Debt Free – Pay Off Debt Fast App Reviews

Great idea, but payoff calculator is off by a month. I entered monthly debts as paid for current month, but when I look at the snowball calculations, it plans yet another payment being applied for the same month. Due date doesn’t matter - so if the current date is the 20th, the due date for a debt was the 10th and you paid it at any point with that same month (doesn’t matter if paid early or late) - it doesn’t care and still plans an additional payment being paid for current month.

Everything Gone (Update 3/4/26). Once again, everything is gone. Every time you guys do an update all of your data is gone. Even if this is better you have to completely start over. The backup function? You can’t even find it now, It’s not even there. Do not use this app unless you have an excellent backup plan. How about a heads up when you are going to delete all of our data and do away with the backup function that you put in place. Secure??? I wouldn’t trust that. I have used this for years but I wouldn’t trust putting any sensitive information in it. Find my data and I will find your Stars…. UPDATE: I can see that there is now a backup function, but it doesn’t appear to work. When I click the button I get the following message “Failed to prepare database query”. I think there is a fundamental flaw in how updates are processed. I had re entered as much data as I could and once again it was gone after the latest update. At this point I should delete this but I can’t imagine this can’t be fixed.

Would love to give it a 5. I love this app! But....there are a few things I wish it could do that it doesnt. I would love to see a feature that shows the total amount of debt paid over time. Also when I pay something off and enter the amount due as a payment (to get to zero balance) it comes back with a balance of like 3 cents or something, so I enter a 3 cent payment and it comes back with a penny balance...its frustrating and I dont like that aspect. Otherwise I do love this app <3

Don’t fix what ain’t broke. Used this app for a long time and the update ruined it. All data gone. Backup file won’t load and says error downloading. I re-entered all my stuff and found some of the features I loved on the older version weren’t there like customizing the order you want to pay debts down. I get as a company you want to update things and make things better as you grow, however I think this is a clear example of don’t fix what ain’t broke. I will give you guys a few more days to fix this since I have been with you for so long. If not, I’m gone. Plenty other apps that do this same thing

Just getting started. Just loaded this app as 2015 is the year to start a serious program of debt elimination. The app is easy to start using. It is nice to have all this laid out in one place so I can look in the mirror and realize what needs to be done. Now it is just needed to follow through each month which I am looking for this app to help with. Let you know when I get this going well to see results.

Excellent App. This is a wonderful organization app with a ton of great features for only 99 cents. Definitely worth the money to stay organized to tackle debts. Only complaint is I wish I could set a "start date" for the snowball. I set it all up but want to officially start next month, but app defaulted to this month. It's already towards to end of Nov and I can't start until Dec. kinda throws everything off a little but other than that, it's great!

Was good before the bugs. I put all my credit card info in and was very excited to start whittling away at my debt. The app have me a good idea of what I needed to pay and how long it would take. But then it just stopped working. All the analysis is inaccessible, Everytime I try and click on an icon I get kicked out of the app. I tried to send a report to the creators but didn't get any response. Now I notice the last update they did was 5 months ago and before that was 4 years ago so I'm not holding out much hope. I would not recommend spending the time or the .99 cents on this.

Glad it’s back. I am so glad the exporting to email is back. It goes well with the new interface. It does take some getting used to but once you use it you won’t ever regret it. Definitely deleting the other app in favor of this one which I’ve used for over 12 years.

Wiped out TWICE. I have used this app for years. I updated the app and everything was gone! I re-entered everything which took hours to do. This morning it was gone again!! I had everything in there and relied on it daily I’m afraid now to waste my time to enter it all again for fear it will be gone tomorrow. I guess I’ll look for another reliable app *** I am updating my review**** After the initial shock of losing everything twice I was assured the glitch was fixed so I added everything in again. It has been perfect since. I even think it’s better than before once you get used to it. It’s a huge help in getting a handle on expenses and I do recommend it

Versatile amortization app. This app has done for debt management what iPhone did for mobile technology. An excellent and practical finance tool to figure out what needs to be done to be debt free. I like the fact that it is flexible to input multiple data and see snowball at work. Hope to see it develop into a more wholesome not just dept but also investment and wealth management tool I.e. being on a receiving end of compound interest.

Simple and Right to the Point. Was looking for ONE app to that solely focuses on Debt with a Payoff Schedule. It does not have fancy graphics but it gets right to the point - updates debts balance after each payment and allows me to calculate my debt payoff based on total amount, interest rate and time. Works for me.

Simple but powerful debt management tool!. I appreciate how simple this app is. This above anything makes managing and tracking our debt a breeze! The first hurdle in debt management is being able to see where you actually stand. Secondly, being able to devise a solid plan aids in ensuring you stick to your goals. Thirdly, having a "future view" of where you will be at any given point in time bolsters your drive to meet those goals. All this is presented in a neat, tidy package that is simple to update, navigate and view. If you are having doubts on a great method of managing your debt, look no further as DEBT FREE is your go-to app of preference!

Hallelujah my data is back. Had a great big scare after an update when all my data was missing, but I checked today and it is all back in the new format, which looks great. Thank you so much for getting it all fixed. I realize this is free and I appreciate it so much. thank you thank you thank you!

My wish list for this app. I like this app and have used the heck out of it for a couple years now. Some more category and sorting options would be nice. An average interest rate calc would be nice too. The ability to select debts from a list and calculate average interest rate would be ideal For things like partial debt refinancing or consolidation. Over all the app is great for keeping track of debts and managing a smart payoff.

Have used this for years. Like the new format a lot. Haven’t quite found my way around to where everything is yet, but I’m sure I will. I prefer something that will let you do things manually and having the essentials like this one does. So keep up the good work.

Almost perfect .... Been using this program for the last four or five years, or maybe longer, and I’m finding it very useful. There are two bugs that I believe still exist, one of them has to do with final payments, and the other is a spurious payment amount that generate more than two decimal places. If those were fixed, this app would be perfect! :)

Great app. I’ve been trying for years now to make a snowball plan but I’ve never been able to get all the math done and actually stick to it. This app has been so much help and has kept me on track to reaching my goals! Just punch in the numbers and the app does the math and I love the figures it gives me, very detailed. If I stick to what I’m doing and keep everything going in the plan, I will save over $35,000. This is great. The only downside of this app is that it looks... old? I really wish they could make it look prettier and more modern. The looks are the only thing keeping me from giving it a 5star review.

So, where did all of my data go?. I've used the app for probably 10 years. It was never overly complex. it just helped you track current debt and project future payoff dates. The app updated on February 27, 2026 and now has a much more modern appearance. Unfortunately the most important part of the app, all of my data, is erased. I'm curious if this happens to other users. Edited: I've since noticed there is a section in settings where it says you can restore your data. However I received an error message every time I tried to do so.

Gets the job done.. Easy to enter debt info. Gives 3 canned scenarios to snowball-highest interest first, highest balance first, lowest balance first and then a custom feature. You have to be familiar with your debts to know which is being paid off and which debt that money is being moved to. But awareness of your debt and getting out of it is the whole point! Get this app, embrace your poor credit habits and change your life.

Debt free now!. I highly recommend this app. When I downloaded this app years ago my total debt (including my home) exceeded $130k. Using this app I created a plan that would allow me to retire debt free. I used the app monthly to monitor and make adjustments. The app helped me appreciate the impact of taking on additional debt. Sometimes I altered my spending plans and other times increased payments. It worked. I am now retired with no debt. With mixed emotion I’ll now delete the app.

Perfect for me!. I love this app! I kept searching for an app where I could enter my debt and then choose which Snowball debt method I wanted to use. So many of the apps want to log into my bank, credit and loan accounts; that is not what I was looking for. I want to manually manage my debt to help me to really get my head around it and be connected with where I am in the process of becoming debt-free.

Would be 5 stars but..... I was really excited when I got this app because of the great reviews. Initially I entered in the amount of my debt and interest rates and I played with the feature that shows what method you use to pay down your debt and how it affects your pay off time in the interest saved. Exciting! However, when I went to enter the due dates (it's currently the middle of the month) it wouldn't allow me to do anything except select a date between 1-28. There is no month function. If you are in August and that specific date hasn't occurred yet it defaults to August and there's no way to change it. I have no bills due in August. I'm paid out in a way where they're due in September and October. Now I'm trying to figure out what alarms to set in my calendar so I will be *able* to put in a correct due date and alter my balances. Unnecessary work and stress. This should be a straight forward and easy fix.

Very Helpful. I'm 24 and use the app to keep up with the different debts I've incurred through college and marriage so far. My favorite thing about the app is how it allows me to use the snowball payment option, and shows me in detail how changing extra payments will effect when my debt will be paid off in full, and how much I'll save in interest. This is the most helpful debt app I've tried, and I've tried several.

Not easy to read. I have used Debt Free for years and loved it. Suddenly, I opened it up one day and all of my data is gone and there’s a totally new format which is not easy to navigate and more difficult to find things. I’m more upset because everything that I had saved is just totally gone and now I have to re-create everything but definitely not with this app.

Individual reports. I like the app. It works well. But can you fix it so it can print reports for each debt instead of all of them together. I hope you get to read this. Update: Ok, I found out how I can print the report individually per debt. I have input each debt via the calculator in order to create the amortization schedule. Here I can email or just print out. Oh well it took some time but it’s ok now. My email to the app producer went unresponsive.

Used to love app-not anymore. Update made this unnecessarily complicated. Page no longer fits correctly on iPhone. Used to be able to glance at debt page and see when I made last payment. Now it’s buried about 3 layers deep. Little snowflake only shows on some debts but all are included in the debt snowball. Used to be able to customize and pick the exact order I want to pay off debts-now you choose from their four choices. Used to be able to pick exact snowball amount, now you pick from their choices. Things are buried in a complicated fashion. About 3 steps to make a payment. I will now be looking for simpler app when this used to fit the bill. Complicating apps does not make them better. Last layout was simple-now it’s hard to see and find things. Whoever developed this update doesn’t use the app.

Great Debt Snowball App. This app is great for tracking debt and using the snowball method to pay down that debt. I like how the app takes into account the APR and calculates the amount if interest that will be paid and the pay off dates using the minimum amount due and applying extra amounts as a snowball payment. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to keep track of their debt!

Great aid to pay off debts. This app will give you a visual of which debts have higher APRs easily and sort them to the top so you can pay extra on them first. Then it will roll a paid off loan payment to the next higher APR debt so you can snowball your payments to save you $$ in finance charges. You just have to follow the payment schedule and it will give you the date they will be paid off. You have to revise the APRs in the app manually if they change. I had updated to the 6.2 version and lost my old info but worked with the developer testing their revisions and got my data back. If you’re experiencing this, DON’T delete the app. Another revision should be on the way.

I love it!!. I love this app! I have been using it for about 3 years and even got my friends into it. Thanks to this app I have been able to keep track of my credit cards expenses and payments. I keep it up to date at all the time and then I make sure that my credit cards bills are in sync with my app and that's how I assure I'm not being charged hidden fees or that no one else used my card.

Great app. This app does what it set out to do. Being a finance profession, I love being able to calculate different scenarios and using the snowball payment options. You can manipulate the amount you pay monthly for each debt you add and see a high level summary of all. There is also an amortization schedule option to see how much interest you are paying on each monthly payment. The detail is exactly what I needed. I'm very happy with this free app.

Great app but.... FYI,this app is will allow you to enter as many debts as you want but the reports option will not work if you have a lot of debts. Most app descriptions will tell you how many debts it will hold this one doesn't. I took the time to enter 57 debts, which was time consuming and could not get reports to work and the app freezes up every time you try to open reports. Seems like a good app but info on how many debts this app holds will help those before they make a purchase. I had to purchase another debt app that clearly stated it could handle unlimited debts. Now I have two apps and one was a waste of money, so please purchase with caution.

Perfect!!!. If you doing the Dave Ramsey plan, this is the App for us!!! I Use his "Everydollar" app also, but I wanted something strictly for my debt, This app shows the Grand Total you owe, include interest on credit accts, and this app will show you the difference in pay off time and how much you paid in interest... "lowest balance" vs. "highest interest" rate, I'm doing "lowest" balance, and I'm only paying around $100 more in interest... Trust me I've tried a lot of apps, this is the most simple... Oh I'm projected to be "debt free" in Nov 2015 according to this App!!!

Perfect debt plan!. This app gives you detail when you will be debt free and how much interest you will be saving. It gives you optional pay off plans and the corresponding debt free dates and the interest saved. Seeing all the information, gets you motivated to be debt free! It gives you a debt report summary with all debts and payments to make. I recommend this app!

I have been searching for this app.... I didn't know that this app existed, but it literally does everything that I used to do on my own. I used to spend an hour, every other day, making lists and charts and worrying about my debt, but not anymore. I love it, and I wish I could give it more stars!! Honestly, $0.99 is a steal...but hey, good price.

Pretty Decent for Most. This app is pretty decent if your debt situation doesn’t consist of hundreds of debt items. I like the what-if feature and the choice of payoff plans. What I don’t like is the way the syncing works. When I ran the sync, my secondary device did not pick up the debts from my primary device even after having pressed the sync changes button, until I closed the app on the secondary, then re-opened it. But now that I know this, it’s okay. I paid my car note off ahead of schedule because I was able to calculate what to pay under a different scenario, for example.

Lost all my saved info. I have used this app for many years and loved it. The calculators helped me plan and be strategic in paying off loans and save money. The app was updated without any warning and the new format deleted all of my saved calculators and important information. The new format does not appear to be as user friendly and I’m being advised there is no way to recover the lost information I had previously saved in the saved calculators. I guess all good things eventually come to an end and that seems to be the case with this app unfortunately. I regret not saving the information I was using in another format but this has taught me a very valuable lesson. I just wish that the developer(s), would have given some advance warning that information would be lost forever with this update so we could have prepared and saved/preserved the valuable information before losing it forever. I ranked the original app a 5 but the new design and loss of saved information is making me look for another app moving forward. Thanks for teaching me a very valuable lesson by learning the hard way:(

Easy to maintain and understand. Been using this app for years. When recent update happened I thought I was going to have to find something else but after I got familiar with it, I like just as much if not better than before. Highly recommend!

Would be 5 if only.... Similar to what another reviewer said, I dislike the fact that even if you’ve added a payment for let’s say May, the app continues to calculate everything based on you owing a payment until it is no longer May. Then, once it really is June, the app switches to June and calculates as though you made your May payment. I too feel like this should be a pretty easy thing to fix. Once you add your payment for the month, the app should recognize it as paid and recalculate. It really throws off the amortization table, estimated payoff dates and interest saved figures. All that being said, it’s still the best I’ve found for the purpose of the snowball feature.

Really enjoy this app.. This is a great app b/c it lets you make progress on he debts by adding payments. Love that part! I want to see progress to keep me motivated toward debt freedom. Also, the integration of email reports is very seamless. I would be nice if there were a few more report options, but another great feature is that you can request additional features right in the app. I also like that you can sync between devices!

By Far, My FAVORITE Debt Managment/Tracking App!. For over 4 years, I have used Debt Free. It is brilliantly intuitive, efficient, versatile, precisely accurate and simplistically elegant! Occam’s Razor!! I have struggled with other apps (i.e., Debt Manager) Which are so esoteric and frustratingly convoluted, that it was nearly impossible to easily, accurately and quickly track my finances. I’m done with all the others! Especially the one I just mentioned!! I don’t know about you, but I FAR prefer an app that streamlines entries, is “real-time” with transactions, calculates all your changing current (NOW time) payment, interest, purchase and changing APR and balance due information...without changing your historical data. DEBT FREE does all of this, and much more!! You can also generate precise amortization charts for each debt! THIS APP IS PRISTINE!! I recommend it above ALL others in its category!!

Very happy again! Bugs being worked out with the new interface!. I’ve been using this app for several years now and it’s amazing. The interface is changed and the developers are in the process of fixing some bugs. Initially I came on here and gave a bad review because I was unhappy with the changes. But I decided to email them and give feedback. The developers were very quick to respond, have already fixed several things I complained about, and they are in the process of fixing a few bugs. I appreciated their helpfulness, not many app developers respond to me when I complain haha. So if you were a user and became unhappy, they are working on the changes and you can email them for questions and feedback!!!

Overall, it’s good for what I want. This app is super simple to use. Just enter your debt, interest rate, min payment, due date, credit limit (or original balance) and current balance. It then tells you how much total debt you have and how soon you can pay it off using the calculated plan you choose (snowball or not, highest interest, lowest balance, custom, etc). It really opened my eyes to my debt situation and gave me a clear plan...for that it deserves 5 stars. There are a couple of issues that are mentioned in previous reviews. When you make a payment, it doesn’t credit it in the payment schedule. For example, I owed MasterCard $200 and Visa $400. Making an August payment of $200 to MasterCard and $25 to Visa, means that my September payment should be $225 to Visa. Instead it now wants me to make another August payment of $225 to the Visa. I would think that this would be an easy fix for the app designers. Knowing that the app does this, means that I am just looking at due dates and applying the snowball payment to the correct debt, while paying minimum payments to everything else.

So many bugs. So many bugs. The following features don’t work at all: email report, bug report, feature request, contact us. Much of the interface isn’t very intuitive. Reports are very limited. I’m pretty disappointed that this was a paid app. I would have expected a lot more. The only reason I gave it the second star is that it essentially does what the core promise was - provide a debt payoff calculator for the debt snowball method. Needs lots of improvement.

Good app - fix minimum payment due. Good app - easy to use and nice to look at. It allows you to put in multiple debts and gives a payoff time for each one. Also has a progress bar so you know how far you’ve come. Please remove minimum payments for each debt!!!! Debts like student loans before I graduate and loans from family don’t have a minimum and messed up the numbers!

Almost perfect!. This app is very helpful & intuitive! But, it lacks in reports. I had to go one by one & put each debt on a "Debt Snowball" excel spreadsheet. I also would like to see a report by month that lists the payments. It makes it very labor intensive to update the payments on my bank bill pay site by having to scroll through them. Even if it had an export to Excel feature would be great. All that said however, the information obtained is very beneficial!

Very good app. I want to give this 5 stars but I have an issue with if you make your monthly payment early it does not advance the next due date. I make my payments when I get paid and thankfully that is before the due dates. It is very helpful in letting me know how much I owe and that I am making slow but sure progress. Will continue to use it, I am seeing the debt go down. Which in the long run is what I wanted the app for to get out of debt

It Does What It Does. This app is not particularly fancy or complicated, but it does what it does very well. I imagine that there will be some new features added and improvements made over time, but Debt Free has already helped me keep track of my debt payments and get my financial priorities in line, just like I expected it would.

Love it, going to save me thousands of dollars.. This app is going to get me out of $67,000 in credit card debt, it ain't going to be easy, but it's do-able, after I transferred with help of credit union my highest interest debts, that brings me down to $10,000 in interest from almost $14,000 initially. I'll update with my progress. Love the ease of use, the app is beautifully laid out. My only issue is it's February 27th and I need it to begin with my March payments. If there's a way to set the begin date without waiting until March it eludes me.

Love this app!. I like keeping track if exactly where my money goes, when and how my debt will be paid off. The snowball effect is motivating to see that debts will be paid off little by little. The interest is calculated for each monthly payment, as well as different options to pay down your balance first or your highest interest first. It's great, happy to have it, I've used it for 4 years now!

Love the reporting. I love the ability to add promo intro rates and adding in the snowball payments. I wish that when you posted a payment it would know that you have paid for the current month. So when I factor in payoff date I have to add a month to everything. I love the ease of emailing. I do wish it had a standard calculator and also wished it could exclude certain debts out of snowball method. Overall this has been my fav app for debt tracking.

Not bad. I have two criticisms 1. No option for weekly or fortnightly payment options 2. American date system makes it a little bit trickier to add payments. Otherwise it is ok has shown me how I can be out of debt in 2 years 8 months.

I love it. This app is great my only criticism would be you cant/delete payments put in but that's nothing major. Def get this!! It's more organized rather than having post it notes everywhere with who I owe $ too & there's a password lock.

Suggestions. This is a good app, however there are two areas for improvement. 1/ Minimum balance for credit cards should be able to be a function of the outstanding balance (eg 2% as most banks calculate); and 2/ Interest rates on credit cards should be able to change over time, as is true with cards with promotional interest rates.

Not worth the $1.19. This app doesn't allow for the length of time in the mortgage. Overall too simple to be of much use for real financial help.

Love!. Useful and easy! Helps to keep track, figure out your principle payments and being able to snowball debt payments is an excellent feature.

Bugs. There are lot of minor issues.Debt free date or pay off date differs from what you enter, most of the time were not able to customise-for business loans it shows 35 years even if I enter 10 years,many instances unable to add new debt as you are not able to use plus sign, many times you have to exit the app as its hanged. Other than that it's really a good app

Does not work. Can’t enter payments, interface does not work on newer phones, clearly hasn’t been updated in years. Waste of money, have never requested a refund but have for this - should be removed from the store.

Good tracker but mortgage payment options needs update. I sort of use this app but because it does not allow for bi-weekly payment input (a great debt reduction strategy) it does not show me an accurate debt reduction picture. I would not have purchased this app if I knew about this. Quite a big oversight imho

Amazingly helpful. If you have any debt (as all of us do) and are trying to clean it up, you need this app. I'm going to save almost $3000.00 in interest and pay off almost 6 years sooner!! The .99 is worth it for sure!! The creator is awesome with replied to emails. I get a reply within about 5 mins. Update- I am deleting the app. I just main my final payment. $50,000 paid off. Other than car and house. I am debt free. If you want to pay off debt and you have willpower this app is great! The app will not pay off bills for you. You need to have willpower.

Awesome. An excellent app. It really breaks everything down and allows you to see where your money is going and how best to pay off your debt. Has had multiple updates adding more features all of which have increased the amount of information the app provides as well as a bit more functionality. If you're looking for something to help you with your debt, this is an excellent option for the price.

Get Debt Free It Works!. absolutely love this Debt Free App it has made me understand my debt a lot better and I am on my way to being Debt Free. 99 cents for an App that has helped me understand how to save $1200.00 in interest and pay my debt off 1 1/2 years early amazing!! Apple please feature this app in a commercial people need to see this! LOVE IT 

Very frustrated. Been using this app for a couple of years now and it's great putting debts in perspective and I'm almost at the end of the tunnel. But I upgraded to iOS 8 and now it just freezes and kicks me out too. Tried deleting and reinstalling but to no avail. HELP!

Don't waste your money. Can't adjust payment schedule, can't edit mistakes, totally cumbersome to enter line items. Thank goodness it wasn't expensive,

Nice idea, but not very functional. I like the idea of having an organised spot to keep track of debt repayment, but I find this app poorly designed and lacking in power.

Its ok. Usefull app but Had it for a few months and suggested a choice of frequency method like paying every week or 2weeks, only option is monthly pmts. Still no update on that matter. Would be good to have this option to be more precise for people who pays loan more than once a month.

Basic format. Great to use as a teaching tool.... recommended for a start for young adults , or people struggling with financial issues

Needs update. I was using this app regularly to manage what I owe, however, after updating to ios8 today I can't edit any part of it or enter payments, I just get kicked out.

Needs a few things. Great app! Altho some of my payments are bi-weekly and would be great if I could incorporate them in. Otherwise good for monthly payments.

"I submitted a fix for iOS8 issue yesterday, so sorry about the issue, it will take apple 1 week to approve the upgrade.Please keep the app on the device and don't delete it until upgrade if you don't have backup data. If you can navigate to backup/restore screen under settings, create a backup and email the file to your self .If you have backup file it is easy to restore data." That my friends is quick service. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Very good customer support. I'll give it five once it is updated to iOS 8. It is currently unusable.

Why?. Buy a pencil and notebook from a dollar store to track your debt. It will be better than this app.

No weekly, biweekly pmt options. Not all payments are made monthly, for a debt / snowball app this should be included to be as accurate as possible in paying items off and interest paid / saved... most of my loan and mortgage payments are biweekly and weekly as this pays it off faster and less interest paid out. So I would like to see this option available for a debt free app

Excellent App to relieve from debt. After the upgrade in May 2011, it gave me all the options what I wanted.

Biweekly!!. I love this app! I just bought a new car and this app allows me to know exactly how much money I am going to need every month and how I can pay it and my other debts off sooner!! only problem is that there is no biweekly option!! Would really appreciate an update that included a biweekly option. Would be very convenient!!

Revision Required. Great app, but it does not save the adjustments in settings all the time. I find that I need to make one change, save it, then go back into settings and change another function. Also, the calculator function where you can play around with additional payments stops being accurate when you input more than $200. Can you also add the additional payment field to each individual debt so that it can be customized to that specific debt as opposed to grouping the additional payment to the entire debt total. I would give this app 5 stars if it was accurate at all times.

Solid and Useful App. I was slightly familiar with the Debt Snowball method so I downloaded this app. It gives you a consise and practical plan to get debt free and it shows you your progress every month. There are a lot of features included here and I love that I can use it on my iPhone and iPad. Worth downloading! 5 stars!

Ok but needs upgrade. I agree with other reviewer that says it needs a weekly/ bi-weekly option as some of my debts are paid on a bi- weekly schedule. If cant have my calculations be accurate until this becomes part of this app. My car loans and debt consolidation loan are payable bi weekly please upgrade to include this option then I'd happily give this app 5*****

Great app. I really like having this app, it has made tracking my student loans so much easier, as well as giving me a timeline when they will be paid off. I like having access to how much interest I'll end up paying, and debt free really does a great job of making things way to understand, 5 stars!

Good app until I lost everything. Loaded the app this morning to find all my content gone with an update. It’s also showing US as the default currency and it doesn’t appear to be an option to change it.

Light at the end.. This app is amazing. When you are in debt and trying to get out it’s hard. You have to face all that you owe. When you write it all down things get real. This app shows you how long it will take with the snowball affect. It amazing when you visually see it. You get really motivated knowing you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It makes you work harder to get to that goal. Thank you for making this app. Debt is something that no one wants. 🥰

Can't open since iOS 8 update!. Fix this please!!!!

Good app. This is good for tracking and watching your debt go down. When I first started, my only complaint would be the for the credit cards that were right at the limit or over limit, the bar showing amount left to pay off showed as paid off...a glitch that made it difficult to figure out what that bar meant. It should show as completely empty, not full.

Great Tool for debt snow ball. This app has aided me into clearing out majority of my debt. Great charts and tells you when you will be debt free based on the amount your paying. I do wish there was a graph for total debt owed and time with markers on the line to show when a debt is going to be paid off.

Simple yet satisfying.. As others have said this app is simple, both in its form and function. You don't need a flashy bogged down app to get a quality product. I'm very happy with the results I've been getting because of this app.

Love it but has one flaw. I love this app and use it often. But, the due date doesn't update after paying a bill. Example: We have a loan due Sept 25, I just paid today, Sept 9, but it doesn't update to Oct 25 until after Sept 25.

Love it!. Great app!! I have paid off most of my credit cards and almost debt free. This app is good because it gives you goals and once you reach them you move on to the next.

Great and simple app. I tried to write all my debt on paper and didn't stick to it, I had to rewrite everything, erase and so on......this app took me 1 hour to list all my 11 credit cards and pay off day is 2016..... Great job, definitely would recommend.

I love it!. I figured out that I have way less bills than I thought and it's nice to see them all on the same screen. The app makes it easy to keep track of them and helps to keep me on track.

Nice App, but No support?. I like the app but was surprised when I tried to visit the developers web site. Seems it no longer exists. At least it was not there as of this review. Hopefully the company is still around to update and improve this app.

Great App, needs GUI refresh.. Excellent app, I’ve had it for years. A refresh of the interface would be welcome. Also, please make it so when you enter numbers a key pad pops up. Likewise when you enter a date make a calendar pop up.

Love the organization!. I wanted to start figuring out when all my school debt would be paid off. I was about to get a pencil, paper, and a calculator. Then I thought, nah, I'll see if there's an app for that. And there was. And this is it. Love that it includes the snowball method automatically.

Lost Password. Morning I hope someone can respond to this concern I have. I created the account On iPhone so long ago. Didn’t know you have the iPad version for syncing so I airdropped to the iPad. Problem is that I can’t remember my password from my iphone. How can I restore my account to the iPad and reset password. I’d like to use the iPad version as its bigger and more visual. Please advise. Thank you! Please respond as soon as possible or I’ll have to find another debt free app

Debt Free. Really loved the app at the beginning, but it wasn't long before it stopped working. It was stuck loading. I can enter payments, but it no longer calculates them. Tried erasing the app and downloading it again, but problem appeared again almost immediately. I wrote to them, but have yet to hear back. It's a shame because I really liked it when it was working.

Almost there. I thought this app was going to be awesome based on the reviews. But apparently it just gives you a visual. I tried adding extra payments and it didn't reflect correctly at all!! I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what (although I don't think I am) but I followed their directions exactly. So strange. Sad I spent money on it.

A great Analytical tool!. I have been using this app for several years now. It is a huge time savings tool that has made it simple for me to play multiple what if scenarios. I couldn't imagine going back to a spreadsheet to figure out how to manage my debt snowball.

Visual goals. Luckily have but one debt... Home mortgage. Started at 120K 4 yr. ago. At 77K today. My goal to see (% paid graph) move up 1% (min) every 2 payments. Also tuck extra principal payments on too. I want to own this sucker!

Used to be exactly what I wanted. This app used to be exactly what I wanted but the last few times I’ve tried using it, it’ll work perfectly for awhile but then it’ll start saying “null” on the percent paid & “unknown” on the payoff dates. I’ve checked my data, that’s fine, and I’ve checked to see if maybe I’ve missed an update, no update. Just a shame for what used to be such a great app.

Import data broken after new update. I wiped my phone and reinstalled the app. I have my backup emailed to me. None of my backups will import. Says it imported then to do to settings and select the file. Still no accounts showed. Attempted different backup I email during the year. None work

Please include bar graphs showing debt levels through time!. Please create additional reports. I would like a bar graph showing debt levels through time (hopefully falling).

Great App for getting control of your debit!. I have used this app for 2 years now. It helps me track my progress while working through my debt snowball. It is simple and effective to use AND I love that it shows my progress!

Love it!!. This is so easy. I read the book but the app makes it so easy to actually put the plan in motion. You can see the progress to help keep you motivated. Bill reminder is a cool bonus.

Has all of the features you need. Great app. I open it and update monthly, and it offers a great view towards seeing monthly pay down schedules, and is fun to use. Great job on this app!

Excellent app!!!. Easy to use. Shows how the debt will be eliminated. Setups payments for upcoming months! Doesn't calculate 100% correct but I am okay with that. Little tweaks needed here and there but overall a great tool to becoming debt free!!!

Love it. Great app if your Using Dave Ramsey's baby steps. Worth the money. This app shows your progress and number of months or years you have left not to mention interest saved by paying off your debt faster.

Best Debt Management App Available!. Easy to use, great features, charts and calculators. The only thing I would add, would be the ability to manually arrange/order your bills. The app arranges debts based upon the payoff plan selected. All things considered, terrific app!

Extremely Usefule. This app is extremely useful for visualizing your debt and keeping you motivated to get it down. The one thing I wish it supported is more frequent payment periods. For example, I have had loans with bi-weekly payments and the app would constantly be slightly off as a result.

Works. Love this app it does what it is suppose to do!! I kinda wish it could just link to those accounts and add the information in for you instead of you having to input it in. Sometimes I forget eeek lol otherwise no complaints! 😀

No longer working. I’ve used this app off and on for at least 10 years. It helped me prioritize my payments for the most effective payment. Sadly it is no longer functional and it hasn’t been updated in many years it appears.

Works but.. Can’t get notifications to work on iPhone and when I’ve paid a bill on the status screen it still shows as due until the end of the month. Other than that it’s worked really well and has helped me track debt.

LOVE THIS APP!!. I have tried several other apps and nothing compares to this in ease of use, ability to change scenarios to find the right solution for my family. Love it!!

Helpful, but not complete. It is a good start to debt management, but why can't I sort by highest interest. It is the best way to reduce interest by paying by highest interest first. I can choose it as my method, but won't allow me to see which to pay off first. It should also tell me what to pay on each debt.

Lose that debt!. Very helpful app! It keeps me motivated to paying off my debt. I look at it almost everyday. Very user friendly and a quick reference to see how long it takes to pay off your debts.

Love this app!. I really like the reports feature on this app and that it calculates the remaining debt accurately after I input a payment. I would love to see a report added that shows off the debt and interest paid off to date or by a range in the future.

What I've been looking for. Been looking for something to manage my debt and keep track. This gives you alerts and a plan. You can track everything with this. And the interface is easy and neat.

Top Notch, Must Have!. I have paid my 15 year mortgage off in half the time by using this method and I give this app all the credit! I recommend it to everyone.

Love it!. This has been really helpful to me....have paid off most of my collections and raised my credit score over 100 points. My only "negative" would be that it would be great if it recognized payments already made for the month once they are entered.

Effective. This app helps to show you how to pay down your debts. I have a problem with trying to enter a reoccurring payment but other than that, very helpful for identifying a solution for getting out of debt.

Great app!. I love how thorough and specific this app is. The algorithms are perfect and the ability to compare different payment options is awesome. It could use a visual facelift, but if that would risk ruining the capability, leave it be!

It's ok. But there are several bugs... I don't get reminders of due dates even though I have it set up; if I make a payment early in the month it doesn't move to the next month's due date. Paid off debts still show in my current debts with the current month for payoff. Emailed support and no response. Still looking for a better snowball app.

Homeowner. Just set it up with my bills. It's really nice to see everything in one place. I wish monthly electric phone water would be a reoccurring bill so you could keep track of them without adding as a x 12 amount.

Just like it. I like entering credit card bills so far. It's colorful easy to understand except one debt that I entered gave me a 4% interest apr when I put in 0 in it, that's what I don't get.

Great app for Dave Ramsey followers!. Just read Total Money Makeover and was looking for a way to track my debt snowball. This app does a great job to track that and keep me focused on paying off the debts with its graphs. Perfect app and worth the $.99!

Saves a lot of money. I love this app. Once it gave me a visual of where my debt was, I was able to attack it and get rid of my bills one at a time. With the snowball method, I was able to apply paid off monies to existing debt. I am so much closer to being debt-free, it is awesome.
