Downloaded app for 2 minutes, after realizing the app did not have what I was looking for I immediately deleted it. 2 weeks later received an email (after deleting app) saying thank you for your subscription that a 7 day free trial has started and after that I would be charged $34.99 per month. Called Apple support to let them know as I can’t find a way to unsubscribe for something I didn’t agree to in the first place.
Easy, great reception, was able to change to a different sports station that I’ve always wanted to listen to.
The constant buffering is annoying. I’ll be listening to the talking portion or a favorite song, when suddenly, it pauses. What’s more, instead of continuing in real time, it continues where it left off, then cuts something else off later to catch up. And when it freezes (and it does), and I close it out then re-open it, now I have to listen to one of their ads before listening to my favorite channel. Suggestion for TuneIn: if you’re going to pause to buffer, continue on in real time. I’d rather it be live in real time (or a setting to decide) than cut something off to catch up later. There also seems to be a certain sweet spot for the swipe to delete, because if I swipe all the way across (as with other iPhone options), it flips back. If I flip it just past the red delete part, it flips back again. It’s real frustrating, like we’re being discouraged from deleting, you know? Just how badly do you want to delete this channel? It’s also a really basic app - not many settings, nor a “back” or “cancel” button when you go into search.
Thank you very much
It is really good
Downloaded the app thinking it was a few app. While browsing the site I apparently clicked on something that was an in app purchase. No idea what it was, no idea how much I was charged. There is no transparency built into this app. We will see if my request for a refund is honored.
This is Not a free app as described.
So I signed up for this app with a free 7 day trial. I should have been billed September 30. I was billed about 4 days into my free trial. My next bill should not come until the end of October but got billed again about a week later. When I tried to find out why they wouldn’t help me but had no issue taking my money. This app is run by crooks or incompetent people in my opinion. Negative 5 stars.
I’ve enjoyed tune in radio for years
Love to listen to public radio and this is an amazing way to do so. Thank you
