TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I installed this today and emailed them a very simple question "can I connect wirelessly from my iPad 3 to my wifi capable laptop directly without going through a wireless “network“(modem/router)". The first two responses were form-letter responses. The next 8 or so emails back and forth just got ridiculous. They never answered my question, instead just kept giving me the same answers they had already given me. I explained it 5 different ways. A simple yes or no would have sufficed.

It Worked, After You Purchase the Upgrade, That Is... It will print a test page, and then that's it until you purchase the upgrade. Once you buy the upgrade it works well. It's certainly not free though.

Buyer beware. I downloaded this app thinking I could print directly to my network enabled printer, as the description states. But you have to first purchase the $5 upgrade and, you can't print directly to the printer unless its wireless enabled. If you don't have wireless enabled or wireless at all, you have to install WePrint on your Mac or PC and leave that running in order to 'relay' the print job to the printer. If my computer can print directly to my networked printer, why can this software?? Useless in my view. If I need to have wireless enabled, I might as well just use AirPrint

Very pleased! It works!. I use my iPad for many business applications including Word, Power Point, Trial Pad, and numerous other Apps. This App absolutely solved my problem as to how to print from my iPad Apps. I upgraded to the for-pay version and it works with all my Apps and my Brother printer. I am very pleased. It works!

Classic Bait and Switch - in my opinion. Can get app for free. Can test printer function for free. STOP. Have to pay to use. Have plenty of apps that I can Use for “free” and have the option to pay for “additional “ services. In other words, receive basic functions. “I'm Melissa and thanks for getting in touch. PrintDirect allows you to test which printer driver works best for your printer for free before you make the purchase to use the app. This is described in the description.” Yes Melissa it is buried after screen shot labeled “local files” and paragraph of all the “wonderful “ printing capabilities the app promotes. “Prove that you can print to any printer for free. Upgrade to unlock all of the features below...” I’m sorry but paragraph above touts capabilities so I would think most people would read and understand that they would be getting those functions above AND if they decide they want “ALL OF THE FEATURES BELOW..” they can pay. Cost is not identified until 9 paragraphs later and then you have to click on “In-App Purchases” to reveal cost. Thanks Melissa for telling me how “obvious” the cost is stated to be able to use app. You are not forthright - deceptive advertising at its best.

Great printing app. I'm a retired IT Specialist. I lived & died by how well my laptop was working. Now I rarely turn it on because there are so many apps available on the iPad /iPhone that let me do the same things AND more. I'm using a HP wireless printer with the original iPad. I've been using this app almost since it came out. There was nothing else that compared. Nice going folks. Keep it up.

Amazing!. I really like apps that let you try it before you buy it. Print Direct lets you do that. If only they were all like that, sure would save me a lot of money. I downloaded from app store, clicked on the app icon, it immediately showed me my Brother Multi-function networked printer as an option. I clicked test print, walked into the other room and there it was sitting on the printer tray waiting on me! This all happened in a span of about a minute and a half. Now I just need to click upgrade for around $9 bucks. Not a bad price considering all the apps I bought and didn't know if they worked or not because I wasn't allowed to try them first. Believe me, I have a lot of paid apps sitting around collecting dust because they simply will not work or I had to jump through a lot of hoops just to get some use out of them. Great job guys!

Printing with iPad. I think your app is great. I'm still trying to figure some of the things out but at least I'm able to print to my wireless printer without a problem.. Thanks and keep up the good work,

Good pgm. But I can't stand being pestered to re-review programs that correct a misspelled word, or add some off the wall support that does not impact me. I'm sorry that you're so insecure that you need praise every week. Is my willingness to pay for it, not enough? Maybe developers ought to get together and tell Apple to shove their review system where the sun don't shine!

works as advertised. I am very pleased with this app. I wanted to connect my HP Officejet 4500 wireless printer with my iPad (this HP model is not on the AirPrinter list). I had no problems with the set-up. The free test app is a great way to make sure the product will work, but just note that you get to test print with a document provided by the test app, not a document of your choice. The other features that come with the app are icing on the cake. I'm back in business with my New York Times crossword puzzles! I wish I had found this app before purchasing the Times puzzle app.

True productivity. One of my most important apps. Makes my iPad a true productivity device. It has been invaluable to me to be able to print over WiFi at home and in places like the Middle East and China while on business trips. Worth the money for the full app.

Life saver. This app is great! It’s the only way I can print from my tablet.

great app. We have an older HP printer, and this app allows me to print using my ipad with that printer. I also have an HP laptop that is brand new and I cannot get the right drivers etc. so my new HP laptop cannot be used to print to my old HP printer. So am thrilled how well this app works on my ipad.

Easy to Test, Upgrade, Save $$$. Love my current WiFi printer; but, it would not communicate with iPad. Considered buying new "airprint" supported printer; but, for $10 this APP solved all my problems. The initial download to test printer communication was free so felt confident that the upgrade would be worth it. So far have tested variety of material on iPad and all printed just fine, no formatting problems, no hassles. The developer could be a bit more clear about the need to buy the full upgrade in order to actually print documents, e-mails, etc. But putting the free "test" APP into you hands first might be the best way to sell the upgrade. Anyway, $10 was a lot better than paying hundreds for a new printer when the HP Photosmart that I have right now was working just fine for all my other needs. Hey....I can print from my iPad without dropboxes or clouds or anything else that would only make the process more complicated!

Best. Only app I have found that works for me. Friendly to new users. Anything worth using has to be paid for, especially when it comes to getting work done correctly. Do not blame the tools, for not understanding what to do yourself.

PrintDirect don’t buy!. I spent hours yesterday trying to set this up and running on my iPad 2 to print email and from Pages. It simply doesn’t work. I wasted the whole day. I had lots of nice emails from EuroSmartz with unclear directions. I went to their web site for their trouble shooting advice only to discover that they say it currently cannot print email or from Pages. You can only print from inside the PrintDirect App. I downloaded Print ‘n Share, also by EuroSmartz, and it works great to print from the other apps on my iPad 2. I’m hoping Apple will refund the purchase price of PrintDirect. Bottom line, don’t buy this app.

Pretty snazzy. Took me a little while to figure out what to do. Even though I was seeing available printers the timer kept spinning...so I was sure if was finished searching. Then it backs out to beginning screen. After a couple of times I just selected a printer while it was still searching and selected print test. Worked!

Great App and Support. I use this app almost everyday. It works perfectly for my web browsing and email printing needs. I upgraded my iPad recently and had to saw i had " buy" again, so i emailed support and got very quick response. Within an hour or less I had my resolution not a day or two later with other apps. Thank you!!

Doesn’t Work. Tried everything to simply print a webpage. Read the instructions and watched the video. Print webpages button doesn’t work. This app is a waste of time.

This software works!. Print Direct works well printing from a mobile device via a local print server running WePrint in the background. It appears to be the best solution for printing from a mobile Device. Thanks, PrintDirect for having a print solution for my mobile Devices.

Great customer service. All the people who have left negative feedback have never contacted the company! They have the best and most responsive customer service on the web. Like many, my primary printer does not work with this either but it is because of Lexmark, not the developers of this app! They are helpful and it works great with my HP!

Print problems solved. This app has solved my printing problems I had with email and associated attachments. There is a slight learning curve involved using this app but, it was worth it. I am glad I purchased this app.

It works great for me. Updated: This has been one of my longest running productivity apps. It converts files to PDF, web prints, and has allowed me save web info and export or open in other apps that I cannot move using iBooks. It really has been a life saver over the years and keeps working well from my iPad 1 to my current iPad Air 2. ******I see some complaints about printing, but i have been impressed. I have an old printer (HP6480) that is slow but does a great job scanning and printing but will not work with my iPad. Using this app I can finally print docs. It is not a great quality print, but definitely acceptable. The other features I love, especially the web to PDF. I save a lot of important info I gather from web searches. For the price it does a great job.

Excellent Design, easy to use. PrintDirect not only prints emails, contacts and calendar, but also makes organizing files easy. Use all the time. Highly recommended. Perfect app for printing anything.

Incredible software and amazing support. Absolutely incredible. From my I Pad2 I am able to print from my e mail, doucuments, photos. Just download the software to your computer and it is ready to go. You can print from clipboard, e mail, documents. It works great. i had several questions that were answered in less than 10 minutes each time. Totally amazing. I would give the highest recommendation. You can also store documents with in the software, It also has a calendar. You can use it at home or office to print.

Great app. Works great with my hp photosmart c7280. Customer support is great and got back to me within the hour. I asked them if it would work,and she said she thought so,as many customers had had luck with 7200 series printers but they hadn't been able to test it themselves. She said I could use the free download to see if printing worked, and if it did I could do the in-app upgrade to full version. It worked great, so I did. I can print directly to my printer without having to have my laptop on! Just what I wanted. Looking frward to exploring the other features of this ap. Great app for those of us with non AirPrint printers. Thanks!

Eprint. Very good when it works right

A good work-around. I have a 16-year-old (!) hp laser jet printer connected to an old airport express, which itself has not been updated in years. This app worked perfectly except for one small detail. After installing, the pages app on my iPad kept crashing, but after deleting and reinstalling pages it worked and printed fine. Dunno what the problem was. The app is a bit of a cludge, but it's great for those of us who don't print a lot.

Printer Review. This app is reliable, and simply the best

Print Direct is TERRIFIC. The App, together with WePrint and a measley $5.00 upgrade of Print Direct makes direct printing from my Ipad to my mammouth Ricoh Aficio office printer a snap. The support staff at Eurosmartz were unbelievably quick in responding to my queries on how to accomplish the task every step of the way. And after a few back and forth emails, I had the procedure mastered. Very helpful suggestion: add Dropbox to "Places and Cloud servers" so that you can have all necessary folders and files from your PC available to your Ipad, should you want to print them. Joe C

Superb app for iPad. I have been using this app for several weeks. I can assure you it does all that it says it can do. Yes, you will need to learn a few procedures but once you do you'll be very satisfied. Got several friends using it too and all are equally pleased. Can't comment on use with iPhone as I have no experience with it but given they are similar/same iOS it should be a no brainer.

Didn't provide wifi print for free. You have to pay for the wifi print. There are tons of ads making it a pain to set up. I deleted it shortly after downloading it.

Unusable?. This is one of the messiest UI’s I’ve ever encountered. I can’t even figure out how to tell it to print a photo. It’s possible one can’t print without buying the app, but I’m not spending my money to find out.

HAPPY. For those upset that the "free" app is minimal, the purpose is to give you a way to test your personal printer setup WITHOUT spending the $. If it works and you are happy, then upgrade for full feature functionality. Tested on my HP ColorSmart 7100 series (mine is 7180) over wifi connection via my iPad1 and it works great. I DID not want to use WePrint, and I don't have to!! Use the freebee to TEST. If it works in a way ur satisfied with... Go for it!

Print Direct. Does what I need it to do with my printer that is not an e printer. Have used it for a few years now.

Doesn't work !!!. After 10+ email with tech sup (commendable) they finally told me I had to take a screen shot of an article not actually print something like when installing the free or paid version. You can't print from this app like it claims. I plan on requesting a refund and feel it's been a complete waste of time ad it does not do what it claims in the description (print shot v. Actually printing directly). Partial print at best not the item I am hoping to print.

Excellant App!. Awesome support! Turnaround time was less than 1 hr and all my questions were clearly answered! I purchased the PD app for my iPad3 and installed WePrint on my Win7 PC and it works perfectly. Spent a few hours today exploring all the PD print features, and loving it. Very easy to use, can visit any web page (local or remote wi-fi) on my iPad then block-copy-print to the HP C6180 Photosmart printer connected to my PC. Does all kinds of other print functions as well. Wow! Keep up the great work...

PrintDirect. Best APP for printing to existing/non-air print devices.

Having problems. I've used this app for a few years for my iPad, iPhone and computer, worked great on all my devices using wifi & would give a 5 star, know it doesn't work on any, said it can't find my air printer. I want some help so I can continue using this app, would it work to upgrade. Thank you

Mobile printing is not mature - this utility makes up for all the missing pieces.

Needs tweaking!. Downloaded the free app, found my wifi printer, test drove it and managed to print 20 or so pages with a few font characters on each page. I was prompted to spend $9.99, no mention of a free trial or recommended setup instructions for a generic inkjet printer. I needed to print something and don't have an AirPrint capable printer, so to have the print capability on the iPad, I bought the paid version and downloaded WePrint too for the iMac. Way too complicated for the novice user so I'm recommending putting some more "clues for idiots" in the PrintDirect app to avoid wasting paper and getting positive results early. After buying the paid add-on version it printed my document with some formatting being off with margins.

An app I cannot do without !!. This printing app is well worth the cost, I just bought a wifi printer that in conjunction with the print software that I easily installed On my IMac, works flawlessly. I was reluctant to spend money on a printing app, but have just started back to college and find this Particular app especially useful in class or when traveling, I can even print to my home printer while away from the house. The App includes a useful browser as well. Worth every penny!

Works. Needed to print from IPad2. Used free version to test if it could find my printer which it did immediately. You set up your email in app then you can print any email you get. Also allows you to print documents from docs to go app....HUGE...for any business person. I'm just glad I found a way to print if I need to from IPad. Worth 8 dollars.

The best. I've given this a 5 star because the ONLY thing I didn't like about my IPad was not being able to print anything out so for Christmas my husband got me a wireless wifi printer, we downloaded this app and I ready to go!! The ONLY thing I would say is that it's not real clear how to print from email but I stumbled around and figured it out and now I'm ready to go!!

It Makes My iPad More Useful. Great app. Makes printing from my iPad easy. Especially like the calendar printing funtions.

Great wireless printing from IPad. I find that this works pretty well with a wireless connection directly from my iPad without having to have the app also installed on an a running computer. While I could get clearer and cleaner print using my computer and this app, it does get the job done right from my iPad, if I do not need a professional print job.

Zero stars. Was very excited to find a program that allows you to print from iPad. Now I know I ain’t the smartest cookie in the jar but I’m also not the idiot one, so I thought. After I upgraded, Let’s just say when I buy a car the intent is to buy something that is turn key, don’t really want to have to go and buy tires and wheels. Installed app on pc and iPad. Test seemed to work now everything I read tell me I need print central wasted $5 not going to waste more money, time and paper trying. Do yourself a favor and save your money, paper, time and a whole lot of stress and anger and just go buy an Air Printer. I’m sure it may work and I’m sure it’s something I’m doing or not doing correct but plain and simple it’s not like most apps of download pay then use. Could not possibly recommend this app to anyone. Need a choice of zero stars because that’s what I feel this app deserves. STARS ....... zero.

Print direct. App works and documents print fine. The asking for $10 at the end in order to actually use the app is a little misleading though

Useless. Terrible program. Waste your paper to setup your printer. Then the only thing you can do is paying more ten dollars to upgrade.

Deleted straight away. Downloaded so I could print to PDF. As soon as you're in you can see that functionality costs $7.99. I don't mind paying for an app, but this was very misleading.

Works, but .... I downloaded the free test app and yes, this does allow printing directly to my Canon mp640, but the print quality is really, REALLY bad. Seems to me that all this app does is create images of the docs for printing. No way I'd pay this sort of money for that. I get a better quality print by doing a screen capture and printing via the free Canon app.... just about every printer manufacturer provides a free app like this. On the odd occasion I need a good quality print, I'll do it using the free AirPrint patch for pc and channel iPad print through that. It works brilliantly and the print quality is perfect. Three stars because it does actually print directly to the printer without channeling through a PC, which is a lot more than other print apps will do.

Excellent!. I have an old Canon printer and recently installed PrintDirect as my previous app was no longer supported. This does a very good job and suits me fine. User friendly and pages are legible.

Works for me. Set it up and use it from time to time when I couldn't be bothered getting off the sofa ;)

Excellent App and Support. This App offers an excellent facility and has saved me buying a new Air Printer for a few years. Latest update fixed a problem with One Drive files and the support for that has been absolutely excellent! Very happy with this App. i do not use all features but printing from iPad and iPhone from Files or Cloud Storage is really easy Suggestion you try this app!

Highly Recommended A+++. Congratulations, this is a fabulous app, very easy to setup, select the printer, run the print test, you are ready to print. Recommended for every iPad user, covers all printing needs. You do not need the PC/Laptop to do any printing, this app does it all for you.

Works well. Very reliable and manages to work on our network printer via the server on our Mac. Love to be able to print directly from web browser and Mac apps.

Very poor - does nothing of use. This app is poor. Just a ruse to get you to pay $10.49 for their full app that can actually print documents. This free app just allows you to paste plain text into a box for subsequent printing. Big deal

Print quality is rubbish. This is a free demo - you still have to purchase the app to use it. Which at least means you can see if it works before you upgrade. However the upgrade still uses a lame convoluted process to get your document from pages into this app to print. The print quality is rubbish. Fonts are all blocky. Better off without this app.

Life saver. With no AirPrint printer this app does the business!

Good product. It does a good job of getting documents printed from my iPad. No issues at all. I don't understand the comments about wasting paper. If your printer works from the PC, there shouldn't be any reason for it not work with this app.

Convenient printer interface that works for me. I needed a printer interface that would work with an older Canon printer across my wireless home network for occasional hardcopies. PrintDirect has provided a convenient and pretty seamless solution to all my needs so far. The method of pushing Safari web pages into PrintDirect has worked without a hitch. Very happy with the product and there are still many features I'm yet to exploit.

Can't print without buying the apps. Waste of time

Super!. Super! Je peux maintenant imprimer avec n'importe laquelle de mes imprimantes, directement à partit de mon iPad... même mon imprimante avec port LPT1!!!

Print direct app. The app works so good! It is easy to use as well. You don’t need to be a computer whiz to use it.

Not for me. This app found my wifi Samsung printer ok, but when I printed the test document it printed pages of garbage. DELETE!

PrintDirect Works For Me. This app seems to be the only print app that works for me with my setup. I like it a lot.

Works. This app only took seconds to set up. Printed from mail, i page and internet screen instantly.

Print Direct. Great, innovative and creative app. I have a lexmark printer which has a very convoluted process for printing on non-air print printers. this app interfaces with my ipad systems and allows me to print directly to my printer. Keep up the good work.

Not very helpfull. I am not happy with this one and would not recommend it. Doesn't seem to work

No features...unless you pay!!. The fee version offers only a video showing what you will get ...but if you pay nearly $6, which I did. This app. is non-intuitive..confusing, hard to follow, an unattractive presentation, and consequently a waste of money. Would rec. a free trial version so potential buyers (like me) can decide if it's going yo be useful for them. I would not recommend this app.

Good app. This is a good app but I could not add this app as my PDF printer through AirPrint.

I paid $10 for nothing. The app is good but it's almost a duplicate of Save2Pdf which I also bought. All this because Apple OS5 cut off any printer selection!!!!! I cannot find a way to print from iBook, Kindle, etc to PDF !!!!!!

Does not print. While this app recognizes my wireless printer, it will not print for me. Test page goes thru ok, but that's it....nothing else will print.

Works very well. It does everything that was advertised. Terrific app. I use it all day at work.

misrepresented. The app only works from within itself. You cannot print via anything but it. Not at all what I thought I was purchasing. Refund!

Find something Else. This app tested fine on my Canon 3200 so I purchased based on the test. After buying I then printed an email which would not print properly. I immediately applied for a refund and of course was refused. A waste of $6.99.

Poor output quality. Tried the Lite version first. Seems to function, but was so limited, so couldn't test what a real document that I'm familiar with would look like printed. Bought he full version, expecting better. But instead seems the print quality is poor compared to a normal print out, at least for the drivers compatible with my HP laser. Almost looked like every page I printed was a medium quality jpeg of my document. Even when using the computer to process and relay printing, which bypasses the app print drivers, it printed in better quality, but far worse than a typical printing. Also very slow compared to other apps spooling the print job.

This is just a video - misleading. I have no problem paying for something. However, this is advertised online as a "free" app for printing direct to my PC's printers and it is not that at all - it's mostly just a sales video. It does allow printing a snippet to see if it works with your set up so it is sort of a test on this basis but it should advertise that this is what it is and not be misleading. It also promotes its included email app (my ios one works just fine) and a pdf converter (i also already have one of those) All I want is a printer app. No thanks

Direct print is awesome app. It's awe some app for my iPad. Service is fast and clear. Yes , I would recommend it.

Good Print Program. I have not used this App very much, but I like it so far. I like that you can access and print your email from this App. I have already recommended this App to others.

Finally a printer app for all printers!. I have tried so many apps that claim they can connect with my wireless printers (various ones I've had). This is the ONLY app that is connecting to ALL of them without a million configurations and constant problems or failures. THANK YOU!

This is a GREAT app. I love this app. It's very stable, very reliable and intuitive. It consistently syncs with me printer and I have not had to monkey around with the settings since I first installed this. Great app. Worth the money.

Great little app.. I only have the lite version and I wonder why I would want to upgrade. Maybe in the future I will find my needs exceed the possibilities, right now I am sticking with what was downloaded. Vince

Great app worth the price. This is the only app that will work with my older printer. I couldn't justify buying a new printer when mine worked fine. This app solved my problem.

Works great.. I can't believe I didn't have to go out and purchase a new Air printer. My current one with an Ethernet connection plugs into the router and the App picks it up.

Much improved. This app has improved a great deal. When I first purchased the app web pages were cropped to the top left of the page when printed (Canon MP495). Now they print full page. My only gripe is that the page is slightly blurred (even with PDFs). If this can be corrected the app would be perfect for me.

Great App. Even old people like me can navigate this to print directly from ipad2 , using practically any wireless printer...it's not dependent on Apple recognition by the printer. It's the only app I've found that I can understand enough to do the job!

Works, but poor print quality. I got this to connect to my HP printer that is running of a networked print server, but the print quality is very poor. Kind of like a low quality screen shot. If the app can see the printer, I don't understand why it can't just print like a regular computer can. HP printers are common, so the printer language should be supported better.

The best all-around app.. Amazingly easy, all around app. This is exactly what I've been looking for an app that give you access to everything easily.

Awesome. This app is easy to manage and wonderful to utilize. I discovered this after deciding that I did not want to pay for an air printer, when I already have a wifi printer. A bargain at $9.99!

I like it!. Its not just a print program. Its an email program, a web browser, a file manager, and an air printer. Too bad it can't wash the dishes or do laundry. :)

Mr. The free trial is good for testing. Went right away and bought the program. Jennifer was there-yep 24/7 on thanksgiving eve. With som easy directions from Jennifer I was printing. Omg you can print from (print screen) (e mail ) (page) and (a lot more). Yep printing on my wireless printer . And I was told " had to buy a New printer " not only this program is great but it saved me money. Extra thanks for 24/7 support and Jennifer . Still learning more This app does much more.

Get this app!. This works perfectly. Allows printing from the iPad. Good print quality from web sites or email. Easy to use and comes in sooo handy!

FINALLY A PRINT APP THAT WORKS. I paid for several apps before Eurosmartz. Obviously they did work. This app was easily set up and printed the first time from my ipad 2 Via wifi, Thank You!

iPad use. App works great with my network printer, you need t upgrade to the ten dollar version but with everything it does it is worth it. Test print before you buy to make sure it will work with your printer

PrintDirect review. This app really works well for me as I don't have a recognized air printer. It has been very easy to save and organize files also. Have recommended this app to several of my friends.

works. This app works with my cannon wifi printer, so I give it 5 stars. You cant edit to print double sided etc but as long as I can now print at all I am happy.

Very good. I have this app often. It is easy to use and works. I like the Archive and clipboard options very much. It works great with my Epson printer that is not airprint compatible.

Print direct. I haven't Been able to use it lately as I do not know how to reenter my lost printer, it doesn't recognize my printer anymore anyway it was great while it lasted thanks

Works great!. I had a problem one time but was because I had changed some printer settings and support was very helpful. But the problem was caused by me and it was not a problem with the app. Great App. I recommend it to everyone.

Works for me!. I use this program at a minimum of 5 times per week. Works great and get's the job done. Especially useful on a busy day when I can effortlessly print out my calendar in just seconds.

So far, so good.... I was skeptical before purchasing this app. It is easy to set up and use, and so far works great. I have only used it for pictures and web pages, so I will reserve judgement until I have tried everything.

Fast support. I need to print color and black/white brochures on the same printer. I can't change settings on server using WePrint and the application, but support (Andrea) did assist with a workaround. Very quick response.

Great ap. I have a laser mf4350 shared on my network. This ap works with very little effort from all my computers on the network and ipads. Have had this ap for over a year.

Terrific Printer App for IPad. I would highly recommend this printer app for anyone who has a older non e-printer. You have to have the printer connected to your household network. It works beautifully!

Test Print Fine, Hook You After Purchase DON'T BUY. Test print worked fine. Purchased app. Then you find out that you can't use the iPad print icon to print the document/email you have open. Although AirPrint devices were found upon install, you click print icon and discover there are no AirPrint printers in the list. The free app says they were discovered! BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Don't bother asking for a refund. Tested this app and it printed. After buying the app I was never able to print. It always recognizes my printer, says printing, but never prints. I asked for a refund many times and the customer service is so lousy. They always give you paragraph after paragraph of how to diagnose and troubleshoot, but they will NEVER address the refund. Save yourself the headache.

Flawed, Expensive App. This app provides a very effective means to print to non-AirPrint printers. Unfortunately, to achieve this end, they have created a set of inelegant functions (e.g email, calendar, browser, etc) within their app to replace all of the elegant Apple apps. Ultimately, this a very expensive app with a poor user experience. I would not consider purchasing this app unless you have no other choice.

Great App. This is one of the best apps on my iPad , it was an awesome clip board and very easy to set up . It also has great file storage . I would highly recommend this app !

First Impressions. Found my Canon MG5220 printer very easily. First app to finally find it. Print is a bit blurry. I may need to tweak settings, though. I am also low on ink, so colors look weird. At least, I hope that is the issue. Will return with a more thorough review and hopefully 4 or 5 stars once I get ink and tweak settings.

Doesn't print clearly. I bought the addition so I could print my own documents after going through several other printer apps that couldn't connect to my printer but my very first document I printed was my resume and it came out pixleized. It was clear and I definitely wouldn't ever turn it in for a job. It was a total waist of money.

Needs better configuration options. I went with another app because my printer on port 9103 had to be reconfigured to port 9100 because this app defaulted to that and wouldn't let change it. I also struggled to get my HP printer configured where I was able to do so in a minute with another app.

Misleading features. The printing features are misleading. You cannot print using the print menu of the various apps or native apps like Mail and Safari. Instead, a separate mail account needs to configured on their app or files need to be imported from a shared device (like your Desktop or Mac) in order to print. Waste of money, do not buy!

Free to install and print test page, $5 to actually USE. You can install and print a test page but you can't escape the window prompting you to spend $5 for the app. This might be a good product, but it is misleading to say "free." How about the first 25 pages free & charge after the user has experienced the features? Be up front and perhaps you'll sell more apps. Uninstalled.

Useless.. You cannot import any files to print, he instructions are NOT fully written for this software, and it will not allow you to print anything other than the included demo pdf. I was so elated it actually found my non AirPrint printer I have installed on my router, but not being able to do a single thing more quickly deflated that.

Great. Tha free version allows you to test the wireless connection. The upgrade brings it all together. Copy anything; open PrintDirect and it asks, Print the clipboard? Click yes and fetch the hardcopy from your printer. Easy.

Sample app only. If you want to be able to print your OWN documents, you need to shell out $9 which happens all too quickly, without warning you about the cost. You touch upgrade, and it processes the fee before you can see what the price is. Lucky for me there was an error and it stopped the download without charging me. It was the first print app that worked with my HP printer, but it was not clear it was just a sample of what te paid for app could do.

Very nice app. Found my pixma340 straight away. Also has many other features I didn't expect such as doc viewer, web browser, email, Money well spent

Great app!. I can now print from my ipad to my old laser printer. Took some tweaking to get it done, but then I never looked for instructions! In the end it is intuitive enough 😀
