to log in to the app to see them. It keeps putting me in an eternal loop of “to log in you need to do a captcha in your email!” Then I go to my email, and having already done the captcha, it automatically says I’m approved to log in. App does not acknowledge email captcha is done. Send another one. Already says I’m good to go. Repeat. Based on everyone else’s different experiences… this app was not ready to be released. Not to dog on the devs, more on the execs for making them push this with so many bugs for something that kind of needs to be bug-free. Would much rather just have tickets in my Apple wallet than have to worry about any third-party app in general, but one with this many issues, is just WOW

Mediocre. Others concerns don’t relate to iOS version. The reviews criticizing the privacy concerns all read articles regarding the Google Play version, which is riddled with excess permissions. Looking in Privacy under Settings with this app installed, the iOS version does not have access to contacts, the phone, messages, or anything other than location. It does not (at least for me) request anything outside of what Apple assigns by default. All that said, the app is OK. I very much dislike how it allows and encourages selling your tickets through the app. That defeats any attempt to stop scalpers. Just now they have to go trough the app (which I’m sure AXS gets a cut of) rather than hawking outside the venue.

Poor Customer Service. This was my first time using this company to purchase my tickets. I opted for the payment installations. Breaking up my Country Thunder tickets into four payments. They over charged me (double charged for the first transaction) I was 99 in queue and not one person went down in that count after 30 minutes. I emailed them. Nothing. Downloaded the app and the tickets are there but it isn’t showing my payment due dates, amount owed is showing zero and they still haven’t contacted me since over reached out to customer service three weeks ago. It’s very unsettling purchasing tickets form a company that doesn’t have a 1800 number or when you don’t get any relies from their so called customer service email. Praying this all works out come time for the concert.

Tried 6 times to buy tickets. Will have to go online.. I am shocked at how high the ratings are on this. 1. Choosing seats is very difficult. I can’t zoom in close enough. So I have to try to tap on five half-grains of rice, all in a single row. 2. Only gives five minutes to complete the order. I understand why this is necessary, but it isn’t long enough to put in credit card info and billing address. And yes, I am copying and pasting it from another app. Still not long enough. 3. And if, after putting in the credit card info, god help you if you tap “Continue” instead of “Done.” All your work will be erased. By then, you will have two remaining minutes to put in the credit card again. This time, make sure you tap “Done”! Or it’s back to square one. I will be going to the webpage on a desktop to complete the order.

Terrible. I’ve been to around 100 concerts in my life and this is by far the absolute worst company. Period. You can’t get into your account on the app or online. Customer service is a joke. They don’t give you a service or ticket number and delete your chat completely whenever the agent considers your conversation done (even if you’re still trying to get help) and they don’t send you an email. So there’s no record of your conversation anywhere. They don’t call or email back after the chat agent claims they submitted a ticket. The same issues occur numerous times. Frankly, if you have to use this company to keep your tickets for paperless shows, don’t even bother buying tickets. You’ll never see them or your money back.

AVOID. I tried to purchase a ticket on my mobile device and the transaction timed out/gave back an error indicating a system glitch occurred. I then moved to my laptop thinking the service would be more stable. I was able to successfully purchase a ticket on my computer but I then found out that the initial transaction went through and I had been erroneously charged for both tickets without any indication to me. Within minutes of discovering this I tried to contact support. Chat support was very unhelpful and frustrated me further. Rena assisted me on chat and said nothing could be done, then disconnected the chat after ignoring my last message. I called in and after being on hold for over 30 minutes I finally connected with Kimberly who was calm and collected. She did a very good job explaining the situation and provided a path forward. There is a strong likelihood I will not be refunded after the AXS system glitched which is bad policy on behalf of AXS. AXS should stand behind their product when it glitches. Instead I am left holding the bag regretting my decision to use the service.

Charged for tickets I don’t have. I was trying to buy parking tickets for kcon LA . It kept saying it ran out of time so I went back to search for tickets, I never got any emails saying I got the tickets . But they charged me anyway . 3x???? !!!!!!! ... they sent me an email but want confirmation number !..how am I going to have a confirmation number if supposedly didn’t go through???.. I don’t have anything but I got charged three times... the parking ticket for the 11th said the same thing that I ran out of time but when I clicked on closed it showed that the payment went through and I actually got the email and confirmation number for it but not the one for the 12th. That’s why I kept going back to search for tickets..... they are not tacking care of this issue... bad experience and horrible service..

Trust me, I was scared... Based on a lot of the reviews on this app and this site as a whole, buying tickets from here felt like a risk. But I’m happy to say that nothing but good things came from my experience using AXS. Most of the other sites were selling the tickets I needed for $54+ before fees and this one was selling it for $24 after fees so I felt like I definitely won in the price. After purchasing, my card got charged and I immediately got a conformation email which provided me with the info I needed to access my tickets and the app made it very easy to do so. I will definitely be using AXS again.

Please stop this idiocy. Engagement farmers forcing you to download a useless app to drive up their share price and attract ad spend. Utterly disgusting, user hostile practice. Someone sent you a ticket? Must download app to get in! Found this out the hard way right before a show.. at a venue with bad cell service. A scammers delight, and the scammers are running the company. Shame. Shame. Shame on you all. This company and all like it will win in the end, they already are. Just let me have a ticket and I will praise your service. But we don’t care about the user, only our advertising partners. This needs to stop, man. I would rather risk getting mugged selling tickets on Craigslist than the guaranteed mugging that is using this god awful “service” ever. But too bad because this is allowed, and they have the capital to make it the norm! Go eff yourselves, concert goers!

AXS is the absolute Worst. I had tickets transferred to me for an NBA game. Two days prior to the game my tickets disappeared from my account. I had to contact support through the “live chat” feature which is archaic and very poorly managed. You must leave the chat window open or else you lose your spot in line. Needless to say I stood by my phone for 2 hours making sure it didn’t lock out just for them to tell me that “seller canccl tiekets”. Which I didn’t even know was a possibility. It’s not. They lied because they can’t actually help there. And their English was atrocious. I submitted a service ticket online and they took two days to respond with the link to the live chat then marked my issue “resolved”. So now my tickets are gone, I’m out $300, and no one knows why. I may have to pursue legal action.

monopolizing the scalping business corporate sized. There’s no way around using this company, but they claim to make ticket buying fair and free from bots via their lame “waiting room”, but the bots still exist and they still have the power to resell tickets for double the $, but AXS doesn’t really care or want to stop this since they make extra money on the fees generated from the transfer or tickets (higher the price, the higher the fee they get.) The app also has a resell market where they advertise “tickets may be sold for more than face value”... ok how is this keeping things fair? If they really wanted to they could easily keep the ticket purchases within their own app and make a price cap for all ticket sales... but they don’t bc their interest is not keeping it fair for the fans, it’s monopolizing the fees generated from scalpers upping the price. Garbage.

Reliable and easy. After some hesitation of some negative reviews, I took the chance of going through AXS. The event I procrastinated getting for was sold out through the main distributor. Other sites were selling at 3 times the value!! I got my tickets at awesome face value with AXS. After seconds of ordering, they were both on my registered app. We got in easily with the e-barcode on my phone. My daughter and I had a blast last night at concert. Not sure why other people had issues but seems like have fixed the glitches. We will for sure use AXS again.

Shoddy app & no customer support. Bought tickets through SeatGeek and they were mobile transferred via AXS. I downloaded the app and created an account using the email address I purchased the tickets from. Per the instructions, tickets should have been mine at that point, but they never showed up in my account. Seller tried transferring the tickets 3 times and I still haven't received them. Because the tickets are showing as “accepted”, the buyer can no longer send them to me via another avenue. Customer care basically told me they can see the tickets aren’t in my account, but they can’t do anything to help me because I bought the tickets through SeatGeek. This is in spite of the fact that the tickets seem to be lost somewhere in AXS’s garbage system, not SeatGeek’s.

Frustrated and worried about my tickets for tonight.. I’m not sure why I shouldn’t be able to access my tickets through the confirmation email OR website. To only be able to use the app to access my tickets is crazy, especially since logging into my account online is the only thing that seems to work at the moment. The trouble is, I am putting in my correct login info into the app to sign in, but the app always crashes and brings me back to the login page. It suggests enabling cookies, which I have, but the link it provides for more information doesn’t open. I’m already concerned about the show tonight because I can’t get to my tickets that I purchased months ago. I’m incredibly disappointed that I am forced to use this app. I wish I didn’t have to give the AXS app any stars because I can’t even get it to work from the get-go. Such a shame.

Faulty App. On multiple occasions when attempting to purchase tickets using the AXS app, an error message would occur when processing payment. Thinking that the purchase did not go through on both instances we repurchased the tickets only to discover minutes later that the original purchase was successful. We would discover this after checking our email for the second purchase. Lone and behold, the initial purchase did occur even though the app indicated there was as an error. I’d let it slide if it only happened once, but this has happened on multiple occasions! Lesson learned…check email before proceeding to purchase the tickets again. Sounds simple except when you’re trying to get tickets for a high demand event.

Bad experience with AXS. I was told I was getting handicap accessible sitting, when we got to our event, they weren’t the right tickets and we were placed far away from the basketball court. We got dizzy just looking down!! Hopefully, I will never have to purchase tickets here again. Although, when you do not live in an area where the event you are interested in is taking place, one has no choice but to purchase tickets through the phone. When you call to ask about the tickets, the representatives who work at the facility the event is taking place are so rude and keep telling you they can not help you because I bought my tickets through a third party. Of course, they will say that because they already took your hard-earned money! Nobody cares in this type of business because they already have your money!

Worst ticket buying experience, EVER!. Seriously, you removed the waiting room and your system crashed when I tried to buy Monsta X tickets. I tried to purchase tickets on four separate and different devices, including a regular PC, and your website would not work. It would then bring up seats that were open, and when I tried to purchase it will would state link was bad, and kick me out. I tried calling and was on hold for almost two hours before I had to give up talking on to someone. And in the end, I didn’t not get the tickets that I wanted. This was the worst experience I have had with you, and my other experiences have left me being kicked out or losing tickets that I was in the process of purchasing. I’ve lost amazing tickets because your site messed up. I don’t know what your developers need to fix, but the app and website need HELP!

This app does not work. I bought tickets months ago and when I try to open the app it says I need to verify through an email. I tried for several hours to get it to send me an email and it does not. I tried using their live chat which was very frustrating. It put you in a queue and then after waiting to get to the first in line it boots you out. I have no idea if I am going to be able to get into the event tonight. I have a feeling this is happening to more than just myself. Plus, the amount that I paid for these tickets was ridiculous considering I got them so early. The fees they added on for this heartache are completely ridiculous! i’m trying to get a hold of a human being at the venue to see if there’s anything I can do.

Terrible app. This app is one of the most frustrating things I have ever experienced. The hassle with trying to login is just ridiculous! For an app that is so important to accessing your tickets, you’d think it would have a seamless login procedure. Nope. This app would not take my CORRECT login information that I set, so I had to login with my Facebook account that has a different email attached to it. So finally I’m able to login, but of course the tickets I already purchased are not there because they are under my other login that the app WOULD NOT TAKE. The websites attached to AXS app should just let people access their tickets from their emails (like they used to before this whole app craze) since this app has so many issues that you can’t even get to them. It’s pointless. We don’t need an app for everything. Especially if you can’t even get it for work properly.

Please venues, stop using AXS. Hello fellow concert lovers. I am sure you have experienced the struggles of trying to buy a concert ticket nowadays with all of the fees, time constraints, scalpers, competing fans, queues, etc. Having a malfunctioning ticketing platform only makes it worse. This is why I am asking you to ask concert venues to stop using AXS. I have hear the wave of AXS disapproval from fellow concert goers. The website and app malfunction and spit out error messages like someone yelled "encore". There are plenty of smooth options such as Ticketmaster and LiveNation. AXS does not deserve our fees when they do not provide the service they are supposed to. This plea is prompted by AXS error messages costing me 2 concert tickets too many today. Join me in asking venues to permanently switch providers away from AXS.

Tickets not showing despite receiving email that they were delivered to my AXS account. First time leaving a review ever, too many issues I felt the need to now.I purchased tickets on December 13th and had to wait until 4 days prior to the basketball game to receive a confirmation email that the order had been processed. With the game being less than 24 hours away, the tickets have yet to appear in my account despite receiving an email that they had been delivered. I received a missed call a from AXS but they didn’t leave me a message not sure why. Every time I visited their website, I had to reenter my login and password information. I have been given different instructions on how to access my tickets either by the AXS mobile app, the Laker app, or Flash Seats app. TERRIBLE!

No diligent support. Your email requests for support will not be returned, there is only chat support to follow up to that. When you finally get someone to help, they do not read your requests and just copy and paste replies that are neither helpful nor relevant to your issues. You have to keep providing the info like order number, etc, even if you have already done so, because associates do not read your requests. Waits for chat support are really really long and associates have no will of helping and provide really misleading and completely wrong answers. It’s really mind boggling, I have not experienced customer service this poor in a very long time. If you have an issue with your order, brace yourself for a very unpleasant experience with likely zero helpful outcome.

Scammers. I bought 2 tickets off stub hub, they were “delivered” by a named individual via AXS. I saw them in my account after delivery. I check back a couple weeks later and the tickets are gone nor is there is anything in my order history. I still have the email confirming the delivery (with said individual named on the email for proof). I reach out to support to see what happened - they claim I “cancelled” my tickets. I clearly did not do such a thing as I would have also requested a refund. No further guidance given from the support team other than reach out to stub hub, even through the tickets were delivered from another AXS user. Robbed of $300 and a good experience. No help whatsoever from support team. Don’t use these guys, shady bunch.

Worst app/service ever. I’ve had the app for about 3 weeks now and have not yet been able to get my tix through it. It keeps putting up an error message and won’t even let me log in, while at the same time, I can log in to the website. Only problem with that is you can’t access or print the actual tickets for there. I’m currently on hold with AXS after 3 dropped online chats over a period of about 2 hours. It’s a continuous loop of chats, call attempts and e-mails with no resolution yet. At the last show I had to show the guy at the booth my original confirmation email so he could put the tix back into their system and print them. Not only was the app useless, it caused us to miss the show opening due to the time it took to do this. I’m actually considering not going to venues that use the AXS service

No tickets in the app. I bought tickets 2 weeks prior to the event. It says I need to claim it in the app. First I wasn’t able to register in the app bc it always gives an error. Then I was able to register using Apple ID (which has the same email as I used for purchasing tix) and there is nothing to claim in my account! I truest don’t understand why I paid so much money in delivery fees and I have so many issues getting what I paid for. If your app is so problematic why can’t you send ticket to my email? On top of all I can’t even call this company and I have emailed several times with no response. Avoid this seller at all costs. I will wait for couple more days but I feel that I will have to fight for the refund. Ugghhhh makes me soooo mad.

Design limitations and flaws. It appears that I can only transfer one set of tickets at a time to a single person. In my case, that means I have to transfer 20 concerts to a single person one at a time. I have to repeat that process 80 times just to transfer rodeo season tickets to three people. Next, there is not enough information in the automated emails when tickets are sold. I have tickets in two different locations and I have to log in and look to see what actually sold. Was it field level or was it club level that sold? All I get is x number of tickets sold. Finally, when I transfer tickets, the automated email should include the seat location of what was transferred, not just the quantity and who received them.

Not user friendly. Not committed to solving the problem. Forced to get tickets through this provider or else would have been gone to another app. Question. Why can’t I put the number of tickets I need in the filter? So when I think I found a good seat there is only 1 seat, not 2. Why is the map so small? When I filter out the price it shows me seats within my price range but also seats that are not in my price range in the same color blue, so it’s confusing. Not even gonna talk about the hidden fees you can only see at the checkout page because that’s every ticket company now, which is a bigger issue. If multiple people are complaining about the same thing. When will they listen?

Worst ticket buying platform I’ve used. Bought tickets to my favorite standup comedian and this app will let you select available seats even if it isn’t available. It will come up as “oh no another fan beat you to these seats”, but when you click back, the seat is still marked as available. This is really frustrating when you’re trying to buy seats a popular show because you would have to keep guessing which seats are actually available. Buying tickets shouldn’t be a game of guess and see. I took me 7 minutes of clicking around to finally select 2 “available” seats. Even then, it leads you through a long process of “signing up” in a time crunch with a 5-minute counter at the top. I had to click ‘forgot password’ even though I never had an account in the first place.

Repeated Log In Error and Blank Window. I’ve never written a negative review in the app store, but this felt appropriate given your app did not work. Just bought a ticket for the tyler show. I set up my account last night, logged into the app and and tested to make sure it had all of my info and that the password autopopulated on my phone. I went in at 10:00 AM today and quickly got to the head of the queue. When I tried to sign in, the app said that it was having a problem connecting to my account with the only option being “try again” or the option to go back and edit the log in info. I hit try again 10 times with no change, so I tapped the option to enter new log in info. This led me to a blank window with just the timer counting down that would not populate with any other info. My only option was to tap the back button which kicked me out of my place in the queue. I went through this process two more times until I gave up and tried the website which worked immediately. I lost out on the chance to get tickets closer to the stage 3 times because your company advertised this app as the platform to use.

HLSR tickets at NRG stadium. Purchased tickets for two performances Luke Bryan Feb. 28 and Santana March13 Only one of the performances was verified “Luke Bryan”. Second one “Santana” did not complete. Also - when purchasing for the second event “Santana” I had to enter a second/different card number because a message would pop up saying I could not use the first card due to it was already being used for another purchase. ???! After I used a second card and submitted payment I never got verification of the purchase so I tried again to purchase the tickets and got a pop up saying I was unable to make the purchase because the second card was already in use. Why. The “ Santana”purchased tickets are not in my events ticket list WTH is going on. Sorry but AXS had ample time to prepare for the consumer rush to buy tickets. In my opinion this makes AXS a Lousy site to buy event tickets. I’m very disappointed in AXS. Because of your error messages, credit card already in use issues and no confirmation of purchase for Santana I did not get my second concert tickets. I waited in line on the web and followed all of your instructions and still didn’t get my tickets What a sorry sight. You owe me Santana concert tickets in the 126 section

Dumb app UNACCEPTABLE service.. I’m a 62 year old senior. I’m not totally ignorant about technology and apps. I’m no kid either. The tickets I was trying to purchase I did NOT think the purchase went through. The app just kept spinning 😵‍💫 I finally started all over. Unfortunately I ended up with 4 tickets. 2 sets of 2 tickets. I IMMEDIATELY tried contact them HAHAHAHA they are impossible to reach via phone. I tried their chat system. They told me they’d refund my second set. Guess what?? Right! They never did. This is a horrible way to conduct business. No customer service at all. I’ve tried chat 7 times. I’ve sat on the phone for over an hour. Nothing. No response. This is a horrible app and a worse company. Shame and Greed are their middle names. Big tech strikes again 🐉 I’d like my REFUND PLEASE

Sellers beware. I listed 2 tickets for sale on AXS on Monday. On Thursday, when I checked the app, the tickets were still there; even had option to cancel sale. Since the concert was in less than a week, I also listed my tickets for sale on Stubhub on Thursday. Today (Sunday), I got an email from Stubhub that my tickets have sold. I go to AXS to cancel and make the transfer but the tickets weren’t there! Confused I checked my emails and discovered my AXS tickets sold last Tuesday. But if that is the case, why was the AXS app displaying my tickets as unsold on Thursday AFTER they were sold? I would’ve never listed them in Stubhub had it not shown them as still available! Now I’m in a mess having sold 4 tickets with the only 2 tickets I have.

No Longer Able To Choose Seats Via The Seatmap. Why are we no longer able to choose seats from the seat map vs having your automated system choose seats for us? I want to be able to choose the particular seats I want. Why is that no longer or an option or if it is an option you’ve made the app unintuitive and we aren’t able to navigate the app to choose our own seats for concerts and events. I notice that this functionality is still the same on the Ticketmaster app where you have the option to choose your own seats or allow the automated system choose seats for you We want options. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tool ticket order dropped. So I tried to purchase Tool tickets at Staples in LA and I had my tickets in my cart I had 4 minutes left and while I was typing in my CC info, the time kept ticking down. The app was clearly having issues from the moment I tried to NOT add parking knowing that the time was ticking, I chose to add parking to avoid any further delays, it finally added parking and then while I still had 1:30 left to place my order, the app stopped, froze and dropped my order and advised I email customer service. So I did... but nothing can describe that feeling of getting tickets to one of your favorite bands and then having it all fall through because of an extreme crappy app/ server whatever did it. I give this app NO STARS, but I have to click at least one apparently.

App does not work! No evidence of purchase. I have been in an endless loop of dead ends with this app that won’t even let me log into it! I’ve reset my password multiple times, verified my email and phone number, entered multiple access codes, and even tried to log in through Apple and Facebook. To no avail. I finally got in a queue to chat and ask for help where after waiting for 30 minutes to reach someone, was told to disable WiFi. Once I did that, the chat disappeared. Am I being punked? If there wasn’t a charge on my credit card for hundreds of dollars I would have no evidence that I actually purchased tickets for this event. I still don’t know where to go to find my tickets. Thankfully, my event is a month away so I can work on finding a solution. They win the irony award. I can’t even access AXS. 😡

They Didn’t List My For Sale Ticket as Indicated. I had purchased a ticket that I realized I could no longer use, I went to sell it through the AXS website, where I had purchased it, and had received confirmation that it was listed. This was flat out lie. I found out that it was never actually listed available for others to purchase, apparently because the show was not sold out. I was not aware of this criteria, it doesn’t make any sense to me, so I ended up eating the $85 cost plus fees of the ticket, because again, they said it was listed, which it never was. 3 days ago they said they would elevate this and try to help, 72 hours later absolutely nothing from them. Absolutely terrible. Proceed with caution using them.

Scam!!! Beware Bad bad bad. Updating to add that they won’t let me delete my account or data. They make you fill out a form to “request” deleting accounts and data and then I received emails that they “cannot fulfill” the request. This app is a data mining app. Report the app to Apple if you use it! Previous review: Requiring people to have the app and create accounts for tickets is ridiculous. You can’t screen shot what was emailed to you; you have to have the app. The TSA at the airport will allow me to use screen shots of my boarding pass to scan, but you require an app for “account security”? You need things to be more secure than at the airport? No, you want to track people’s data and market to them and force their consent my forcing use of the app. 👎

Deleted my tickets?. So my mom bought me tickets to the bandito tour to see twenty one pilots, my all time favorite band. I was happy and excited. I logged into the app and saw the tickets. Later it logged me out and I logged right back in. Later my mom asked me to send her the tickets and so I went to the app and it logged me out again. I logged in and it said I had no purchased tickets and no events. I logged into the website and it still said the same thing. I don’t know if it had deleted my tickets or if it’s a glitch but I don’t know. I am very frustrated and very mad at the app because I was very happy and excited to see twenty one pilots. I am never and I mean NEVER going to buy from the app again until they fix this! I don’t know if the app just takes your money and deletes your tickets after or what but I’m very frustrated! My show is on Friday and I so wish I was able to go.

No Transfer Option on APP or Website!!. I purchased two tickets as a surprise gift for My daughter because you’re supposed to be able to transfer the tickets! However, neither the app or the website give me that option! There is no “Transfer” luck/button/field in ether location, just the ticket QR code/ID. The “chat” and Support doesn’t seem very helpful! And gives a canned response. The interface is terrible. Sent an email to Support- let’s hope I don’t get the same “canned” response letting me know how easy it is to transfer these tickets! The event is in a few days, and I’m not holding my breath- if I could get my money back I would ask for a Refund instead. I may have to contact my Credit Card company to get this resolved!!

Don’t purchase tickets through axs. Just yesterday I tried getting into an event that I purchased tickets from AXS a week before the concert was happening, but I was never sent my actual ticket in order to get into the event. I tried contacting them but still received nothing, when I went to the event in the hopes of the people who work there to help me with my issue, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it, and that I apparently purchased a fake ticket from this app. I had also purchased another ticket through this app for another event that was happening the day prior, but received nothing in my email once they told me my ticket would be sent after the purchase. My advice would be to actually purchase a ticket through the venue that you’re attending, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP.

PayPal users beware!. I spent 2 hours trying to buy a couple of concert tickets using PayPal (an option they make prominent on the payment screen). I tried the app, I tried the website. Got an error on payment method every. single. time. I live chatted. That rep said she had no trouble on her end and recommended I call the customer service number to buy my tickets. After listening to the same cheap, sing-songy melody for 25 minutes, I spoke to a rep who promptly told me he could not indeed help me (no PayPal by phone). He assured me all I had to do was disable my WiFi and uninstall/reinstall my app and all would work fine. Did that. It did NOT work fine. Two hours later, I wound up caving and switching from PayPal to a credit card - which I did not want to do. Please get your act together!

Worst ticket experience I've ever had. Bought 4 tickets to an event in october for a few friends and I. I was unable to transfer the tickets so I thought I'd contact customer service. Turns out i need to input my entire life story to request support and no one gets back to you for 3 weeks. After my frustrations I thought I'd just sell the tickets. I listed them on the app and checked back in a week. I saw that I now had a balance in my account and no tickets so I guess the tickets sold. I thought it pretty odd that I didn't even receive a notification when that happened. Currently, I've been trying to transfer my money out of my account for a few weeks but after a few days, I see that my account balance always goes back to where it was. I have no idea how to get my money out of this app.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW FOR SHAIA‼️. All these reviews are true about the app difficulty when trying to access your tickets. Although, we as customers, should NOT have to jump through hoops nor be stressed out about something we’ve spent money on, planning to enjoy, SHAIA HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. She was the 2nd rep I had been connected with & was super professional, despite my eager/frantic tone. She was able to transfer my tickets to another email of mine, after creating a different account. Crazy but it worked! AXS, y’all need a whoopin. S/o to SHAIA!!

Really bad. The app it’s really bad guys, I bought 2 tickets and then they canceled it, (I said “it’s fine it happens”) so I bought another ones they 5 hours later still without receiving my tickets they call they lady said “yeah we cancel your order” ok? And without explanation without reason she hang up.. , I got really mad, but I try ticket master and when I wanted to buy tickets my card was decided because they took 800 out my account because of those 2 transactions,,, and still haven’t received my money , and for some reason at the 2nd transactions they made me send pics of my ID and pics holding it and some other Bulls*ll , like seriously bro 😤and now at day before the concert with no tickets and till haven’t received my money!! They just SUCKKKK
