Great App Needs FHA and MIP functions. Clean app, simple to use but, needs options for Govt loans including UPMIP calculation and monthly MI factors. Another helpful feature would be option to select between Conventional and Govt with user defined presets I look forward to the next update!

It needs an M.I. field. Much better than more expensive apps. The major thing missing is a field for mortgage insurance and considering the volume of FHA loans, an MIP field. Other than that, nice app especially for $.99.

Needs Annual Insurance %. I'm a Real Estate Broker and I love this application. It would work a lot better if you could select a percentage for the annual insurance amount - just like the annual Taxes amount. When I'm estimating the annual payment, I do not have an insurance quote, but I do know the approximate cost of insurance as a percent of the home's value. Also, a less frequently incurred monthly expense is the Home Owner's Association Fees. While not part of the typical mortgage payment, it is part of the monthly cost of ownership. Very nice!. A very handy mortgage app that takes into account down payment, insurance, taxes, etc. and lets you see what the true monthly payment is. This is a great tool for home buying. Thanks for a wonderful app.

Great App But missing some important features. Overall the app is great but two fundamental things are missing. Developer support for one. It seems the developer fell off the face of the planet (or forgot about his customers) in 2011. The app also needs an extra payment feature. Rarely do people not put at least a couple of extra dollars a month to pay down a loan. Well that important feature is nowhere to be found. If you don't mind a stagnant app (which does contain a nice feature set) which is not going to be updated, and you don't need to worry about extra payments then this app is perfectly tailored for you.

Good app. This is a good app but could be so much better. It would be good to have a place where you could put a sum of money to pay extra each month and it would show you how much you saved in intrest and payments.

Very handy. I'm a Realtor, so this was one of the first apps I downloaded two years ago when I got my 4, and I use this multiple times a week with clients and colleagues alike. It's simple, easy to use, dense with usable features without being heavy or slow to use. And the mail out feature more than compensates for the flashier apps with graphs and useless fluff add-ons.

I use to love this one ! What happened to "email" ???. If I can't email it it's 95% useless !!! Kay

Awesome!!!. What a nice app to have on your iPhone while looking for real estates. It is so simple and convenient to use. There are many free online apps, but they are not practical when you are out in the field. I highly recommend!

I can't believe it's only $1!. This is a wonderful application for anyone's iDevice. The amortization feature and the security feature impressed me, and the ability to save certain mortgages and name them, as well as the flexibility of being able to enter all of your own data (like interest rate, square footage, number of years on the mortgage, etc.) make this app a must-have for those who are looking to buy real estate. Great app!!!

Font size to small for amortization schedule. Just purchased your mortgage calculator pro and was very disapointed when I saw how small the amortization schedule font size was. Would appreciate if you could make the font size bigger and/or have the schedule rotate when you rotate the phone 90 degrees. App works great. Thanks,

Great app. As a real estate broker in Chicago this app is extremely useful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish I came with an iPad version as well. It works on the iPad but you can tell it was designed for iPhone. Should not be that hard to make an iPad version.

Great app!. Really great app! I use it all the time to run "what if" scenarios. Saw a few complaints about the updated version. If I like the way an app works I rarely update them since more & more updates seem to just add flashy graphics & social media hooks that I detest. Not sure of my version but it is at least 4 years old.

Mortgage insurance premium & closing cost. Great app but it would be nice if you could add another field for mortgage insurance premium ( which you can pay upfront but usually added to the loan amount, a percentage option would be excellent ) and same thing for the closing cost .

Does it all. Downloaded another motgage calculator and it didn't include insurance into the equation. This one has everything I need. Thanks. Nice app.

8yr old app, still updated and work awesome. I really strongly recommend this app. It have come in handy often over the years. And is is well maintained.

This is why I don't update apps. It was fine before. Why did you need to refresh it. This is not Uber or Facebook it had a simple and to the point purpose, now the colors are inverted and the page is all over the place.

Perfect for Realtors. Very easy to use and is always there to provide a quick loan calculation. The save feature is great too for tracking client loans.

Great app, one request. Glad to see this app get updated! Been using it for nearly a decade when looking at homes, or considering a refi. One request though, it would be awesome if I could factor monthly prepayments toward principal into the amortization, and see the interest saved. That would make this the ultimate mortgage calc!

Excellent. Have tried many of these. This one is by far the best. It includes insurance and taxes and all variables are super easy to change. Wish there were one for my MacBook Air.

Good Simple Mortgage Calculator, but.... I wish i could preset a calculation for insurance and taxes as a default search. Currently, when using this program, i have to leave the program and go to the iphone calculator to come up with an estimate of yearly property insurance. Then I have to go back to Mortgage Calculator Pro and input the value. I wish it would calculate that amount for me based on a percentage that I preset. Otherwise, it's a good little program that I use almost daily when researching investment properties. One of the few programs that will calculate a PITI payment rather than just P&I.

I'm a real estate agent. Been using this for a couple of years. Read it was unstable or some thing like that. Searched for another. This is the best one for me. Sometimes tricky but basically simply solid. Love that I can email it to myself or clients. Like it even better now. Easier to read. Dumped the other apps

Very nice. I just downloaded this app and it works great. I plugged in the info for the mortgage we got over a year ago and it on the money. Love the AM Schedule. Hate seeing how much we'd pay for the house over 30 years . But since I am a mortgage professional and have been in the business for 13 years, thos app would greatly benefit from having a PMI calculator as FHA is becoming more popular and maybe, if possible, a way to compare different loan products. What about ARM loans? Though in the last year and a half I haven't see many, I'm sure there are a few people who still use them. Great app, if you could add an MI feature and comparison that would make me give it 5 stars! Thanks for the free download, I'll tell my other mortgage iPhone friend users about it!

Missing mortgage insurance or MI. You need to add the payment for MI or PMI , as well as HOA to have an accurate calculation otherwise is incomplete .

If you only want a calculator it works. Some how I expected the application to let you follow up your current loans, it will be nice if you could enter the payment cycle and the date your loan started, that way you can track how much you own, when you have to pay and when the nightmare ends. I need this upgrade!!!

Pretty good!. Works great for all for what it does. It would be nice to see dates in the amortization schedule and input for extra principal payments and the date that they were paid. This would enable the app to provide information on amount of interest paid an amount of interest still owed.

Tried many but this is the best!!. Great user interface. Much better than the other 3 that I have downloaded. Awesome. Recommend for any Realtor or alike.

Junk. Plain and simple...latest update just came out and they didn't even spell the word "LOAN" at the top of the screen correctly.. They spelled it "LOAB" Even worse... There is an option to enter square feet.. Which has absolutely nothing to do with calculating a mortgage payment... I don't recommend paying for this! Wish I could get a refund... Lol.

Doesn’t work horizontal for iPads. Frustrating to use with an iPad. I usually use my iPad mounted on it keypad stand. Can’t use this app unless I take the iPad off its keypad. Frustrating.

Great if only I could see the loan amount. This is a good app for the cost. I also like the e-mail feature and that you can save different scenarios. The amortization tool is handy for when I need to look at the P&I payment only, but I would have given this 5 stars if only I could see the loan amount! Not adding this extra field still forces you to do some quick math in your head. Please add it!

It's okay..... The app would be much better if it allowed the user to enter loan maturity dates (of which are shorter than the amortization period the user enters) and incorporate interest rate adjustments after a certain number of months/years from the beginning of the loan term.

Almost Perfect. Great, clean, app. Like it. Need to add MI (mortgage insurance) to monthly payment calculation. Also, need to add FHA MIP and VA Funding Fee to amount financed. Could you add to next release??? :)

Mortgage. Easy entry, but a little anemic. Should have a place to keep notes so you can more easily identify each mortgage. This is pretty important when your house hunting!

NEED DATE!!!!!!!!! in Amortization Table. This is such a SIMPLE CHANGE!!!!!!!!!! Please add date to amortization table. This can be in lieu of month/payment number. To me, it's important to know what date each payment is on, the number is not as relevant. Make this an option in settings.

So So. Amortization not accurate coz you don't have the option to include or exclude escrow amount. Contacted support, but received nothing !!!!

Figures are all Wrong. The figures here are screwy. The monthly payment and Amortization amounts are all off. Very strange. Have numerous financial scenarios. They're all wrong.

Limit on interest rate. Application works great provided you do not go over 9.99 percent. At times I have get estimates above 9.99 percent. Please provide a solution otherwise it is useless to me. Thanks

It's ok. I wish it had a line item for mortgage insurance. Great for Conventional 20% down loans but not for FHA, VA, or USDA.

Sub par. I’ve been using an android calculator for years now. It’s way better than this app. Much more simple and, it’s free. Don’t pay for this. It’s not even worth the dollar. I’d give it negative 5 stars if it was an option.
