Outstanding Printer App. The only App on the App Store that works. I purchased the app because my canon printer app doesn’t work. I don’t have AirPrint so, therefore this app simply works. $4.99 is a reasonable price for an app that allows you to print. I want to say thank you!

It so totally works would give it 50 stars. So I emailed the customer support advising them of all the iOS/OSX devices & the old hp office jet 6400 all in one printer I have. They were sure that this would work for me because they've had customers before with this old printer that had no trouble with the app. Oh did I mention the turn around time for my questions was no longer than 10 minutes at the most. That is amazing the fact that it worked with my printer was also amazing! I was able to print no problem. So I upgraded to the $9.99 & was able to print even more things. How awesome is that! Today as I was adding my email accounts my iCloud wouldn't authorize. I contacted customer support for settings & again within 10 minutes I had my answer. That is customer service & support of the world class variety! The person who helped me was Andrea a wonderful & helpful person thanx Andrea. I will be back next month to get it for my new iPad 3. This is such a EZ & cheaper solution to going out & spending $ on a new e-print / AirPrint printer & dealing with ink cartridges for 2 different printers UCK! Probably won't do much printing from the iPad but this is a much faster easier solution. Don't you think?  so click the download button & print something!

Great App!. Finally, an app that truly works with almost any kind of printer. If you are looking for an app that actually works with almost any network, this is your app. It does cost a little up front, but worth the one-time purchase.

Totally useless to print contacts. I tried, on several different printers, & none would print more than 1 1/2 pages of over 700 contacts, which was about 7 contacts w/ all the info & notes. Tried all the helps & nothing worked. This is the most expensive app I've purchased & now I wish I hadn't. Part of the problem in selecting just one of their many apps is they all do about the same thing. I chose the one with the highest number of reviews. NOT A GOOD INDICATOR!! This is one program I'd like to get my $$$$ back on.

Why did i contact them? Because my settings were wrong. They gave me many options to resolve my confusion . The app continues to get even better like printing straight from the clip board .

60 days of print your emails $5 bucks. The above should be the headline of this app before you dive in you’ll know. Some people want an app to print documents from a year ago in their emails. Not a particularly specific slander to this app alone. Pretty much all apps are similar. Well maybe not all.

Completely useless free app. If I could give this no stars, I would! I had hope that this would help me print PDFs from my iPhone with a non-AirPrint printer. But, it turns out that they want you to purchase their $10 upgrade if you want to print anything more than plain text that you type/copy & paste into a box or their document, promoting the upgrade. All those other things that it claims the free version can do, it does not. I suggest looking elsewhere! Double thumbs down!

Print Direct. This is an extremely useful and convenient app. It is the first one I've found that works easily with my Dell 968 all-in-one printer; all it needs is a quick installation of the free WePrint app on my PC. Tech support is the fastest I've ever encountered and the six-dollar price tag is exceptionally reasonable.

Overall Performance-I Like It!. Has been working well for all my iPhone document printouts for the past 2 years. Good product!

Great app. I installed it and it works great. Only thing though, you have to upgrade your account for $9.99 in order to print documents, emails and more. You have to install the software on everywhere computer you want to print from. when your ready to print you will have the option to choose which printer you want to print from. NOTE: you can print from any printer wired or wireless when printing wired you have to install their software.

Superb Printing App. This app has never failed to provide me with instant access to a printer over my wi-fi. Works wonderfully without the need of Air-Print. I have tried other apps and found this app works and does not require a ton of setup steps to start printing. I highly recommend it to anyone with a smart phone or a tablet.

Was a Great App until the recent upgrade. This was a great app until the mist recent upgrade - worked on both my iphone and ipad. After the upgrade I can not get the app configured to print nor can it locate my WiFi printer nor is it user friendly. I liked this app as i did not have to download software to a computer, which now looks like I may have to to get it to work. Too bad I paid for an app that now no longer works. With this update - it is not worth the money.

Exactly as advertised. This free IOS app enabled me to test how well the maker's technology works with my networked HP 2420dn. The answer is: reasonably well, with easy setup but does not access the printer's more advanced features, such as double-sided printing. Now I know what to expect if I buy the full app. I appreciate the developer providing this free trial.

Worth Every Penny !. Im retracting my previous statement as I jumped the gun. Customer service did infact fix the issue at hand... The software is very good . Thats probably why I was very upset that it tried to charge me again. Problem fixed.

PrintDirect by EuroSmartz Ltd. This is a great product for printing documents from my iPhone. I had upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and I had a minor issue gatting it started again but Jennifer at EuroSmartz had it working ASAP. They havegreat 24/7 support. My problem was a connection problem and not really a PrintDirect issue. The app is excellent and works great it prints on my home network and work network as well. Thanks to Jennifer for her prompt response very little down time. HCS printdirect & itunes customer

Tried Many Print Programs Kept this One.. I have had this print program a very long time. It has been consistent . It is also the only program I have used that would override the rather invasive HP program. Not there is any big issue with HP but it was not as versatile as this one. I have enjoyed the ease of use and reliability I have received from Print Direct.

Great App and Support. I had purchased this app and then my IPhone was destroyed and I had to get a new one. When I installed the app on my new IPhone it no longer had the features of the purchased version. I contacted support by email and in a very short time I received a response back telling me exactly what I needed know to activate those features without having to pay a second time. Thanks so much for your help Andrea! :-).

If you need it, you can make it work. Ten bucks is by far the most I've paid for any app but if your like me and still using your trusty non-wifi printer then the money is well-spent to get something I can't have without airprint technology. I was willing to spend the money but I'm still not so happy about giving up Ical,address book, safari,and my email programs just to allow print technology. It appears that you cannot simply call up print from these standard application like the airprint technology. In place is a series of there own versions of these programs which you must reestablish your setups to have print capabilities for an in-comming document. I also have to add yet another web server program to the already several installed on my mac for my printer to be seen on as my network device. All in All It is finally satisfying to be able to print from the phone, just played with it but not sure over the long haul if will be convenient enough to use everyday. Looking forward to see if improvements are made to interact with the standard group of programs. I am not keen on having to shuffle a document all over the place to print it.

Doesn’t work with iCal. The setup of this app is not at all transparent, and ultimately could not get it to work with iCal. I followed all the steps (several separate ones) that I could locate on the app to set it up with iCal, but ultimately none of them worked. Don’t waste your time and money on this one.

The only full featured app that worked!. I became very frustrated with wireless printing apps because I purchased, or tried other free programs to install and use my HP Wireless printer and they did not work. This app installed my printer instantly and works excellent!!

Finally an App that works without "AirPrint" hardware. This was a tough excercise looking for a print app that would work with my iPHONE 4s. Finally hit the right one that does not need an Air Printer or any other software to work. I can print straight from my iPhone 4s to my HP 6940 office printer via my home WLAN.

WorkFromHomeMom. I LOVE PRINT DIRECT! So convenient, especially from anywhere in the house, from any of my devices and/or phone (where most of us work from anyway). Also great for my kids when printing up homework & research info. Although, we mostly use PDF docs, it's just so easy! Thanks Print Direct for your app!

It works!. I struggled to get the Epson print app to work with my Epson printer. I finally gave up and tried PrintDirect and it worked like a charm. It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. The constant requests for me to upgrade are a little annoying, but otherwise I'm so very happy.

Quick Response!. I had submitted a review at the last update asking to fix a problem that was created by the update. Not only was I contacted by email with a workaround but the patch came a couple days later!! Now that's service!

Great app. I used this app allot when I was going they highschool and starting college. Now I'm half way thru my BS and I upgraded to the iPhone 5. I tried to use it and it said I needed to purchase it again. So I sent an email and within N hour they replies and told me how to download it (took 30 seconds) and I was back to printing websites and emails. Risk consultant. So far it appears to be an excellent app. It is allowing me to view, edit, and reply to all my work related data when away from my desk. Then after a long day on the road I am able to print items from the app to my printer without having to go upstairs to my office and booting up my laptop. Excellent assistant for my business needs

Resolved. App stopped working as required. Very annoying but the help/support team was very prompt to offer solutions which helped resolve the problem. It does seem that the app has some teething problems but I will continue using it and working with it as it is quite useful and user friendly when working.

Needs improvement poor print quality. Easy to connect my Canon MX885, however print quality is sub standard. Documents print double and graphics in 16 bit. You can use pc/Mac application however I need to be able to print quality docs direct from iPhone thus not worth the effort or coin.

Very Good!. I paid for the upgrade after testing that it works Ok. Printing is great even via 3G and I now use the app as my main file manager as you can move files around, create folders, the printing of your contacts to a PDF is also handy. It can also access and transfer docs between drop box and google docs ( and others ) all from the one app. Keep up the good development work!

Won't print to HP LaserJet 4M. UPDATE: v1.7 freezes when I enter the setup screen. It finds the printer but I can't complete setup. I'm running iOS 5.1.1 on an iPod Touch 4th Gen. This app won't satisfactorily print to a networked HP LaserJet 4M (via HP JetDirect). It prints a few pages of gobbledygook then many blank pages. It appears that the printing driver is not correctly configured. The supplier suggests installing WePrint on my PC. I'm guessing that's a server. So this would mean firing up a PC just to print a 1-pager from my iPhone. Not an elegant solution - if I switch on the PC, I might as well bring up Outlook while I'm at it and forget the app.

Print quality substandard. You need to buy an expensive upgrade to make this app useful. After you do you'll find the print quality is substandard and wish you could have your money back!

Useful app. I was looking for an alternative to buying an AirPrint printer. I tested the free version of this app and it worked with my wireless/wifi HP printer! It printed directly from my iPhone and iPad without the extra software. Worth the $10 to me to be able to print directly from my iPad and iPhone. great customer support too!

Poor quality for a good app. Waste of $. Good features make you want to spend the money to upgrade. Poor print quality makes you regret why you spent 5.99 upgrading.

Something Fishy. When the reviews are either 5-star or 1-star, I begin to wonder if PrintDirect is writing their own reviews. Tried it, but didn’t pay for the upgrade. It actually printed low-quality stuff to my printer, but it’s just too clunky and haphazard-feeling for me to want it even if it does work. YMMV

It works!. I've tried all the printing apps available in the app store to no avail until I found print direct. The testing is easy and it worked with my HP C6180 wireless. It would be great if the app could print directly from Safari without having to search in the print direct app. Otherwise it is amazing to be able to print from your iPhone.

The best app of its kind for my old printer. It works the best with my old home wireless network-connected HP 1022n out of probably six apps that I tried. I find it to be fast and reliable.

Great app. Awesome. Start with the free app. Be patient at the beginning because it is connecting and testing and slow. Once it is connected it works great. Then it is worth the $10. I have an older wireless HP and don't need to buy a new one.

Not Happy!!. This is not a good app. Not user friendly. Difficult to print over WiFi and 3G/4G. Does recognize my Brother printer, but documents take too long to print or doesn't print at all. Had to setup a Gmail account for printing and I still had problems printing. I wish I could get my money back!!!!!

Crap. Complete CRAP is perfect for this ! Another user said bait and switch in a review which is also perfect to describe this also . Download this for a complete description of what you can do .....after you by it for ten bucks . If something says it will do something for free it should ,ten bucks isn't a huge deal but be honest up front and for that reason alone I ll buy someone elses app to print with

Great app. I purchased about 2 months ago. It will allow me to print from my iPad and iPhone with ease. No additional apps needed and my home pc does not need to be running for it to connect. Works great with my HP 4510 wireless printer/fax/scanner. Works in all 3 modes!

10 bucks are you serious lol. I would never pay to print from my phone. I would rather search all these free apps and just print from my computer at home than pay these schmucks 10 bucks to do what will be free if I wait long enough for iCloud to update itself. So far so good!. It's been a very handy app. I love not having to go to my laptop to print something quickly. I have a wireless printer but it isn't an "air printer" that my iPad required, so this app had bridged that gap.

Up grade. Still haven't use all. It's a little different the the old app but so far it's great let you know more as I use it.

Doesn't print microsoft documents direct. Great for pdf files, but not for microsoft documents. Viewed and printed documents are in squashed font. The work around is to download weprint to your computer and print through your email, which means you have to leave your computer on all the time.

Print Direct. Works well with my iPhone, I had a slight issue with my printing of emails but Holly in customer support took care of it quickly. I would highly recommend this app.

Great but .... Just got iPad and printing did not let me change properties for my printer which defaults to 2 pages per side. I wanted to instead select 1 page per side. How?
