Perfect. Makes chosing a probe and test frequency very easy...do not need to use an instrument wizard or a book, or even a PC. Useful and ultraportable. Thanks GE
Useful, could be improved. Great for when a technician has to use an issued laptop and cannot access the usual excel apps common for the purpose. The new version's colors are not great contrast for aging eyes, and the wall thickness field will not accept dimensions in thousandths for some reason.
One size fits all. Best eddy current probe app I've ever seen
Just ok. The APP wont accept actual tubing wall thickness and rounds up to nearest size. This throws off the prime frequency by a huge amount.
A bit lacking. Seems to favor only non ferromagnetic materials. An expansion for high carbon steels and feritic s/s would be good for reference.
