Useful Business Tool. This is a great app that is pretty accurate when scanning most business cards. I’ve been disappointed by other app developer attempts but this one actually does a good-great job. The other feature where you connect to an email account and let the program ‘scrape’ your emails for contacts is also a very handy and accurate feature. Well done team!

ScanBizCards. I LOVE it! Extremely easy to take a photo and save it. The app then immediately takes the info and alphabetizes it. This is a great app for keeping all my business contacts, medical professionals, etc. all in one easy to use location.

Great App!. I have a ton of cards and an IPhone. So I built a little platform out of plant carton, added four paper clips to adjust the height and now I can photo all the cards I have in just a few seconds for each card. And I can add them to my directory and it also saves them in another file in the app. It is Very accurate too. I am one satisfied customer!

A true free useful business app.. An excellent free app for scanning business cards into the I phone contacts database. Recommend highly to every business professional. No more lost business cards or lost contacts info.

Good app… but. I have been using the lite version of the app for several months, and it is really good. It reads the cards correctly about 80% of the time. I needed to export my contacts, which they say the Pro version of the app can do. I paid the fee for the Pro version, and it did not work. It says it can export to excel or outlook. I tried dozens of times and it didn’t work. It said it had worked, but the exported file was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to their support team, they were no help. Sent a video of exactly what I had already tried multiple times, but offered no other solution. In fact they told me that no other customer has had this issue. I guess they’re calling me a liar? Very poor customer service. Do not pay for the Pro version.

AVOID - INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Got the ‘lite’ app and saw a banner telling me it was on sale for 1.99. So I decided to get it but instead was charged the full price. Wrote the developer thinking he’d honor the special price since it’s his mistake he didn’t remove the banner. But oh no, I’ve never experienced this before, by the way. His answer was something like “tough, deal with it.” I swear this is the first time ever I’ve gotten a response like this. Usually vendors honor discount when they make the mistake of continuing to advertise a special. This guy obviously isn’t interested in growing his business. Thus, I wasted my money because now I have to delete this crap app. I cannot keep using an app from someone who goes out of his way to be rude. I recommend you AVOID.

User For Years- Solid App. This card scanner is ideal for anyone that receives any amount of business cards. After scanning, it adds the contact directly to your Contacts app. Some cards it transcribes with 100% accuracy. Some cards that have funky fonts or strange company name placement may need a little tweaking, but usually very little. Great time saver! Love it!

Great app for business cards and more.. I use this app for not only business cards but for anything I need to look up fast. We RV so I include the truck and trailer license plate image. We also have brochures, restaurant menus, medical cards, insurance cards, car proof off insurance cards, etc. not the intent of the app but it works well for me.

Works great. I’ve had it several years. This app enables me to scan a business card, save the info to my contacts, then throw the card away. It saves a color photo of the business card and uploads everything as a new contact. What more could you ask for? It is able to scan names and numbers accurately most of the time, but if not, it has easy correction features.

Great App. I have been using the app for a few years now and it is great, save me a lot of time and space, no longer I have to carry a bunch of business cards until I have time to input them into my phone contacts

Scans cards. Scans cards and accurately reads most phone numbers and addresses putting them in the proper categories. Minor manipulation may be necessary to accurately put the information in the proper slots. Saves time entering them in my contacts list.

Great App!. I have been using ScanBizCards for a couple years now and haven’t even looked for anything else. It is simple to use, fast and accurate. Some cards are harder to read than others so there is some editing needed but for the most part works well. One tap to move the contact into Outlook as well.

Love it. I love this app. It usually picks up all the right fields but even if it doesn’t it’s super easy to edit and syncs with my iPhone contacts. It also backs up to iCloud, which is great. You can’t beat this app in terms of value, especially if you receive a lot of business cards like I do!

Great Organizer. I recently moved into a new home, and collected many business cards from cabinet, tile, drywall, etc. businesses. I didn't need to add them to my contacts, I just wanted to clean out the drawer they were stashed in. This does the job very well. I'm really pleased!

Works as advertised! ^.^. And does everything it promises. But one way I use it was not advertised; I use it to keep entry's info OUT of my address book. Sure I want to save info on people I meet, but don't need to fill my address book (of over 1200 entries already) with one time meets. So this is my 'just in case' secondary db.

Needs Improvement. This app could improve by having a better keyboard for the phone number field being able to enter dashes as the number transcribed is usually wrong. Also, it should have an ability to delete any that you have submitted for human transcription. I’ve had one submitted for over a year and it still shows pending. I would delete it if I could.

Title : My Business card diary. I use this App to carry a copy of all my business cards. When ever someone needs a referral for a service I can look up my favorite and recommend them to my friends. Name, phone number and type of service are all I need to get top notch service for my self and my friends.

Best Business card scanner.. Found this to be the most accurate business card scanner for iOS. 95% of the time it correctly parses text on complicated cards into the appropriate fields. Easy to assign text to card fields. The other half a dozen or so that I tried cannot hold a candle to this app.

Scanning. For the most part good program but sometimes it won’t let me move various names or other material. It keep blinking back and soon as I copy and try to move it and paste it it moves back. The program in the past was pretty much flawless. Not sure what’s been changed but not sure it’s an improvement

Great application!. Do I don’t have the opportunity to use this app often when I do it works flawlessly and is very easy the price was right and if I needed to use it more frequently I would probably chase the full version without hesitation!

Buy More Credits?. I just purchased this app so I could start sorting my business cards in a quick and easy way. After purchasing the app you get two credits to transcribe a card then you have to buy more credits. What???? Why did I purchase this app if it’s not going to transcribe for me? I’m a little disappointed to say the least right now. Yes, the app will work if I manually put the information in but I was looking for a time saver. 🤦‍♀️ This is no time saver unless I purchase more. Bummer.

A useful app although imperfect. I love the idea of snapping a picture and storing business cards’s and then not needing to find them again. I am not giving it a five star rating because often the information is not transferred accurately and I have to manually make corrections almost all the time. That partially defeats the purpose of ease and convenience that this app is intended to provide.

A good app even better now. I have used ScanBizCards for years and it’s far better than previous. They have less errors when getting data from the scan. I would highly recommend this app.

Best business card scanner ever. WOW! easy, straight forward, dummy proof, super convenient and super cool. I’ve already turned 20 co workers unto this. At first people freak out when you take and return their business cards back to them. Then, you show them the end result and their hooked. And immediately start downloading the app. Super cool and dare i say sexy too!

Excellent time saver. This program has saved me a great deal of time. I've tried several other card scanner programs which don't read as well or require you to upload to a database. This one is fast and accurate. While there was a minor issue with the new version o iTunes, I was provided with a resolution within minutes which fixed the problem (that alone was worth the $7.00). I reccomend this software on a regular basis. It saves valuable time

Best Credit Card keeper I ever had. Best way to keep up with business cards and then be able to import them to your address book and calendar if you need to make a call at a particular time. Good work to the developers.

Great for managing boat cards. We are cruising on our sailboat and most sailors carry boat cards with their boat name, radio call sign and other useful contact info. This app makes it easy to store and retrieve that info the next time you share an anchorage with someone you should remember.

ScanBizCards. I like the convenience of being able to scan my business cards and having the ability to pull them up at the touch of a button. I love that you can merge them into your contacts. There are a few problems; misspelled words, incorrect phone numbers, does not capitalize letters that are capitalized in the URL’s and email addresses; you really have to double check closely that everything is correct and if it is not, correct it. Overall this is a very helpful, time saving app.

Best Bizcard app.. I cannot tell you how neat this app is and how much helps keep down the clutter in my motorhome. We travel a lot and encounter many business cards. There is no question that it helps declutter while always having access to every important card, everywhere we travel. It is easy to use and we love it.

Don’t give Apps like this your data in the USA. I don’t like this app because to use it effectively one has to grant permission to them to allow full access to your contacts in Outlook & allow them to edit your contacts thru their app. This is dangerous considering the amount of cyberstalking & cybersecurity lapses by even better developers than these. I don’t want these people to have access to my friends, family, business & work contacts. It’s not safe at all.

Business email required. During original setup, I discovered that this app does not support gmail accounts, but rather it requires a business email. After trying everything I could, I contacted support for assistance or refund. I received no assistance but was sent on a wild goose chase to get a refund. I canceled subscription with no refund.

This app is such a timesaver! I use it all the time. I suspect that I've use this for about three years first as the light version and then as the paid version. I rarely give comments on apps. But I felt that this one needed and deserved some commendation. I am a performer who also does a lot of public relations work for myself and of the artist. This app is a godsend when it comes to all of those people who give me their cards and say send me some information on you. This allows me to do it in the car in the parking lot often before I leave the event. I love it.!

Very good app. This app saves time and improves efficiency. I've showed this to my coworkers and they've been very impressed. It takes a little patience to make some corrections when OCR is complete but it's still much faster than typing it all in to a new contact in your contacts list.

So easy to use. I have not been using this app for long, but there is hardly any learning curve, at least for basic functionality. Just point and shoot, and you have captured the business card and added to your phonebook.

Always a go to for contacts. This app has been a go to at several different stages in my life. Just scan and information is there very few times do I have to edit mostly because of the business card format. KMW

Easy to use, excellent support. Found that I can add cards quickly & the edit function is great. Had a question about syncing between iPad & iPhone & issue was resolved quickly.

Solid app for business cards import. I use it for many years. It is much stable than it used to be, but still many little bugs or missing features that you would expect from an app such as this today. Anything from more stability, to missing features such as auto cropping and perspective adjustment. (Like the Office Lens or the DropBox scanning behavior)

Great Application. Downloaded this application looking for something that would help scan some cards. I’ve had it for some years it’s been fantastic. It’s very seamless and synchronize is very well with all the different applications. I strongly recommend this for anybody that’s looking a way to store cards and not have to have them anymore and physical,sometimes it can be difficult to scan, but adjusting lighting and focusing a little bit helps out

Excellent app!. This app is excellent for people who need to store a lot of business cards for fast and accurate reading. Tried a couple of other business card readers but this is the best. I would highly recommend this app.

Card scanner. I have used this app for several years as a caregiver for my adult son with a TBI I had to keep many specialist in my phone . My son has since passed away but many things I need are still there

Great App for review of business cards. This app is very easy to use and helps copy & store business card information. The info can be transferred to your address book for easy recovery.

One of the better one, but far from perfect. I have tried several biz card reader apps today, this one has been the only one (what a surprise!) can actually read the company name from the card which I used for testing. The problem with this one is the OCR created a lot of spelling errors. The lighting condition has to be very bright when you scan the card, and you have to make sure to let the card fill up the photo area. I assume it is that the imaging processing/OCR part of this app does not set the contrast and resolution correctly. If they can solve this problem, I can give it a 5 Star rating.

Great for quickly capturing contact info. I use this app a lot. It it’s especially useful when someone has only one business card left in his wallet. I always have to edit scanned info, though, for correct spelling and numbers.

Very Good. The program is very good. Unfortunately the OCR is not as good at reading the business cards as would expect it to be. The software should be updated for the scanning to be more accurate, if at all possible. Many times I have to make changes to be accurate on the information the software is trying to read.

Technical support. I had an issue with exporting my cards into an excel sheet. I contacted apple support and they couldn’t help me, in fact they made me delete the app and re purchase the app. I wen ahead and email ScanBizCard they called me back and fixed my issue. I believe the techs name was Cesar amazing customer support. I was back running and grateful that Cesar was able to help me. Apple support learn about the app before you give advise, ScanBizCard great job.

Love it. Are used to use this on another phone and I remember that I loved it. Out of several different that I tried. It did tell me to go to settings and change something and the only way to go to settings was to say OK but it also said it would not show that again. And I don’t remember what that was once I got to settings that I needed to change. So I am hoping that someone can email me with that information. Please let me know.

Terrific scan App. Works well most of the time. Just double check before you save the data. Huge timesaver and as a bonus you can see the actual business card as well as the data. Definitely recommend.

Recommend this one !. I can really recommend this app ! When my boss asked me to scan 500+ cards we have in office I thought Omg it will take me an hours to find the right app for that ! 😱 But I was lucky to find this one . Highly recommended app. I'm impressed every time I use this app. The scanning accuracy is nigh on uncanny given how all over the place business cards can be. I've only used the lite version so far but would readily recommend it.

Business Card OCR. I have only done one card it worked perfectly but need to test it more thoroughly. Currently I would recommend it, it seems to be very good at optical recognition (OCR)

Simple & Useful. It is very simple to use. Granted it's not perfect. It may not recognise certain text or fonts on occasion resulting in the need to manually correct the error but that's not really something to whine about as it does a pretty good job for you to avoid typing all of the information on the business card.

Worked perfectly first time. I scanned a card using my iPhone 6, the client had a PhD picked this up and I merged it into my contacts. This is fast and easy to use app!

Impressive!!!. Checked out a couple other apps & this is the best hands down 👍🏼 Only one that lets u snap the back of the card - kinda important!!! And most accurate in transcribing info from card to phone. Also lets u view pic of card simultaneously so u can easily check accuracy in transcribing. Am impressed 👌🏼

Does everything I need-very well. First biz card app scanner I tried and once I did, I stopped looking

I need something better. Poor scanning results are sadly too common. Also, while it’s much better to edit in your contacts app, getting there is clunky. Also, it’s disappointing that when you have multiple cards to enter from the same company you can’t copy/edit. I was looking for a slick, smooth and reliable scanner. This sadly isn’t it.

Frustrating app.. Frustrating app 1) does not allow manual input of brackets around area code or - after first three numbers of phone number 2) does not accurately capture email, website, address info so every entry requires manual correction 3) files the entries under last word in name which means incorrect location for company names

Does what I need. Recommended, my go to biz card scanner Does what I need it to do OCR not perfect but mostly good, on occasion OCR has so many errors it would be easier to just type in contact info off of card than correct all the errors

A pretty good card scanner. App requires you to type in manually about half of the items on half of the cards. Works only on very clear font. I think it’s slightly better than cardscan.

Best and easiest way to save a contact. This app makes it very easy to save a business card and all the contact info without actually carrying around that card.

Seems to be working fine. I had a NEAT scanner many years ago and this works just as well. Sometimes gets confused with fancy script and bold letters, but works about 80% perfectly

Works well. App works pretty good a lot of times you have to edit many of the fields through the way it reads the cards but it definitely save some time

Good but still requires proofing and editing. Your optical reader still makes many mistakes even on standard card layouts. However I like the functionality and interaction with my phones address book.

Doesn’t insert to all contact apps. On my iPhone, I have Outlook for work and Gmail for Personal, but this app seems to only save to the iOS contact app. It would be nice if it would auto magically load into all contact apps installed on the device.

Overall Good. I like the app overall. I just want to store business cards. Don’t necessarily need them in my contact list. This fills the bill. My only complaint is the scanner function. It doesn’t do a very good job. I usually use another scanner app to do the actual scanning and save it to my camera roll, then import it into this app.

Great business app. I no longer have to worry about keeping a large file folder with cards. It is all with me in my phone. Easy to use and back up.

Great app. Great app, however it might need an update for newer iPhones as it’s out of focus if too close, there is no way to zoom from far out to get a good image for ocr.

Business Cards. Great & easy to use. I have been using about 5 years. I love it ! This app is great! No need for any changes & thanks. Easy to use and access cards.

Easy to use.. I never lose a card. I take a photo of the card also and save as the finished contact photo.

Camera might be the problem.. Doesn’t focus well on latest iPhone, not recognizing content because of it. Otherwise great app.

Avoid app. This app is crap. They let you get all your info loaded on then start trying to charge you . Each time app is used you have to wait 5 MINITES TO SCAN ANOTHER CARD.

Very pleased. Been using for years since was CardScan. Miss not having on PC as I had it auto dial thru my internet phone. Still a great program

So far so good.. I have used this on my personal phone and only started using it on my business phone. It works reasonably well scanning, and allows me to save to contacts.

Great app - simple to use. I have used this app for several years; it is simple to use, has exactly what I need, is very accurate in scanning and transcribing, and the information can be easily exported to usable data sets

Scan Biz Cards. I’ve got over 20 years sales experience and bar none this is my favorite program. I love the ease of use, the transfer into my CRM and the photo in the email that reminds the person what I look like. I’ve kept this program a secret because it always gave me a competitive edge over those in other companies. Without reservation I recommend this program to anyone who has a stack of business cards that haven’t been sorted, scanned and filed. MM

New version good. But the text recognition is less accurate than the previous versions.

Time saver. The app works well and the service from the developer is great helping me to figure out the import function to my contacts database.

Oh, Yeah! Use It!. Fantastic! Backs up to iCloud, integrates well with its own software and Apple contacts! You can back up to the iPhone itself also! Definitely get it and use it! The optical character recognition is really good when you scan things like business cards and it stores a picture of the business card as well! I You can always propagate the business cards to other devices too!

Great app. I love this app because all my business cards are in one place and they’re organized once I scan it they’re backed up and they’re saved and I can throw the paper one away.

Needs a web interface like it used to have. I’ve always this app but they eliminated the web based editing site and adding features is how u get better not eliminating them.

Still scanning like a champ🥇. I got this app a while back, it still does his job effectively. It doesn’t always get the text right, but a lot faster than I can input.

The best organizer. This thing works great keeps all my stuff in order don’t have to keep looking for everything I recommend to anybody works great.

Great Job. I love this app! Now whenever I get a business card I scan it to my address book. I’m amazed at how well it reads so many different prints and designs.

Love it!!. Some cards don’t scan well, but some folks have non-standard cards. Otherwise, ScanBiz cards is great!! Who needs paper cards anymore.

One of most used apps. Love having all business cards ready anytime i need them. Never have to carry a book full of business cards

Needs update. Have used for several years but requires an update ASAP for newer iPhones as the focus is poor when close in. Moving the camera away from the business card allows the focus to return but information isn’t accurately collected due to the distance. Once the developers fix, it will again be a 4-5 star app.

It's great!. This is the best card scanning app that I have found and used. It sometimes has an issue with overly stylized cards and fonts, but still gets about 80% or better on those. Highly recommend using it.
