Everything You Need. Great app that does everything you need. I love the extra payment option and the amortization schedule. Emailing everything is a nice touch too. Lastly, and most important, it works. I had my mortgage guy run numbers on a house I'm biding on and I compared them to the app and they were less than $1 off. That being said, I did have to know how to calculate MI properly (doing a FHA) and combine it with the home owners insurance estimate since there is only one field. Also, I had to calculate my down payment rather than just entering a percentage. I'd love to see those changes in an update. Here's the thing though, it's free and it works well with a great interface, so 5 stars all the way!

finally!. This is all I wanted from a Mortgage app- any financial calculator for bill payment is USELESS to me if I can't figure in prepayments or extra payments here & there! I have been waiting on someone to do this...

Easy and convenient. After recent changes the app is back on top. Has everything you need including amortization.

Great for auto loans. Great app and it doesn't put restrictions on the values you can enter so I'm able to use it to understand rates and payment options on a car loan as well.

Perfect!. Just downloaded this app. Immediately calculated alternative payment scenarios. Easy to use. So far, no ads coming at me. This is the first app like this that allows me to control the numbers. I've downloaded and deleted other mortgage apps that are advert. fronts. Not so here.

Love this app.. Have used this app for several months. Have had zero problems. Extremely useful to me as a real estate investor. It has everything I need to calculate the number end of the deal. Great app.

Great until IOS 8. App now crashes when trying to open an amortization schedule. Please fix as this was a great app. It's just one bug fix from being a five star app.

Easy to use. Please fix amortization display bug. Everything has always been easy to use, just the displaying of the amortization stopped working, dont know if it was open office or office365 on my phone. Please help!

Crashes all the time. This app use to work great. About a month ago it started crashing when you pressed amortization. I kept looking for updates, and none came out. I wonder if the developer abandoned the app. Neither here nor there, I finally gave up waiting and deleted it from my phone.

Easy To Use. Less complicated to use than most other apps. Quick and easy to get a monthly, mortgage/car, payment quote. I use it regularly and it never disappoints. High recommended

No longer happy. I loved this app until IOS 8.0 came out (maybe 8 months ago) After that the amortization chart stopped working. I have emailed the support for help multiple times and have never received any answer. App was last updated in 2013. I don't think they support it anymore. If u don't need the amortization it's still good.

Crashing. It was one of my favorite apps until it started crashing every time you click on amortization schedule. Please fix it.

Handy dandy amortization. I love that you can run any kind of amortization on the go and can email the complete amortization schedule!! This is better than my HP12C!

New iOS update causes crashes. Good app but new iOS update causes crashes when trying to open the amortization screen. Have made an inquiry to the developer but no response as of yet.

It’s ok if it worked properly!. It would be good if it worked. I have 3 mortgages and when I enter an extra principal payment in one house, it changes ALL houses to that same value. Then, when adding an additional principal payment, the total amount to be paid does not change! Lastly, when the phone is used later, ALL of the extra principal amounts default to $100! Buggy to say the least but am happy it is free but, not free of glitches.

Simple interface - love it. I love looking at real estates, and also have multiple mortgages. While there are plenty of spreadsheet that can do the same function, the app is very convenient and the new interface makes it even easier to use! Love the additional monthly payment option too. Everyone who is looking to shop for a house with a mortgage should have it (instead of listening to the agent up-selling properties...)

Very good but needs tweaking. Overall quality is good. Should be able to put total term in months. Amortization table should include option for start and end dates not just the payment number.

The best mortgage calculator app. This is by far the best mortgage calculator app. Clean, easy to use, save multiple loans, no annoying ads. Due to a bug in the previous version, I tried many other apps. None could compare with this one. So happy with version 2.0

Minor problems. 1. App not iPad ready (no iPad ver) just iPhone 2. Sqft box brings up wrong keypad... brings up phone dialing keypad Otherwise a nice little app

Terrible. Of no use whatsoever. so much so I'm not sure what the point of creating it was. Needs weeks/fortnights added. Also if it is there to keep tally of lots of mortgages then you should be able to see the total payments for all loans combined otherwise you may as well have a note pad and pen because it would be easier.

Good app. Useful app. Does what it claims to do, and does it well. I like how I am quickly able to see the long term impact of extra repayments on a borrowing (reduction in both total interest expense and number of years/months it takes to repay the loan).

Crashes. Crashes when trying to calculate. This lasted about 3 min before I deleted it.

Missing feature. I downloaded this app and deleted it a few minutes later. There is no option for comparing weekly or biweekly payments.

used to be a good app. This used to be a go to app for me, but it now crashes every time I try to view the amortization chart and will randomly crash for no reason as well. I will be seeking a better app

Great App. This is a great app for doing your homework on buying a new place. Making sure you are not going to over-extend your finances with purchasing your next home. I emailed a recommendation to add a bi-weekly payment schedule to the app. I received an answer within hours saying that it will be added to the next update. Great customer service for a free app! I only gave it a 4 star rating as it is (ver 1.6) but will easily be a 5 star app with a few upgrades!

One of the best. Great app. A must have for anyone that needs information on mortgages. The option to email the amortization spread sheet is a plus. The only down side is cosmetic. The wood paneling used in the new update is kinda tacky. It would be nice if one could set a more neutral background.

Great, compact app. This app very clearly shows what payments you need to make to pay off the debt within a certain amount of time. On top of that, it uses very little hard disk space - 1MB. Definitely recommended.

Crashes and has for over a year now. This was my go to app as a realtor and investor. It does not look like it will ever be fixed. Don't waste your time or find a different one. There are plenty out there.

I can't get the setting to work. I like the app, for I can access. It looks like I'm locked out of the setting adj. it almost seems like I'm stuck on the lite version. Any ideas could help

Good app. Easy to use with all the right features

Used it for about 2 seconds. Used it for about 2 seconds before I found out it only lets you enter months, not years and won't let you do a 360 month loan. Also won't let you do reverse calculation ie enter a payment you want and have it figure out the terms.

Don't waste your time. I didn't listen to the other reviews and downloaded this app which was a total waste of time. It crashes EVERY time you hit the amortization button. THIS APP IS USELESS!!!

TeeKay. Just ok app. A major flaw of this app is that it uses a lot of values as actual $$ rather than a percent figure, hence u have to do your own calculations and then feed it into this app.

Crashes on "Amortize" Button. The app crashed every time I hit the "make amortization schedule" button and then I had to re-enter all the information. Rather useless for an amortization schedule app, wouldn't you say?

Crashes immediately. I just wanted to see a simple amortization table and this app crashes the moment you hit the amortization button no matter what inputs you give. Move along.

Inccurate. The calculation is inaccurate as there are two different "Total amount paid" from page 1 and amotization but all figures keyed in are the same

Does not work on lates IOS. Used to work fine on my 5S but does not work on my 6+. Crashes while creating new mortgage.

Buggy and hard to use. When entering values like down payment it often jumps to zero instead of the number you just entered. Not very easy to use as a result

Won't Amortize. Keeps crashing and closing whenever I select the amortization button. I'm using a fairly new iPhone 6 with updated iOS and 128GB, so I know it's not the phone. Don't bother downloading.
